I say this for the experience with them in 3 years. The quality of the product is very good and the customer service but I don’t like is when I order something on line and they don’t send those pieces to me. I do bcz appear are in stock but I can’t understand why they don’t send me those pieces.

The order and delivery was very efficient but the quality of the masks is so poor I don’t think they are usable. Too thin, too baggy, badly finished. Worse than disposable ones. Very disappointed. I appreciate the quick response to this from the company and I will use the refund to buy their better quality versions.

The base unit that I purchased was of very good quality and a very sturdy unit. The unit is slightly thicker than the normal box standard that you get with other kitchen units. We had our beautiful new kitchen installed by Sentors, in August 2020. Having had 3 quotes from different companies and several home visits, Sentors were the most professional and helpful of them all. Nigel came to see us prior to the installation, whenever we needed to discuss our options, bringing a wide variety of samples of units, flooring and worktops. Nothing was too much trouble and Nigel went through the whole process with great patience and professionalism, giving us many different options we could choose from. From start to finish, Nigel and his great team were thoroughly professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Ordered a cooker hood, they took payment and sent order confirmation. Then, I heard absolutely nothing. I sent 3 emails and left 3 messages. I had no idea when it was due to arrive, if it had been dispatched- just nothing. Sent an email saying about poor service and asked for a refund if my item hadn’t been dispatched, refund issued straight away- but I still need to find a cooker hood. I will not be using this company again. Order ref 60174, all the emails were from the email address you sent order confirmation to. Nigel from the company returned my final email requesting a refund- so my emails were definitely being received.

My wife came across ANYTHING KITCHEN on the laptop and after reading the reviews decided we would get our replacement unit doors and worktops from them and again she was not wrong . I purchased a Connect in 2016, there was problems with the Zippers as it was to tight when it is setup, customer service sent me a new with no problem when I contacted them with an attached video, great service… now I have a few new problem many years later, one is that the bottom is getting soft and sticky and feel really not nice to touch. The other is that the zippers fabric is bad and treats is getting loose and blocking the zippers. Customer service first said to give the bottom talcum, still same problem, then the offering 5% discounts on a new tent.. if you plan to keep your tent for long term, there are other brands which has great customer service, Mine has been stowed properly and cleaned and drying before stowing, so it must be production issues and warranty should cover this…

😡 Terrible customer service. I contacted this company two weeks ago due to a couple of missing items and was told I would have them sent out immediately. I have had to chase this up and now receive a response that basically asks me to prove it with photographic evidence as if accusing me of lying. Considering the money I have spent on a 2 person tree tent and an extra flysheet, I am not impressed with being made false promises and then questioned like this. I will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future and definitely do not recommend them.

Tents leak - allegedly this is an ongoing issue, but we were told it doesn't. Let down and frankly their response and service is slow to say the least

My fiancé ordered a tent for me for my birthday. To compensate for their delayed-shipping times, she ordered it on July 9. We were quoted a 28 wait until shipping. It’s been 40 days and we have not received the tent, not an email regarding the status of our order. Tentsile was very glad to take our $450 dollars, but getting us our product is clearly not a priority. Please, if someone from Tentsile customer service is reading this, contact me. Your lack of accountability is neglectful.

Lack of communication via Jessica Reading. We were in contact with Tentsile about featuring some of their tents on our new show and We have not heard back from her in months despite multiple emails we have sent. I wish I would have known that they do not get back with customers so we could made other plans now we are behind.

From the consultation process through to the ordering and delivering, Delux deco supported me and continued to go above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It also goes without saying that the sofa is perfect too.

Delux Deco has some very top of the range goods. Deluxe is definitely their forte. Explained very carefully about the products they had. Very helpful in providing the pros and cons of their goods for our individual needs. Not cheap, but you pay for the quality. I recommmend to pay them a visit and experience the products before you buy.

we are delighted with our choice of sofa. leather is lovely & soft and very comfortable to sit on. A great service. from the shop to delivery. with regular updates on production and transport & delivery guys were so good. only one issue of having to keep the cardboard boxes as its is "no box no return policy . we are okay we have a garden shed. but if we were in a flat it would be a storage issue as the boxes are huge.

