Great tapas with this new chef. Lovely dishes served fresh and hot and together. My only criticism is regarding your selection of wine in your tapas fridge. None of them are palatable. I’m trying to work out why you got rid of two lovely wines including ‘Kono’ and ‘V’ both NZ Sauvignon. We bought a bottle of ‘V’ to have with our meal but was then charged a £10 corkage fee.

Won't deliver after ordered!
Ordered grit salt from this company, large order and offered free delivery which clinched the deal. Later they emailed to let me know they won't be delivering it as they don't package the items properly and we're refunding my order. Well thanks for not keeping to the sales agreement. We go every year before Xmas with…
We go every year before Xmas with family who travel from around the country for our festive get together, shopping and food. I myself am a regular at Bents. Arrived on Monday 16th of December to find all food halls were closed, even the outside Christmas market food huts and the bistro. It was closed for a private event. Nothing on the web page to let anyone know. Only part open was cakes and coffee, even the soft drinks machine was off limits. The entire group was so disappointed and we will never go to Bents again. Disgraceful behaviour towards your regular customers. Shame on you Bents! You have ruined a big part of a families Christmas celebration. If you are planning an outing to Bents then I would advise you to avoid as there is no consistency as to when they are open fully.

Good food and coffee but frustrating experience
Had a bacon sandwich for breakfast. Lots of bacon and coffee was good. If you are a person on your own or a couple it can be very frustrating queuing for ages to then find yourself behind someone with a shipping order for drinks and breakfasts for 8 people, all different. It would be good if Bents could have an express counter for people on their own or couples.

Hidden issues & Lack of Transparence. Do yourself a favour and avoid!!
Shane tried to sell me a car that hasn't had a valid NCT in 3 years without telling me and conveniently omitting that little nugget of info when I directly asked about the cars history as we were close to putting down the deposit. I was looking at a 2018 Tiguan Comfortline as part of a clearance sale at Johnson and Perrott. When I asked about the service history and condition of the car, Shane assured me that everything was fine and went on to discuss the number of owners, mileage, and other details. However, he failed to mention that the car did not have a valid NCT, which had expired in January 2022. This crucial detail was not shown on their website, and at no point did he disclose it when discussing the car’s history. That’s misleading and unacceptable. An expired NCT means the car has not been officially tested for roadworthiness, safety, etc in over two years (since 2021 at least). The fact that this dealership puts cars up for sale before putting them through official NCTs is a MAJOR red flag. An expired NCT could mean hidden mechanical issues, expensive repairs, and means the car isn’t legally drivable. In this case, the Tiguan they tried to sell me hasn’t been road legal for over three years! If I had gone through with the purchase, I would have had to wait months to schedule an NCT—and who knows if it would even pass? This is a basic and essential requirement for any car being sold, and failing to mention it—especially when directly asked about the car’s history—is unacceptable. I was very close to putting down a deposit after my discussion with Shane, but thankfully, we decided to sleep on it. The next day, I paid to download the full car history myself, and lo and behold, there was a glaring issue that Shane conveniently left out. I wasn’t planning on writing this review, but the more I thought about it, the more uneasy I felt about it around how misleading and dishonest this was. If this review helps even one person avoid the mistake I nearly made, then it’s worth it. A dealership should be upfront about major issues like an expired NCT, rather than leaving buyers to figure it out the hard way. I would highly recommend avoiding this place—but if you do fall in love with a car they have, triple-check all details yourself and don’t rely on their verbal assurances.

This years model had only 6 months free connection to Navigation Pack and remote control compared to last year 3 years ( Nav Pack) and 10 years (remote Control). I didnt realise this until after I got the car. I asked if they would consider giving me this in my new car to compensate for the trouble I had with the 2024 car. Still waiting for an answer.

I love my mattress!
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for natural latex mattress or topper. I have been sleeping a latex mattress for years and love it. I'm always happy to get home from a trip because I miss my bed. I think latex is a great product and you are able to customize the mattress to the firmness you desire. I also believe in supporting locally owned businesses when possible. And they have been operating in Boulder for over 30 years.

