I booked on a Friday afternoon as my daughter moved into a flat that day and we discovered the oven was in a dreadful state. We arranged for the guy to come at 8am the following day. He was very prompt and in 90 mins worked hard and did an excellent job. I was very satisfied.

The hotel is exceptionally customer-oriented. The staff are beyond praise. They take care of the client in literally everything. And, most importantly, this care is genuine. Very comfortable psychologically. Breakfast and board were of the highest quality and in large quantities. I have never seen such a breakfast and such service, and I have many things to compare it with. It was very well located, very quiet and very comfortable room. Finally I found a hotel that I want to come back to.

Confianza on line me envió un documento donde se comprometían a mediar con Allzone,no ha sido así,se han limitado a reenviar mis correos sin nada más.Lo más sorprendente es que ha día de hoy ya no aparece Allzone en su web como adherida a su organización,no responden a ninguna llamada,no responden a los correos,es un auténtica impotencia,no sólo de tener que lidiar con los “sin escrúpulos” de Allzone sino que también la impotencia que Confianza on line no haga su trabajo La impresión que da es que me han tenido “entretenida” para que pase el tiempo y no tome medidas legales,de hecho, en el “contrato” que me enviaron consta que “las partes se comprometen a no iniciar acciones legales mientras dure la mediación”….curioso

En mi caso,no han dado solución a mí problema.Me llegó un televisor con pantalla rota de mediamark , pedido online. No me hacen ni cambio ni devolución, después de más de 2 meses reclamando.No se para que sirve si después no dan solución.

Absolutely shocking customer service, spoils the reputation of the company. Ordered 3 chess sets from their catalogue, on back order, and one custom build. Received the 3 back ordered sets in the same week, 2 absolutely perfect in design and execution; the third absolutely perfect in execution but with the wrong rooks and pawns. This is not a mere detail - these are meant to be exact or very close replicas of historic chess sets, which they have done before. They know the design, and they have the tooling. Tldr After several weeks of stories and excuses they eventually admitted that the pieces were wrong, but they refused to provide replacement pieces, with various excuses. So under their terms and conditions, since this was clearly seller mistake, I asked for return and refund on this set only. Since we'd had a lot of email correspondence with about the custom build, I thought we had a rapport, and didn't think that this would be an issue since it was clear cut. Meanwhile, for months they made excuses about delaying the delivery of the custom build, for which they have never provided evidence they've started. I had been totally patient and understanding about this throughout. So when I asked for a refund on the back order AND for photographic evidence of progress on the custom build, imagine my shock when they immediately turned nasty: not only did they refuse the refund request, they informed me that because of my refund request, they had "stopped work" on the custom build (taking all my money with them). They have stopped answering all my emails. I copied the boss into all of this, no avail. I really don't know what the problem is there, because the product is fantastic. But I will never deal with them again. Next stop, credit company.

Absolute nightmare of a shop. Purchased 2 higher value artisan chess sets, one arrived looking like something you’d find at Walmart. Completely trashy and hastily assembled. The other set was damaged upon arrival. After providing numerous photos as proof, the company said they would issue me a refund. However, it has been over a month now, and zero refund. They have similarly chosen to ignore my email communications. I have to now resort to legal action against this fraudulent company, and will win. However, I strongly caution EVERYONE to avoid doing business here, if you do not want the same to happen to you.

Order came in much faster than it was mentioned in the describtion. I'm located in Europe and it took less than a week. Package was secured very well. The quality of the wood and the pieces is just outstanding considering the price. Those things are hand-made so if you are looking for "perfection" than get yourself a plastic set. When I found Chessbazaar I started to look for opinions on internet. I was a bit suspicious about how the ones on website were so positive and on other websites you can find bad ones, but still I decided to take a risk and I can honestly recommend ordering from them.

Good products, perfect service.

