Love this brand.
Love this brand. Ordered a couple more tshirts during lockdown and they arrived quickly. There was a slight issue with one of them, it was more me just being picky but the customer service team were really helpful and sent me another without any hesitation. Excellent service and great communication, will definitely be buying from them again.

There customer service is even worse than there product they never replied or responded to my inquiry. So I'm disputing the charge with my bank.. fuc em. Honest review- One of the most over rated food services around been a month and have good repetition almost every 2 days and not to forget- they even have trouble in remembering if they hve sent the food or not! And when you call them - they are even rude! Surprising !!!! Quality has been compromised too…. Much better options available with better food options!!!! No more PURI ☹️😖😖😖

I love my magnum 3. My only reason for 4 stars is the power button is jammed and it just stays on. I have to take the battery out to turn it off and put it back in to turn it on. If anybody knows how to fix this that’d be great!

Repeated customer - I love the products, works really well but lost the chamber filter to my titanic 3. When trying to buy another part I was shocked to see the shipping costs of $50 for a $15 part. I Spoke to the team and was informed that nothing can be done to lower the price of postage and the method of posting could not be changed. I now have a £140 vape which cannot be used as I am not willing to pay $50 for a part which is near enough half the price for another vape. Think carefully before purchasing the product!

it works, but my vape keeps saying "protected", and shutting off. I've charged it, and it has a full charge. The charge never lasted very long anyways. Overall using this vape was a frustrating experience.

Was OK until it Broke
I liked the Magnum 2 until it stopped working roughly 2 years after I purchased it. I took EXCELLENT care of the pen, and used it once a day (with a break of 10 months where it wasn't used at all). The battery/charge was always tempermental, but as long as I remembered to bring a charging cable everywhere, this was fine. NOW, the pen won't charge at all, and thus is useless. Since lithium-ion batteries degrade over time, I purchased a new one in case this was the issue; it wasn't. (I also purchased a new charging cable and tried different outlets). After about a year of use, it's a dud.

Der schlechteste Kundenservice, den ich je hatte! Meine Tasche war nach nur wenigen Tragen defekt, extrem schlechte Qualität. Auf der Webseite ist die falsche Mail Adresse, aber über Umwegen bekam ich dann nach ereigneten Rückmeldung. Mir wurde die falsche Tasche als Ersatz geschickt und nun warte ich seit fast 5 Monaten auf einen adequate Ersatz. Leider erreicht man niemanden per Telefon und Mail. Ich würde jedem dringlich davon abraten hier zu kaufen!

Positive experience
I was gifted Neo Foyr as a Christmas present by my husband. I work with a lot of interior design programs and didn’t want to add another one even if it looks amazing. So I contacted the team almost immediately after the purchase and asked for the cancellation of my subscription and a refund of the payment. Mahesh has been very helpful, my subscription was canceled the day after and my refund issued two days later. Thank you to the Foyr team, I really appreciate it.

What a breath of fresh air
What a breath of fresh air. Foyr allows me to design beautiful, scaled rooms, homes, and renders without a steep learning curve, and at a much more affordable price compared to other systems on the market. Instead of investing in complicated CAD programs, Foyr gives me the opportunity to make money through my designs. The support from Foyr is exceptional - they are always responsive, provide video examples, and offer training whenever needed. There is a wide range of pre-made objects available, or you can create your own. Foyr even offers to create custom objects if necessary. In addition, they have a "design for you" option for when time is limited or an extra hand is needed in the design process. Despite my initial hesitation to try another rendering program, Foyr has become my favorite and the only one I use now. I appreciate that Foyr is constantly updating their program to provide better options, showing their commitment to continual improvement.

Prepare to be locked in
The software is just OK. It's limited in what it can do. The bigger issue is that it is tough to cancel your membership. The account page has a Cancel button that doesn't let you cancel. Instead, it just offers you a cheaper plan option and asks you to fill out a form explaining why you want to cancel. All that just to then tell you that you have to contact your account rep to cancel. Don't bother using the chat support feature to try to cancel. They will tell you that you can use the cancel button from the account page, but you cannot. Last year, I didn't cancel in time, and when I called about the charges and said I wanted to cancel, they said it was too bad. This year, I'm having to jump through hoops to cancel.

