Kæmpe anbefaling til dr. Hao. Dr. Hao er en meget dygtig akupunktør. Hun er enormt professionel og enormt venlig og rar. Ifb. med en hjernerystelse havde jeg konstant hovedpine, (og flere gange om ugen slem hovedpine), samt jeg oplevede også en del svimmelhed. Allerede efter de første behandlinger hos Dr. Hao kunne jeg mærke en markant forbedring. Intensiteten af min hovedpine var meget mindre, og jeg oplevede en del mindre svimmelhed. Jeg havde prøvet alle mulige behandlinger før, som ikke havde hjulpet. Nu har jeg ikke længere konstant hovedpine, og når jeg har hovedpine, så er det en meget svag hovedpine. I know Dr. Hao since 2020, I was having issues to get naturaly pregnant and my sister in law recomended her. I went and had her powerful therapy and I got pregnant the same cicle with my first son. I went to dr. Hao as I was experiencing a lot of neck pain that was spreading and caused headaches that made it difficult to function normally. I got these symptoms after having heavy flu over winter and stress that came with it. After few sessions with dr. Hao headaches were completely gone and tension in my neck and upper back muscles became much smaller. I enjoyed every visit, dr. Hao is listening very carefully to what the issue is and it seems like she knows right away what treatment will help best. At the same time, she is such a nice person with lovely energy. Had an incredible experience at the Qatar F1 race on December 1st. The Grand Prix Grand Tours team were fantastic, and the seats were amazing – the views were breathtaking! The whole day was way above my expectations. Grand Prix Grand Tours made everything so easy, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. It was the perfect way to experience the F1. Really an unforgettable day! I hope to travel again with them soon.

I recently attended the Qatar Gp. I was due to fly out on Monday 25 Nov. On 11 Nov, I emailed the Sales Manager to enquire when the tickets etc would be dispatched. He reminded me that, as per my original booking instructions, everything would be sent out between 1 and 2 weeks prior to departure. On 18 Nov, i received an email from the booking team stating that tickets etc would be dispatched by 25 Nov. I reminded them that I was departing on the 25th, and received a further email from the Operations Manager who reassured me that I needn’t worry. On the 22 Nov, and to my relief I received everything, and again twice more on the 25th. On the morning of the 25th, I received a WhatsApp from someone at Doha airport telling me that he was waiting for me. I replied telling him he was 24 hours early, and that I was still at home. I flew overnight and arrived at approx 7am on Nov 26, to be met by no-one. I then contacted the taxi company using the number supplied by GPGT and spent ages on the phone because they could not find the booking. After exhausting the credit on my phone a member of the airport reception staff then used his phone to speak to the taxi company, a driver arrived and we left 45 minutes late. On the way to the hotel I emailed GPGT who later apologised Saturday night after leaving the circuit, the coach was not in the same place where we had been dropped. So, it was a case of trudging along the lines of plain white coaches to find ours. Sunday night, on returning to the coach park there was no sign of our coach so there we stood approx 20 of us, along with the local guide waiting for the coach to appear, which it did about 20 minutes later. On returning to the UK, i no doubt along with many others was asked for feedback. I explained all the above, but guess what, YES no response. It has since been pointed out to me that the feedback form was anonymous and so, I withdraw this criticism. Overall, the flights were fine, the Kempinski hotel was faultless, the GP seats were ideal, but it is these relatively minor issues that put a damper on a trip costing £3500, and for that price, I hoped for better.

