Koop geen kaarten via dit platform!
Kaartjes aanschaffen ging heel makkelijk, je krijgt direct bevestigingsmail met de kaarten. Vervolgens probeer je in te loggen op de website om deze kaarten te downloaden en er komt geen bevestigingsmail om in te loggen. Klantenservice geprobeerd te bereiken, geen gehoor. Koop vooral niet via Stagego!!

Prepare to pay through the nose for 'customer service' with this bandit bathroom company.
The shower cubicle when it arrived would not after all be suited to someone with my disability.....but hey no worries I was able to return it !! This was the contract we had. However to effect this return would cost a huge sum of money because they want a 10% restocking fee plus an A frame pallet with straps for collection. It did not arrive like that. Eventually I was told that they would arrange collection via the suppliers Lakes and no pallet required if I agreed to pay......which I did as I need that almost £1500 back. The collections have not happened. Mark in their comedy customer services is just a bully w hose sole aim at work is appears is to make promises that will not be kept, to blame junior staff and the shower suppliers and of course he wants to steal my money. Don't deal with them. They were not very informative about VAT exemptions for disabled people either. This review is for UK Bathstore there does seem to b some confusing on this site about whether they are still trading.

Bad start, but got better
I bought a suite from the bathstore. Shop very helpful, delivery on time. After six months, part of the suite developed a defect. The store were pretty unhelpful and told us to contact customer service. They were very polite and helpful, but could never seem to return phone calls when promised. I got very it irritated by this, and went higher. Answer was given in two days, probably would have been quicker,had I responded to the second email sooner! Problem is now in the process of being solved, and I have every faith it will be. it has restored my faith in the bathstore. On the strength of that I give them five stars.

Messed up a 6k bathroom fitting Failed to reply to phone calls Failed to reply to emails 5 year guarantee not worth a penny. Only option now is small claims court and try to recover some money. They are an absolute horrible company

WARNING companies appear in trouble.
This company seems to be owned by the same people who own kitchensinkstore.co.uk who I am getting nowhere with ,no answer to either phone or emails so I suspect both companies are in trouble. If you look on the companies check websites the owners appear to have a very chequered history in setting up companies which very quickly go into liquidation. It would be prudent to not trade with them.

Is it money down the drain?
Just arrived back from the bank to obtain their help in recovering the payment made for goods that haven't arrived. Paid an extortionate sum to have goods delivered 48hr service. Nine days later still haven't received goods. Unable to contact by phone , e-mails not answered. Printed off from the Gazette Corporate Insolvancy Notice , Bathroom Trade Onnline Ltd . The bank requires this to reclaim money. It's put the job back by one week.

I too have been unable to contact BathroomTrade since placing an order on 30 Sept (and having the payment taken on 1 Oct). I just googled the parent company, LWCC Ltd and found this entry in The Gazette: www dot thegazette dot co dot uk/notice/2195088 It looks like (caveat is that I'd hate to have made a mistake and be doing them a disservice - but I think it unlikely) they went into liquidation on 11 September but are still 'live' for orders via their website. Currently in contact with my bank to see what they can do.

I placed an order back on 17/09/14, in which I was told that part of the order was out of stock but they could replace this with another part which I agreed to.A week later I had'nt received any delivery date as stated on their ordering process, so I phoned (30/09/14),I was told that the other part of the order was now on order, alarm bells ringing now, and that I would get a delivery date by the end of the week. End of the week arrived nothing.Now I have made over ten calls to their offices, no reply, since found out that their phones are down, (a bit strange from Friday 3rd October - Tuesday 7th October), plus I have sent four emails, no reply. Their web site is still up and running with their October discount offers, What's going on, I think they may have gone buyer beware.

Pathetic service. Requesting from 6months
Pathetic service. No response from customer service even after requesting via chat and called the agent more than 40 times in the past 5 months. Asked to replace the hard disk which was given my the company. (No Response). Asked atleast send an agent to check the cameras (No Response). Called to sales person to explain the issue which I am facing as no support from technical team. Sales agent Srinivas asked 1k to arrange a technical agent to visit. Still I said ok please come and check. He came and leftover without even checking properly. Facing the same issue again after 2 days. All 7 Cameras not working properly. Hardly 7 months only. It's been more than year by now😡 No replace and no response also from customer.