I bought from Notino one Lancaster Tan Deepener Tinted Jelly and it was a fake - after 2 hours in the sun I got an extreme sunburn that required specialized treatment. Also the product resembles the original but does not have the same consistency. Other products I ordered from their website were: - The Balm Bahama Mama Bronzer which again is fake , it doesn’t have the pigment and the consistency like the original, colored flour. - Dipbrow Pomade Anastasia Beverly Hills which was just all dry and old and could not say much about it because it couldn't be used anyway. They say the products are original but they are selling counterfeit products.

Very bad services. The products and prices are good, but their delivery and call-center services are awfull and very disrespectfull. I paid for the express deliver, as they asked and not even they didn't deliver in time, as expected, they didn't deliver not even in the next day. Nobody bothered to let me know this and when I called them, in the evening, they put all the blame on the delivery services. They are very rude and they talk over you, just to cover their mistakes. They deliver in 4-5 days, no matter if you pay the express transport for the next day, saying that " they don't have any contact with the delivery". I don't expect you to have contact with the couriers, I expect you to make things work for the services you charge in the site, it's not the Client problem how you do this, as long as he respects you, by paying. They knew that they had a problem with this and they didn't bothered to deliver at least the next day and for this there is no excuse. Think twice when you want to order something from them and don't pay in advance, not even the transport, it doesn't worth it. And if you find the product in another place, take it from there, it's more likely to receive it.

Sunt dezamagita sa constat ca Notino publica doar recenziile favorabile la produse. Recenziile critice sunt omise, ceea ce face ca scorul din recenzii sa fie de fapt mincinos. Pentru cineva ca mine, care isi bazeaza alegerea pe scorul din recenzii, la produse cu caracteristici similare, acesta este un aspect important.

Compre en notino un perfume nicho, llego mal y vinieron a buscarlo, la cuestión es que llevo un mes casi esperando la devolución del perfume o del dinero. Es que encima no me han llamado ellos ni una vez, para decir como va todo. Pagaras y comprar en otro sitio, nunca me paso esto

Misleading promotions Had a really bad experience lately. They were advertising free shipping for a brand. Went online to buy a lip liner from that brand. All seemed fine - that particular lip liner was included in the free shipping list. I selected the shade I wanted and proceeded to checkout - just to be surprised that shipping was still charged. Contacted them and found out to my surprise that even if the product is on the list, the free shipping applies to only 2 out of 30 shades of that product (?!?!) And not even clearly mentioned anywhere. So - the promotion is only a click-bait and then they charge you extra anyway? No, thanks, this is not how you build trust with your customers. Honestly, I prefer a store which offers no deals whatsoever but it's trustworthy to one that tries to fool you into buying by using such tricks. A last point - the site is such a mess when you try to search for a product. You can't add multiple filters. When searching for a particular term you can't sort the results by price. Most of their product descriptions are automatic translations from god knows what language - with hilarious to plain confusing results. I'll take my custom somewhere else for a time.

This company is WONDERFUL to work with if you are just looking to get rid of your home. they are the middlemen who work with realtors to sell your home at a higher price while giving you a lower amount. Again, this is great for inherited properties, especially if you don't want to deal with having to fix it up and all that. Just make sure you are 100% sure you want to sign with them, and I would definitely suggest having an attorney review and explain everything to you before signing anything!!! Marvin is extremely condescending in my personal opinion and lacks proper customer service skills.

I have sold my property (£500k+) to Premium Property buyers in Dec'20 and would happily recommend them to anyone. I approached the company and was explained the process in fair bit of detail and was made an offer subject to valuation. Given the current climate, valuations were done remotely and was slightly below market value of the property but we didnt want the hassle and needed to sell urgently and ended up accepting the revised offer. We were kept upto date throughout the process and everything went smoothly and we completed as promised.

They told me it would take a couple of days, but then they had the filing ready immediately and wanted more money. Doesn't add up. Also, the mailing address is in my state and also isn't there. Not worth the risk.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! The USPTO flagged my application and refused to process it. This Company has been flagged as “FRAUDULENT”!! After $800 and 10 months my application has went nowhere. DO NOT LOOSE YOUR $$ Darren has refused all calls and hasn’t responded to any text messages.

