My order wasn’t delivered

I think they may have gone out of business and not closed down the website - as placed an order and been charged, but order has never been dispatched, the email to contact them bounces back, and then no reply to the 'contact us' form. A shame. I will have to try and cancel the charge through my credit card provider.

Bought this for a friend. The delivery was super fast and my friend loved it! The experience of opening a box full of amazing products was so unique! And she loved each one of them from the Dulwich box, especially the candle, the chocolate and the gin! Definitely recommend it!

Auch wenn Sawiris-Twerenbold VIEL bedeutender sind als Reiseunternehmer, TAEUSCHEN Sie (weiterhin) die ausserhalb TG und der CH gelegenen Kunden, va. diejenigen mit kleinerem Reisebudget.

Wir durften wiederum eine sehr tolle Adventsfahrt geniessen. Trotz Ersatzschiff hat uns die Crew von Thurgau Gold in jeder Hinsicht verwöhnt. Es war ein grossartiges Erlebnis. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die äusserst kompetente telefonische Betreuung von Frau J. Epper. Wir haben unsere nächste Flussreise auf der Thurgau Gold im Juli 2025 bereits gebucht.

Wir haben bereits im Juni 2024 eine Adventsflusskreuzfahrt mit Thurgau Travel gebucht und war zunächst sehr begeistert. Leider mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass es einige unerwartete Änderungen gab, die unsere Vorfreude stark beeinträchtigt haben.. Plötzlich wurde die von uns gebuchte Flusskreuzfahrt auch als Familienauszeit auf dem Rhein beworben. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir die Reise sicher nicht gebucht. Mit dem Erhalt der Reiseunterlagen sahen wir zudem, dass der Einsteigeort geändert hat, was zusätzliche Unannehmlichkeiten (1,5 stündige Busfahrt) mit sich brachte. Leider gab es auch noch kurzfristig einen Schiffswechsel, der uns nicht als nicht adäquater Ersatz erschien. Das neue ursprüngliche Schiff hatte bestimmte Annehmlichkeiten und eine Atmosphäre, auf die wir uns gefreut hatte, die jedoch beim 20jährige Ersatzschiff nicht gegeben waren. Unter diesen geänderten Umständen wollten wir diese Kreuzfahrt nicht mehr antreten. Thurgau Travel bot uns nach einigem hin und her einen Reisegutschein an, den wir nicht akzeptierten. Leider erhielten wir auch noch eine falsche Storno Abrechnung! Alles in allem eine sehr unerfreuliche Erfahrung. Die besagte Reise war schon länger ausgebucht und sicher gab es eine Warteliste. Thurgau Travel hat vermutlich kaum einen Schaden erlitten durch unsere Stornierung, im Gegenteil! Insgesamt waren wir von dieser Erfahrung enttäuscht, da wir uns von Thurgau Travel mehr Verlässlichkeit und Kundenorientierung gewünscht hätte. Ich hoffe, dass das Unternehmen in Zukunft besser auf die Bedürfnisse seiner Kunden eingeht und solche Änderungen transparenter kommuniziert. Uns hat Thurgau Travel als Kunden verloren. Ich halte hier nochmals klar fest, dass die von uns gebuchte Reise als Adventskreuzfahrt nach Frankfurt beworben wurde! Zusätzlich als eigenständige Reise wurde sie nochmals als Familienauszeit auf dem Rhein beworben mit genau einem Reisedatum, nämlich mit Abfahrt am 25. Dezember! Dasselbe gilt mit dem geänderten Abfahrtsort. Auch auf unserer Buchungsbestätigung ist nichts davon ersichtlich. Das ist alles andere als transparent. Und nein danke, Thurgau Travel buchen wir bestimmt nicht mehr.