Dommage qu'il n'y est pas la note de ZERO, nous étions trois personnes de la même famille à vouloir s’équiper de cet adoucisseur d’eau. Tout d'abord visite d'une commerciale qui fait des mélange à bracadabra et la magie test avec une tige qu'elle trempe et là plus de calcaire formidable. Je souligne que je suis surtout intéressée pour pouvoir boire l'eau du robinet (étant atteinte de potomanie c'est à dire que je bois minimum dix litres d'eau jour. Et là elle me dit plus un nombre fou de pack d'eau à transporté chaque semaine ni besoin de ma carafe BRITA. Devis fait pour le gros appareillage de soit disant adoucisseur, mais aucune tarification pour l'autre bonbonne qui se place sous votre évier de cuisine, donc je lui pose la question et elle me répond c'est l'installateur qui vous donnera le tari, bizarre ? c'est toujours le commercial qui fait et qui donne les prix. Le : 08/04/2024 installation du gros matériel une fois terminé je lui pose la question de la fameuse bonbonne pour l'eau potable, étonner il me dis mais la commerciale à due vous le marquer sur votre devis je lui montre donc et là très étonner l'installateur me dis c' dans les mille deux euros de plus. J'ai donc contacter l'agence régionale de mon département qui et dont l'adresse est 14 Rue des Alizés 30133 LES ANGLES, un supérieur vient chez moi et pareil avec des des discours tout prêt ont repart pour des blablas je vais vous faire une remise que je ne fait jamais et qui serra in-refusable, au bout de quelque jour il m'envoie un nouveau devis avec juste deux cent euros de moins (ridicule) et le top c'est que la fameuse commerciale me fait passée pour menteuse auprès de son supérieur qui lui défendez celle-ci. Bon bref je vous passe et des meilleures. Au moins de mai 24 je fais refaire toute ma salle de bain ainsi que les toilettes. Aujourd'hui pratiquement fin février 25, autant de calcaire de par tout qu'avant, concernant le lave vaisselle ou il fallait qu'un petit quart de tout les produits qu'il fallait avant appareillage, faux archi faux j'avais profiter pour changer mes verres de table qui étaient rayés à ce jour les nouveaux verres sont déjà tout rayés, J'ai attendu dix mois pour donner sa chance au produit, mais après pose de l'installation ou sans aucune différence. JE NE RECOMMANDE SURTOUT PAS CET ACHAT COÛTEUX POUR VRAIMENT AUCUN RESULTATS.

Arnaque Customer service, machine nullllllll
Je suis extrêmement déçue par les services de Culligan. Je paie presque 25 euros par mois (soit environ 300 euros par an) pour qu’ils viennent une fois par an ajouter du sel à ma machine qui purifie l’eau et vérifier qu’elle fonctionne correctement. Cette année, le technicien est venu, a ajouté le sel, s’est assuré que la machine fonctionnait bien (ce qui est son travail et pour lequel je paie déjà !) puis m’a demandé de signer une preuve d’intervention. Il n’a rien changé, rien ajouté, simplement vérifié que tout allait bien. Et là, surprise : je reçois une facture de 192 euros supplémentaires pour cette intervention ! Apparemment, le fait qu’il ait simplement éteint et rallumé la machine pour vérifier son fonctionnement est facturé en plus, alors que cela fait partie de ce que je paie toute l’année. C’est clairement une arnaque. On m’avait promis que leur système éliminerait les traces de gouttelettes sur les miroirs en supprimant le calcaire. C’est complètement faux : les traces sont toujours là. Très mauvaise expérience avec Culligan, je déconseille fortement leurs services. De plus, la machine est extrêmement lourde et a complètement fissuré mon sol. On ne m’avait jamais avertie de ce risque. Et malgré tout cela, la qualité de l’eau est très mauvaise. Pour un système qui coûte 4100 euros, ce n’est absolument pas rentable. Cela fait maintenant un an et demi que j’ai la machine, et en tant que personne jeune, j’ai été attentive aux effets, mais je n’ai remarqué aucun changement.

Un grand professionnalisme, après certes de nombreux déboires, Culligan a su réagir en vrai Professionnel, et a enfin installé des fontaines qui cette fois semblent parfaitement adaptées à notre volume d'eau fraîche consommé (250 salariés). Client satisfait de la prestation. Je recommande cette entreprise.

I am very impressed with my Balmoral Boots from Carmina. They look amazing. The shoes are made from very high quality leather and are also good year welted. And the craftsmanship gone into the shoes is impeccable. The Rain last used for my shoes give them a very sleek and classy silhouette with a stylish chisel toe. I absolutely love them and am very much looking forward to wearing these out. On top of that, the customer service is also excellent whereby they responded to any questions promptly with very helpful advice. I will certainly be buying more from these prestigious shoemakers.

