Sadly disappointing - My partner and I did the SkyHigh Afternoon Tea for Two at At.Mosphere, Burj Khalifa and It was a disppointing experience. We arrived at the venue and there was not host, and we stood around for about 5-10 minutes in the lounge with several members of staff walking past and no one acknowledged us. We eventually got seated and waited 15 minutes before anyone brought us water. We had to ask for a drinks menu and then waited 45 minutes for food. I sent them an email prior to the day with dietary requirements, which they acknowledged. I confirmed with them and they had no knowledge of this and this made us wait longer for food. The food was nice enough, but did not wow me. We waited a long time for drinks to arrive every time we ordered. We felt very dismissed, especially watching other tables around get better service. I expected a lot better from a prestigious place like Atmosphere. Ithara on the other hand were very helpful, polite and responsive. I cannot recommend them enough.

We did a clay date activity with two other couples. Loved it. Very professional, great studio, personalized hands-on experience. Will go back for another session for sure. Great Valentines date idea. Thanks very much.

Attirata dalla pubblicità e dai video di Alex Theory ho deciso di comprare per la prima volta le mini gallette aromatizzate alla pizza (adoro le gallette in generale le compro da anni). Le ho trovate dure e il sapore inizialmente era pure accettabile, ma non si sente più ad 1 giorno dall' apertura. Troppa pubblicità per poca qualità.

Prodotto ineccepibile, ottima qualità, fragranze al top, quelle dolci menzione speciale,ottime per lo "sgarro" da riacquistare. Ottimo anche il servizio,e consegna.

A prescindere dal gusto degli aromi che è un parametro soggettivo (ottimo per me), la qualità delle gallette è gravemente scadente. Su 6 pacchi di gallette salate, 3 di questi erano immangiabili come se il pacco fosse aperto da più di una settimana. Per i restanti tre pacchi la qualità era molto buona (ma non più buona di altre marche di gallette artigianali). Basta leggere la data di scadenza perché quelle che scadevano tra circa 6 mesi erano quelle di consistenza peggiore. Per le dolci nulla dire: ottime. Giudizio complessivo gravemente insufficiente. Senza considerare che il pacco è arrivato dopo circa 25 giorni (20 giorni lavorativi !!!!). Non spenderò più soldi e non lo consiglio a nessuno.

I ordered a pair of progressive lenses. Total $465 which is not cheap but the lenses were! They said it was a premium brand from Essilor but if I change my gaze just one degree from straight to right or left I see nothing. Very poor quality and performance of the lenses. Vi har købt en dobbelt dør, og alt ser ud til at være i orden, bortset fra karmen ved det øverste hængsel. Her er der dybe ridser og manglende maling, hvilket ser virkelig skidt ud. Producenten hævder, at produktet er kvalitetskontrolleret før afsendelse, men det er tydeligvis ikke tilfældet her. Man piller jo ikke ved hængslerne, når man monterer en dør, så det må være en fejl fra fabrikken. Desuden kræver de, at man melder fejl inden for 48 timer, hvilket kan være svært at nå i en travl hverdag. Vi kontaktede dem inden sommerferien, men blev bedt om at vende tilbage om tre uger. Nu påstår de, at vi har reageret for sent. Derudover fulgte der kun én anslagsliste med, hvilket heller ikke giver mening. Jeg vil slet ikke anbefale Melholt, find et andet alternativ. Resten af vores døre blev købt hos byggebilligt. Dem kan jeg anbefale.

Vi bestilte to massive fyldningsdøre med karme ved Melholt. Leveringen kom med fragtmand indenfor tre dage i intakt tilstand. Både døre og karme var pakket godt ind og påklistret "fragile" samt retninglinjer for kontrol af varens tilstand ved modtagelse. Disse retningslinjer fulgte også med i ordrebekræftelsen, så der ikke er tvivl ved reklamtion. Den første dør er d.d. monteret i karm uden andre problemer, end dem som kan tilskrives et skævt gulv.

I forbindelse med køb af dørkarme oplevede jeg super service og vejledning hos Melholt. Og så er priserne skarpe. Meget stor anbefaling herfra.

