Tax refund
February 20th, 2025 Process went with little effort from my part. I don't know how much work Vatfree contributed exactly but I do know way way more than my little part. Also, I had 2 telephone conversations with your staff. They were professional but also very friendly. They answered all my questions without hesitation. So very knowledgeable staff. Money was transfered the same day I placed the request. I know I will not deal with any other company in the future. I'm grateful and again, thank you very much.

Als er problemen ontstaan is de helpdesk accuraat en vlot, let er wel op dat de concurrentie groot is en sommige winkels er baat bij hebben met een andere partij (GB) te werken omdat ze daar kickback van ontvangen. Use another company
Avoid this company. Promises their staff make are false. Still waiting at 8pm for the call back promised by 5pm! There are so many other companies who can provide mobility scooter services that you are not limited to using this one. Use a company which actually delivers on it's promises and be aware that this company is, at best, unreliable .

Fantasitc service from start to finish
Fantasitc service from start to finish. You were responsive to my contact, the site survey was prompt and you were able to provide a reconditioned stair lift within budget. Not only that, when during installation when we decided a right handed stair lift would be better, the fitter was prepared to drive to Sheffield to get an alternative, reschedule his planned jobs and complete the job the same day! Really pleased with the whole service and I can recommend Premier Mobility as a caring and responsive company 10/10. Thank-you

I know this company when it used to be KMA Mobility, I was hesitant on trying them as the previous owner were really nice. After purchasing a Brand new wheelchair from them, I was extremely happy with the service and most importantly the aftercare. A company who actually care about you and are willing to go above and beyond to help you. Definitely, recommend premiermobility.com.

Appalling
Appalling. The sales representative came to do a survey last summer, and we STILL haven’t received any quotations. This is despite chasing Eden twice - each time they promise to ring back but they never do. If this is how bad the customer care is at the sales stage, imagine what would happen if they got the deposit - nothing at all. It’s a shame because we wanted the glass box, but they’re not even trying to sell their products.

Brilliant product and professional service.
I initially enquired about a veranda over I year ago from this company. The rep who visited a year later was brilliant, never pushy. In fact told me if I purchased to wait a couple of seasons to assess if I needed extras. Quoting that that customers had bought the works and have never needed or used them. So to wait and assess my personal needs. Delivery was very professional and fitting was even better. Would highly recommend.

Terrible product and customer service
Elderly mother bought a sunroom. Builders were disrespectful of her property (broke items they used without asking). Job was not completed, no floor was laid. Work damaged property, house gutterings are leaking and damaged. Company was contacted to rectify issues, initially refused to do the floor despite it being agreed with their salesperson, as the paperwork was not reflective of the sale. Eventually agreed to do minor work to fill gaps in the tiles. Company has been notified of the damage to the property and demanded photo evidence but refused to visit the property to assess. Has still not made the client whole financially or repaired the damage. Customer service has repeatedly attempted to gaslight client over the damage, claiming no responsibility despite not assessing it, and demanding full payment despite work being incomplete. This company are cowboys of the highest order, and should be avoided.

Sometimes Mistakes are Made
The Fitters and the Veranda arrived early on the scheduled date. Unfortunately an hour later the Senior Fitter announced that one of the "Bungalow Brackets" was wrong and there was nothing further he could do until it was replaced. A deep depression set in as we had worked really hard with adverse weather conditions to ensure the site was ready for the installation. This was minimal compared to the frustration it caused the Fitters who had travelled a considerable distance in the early hours. Phone calls from both myself and the fitters were exchanged with Eden Verandas and a new schedule planned within an exceptionally short time frame. To manufacture a new bracket with the 4 intricate weld angles and several coats of spraying involved and have it delivered ready for installation within 4 working days would be absolutely amazing!!! True to their schedule, the Veranda was erected on time and the quality throughout is first class. Excellent work all round from ordering to completion. I am more than happy to recommend Eden Verandas to anyone.

Smooth process and excellent quality
The most straightforward and easy big purchase. Everything was clearly communicated throughout the process and we even had it arrive a little earlier than originally predicted. The installation team just got on with the job and it was complete within a day, with the electrics the following day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eden Verandas to other people. We’ve had lovely comments from neighbours too!