Endlich eine schöne Reise mit Thurgau Travel. Das Personal auf dieser Reise war wunderbar. Vom Kreuzfahrtleiter Frank, sehr bekümmert um seine Passagiere, auch sehr unterhaltsam, mit gute Informationen, sehr charmant, unser Kellner am Tisch 6, die Rezeption, die Kellnerin im Salon bis zum Kapitän. Das Essen war auch viel besser als im September auf der Mosel. Die Ausflüge sehr gut organisiert mit gute Reiseführer und Führerinnen. Jetzt kann ich mich auch auf die nächste Reise mit der Chopin nach Stralsund im Juni freuen! Vielen Dank an allen für diese schöne Weihnachtsreise.

Wir waren vom 7.12.24 bis 10.12.24 auf der Edelweiss von Basel nach Strassburg unterwegs. Für uns war das die 1. Flussfahrt. Wir waren Rundum begeistert. Alles war super organisiert, das Essen war hervorragend und das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich.

Ein tolles Schiff mit sehr guter Küche und immer freundlichem Personal.Reiseleiter Leslie machte einen super Job. Wir freuen uns schon auf unsere 10.Reise mit Thurgau-Travel zu Silvester.

The worst. Is a scam company selling fakes!!!! They advertise as “factory seconds” but in reality they are just selling China manufactured fakes. The product came broken and very bad quality. To top it off the customer service is horrendous. They said they “do not provide refunds” and will send a “free replacement”. 1 month on and I’m still Waiting for this replacement. They are liars and do not reply To emails. Ok watsapp they keep sending the same reply “sorry for your experience, the replacement is on the way”. Except nothing is on the way. DO NOT bother buying these fakes. Absolute worst company and service.

Initially I booked the Himalayan Sunrise tour with the hopes that I can trek to watch the sunrise and get to know some historical info about the places visited. Instead, I've got none. During my short visit to Nepal for a work trip, this has been a major disappointment so far. Let me just start by saying that Binod was very accommodating during the initial planning and catered to my different requests as I had limited time for the trip. Every thing was promising, until the D day. First of all, I was assigned a mountain guide (which apparently is different than a normal guide) and thus when we visited Bhaktabur Durbar Square and Changu Narayan temple, the guide didn't provide any background information about the sites. He then explains that the normal tour guide would have had these information, but not him. While he was helpful at some requests that I made for a stop by, towards the end I felt that he was annoyed with the questions on Nepali traditions & history I had throughout the trek. The tour company should have made this clear early on to manage expectations, as well as have a standardized info package for all tour guides. Second, I felt that the trek route could have been better. With the limited time we had (I only had two days left in Nepal), I expected to venture into wilderness that is not reachable by vehicle in general. Instead, majority of the trek were done in stairs and dirt roads, with lots of buses and motorcycles passing by. With so much debris, I coughed along the way and had minimum time in nature - still with no information on the places that we've been to. On the third day, where in the website it was written that we should have gone for a sunrise trek, instead I was told that since the sunrise was nice enough from the hotel, we should just enjoy it from there. So we ended up just staying at the hotel until my departure time to the airport. A couple of hundred USD wasted, and ruined the overall trip that had preceded the tour. Perhaps their Annapurna Basecamp/other Everests tour are recommended, but definitely DO NOT take the Nagarkot one. Nothing but a major disappointment. In all my years of travelling, this is by far the most dissatisfying purchase I made.

I recently completed the Everest Base Camp trek with Nepal Trek Adventure & Expedition, with guide TB and it was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the organisation was top-notch. TB was super friendly, helped us find a way in unpredictable situations. He always prioritised our safety and well-being! We had some major challenges with weather and sickness although with the help of our guide we’re able to get to Base Camp! The trek itself was breathtaking, with stunning views and was challenging yet rewarding. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to acclimatize properly while also taking in the culture of the region. The accommodations were comfortable, and the food was delicious. I truly appreciated the support from the team, who were always available to answer questions and provide encouragement along the way. I did the 10-day Annapurna Base camp trek with Jit Prasad. It was a wonderful experience where I got to see the marvelous mountains on our way up. Jit was very attentive, patient and respectful of my needs, as a women travelling alone. I highly recommend this trek and Jit, as a guide, since I can say the trek with him was easier and more interesting than I would’ve expected.