Always get a timely response from people who know what they are talking about. I always recommend this product to fellow designers.

Highly Highly Recommend
I've been using Foyr for two years to design my apartment and dorm room. The actual database of models is exceptional, and you can upload anything they don't already have. The interface is well-designed and easy to use. The renders are high quality and look natural. But, most importantly, the staff and the support team are incredible. I had an issue with one of the objects I uploaded, and their team took the file and fixed it, even though the problem was on my end. It seems they're always available, they are super helpful, and they get results. Highly recommend.

Lightning Fast Renderings and Super Cool Features
This is my third year with Foyr Neo as an interior decorator, after having used basic free software like HomeStyler and the like, and it is a total game changer ! I used to Photoshop over my renderings because they were too basic but now I get fabulous 4K renders just as a baseline, and 12K if I want to blow them out of the water. And they're so fast. The most amazing feature though is the walk-through, and it was what drew me to this particular company. Client needs are evolving and having them go from angle to angle in their new space really sells the designs in a new way, even for me it's so fun to use. Bigger interior design firms might not be the target but if you're an independent decorator or designer and you want to up your rendering game, this is the software for you. Very intuitive, very helpful customer service, I've never had any glitches in 3 years, and it's just a fantastic time saver overall. Can't recommend it enough !

WORST COMPANY EVER NOVEMBER 2024 This company is so bad, there is no room for improvement. It needs to be shut down. It would not give me reason for refusing to transfer the LOAN to me, the new deed owner. Third party authorization form was sent three times via email but it cannot be found in the office. Paid off loan but cannot send me statement that such funds were received. I could go on and on with disgust so in summary, IF YOU WANT STRESS, HEADACHE, AND TIME TO WASTE, deal with DIVIDEND.

Disappointing Experience – Solar Loan Transfer Issue
I had a very frustrating experience with this lender, especially in relation to their handling of my solar panel loan. I had solar panels installed on my home and I was shocked to find out with less than 24 hrs to close of escrow that they do not allow loans to be transferred to new owners that are not going to occupy the home. This information was not provided to me prior to securing the loan and the answer I received from Dividend was that they don't divulge that information unless the question is asked. How would anyone know to ask if an investor could assume a solar panel loan? And they waited until the day before close to tell us this unknown rule of their company. They have now caused the closing to be postponed as I am now having to pay the loan off in order to sell my home. I expected a smooth transition, especially considering that solar panel loans are increasingly common in real estate transactions. However, instead of a seamless process, I was faced with unnecessary hurdles and confusion. The company’s refusal to allow loan transfers to the new homeowner is a major flaw and demonstrates a lack of consideration for buyers who are trying to maintain eco-friendly choices while also adhering to their financial obligations. It made a potentially great investment feel like a burden. If you're thinking about purchasing solar panels or buying or selling a home with solar panels financed by Dividend Finance, be warned that this lender will complicate the process. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient transaction.

This company allows illegitimate people to quickly install your solar panels to lock you in your contract so you can't get out. I thought I'd go solar so when a company called Home/Power came by with their sales pitch it sounded good. I'd be paying the solar people instead of my power bill. They said I'd make enough energy to off set the cost of my power bill with AEP. After the deal was signed they took their good ol time to install. 2.5 years later the dam thing was still not working. They changed their name to PINK ENERGY at some point. Then Pink Energy went backrupt. Still no working solar system. After almost 3 years I told them to come and get the system I'm not paying for it. Dividend sent someone there to look at the system for about the 4th time. Instead of removing the system they got it up and working , only to break down before they left my house. Am hour or so later they said it was up and working for now. I wanted them to uninstall the unit and take it with them but now they want me to pay up. What a ripoff. We need to start a Class Action suit !

