Fantastic team
I have just returned from a trip to Turkey with Wilusa and do not have a single negative thing to say about them. Ozgen and the team were lovely - nothing was too much trouble, despite our ever-changing plans and everything from a midnight pickup in Istanbul to a change in hotel happened perfectly to plan. Would highly recommend them.

Very good transfer service from Istanbul to Canakkale and back. Our guide Efre looked after us very well. My only criticism would be the directions for the meeting point in the airport. The map wasn’t clear and didn’t make it clear that those arriving from the town centre had to go through airport security to get to the point.

Unreasonably expensive
The price of the transfer (40 euros per person) from the airport was extremely expensive. On or way back we paid 3 times less for a comfortable taxi. The Wilusa driver got himself stuck in traffic such that the transfer took 2 hours instead of 40 minutes. Whilst I appreciate that some of this wasn't his fault, we had Google on our phones showing a much faster route. I would have expected a local transfer company to have a little more local knowledge to be able to avoid the worst of the traffic. The chap who shepherded us together was nice and friendly, hence the two stars.

We rented a 2 bedroom unit which was presented as a luxury apartment in St. Germain des Pres. The shoddy apartment was a cluttered space filled with the owner’s contents, bric-a-brac, children’s toys and “artful displays” of junk. The kitchen counter was very old Formica with a bad chip. The kitchen window, while it let in light, the plumbing faucet prevented it from being able to open. We were unpacking groceries and placed our Bric’s carry-on on top of the stove which has many dials to turn the burners on. Lo and behold, when the suitcase made contact with the stovetop it automatically went on. Out lovely suitcase was crispy and went in the garbage. Old tablecloths covered the dining room table and large coffee table. Furniture throughout is cracked, chipped and damaged. We were taken for an expensive ride despite the company’s claim of vetting the units on their site. We plan on hiring legal counsel to defray the outrageous steal and breach of their contract.

Charming Home in Excellent Location
We enjoyed a week's stay. The home is lovely and enjoys an excellent location on a quiet street near Notting Hill Gate. The property is fully furnished as a private home, which adds to its charm. One Fine Stay did a great job with our greeting and settling in.

The reservation process and check in were very efficient. The staff was responsive and helpful. We had housekeeping services x2 and it was excellent. The home is conveniently located - 4 minute walk to tube station and lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Walk to Hyde Park and amazing museums.

They have the best customer service. Respond the same day to emails and were extremely helpful to book tours and transportation form the airport. A plus on customer service. The unit was well maintained and was very clean. The only complaint was the unit is across the street from a primary schools playground. 8am to 6pm very loud noises of screaming kids. On the weekends they have soccer camp at the school. They should add a note to the location to make you aware. The unit is Kensington Place IV.

The home was fabulous. It is near the underground and Oxford Street with restaurants, coffee shops, and retail available. The home has lovely, upscale furnishing and at the same time is a very comfortable environment. The staff at OneFineStay are exceptional in their customer service. Thanks so much. The home we stayed in was beautiful, comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. It was exceptionally clean and well provisioned for us and the team was extremely responsive in helping us get settled and working through a few minor issues. The location was also perfect for our needs and the neighborhood charming. I am going to use OneFineStay for all of my stays in London going forward and will also try to use them on other European stays.

A wonderful base for a London stay
This apartment was a wonderful base for exploring London. The rooms were well-proportioned and comfortably furnished. The overall decor was great and gave the apartment a very lived-in feel. There was lots of closet space. Plus, the Onefinestay folks graciously sent over extra hangers to accommodate all the clothes we brought for our long stay. There are many great restaurants within three blocks. The ones we liked best were Honey & Co. Noble Rot, Faros, and La Fromagerie. It was also easy to walk to many of the theaters. The Tube stop was only about a 12-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the host for making the great apartment available.