When the fitters arrived yesterday, on time, they carried out a very professional job, the work was tidy, all cleaned up afterwards, the awning looks fantastic - exactly what we hoped for. The electrician who came this morning was also on time, again a tidy and professional job. Very pleased with our choice of awning supplier.

Wouldn’t use ACS/Clickmechanic again
We had a problem with the clutch on our Fiesta so ACS said they could replace it but would have to take it offsite. We agreed £389, paid through ClickMechanic and reluctantly another £70 for collection. A few days later the car was brought back but on test driving the gears wouldn’t go in and the clutch stopped working. Advised ACS and they picked the car up. We don’t think the car had been road tested properly . They said there was now a fault with the clutch pedal, not the clutch but surely that should have been properly tested. They are now asking for another £130 for repair and delivery for a job that should have been done right first time. Wouldn’t use ClickMechanic again.

One of the most dishonest gargages . . . . . . .
This is one of the most dishonest traders I have come across in a long time. I paid for a full service (but only needed an interim service) plus an MOT. In spite of writing so very many times,they totally ignore my request for my MOT certificate. I contacted the Police who contacted them and they assured the Police that they had sent my certificate. THEY LIED TO THE POLICE. I still do not have it. Also certain points which would have led to a failed MOT, which should have been rectified by the full service, were NOT done and they still gave me a 'PASS' - but no certificate. These are such dishonest people, they should be penalised and closed down for their trickery and lies. Next stop = legal action for a full refund of my payments which they wanted in advance (? ? ?) and I refused. They have NOT completed the jobs but report that they have. They refused to return my car causing me to cancel an audiology consultation - I had no transport. They have caused me so much distress. They ignore my emails. They also added so many "unknowns" on to the agreed price, which I refused to pay, so they refused to return my car. DO THINK AGAIN before using this appalling "service" - they are unreliable, dishonest and inflate the cost unneccessarily. Do read ALL of the feedback, especially the "surprise extra costs". p.s. I shall take my car to the dealer next week and ask them to check the service and MOT state. I am prepred to pay for this as evidence of the dishonesty and illegal MOT, before taking more action. Dishonesty, lying to me, lying to the police and causing me so much distress and worry is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Then add on their attempts to inflate the unneccessary extras' costs = an outrageous attitude and moral standard which needs to be STOPPED and PENALISED.

Slechte klantenservice en trage website
De website is ontzettend traag. Ik heb op een avond geprobeerd een bestelling te plaatsen, maar wanneer ik op betalen drukte werd ik teruggeleid naar de winkelwagenpagina. Hiervoor contact opgenomen met de klantenservice. Niks gehoord dus de volgende middag een nieuwe poging gewaagd, die slaagde, maar helaas was niet alles meer aanwezig. 'S avonds een summier mailtje ontvangen met 'het lijkt nu wel gelukt'. Uiteindelijk duurde het meer dan een week en meerdere keren contact opnemen voordat de bestelling binnen was. De bestelling was niet compleet. Op 19 september contact opgenomen en tot op heden geen oplossing mogen ontvangen.

Spelspul heeft een groot assortiment met net weer even wat leukere en originele spellen dan de gemiddelde webwinkel. Nadat er één pionnetje (kitten) van het spel boop bleek te ontbreken hebben ze deze opgevraagd bij de leverancier en nageleverd. Super goede service, heel blij mee!

A good experience despite a few hiccups here and there
The online store has a great selection of articles and the prices are, overall, really honest. Shortly after my order, they contacted me saying that one of the games I purchased was no longer available but that it would arrive in a week. I waited. Then the week became another week and then another week yet again. I recently had a similar issue with a DIFFERENT seller (still waiting after 4 months for that one), so when the shipping date started to be postponed little by little I got a bit “nervous”. During this period they always promptly replied to all my e-mails so the communication was fine although their estimates often turned out to be rather off. After 3 weeks they finally shipped my order and the day after I received everything. No complaints there, everything is perfect. Sometimes things go wrong. No one likes it, especially not the paying customers, but it just might happen. I think that they handled the situation pretty well. I would gladly give them 4 stars and a 1/2, but since that’s not possible here, I’ll go with 4 rather than 5 (for now).