Den massiven Ehrgeiz, den die Gründerin Susanne in den Geschäftsaufbau gesteckt hat, umfasst das Programmieren des Webshop und die Suche eines Drop-Shipping-Partners. Die Lampen wurden eingeschweißt geliefert. 2 von 3 Kartons waren total eingeknautscht und hatten Löcher. Der Kundenservice hat "angeboten" ich könnte von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch machen und die defekte Ware für 40 Euro zu eigenen Lasten zurück schicken. Der "Kundenservice" endet mit, Zitat: "Die Diskussion hat hiermit auch ein Ende" Das habe ich schon kundenfreundlich erlebt.

US Choice, GMI, NHIC National Highway Ins Co.DON’T provide coverage and protect the company’s fleet - FRAUD!
It started as US Choice, then somehow GMI, only to find they all cover for NHIC National Highway Insurance Company are all a fraud. GMI refuse to meet their fiduciary duties. GMI only takes your money. GMI does not insure the companies fleet of vehicles. We as companies pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to insure our vehicles. If the is a collision, GMI will evade your phones calls. I AM SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE! I am now suing GMI and National Highway Interstate Company. These companies (GMI, NHIC, US Choice) all have engaged in business of false promises to provide a service to companies and in my case (and many other companies who have complained on the internet), GMI, NHIC, US Choice, and these insurance companies look for any way to slither out of responsibility. In my experience, I had to repeated file complaints with the insurance Commission, another waste of time. But, I called The Office of Attorney General and they helped me out. 1. File a formal complaint with the Insurance Commission in your respective state. 2. File a complaint with the Office of Attorney General. 3. Call a lawyer who handle consumer protection and business suits. 4. File suit and any losses you’ve experienced, and extra bills you’ve covered use them all, but most IMPORTANTLY video and audio record everything. I wear a body camera and record very business transaction, call, also put things in writing. Always follow up every phone call, meeting, EVERYTHING YIU SAY AND DO, with a letter outlining what your purpose and your understandings of what was discussed and occurred are to you. **Also, lodge a bad review everywhere you can!** So long as you actually experienced this and you discussed what happened to you, legally you can share your experiences, good BUT ESPECIALLY BAD! These commercial Insurance companies act in bad faith and act as bottom feeders. FYI, the insurance adjuster who finally came out two months later, after I had to file complaints, I took my cars back and forth to the repair shop for service (that GMI authorized then intentionally delayed until I just paid for EVERYTHING OUT OF POCKET) the ADJUSTER FOR GMI/NHIC told me he owned a business and these companies are the worst. He warned me that they send them out only to look for reasons to deny claims, ways to lower cost of repairs, and he told me commercial insurance was a waste of time. He said his private I durante worked for him. Find a good insurance and pay a little more monthly, because I paid $1351 and monthly charges on my vehicles. I paid in advance. I sold a vehicle and never got my money back, I canceled and picked up other insurance coverage, and never got my refund (that the company put in writing I was entitled to). >>Document everything. >>Trust no one. Conversation can be denied so record everything. >>A PERSONAL BODY CAMERA IS A GREAT INVESTMENT!!

Great company, Great Service, Great Price
I have used GMI for 10+ years for both fleet and personal car insurance they have always been helpful, attentive and offer a great quote every year. The office staff are really friendly and always take the time to have a brief chat before working on your quote, I've never once had cause to complain, and always recommend them to other fleet managers and drivers alike - especially chauffeurs.

Don't bother, ridiculous process
My family had an awful disaster holiday with tui. Hotel stank of cat pee everywhere we went, the pool was unsafe in the evenings, cordoned off by a rope, the drinks were watered down, our all-inclusive band was cut off one day before leaving, a noisy cockerel crowed right next to my room EVERY MORNING from about 3am-6am, the hotel ping pong table and climbing frame/kids equipment was broken/damaged and the night entertainment was mediocre. The area was unsuitable for families and we were completely mis sold the trip, having to cover the eyes of my 11 year old son walking through streets laden with "I love slu*ts" t-shirts and crude souvenir's, the beach was dirty, covered in cigarette ends and again, stank of cat pee so my 2 year old was unable to play there. I am devastated and already out of pocket £250 for going down the arbitration route to be offered a ridiculous £350! After waiting months and not hearing anything from them, I contacted them to ask why my award hadn't been looking at, to get a rushed decision, clearly the facts haven't even been considered. I'm not being asked to pay £350 + Vat to have my case looked at again!!! What an absolute insult, this is DISGUSTING! I wonder if anyone has actually been successful taking these big holiday companies down this route, HUNT ADR are just a useless SCAM, don't waste your time!