I bought seven cinema seats from Delux Deco. When I went to the showroom Graham was very helpful and informative about the different products they had on offer. Because I was building my cinema room the process went on for quite a while and I visited the store lots of times. Graham was very patient with me whilst I made my decision and there was no pressure. Took nearly 3 weeks for delivery when on the sale invoice it said 22nd Nov -27th Nov having purchased on the 20th Nov. Now delivered 05th Dec. There is a chat icon on the bottom left of any given page when you are using the website. It makes it super easy to get help whenever you need it, and the customer support team is fantastic. I plan on using the same writer I used last time for me next book as well.

I had an awful experience with The Urban Writer’s Dibbly Create (Dibbly Inc.) and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a professional writing service. I paid $1,050.93 on December 27, 2024, for a 30,000-word book with a January 16, 2025, deadline. The assigned writer, Ana Taylor, failed to deliver the completed first draft on time. I was able to view a few chapters on the Dibbly Create platform, but I had to constantly remind the writer to adjust the tone because it was neither conversational nor engaging. The writing contained AI-generated content with minimal human editing, including overused phrases like “nuanced,” “actionable,” “embark,” “delve,” “dive,” and “practical”—despite my clear request not to use them. With one day remaining (January 15, 2025), Ana Taylor abruptly stopped working and emailed Dibbly support, leaving my book incomplete. Since then, I have lost access to my project and have received only delayed, inconsistent responses from customer support. Issues with Dibbly Create: • Failure to deliver a completed book – The first draft was never finished by the agreed-upon deadline. • Unprofessional business practices – The assigned writer abandoned the project without notice and ignored communication. • Fake business details – The company lists fake addresses online, and their phone number is just a voice recording with no real customer support. • Delayed and inconsistent customer service – Support emails either went unanswered or took an unreasonable amount of time to receive a response. • Strange and unnecessary paperwork – I was required to fill out confusing and irrelevant forms. After escalating my complaint, I only received a partial refund of $677.47 on January 31, 2025, leaving $373.46 unpaid. A partial refund is not acceptable when the service was never completed. I did not receive a completed first draft. The writer stopped writing the book at chapter 6 and then removed all the information online, so I had nothing to view. Dibbly Create is untrustworthy and unprofessional. If you need a book written, look elsewhere. I have filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery, and other consumer protection platforms to warn others about their deceptive practices. Avoid Dibbly Create at all costs.

I loved the support I could get especially from Nyasha and Natasha who have been a great help. My book is not yet complete so I imagine I will have a lot more questions but I do appreciate that I can reach out and everything can run smoothly!

I have published two books through the Urban Writers process and worked with several of the writers, editors, formatters, book description and cover design artists. I have been very pleased with their timeliness, expertise, and willingness to collaborate for a great product. Customer support has also been superb. I would glad use them again.

I found the TUW website very user-unfriendly. I was not able to access stuff easily and making notes on the editing of my book was impossible. My editor, although Harvard-educated, did not have an adequate command of English, sensitivity for language, or grasp of certain concepts and made some very embarrassing insertions or changes, while doing hardly any editing at all to my manuscipt. Besides the sales call, every subsequent experience I had with TUW was frustrating and time-consuming -- from Plagiarism Pro to Editing to Formatting to Cover Design. People were friendly enough but it often felt like talking to a wall. This was simply not the level of professionalism and quality of work I expected and at too high a cost. TUW came very highly recommended and I'm not sure why. Maybe I simply chose the wrong people for my project.

Totally rip off 6000 auction fees being invested by ombudsman all reported also not helpful after paperwork sent to lawyers at all and want to then charge you for information your legally aloud to ask should be shut dwn maybe this why they change names and move on as unregulated but let’s watch this space as I’m on their case for sure to protect others who may not be fortunate to fight this corner. Won’t ever buy again from these. Also this is a proper review not like others they ask people to write. ✍️ Wow rip off Britain even these auctions getting on band wagon were will it end be careful they even aloud to big against people to reserve so prices to draw you in avoid at all costs people bidding or selling don’t fuel them any longer.

After deciding to try the auction process with Town + Country, our house was sold, and completion achieved within around 8 weeks. We were new to auctions and Dan explained the process and answered questions we had in straightforward terms that we could understand. His knowledge and experience meant that he did do so in a way that was in no way patronising or laboured. It made the whole process a lot less stressful than would otherwise usually be the case and we appreciated this.