Would not honor online pricing
UPDATE (Update found at bottom of original review) Foamsource.com would not honor online pricing. I placed an order with this company through their website. The next business day they contacted me and stated I would have to pay more money for shipping. The problem is, their website already charged a shipping fee and nowhere on their website did it state that shipping fees were estimates or there could be extra charges for shipping to certain states. I stated this to the owner, and asked her to honor the pricing that her website agreed to. She said "it is what it is. Pay extra or cancel." I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company and would urge others to look elsewhere when choosing a foam store/website. UPDATE Sadly, the response from the company speaks volumes about their customer service and taking responsibility for their own actions. I live in Hawaii and am fully aware of shipping costs. Because of this, I do my research when ordering online. Their website does not state shipping prices are for the contiguous 48 only. The only mention of contiguous 48 is about free shipping, which I was not trying to get. Also, there were no caveats about shipping charges being estimates only or extra charges for Alaska and Hawaii. So there was no reason to believe the price I was given should change. When I checked out on the website, it asked for my address so it knew I lived in Hawaii and charged me a $15.00 shipping fee, which I felt was reasonable due to the same piece I was ordering. Why didn't the website account for the delivery address? This situation was the mistake of the company by not having a precise shipping policy on their website and/or not having a properly working website to charge correct shipping charges. As the customer, I should not have to pay extra for the mistake of the company. With all the interactions I have had with the company on this situation, they have not once taken responsibility for their mistake of having a faulty website and have blamed me for not understanding shipping to Hawaii at every turn. I still feel since it was the company's fault they should have honored the price given on their website and then fixed the problem for future orders.

I purchased a 3" latex foam mattress …
I purchased a 3" latex foam mattress topper from Foam Source just over two years ago. Before purchasing I made sure to contact Foam Source by instant messaging them -- I was connected with Matt. I explained that I have Fibromyalgia and told him that I was looking to replace a 13 year old 4" thick memory foam topper because it was starting to break down and cause pressure points again and pain. He recommended a 3" thick talalay latex topper for my condition. I expressed concern that 3" may not be thick enough for me (6'-4", 220#), but he assured me that this would be the best for my condition. I was excited to receive and get some pain relief -- it took about 2 weeks to receive (I live close to Carson City, Nevada). At first I removed my memory foam and put the new latex foam on my Sleep Number bed for the first two nights. I was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I sank right through the latex foam and found that it did nothing to soften pressure points. I tried lowering my Sleep Number, which helped the pressure points but caused back pain because I wasn't getting enough support. After that I tried putting the new latex topper over the top of my old memory foam -- a little better. Then I tried putting the latex under my memory foam -- about the same. Finally after several months of fighting with it, I just took it off of the bed and put my 13 year old memory foam topper back on. This turned out to provide the most pain relief -- right back where I started. So I wasted $309 on a topper that did nothing for me and cost too much in freight to return. I was looking to FoamSource to provide help and advice on what to purchase to help with Fibromyalgia -- I am convinced that at least Matt doesn't know anything about Fibromyalgia. Maybe no one at FoamSource knows anything about how to help people with Fibromyalgia get some sleep. A huge disappointment