Scam. Received an unsolicited text from associate Darren of Trademark Just claiming they had a "third party" trying to file for my company's trademark. Then he tried to pressure me into hiring them / paying for their services to file to USPTO. I've reported this interaction with screenshots to the FCC & USPTO.

Köpte en atv som skulle gå i 8 km/ på läge 1. Atv gick endast i 4 km/h på läge 1. RULL säger att de inte är fel på produkten och jag får betala 800 kr i fraktavgift för att sända tillbaka ATV.

Det står skrivet att varan skulle vara monterad till 90 %, det va den inte! Snarare monterad till 10%. Anledningen till att jag handlade där var att den skulle vara i stort monterad

I want to warn everyone about Heaven Prime LLC, as I had a terrible experience with them. I placed an order on 10th December and made the payment immediately. Initially, their chat support and email team were responding, but after I sent the payment screenshot, they stopped replying altogether. Despite sending 20-25 emails over the past several weeks, I haven’t received a single response. Neither their chat support nor their email support is functional now. I even tried calling their contact number multiple times, but no one answers. It’s been over 20 days, and there’s no way to contact them to either get the product or request a refund. This company seems to be a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them and protect yourself from falling into their trap. Stay cautious!

Waardeloos bedrijf hebben ze meerdere keren achter de broek aan moeten zitten om eindelijk een warme pomp te plaatsen je raad het al komen ze niet opdagen op de dag van de afspraak. Speciaal voor vrij genomen het is dat we subsidie mis lopen als we nu naar een ander bedrijf gaan anders hadden ze hem mogen houden

Installatie verliep moeizaam tot laat in de avond bezig. Werkend opgeleverd met mankementen. Lekkende kleppen, onjuiste druk in cv installatie, niet alle radiatoren werden warm en amateuristisch afwerking. Na tweede bezoek sterkere circulatie pomp geplaatst, leek de oplossing maar helaas. Gebeld voor oplossing, ben nooit meer terug gebeld. Tenoval is verkopende partij en Thuisstroom de installatie partij. Totaal geen kennis van cv installaties, onjuiste adviezen. Bewust nu pas de review in de hoop een goede afloop. Alleen maar geld ontvangen en verder aan je lot overlaten.

Weer van wat ging er goed, helemaal niets. Advies is: koop niets en nooit bij Tenoval. Het is jammer dat ik geen foto kan bijvoegen om te laten zien hoe slecht Tenoval de installatie achterlaat.

Komt vriendelijk en professioneel over. Na de warmtepomp 3 maanden in gebruik te hebben blijkt het verbruik en kosten vele malen hoger dan hun berekening. Het is me niet duidelijk of de situatie verkeerd ingeschat is, de berekeningen niet kloppen of de Climalusion warmtepomp van NXT Monday niet presteert zoals verwacht. Update 19-02: Er is contact opgenomen met de intentie om het verbruik nauwkeuriger in beeld te brengen en te verlagen. De eerlijkheid gebiedt te zeggen dat ik over het hoofd heb gezien dat ik nu ook een hybride auto heb die stroom verbruikt. Ik kan niet direct inschatten hoeveel stroom de WP en de auto wordt gebruikt. Op basis van dit gesprek heb ik nu ook 1 ster gewijzigd in 3 sterren. Overigens is het welk comfortabel in huis. Wordt vervolgd.

We zijn in zee gegaan met Tenoval omdat ze in eerste instantie professioneel over kwamen. Besloten om een warmtepomp, airconditioning en zonnepanelen te plaatsen. Uiteindelijk zou de alles op 1 dag geplaatst worden. Week van te voren nog niks gehoord besloten om zelf maar te bellen. Alles zou goed komen, dag van de plaatsing kwam niemand opdagen. Gebeld en kwamen met excuses, hiervoor nog een dag vrijgenomen van werk. We hebben besloten om af te zien van deze firma.