Another cut throat property auctioneers that produce mickey mouse contracts on a whim to squeeze the buyer harder into paying for laughable auctioneers fees. Comprising of a combination of paying the auctioneer fees, the sellers auction listing and contract fees. Then there's the auction legal pack written contract itself which the buyer is also expected to pay for. The buyer has to also pay the seller a deposit plus VAT if that property sells. Let's not forget all fees all have VAT added to them. All fees to be handed over immediately to auction company before conveyancing starts.Which based on their ridiculous 28 day completion demands, corners will be cut and proper searches will not be carried out. And there's a possibility the buyer forfeits their fees if the 28 day completion isn't met (clause in the contract). Resulting in the buyers conveyancing company to have to claim off their own insurance company to cover the costs at a daily rate of compensation to the seller and auctioneer. Lastly the buyer themselves have to cover the cost of their own conveyancing team! Anyone selling a property at auction is desparate to offload a problem that the local estate agents can't shift or the seller is too impatient and greedy to compromise and wait. Buyer be super aware, you don't get a bargain at property auctions anymore, you do get your pockets and bank accounts emptied though instead paying extortionate unjust buyers fees and extra fees the auctioneers can slap into the buyers bill! The whole of the property auctioneer industry in the UK should be investigated and the industry should be legally governed properly be either the government or a legally authorised official body. The buyer SHOULD NOT have to pay the sellers fees or any other additional fees. The whole idea is preposterous and nothing short of daylight robbery. Stick to buying properties on the high street estate agency route. It's the seller who should be paying for a property home report in England like they legally have to do in Scotland to sell a home. And the seller should be paying to sell their home, not the buyer!!

From my initial message to being dropped back at the airport I cannot fault them. Erkmen is such a lovely man helping with anything. I cane for surgery and asked about possible lens replacement at a later date. He arranged full eye test next day at no cost and wasn’t pushy at all. I’m back over again for a tooth implant and yet again Erkmen collected me from airport and dropped me at my hotel.

When I arrived in Turkey my flight was delayed and even though it was well after hours ERKMEN still took his time to come and meet me and talk me through everything, this hospital is so clean and amazing the staff go above and beyond before and after your procedure I can not believe the care I have received. My surgeon even chose to come in after my procedure on his day off to check on me. I have never received this level of care anywhere and can not believe how truly amazing this hospital and every staff member are I would 100% recommend this hospital to everybody and would have no hesitation in having surgery here again. I had surgery by Dr Görkem Çalışkan on 22.11.2014. I stayed in this hospital for 1 night. The nurses, secretaries, cleaning staff, all the employees were very attentive and friendly.

Great attention. They do not speak English but they have traslators which can help you during all process, from 8 am to 5:30 pm. nurses and doctors are nice and they treated us really well. We had some urgent topic which were solved in few minutes. Pay attention on insurance before entering.

I had a level 3 survey done on a property I'm purchasing and the report I received was very thorough and detailed and will prove to be a valuable resource for years to come. Simon, the surveyor, called me after he'd done the survey to take me through the main points he'd found and after receiving the report he also spent a good amount of time on the phone with me answering my questions, which as a first time buyer I really appreciated. It was my buyer who instructed ‘Walker Dunn’ to carry out a survey on my property, I merely phoned to get a rough idea of what kind of time window I could expect the day before (I have elderly parents in hospital/or at home who need my care who live miles away). I was spoken down to like a naughty schoolchild and that I would have been told they don’t give specific times ‘when I instructed them’, I obviously pointed out I didn’t, and also didn’t appreciate being spoken to in that manner. The girl did apologise about how she came across (I suspect in anticipation of any complaint) and eventually did narrow the times down and tried to smooth things over, but why be so unhelpful and rude in the first place? Edit 26/11/24 Spoke to a lovely lady called Caroline from ‘Walker Dunn’. Two things, I don’t judge a company on when things are going right, I judge them on when things go wrong, and what they do about it, Caroline apologised on behalf of the lady concerned and on behalf of the company, the apology was genuine and sincere and I thank them for that. The survey was carried out by a gentleman called Ed, who was thorough, professional, courteous and engaging (I hope he never loses that) so with all the above in mind I’m happy to change my review as I’d recommend Ed highly.

I was contacted by telephone from a recommendation from the estate agent. I chose the level 2 Homebuyer survey and was given a date for the survey to be carried out. The subsequent report following the survey was very detailed and I felt that the agent had been thorough in her inspection. I would recommend this estate agent.

They are refusing to repay me for the items, that i F'ING HAVENT RECIEVED!! Hammad Mustafa is running a scam show, they cant make the designs they are advertising. and now after 4½ months og waiting for prodcut i already paid for, they are now asking me to give them new design files for the items that THEY ARE ADVERTISING.
