We love our Marina 3-piece teak patio set! The furniture is heavy duty and the cushions are more than we expected. This set will last for years and is well worth the price. We think the price is a great deal for 3 pieces plus cushions! The chairs are very comfortable. I got a couple of outdoor cushions which spruce up the look and help support a smaller person as the chairs are deep. 5 Stars!!

Finally received my new set after the first one was delivered to wrong address. Thank you to Hope and crew at Patio Furniture for making the experience less hectic. Ik heb recent een horloge uit mijn geboortejaar besteld bij JuweelWinkel en was er erg blij mee. Helaas werd ik vandaag onaangenaam verrast door condensvorming onder het plexiglas. Dit is bijzonder vreemd, aangezien het horloge nog maar 1,5 maand in mijn bezit is en slechts tien keer met uiterste zorg is gedragen. Het is nooit blootgesteld aan onredelijke wateromstandigheden (hoogstens een enkele waterspat tijdens het handen wassen, maar zelfs dat was zou minimaal moeten zijn aangezien ik het horloge onder een overhemd draag). Gezien de zorg waarmee ik het horloge behandeld heb en het feit dat de kroon altijd volledig gesloten was, vind ik het bijzonder teleurstellend dat dit probleem zich voordoet. Ik heb meerdere vintage horloges in mijn collectie en heb dit nooit eerder meegemaakt. Logischerwijs heb ik contact opgenomen met JuweelWinkel, maar ik werd direct gewezen op de garantievoorwaarden. Uiteraard begrijp ik dat vochtproblemen doorgaans buiten de garantie vallen, maar een horloge dat binnen anderhalve maand al condensvorming vertoont terwijl het onder normaal gebruik is gedragen, zou naar mijn mening toch wel op een gepaste manier opgelost moeten worden. Zeker omdat de garantie vanuit JuweelWinkel bedoeld is voor “defecten die optreden bij normaal gebruik van hun sieraden en horloges”. Ik heb gevraagd of het horloge vóór de verkoop op waterdichtheid getest was, maar dat bleek niet het geval te zijn “iets wat bij geen enkel horloge wordt gedaan”. Dit vind ik vreemd, aangezien een waterdichtheidstest eenvoudig uit te voeren is en mogelijke problemen voorafgaand aan de verkoop kan identificeren. Als een horloge zo'n test niet doorstaat, kan er vooraf onderhoud plaatsvinden of kan de koper in ieder geval geïnformeerd worden dat het niet geschikt is voor dagelijks gebruik. Dit zou veel problemen voorkomen. Kortom, JuweelWinkel heeft een mooi assortiment, maar als het gaat om after-sales service valt er nog veel te verbeteren. Voor potentiële kopers: houd hier rekening mee, want je kunt zomaar met een probleemhorloge zitten zonder dat je iets verkeerds hebt gedaan.

Ik heb de afgelopen jaren meerdere keren zaken gedaan met Rene van Juweelwinkel en elke ervaring was uiterst positief. Vanaf het eerste moment altijd een vriendelijke ontvangst, waarbij je je direct op je gemak voelt. De service is echt uitmuntend; Rene neemt de tijd om alles helder uit te leggen en zorgt ervoor dat je volledig tevreden de deur uit gaat. Of het nu gaat om een aankoop of advies, je kunt altijd rekenen op professionaliteit en persoonlijke aandacht. Ik zou Juweelwinkel zonder twijfel aan iedereen aanraden!

Unieke sieraden voor een leuke prijs. Product was snel geleverd, waarbij het degelijk en mooi verpakt was.

