I was quoted $65/½ half, minimum of 2hrs and a $70 call out fee and $65 for more than 20 stairs. The removalists showed up and instantly started changing the price. $180 now for the stairs (18 stairs) and $170 for walking to the truck, on top of the original quote. In my opinion and experience - con men. I cancelled the job on the spot. They lingered on my property for 30minutes till I texted him in Arabic to leave my property. Wouldn't recommend.

Majority of the good reviews on google are fake . They took my google review down so I’ll put in here - Workers VERY unprofessional and slow on purpose ( they charge by 1/2 hour) . They add additional fees that weren’t initial quote and threaten to hold your items and say you’ll pay double to get them out ( quoted by James ) if you don’t pay extra. The worst part ? One of the workers asked my partner if he could buy some Of his medical cannabis … I’m guessing that is why they took my review down. Spoke to office worker James who defended his coworkers with the line “we’re all human”and said he wasn’t going to talk to them about their behaviour when I asked . The workers were fantastic. They were clear and excellent to deal with. They also were great at placing a priority on our move to get a truck as soon as one became available. They were efficient, friendly and treated our belongings with great care and made the move so smooth. We can’t thank them enough and would we definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move.

I wanted to purchased some flooring after talking with a representative & was later told that they put the incorrect information in the computer and don’t have the actual product in stock. To me, it was the correct information since I was clearly explaining the sku number and the fact that the company had gone bankrupt. The product is still for sale on their website. I am now still waiting to hear back about the amount that was taken from us.

Really bad. I received a completely damaged shipment of 12 boxes of Kahrs Vinyl flooring. When I ask about the status of the claim they only tell me "For your convenience, our team provides claim updates via email every time we get an update or response. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you." Now I really relate to all the negative reviews. I didn't take them seriously. But I see now how hard it is to deal with this company. They (Regal Floor Coverings) also operate under different name such as Noble Floors. My credit card bank statement shows Gila Floor Coverings. It is hard to get any feedback towards the solution. I hope this gets solved soon. September 19 2022: Still no reimbursement for the damaged floor. All 12 damaged packages are still not picked up at my home. No emails or calls from Regal Flooring after many calls and emails from my side.

Do not trust this company. They lie to get a sale. They will tell you anything to get you to commit to a holiday. We were sold a holiday where food ran out; the accommodation was cold and not cleaned from their last company. Leisure activities were oversubscribed, so we could not participate. Food ran out, and we were in the middle of nowhere to find alternative food. They said there was Internet access, and there was none, and the resort smelt of sewage.

Every part of this process was easy. Darren and Steph helped us so much. We were never pressured or pushed or hassled. The email responses were quick and helpful. We have just returned from our 4th Holiday that we have taken with Discover the World and all have been GREAT. I booked Sweddish Lapland (grand Arctic hotel) Christmas holiday and it was faultless. I was nervous spending so much on such a precious break which was so important to me, but they gave every bit of re-assurance throughout from receiving ATOL certificate straight after booking, answering requests within a few hours and sending accurate information timely. And the holiday itself was out of this world. Just a small group of 11 (lovely!) people in total on our package in total so excursions felt very personal. there was a rep at the hotel and nothing was too much trouble. Faultless all the way through.

We went to Nellim wilderness hotel with Discover the World, flying from London with various activities such as huskies, snowshoeing, reindeer and Santa visit included. I spent a lot of time with Jo Sehgal during the booking process. Going to Lapland is a huge investment and I was terrified of feeling shortchanged. Jo was very patient during that process - outwardly anyway as I am sure she was exhausted by the constant questions. I can’t compare with other providers but the holiday was perfect for us. Thanks Jo. The hotel really was in the wilderness - we didn’t see another car for about 40 miles on the way from Ivalo airport - and the activities we participated in were amazing. The hotel itself, whilst not flawless, epitomised what we expected Lapland to be - log cabins dotted around, the odd elf skipping round at meals times, set in a snowy forests beside a frozen lake. A few days before we were due to leave, Finnair went on strike messing up our flights completely which meant we couldn’t get to the resort or back as planned. Discover the world - Michael Wallis - kept us informed throughout, sorted out new flights with a night in helsinki and an extra night at their cost. I was also stunned that when our luggage went on a detour, we got a call from someone else at discover the world updating us on where it was. All in all, I feel we couldn’t have chosen a better provider. The cost of going to Lapland is mind blowing and I was really concerned about feeling cheated but I didn’t. We had the true holiday of a lifetime and much of that was due to discover the world (and a little bit Santa).