Enneagram: Excellent tool for writers
I'm a writer. I heard about Enneagram on a writer's podcast called First Draft Friday. The podcaster, Alessandra Totte, said she uses Enneagram to help her develop her characters. So I had to have it because character development is a very important part of making a great novel. I'm not disappointed. There are two documents I purchased. One is a 137-page document that goes into great detail about all the various personality types. The other was a 35-page document on my personality type. I look forward to reading all of this and maybe I'll become a better person along the way,

Unexpectedly so personal and professional!
Unexpected to receive such a personal service of what I thought was a very general test. Enya is quick, courteous and professional, human and personal, not some sort of robot behind a multinational or platform. The questions for the test seemed endless to me and frankly I got a bit impatient, but therefore they give a very accurate result on one's personality and behaviour and helpful advice: recommended to do and then follow through for improvement for life!

I took the Enneagram Test twice, a few days apart. The description I received was incredibly coherent. It's interesting how we are on our good days and what we are like on our bad days. Understanding yourself and your predispositions and tendencies every day definitely helps in family relationships and working with people. In my opinion the company does really good job !!!

Collapsed furniture and zero customer service
I bought an armchair from this seller through Amazon. It seemed okay so I bought a second. More fool me. At the 8 month after purchase stage, the bases had collapsed and the buttons at the back were hanging off. I tried to contact them through Amazon but they refused to answer, they just auto cancelled my request to return as it was outside the return period. If I was trying to return something I just didn't like, I could understand it, but for them to became virtually unusable in that short time scale is a totally different matter. Surely there must be some kind of warranty? I emailed the company themselves, they actually responded the next day asking for more information which I supplied immediately and then got absolutely nothing in reply. I have emailed twice since then allowing a decent space for them to look into it, but, I'm still waiting for a reply. The chairs weren't expensive, I appreciate that, but they should last longer than they have. We have no other seating and are having to use pillows and cushions to try and pad them out, but they are still incredibly uncomfortable. I had a stroke 6 months ago so it is even more important to have a comfortable chair, and these are not it. You do yourself no favours selling this kind of rubbish furniture and then by ignoring your customers pleas for help.

Panier de basket commandé sur Amazon. En moins de 6 mois d'utilisation normale (non quotidienne, pas de dunk), le rond est cassé uniquement à cause de la rouille et des des rebonds du ballon alors qu'il est stocké à l'abri. La matière est bas de gamme, 100€ foutus en l'air. J'ai contacté ce vendeur à plusieurs reprises pour obtenir des pièces détachées, il a totalement ignoré mes messages. J'ai contacté le service client Amazon qui ne m'a pas aidé. Je suis déçue pour mes enfants qui ont économisé pour se payer ce panier. Il me semble qu'il existe une obligation de fournir des pièces détachées, même payantes. Mais ce vendeur fait totalement la sourde oreille et ne respecte pas la réglementation.

Appalling amount of polystyrene packaging
Purchased [614121-WHITE] Rolling Kitchen Island Trolley - there was a huge amount of polystyrene packaging used - not good enough in 2025!.Assembly took MUCH longer than the claimed sixty minutes in the instruction book, partly because of the ambiguous pictures. Lastly the top was poorly constructed with a "crumb catching" gap in one of the joins - to date they have offered no resolution.

Purchased a new Christmas tree from them. The tree is not as described at all and is a mess. The seller accepted my return request and then wouldn’t send a legitimate label to return it. After weeks of messages, the seller was more interested in arguing and “disproving” my opinion of the product than actually providing customer service. The seller is now only offering me $60 for the $300 tree or for me to return it for hundreds more in shipping costs. Disgrace of a company and find it disturbing that Amazon continues to support them.

Nej, Nej, Nej - SE UPP
Avrådes starkt! Noll stjärnor om möjligt! Jag beställde paket med en Tesla wallconnector med lastbalansering i september -24 och efter många mail och samtal fick jag äntligen leverans av wallconnector och installation en månad senare. Jag har vid ett tiotal tillfällen bett om kvitto på köpet och papper på el-installationen som jag inte har fått trots många kontaktförsök. Dessutom har lastbalanseringen inte dykt upp trots att det gått snart 5 månader och inte ett svar från detta bolag på mina frågor. Pinsamt och usel kundservice trots att de tagit fullt betalt för hela leveransen. Anmält till Tesla för dessa skojare ska inte få utge sig för att vara Tesla certifierade installatörer - vänd er till annan firma hur bra dealen än låter. ARN blir det också hoppas fler som råkat ut för detta pajasbolag anmäler så kanske framtida elbox-kunder slipper råka ut för det här.