Hi guys, If you are looking for a honest, reputable, reliable, extremely reasonably priced and committed company for your trekking, helicopter tours, city tours etc, Binod Sapkota from Nepal Trek Adventures is your go to person. I called him our WINGMAN FOR NEPAL My wife and l took our 3 sons (16, 21, 22 yrs old) for a 11 day trip to Nepal. I connected with Binod via WhatsApp 3 months before our trip as I had reached out to 7-8 operators and he was the only one who reached out and followed up to helped us design a wonderful adventure. We kicked it off from our first call. Binod took care of all our transportation needs in Kathmandu and Pokhara, guides, tours, everything. The 5 of us also did Paragliding in Pokhara which was coordinated by Binod (we’ve done it before in Switzerland and Italy) but soaring over the Himalayas and Annapurna valley was beautiful. Binod coordinated our Helicopter flight from KTM to Base Camp Everest, priceless One of our best family trips we’ve ever made. Even though it was monsoon season and weather is unpredictable, n our 3rd attempt we got a breakthrough and got to see the majesty and beauty of Mt Everest. Breath taking, pricesless!!! We could have not done it or had the experience we had without Binod, and his team members like T.B., Prim and the rest. . He meet with us many times at our hotel and constantly was calling or checking on how things were going. Our trip was everything we expected and more. We booked the high-experience so we would not have to worry about the details of the trip, be free to experience the trip and that is just what happened. Our guide met us at the airport and from then on I felt we were in good hands. Our flight had been delayed and Binod and his team took it in stride. We got onto the mountain and the trek began on time. Our rooms were booked and they were as advertised, clean and comfortable, though be aware that ammeneties become scare as the trek gets closer to Gorak Shep. Our guide TB was always handling the detials, helping is order food, get supplies we needed and showing leadership on the trail. We started early each day and most often had time for an afternoon nap. As he became aware of our hiking ability he made sure we got the experience we wanted. If we wanted to stop and take pictures—or rest—he accomodated us. He was quick to point out the local landmarks and moutains that began to appear. When one of us got sick for a day they adjusted the schedule we got the rest we needed and the trip stayed on track. He provided hot water at night and snacks. This was important for as we climbed higher the nights got colder. I found it helpful to be direct with the guide, looking him in the eye and making sure I was understood. Both he andour porter Rham worked very hard and put our needs first. TB was in contact each day with the team in Kathmandu and when a decision needed to be made it was done quickly and completely. Nepal Trek ADventures seemed well respected uall along the trail and we were welcomed everywhere we went. I will try to use the same company if I travel to this part of the world again and certainly recommend them highly.

We were greeted at the airport in Kathmandu and never had to consider or worry about another detail of the trip as it was all tended to by the incredible team who did everything to make us comfortable and cared for for the 12 day trek. My experience working with Binod, TB, Shiva, and Rajan was excellent. I spent a week traveling to and through Upper Mustang with TB. When my flight from Pokhara to Jomsom was cancelled, the team quickly took action to secure a car and driver to keep the trip as seamless as possible. TB was very attentive, friendly and proactive. He brought a warm energy to the trip and kept a watchful eye on me when the high altitude brought on some minor symptoms. The second week, my brother and I made our way to EBC with the guidance and support of Shiva and Rajan. We requested a last minute adjustment with Binod to avoid a critical flight cancellation, which he quickly and effectively implemented. Due to a delay with a prior group, Shiva was unable to meet us the first day, but Rajan, our porter, did a great job stepping in as our guide. Shiva walked 60 km that day in order to be able to join us the second day. Overall, it was a really great trip. I highly recommend considering this group for your own experience!