The whole experience has been great. I was recommended my furniture and I’m glad I placed an order. I found the items I needed, contacted the lovely sales team through WhatsApp. They helped me step by step, they sent me a few videos of the items in the showroom to help visualise better. The very nice lamp arrived and we were pleased with it. Sadly the switch had an intermittent fault which only became apparent after we had the lamp in position for a few days. Informed the company and they said to send it back in the original packaging which by that time had been thrown away. Just couldn’t be bothered with it all and waiting for ages for customer sevice etc etc so paid an electrician to renew rocker switch. I have never had a lamp with a faulty switch before so all in all very disappointing.

Bad experience
My experience with GoHardwood was very disappointing. My goal was to add flooring to my staircase by matching my existing flooring. I wasn't sure about the reference to my existing flooring since it was done by the previous owner of the house. I ordered this Mohawk stairnose thinking it was my best option after I read the return policy very carefully and was OK with the 30% restocking fee. The delivery experience was quite bad. I ordered 7 stairnose units and they came in 3 different shipments. One shipment with 4 units, one shipment with 2 units and one shipment with 1 unit. Each shipment was poorly packaged, the hardwood was moving and not protected by any plastic wrapper or anything. As a matter of fact, UPS left a note saying that one of the shipments arrived with both sides open. Most of the units were damaged enough that the ends couldn't be used and had to be cut. Anyways, I called the customer service about returning the merchandise and they told me that I couldn't return them because of Mohawk's policy - they don't allow returning "accessories". This left me very disappointed since it wasn't in the return policy. Only have I known, I probably wouldn't have ordered from this website with blurry return policies. The person I had on the phone told me they would reach out to Mohawk's customer service to see what he could do but never got back to me. My email with someone was left unanswered as well.

Excellent service, nothing too much trouble
This was my first skiing holiday and the first time I had put on a ski boot so I was relieved to have chosen Rental Republic as they were amazing in helping me find the right fit and being willing to change boots more than once - even meeting me at the slopes. Having the equipment delivered to the chalet meant we were ready to start straight away. Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was immediate. Brilliant company, highly recommend them. Thanks to Joe who was very kind and helped me not feel such an idiot and to Stijn who answered loads of emails.

Covid hit the world and everything stopped in March 2020 the day before we were due to set off. I immediately emailed them and was promised a refund. Dispite numerous emails, the last February 2023 from Paul Coyle, I still have not received my money back. So guys, apparently they are really good at what they are doing, but not when it comes to returning money.

Best ski hire experience ever!
This is an excellent service! We were a party of 10 with a full range of abilities staying in a chalet in St Martin de Belleville. All the equipment was good quality and in good condition. They arrived to fit our skis & boots at the agreed time. We needed to change 1 pair of boots on the 2nd day and change 3 sets of skis on the 3rd day because my kids decided to have an off-piste lesson. RR made both changes without any fuss and again arrived at the agreed time on both occasions. The RR office called me 2 or 3 times during the week to check everything was OK and having your skis collected from your chalet at the end of the holiday rather than trudging from the ski shop is brilliant! Saw 4 different ski technicians and they were all fantastic - knowledgable, courteous, good advice, good English (and btw girls - very cute!!). Excellent vfm. Superb service - I'll never use anyone else!

Rental Republic were great. I did the usual thing of being too excited at the start of the holiday and being terribly British and saying everything was fine with my boots, I'm not massively experienced, so it felt ok trying them on the first day. After a few days I had some bruising on my boots and I got in touch with RR. They were fantastic, came to our chalet and sorted me out with new boots and I had a great rest of the holiday. Really nice knowledgeable team. Don't be afraid to question them on how things are supposed to feel and fit, i.e. don't be British about the whole thing, they are super knowledgable and friendly.

Only mistake i made was not realizing that the concepts had numbers on the actual logo; and I just picked as the order they were delivered with a description resulting in the wrong logo being delivered. They were understanding and are working to resolve. The numbers on the logos are very faint so be sure to use the concept number when confirming your logo choice.