Hello i must say i really appreciate Carmina's shoes : it's quite rare to find goodyear's welted shoes of quality for woman ! The woman shoes succeed in the perfect balance between feminine touch and masculine design on the oxford/derby models with flat heel. I love also the abilitie Carmina have to stay truth to tradition while improving modern searches. I must say that i sometime buy some shoes in the man line : some are really délicate and elegant so they can be worn easily in androgynous outfits. I must give a special thanks to the customer service (Brenda is so patient !!) who pay attention to their clients with so much skills and kindness. and a special one also for the parisian shop team : it's always a pleasure to go to the Opera Store ! The Simpson last is the best for the shape of my feet (long and sleeks) I own around 10 pairs of Carmina and have only one pair whose leather is just a little bit under my expectation (the client service gives me a discount !) I do recommand Carmina !

You taste the heritage, dedication and kindness of a long lasting company that specializes in a special craft: making outstanding shoes and leather products with a clear Carmina signature. Products are beautiful, packaging too and customer service is outstanding. Be careful with fitting the shoes - do it on a carpet, as the leather is so supple, it can quickly wrinkle (also the soles). Great experience
I had a wonderful experience with Carmina. The service staff was very helpful in providing assistance with sizing. I initially ordered a pair of shoes on the Rain-last, which would have been too narrow, but Brenda quickly and efficiently changed my order to a pair of Chestnut longwing bluchers on the Detroit last. They fit like a glove and are very high-quality shoes, especially for the price. I could not recommend Carmina enough, and I will be ordering a pair of cap-toes from them soon.

Quality Shoes but Fraudulent Return/Exchange
They make quality shoes, but recently they have become fraudulent with their return policy. I wanted to make a custom size for a pair of boots. I sent pictures of my measurements (calf and feet) and Brenda replied saying that I would not need a custom order, that UK size 9 would fit me based on my measurements. Brenda also said I should let them know how it fits when I receive my order. However, the boots didn't fit when I received my order and they did not reply any of my emails when I requested for a return/exchange. Carmina doesn't provide a return slip, their policy requires the purchaser to contact them to initiate a return/exchange. It's sad because I have bought about three pairs of shoes from them in the past and I have also returned shoes with them, but my last experience with them was deceptive. *update* my response to Carmina’s reply: Carmina is trying to make it sound like I made a custom order. I did not make a custom order. Carmina recommend a size to me based on measurements I sent but the boots did not fit my calf area and Carmina refused to accept my return. This is a form of fraud.

The challenging aspects include production lead times, availability of stock for current models, and made-to-order (MTO) production times. These areas could be improved to make the process even more competitive. Overall, Carmina remains one of my top-tier shoemakers.

She is a good listener and patiently answered my myriad of questions. Looking forward to picking her brain for my next purchases... Now the shoes: The design is definitely more refined than our traditional higher end shoes here in the states so if a slimmer cut with a more modern look is what you're looking for then Carmina it is. Great customer service and fast delivery. This is a quality product and is even more substantial when seeing in person than the photos and YouTube videos show. Hopefully, I will never have the occasion to see if it actually saves my guns from theft, but it looks like it is up to the job. The only minor issue is figuring out how to thread the cable for anchoring the system within the case with vehicle attachment. An instruction sheet or more detailed video would have been helpful.

It took way to long to deliver, even after talking to the owners. one of the owners called me and asked for my credit card number, when I already paid for the product. I did eventually get my product, and I'd never buy there again. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them. Their website purchasing system is a mess. Go somewhere else.

The last time there was a problem with the delivery which was blocked for more than a week by the carrier and I wanted to share the excellent experience with their customer service. J'avais fait une première diète protéinée il y a 24 ans à la suite d'une grossesse et bien en 2023 à l'arrivée de la ménopause c'est reparti ….. les produits ont vraiment évolués et oui tout arrive en vrac mais le livret est un bon support. Le goût est forcement riche en protéines alors oui malgré les appellations , c'est différent de la réalité mais vraiment tout est acceptable & efficace.

J'ai commandé un pack de 28 jours et je le regrette amèrement. Les produits sont vraiment horrible. Pourtant j'ai lu les avis avant de commander. Et j'ai du mal a croire que les gens aient vraiment trouvé ça bon. Quasiment impossible a consommé. Je n'ai pas perdu de poids, mais beaucoup d'argent. En plus, tout arrive en vrac. Au consommateur de se retrouver dans tous les petits sachets, avec aucunes instructions d'utilisation dessus. A fuir.