I cannot say enough about how good Binod and his team are!! My wife, sister, and I booked two separate EBC hike/heli trips with him a year apart with nothing but phenomenal results. Binod is professional, passionate, and personally invested. I swear the man doesn’t sleep. He’s also well-connected. He’s been doing it for 20 years! He knows how to make the experience memorable and smooth. We were with a member of his staff from arrival to departure at the airport, had both a welcome dinner and farewell lunch, and made several spontaneous requests that he quickly arranged. Ofc the mountains are amazing, but it was the personal, gracious, and invested nature of the whole team that truly made it memorable. When I suffered from mild altitude effects, Rajan graciously carried my bag from Namche to Everest View Hotel and Shiva paid out of his pocket to stay at the hotel to make sure I recovered fully. Binod was always just a text or call away. You are truly cared for through out your whole experience, not just when hiking. Do your research, but I have no doubt that you’ll find what I did, which is no other company can compare to the overwhelming esteem and praise of patrons of Binod and the Nepal Trek Adventure team.

I recently received a cosmo grill bbq as a Christmas present, there was a small issue with it but we had a speedy resolution to the problem thanks to Kieran who was so helpful and quickly replied to my messages. I definitely recommend cosmo grill and look forward to the warmer weather so I can use it.

Got this for a Christmas present for my husband (his request) it arrived in multiple boxes with some elements outside the box and wrapped in random cardboard for other products. The BBQ took quite a while to assemble and there were parts missing i.e. gas connector and some holes don't align which was a real downer given all the effort to build.. I get the impression this was a previously returned product that has sent back out again. Have reached out to customer service to try and resolve. If it had been in working order it looks really good, fingers crossed CS are responsive.

I bought an armchair with a footrest through B&Q from EVRE b rown imitation leather that perfectly matches my sofa. At the end of assembling the armchair, it turned out that there was a hole in one of the armrests and the other had scratch marks. I reported the problem through the B&Q website, which slightly lengthens the waiting time for contact with the seller, but contrary to my concerns, it did not take long. I did not want to return the whole things, because I really liked the set, so only the elements I indicated were replaced. The replacement was quick and efficient. I have a comfortable armchair with a footrest at home, free from defects. I recommend the company and the set.

We used it for the first time today it is a lovely bit of kit. Glad I bought it my lady is over the moon about it.

Had my BBQ for five summers, love it! Keep it under cover and cleaned/maintained and you wouldn't know I bought it back in 2020. We use it all the time (15-20 times each summer), and I can't fault it. Have purchased a few add-ons from Cosmo Grill (new cover, new grates) and they're always easy to deal with. My last contact was with Kiran who helped me rectify my own stupid mistake (I purchased the wrong items, my fault entirely) easily, smoothly and professionally. WOuldn't hesitate to recommend!

Het is prettig in gebruik en heeft een eigentijdse uitstraling; duurzaam maar niet oubollig. Zonen nemen er steevast een paar mee naar een "housewarming" van vrienden. Men stuurt tijdig bericht dat de kosten voor de nieuwe lichting worden afgeschreven, waarna de voorraad wordt thuisbezorgd. Prettig om een milieuvriendelijk product te gebruiken zonder duurder uit te zijn.

A word of warning, Power Tools UK lists Items on their webstore as being in stock, when they are in fact, NOT in stock. Placed an order for a Milwaukee M12 detail sander on the 29th Aug 2024, with 2-3 days delivery (should have been delivered 3rd/4th Sept). On the 3rd Sept 24, I had still not received an email advising dispatch and checking my order history on their website showed the order still as "Pending". When I placed my order the item showed as in stock and when checking my order status on the 3rd Sept, it was still showing as in stock. So I emailed and asked if there was a problem to be told... "our stock delivery has unfortunately been delayed from Milwaukee. As the carriers have tried to deliver it twice after 6pm when we are closed!! They are meant to be here today, hopefully they will. This will be with you Thursday/Friday." The only reason I haven't given 1 star is they at least replied to my email in a prompt and courteous manner. That said, all things considered, an offer of upgrading to next day delivery is the least they could have done, I can only assume the fact they did not is because how often they probably pull this stunt off. If I didn't need it quickly I could have ordered elsewhere that was cheaper but had it listed as "pre-order/awaiting stock", I ordered from Power Tools UK as hey were the cheapest price showing as in stock. DO NOT list items as in stock if they are NOT IN YOUR WAREHOUSE. ***UPDATE*** A day later and still no sign of my order having been dispatched, so I placed a replacement order elsewhere and sent a message asking to cancel and refund my order. Again I received a prompt, but much less polite message stating "Ok, it has left with the carrier, I will get it returned to us. Then we will refund it back to you." Curious, my order status on their website still shows as "Pending" and I have had no emails or other messages from either Power Tools UK or a courier to indicate that the order has indeed been dispatched... More lies ? Either way, I've dropped the rating now to 1 star and I will in future never using this store again.