Ik heb een prachtige gouden hanger gekocht die ingelegd was met een zwarte granaat. Voor zover mijn amateuristische blik kan vaststellen is het inderdaad goud (14 karaats zou het zijn). De beschrijving op de website klopte, evenals het gewicht en de lengteomschrijving. Mijn microweegschaal zegt inderdaad exact 2,57g. Er is een optie om met Klarna te betalen (inclusief aankoopgarantie) wat ik voor de zekerheid gedaan heb, want ik kende de webshop niet. Het pakketje werd inderdaad verzekerd verzonden (speciaal verzendbusje en medewerker ipv PostNL). Ook is het doosje verpakt in leuk papier en met een mooi strikje eromheen, het doosje is prima maar van goedkope kwaliteit. Er zaten ook twee Werthers karamelsnoepjes bij, wat een aardig gebaar is maar niet echt nodig is naast een juweel van €199 wat niet voor mezelf is. En wat tegenviel was dat het sieraad, dat niet goedkoop is voor zijn gewichtsklasse, voor deze prijs totaal niet schoongemaakt was. Linksboven bevonden zich dikke zwarte randen met vettigheid die erg duidelijk zichtbaar waren en ook aan de onderste helft van het steentje zaten dikke korrels vet die er niet zomaar weg te poetsen waren met nagels achter een vochtig microvezel doekje zetten. Dit was het advies van de medewerkster aan de telefoon. Het was wel attent dat de winkel kosteloos aanbood om een microvezel doekje op te sturen via de post, maar aangezien ik al een doekje in huis had hoefde ik dat niet. Ik wilde wel het vrij unieke sieraad houden. Vervolgens heb ik op internet opgezocht hoe gouden juwelen het beste schoongemaakt kunnen worden zonder beschadiging. Dat zou met een tandenborstel en een klein stipje vloeibare handzeep kunnen (wat minder agressieve zeep is). De tandenborstel die ik had was toch redelijk ruw, en uiteindelijk heb ik een schoongemaakt poederpenseeltje uit de make-updoos van de dame gepakt. Samen met water en een minihoeveelheid handzeep heb ik toen het sieraad schoon gemaakt. Nu ziet de hanger er echt heel mooi uit, het heeft redelijk wat detail en glimt nu op alle randen die van voren zichtbaar zijn. De achterkant van het steentje was ook vettig maar niet storend. En aan de achterkant van de gouden boogjes van de hanger kwam ook heel wat vet los, ondanks dat dat niet erg zichtbaar was bij mijn eerste inspectie van het sieraad. Ik weet dat het tweedehands juwelen zijn, maar ik vind het teleurstellend dat het zo slecht is schoongemaakt. Zeker voor deze prijs is dat slecht. Nieuwe 14 karaats gouden hangers van een gewicht van 2 gram kan ik bij mijn juwelier al voor €160 kopen. En die hoeven niet schoongemaakt te worden. Dit is een hanger met zwart granaat (wat zeldzamer is dan rood granaat) en dat misschien voor een kwart bijdraagt aan het gewicht. Granaat is per gram goedkoper dan goud, maar het totale sieraad is €199. Het is echter wel een origineler cadeau, zeldzamer, heeft een gedetailleerder vorm, en heeft een minder grote oplage dan moderne sieraden. Maar voor deze premium prijs moet die echt wel schoongemaakt worden.

Ik ben werkelijk heel blij verrast! Pakje is prachtig en met zorg verpakt. Het sieraad werd super snel geleverd en ziet er boven verwachting uit. Zeeer tevreden!

Awful. Avoid at all costs. Full of lies and miscommunication. We were told our mattress didn’t arrived because of a “damaged box” then the next day a mattress arrives in…..a badly damaged box. Once getting it up our tiny spiral staircase and inflating it we realise they’ve sent us one £800 cheaper than the one we ordered. We were then sent the replacement but couldn’t use it because at least 5 times of trying for them to collect the wrong one fell on deaf ears. After weeks of trying to get them to collect the wrong one and explaining that it will NOT go back down our stairs as it is they assured us they’ll send “careful couriers who can cut it up in your house if necessary” - to which I declined, bought some ratchet straps and tied it up and got it back down ourselves ready to be collected. (This was their bog Standard Emma mattress btw which is awful). Then, I’m left absolutely disgusted by todays whole process dealing with the “collection” people. I warned the company and Emma multiple times that I would not be letting two random men wander into my house and do whatever they can to stuff the mattress being collected today down our tiny spiral staircase, so as agreed, we moved it and used ratchet straps to roll it up and then it sat in our living room waiting to be collected. This morning upon arrival, they could see through the window I was up from my computer to unwrap the straps, but continued to bang on the door and ring the bell to which my wife then got up to tell them I was getting it ready. Before I could even look up they were inside my house, muddy shoes all over my carpet, one in my face and one behind telling me to “hurry up and stand it up” and once I told them to wait until I had got the strap off they just carried on and on about hurrying up and standing it up getting more and more aggressive. Once I told them it would not in fact “stand up” because our ceilings are too low I was met with “let me do my job and get the cover on it (raining outside) to which I told him again it wouldn’t and he’d have to do it in the van. He then said said “ok I’ll tell them you wouldn’t let us take it” to which I replied that I was asking them to take it just sideways not upright (literally makes no difference to them). The van was not even 2m from my front door. So I said ok if you don’t want it back get out of my house and he started laughing “well we will just take it and get it dirty so you don’t get your money back then”. To which again, I told him to get it out of my house and he just stood there staring at me as if he wanted to fight me and the other guy had to step in the middle. They took it out the house all of 2m into the van and proceeded to give me more atitude about saying they wouldn’t photograph it etc and that I was going to lose my money. Of course they don’t know I already have a replacement so I couldn’t care less about their games…. But having two Eastern European wannabe hardmen barge into my house with their dirty shoes all over my carpets and shout and swear in my face about a MATTRESS whilst my wife is stood there is hardly what I’d call customer service 👍🏻 Not only have I had to chase land of beds numerous times by phone and email to sort these issues out to which I’ve always been met with “so sorry, will sort it today” and then nothing happens until I chase and chase, but now this too. The only guy who is helpful is the American guy, the rest are absolutely useless and unless you want a month long stress of dealing with them I’d stay clear of them.

