Good furniture but communcation needs work

From placing the order and receiving the acknowledgment email, there was no further contact for over a week. I had emailed and tried their listed phone number but had no success or reply. This cause me to be concerned that I had paid my money to a bogus company. After 10 days, I received a call from them explaining that they were having courir problems and were having to re-route the delivery via another courir. Two days later the furniture was delivered in good condition and exactly as described. So Rubix, please improve your customer contact with regular update information by any method and stop the customer becoming concerned about their order with you. Kind Regards.

Pacco rientrato in Italia perché (a detta del corriere) era errato. Peccato che anche dopo un doppio controllo fosse risultato corretto; mi è stato contestato di non avere inserito un numero telefonico per eventuali problemi di consegna (peccato che avessi inserito il mio) e come se non bastasse mi è stato richiesto il pagamento di una penale per il rientro della mia consegna pari al doppio di quanto speso inizialmente (pena il fermo del mio pacco nella loro sede di Alessandria). Ovviamente ho pagato tutto ma si farà sentire il mio legale. Servizio indecente e presa in giro (non rivolgetevi a loro)

Lo peor, la parte de las prácticas

Trato muy agradable y acogedor. Sin embargo, en mi opinión no organizan bien los grupos de los másteres. Escogí el máster en estrategia digital, marketing online y comunicación 2.0 (creo que ahora le han cambiado el nombre). Yo había realizado la carrera de Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas, la cual estaba relacionada con este máster. El problema es que en mi grupo había gente de carreras diferentes, incluso de empresariales. Por lo tanto, mucho temario que yo ya había dado y que consideraba repaso (algo que pensaba que solo nos darían al principio para familiarizarnos de nuevo y que luego entraríamos en materia) acabó siendo prácticamente el temario del máster. Algo nuevo para los de otras carreras pero muy repetitivo para alguien que ya ha dado la mitad del temario en su licenciatura. Esto hizo que se me quitasen un poco las ganas durante el año que duró el máster y simplemente querer acabarlo porque ya se había pagado todo. A mayores, mi experiencia con Lucía Fernández, encargada del programa de prácticas y comunidad IFFE, fue bastante negativa. Me comentó que obviamente ella no sabe lo que nos pagan las empresas a las que nos envía (que menos que informarse cuando somos titulados y además acabamos de pagar un máster en su institución de más de 6000€). Sin embargo, a alguna compañera le cuadraron prácticas cobrando 1000€/mes. En cambio, en mi caso, las pocas prácticas a las que me envió eran en unas condiciones totalmente precarias. Me llegaron a decir que por ser de IFFE me pagarían 150€/mes (sin contar el gasto de gasolina y tiempo hasta el sitio). Por lo tanto, si mi opinión se basase en el trato recibido por los docentes y directivos, sería muy diferente. Me baso en mi experiencia (y la de otros compañeros que estaban en la misma situación pero no dijeron ni dirán nada) y en lo que sentí durante el paso por IFFE. Y, seguramente, si hubiese sabido todo de antemano, hubiese escogido otro máster.

Ordered watch as a gift in December for Christmas. Received confirmation when ordering was placed, however after that it was radio silence. I tried contacting by emailing two different addresses, Facebook, live chat on the website. Communication was poor, when I finally got some information and tracking details I saw the shipment was not local and was coming from across the world. To make matters worse the courier in the UK missed collecting my parcel delaying even further before it finally reached me in mid Jan. Overall it was a very stressful experience, not something I wish to endure again.

in June 2024 I called Oekostrom asked them about their Grundgebühr, they promised they will not charge me double Grundgebühr for having two Zählerpunkte.(I told them on phone that I have two Zähler and asked how much I will be charged.)They said only one of them will be charged. So I was happy so I choose them. However, when I received the annual bill, they broke their promise and charge me twice. Because I dont have any evidence, so they did that and i have nothing else to say. Very bad experience. REMEMBER NEXT TIME DONT TURST THEIR ORAL PROMISE BUT HAVE THEM WRITE IT DOWN!!

Schlechter Service! Ich hatte als Geschäftskunde dann irgendwann Kontakt zum Level 2. Ab da ging es dann. Ansonsten: Finger weg! Ganz zu schweigen von der Preisexplosion zusammen mit allen Anderen Anbietern. Wenn es 100% Ökostrom wäre, dann hätten sich die Preise nicht geändert. Nachdem sie aber einfach auf der Strombörse einkaufen…… Unter der Hand wird die Mogelpackung auch zugegeben. Also verkaufen sie Atom- und Kohlestrom fröhlich wie alle Anderen. Lächerlich!