Disappointing experience, item never arrived with apparent problems with supplier, despite showing in stock and 3 day delivery,I have since ordered from another company, which have it in stock and are delivering tomorrow. A positive though, the staff i spoke to were polite and helpful and are issuing a refund. Had previously used this company few years back and were great so maybe just a one off.

Took my payment & accepted my order, I spoke to a member of staff via email who never even mentioned that my item was out of stock until over 24hrs later when they just cancelled my order with no reason whatsoever until I emailed them to find out why it had been cancelled. Pathetic excuse that the item was no longer in stock & that I will receive a refund in a number of days. Funny how you soon take the payment but can't send it back soon enough isn't it? If you didn't advertise items that you don't have in stock in the 1st place then you wouldn't keep messing people around would you! Your business along with your pathetic staff are a joke, hopefully you'll not stay in business long with your care free disrespect for customers & their money!!!

Wasted time signing up for it since ive seen good exchange rate, signed up then getting transfere fee almost £5, later on asking to verify my id which is given 2 attempts done first attempt with driving license failed, second attempt used passport failed again receiving email saying your not be allowed to have account with them, jokes company cant identify IDs properly their system isnt seems to be up to date updated if they cant match up selfie with passport id picture, wasted of time, better use worldremit or westerunion faster registration quicker transferes exchange rate might be 1 or 2 pesos less but at least money receiving within 1hour, WILL NOT TRY REGISTER AGAIN USELESS COMPANY BIG TRANSFERE FEE RATES TOO westerunion provides same exchange rates

We are sending money to the Philippines every week. At first, Kabayan Remit was so fast and no hustle. This past couple of months my transaction always went to compliance, some issue with bank and whatnot. It a nuisance to always call and follow why the transfer was on hold every week.

Kabayan uses metrobank which is Ok most of the time but then suddenly they will withhol;d a transaction for verification but then just sit on it for many days and do nothing. The only way out it to demand a refund. When a remittance is urgent this is not helpful to say the least

It’s convenient and much safer to send money through Kabayan Remit plus they have higher exchange rate than other competitors.

Hab mir vor 2 Jahren ein Gewindefahrwerk gekauft und ich bin echt zufrieden. Es ist ein sehr angenehmes Fahrverhalten. Der Kundenservice ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen!

Der Versand ging mega schnell und war ohne Probleme. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war super, sehr freundlich und nett vorallem sehr hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Ich hatte für den meinen Golf 4 V5 das DTS Gewindefahrwerk SX über den Shop bezogen. Offensichtlich wurden dem Fahrwerk für die Hinterachse falsche Dämpfer und Anschlagpuffer beigelegt. Das Gewinde war 15 mm länger als bei den Originaldämpfern. Es mußte gekürzt werden, um die Dämpfer überhaupt verbauen zu können. Die Anschlagpuffer haben überhaupt nicht gepaßt. Zudem ist die Kolbenstange viel zu kurz. Selbst bei tiefster Einstellung des Fahrwerks sind nur 30 mm Ausfederweg vorhanden. Bei der Hotline bekommt man nur arrogante Antworten und Beleidigungen an den Kopf geworfen. Das Fahrwerk wäre schon 1000x verkauft worden und hätte immer gepaßt. Ich wäre zu blöd das Fahrwerk einzubauen. Leider kann man die im Gutachten vorgegeben Einstellwerte an der Hinterachse nicht einhalten. Wenn man die Gewindeverstellung so weit hochdreht, daß man auf die tiefste Einstellung laut Gutachten erreicht hat, dann ist man beim Gewinde schon deutlich über dem erlaubten Wert. Der TÜV hat die Eintragung dann auch verweigert, weil die angegebenen Werte im Gutachten nicht eingehalten werden können. Zudem wurden die Stoßdämpfer hinten bemängelt wegen zu kurzem Ausfederweg, welch eine Überraschung. Ich habe das Fahrwerk jetzt entsorgt. So einen Schrott kann man nicht mit guten Gewissens weiter verkaufen.