I had a bed delivered but the delivery co. refused to dispose of the old one even though I paid for this service. I called Jason who reassured me that he would resolve this situation as soon as possible and he put my mind at ease straight away. He was very friendly and kind and said he would keep me informed on how everything was progressing to rectify things. He arranged collection of the bed for the following day. The company arrived on time and provided a great service. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of this difficult situation which all ended so well. A big thanks to Jason at Land of Beds for being so considerate and providing an excellent service. It was very much appreciated. We are delighted with our new bed.

Al final resulta ser tan decepcionante como todas las de la competencia, Te molestas en ver y analizar una propuesta pierdes tu tiempo para que es tanto a las 12:00:00 listo para invertir el sistema se quede bloqueado y en menos de un minuto resulta que ya se ha cerrado y te has quedado fuera. Pensé que esta plataforma no tendría esos problemas pero veo que todos los que usan Lemonpay fallan en lo mismo, falta de capacidad e infraestructura operativa.

Mi opinión es sobre la inversión. En aquellas oportunidades interesantes o medianamente interesantes es imposible invertir. Da igual que estés dentro justo cuando se abra la oferta. Hasta en tres ocasiones he invertido estando la oferta abierta en tres diferentes proyectos y me ha remitido a la página principal sin haberse cerrado el proyecto. Luego al intentarlo nuevamente ya si te pilla el proyecto financiado. Esto me lleva a la conclusión que favorecen a unos usuarios frente a otros, aquellos que más han invertido históricamente sospecho. No se dejen engañar por argumentos como que restringen a 2.000 € la inversión en algunos proyectos. Si es bueno, no puedes invertir si eres un usuario nuevo. Y me dirán no todos los proyectos se financian al minuto: cierto. Aquellos con peores garantías hipotecarias y peores condiciones no se financian sobre la marcha... ahí sí les deja invertir, pero el riesgo se dispara. No se si recuperaré mi dinero en la inversión que hice, pero sí se que no vuelvo a soltar un euro con ellos. Mi recomendación: para invertir en los proyectos más peligrosos, que son los que te dejan, mejor ahórrate el riesgo. Hay otros opciones mejores para ello

Don't bother trying to sell your bike to this place they offer a quote and don't bother to contact you after. Over 2 weeks ago I got a quote which I accepted and was advised someone would be in contact shortly, after a week of jo contact I emailed the admin email address and was ignored. After a few more days I sent a message to the number provided on this site and was advised I would be contacted the following tuesday. The tuesday came and no contact I gave a few more days and still no contact. I sent another message on Monday to which I have recieved no response. Company has wasted over 2 weeks of my time where I could of sold the bike elsewhere. Very unprofessional and appalling service.

After I placed my first order for $318 USD, I get an email offering me a discount on my first order. I emailed and ask for it to be applied but was told it cannot be applied retroactively and that it could not be applied to sale merch. I might have purchased differently had I know about a discount that I clearly wasn't mean to receive since it arrived after my first order. Their website knew I was logging in from USA; however, the order confirmation email with NZ dollars and not USD dollars (almost double!) and did not indicate NZ dollars.  So I had to send another email as I was concerned that I checked out at one price but the confirmation was another price. So I am feeling uneasy about continuing and ask to cancel, and am told that an order that is barely 2 hours old will incur a 6% charge to cancel.  Their rep copied all their various 'we're covered' verbiage into an email and sent it to me. I went ahead and cancelled and came here to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of customer consideration.

I bought a pair of furmoo slippers about 3.5 years ago and it was instant love. Funky woolie blanket green colour outer and oh so snuggly lovely. Super comfy warm and toasty feet. I’m writing my review now and have only given 3 stars because the cloth covering fell apart and my beautiful slippers became ragged and ugly. I’ve spent the better part of tonight trimming all the cloth off. I think the actual slippers will last me for life but the cloth that made them awesome, the point of difference of the brand: the outer retro blanket covering - sadly is rubbish. I think it’s acceptable that I would expect the outer to last as long as the slippers. Isn’t that the point of having a pair of furmoo?! I wish I could add photos so you could see how they fell apart.