Worst communication ever! I pre-ordered a power rack/squat cage expecting it to be sent early December. Now the stock is available on the website and I’m yet to receive any confirmation about my order besides that my order has been placed. I have emailed, sent messages through Instagram and tried calling but it just rings through. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered a variety of products from king king fitness at the start of August 2021 about $2500 worth, understand there were issues with delivery company but it’s now middle of December and I am STILL waiting for the last of my order. What has been delivered arrived in bits and pieces. There communication is terrible, near impossible to speak to Henry over the phone and takes up to a week to answer through the Facebook messenger service. All I ever get is sorry we experiencing delays, I will never buy from King Kong again nor would recommend anyone to. Surely given it’s been nearly 4.5months the case should be priority but the weeks just keep going bye and nothing.

After the poor review (read below), Kinkong fitness contacted me and provided me with a prompt refund. I have therefore update my initial one star to three stars. I am awaiting something on backorder but have not been able to contact anyone for a progress update. Don't answer phone calls or respond to emails. I'm starting to wonder if it's actually a real business.

Still haven't received items after 3 months!
On August 2 I enquired about some equipment and I was advised the items I wanted were arriving in the first week of September and if I purchased via their website I'd secure these items. On August 3 I completed an online purchase. During the second week of September I contacted Kingkong Fitness to get a status update on my order. I was told my items were in the warehouse but due to restrictions I couldn't collect them, they weren't offering a click-and-collect option during lockdown and they'd be ready for collection when lockdown ended. When lockdown ended I contacted Kingkong Fitness to collect my items and I was told that not all of my items were available and I needed to wait until their next shipment arrived in early November. When I asked why my items were no longer available for collection after previously being told in September was order was ready (and I needed to wait until lockdown was over), I couldn't get an answer. Disappointed is an understatement!

Reasonable cost with quality for home gym set up. Due to separated dispatch from warehouses from Sydney and Melbourne, receiving items one by one all different time frames was a bit annoyed as a delivery man left all item in front of door without ringing the bell at all each time but apart from it, good communication with a customer and a quick response for replacing a item.

Was told that apparently in the description it said "Pre order" when it clearly said "In Stock no logo bench" I told them that it wasn't like that in the description (wouldn't have tried purchasing it if it had) and that they have terrible customer service. The email I received back was "I have refunded your money". Worst customer service ever!!!!

One star is too much
One star is too much. We have been using Cloudwalks for about 6 months and have encountered issues almost daily. Many, many down times. Disconnections once a week minimum. Very poor tech support. Their claim of 99.9% uptime is a gross exaggeration, we have been down for entire business days on multiple occasions. They have cost my small business a tremendous amount due to their very poor performance. I do not recommend them

FreebieFlow has absolutely far exceeded my expectations. They follow my interest items with accuracy. The quality and value are always excellent. In 3 months I have saved over $600 with clothing, health items, and household items. I previously subscribed to DailyBoxClub which sent me just one descent item in two months, and the rest was stupid token items. So, I was skeptical. Glad I changed over, I just recently changed my Amazon deliveries to Amazon Day. Yay!! Every Wednesday is like Christmas for me. What I like most though, is that I can change my preferences from free only to a selectable percentage of savings and maximum I'm willing to pay as often as I wish, and my changes go into effect immediately.

The staff helped me set up my account from start to finish, they are extremely helpful and very patient with me, I was up and receiving packages in no time. Most items are not free, but there are lots that are massively reduced like 80% off. You don’t get sent anything that you do not approve so there are no unexpected expenses, it’s great getting a big pile of packages every day to open. And it’s great to give away things to your friends.

I was skeptical but anyway decided to give this tool a try. I am amazed on how many deals the system found automatically for me and the best part is that they help to configure it in a way you can review and approve or reject every deal the bot finds for me. Most of the things I get are cheap stuff, some are repetitive but also the bot found some good stuff for me. Example, I got a robot vacuum/mop combo from $170 for only $34. Also, an HD projector for only $20 and a jump start system for my car for less than $10. Once I start seeing repetitive stuff, I adjust my purchase limits and I start getting new stuff. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try.A