Terrible Customer Service! Living in a block of flats I always speak with customer services to ensure delivery will be possible. Re-assured multiple times it would not be an issue and now they are refusing delivery, refusing to install and refusing to take my old machine away. The delivery team were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I wish I had never used this company.

I got an iPhone on Ao- Finance plan. All was good at the start payed the 1st 2 months on time. Little did i know “NewDay” had been putting that my account was in arrears and i had to pay more and was adding interest every week. I then contacted a member of AO to be told I couldn’t send the phone back (They had no reason not too!), the phone is still as new and still said no. I them offered to pay a fee to have it sent back, then got told theres nothing they can do so its a no. Currently still trying to send the phone back and getting absolutely no where with them. I 100% wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Ordered a washing machine and paid for a delivery slot between 12 and 5, my partner took time off work to be home for 11.45 to find that AO had left a voicemail at 10.30 saying that they had tried to deliver and no one was in. Of course no one was in because they were supposed to deliver after 12. Initially they tried to blame us for missing the delivery. I was told the next time they could deliver was 6 days later, yet if I went on their site and tried ordering again it was still offering next day delivery. The only slight positive was that the member of staff I dealt with on the phone was very sympathetic and professional, and processed my refund without any fuss. I ordered a machine from Currys which was delivered within the booked time slot,wish I had gone to them first. I won't be using AO again

We belong to Calgary (Canada) and it was a great experience for me and my wife to have dental treatment including a few implants from Bahar Dogan Dental Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey. We were offered a decently priced package that remained almost unchanged upon arrival and physical exam. The package included 10 days free stay at Best Western Premium hotel within 4 minutes walk from the clinic. Hotel rooms offer beautiful sight of ocean, and amazing buffet menu is served in breakfast with scenic surrounding of the ocean. The clinic is nice looking, clean and well equipped, and the doctors there know their job. Our treatment started the very next day of arrival and was completed without any delay. Medicines were provided free of charge. It was a very smooth sail overall. We got enough time to enjoy one of the most attractive historical city and tourist town of the world with variety of colourful activities and food streets offering amazing food, desserts, sweets and freshly pressed juices. I ordered the 4 week challenge - beginner, at first I was really worried whether I would like the juices as in the past stuff like this really wasn’t my thing but I was really impressed by them! Don’t get me wrong not all of the juices were something I would choose outside of the health benefits but they were all palatable and they weren’t unenjoyable. The tropical turmeric was amazing though and I would happily drink it all day every day. I was really surprised that I didn’t struggle with hunger at all, even through my period where I would normally struggle with cravings and I actually even looked forward to the ease of the juice days whilst I was in the office. I found the juice days really did reset my eating habits and I found making healthier choices on my off days wasn’t a chore. Finally I lost 5kg which has been such an amazing confidence boost and a great kickstart to my weight loss journey. I have actually ordered another 4 week challenge at the intermediate as I enjoyed the juices so much with how they made me feel and how easy they were for whilst I am in the office. The intermittent fasting really gave me the freedom to eat normally on the off days without feeling so restricted to meet my goals which has made my diet feel so much more sustainable

Delicious chipotle soup - chunky and warming, perfect for this time of year. The Mexican rice is a staple - full of flavour and knowing it’s healthy is a plus. I appreciate the high protein content and the serving size. It’s perfect for my busy lifestyle. I’m not a big “beans person” but absolutely love the flavours. Will definitely continue to purchase.

Ordered for my son in London who is recovering from hospital admission with a stomach ulcer- my order was NOT delivered! Unless he receives a replacemt order I will not repurchase and I am extremely disappointed. Just had a response from customer services and they are looking into the issue of delivery - fully appreciate they are trying to sort this and worth mentioning my son loved the products when he had a delivery a few months ago- will definitely re order if they can deliver as promised !

I ordered tablets based upon the description: essentially a preventative to be taken every 3 months. However, what I received was a curative treatment. The item sent does not match the description. This is misleading. I now have to pay to return the wrong item if I want a refund. Seems very unfair

I chose travel junction for a plane ticket this year. However, even if I submitted my GO letter to ask for a full refund to my ticket and contacted the airline for approval, travel junction, just as an agency, refused to process the refund. I have to ask the airline customer service to contact travel junction. Now, after 3 months, travel junction still got my ticket not refunded! The manager is Sam Ozy! Pay me back, travel junction!