Communication very poor, didnt get any details till a couple of days before, after I kept chasing. I'll start by saying the hotel (Fairmont on the Palm) was amazing, great location, food fantastic, staff so friendly and thats where the 'great' experience ended. Even before we took off at Manchester I was inundated with phone calls that wouldn't connect and text messages from the company/driver in Dubai airport asking where I was. Eventually after hassle I got in touch to say I hadnt even took off! Obviously something went wrong with communication! Flight was great, food nice plenty film choice etc. Landed in Dubai, was told the driver would clearly have a sign with my name, spent 45mins looking for him and calling the company who told me he was there. Eventually found him standing right at the back chatting to his mates, he had an a4 sheet with GPGT logo, that was so faded it was hard to see (no name) everyone else I spoke to said there name was clearly visible. Got to the hotel to check in for our 5 nights in a twin room which was stated on my booking ref. The reception informed me they only had a reservation for 2 night in a double room. Totally unacceptable as I was travelling with my brother. This information was relayed to GPGT on numerous occasions! Thankfully the hotel was able to sort is. Thurs & Fri we made our own way to & from the track, Taxi cost about £50 each way. Organisation at the track was really poor, however there was loads going on so we enjoyed that. Even though we missed the pit walk because it was not busy they had to close it. On the Saturday & Sunday transport was provided. However, Qualifying started on Saturday at 2.30 but we were told the bus was leaving the hotel at 1pm, considering its at least 1 hour in a taxi in NO traffic to Abu Dhabi, then it would take probably over an hour to get from the bus to your seats, so even in good traffic there was no way you would make quali! People we spoke to who got the bus, missed ALL of quali. Thankfully we had decided to get a taxi earlier in the morning. Even then the queues to get in were big. You also had to queue with thousands of people to get a wrist band for the concerts and they kept running out so eventually we decided to give the concerts a miss. Though the race on the Sunday was 5pm and the bus was leaving at 12 we had already decided to get taxis again. Far too much hassle, the bus also wasn't allowed near the circuit so it was a very long walk. Once the race was finished people who were on the bus had to rush away and missed the celebrations to walk the half hour back to the bus, thats before you even got out the circuit as the queues were huge, so many bottle necks. The return bus was leaving at 8pm. Left no time to enjoy the celebrations and the long walk back. Even checking out from the hotel to get our 'organised' transport back to the airport was a shambles GPGT sent a message with our drivers name and phone number, however going out of reception there was at least 15 cabs waiting and loads of people all waiting for transport. Everyone was wondering about looking for their driver, we even called him but he didnt answer, for a 10.30 pickup we didnt find him till just before 11am. All the guests from GPGT all said the same about the organisation, no one was happy. How easy would it have been for the cab driver to hold up your name, simple problem solved. This was an expensive trip that I looked for to so much that was just flawed with poor organisation. Think very carefully before considering this company. So to recap, great hotel, location, stunning views, and great food, staff amazing, weather was beautiful, great seats at the circuit, atmosphere was fantastic, met some lovely people but the organisation from GPGT was a shambles.

I attended Qatar F1 and GP Motorsport facilitated the purchase of the tickets for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The choice of the stand was great. The tickets were flawlessly transferred well in time.

A truly amazing and epic 3 days away for the Monza F1 Grand Prix. I booked our tour package a year ago which included private transport to and from our hotel from and to the airport, 3 days B&B at a 5* Melia Milano hotel in Milan, transport back and forth to the F1 track with 2 day access and great seats over the track overlooking the pit lane and the podium. My initial intrepidation of purchasing the package from the company 'Grand Prix Grand Tours GPGT', a company I hadn't used before, was short lived as our trip became closer. Final communication of our tickets confirming track access as well as numbers of who to contact in any event over the weekend including our private transport hire to and from the airport. As a new customer travelling with this company, our expectations were certainly exceeded. This was also our 1st trip to watch a F1 race. Not bad for the 1st one in Italy! All service from the agent James and all at GPGT company was exemplary with full communication throughout our order. The private airport transfer through an approval company - LimoLane, (nice Mercedes on both trips), collected us from the airport with our name on a name board. I was made aware who will be our driver with a contact number if we needed to contact them. The coach that took us to the track and back to the hotel collected us from outside our hotel and parked us as near to the track as possible over the 2 days. Due to the amount of people there for the same thing, be prepared to do alot of walking. We did around 50k steps over the 3 days! Our hotel was really nice. All staff we're very friendly and accommodating. They recommended and booked restaurants for us for our 2 remaining evenings. Breakfast was reasonably busy but always a table available. A varied self service food counter of fresh eggs, sausages, tomatoes baked beans and other items were available. Also the usual cheeses and hams plus juices and coffees. My son and I made full use of our time in Milan while we were also able to watch Inter Milan play at the epic San Siro stadium on our first night! If you're looking for an experience of personal touch and being really well looked after, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company. Service and quality can come at a price. However, for an unforgettable, unique and surreal experience, I wouldn't go any further.