I started out with Dailybox Club the first week was great but then I was only getting 1 to 3 packages MONTHLY!!! worthless items that Noone would use. Now? I think I've made the best decision to join FreebieFlow because not only are the customer service agents (Gigi) absolutely phenomenal but any question you may have will never be a dumb one. Caveat Emptor
It started out marginally well, along the lines of what others have written: They did not have stock of what I ordered, so they offered alternatives on WhatsApp. I did not want those alternatives. That's where it took a turn: They said they did have what I'd ordered, and I received a box ... different from what I had ordered. They offered to retrieve the mis-delivered package via DHL. I responded that I was travelling overseas and would respond upon my return. The next business day, a DHL van surprised my family at the house; they had no idea what was going on. I received a phone call in the middle of an intense business meeting in China. They've gone silent on WhatsApp. The reason for 2 stars instead of 0 is that they appeared to try in the beginning to satisfy this customer. But compounding errors followed by silence is no way to run a company. You've been warned --todd

I wasn’t sure at first but saw other reviews on Trust Pilot that the site was legit and went for it. Am glad I took the chance! My order was shipped promptly, the delivery group offered tracking and day of en-route location data. Had the option to sign in advance for package drop off which was nice. This went more smoothly than many within-the-US online purchases. Really impressed!

Awful customer service
Awful customer service! I received a defective part, confirmed by a local Toyota dealer, and requested a return. It took over two weeks and countless emails requesting photos, VIN, invoices, and more—only for them to deny my return. Their excuse? They claimed the part was damaged! Are they seriously suggesting that a certified Toyota service department damaged their part? This company clearly does not stand behind its products or its integrity.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I needed a rear replacement wiper blade for '22 4Runner. Decided to be proactive and order fronts as well. The package was shipped 5 days from order being placed. Package arrive 10 days after order being place and contained only front two blade, no rear wiper! I immediately contacted customer support. The woman I spoke to was rude and condescending. She said she would open an RMA and that someone would contact me via email within 2-3 days. 3 days later I received a message and was told they would not process without photos. I sent multiple photos of what was contained in package. The would only process if I provided picture of original label and box both of which I no longer had. They don't have the ability to reverse engineer their ordering procedure to track down label? Of course they do! I informed them I no longer had box with label. They simply repeated the same over and over "please send us pictures of the label in order to move forward with rma." It got to the point I think I was communicating with AI. They are ridiculous to deal with all due to their incompetence. I'm out $16 for a product they never sent. Bunch of thieves. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS.

A pulley went out on my supercharged tacoma. After a lot of cross referencing, I found the correct part number. I had a race in a few days so time was of the essence. I said screw it and paid the $103 overnight shipping option. After no response to nonstop emails, no tracking, no correspondence from them at all, I finally called. Rang and rang forever until someone picked up. They said it hadnt shipped yet. Even though I paid $103 for overnight shipping, that doesnt account for their 8 DAY PROCESSING PERIOD. Seriously? Tried to get a refund. Phone operator said itd be refunded and Id get an email. They hung up and I never got an email. Later found that if you google toyotapartsdeal, every car/truck forum is filled with posts about how terrible they are. Lesson learned

We will never do business with this company again. They sent the wrong part then made it out to be our mistake, which it was not. Then they charged us postage to return the part and a restocking fee. Total loss was $70.00. Never again. Buyer Beware!!!

Polite,professional and friendly. He talked me through the the process to get rid of them. Had two further visits to make sure they were gone. We had rats in our walls and loft. Scott attended three times, put down bait, gave very helpful advice about how to stop them coming in, and solved the problem. Updated - Agreed for 3rd treatment
Updated: Spoken to owner on the telephone who was very pleasant; has agreed to attend for a 3rd treatment. Initial Review: Really disappointed. First treatment did not work. Arranged free return visit for re-treatment, however the second treatment has not been put anywhere near the wasp nest, so that hasn’t worked either. Was advised to use a professional service to deal with the wasp nest, however given the experience I have had with this company, I will deal with the nest myself. Pleasant staff, however in my experience, it has been a waste of money.

Thanks to this pest control company for dealing with my wasp problem. Scott came out the other day and found and disposed of the nest that was under my privet hedge. Very grateful for his knowledge and understanding of the matter. I can definitely recommend this company for any of your pest problems.