If i could give this pathetic excuse of a man 0 stars i would have. THIS GUY IS A FRAUDULENT GAS FITTER HE FITTED A BOILER IN OUR HOME ABSOLUTE ATROCIOUS WORKMANSHIP> AVOID THIS COWBOY AT ALL COSTS WE CALLED IN GAS SAFER OFFICER TO COME OUT AND LOOK AT HIS GAS WORK . GAS SAFE CONTACTED HIM BUT GARY CROSSLAND DIDNT WANT TO COME AND RECTIFY HIS UNSAFE GAS WORK WE HAD TO START THE JOB AGAIN AND PAY OVER AND ABOVE FOR WORK TO BE UNDONE THEN RESTARTED FROM SCRATCH

BIG MISTAKE. House rewired by another company and required plastering and a new kitchen fitted. Gary contacted, great sales pitch about how him and his team should be able to complete the job in a week. There was no team, just Gary. He spent the last 3 weeks in my property with minimal progress. He advised his friend would be helping him out on weekend 2. More progress was made in 2 days then Gary did in 3 weeks. Majority of the work was carried out by his mate. As soon as his mate left work slowed down again. I ended up building some of the cabinets as Gary advised he would “do it next week”, we needed all the base cabinets built as we could no longer live with everything in bags and boxes. When minimal progress was made in the following week we raised a number concerns, he became defensive, clearly took on other jobs whilst he was suppose to be doing this one ( new reviews added to his rated people site when he was suppose to be doing the job). After Reiterating our concerns 5 days letter when the issues still hasn’t been rectified he attempted to get us out of the property to pick up materials he was suppose to get on the premise that his mate was coming to finish the tiling (he never arrived) we advised we would wait to speak to his mate to ensure the correct items were puchased. Gary proceeded to pack up his stuff and left without rectifying or finishing the job (not sure what he was planning to if we had left the property). The electrics were left unsafe with kids in the house and the work needs redoing. Clearly took on the job with no experience. If we wanted an apprentice we would have hired one. Showing up late afternoon (I would often return home at lunch 1/2pm to find he had not been there at all) putting in a few hours work and then leaving, 4 days to tile a splashback which needs to be completly re-done. wall cabinets that he built and hung, pulling away from the wall, a hole left in the outside wall, to name just a few of the issues. Disgusting way to treat customer with children in the house with no regard to their safety. Should have hired his mate. Gary may be a competent boiler/gas engineer however he is not an experienced kitchen fitter, or tiler. He never once apologised for the delays and attempted to lie in stating he never gave us a timescale as to when the work would be completed. We have a small kitchen and there is no reasonable excuse for the length of time it took for him to do what little work he did. Be very cautious.

Gary came out and installed us and amazing new ATAG boiler after a previous owner had installed a boiler far too small for the house. We finally have hot water after 2 years without and it’s bliss! Gary is kind, considerate and knows his trade inside out. I trawled through a lot of reviews to find someone good and I’m so glad I did! We’ve already booked him in for another job and look forward to having him back soon.

Gary installed a new gas hob for us. His response time was amazingly fast, he was helpful, efficient and personable. I'd request his return anytime and it's a big 'thumbs-up' for great service. Thanks Gary!

It was freezing cold, boiler failed to operate and Gary was the only Gas Engineer to call back. He came out promptly and fixed the issue .He left at 11 Pm and said he would recall with the new parts as the repair needed new parts The next day he returned and replaced the parts at the price given. I asked for a quote for a new boiler as ours was over 15 years old. He advised us of the best brands and quoted us a price. He even asked us to get comparative quotes. Not only was he competitive, but his price was for the better boiler. I was impressed with his work, time keeping and how he cleaned up after the install. I don't normally fill in reviews but Gary was spot on, including his helpfully Northern humour. Keep plenty of milk in, as he likes milky tea ;-)

Absolutely awful after purchase experience. Having spent thousands of pounds on rainbow indian sandstone from this company my landscaper contacted them to say there appeared to be a problem with the surface of several slabs, almost looked like they had been hit with muscat balls. Email after email, advising him the issue had been escalated to the top team, weeks went by and still no answer. I then emailed them to ask what was happening as my job was being held up now waiting on a reply. A very curt email back from some customer service minion stating that due to my name not being on the order they wouldn't speak to me about it - hardly looking for lab results!! Then went on to advise me that because it's a natural product there was nothing they could do. I would avoid this company because if you have a problem they are not interested, the issue I have with the slabs has been looked at by independent installers and they all agree it's not right. A company that doesn't bat an eyelid when a customer closes their account, after around a hundred thousand pound of orders, needs to have a good hard look at themselves. Take your business elsewhere would be my advice.