Sizes are larger than stated. I purchased M for a size women's 7 and they were more like an 8.5. As I had purchased and held them for a gift outside the 15 days exchange period they would not be flexible with that. They were also quite loose fitting in the back and tighter in the front. Would not purchase again.

Buscamos por un montón de páginas, y había algunas en las que había miles y miles de apartamentos, pero claro, te pones a buscar... y pierdes más tiempo en encontrar un apartamento decente que en la propia ciudad! Total, que encontramos a CityGetaway y sólo tienen apartamentos súper curiosos. Queríamos algo que sin que se nos fuera mucho de precio fuera decente y lo encontramos. Se puede hacer la reserva directamente en la web, pero todavía no acabo de confiar al 100% de meter según que datos y demás en cualquier sitio, y preferí llamar por teléfono para tantear. Entre la buena sensación que tuvimos en el apartamento, y lo rápido y bien que nos atendieron por teléfono, tengo claro que si podemos, la próxima vez también lo cogeré aquí. Conclusión? 100% recomendable! Saludos!!

Ankom med min skadede bil kl. 07.00 den 6/1-2025 Blev vel modtaget. Skulle have en lånebil. Det havde sneet kraftigt den nat. Fik en nøgle i hånden og fik at vide, at lånebilen stod omme på bagsiden af huset. Det var lidt af en opgave at finde den. Alle biler var dækket af sne, og der var mange af dem. Det var ikke god service bare at få en nøgle i hånden og sende “kunden” ud uden instruktion, placering og i en kulsort morgentime.

Alt var fantastisk! Alle var så flink og hjælpsom da jeg var meget ny til det hele. Kan virkelig anbefale!

I have been using Pavestone products for a few years now and been thrilled with the various products used. From walling units, cladding and obviously paving products, I highly recommend them to all my clients and various contractors that I work alongside. Not only are the products great, but the staff are so helpful. If there is an issue, such as clients changing their minds last minute or when we have broken a paving stone through accidentally dropping a large peice of machinery on it - they are always quick to assist. I only have the upmost praise for Pavestone. Never ‘fobbed off’ and always dealing with the same people. Perfect when you are recommending to clients. Highly recommended!

I had 3 packs of Indian Stone supplied by a local builders yard, it was a Pavestone product. Sold as a 20mm thick product. It was not, most of the paving was 18mm at its thickest point of paving. There was lots of points where it was 15mm. I sent the product back as it was not fit for purpose. I’ve a similar product in the past and it cracks down the length of the paving stones. The builder merchants who sold the sandstone has also made it very difficult and dragged their feet through out the process and in the end charged me a 20% restocking fee. Pavestone have been notified about this but nothing has been done. In response to Pavestone Sent an email to your colleague Krystal Williams on the 14th of October with a video attachment showing the state of the returned paving. Side note been landscaping and working with calibrated Indian Sandstone Paving since it came into the UK. If what he says is true he has just confirmed that they sell junk paving as I’ve never had anything so bad.

After 20 years i finally deceided to replace my my old faded patio. I had seen Pavestone advertised locally and rang them. The 3 samples i asked for quickly arrived. Having made my choice i rang and placed my order of porcelain 600x900 slabs. The ladies in the office were very helpful. Once the order was ready for delivery a date was arranged. A problem then arose when i was called informing me of damage to the stock at the docks just a few days before delivery and our contractor was already on site preparing. The office staff were very apologetic and an alternative was given. They then pulled out all the stops when it was found the slabs i had ordered were ok and the delivery was made in good time. The driver was also excellent and did all he could when the drop was made. My patio was completed and looks super.

Ordered 2 bras because of a FB ad. They do not fit. Company offered a $7 refund on a $50 order. No customer service as its a bot. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered several sweaters after seeing an ad on Facebook. They are NOTHING like the ad. Poor quality, uneven, says one size fits all which is not the case. My daughter could not even get her arm in the arm on one side. I asked for a refund as was told they shipped the product as ordered which is a lie. Best they can do was offer a $3USD refund which is insane. Total scam. Do not order! Shame on them!

I'm usually smart enough to review sellers but a few whiskeys in I just clicked and bought. No sign of my purchase after 3 weeks. Contacted the company who have been appalling in response. My last complaint just received an empty email back. From what I've read, if my purchase does arrive, I'm sure it will be wrong. Never again.

When I immediately sought refund I was denied even though the refund policy listed was stated to be full if turned in within 14 days of receipt- which I started process the day of receipt.