Walking into the showroom of this business was perhaps the most unique and rewarding experience I have had shopping for a mattress. I have purchased mattresses in the past from Bloomingdales to Sleepy's. At Foam Source, I received consistent, attentive and thorough care. The staff was informative and honest regarding their products. I felt none of the typical sales pressure and was given the time and education necessary to make the best decision possible on purchasing a mattress just right for me and my partner. A unique aspect of this company is their intention to supply ongoing support to their clients, as time passes and mattress needs change.....Something I find quite rare in this disposable consumer centered world we live in. Perfect Mattress!
I've recommended Foamsource to so many friends, I'm happy to write a review for them. I got my latex mattress a couple years ago from Foamsource. It was time for a new mattress and I wanted something more natural They have a showroom in Boulder a friend told me about so I went in to try out their selection of latex mattresses. They were very knowledgeable about their mattresses and really educated me about the different latex choices. I'd already been to a couple different mattress stores in town and didn't get nearly the whole story about the different kinds of latex. I wanted a natural latex mattress so I chose their Nulex bed. I really liked how they were constructed. They have a zippered organic cover and different firmness layers of latex that are not glued together so they can be changed out to make the bed firmer or softer. Nice to see what's really in there! They make the beds right in Boulder so I got quickly after ordering. I did end up exchanging one of the layers after the first couple weeks to make the mattress a little softer which was very easy. I unzipped the cover, took out the layer I wanted to change, and took it back for a softer piece. No hassle and instant results! Now it's really perfect for me. My brother and his wife even had one shipped to St Louis after they slept on mine a few nights while visiting. Very satisfied customer!

The store has great customer support. While browsing the website a pop up window asked if I wanted to IM with a rep. The rep was able to answer what questions I had so I proceeded to order via their website when I realized I had another question. I called the store on the phone and was able to talk to the person that I was instant messaging. I was told they be in about a month wait to get the bed from the factory and I then ordered online The bed arrived on time as promised and I would not hesitate to do business with them again

We just had 4 heat pumps installed . 3 small bedroom units and 1 of the largest units from Fujitsu. The outdoor unit for the large one is huge so be careful where you put this . What pleased me the most about Martin was he knew about customer service and wasn’t going to be beaten on price . Martin also arranged for an electrician to visit who came up with the perfect solution ! I had other companies in before who had suggested completely different locations for the units which we weren’t entirely happy with . Martin visited 3 times and on the day of install turned up 8am to confirm the plan . 11 hrs later, pretty much rained all day , Tom , tony and nino completed a perfect install. I’m not sure they even had a beak . ! Great team . Thinking about getting 1 more !

I had the best end to end customer service experience last weekend with Oxygen Air. Martin Rotteveel initial consult visit instantly built trust in me that his company was the right one for the job. He listed to my questions and patiently answered them all while being mindful of my busy work from home schedule in and between meetings. He kept on top of communication with me and his team right till the end to make sure my installation date was eventually booked. Megan who answered the phone was kind, attentive and always reassured me with all my questions & quickly had a alternative date booked when there my delays from my end. The technicians Brandon & Sheldon worked as a great team and even went over the hours to make sure everything was up to spec - always checking with me if I was happy with any ideas they proposed. Krish came in on his day off to delivery parts so the installation could carry on smoothly. Overall, a very collaborative team with outstanding customer service! Alex was great to deal with when getting a quote. He was more thorough than the several other people who visited, and answered all my questions and concerns. (The first business we saw took 14 days to send us a quote - the heat pumps had already been installed at that point!) I'm always a bit nervous when paying someone a lot of money to do a job around the home, and we've had some less than ideal work done before. Bob's work is to a very high standard in terms of finish, there were 2 tricky areas that required attention to detail and Bob really nailed it . It looks very tidy and I'm very impressed.

Poor service for ducted system
Our ducted system broke down in May and has been out of action right through Winter. There have been several visits usually 2 or 3weeks apart with various parts swapped out but still no fix. We have had to borrow heaters to get by and our power bill is through the roof. We are calling frequently as no information or notification of a solution has been forthcoming from either oxygen air or Fujitsu. Mid August now and still no resolution.

Awful service and quality
I have been a loyal customer for many years. I bought a sterling silver bracelet for £44 and after less than a month it became badly tarnished. This has not happened to any of the other silver jewellery that my wife has worn for many years. This would suggest that the bracelet is quite poor quality. Silver offered to clean the bracelet but refused to offer either a replacement or a refund. I won't be buying from Silver again.