Jeg har købt en skyde dør i august 2022 og den ar været monteret et års tid, en aften konen og mig sad i sofaen hørte vi et pop og vi kom ud i køkkenet og der var sprunget en rude i vores skydedør. Jeg skød et billede og sendte det til Melholt og spurgte om det var noget de havde oplevet før og om de kunne hjælpe med at løse problemet. De afviste ud fra mit billede at døren kunne være gået i stykker på den måde som jeg oplyste og på den baggrund afviste at modtage en reklamation. desuden oplyste de mig at de ikke havde nogen reservedele og at glasset ikke var muligt at skifte fordi døren ikke var lavet til det. Jeg har planer om at reparere min dør, men det bliver nok uden hjælp fra dem der har solgt mig døren. We ordered a beautiful loveseat in a burnt gold velvet but when it was delivered it was just sadly too big for our house. The Lounge Co arranged collection swiftly (for a small fee compared to the price of the seat) and refunded my deposit without any quibbling whatsoever. Great quality and great customer service.

Unfortunately the furniture loses a star as the sofas we ordered previously smell of onions / garlic (which is apparently due to fire retardant in fabric) Have been advised by email that this will disperse over time. No smell from new foot stool so I’m hoping this won’t happen as time goes on . Smell of older furniture gets worse in the heat, so we will see. Legs are slightly different on the new footstool, from our older matching furniture (we chose the dark oak stain - the new legs have less wood ‘grain’ and are more solid brown) I’ve swapped the new front legs with some back legs from existing furniture so it all matches. (Back legs are against a wall) Over all happy but be aware of smell

I spoke with customer services and explained my situation. They could not have been more helpful. My sofas arrived in good time for Christmas. The delivery guys were on time and very helpful. Als Crossfit und Hyrox Enthusiast muss ich leider sagen, dass die Art und Weise, wie Lesmills Kurse durchgeführt werden, mir keinerlei Freude bereitet. Für mich ist das angeleitete Bewegungstherapie im Takt der Musik ohne jegliche Korrektur durch den Trainer, der im straffen Programm gar keine Zeit hierfür hat. Die Grundidee, dass alle Sportler zur gleichen Zeit die exakt gleichen Bewegungen und Reps machen ist komplett falsch. Es ist ausgeschlossen, dass ein 2m Mann und eine 1.60m Frau im gleichen Takt und in der gleichen Geschwindigkeit die gleiche Anzahl von z.B Squads machen. Das funktioniert physiologisch einfach nicht. Völliger Unsinn, der auch noch Verletzungen fördert.

Last year I used Les Mills Vic Park and I’d highly recommend, great equipment and sufficient space, awesome class options, good coaches and friendly teams. My rating is based on my experience with Les Mills Newmarket. The class timing and options are avg, the parking isn’t ideal, the hairdryers etc are always out of order. I was on a flexible membership purely because of my work. The membership is a one weeks notice period and they made me give a full paid months notice. Would not rejoin Newmarket.

LM On Demand signature increased 100% from 2024 to 2025, that is a shame. I even got a discount of 33% , still it is too much! First of all, Les Mills must understand that people who oft subscribe is ALSO paying GYM membership. On Demand was born after the pandemic, as an option for people to train at home. And so it is: a plan B for people training at home or travelling. Second, the app is very limited, the conection is poor, it runs very slowly, often the training which I select "is not available in my region" then I need to choose another one. The "search" option must be improved. Also there is no option like in many other training apps to see the training history, show statistics like number of trainings, hours, type of trainings, that would be a value added. I will wait until LM they review their price, currently is overestimated, even for being Les MiIlls. And listen! There are many other good options out there!

Les Mills is quite simply the best gym in Christchurch. Excellent facilities and classes with very friendly staff.

I want to report a favourable experience with Joyou. The website is easy to find your way and when I need some advice I was able to get through to a nice chap on the telephone who gave me some good advice. I didn't have to experience the horror of sitting in the house all day waiting for the goods to arrive as the dispatch people kept in touch with me throughout the whole delivery process. I tried a few different bathroom product websites & stores. I found most of the other sites difficult to use. This site was refreshingly easy (maybe a bit slow at times, but that wasn't too bad)! When I found what I was looking for the entire process was straight forward. Great!

I was really happy with the quality of the products I recieved and the price I paid. The level of customer service was fantastic . I had a query about the installation which was dealt with efficiently. Looking to get a shower system next.