We've just returned from the Monza GP organised by GPGT. I cannot recommend the company highly enough. Everything was organised perfectly from the flights, transfers, hotel, bus transfers to the circuit and the tickets. We went as a family of 4 and all had a wonderful time. We will certainly be booking through them again!

From booking with the company took all the hassle out from ourselves. You was kept upto date with instructions the flights transfers accommodation tickets hotel. The Italian Monza grand prix was amazing the atmosphere superb it was very hot thou you did have to stand in the shade if your not used to the hot sunny weather like us brits. Jeg var selvfølgelig advaret inden, men jeg føler bare mit syn i hverdagen, når der er solskin er mere værd end om natten eller når jeg hænger foran fjernsynet :) Edit: Og svar til Memira: Det er et helt år siden operationen. Så det bliver næppe anderledes.

Professionelt og serviceminded

Det er nu præcist et år siden jeg fik en linse udskiftning hoe Memira. Det har været en ubetinget succes. I dag tænker jeg aldrig over operationen, og har nærmest glemt min tid med briller og tiltagende alders syn. Det tog lidt tid for mig, at vende mig til de to linse læseafstande, henholdsvis ca. 20 cm og 50 cm. Man skal lige vende sig til at justere afstanden, til det man gerne vil læse, specielt når man kommer fra nærsynethed på minus 1,5, hvor jeg altid kunne læse alt tæt på. Men her et år efter er det blevet en vane, og mine skærme på arbejdet er justeret til den præcise afstand, hvor alt står skarpt. Den store gevinst er når afstandene er mere end en meter. Alt står knivskarpt og det er skønt at kunne undvære briller, der duggede i regnvejr eller sad løst på næsen, eller blev glemt på skrivebordet. Med hensyn til natsyn, så tog det lidt tid at vende mig til “ringe” omkring lyskilder, og efterhånden er de da også nærmest forsvundet igen, hjernen er en forunderlig opfindelse, og den justerer ubevist for disse genskær, så jeg nu har det samme, om ikke bedre natsyn end før. Som fodbolddommer er det fantastisk at undvære briller, og jeg ser de enkelte situationer betydeligt bedre end før. Hvilket giver en del mindre brok fra spillerne i kampene. 😃 Min bror fik en lignende operation to måneder før mig, og er lige så tilfreds i dag, som jeg er.

Det er en ubeskrivelig følelse at vågne op og kunne se klart uden hjælpemidler – det har virkelig ændret mit liv! Hvis man overvejer en øjenoperation, kan jeg på det varmeste anbefale dette sted. enrolled in a course from Leapup (MWA-trading course) costing ₹1,00,000, enticed by their promises of achieving significant earnings in a short time. However, the content was basic, lacked depth, and was nowhere near worth the price. Despite their big claims, the course provided little value and left me utterly disappointed. Within two months, they started marketing another program for options trading priced at ₹3,00,000! Their sole focus is clearly on extracting money rather than delivering quality education. To make matters worse, they push you to take loans through Propel, leading many into severe financial distress. Even after informing them about potential delays in paying EMIs due to personal challenges, they showed no empathy. If your payment crosses 15 days, you can expect someone at your doorstep creating issues and screwing up your peace of mind. I deeply regret trusting this company. Avoid them at all costs to protect yourself from financial and mental stress.