Great prices and good quality items

Although quality of their paving slabs is good, the custom service is very bad they arranged for a delivery company to deliver my paving slabs the set delivery company pall Bywater Dover broke my concrete post as my contract was with Nustone . I tried to get Them to sort it out and they just passed the back to pall Bywater Dover And they came back when I said wasn’t satisfied with well. I should’ve taken photographs or a video all in all not very good custom service, so I won’t be recommending them again. Today6/2/25 one month from delivery day Nustone offered me £50 which is more of an insult as it is going to cost a a minimum £300 + to rectify the breakage As l am a pensioner on limited budget and have used my savings up already having patio replaced They were told of broken fence post and photos sent that afternoon as requested by them all in all not they are not very helpful Just video all deliveries from their chosen delivery driver

Priscilla made what was a painful reorder so much easier, great to deal with. The last order for Valencia tiles were fabulous and highly recommend for cleaning, skid free and they don't get too hot under feet when it eventually gets warm

La mia esperienza come cliente di questo negozio è stata non solo deludente ma anche umiliante. Zero garanzia. Apparecchio registratore acquistato nell’aprile 2023, pagato 259 euro, utilizzato in sole due occasioni (dopo la prima registrazione andata a buon fine, avevo addirittura scritto un messaggio congratulandomi che l’apparecchio andava benissimo, questo per specificare il tipo di cliente che sono), alla terza occasione il registratore inizia a non funzionare più, ovvero riproduce files che si sovrappongono con registrazioni passate e cancellate. La persona che risponde ai messaggi e che apre la porta al negozio si è dimostrata ignorante e poco disponibile sin dall’inizio (colpa mia non aver colto i segni premonitori, quando ai primi contatti avendo chiesto la durata della garanzia del registratore che andavo ad acquistare, ero rimasta basita dalla risposta: ” la garanzia è quella dettata dal codice civile”, questo anziché rispondermi semplicemente “Due anni”). Questo signore pare disturbato da tutto: se gli si fa una domanda, se gli si chiede di poter passare in negozio, se gli si dice che il prodotto ha iniziato a dare problemi di funzionamento….. ti incolpa di cose che non hai fatto …. un atteggiamento ostile, ignorante, in cui sono stata costantemente messa in dubbio su quanto dichiaravo, e nell’occasione finale in cui, dopo aver ascoltato ore di files ed essere arrivata al negozio col mio pc pronta a dimostrare dove erano le sovrapposizioni dei files, questo signore mi dice che non ha tempo da perdere ad ascoltare la mia roba, mentre invece mi tiene ad ascoltare le sue lunghe critiche nei confronti dei suoi clienti che fanno tutti i tipi di errori con gli apparecchi, e per quanto io gli abbia continuato a dire di aver adottato la massima cautela con l’apparecchio, essendomi scaricata e stampata le sue istruzioni, lui continua ad ipotizzare errori da parte mia che io non ho mai fatto. Avere ad un certo punto fatto il Taglia/incolla dei files, piuttosto che il Copia/incolla, sembra essere un’operazione che ha mandato in tilt il costoso apparecchio (o almeno questo è quanto lui ha dichiarato). Quando dico a questo signore che, se così è, le istruzioni allora dovrebbero riportare di NON fare il TAGLIA/incolla, (operazione comunemente ritenuta innocua) lui risponde che mica è possibile mettere tutto sulle istruzioni! E che se fosse così dovrebbe fare un libretto istruzioni per i diversi livelli di competenza dei diversi clienti! Sono stata trattata come una stupida incompetente in varie occasioni da questo signore, che non si è assunto nessuna responsabilità per un apparecchio costato 259 euro che ha funzionato solo un paio di settimane ma che poi ha iniziato a creare files che non possono essere ascoltati. Quando alla fine ho riportato l’apparecchio al negozio per un’ultima formattazione, lui ha aggiunto che per fare la prova di funzionamento mica aveva il tempo di mettersi lì ad ascoltare ore di registrazione… Questa è l’assistenza offerta. Nulla. L’apparecchio non funziona, ma secondo lui non è un difetto che rientra nella garanzia. Dunque lo butto, insieme ai miei 259 euro e il troppo tempo che ho dedicato a tentare di risolvere questa cosa, umiliazioni incluse, una persona che alza la voce al telefono ed intimidisce nei modi . Pessima esperienza, da sconsigliare a chiunque.