Vervolg info: heel Tenoval laat niets meer van zich horen. Heb nu de leverancier van de Warmtepomp, Thuisstroom benaderd en die gaan de verdere installatie acties ondernemen. Weet waar je iets bij koopt en leg alles tot op de laatste punt/komma vast bij Tenoval want het zijn handelaren zonder een eigen installatie groep en huren die in en vandaar een giga tijd en schuiven alles door als ze maar orders/bestellingen hebben. Advies: niets bij kopen. Advies: koop in China en zorg in NL voor een installatie bedrijf voor het monteren, maar ook voor de subsidie met de ISDE.

Maand geleden liet ik een full elektric warmtepomp installeren en ben zeer tevreden. De installateurs werkten professioneel en de technische schouw was grondig. Ondanks beperkte ruimte verliep de installatie vlekkeloos. De warmtepomp werkt probleemloos en ik kreeg duidelijke uitleg. Ik kan dit bedrijf zeker aanbevelen.

Har købt julemenu til 3 personer, men portionerne er meget små. Risalamande kun til 2 personer. Da jeg kom hjem med kassen manglede både ost og rødkål. Sendte straks en mail og bad om refusion for det manglende mad. Det skete den 20.12.24. I dag er det d. 27.12.24. Har aldrig hørt en lyd fra dem ejheller en undskyldning.

Bestilte en julefrokost til 11 personer, og alt var rigtig godt. Lækre detaljer som hjemmelavet rævesovs med wasabi/peberrod. Kandiserede mandler som topping til risalamande. Kirsebærsovs med et drys af kanel. Utroligt lækkert nybagt rugbrød. Mange tak for en dejlig oplevelse.

Har selv købt og fået deres julemeny et andet sted også. Det var bare lækkert og vi skal da bestille deres nytårs meny😊

Vi er så taknemmelige for at holde vores bryllup hos Boncat. Vi planlagde før corona og ventet 2.5 år, og kontakten har været så god og professionel. Vi havde også en god snak om de stigende priser 2.5 år havde haft med sig og indgik et fint kompromis. Meget professionelt. Selve dagen var uden sammenligning. Tjenerne var vidunderlige, diskrete og opmærksomme. Maden var udsøgt, kom på lune tallerkener og anrettet med detaljer man ser på gourmet restauranter. Vi kunne ikke have valgt et bedre sted. Ønsker I at holde fest et sted med charme, varme og hvor servicen er i top, så prøv Boncat. :) Tak for en vidunderlig fest. vi ses til sølvbrylluppet.

Dopo 16 giorni dall'esplosione verificatasi lo scorso 21 Gennaio in Via Galermo nel quartiere di San Giovanni Galermo Catania, ancora oggi tutti i residenti del quartiere sono senza gas (me compreso), dicevano che le operazioni di ripristino sarebbero durate 48-72h per poi dire 5gg-7gg e poi 2 settimane. Fatto sta che sono veramente ridicoli in primis il sindaco di Catania perche per non dire che la situazione era più grave del previsto, ha annunciato che il gas sarebbe stato ripristinato nelle tempistiche citate precedentemente usando queste affermazioni come scudo per non dire che la situazione era più grave del previsto e ci sarebbe voluto molto più tempo del necessario e la cosa più assurda è che invece di risolvere una problematica del genere nel minor tempo possibile è stato impegnato nella festa di S.Agata sorvolando una problematica del genere. Assolutamente vergognosi, metterei ognuno di loro a ritrovarsi nelle condizioni che stiamo vivendo in questo momento come lavarsi con acqua fredda, essere limitati nel cucinare, non avere i riscaldamenti nel periodo più freddo dell'anno.

Per motivi di lavoro spesso sono assente da casa per 5- 6 mesi di continuo, avendo anche la manopola del gas chiusa (la chiudo ogni volta prima di partire) arrivano le bollette da 180 euro! Inventano i consumi inesistenti! Non ci abita nessuno a casa quando non ci sono, ma loro fatturano più di 110 Smc nelle bollette! Promesso che faccio autolettura ogni mese e la comunico tramite l'app! Appena rientro a casa ,cambio gestore! Non fate contratti con asec trade! Scegliete un'altro gestore. Ladri mafiosi!