I placed an order for three (3) Atlas Ionic UV Electrostatic Carbon Filter Air Purifiers, one was defective with only one fan circulating. I was told the item was under warranty so the repair cost was my responsibility but parts were covered. What type of warranty is this, a defective item with less than a year of mild usage the responsibility lies on the customer. The only one thing I’ve done here is give this company business and find this to be unethical and absolutely ridiculous and they should have replaced this unit at no cost to me the customer, instead the want 50% of the cost of the unit even though their product is not working properly and defective. Well,I have no problems with the unit. Unit was well packed. They forgot to give me my paper copy of my purchase, stamped paid for. Your customer sales rep promised me 5% discount and he said since I was an injured vet from öp.dessert storm/friction veteran, that he would go ask his boss if there is any other discounts that I could receive. The survey arrived five days prior to the unit. I also mentioned to this sales guy that if your company would register with veterans affairs Canada, you would capture a large audience, to sell your products. I asked for this unit as a demo,,,,seems that's all your sakes guy did!!

The item I ordered was out of stock so Atlas upgraded my order to a better, more expensive item at no additional cost to me. I would order from Atlas again in a heartbeat!!! Thanks, Dale

Katastrophal, Finger weg: Mein eingesandter Krügerrand für 2800 Euro im Ankauf wurde laut DHL dort eingeliefert und soll nach deren Aussage dennoch nie angekommen sein. Warte jetzt seit 4 Wochen auf mein Geld oder Schadensersatz.

Die Versandkosten sind gegenüber anderen Anbietern sehr teuer. Der Lieferzeitpunkt wird extrem ungenau angegeben und dann noch nicht mal eingehalten. Minderwertige Ware (Milchflecken) wird schön geredet und nur zögerlich ersetzt. Ware wird falsch verpackt und ist daher zerkratzt. Ersetzen Fehlanzeige. Falsch gelieferte Ware wird als geprüft und korrekt geliefert benannt. Nach langer Diskussion und langen Phasen des Schweigens, soll die falsche Ware auf eigene Kosten zurück gesandt werden, um dann getauscht zu werden. Nachdem einfordern des Portogeldes, wird jede Kommunikation eingestellt und der Zugriff auf das Kundenkonto funktioniert nicht mehr.

Sehr gute und übersichtliche Unterstützung, jederzeit ein guted Gefühl bei der Abwickelung, ich würde immer und zu hunterd Prozent wieder mit ihnen Geschäfte machen ind bedanke mich für gute Zusammenarbeit. Es wurden alle notwenigen Schritte vom Angebot bis zum Versand zur vollsten Zufriedenheit von ihnen erledigt. Nochmals ein herzliches DANKE

I placed an order for an electric Moulton bike from the 9 of Feb 2024 with an expected delivery date of April 2024. I corresponded back and forth throughout the next months about a confirmed shipping date. I understood that there may be valid reasons for a couple of delays but after a series of unexplained excuses throughout the months (and seasons) that have passed, this became very frustrating. I have advanced the payment when I placed the order in good faith. To date --a year later --I have not heard back from John from my last email in November when I asked again for a refund. Very helpful and responsive guy until I asked him about receiving a refund for additional boxes that I ended up not using. Considering that on the Manchester Storage site, it says that refunds will be provided in a case such as this. After months of trying to get a refund, I eventually gave up because I couldn't force him or anything to give my money back. Furthermore, I paid an additional 120 pounds for over-summer storage, which is honestly a lot compared to summer pricing. Again, very helpful and responsive when it was time for Matthew Jones to receive money, but still no word about any refund or at least a discount. Also, when I emailed to get my boxes delivered back, I received an answer within 30 minutes, but after I had asked him if I could change the date, Matthew pretended not to see my emails once again. Matthew is very unprofessional and unfair. Never using this service again, there are probably much better ones out there.