Excellent All Around
I had a great experience ordering from Mama Owl and will order again. Everything I ordered arrived quickly and was packaged well and in perfect condition upon arrival. There was even a little package of gummies inside that my boys enjoyed. The Siskin items I ordered are amazing quality, true to size, and I could never find anything like them here in the States. I love being able to find clothing for my boys that is beautifully made, age appropriate, and doesn’t have athletic equipment or dinosaurs on it.

Very content
This is my 2nd order with this company. The products are very good. After my 1st order, one of the vests I ordered for my son had a ripped button after only one or two wears. After contacting customer service, a voucher was issued to me. Both times the delivery was fast via royal mail. The orders included little goodies too, which gives the company a more "human" feel.

I have already ordered a lot here very often and mostly with a very high value of around €500-700. Unfortunately, I had holes in the wool item twice and defects in the fabric several times. Without exception, I always tried to find a solution that satisfied everyone after a friendly letter from the team. Last time, however, I was excluded from purchasing in the future and I find that incredibly disrespectful and unfriendly.In addition, more than half of the orders always have to be canceled because items, even though they are shown as available, are subsequently not available. Overall, the entire ordering process is complicated and lengthy, including exchanging emails. In case of a complaint is slow.

Poor delivery times and communication
Quality of clothes is really nice and quality of embroidery is also really nice. The main issue is is communication and delivery time. I ordered on the 7th October and didn’t receive till 16th November. Admin needs to be improved and need to be asking customers to approve design rather than waiting for them to reach out. I personally wouldn’t order again due to these issues which is a shame as the clothing is really good.

I accidentally ordered a cardigan customised and it arrived in 2 working days So I ordered the correct size on the 5th August and 10 days later have heard nothing and received nothing. I have left messages on answerphone and emailed but nothing back. A colleague put an order in on 29th July and has received nothing. This is a poor show. I would like either the item I have paid for or my money back.

Significant size difference
The quality of the fleece and cardigan is commendable; however, the company's customer service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, I received incorrect items in terms of color and size. I had ordered a small size in black for both items, but instead, I received a blue XS cardigan and a black fleece in size S, which fits more like a large. Despite measuring myself prior to placing the order, the sizing discrepancy is significant.

Terrible service …
Sent the wrong items and then didn’t respond to my emails for 2 months. Finally got an email back saying they would send me the correct order and then went radio silent again. I have just claimed my money back via my credit card. Terrible customer service, ignorant of complaints and poor service all round. I will never buy from this company again nor recommend them to anyone. Edit in response to feedback: Images have been sent to you and you responded to say you were send me the correct order. I also didn’t get a response when I sent emails regarding returning the wrong items. This is a complete lie.

I wasted 6 months dealing with them
I wasted 6 months dealing with them. I placed an order for a coffee table in May, took them a month to tell me that it won't arrive for another month. I asked to cancel then they changed their story and said they found another warehouse that had one they could ship. It took over a month to get it delivered and it came badly damaged. It took them another month to come pick up the damaged table then another month to tell me that they do not refund damaged items - store credit only. They tried to sell me on another item that was a completely different color because the one I ordered was on a 3 months back order. Finally I just reached out to my credit card company and they did an investigation under fraud protection and ruled in my favor. This company does not care about doing whats right, they just want your money. Be cautious before buying anything from them.

Shipping time is unacceptable. I ordered a dining room table and chairs and a buffet in March. It is almost July and all items have not been received. I also ordered 2 nightstands; thinking they were on their way to be delivered. Almost a month later, I get notified they have been discontinued. Same deal with two more chairs that had been ordered. Dealing with this company has been so frustrating. The only bright spot was Glaiza, the person I dealt with through calls and emails. Glaiza was always kind and on the situation. Glaiza needs to take her expertise elsewhere.

They send me a damage chair and they said it would take time for them response because this manufacturer has a slow process. That they will give me a discount if I want to but if I want to buy a damage item I can buy it at a second hand store. I will never buy from Dreamlivings . They agreed to take all my furniture (was supplied with a list including amounts and sizes of each item), arrived an hour late, took only the desks and chairs, and said they would return the following day for the other larger items only to send an email the next morning saying they weren't going to come back and collect the rest as they are too big to resell, which they must have already known as they had all the information already. A little bit of honesty isn't too much to expect.