Travelled 3 hours to their office from Hertfordshire. After being interviewed by Rhys I was offered a mult trade position. Since then he has completely blanked all my calls . On looking at some of his reviews I think I’ve dodged a bullet. Completely unprofessional. If this is how he treat people then I wouldn’t trust this company to build a Wendy house let alone anything else . Avoid this lot like the plague if I were you.

They came out to assess what was wrong with the boiler and was advised that the boiler should be replaced. Although they answered the phone every time I called after the visit, they just took a message for someone to call back. I was left without a working boiler and I got another firm to install a boiler before they could get back to me to say they couldn't install a boiler for 3 weeks. Not what you needed just before the big freeze came

Boiler replacement

I needed my existing gravity-fed system replaced and boiler relocated as it gave me low pressure through out the house. I’m very pleased with the work carried out by Rhys, not only was the work done to the highest standard with minimal disruption, he was very professional and explained everything to us clearly as well as addressed any concerns we had. The work was exceptional and everything was clearly labelled from pipework to levers, making it easy to identify. We wanted to refurbish a toilet and used My Builder to circulate details of the work. Stride Plumbing and Heating responded and the experience has been faultless. Communication, from Emily, has been first rate throughout and the work carried out by Rhys was excellent. Although only a relatively small job (and experience has shown that many contractors are not interested in such work) he fitted us in around his existing schedule, gave advice on design options, was reliable and punctual and carried out the work to a very high standard. It was clear that he wanted us to be entirely happy with the work and we are delighted with the outcome. Highly recommended.

I find myself stuck with Bamboo insurance, my carrier dropped me and I fell for Bamboo Insurance Bamboozle. Beware “Bamboo Insurance” will prove itself to be a stereotypical “Made in China” Quality, ”Delay, Deny, Disappear” bogus, Bait and Switch scam. They disappear, policy benefits prove useless as soon as you file a claim. Once you file a claim expect a Status letter noting ‘there’s no coverage for this claim’ and get stuck with this carrier with no option to protect your interest. Your claim data will be forwarded to the claims database and you will face a hard time finding coverage. They disappear, policy prove useless bogus as soon as you file a claim. Founder admits a disruption agenda, focusing on agency profits, aiming for the payouts lesser than premiums and using more conditions than the other carriers to deprive consumers of payout/benefits. Once you file a claim expect a ‘there’s no coverage for this claim’ letter with no further explanation, nobody to contact and then learn that your claim information has been forwarded to claims database so no other carrier will sell you a policy again. Policyholders are struggling and trapped. I’m stuck with them. Negative customer experience of minimum to none claim payout/disappearance (operations team) is buried under positive reviews of finding (sales/marketing team) cheap coverage when other carriers dropped. In between there’s a tech(cloud, excessive partnered data crunching) for few to no payouts. Bamboo admits focus on company profits, their revenue per employee is $200K, total $20M profit all is from wreaking someone’s life with few to none payout. There’s no claim investigation, claim contact or policy payouts. 2024 Source(profits/tech switch) : {Source Redacted} 2018 Source(customer/transparency false market bait) : {Source Redacted} Revenue declaration: {Source Redacted} Notice the open admittance “This is key to Bamboo’s success: Many insurers get in trouble when rates are inadequate, and losses paid are greater than premiums earned.” For a consumer/Policy owner this means Bamboo focused on ensuring consumer payouts should be lesser than the premium earned. Notice the self-centered “We want to continue growing profitably and doing the right thing for the company.” Right thing for a company is to deprive customers of their payouts, market the benefits until claims are filed so claim information is forwarded to other carriers and the customer is trapped. Notice the rejection “While most home insurers collect five or six pieces of basic data, Bamboo ingests significantly more” Ingest significantly more conditions/data to result in few to none payouts. Notice the data sharing to trap consumers “The company also has found success partnering with other insurance providers, leveraging innovative technology and an easy-to-use platform {Name Redacted} developed.” This platform is designed with a goal of 1. “payout should be lesser than the premium earned” & 2. ”doing the needful for the company profitability” 3. “Insurance needed disruption” 4. “Agency uses significantly more conditions to deny claims“ 5.Consumers are trapped in the policy that lacks marketed benefits. Policy payouts are not based on facts/ circumstances/ evidence/ legitimate reasons/good faith. 75K+ consumers are at the mercy of the legitimacy of the algorithm developed by the founder and partnering with other insurance providers is a defrauding conspiracy. Consumer reviews are documenting struggles, dissatisfaction, false marketing and lack of fair loss settlements- this should call for a thorough investigation into the legitimacy of the algorithm/platform/partnership etc. practices. This company was founded in 2018, garnered 75M+ by 2023, consumer lawsuits are starting to pile up, it’s on the path to disappearance/investigation. Agency needs to be investigated about their disruption agenda/method/consumer depriving, fraud. Consumers need an alert about protecting themselves. Experience is not xenophobic, that's not the point, important fact is they are making so much money and offer peanuts or no payouts. Lemonade paid fines for using AI for claim determination, this agency is using tech and bad faith, Needs an action on them. In the world where Bamboo Insurance could be anything they decide to be Made in China Bamboozle.