Anlita ett annat företag!
Allt funkade jättebra med köp, kontaker om montage och med installationen. Efter ett par månader visade det sig att lastbalanseraren inte fungerar som den ska. Det har inte varit lätt att ens komma fram till Chargehome, men vid tre tillfällen har de lovat först att återkomma och sedan att åtgärda problemen. Nu 6 månader efter det första klagomålet har Chargehome ännu inte åtgärdat felet.

Trasig tesladdare, ingen hjälp - undvik detta företag
Köpte installation av teslaladdare, köpte laddaren från chargehome. Efter några månader slutade laddaren fungera, ingen återkoppling eller åtgärd från chargehome. Vid kontakt utlovades åtgärd men inget hände. Jag fick själv hantera ärendet mot tesla även om det inte var jag som köpt laddaren från dem. De kunnde såklart inte lösa problemet utan hänvisade tillbaka till chargehome som la locket på och slutade svara på kontaktförsök. Laddaren fungerar fortfarande inte och chargehome har inte svarat på mail sedan juli 2024. Tar vidare ärendet via ARN men rekommenderar ingen att anlita detta företag.

Great style and quality
Clement Windows were a delight to work with and made everything easy and straightforward. The fitters were super efficient and left the place spotless. The steel doors are high quality and fit like a dream. They make the room much lighter and warmer and encourage the indoor-outdoor link to the garden. I chose them in off white to go with the rest of the kitchen. Highly recommended!

The secret is in the planning
The whole process from start to finish was excellent. It seems slow to start with due to getting the style and door/window furniture correct and then the precise measurements taken. It is this attention to detail and communicating the various steps along the way that ensure the right products can be installed without rectification. When it came to installation the team worked without complaint in extremely cold conditions with attention to detail, cleanliness and minimum disruption for us in the house.

Not happy with the product
Not happy with the product. You are told that these are steel frame and you pay the high price for a steel frame but in reality they are polyester coated so you get the pvc look which is not the expected look for something that was meant to be an approved replica of windows in a conservation area. The finishing of the windows and other elements is not high standard - the peg stays are flimsy, the screws used to attach the frames and other elements are mismatched giving a cheap/failed diy look. Not happy with the installation service either.

Many faults and bad customer service
I have just taken another star off!… I wrote this review in 2021 and they replied to it 7hrs ago…. And on top of it are calling my review ‘strange’ as they can’t find records of it. I will call them tomorrow to enlighten them. Since moving into our new home, these windows and doors have been non stop on my snagging list!! The double glazed glass steams up internally, the glue drips down from the joints onto the glass, the door handles and locks are stiff and sometimes just don’t catch. Yes the product looks lovely but if I had known better I would definitely have gone with a different company to get my ‘Crittal’ window look.

Beautiful but pricey
The windows are beautifully made. The people I dealt with: Efka Clement and Harry Hubbard very professional and efficient. Only negatives are that the windows are very expensive and that the combination of metal frame and absence of air vents is a recipe for condensation.

Clement conservation roof lights
These are beautifully made and well engineered conservation roof lights that sit flush with the covering and although made for historic buildings would not look out of place in contemporary schemes. Ordering and delivery was extremely efficient and the technical/sales representative was very professional. Arrived well packaged and protected. Very Impressed.