Cominciamo malissimo. Dopo essere stato contattato da loro stessi per una proposta di passaggio a ASEC ho deciso di accettare a maggior ragione anche del fatto che mi avrebbero fatto uno sconto nella prima bolletta di €60. La signora mi ha ribadito che alla prima bolletta mi avrebbero dedotti €60 come premio per il fatto che stavo passando a loro in più mi hanno proposto una diminuzione della tariffa kw/ora sicuramente più vantaggiosa. MORALE DELLA STORIA. Mi è arrivato un salasso (di più di quanto pagavo col primo gestore) e dei €60 di deduzione nemmeno l’ombra. Una truffa bella e buona. Diffidate di quando ti chiamano per telefono promettendo cose che non sono vere! Pur di appioppare contratti dicono falsità! VERGOGNA! PASSERÒ AL PIÙ PRESTO AD UN ALTRO GESTORE SOLO PER QUESTO. In più farò una brutta pubblicità e farò cambiare contratto ai miei amici e parenti che sono purtroppo con voi! Tollero tutto ma non le prese in giro!

Dopo le ripetute chiamate al Cal center e diverse email, nonostante sia passato ad altro gestore (con prova da parte del distributore), il contratto luce (mai ricevuto) risulta attivo e, conseguentemente, continuano ad arrivare fratture per il periodo non più attivo

Azienda per nulla seria, è dal mese di gennaio che proviamo a passare a questa azienda. La prima volta la pratica è stata rifiutata perchè un operatore aveva sbagliato il codice pdr: trascorsi 2 mesi, non avendo notizie abbiamo richiamato, sistemato il primo errore, abbiamo rifatto la pratica e ci hanno detto che a maggio sarebbe avvenuto il passaggio, ad aprile ci hanno richiamato perchè mancava un consenso, sistemato il consenso a maggio abbiamo richiamato e ci hanno detto che la pratica era stata annullata, così ci siamo recati in sede, un consulente ci ha fatto rifare tutto nuovamente dicendoci che dal 1 luglio saremmo stati loro clienti, oggi 2 luglio chiamiamo e un'operatrice ci dice che il 6 giugno la pratica è stata rifiutata per codice fiscale errato, cosa non possibile in quanto sulla copia cartacea del contratto il codice fiscale risulta corretto e tra l'altro nessuno ci aveva comunicato lo stato della nostra pratica. Quindi 7 mesi per fare il passaggio e nulla di fatto, ditemi se questa è serietà. Mi viene da pensare che ci sono degli accordi tra i diversi fornitori, oppure non gli interessa avere nuovi clienti

voltura da mio ex marito MARZO 2023: hanno impiegato oltre 6 mesi (dopo richiesta, moduli e diverse telefonate per bollette addebitate ancora al mio ex, nonostante sentenza del giudice) solo per cambio del iban, poi PEGGIO per la chiusura e voltura: insistono a non usare l'iban da lui comunicato (oltre un anno fa) per gli addebiti bolletta. SERVIZIO CLIENTI e personale assolutamente scortese ed inadeguato, mi hanno sbattuto 2 volte il telefono in faccia, dichiarandosi apertamente ignoranti sul da farsi...e devono accreditarmi dei soldi!

A seguito di contratto telefonico con registrazione, non hanno mandato il contratto email , inizialmente con scuse di problemi tecnici, poi chiara la volontà di inserire email ed indirizzi errati al fine di far decorrere i GG utili al recesso, con un contratto palesemente modificato con costi maggiori. Inutile contatti con servizio clienti, email normali e PEC. Denunciati e già richiesto cambio fornitore. Attenzione a non cadere nella loro trappola commerciale, è finta, ingannevole e volontariamente errata. Leggete il contratto bene e se non lo ricevete subito inviate PEC per disdetta, in quanto è loro volontà far passare i giorni utili per il ripensamento. Statene alla larga.

Ma come si manda la lettura se il telefono è sempre disattivato. Pessimo servizio.