Rip off artists
Rip off artists. We wanted a 6 week 2x's per week program for my daughter. They said they only offer in monthly or 4 week programs for that many sessions so they said we would have to pay for 8 sessions over 4 weeks and then alter and add 4 more at the end of that 8 in order to get to our 12 we wanted. After doing what they said and being confirmed that our 8 session was now a 12 session program, they instead added 12 more sessions for $965.13 instead of charging us the $264.52 or 66.13 per hour per session for extra sessions. They have now charged us $1494.13 instead of the $793.52 they should have charged. They refuse to refund the money and are trying to stick us with sessions we can't possibly use since my daughter takes her SAT next week. These folks are out of control and lied about how it works. All they needed to say was just ask for extra sessions for our daughter one at a time and we would have been charged the correct amount. Instead they tell you to alter your plan, which is what you think you are doing, but really you are ADDING a new plan, not altering your existing plan. What a scam

Overpriced and NOT Transparent
This is cheaper than Princeton and Kaplan for a reason people! Their cancellation policy is strict, you won't get your money back even if you don't use your credit hours. Tutor pairing takes forever the materials provided is not updated (I took the GMAT tutoring). They are not transparent about all their packages, and you would end up paying a lot more for what you are getting. It is difficult to cancel, I had to dig around and hen was given a phone number to call to cancel. What happens to one-click cancellation button? There is also no notification about the renewal of your membership so you will get charge $600 a month if you forget about it.

Absolute waste of money
Absolute waste of money. After convincing me over the phone that all of their tutors were vetted and experienced and my son would be placed with someone who is skilled in working with children with adhd. Instead I was paired with someone who had never tutored before, sent us multiple messages that were intended for someone else because she struggled with technology and she never showed up for any of our sessions. When I called to cancel because of the experience, they offered me 'free' sessions to give them another chance. I did and I will say the second tutor was much better but after a couple of months I was looking around in the app and noticed that it said I only had 4 sessions. I thought this was in error because I had been paying for 4 sessions a month for 3 months. I called to report the mistake and then and only then did they inform me that the sessions are prepaid and expire at the end of every month. Never, even when I called to cancel previously had anyone mentioned this to me. Not to mention, those 'free' session were just refunds for the sessions the awful first tutor had missed. I asked to have my sessions refunded as this was their error and they said no. I told them fine, refund the payment you just processed and cancel my account, no response. This company is a scam. I paid $1,000 for like 9 tutoring sessions. Do not waste your time or money.

Om nu allt är så himla "By the book" så får de gärna förklara varför avsändarna bakom deras erbjudande är fiktiva personer. Om allt är så seriöst så hade det varit på sin plats att avsändaren också existerar. Men nej bättre att maila från fiktiva personer och sen hänvisa till sin allabolag-sida för att framstå som seriösa. Hedge trimmer replacement
A part for my hedge trimmer has been broken essentially since purchasing it. I sent evidence that it was broken and after a bit of reminding they seem to accept that this should be replaced under warranty. Unfortunately that was back in October and I still haven't received the replacement. Each time I chase I get given a new eta. That comes and goes with no communication or apology as to why it has been missed and I get given another eta which is missed. This has happened 3 times now. I can accept that there might be some delays in shipping but 4 months is getting silly and very poor customer service so far. Will update as and when this gets resolved.

Generator problems still not resolved from last year!
I purchased a Hyundai generator from a third-party seller who sourced it through Genpower. Initially, the generator performed well without any issues. However, starting in October, we began experiencing some problems. Although the issues were initially minor, both the starter motor and the flywheel have now failed. I initially contacted Genpower by phone and email, and things seemed to be progressing smoothly as I provided all the necessary information to enable our fitter to resolve the issue. However, it soon became clear that they were unwilling to cover the costs or provide any support to fix the problem. Despite several back-and-forth emails, I have made no progress in finding a solution. The last email I received was on November 7th, and since then, I have made numerous attempts by both email and phone to reach a resolution, but to no avail I would not recommend purchasing from this company, as they fail to offer any support when issues arise. The situation is a complete shambles. 20Kw heater is enough..
We needed to heat a small workshop to help with our assembly work while outside temperatures dropped cables in the shop stiffend, thanks to the quick delivery we avoided what was going to be a difficult time. Fantastic Customer Service from Paul I had to contact customer services as unfortunately my chainsaw was no longer working. I have to say I expected the 3 year warranty to be an absolute beast to sort out and get my product fixed. Imagine my surprise when Paul was able to sort the whole thing out within minutes after a couple of questions and photos I had a brand new product in the process of being shipped to me. The courier company failed to deliver even though we were expecting it and there was somebody at home. I messaged the supplier and Peter Whuartohe of Genpower Ltd. responded quickly. Peter was very attentive and helpful and kept me informed with progress updates, delivery was successfully made the following day. The delivery issue in no way was the responsibility of the supplier, however their support was exemplary.