Mess/irresponsibility of Golden Hands Handyman UK
Just learnt about Golden Hands Handyman in UK. Best illustrated by mess of today. My text to company - as yet unanswered. "Thank you. Your guy has simply walked off the job. I told you, and sent you, a list of all the materials I'd bought for the shed roofing in north Herts. I told you I wouldn't get the construction timber and its fixings as I did not know what to get. You said that was fine, everything else would be organised. Today your man, D turned up in his saloon car without timber. I asked if a lorry with timber would be deilvering. He nodded. Then it turned out you had not organised this. So I said I would guide D to a timber yard myself in my car. At the yard he chose some timber then changed his mind to order other widths. He had two bills then. I said he had deal with it, get the right bill not just tell me to pay his calculated sum! Then he had no way to transport the long timber - longer than my Volvo estate! He did not organise delivery. This timber had already been selected by the yard and placed next to our cars! In all, your contracted person was unprepared and seemed hesitant even about the timber choice. I had to even remind him to get screws, and he seemed not to know that slates were called slates. You did not answer my texts yesterday and on some other days, did not confirm his arrival today and did not follow up the one thing left to do - the timber provision. It's wasted my time hugely! D walked off without a glance at me as I became exasperated with the mess. He and you should realise that if you let customers down so drastically like this they are not going to be pleased! To cap it all, then uou told me you were only employed taking calls - where before you seemed to imply it was your experienced company. Then you said your supervisor would call me within 10 minutes, and, so far, I have not had a call back. Given my unanswered texts before (save the one you sent a couple of days ago) I will understand that you probably will not respond. But your company has left me high and dry (means abandoned) with roof materials stuck in my car and a leaking shed roof. Thanks. As a footnote: while at the timber yard D said "the customer pays everything", meaning he expected me to pay for everything (timber and surplus of screws etc) right there. Yet you texted me last Thursday to say additional materials - which I warned you of - would be bought by Golden Hands then I would get the receipt. Obviously at the end of the job! I cannot think of any customers who would not expect on the agreed day of construction a truck arriving with the materials (the ones I told you I would not be getting myself!) I have been as clear as possible in my communication with you - listing the materials I purchased and repeating where I got no answer.

Do no business with this company, because you will have big problems. I worked for them for a short time and I know what corrupt system the company works with. They give the “cheapest” price, so the clients can sign the contract. Then they take a deposit. This company works with just with 4 people - cowboys who do not have any understanding in building works. They tell everyone they “work with 300 people”. No one, nor builder or client, has ever seen this company men. Usually he hires random handymen for 1-2 weeks and then doesn’t pay them. Then he hires new men, does not pay and then the cycle continues. He takes money from clients and never pays the workers. This is why he is scared to show his identity while constantly changing business telephone number and services information. All their good reviews must be fake. The men is an IT guy who has no knowledge in building works. As a verified client I know what they do to hundreds of people. He is being investigated by relevant bodies. Save your money and anger.

Absolutely disgusting brand. I paid just under £1,800 for icandy peach 7 as a single mum had to pay it off in installment. After going into emergency labour. And a blood transfusion was looking forward to something nice. Got hone from hospital opened the box read the instructions then noticed so of the parts were already put together even though the instructions say to put it together. Then noticed the scratches on the hood. And the carry cot frame also missing bar part. Messaged the brand straight away took 3 weeks to be told here's a bar but they are not replacing the hood or carry cot frame. For £1,800 this is disgusting behaviour of such a big brand that male thousands in the UK but dont pay the full taxes. You could imagine how annoyed I am and the feeling of being robbed by a company whos directors sell faulty products to live the life of luxury while single mums like myself are struggling to pay the extortionate prices for ex display/2nd hand items. Would never buy from icandy again. £1,800 wasted not I'm stuck with a scraped up pushchair in my hallway while I save for a another pushchair from a more responsible brand