The initial shower we were sent had a faulty valve, which meant that as soon as water in the house was turned out it sprayed out of the control unit. I expected to call the number listed on the website and be sent a replacement part with limited hassle. How wrong I was. Firstly, the website states customer services are available 8am - 10pm - this is a gross exaggeration. The call centre may be be open at those times, but customer services (which seems to consist of a single adviser) is only open office hours. After 3 attempts to call (out of hours for Customer Services, or no one available) and no callbacks as promised, I finally got through to someone who then said I had to speak to an engineer on the phone to diagnose the fault. I was promised a call back the same day from an engineer, but that never materialised. After 2 more attempts the following day, I got through to the same customer services guy on my third attempt, who then called the engineer. Finally, after 7 phone calls, I spoke to the engineer who, funnily enough, recommended a replacement part after 20 seconds of talking. We've now got the replacement and it is fitted, works fine, and the quality of the product is good. Just a pity that the service was so shoddy and took so much chasing when the solution was so simple. I imagine Joyou are fine if you don't have any problems, but I'm not sure I'd trust them again. A couple of points about the product - shower itself is good and solid. However instructions aren't great (there's parts in the box that aren't mentioned in the docs, so it takes some googling/guessing from an amateur to fit them correctly), the nuts are about 0.5mm too small, so take a lot of jimmying to get onto 15mm copper pipes, and all threads are backwards (righty loosey, lefty tighty?!)

Excellent and very quick service. When its to good to be true it normally is, and this was the case with this company, ordered all the parts for a customers shower room the delivery turned up with only half the order, rang and spoke to them they tried to make out it had been delivered then changed their minds, the next day the rest was delivered but with parts missing, having made calls to the call centre i have been passed from pillar to post and 3 weeks later having emailed left messages for someone to tell me whats going on they tell me that they don't have the parts and are sorry, I have asked for a refund and have been promised this will happen today i will wait with baited breath, the service is shocking, no instructions for the shower door, the whole thing has cost me time and money and all they can say is sorry, its not good enough DONT USE THEM you will regret it.

I made a small order a few weeks ago just to check the quality (as the price was very good), and I have just been delivered my second order (almost two bathrooms worth), and I'm very happy - quick delivery, nice kit. Will let you know when it's all installed.

I ordered two items and paid, including above average expensive delivery, as together the items seemed to be worth the expensive delivery. Although both items were "in stock" on website, five days after the order (WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN 3 WORKING DAYS) I was informed that one of the items was out of stock. It took another 2 weeks to be reimbursed for what I had paid for but they could not deliver. During that period there was no communication from their customer service in reply to my emails until they had no choice but to reimburse me. I would have ordered the WHOLE ORDER elsewhere had I known they could only deliver SOME OF THE ITEMS I NEEDED. As it is, wasted time and VERY chaotic service: Ultimately they reimbursed me but via convoluted system where - based on their automated emails - I was sent the missing item, I returned it, and on receiving it back they gave me my money back (!!). All untrue - and the out of stock item is STILL listed as "in stock" on their website!

Kann die Erfahrungen mit Frostschäden nicht nachvollziehen. Habe seit Herbst 2023 6 Devider, seit Frühjahr 2024 weitere 3 Devider und 3 TUB. Alle haben 2 bzw 1 Winter unbeschadet überstanden, die Devider werden mit Einsätzen verwendet, die TUB sind direkt bepflanzt Habe sie allerdings auch gründlich mit Imprägnierungsspray behandelt. Auch die weißen Devider vom Herbst 2023 sehen aus wie neu, alle Kübel wirken sehr edel und wertig. werden vielfach darauf angesprochen. Einziger "Minuspunkt" sind die Wartezeiten im Frühjahr und Herbst: möchte gerne einen weiteren TUB kaufen und die sind aktuell nicht in weiß lieferbar

Hier wird gerade eine Reinigungsaktion von schlechten Bewertungen durchgeführt, die sehr unseriös erscheint. Man muss Rechnungen nachweisen. Sind sie älter als 12 Monate sind sie kein richtiger Nachweis. Legt man aktuelle Beweise vor, werden sie grundlos abgetan. Sehr dubios.

Vor 26 Monaten 8 Stück Divider Pflanzenkübel gekauft. Obwohl nach Vorgabe von Pflanzwerk gefüllt (grosse Bollersteine im unteren Teil…), sind 6 Stück davon nun kaputt. Antwort von Pflanzwerk: Wäre ein klassischer Fall von Frostschaden durch Stauwasser und überhaupt, die Gewährleistung ist nach 24 Monaten abgelaufen. Keine Teilentschädigung oder sonstige Kulanz, ausser 30% für den nächsten Einkauf… als ob ich solchen teuren Schrott nochmals kaufen würde! Hatte dummerweise der TÜV Werbung auf deren Homepage geglaubt. Auf den Zollpapieren dann den Hinweis des Ursprungslandes entdeckt: Made in China! Ein Hinweis, der bei den vorhergehenden E-Mails (Angebot und technische Infos), wohlwissentlich verheimlicht wurde.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit der tollen Auswahl! Ein sehr guter Shop, schnelle Lieferung, sehr gute Ware und sehr freundlicher Schriftverkehr. Die Qualität der Pflanzen ist überragend. 🌱💚💚