We found the Hunt ADR service to be excellent. Ella was our 'go to' person , she was very helpful, polite, efficient and always returned calls. The Arbitrator did a brilliant job with our case and it was satisfying to have somebody finally listen to how this situation had effected us. We was kept up to date regularly and all time lines that was estimated were kept to. We was awarded half the cost of the holiday back plus fees. The portal was a little tricky to navigate initially but its a good way of keeping track as everything is on there and what stage its at. Thankyou Hunt ADR

Holiday dispute resolution service
I was dealt with in a very polite and courteous manner by the administrator Ella Suffrin. She kept me up to date on the case and what it was I needed to provide with regard to my claim. When the claim was rejected by the travel company, I was informed exactly of what I needed to do next to take the claim to arbitration and the cost. Being made fully aware that if I won my case the cost would be refunded. Although there was no response after 28 days , a message to Ella for an update was soon followed by a response by the arbitration case handler. It was great news that TUI had been found to be accountable for some aspects of the claim and were made to pay compensation. I would recommend using Hunt ADR if you have a dispute with your travel company.

Like all the other reviews - exactly what you expected happen.. the arbitrator took well over the 28 days, the wording is clearly hurried. He probably decides our cases in 2 minutes and then onto the next. cant use anyone else but huntADR and £350 to challenge the decision.

Abysmal Arbitration
Disappointing effort from the arbitrator who had to be prompted to respond to our claim well after the 28 day period they allow. Final award was clearly hurried, the wording was misleading and simple mathematics were incorrect. To challenge this hurried response would have cost another £350 plus VAT and goodness knows how much longer in time and energy. Clearly companies like this don’t understand the hassle it’s already taken people to get this far. Other staff members were polite and helpful but really unimpressed with the arbitration process.

I agree with the other reviews. The assessment of the company's response reveals significant concerns about their handling of our claims. While they maintain having considered all aspects presented, they focused solely on what they deemed the most material issues, suggesting a selective rather than comprehensive response strategy. Particularly troubling is that although the matter proceeded through ABTA arbitration, their focus remained narrowly on contractual aspects while failing to address the fundamental standpoints of our claim. It is deeply concerning that ABTA, as a CTSI-ADR approved body, directs consumers to HUNT ADR - a company that notably lacks CTSI-ADR approval and offers no cost-free route for reviewing natural justice concerns. This referral to a non-CTSI approved body seems to contradict ABTA's own standing as an approved alternative dispute resolution provider. The requirement of an additional £350 plus VAT fee through HUNT ADR to challenge decisions exceeds typical small claims court costs for self-representation. This structure not only creates a significant financial barrier to justice but also raises serious questions about why a CTSI-ADR approved organisation would recommend a dispute resolution service that lacks equivalent consumer protection standards and imposes substantial costs for appealing decisions.

Should not have reached the ADR stage.
I had a strong case against Easyjet and Easyjet initially contested that Hunt had jurisdiction over the matter. They infact did, however the racism that I experienced on holiday (which was the main part if my claim), was deemed to be outside the scope of the scheme and I had to rely only on other matters which obviously meant that the value of my claim was reduced. I should have been offered an alternative platform to address my matter. Ella from Hunt ADR was very useful. I won my claim, however the damages awarded were insufficient and did not cover the pain and discomfort experienced by being bitten by ants in your bed.

Awful service! They are clearly on the travel companys side. Absolute scam. Wish I had just gone to the small claims court. Their response was shocking, not taking anything into account and zero empathy to the situation. Wish they worked more like The Ombudsman. I had a claim against P&O, would never ever use Hunt ADR again or P&O and would def not recommend.

Ik raakte in paniek toen bleek dat de geleverde tenstem eco basic steeds afsloeg. Bij het bellen met het bedrijf vertelde Joan dat de bij geleverde elektrodes wsl te klein waren. Ze stuurde gelijk grotere elektrodes. Dat bleek idd de oorzaak.