Sadly after today I won’t be dealing with this company today. Returned an order as faulty and the ring did not fit. They are refusing to refund me infact they want to send it back to me. It was DEBBIE I spoke to and she not only didn’t listen to me she as good as called me a liar. Spoke over me and then put the phone down on me when I was speaking. She refused to transfer call to a manager. In fact she just ignored this request. This is such a shame as I loved the jewellery. But I speak with my money and will make it very public how they really deal with their customer. BUYER BEWARE IS ALL I CAN SAY.

Moving: OK. Cleaning: Poor.
We hired Creaman AS for moving services and move-out cleaning. Originally called 3 people but 2 showed up due to a sickness. However, the two employees worked very hard and the move was successful. I also appreciated that they regularly took breaks and had the necessary equipment to safely move heavy appliances. They also helped tear down built-in furniture in the new apartment that we wanted to remove, and took trash to the gjenvinningstasjon. No complaints. Unfortunately the cleaning experience was rather bad. The cleaning was not satisfactory to the landlord so a second cleaning was scheduled but that was also not sufficient, and because Creaman stopped responding to the landlord afterwards I was billed for further cleaning. Despite the satisfaction guarantee Creaman delayed and refused to compensate me for the amount I was charged for cleaning even though I reached out multiple times over the course of 3 months and provided all proof. I also notice that their satisfaction guarantee has been changed to a 48 hour guarantee, which is much worse than the typical moving wash guarantee. Overall, I would recommend their moving services but I would avoid cleaning services from Creaman.

We recently tested the cloud platform and are currently using it. Initially, we faced issues during image creation and VM creation. In this situation, both the sales team and the support team were helpful. However, the support team took some time to resolve the issues, possibly because the platform was still under development. Now, the cloud platform is well developed and working smoothly without any interruptions. As discussed with the team regarding Terraform implementation, they provided it on time. In particular, Mr. Swapnil Satpute played key role in coordinating with the team. The platform is functioning well. If the auto-scaling feature is implemented, it will further enhance our experience and make resource management more efficient.

Bad corrupted cartridges
I bought a set of inkjet cartridges for my Cannon, MG5750. The background of the printed colour material is pink, the colours on the printed papers are all faded never get a replica of the originals I tried to contact the company, no success at all. National Ink Jets-LIE !! (or are they called Jet Tec or perhaps even Ink Factory) Simple put, I paid National Ink Jets but Jet Tec sent the cartridges. I found this out when things started to go wrong. Luke of NIJ is the unhelpful & unwilling to help, you will feel you are being treated as the criminal if you dare to complain. It’s the usual once they got your money story. NIJ run down Royal Mail but use a delivery company who leave parcels in the street (picture from delivery company as proof parcel dumped outside in street for everybody to see) even when delivery note added to order that asks delivery agent to OPEN PORCH DOOR AND LEAVE INSIDE NIJ Web site States Free delivery on thousands of products Excellent customer service Full guarantee Free Delivery is clearly stated on their web site and also on their delivery page too. When I challenged, NIJ reply was, it’s on orders over £40 otherwise the charge is £2.50. But charged me £3 As for Nicola Cooper of Jet Tec from Boston, England. is not any better she just ignores emails. Like I said THEY LIE But it's your choice

Ordered the wrong cartridges and apparently Luke was "willingly" to replace with the good ones. I've returned the cartridges and that is it. No answer to emails. As someone said this is a disolved company but they are still training. I'm going to report it. Don't waste your money.

Ordered 2 replacement cartridges and one was faulty. Coincidentally they emailed me about my experience the next week. That’s handy I thought, they said they would replace it and send a return envelope…. What a crock!! No reply to 6 emails, 3 messages left, no response, dont these people know how do these people run a business! Don’t waste your time with this lot.