Hatte Probleme mit einigen Pflanzwerktöpfen, es gab leichte Risse (vermutlich Produktionsfehler) die durch den Frost gebrochen sind. Ein unkomplizierter Austausch einiger Töpfe bearbeitet sehr freundlich von Frau Pullich hat den anfänglichen Ärger positiv verändert. Dankeschön an Pflanzwerk

Als erstes habe ich mich für einen Divider-Kübel entschieden. Dazu passend einen Pflanzeinsatz. Die Lieferung war perfekt verpackt und das Produkt war perfekt und wertig verarbeitet. Alles hat gut gepasst. Aus dieser guten Erfahrung entstand die Idee, den Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn zu verbessern. Also habe ich mich mit PFLANZWERK in Verbindung gesetzt und eine Paketlösung vereinbart. Auch diese Sendung kam sehr schnell. Leider waren 2 von 4 Dividern durch den Transport beschädigt. Fotos an PFLANZWERK geschickt und sofort makellosen Ersatz bekommen. Die defekten, aber noch nutzbaren Kübel konnten behalten werden. Mein Fazit: guten Service erhalten, nicht ganz billige Produkte, dafür aber eine wirklich solide Qualität. Meine 5 Sterne habt Ihr verdient👍

Got a box of moonpies at Christmas for my son at Dollar General. Don't get me wrong, the taste is good. However when he opened the box and we saw the Size of them, talk about being disappointed is a understatement .They have made them so small, it was such a disappointment. Please label the boxes as fun size.

Purchased a box of banana Moonpies which USED to be my favorite treat. I usually eat them out of the package so the crumbs won’t make a mess. The exp. date was several weeks away so of course I assumed they would be good. After taking a bite I noticed the awful taste. Took out of package and realized it was covered in moldy spots. Checked rest of the box and all of them were moldy. Some a lot worse than this one. Disgusting!! Company didn’t respond. Disappointing since this has been a favorite treat since I was a kid.

I have reviewed Moonpie twice. The moonpies arrived very quickly and very fresh. I was kept informed of the box's location as it traveled from Chattanooga, TN to my house.

First, my husband’s favorite is the mint. We live in Bell Buckle, TN, home of the RC Cola and Moon Pie Festival. We found the mint moon pies at the festival and a couple of times in stores but then they were gone. We thought they weren’t made anymore. Well, I went on your website to send some Moon Pies to a friend that lives up North. Guess what?! There they were… mint Moon Pies! I ordered several boxes for my husband and he was like a child on Christmas. Other family members and friends like them to. You should get them out in the stores. At least in Bell Buckle. My friend loved her surprise. I sent her the gift pack with two RC colas and moon pies.

After watching the Mercland video explaining how they prepare the cars we decided to visit them and have a look. The people were very pleasant and we came away with a good feeling of the business. A few weeks later a faulty sensor showed, which was simply replaced and covered under the warranty. I am so impressed with Mercland, it's the only place to go if you want a used Mercedes ! Great experience. Went to view a different car but it had been reserved that morning and they had no similar models in stock. However they did have one that had just came I. And was in the process of being detailed and serviced at a nearby location. They offered to take car out of detail shop and bring it back so I could test drive it. I drove it, liked it and after putting down deposit was on my way. The car was delivered to my home 2 days later. Process couldn’t have been easier. I’ll update this after spending some time driving it.

- The company claimed to me directly that they would start selling individual toothbrush heads within 3 months. - They later decided against this so our only option is a ~£16 per 3 months subscription pack of floss, toothpaste plus an individual toothbrush head. - It is possible to cancel subscriptions online however the company ignores requests to cancel subscriptions by email. In my opinion this is dishonest behaviour.

I didn't receive a delivery and had to chase it up. However, this was instantly remedied by the customer success team and I also received a personal email from one of the Founders, which was a very unexpected and a super nice touch. The missed delivery was due to a system mess up and they apologised sincerely. Floe's products are awesome and I can't recommend them highly enough. I notice a difference in my overall oral hygiene when using them compared to regular off the shelf toothpaste and toothbrushes. The sustainable angle is a big factor for me too, so this is another tick in the box. Keep up the great work, Floe!