Beschadiging bij levering en weigering van retour

Schoenen van meer dan 100 euro besteld, waren reeds beschadigd bij ontvangst. Initieel was de klantenservice top, er werd mij op basis van foto's en een intern dossier beloofd dat ik ze mocht retourneren onder garantie en mijn geld terug zou krijgen zodat ik de schoenen opnieuw kon bestellen. Toen ik aangaf dat ik de schoenen dringend nodig had en doordat ik een week moest wachten op hun reactie er al een keer mee gespeeld had, bevestigde de klantendienst dat het geen probleem was omdat de garantie ook geldt op licht gebruikte schoenen. Echter werd mijn retour toch geweigerd omdat de schoenen gedragen zijn en heb ik mijn geld nooit teruggekregen. De klantendienst weigert nog te reageren op mijn dossier, ondanks dat ze eerst beloofden mijn geld terug te storten. Op basis van hun belofte had ik de schoenen ook al opnieuw besteld, dus nu ben ik 2x geld kwijt.

Minpuntje in het hele verhaal was de verpakking: mijn doos kwam gehavend, geplooid en gedeukt aan, waardoor ik vreesde dat het tennisracket dat ik besteld had beschadigd zou zijn. Gelukkig was dat niet het geval. Maar een tennisracket in een veel te grote doos, zonder ander verpakkingsmateriaal om het interne volume op te vullen en zo het artikel binnenin te ondersteunen loopt een groot risico. Bij mij gelukkig geen probleem nu, maar het leidt er wel toe dat ik waarschijnlijk geen breekbare of makkelijk beschadigbare zaken zoals tennisrackets meer zal bestellen bij Tennis-Point.

I purchased this is April 2022, it worked very well till October 2022, when it would not par with the internet. I rang your helpline on 2 occasions and neither of your representatives were able to get it working. One rang me back an left a message suggesting it was faulty and I should check the interne connection, this was done and no problem was found. But I never heard from you again. Despite having reset the nest thermostat so many times it is still following the old winter pattern. I come in front work and find it is on 22 degrees. Supposed to save me money and it is costing me money. Worse thing I did.

Called in today as I was having a major issue trying to zero the scope on a 2nd hand air rifle I'd purchased from a friend , they identified the issue straight away in which the scope had failed internally due to being dropped , after advising me and showing me the budget friendly scopes (advised me I'd benefit better due to how little usage it would have) with no pressure at all to buy one i might add! I decided to go for the Wulf Fireball , the scope was fitted for me and zeroed in whilst I waited, Very professional and polite service from the moment i entered the shop to the moment I left, staff are an absolute credit to the shop and the reason it's worth travelling to, my local gun shops don't even come close to Drapers! Could have been gold star cleaning but Metro Rod get a demerit due to lack of care and sufficient cleaning

Abysmal service. Sewage everywhere and the drain was ‘unblocked’ but apparently there is another blockage so more work will have to take place - who knows how much that will cost! After the drain was unblocked (well done you get a gold star!!) and the water inside the drain went down a bit, the worker then started to clean up or so I thought..! A little bit of a spray around with a tiny jet wash, some sewage was swapt back into the sewer and the rest was then pushed into another drain and into the bushes. This is a serious health hazard as the area has not been sufficiently cleaned. More care was given to cleaning his tools than cleaning the area. I’m horrified by the lack of care and the lack of proper disinfecting of the area. I have been in touch with environmental health and the water company and they have both said that what was done is wholly inadequate and very unsafe and unsanitary. I have also been looking online for what should’ve been used and every thing I see suggests a jet wash just simply isn’t good enough. Even the water company said the chemicals they use kill all vegetation nearby so why are the plants here still standing - oh because they have been given some extra (human) manure. Left with an inaccessible area due to Metro Rod’s incompetence and worrying lack of hygiene.

Grotesk regning for test/fejlkodeudlæsning på bil og efterfølgende poståleret tidsforbrug.