The Peach 7 Pecan pushchair bundle with the cacoon car seat
Our Icandy peach 7 travel system bundle arrived last week and we have fallen in love! The pushchair was so easy to assemble and the steering and control of the pushchair is next level. The car seat clips onto the the chassis too which is a great feature, it clips onto an isofix base too for the car, to make it easy to get the car seat in and out of the car. The chassis folds down nice and compact, so it’s the perfect size to put in the car boot or to store in the house whilst not in use. The bassinet and seat material is so so soft, perfect for babies! Purchased the icandy peach 7 and the wheels constantly get blocked with mud and leaves which means you can’t push the pram in a park! Bad experience
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and warranty process. I placed a warranty claim for a fault with the recline button on the seat unit frame, and while the frame was replaced, I was not informed that the fabric would not be included. Now, I am left with a mismatched product and an unexpected expense to replace the fabric myself. Had this been clearly communicated from the start, I would have made a more informed decision. Instead, the lack of transparency has made this process unnecessarily stressful and costly. Despite reaching out for further assistance, I was met with a rigid response from Terri and no willingness to offer a reasonable resolution. I expected better after investing in this product, and unfortunately, this experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Yesterday, I went to pick up my high school transcript from Global Language Services for evaluation. I got up early and arrived around 9:00 AM. There weren’t many people there, so I was attended to right away and greeted warmly. However, when I informed the front desk agent that I was there to pick up my transcript, she told me it wouldn’t be ready until 3:00 PM. This was surprising because, while the transcript was completed within the 10 days as promised, I expected it to be ready in the morning. The agent did look in the computer to see if they were ready, but unfortunately, they weren’t available yet. She mentioned that they do things on a schedule, meaning the transcript wouldn't be available until the afternoon of the pickup day. This didn’t sit well with me, so I asked to speak with a manager. Damian, the manager, was fantastic—probably one of the nicest people you’ll meet in New York City. He quickly looked into the situation and worked with me to ensure I received my transcripts before 3:00 PM due to my specific circumstances. If you’re planning to pick up your transcripts, just know that they are typically ready after 3:00 PM. Overall, thanks to Damian, I had a positive experience. He truly went above and beyond to help me, and I’m grateful for that. We need more managers like Damian in the world. The other staff members I encountered were also friendly and helpful.

I still had anxiety about driving and issues with my speed and road awareness which my instructor at Britannia was great at really getting to grips with getting rid of all my old habits. I had done 4 tests prior to starting my lessons with Britannia which i had failed and the first test I had after starting with Britannia I passed straight away. would definitely recommend :)

Update 31st January 2022 I was contacted by Waqas and am satisfied with the explanation for his absence from the call. He apologised and is investigating what happened when I made the phone call. I have upgraded the review because he has accepted my comments and is doing what he can to fix the issue. Enquired about social media marketing packages on the website. A meeting was scheduled with Waqas who didn't bother joining. Then called and before I could go further than "May I speak to someone about social media marketing, I ..." the reception cut me off saying they did not need social media as they do it internally. Even when I called back and explained I was a potential client, the receptionist did not seem to think she had done anything wrong!

Be ware of fake reviews. My experience
I wanted to write this review to expose the truth about this organisation. I tried to use them in the past so they could do my personal taxes for me, so they invited me into the office to discuss. I am aware to they seem to have populated other review sites with 5* reviews, which suspiciously only come from reviewers with 1 review to their name! Paid reviews much?! So my experience was when I went to the office, and this is where they put the 'thumbscrews' in, so to speak. The person I spoke to didn't seem to helpful, I wasn't even sure if he was with us... so to speak. But despite the soft demeanour, they push the paperwork at you and then you are signing it there. Then to register for the online portal they charged me £75 + VAT! So £90 !! Well, sadly I was in that situation and needed to get this done so I signed without a chance to look at options. After I realised that their prices seemed very expensive for just doing a personal tax report and submission to the portal when you can easily find people on fiverr.com doing the same, but for so much less!! Sadly though, despite me coming back to cancel, and without even being registered on the portal I went to cancel, but these parasites refused to give me back my money and even pretended that somehow me being on their email marketing list was consultancy I should value!! Ermm... I go to an accountant to do the work for me, so why would I even have gone to that branch to get my taxes done?! So be careful of these people, it has unfortunately made me wary of dealing with accountants since then, based on my experience with crooked types like these.

Herhaling
Na mijn negatieve beoordeling van 13-09-2024 waaronder gereageerd wordt dat ze mijn keuze respecteren. Worden wij nog steeds meerdere keren gebeld door ondernemend Nederland. Met steeds hetzelfde verhaal waarin toch gelinkt wordt aan de dienst RVO en als ik ze hier op aanspreek dan was dit helemaal niet de bedoeling. Na herhaaldelijk vragen om ons niet meer te bellen. Ontvang ik deze week ook nog eens spontaan een factuur. Zonder aanhef van ons bedrijf maar wel aan ons gericht per mail. Wanneer ik telefonisch contact op wil nemen hierover (zelfs met de spoed lijn) dan is daar geen gehoor. Dus daarom nogmaals een negatieve review die hopelijk mensen wakker schudt om niet met hen in zee te gaan.