Really good service. Pick up and drop off when I needed it and good deal on the price. I had to acces some of my stuff in an emergency one weekend and Matthew was really helpful letting me get access to the storage unit. There’s some more well known storage places but they are expensive and the service is terrible. Manchester Storage is much better if you want flexibility.

I had a problem logging in to my account and contacted the company for help. The operations Manager Steve Walmsley was very prompt in responding and assured me he would help and he did just that. I bought a heat lamp back in April this year . At the time there were only heat lamps eith a European plug in stock . It was discussed that I could wait 3 months for others to come in stock and then I asked if it was possible to change the plug to a uk plug. I was verbally told that was an option / possibly. So that is what I did purchased the lamp then got an electrician to change the plug . A few weeks ago the element went in the heat lamp way before the stated 500 hours of usage . I rang up and received helpful advice that lamp still under warranty send it back it will be repaired or replaced . I was verbally told to send it back abs that I would be refunded postage . I was sent a link and paid 40 pounds for the return . The heat lamp was repaired and sent back at which point I asked to be refunded for postage. I was told that she had spoken to her manager and that postage isn’t refundable and that actually the warranty is invalidated because the plug has been changed ! So basically they have done me a favour by repairing it . I take issue with someone selling me the lamp knowing full well that I was going to change the plug as discussed on the phone but not mentioning at the time of purchase / discussion that this would invalidate the warranty . I take issue with someone saying postage would be refunded then saying that that is not possible abs that they did not say that . I listened to what I was told and acted accordingly to be told something different later on . Lesson learnt get everything in writing . The heat lamp is disappointing and already the element gone really quickly . I’m now left in the situation that if it breaks again it’s not covered by the warranty . Unimpressed !

Very disappointed with heat lamp purchase and return experience. I was refunded only a 70 percent on a purchase that didn’t work, with an awkward and bad design, and subsequently injured myself badly while dismantling it after being promised it had been assembled and tested before sending (a prerequisite for my purchase). It wasn’t. And then directed to use considerable force to assemble as it didn’t fit together properly and then told it couldn’t be refunded due to damage inflicted as per your instructions re assembling. Acquired bad hand laceration. The lamp did not work. Two patients confirmed. No responsibility assumed on your part for your part in this debacle. Very disappointed in both the product and the bad customer service. Buyer beware!

After ordering 4 pair of earrings for €232,20 online, I could only wear one earring since the other pairs had a fastening very hard to use. Wildthing Collectables apologized for this inconvenience and promised to send the other 3 pairs with a normal spring closure fastening from Lisbon to Belgium. The package got lost and never arrived, but since I needed to be in Lisbon for summer I passed by the store myself and got the correct fastenings. It’s been a ride but finally everything turned out well, and I even bought 3 extra pieces.

J’ai commandé un luminaire sur le site de Arredare Moderno. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé jusqu’au moment ou nous avons réceptionné le colis envoyé par le fabriquant du luminaire. Nous avons malheureusement constaté que celui-ci était très mal emballé et qu’il était arrivé totalement endommagé par j’imagine des livreurs plus que brutaux. Même si cela a pris un certain temps Arredare Moderno nous a tenu au courant de nos options, envoi d’un nouveau luminaire ou remboursement. Nous avons opté pour le remboursement car nous avions des craintes que le fabriquant emballe à nouveau le luminaire de manière trop légère. Arredare Moderno a été très correct et nous a rembourse de la totalité du montant. Je n’hésiterai pas à refaire appel à leurs services dans un futur proche pour d’autres articles de design Italiens.

I was able to buy exactly the cables that I needed and they were delivered within three days. I thought that the shipping charge was expensive for what is these days a relatively slow delivery.

Ordered a cabinet, fans and network faceplates for next day delivery Monday. Got an email telling me that they did not have the cabinet and would I accept smaller one, I emailed them back accepting but have not received a reply. Needed the cabinet Tuesday and its now Wednesday and I have no idea what is happening with the order. I have tried calling however you seem to only get through to a call answering service and nobody seems to be calling people back.