Very Poor Experience
I found replacement HP original ink cartridges at a reasonable price… ordered them and requested express delivery as I run a small business and needed them urgently. They sent me the cheaper alternative cartridges… I complained and they blamed the issue on temporary staff picking the wrong products… they asked me to return them and they would send the correct ones. 3 weeks later still no cartridges so I asked for a full refund… email came through to confirm my refund… however 2 weeks later and no refund… Very poor service and communication…

After intial discussions with Andrew Witt about my case he seem competant and able to help - I had a court case looming which he was fully aware of - we were waiting for information from our accountants which took ages to get - once the info arrived I sent it to Andrew and then just never heard back from him or Ellie Davies despite emailing and calling many times - he has totally left me in the lurch. Really bad customer service that none of them bothered to get back to me even if just to say they could not help.

If you want a solictor that you have to…
If you want a solictor that you have to do the job for them, chase several times to be ignored and are quite frankly incompetent - the team at Dutton Gregory are for you. In other words avoid avoid avoid. It actually pains me to have to pay them for what they made such an extremely stressful process. I was roped in by being recommended by the estate agents (mistake number one) and a shiny app to monitor and track progress. This didn’t work at all, nothing was ever updated and I had to chase constantly for email responses. On working with them I made clear that I’m a phone girl, it’s easier so please call but this didn’t happen. I barely heard from them at all. They delayed my exchange and completion on the sale due to sitting on my file for 2 weeks instead of transferring money required for documentation, I almost lost my buyer. On my onward purchase, we were meant to exchange on a Friday, we didn’t, yet I had zero communication from Gareth (my case handler) leaving me wondering what had gone on over a long weekend. I raised my concerns and for the last 2 weeks we saw a slight improvement. Dutton Gregory weren’t prepared to offer any compensation which is concerning as they don’t recognise how poor they’ve been. I feel like I should be paying myself at this point for all the chasing and facilitating I did this end. Really I don’t think they could care less about their customers, you’re passed from person to person left wondering what an earth is going on. What’s gone so wrong in the industry that this service is the norm? Please, take this review seriously and go elsewhere.

Jeg bestilte et par nye ridebukser, en bluse, et bælte og en kasket, desværre kom de til at sende samme bluse, bare med korte ærmer i stedet for en langærmet. Jeg kontakter deres kundeservice på mail, og fortæller at de desværre har lavet en fejl, hvortil de beklager, og skriver at jeg selvfølgelig kan returnere gratis og så vil de bytte til den rigtige. Went to Bamboo expecting an average massage, left feeling like a new man! Sara gave me an amazing relaxing and professional quality massage. Have already been twice in one week and will go again as soon as im in the area. Fantastic staff, lovely clean rooms and very proffessional.

I booked and hour relaxing massage at short notice. No nonsense introduction to the lovely Fiona. She gave a fantastic rub-down, and it seems my calves were in bits as Fiona's attentions really showed up some tensions. Everything ended really well and I'll be back.

Close to main line stations and work, so easy to get to/from. Booking via email through web site was easy and straight forward and receptionist always polite, full of smiles and welcoming. The massages I've had have helped relieve a particularly knotty shoulder, and when balanced with a soft massage, the experience has been memorable. The masseuse I've had are clearly well trained and know what they are doing. I'm a happy repeat customer and intend retruning frequently

Drop shipping company for review plates, not customised/generic and one shoe fits all. Came swift so better than buying from further afar. App seems ok, can see who's used the QR etc. I got quite a sizeable discount (which I believe is a sales technique) none the less, good value for money. I don't think I would pay the full prices mentioned on their websites.

Disappointed from the after care. Before my purchase everything was alright, couple a phone calls per day, explained everything, not a problem at all. Terrible delivery service and design services Guaranteed Saturday delivery. They called me late Friday to say the postal company refused to take it for Saturday despite being ordered well within the time window. I was advised it would be delivered Monday. I call at 4pm Monday to say it’s not arrived yet .. “Don’t worry we can see the courier has got it and will be there by 6pm.” 5:50 I call to ask where it is again.. there phones lines are open to 6 but no one answers. Why say you’re open to 6 when nobody answers calls. Just shocking! I asked for a floor design after I sent an easy to read hand drawing with every exact measurement… they failed to get anything right 6 times! I gave up with the shear incompetence of the design team.