Sono loro cliente da anni. Prodotti bio a buon prezzo, di qualità con un servizio clienti di una disponibilità unica. Unico problema i corrieri che non sempre trattano la merce come dovuto. Ma Aranciadoc si è sempre fatta carico dei prodotti ammalorati, anche se a causa del trasporto ed anche se marciti dopo giorni, rispedendono pari quantità gratuitamente. Langzeiterfahrung mit Filiale Nürnberg: 100% Top!
Ich habe über viele Jahre immer wieder sehr gute Erfahrungen beim Einkaufen in der Filiale Nürnberg gemacht. Das gesamte Team war stets aufmerksam, nicht aufdringlich, fachlich sehr kompetent, weil alle Beschäftigten selbst gerne radfahren, wandern und zelten. Überraschend: Schon nach wenigen Einkäufen, mit jeweils recht großem zeitlichen Abstand, wurde ich immer mit meinem Namen begrüßt. Und auch der Service war stets astrein und kundenorientiert. Ich hatte wenige Probleme mit den gekauften waren, aber die Reparatur einer an einem Dornenbusch aufgerissenen Wanderhose durch den Hersteller und eine oder zwei weitere Kleinigkeiten gaben keinerlei Anlass zur Beanstandung. Wenn ich die anderen Bewertungen hier lese, kann ich nur annehmen, dass die Kunden bei einer anderen Filiale waren. In Nürnberg war über Jahre immer alles einwandfrei, jedenfalls soweit es mich betrifft. Ich hoffe, der Laden überlebt. Das Team in Nürnberg hätte es jedenfalls ganz bestimmt verdient!

Ob ich noch einmal bei der Firma einkaufe muss die Zeit entscheiden. Nach der Insolvenz hatte ich einen Kauf getätigt und die Ware da sie nicht gepasst zurückgegeben. Einen Gutschein erhalten da keine Auszahlung möglich! Bei 2 Besuchen wollte ich den GS einlösen und wurde darauf hingewiesen das McTrek ein neues Kassensystem hat und der GS nicht verarbeitet werden kann. Erst nach weiteren Nachfragen wurde mir mitgeteilt das durch die Insolvenz der Gutschein nicht verwertbar ist. ( Gültig bis 13.12.2024 ) Der damalige Kauf wurde nach Wiedereröffnung getätigt. Und ich hiermit davon ausgehe mit dem GS Bares generiert wurde. Vertrauen ist was anderes.

Vielen Dank an Katharina, die uns wunderbar beraten hat. Sie ist aufmerksam und ging direkt auf unsere Wünsche ein. Wir wurden schnell fündig und hatten schöne und kompetente Gespräche. Etwas nervig empfand ich ihre Kollegin die immerwieder unsere Nähe suchte und uns so das Gefühl gab beobachtet zu werden. Beim nächsten Besuch in Linden werden wir uns auf jeden Fall wieder von Katharina beraten lassen !

Keine Reaktion bei Retourenanfrage
Ich versuche nun seid mehr als drei Wochen ein Retourenlabel für Ware zu bekommen, die nicht passt und der kein Retourenlabel beigelegt wurde. Weder auf E-Mail, noch auf telefonische Anfrage kam bisher ein Retourenlabel (obwohl telefonisch zugesagt), noch irgend eine andere Reaktion. Ich werde ganz sicher bei diesem Versender keine Bestellung mehr aufgeben. Wenn ich die Erfahrungen hier so durchlese scheint dies Masche von McTrek zu sein.

Schlechter geht es fast nicht
- Bestellung bekommen, in mehreren Lieferungen - Retoure eines Teils - Rückabwicklung katastrophal - Neue Bestellung Zelt - zusätzlich Zeltheringe, Sitzkissen etc - Bestellung Zelt wurde sofort von McTrek storniert (nachts um 02:30)..... Zelt aber angebl sofort lieferbar.... - Angenommen Systemfehler, Zelt nochmals einzelnd bestellt. Wieder sofort Storno (02:35) - Zelt war noch 3 Wochen laut Online-Shop sofort lieferbar ! - Rückzahlung chaotisch, lange, Fehlerhaft - immer noch fehlen 23,06€ - nach 8 Wochen - Abrechnung von McTrek: 148,85 Erstattungssumme, abzügl 23,06 Gutschein (welcher Gutschein?) ergiebt: 51,35€ (das habe ich sogar als PDF von McTRek!!!) - Finde den Fehler.... - Telefonservice unfreundlich, inkompetent und genervt - NIE WIEDER !!!