Ich kann über den DTS Shop nur Gutes berichten. Ich habe mir das DTSLine SX Gewindefahrwerk schon für einen Golf 4 Variant 4motion zugelegt und später für einen Golf 2, nachdem ich bei einem anderen Anbieter im ungefähr gleichen Preissegment nur Probleme hatte. Auch bei Fragen oder Problemen steht das Team hilfsbereit zur Seite und versucht alles im Sinne des Kunden zu regeln. Weiter so und bis zum nächsten Einkauf! Grüße

Moin ihr Hasis! Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich Anfangen soll. Nachdem ich ein Super Angebot gesehen habe musste ich einfach zuschlagen. Da die einzelne Teilesuche sich wirklich problematisch dargestellt hat, habe ich mich dazu entscheiden ein ganzes Fahrwerk zu kaufen. Gesagt getan. Dann war er endlich da. Der Werkstatttermin zum Einbau. Nachdem ich meinen kleinen Racker wieder abgeholt habe, war ich irgendwie erstmal skeptisch, da der Wagen nun vorne irgendwie höher war als hinten. Ich habe mich direkt an den Support gewendet und innerhalb von ner Stunde schon ne Antwort bekommen. Das Fahrwerk sollte sich noch *minimal* setzen. Gut, was kann man sich jetzt darunter vorstellen? Fakt ist, dass mein Auto nun vorne 1,5 cm höher Stand als hinten. Also einfach hässlich. Ich habe mich dann entschieden, mal einfach beim Support anzurufen. Ich weiß gar nicht, wie man es anders sagen kann, als EINFACH ULTRA KOMPETENT. Marco hat mich super beraten und mir echt schnelle Abhilfe geboten, indem er mir dann nochmals andere Federn zugeschickt hat. Diese sind nun nochmal ein bisschen tiefer, damit ich nun auf eine einheitliche Fahrwerkshöhe komme. Ich bin unendlich dankbar für den echt guten Support. Klingt vielleicht komisch, dass so zu sagen… Aber hier ist der Kunde noch echt n Kunde und keine Nummer. Habe schon viel Kontakt mit anderen Firmen gehabt und meistens war es hier leider so, dass es einfach egal ist, was der Kunde so für Probleme hat. Das ist bei DTS Safe nicht der Fall. Ich lass ganz viel Liebe für Marco da. Der Typ weiß einfach wovon er spricht. Bleibt gesund - und Achja, wenn ihr jemanden kennt, der n Fahrwerk braucht, sagt ihm, der ist hier eeeecht gut aufgehoben. :))

Ich habe jetzt im dritten Auto ein DTS Gewindefahrwerk verbaut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar. Ich habe es in meinem Passat 3bg seit fünf Jahren verbaut und es sieht noch gut aus und es lässt sich problemlos verstellen, der Fahrkomfort ist für die Tiefe die ich fahre echt gut. Der Kundenservice ist auch Top. Für das Geld bekommt man kein besseres Fahrwerk!

Ich habe vor ca 2 Jahren ein DTS Line Gewindefahrwerk SX für meinen BMW E90 gekauft und dieses auch verbaut. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Höhe, mit der Härte und auch mit der Qualität (auch was Langzeitverwendung betrifft, denn das Fahrwerk ist in meinem Daily verbaut - fahre ca 10000km pro Jahr). Der Kundendienst ist hervorragend, bekam direkt eine freundliche und hilfreiche Antwort (innerhalb von wenigen Minuten bis Stunden). Ich kann die Firma DTS sowie mein verbautes Fahrwerk sehr empfehlen.