Vi benyttede Bilgo Køge A/S Hyundai autoforhandler/værksted til teste/fejludlæs på vores Hyundai i10, for årsag til, at motorlampeindikator tænder og slukker uregelmæssigt. Priserne for denne servicetest har vi tidligere betalt kr. 681,25, hvilket også i gennemsnit matcher andre autoværksteds priser. Men! for faktura nr. 419595 den. 04-11-2024 forholder det sig helt..... helt...... anderledes. Her er regningen skruet op kr. 4000,- for samme ønsket service med test/fejlkodeudlæsning på bil og kontakte efterfølgende om fejl og pris for reparationen. Bilgo Køge A/S fremkom i samme ombæring med et reparationsforslag af pris på næste kr. 28.000,- . Heri er ydre dele som udstødningssystemet (katalysator/forrør) naturligt nok, blevet anbefalede til udskiftning, jævnføre bilens alder over 12 år. Bilen er trods dette, lige blevet lovpligtigt synet. Den opskruede regning for selve testen inkl. små kr 66 for hjælpematrealer vidner om, at Bilgo Køge A/S nu! i den grad, skal hive penge hjem til deres firma, på vores bekostning. Kr. 4000,-, et beløbsniveau der åbenbart skal matche deres ellers meget dyre reparationstilbud. Vi har kontaktet Bilgo Køge A/S, Per Larsen for at udtrykke vores fortørnelse over deres absurd høje pris for teste/ fejludlæsning på bil. Vores henvendelse fik Per Larsen pludselig til at skrive, som om at deres mekaniker særskilt havde fortaget tidstunge test, på flere forskellige systemdele og kom yderlige med påståede tidsforbrug for dette af 3,2 timer med sats kr. 1197 + moms ( som om ”det er sandfærdigt, når Per Larsen nu! Ud af det blå, skriver så PRÆCIST”). Regnet 3,2 x 1197 = 3830,4 x moms = 4788 dkr. Postuleret timeforbrug med sats, er fejlagtig også i forhold til den i forvejen vandvittige testregning vi modtog på kr. 4000,- total. Per Larsen fra Bilgo Køge A/S har sender os en regning, hvor ikke engang udskiftning af lamda sonderne, som typisk kan være årsagen til, at man ser motorlampeindikator tænde og slukke, har de gjort noget ved. Er det mon flot klaret ?. I som læser skal vide, hvordan Bilgo Køge A/S vælger at behandle deres kunde og spise jer af med slappe argumenter til følge, inklusiv indskudt tidsforbrug for, at fastholde deres forrykte beløbsopkrævning. Bilgo Køge A/S er uværdig som virksomhed. Mvh. Pernille

Bad Customer Service

First, I did not receive a shipping confirmation email. When the leggings arrived, the thigh portion felt stretched out. I measured prior to ordering and again that day and the size I ordered was correct. Contacted customer services about the leggings feeling stretched out and never received a response. Too expensive to have such poor customer service and stretched out garments.

What happened to my sleeves?

Aankopen en verzenden ging goed. De bijgevoegde handleiding van het product klopte niet. Kreeg uiteindelijk via whatsapp contact en een verkeerd advies. Achteraf, nadat ik het zelf heb nagemeten bleek dat ik het wel degelijk correct had aangesloten maar er nog wel een jumper omgezet moest worden om 24V i.p.v. 12V te selecteren. Dit heb ik lang voordat ik deze review schreef aan Webstore4 teruggekoppeld. Dit omdat het nou eenmaal kan gebeuren en ik begrijp dat je niet van alle artikelen de ins en outs kent. Vervolgens kreeg ik geen reactie meer, helemaal niets. Zelfs niet toen ik het zelf uit had gezocht en mijn bevindingen terug koppelde. Hele slechte service 👎🏻 En nu durven ze wel op deze review te reageren en de situatie te verdraaien. Ik ben namelijk zelf elektricien en heb de correcte wijze van aansluiten naar Webstore4 toe gecommuniceerd. Over hulp waarderen gesproken 🤷‍♂️ Heel jammer Jaap!

Tevreden klant!

Wij wilden op vakantie gaan en ik zeg tegen mijn man: dan wil ik graag een huis alarm. Hij begint te zoeken en vind er eentje wat hij wel interessant vind. Ik vond het wat prijzig , maar ja ik en techniek? Dan wachten we maar… het zou toch echt moeten lukken dat wij ongewenst bezoek zouden krijgen. Maar dan , 9 dagen voor vertrek word er in de straat achter ons ingebroken…. nog geen 300M van ons. Dan word het toch heel reëel. Dus bestellen we 6 dagen voor vertrek. Op24 juni besteld op 28 juni ging het toekomen, maar post.nl had het druk. Dus 29 juni ontvangen. Het werd dan door de buurman en mijn man geïnstalleerd. We hadden dan nog een vraag die we konden stellen via whatsapp en dat op zaterdagavond... en die werd binnen het half uur beantwoord, kei goede service!!! En de dag later vertrokken wij met een gerust hart op verlof. Het was een super vakantie! prijs/kwaliteit meer dan ok!!! DANK U ! Nicole&Eric