I made a purchase with klarna last week and soon later I changed my mind and decided to cancel the order. I couldn’t do that on the web so I emailed mctrek and next day they reply that it was already shipped but I could returned it. I ask for a return label. I was nervous after see all the bad reviews but I have to say that after that they send me the return label, I notified the return to klarna, and everything went fast and great. I returned the items a few days ago and today I received a notification of Klarna that Mctreck already refund the money and I only have to wait a couple days to klarna send my money back. Fast and good customer service in my case.

Finger weg von McTrek!
Nach einer Retoure warte ich nun seit 4 Wochen auf die Rücküberweisung des von mir vorab gezahlten Geldes. Kundenservice antwortete anfangs, dass keine Retoure eingegangen sei. Nachdem ich ihnen die Sendungsnummer zur Nachverfolgung geschickt habe reagiert keiner mehr auf meine Mails! Einmal und nie wieder!!!

Bad experience overall
I only had 3 deliveries overall however they missed items off 2nd & 3rd delivery, tried to charge me the wrong price for all the deliveries and I didn’t like the fact you can’t cancel via your online account. I suffer anxiety speaking on the phone which I made them aware of and they completely ignored it and told me to ‘ call this number ‘ they rang me yet again so I answered to get it over with and the woman was incredibly rude and I said I have an anxiety about speaking on the phone and she said ‘ well your speaking on the phone right now ‘ uhhh yes coz you don’t give people a choice!! The only positive I’ll say is the products are nice and reasonably priced but customer service is a total let down.

Non so dove sia il mio pacco ma ho pagato la spedizione express
Ho ordinato il pacco in data 17 mattina(entro le 12), pagando la spedizione in 24/48h (3 euro e 90). Il risultato è che il mio pacco risulta essere sempre in magazzino. Così ho contattato Os sunglasses che mi ha risposto via Whatsapp assicurandomi che il mio pacco è partito, ma dubbiosa, ho voluto contattare anche Gls, che invece mi ha risposto che a loro non è stato consegnato alcun pacco dalla ditta e che risulta creata solo l'etichetta del pacco, ma la spedizione non è stata a loro affidata! Praticamente ho pagato una spedizione express che non è avvenuta, e per giunta non so dove sia il pacco.

Una stella perché meno non è possibile. Letteralmente presa in giro da questa gente che mi ha consentito una transazione con pagamento spedizione express ( consegna in 48 ore) e a distanza di 8 giorni la merce deve ancora arrivare. Su miei solleciti ho ricevuto una serie di risposte false, dapprima asserivano che la merce fosse tornata indietro in quando il mio indirizzo fosse sbagliato ma davanti a uno screen shot che smentiva la loro versione hanno rettificato dicendo che la merce era in viaggio. Sul fatto che non siano stati rispettati i tempi di consegna mi hanno detto che sul sito era riportato che dopo il 18 non garantivano la consegna express, peccato che così non fosse, perché se fosse stato specificato non avrei richiesto un servizio non garantito. Un bon site fiable
Au début, comme beaucoup, j'avais pas mal de doute sur ce site, mais je me suis lancé, tee shirt de la roma commandé le 31/05 et reçu le 16/06, un maillot extrement ressemblant à l'original mais payé 30€, je recommande ce site et je n'hésiterai pas à recommander dessus si l'occasion se présente.

Always Great Jersey
So far all the jerseys and uniforms i have ordered have been fantastic. i have been pleased and have ordered for over 2 years. Its great the materials of the jersey are awesome..Would Recomend to hand wash the jerseys that way it wont wear off in the washer and dryer. Other than that GOGOALSHOP has proven to be excellent.
