Did some digging (not because of the money) because I was somewhat concerned for the business owner, and found out that he, the owner, Mike Watson, is in prison for child sex abuse. I hope he burns in hell. Just look up Michael Watson Rothley Leeds and read the Yorkshire Evening Post publication titled "Vile monster claimed Leeds abuse victims aged four and seven were 'sexually aroused by him'" Here's his LinkedIn and Facebook, it's the same guy from Rothley, Leeds, UK. From Retired regional Chairman of RETRA. Unfortunately did not read previous reviews before placing and paying for a circuit which was not delivered! As with other reviewers my 2 emails and 3 telephone calls were ignored. Made complaint to eBay and received a full refund. For whatever reasons of non supply I do not recommend this site, as it has proven to be a waste of my time and money.

No Response to order or follow-up

Unfortunately i have to endorse the reviews below. Order placed on 14th Feb, no response to follow-up email, and phone straight to VM. There is still a message on the website that they were away until 23/12/23 and it is now February. As this looks to be a one man business who has provided great service in the past for schematics, i hope nothing serious is up. However until, if, or when this business is up and running again then BUYER BEWARE.

Initially I ordered the wrong manual for my vintage record player, and when I explained my error and requirements to Mike he e-mailed the correct manuals to me within minutes, and declined to accept any further payment. "The Code Machine" was a pleasure to deal with and enabled me to restore a vintage instrument to fully working order. 5 Star service in all respects. *****

Scammy. We signed our daughter up for a trip this June. Turns out her college start date might overlap with the trip, so we cancelled within their window. They kept the $399 deposit and $176 "travel protection" fee and owe us almost $1200. They confirmed cancellation on 12/31/24 and supposedly processed the refund on January 22. Except they didn't. I emailed them today (after not getting a reply to my email 10 days ago) to ask to confirm that it had been mailed. I had to file a complaint with the BBB just to get a response saying their payment system had broken and it would be 2 weeks. I went online to check reviews and this sounds very familiar! Don't sign up with them, it's a mess. We are on week 6 of waiting for our refund, they say it will be 8 weeks now, but there are other reviewers who are 10 weeks or more waiting for their refund.

Our trip got cancelled, and I was told I would be refunded since this was out of my control, however it as been 2 1/2 months of run around from them of promises of the check in the mail and on the way, wish I had used my CC to book the trip so I could have reversed the charge for fraud. I have no idea how there trips are as we didn't get to go.

Trip was canceled in November and company said check to be issued at end of December and still not received. Customer service gives excuses and says will have someone call back which they don’t. When asked to speak with a supervisor they say no one is available. My daughter cancelled her trip 2 days after cut off for full refund and they denied her appeal for full refund a loss of $600

THE WORST EVER

I want to express our frustration with the flights that have been chosen for the 10 day trip to school trip to Japan. A non-stop flight is 15 hours from Dallas to Tokyo. The return is can be about the same. Instead, for this trip our kids will travel 4-6 hours to Houston (IAH) via bus and then take a 21.5hr flight. This total unacceptable travel time is almost 30 hours once the bus leaves the school. This is an unacceptable travel experience. This journey would be exhausting for experienced travelers. The option selected by the tour operator is clearly a cost-saving measure with no consideration for those making the trip. Additionally, the return is equally, if not more so, problematic with travel BACK TO Houston instead of Dallas which will include an over 6 hour layover in Taipei. The flight will arrive at 10pm into Houston and the kids will go through customs there in Houston. Then they will be BUSSED back to Dallas to arrive in the middle of the night. Ridiculous! Again, a trip which could be as short as 18 hours, will be 27 hours including 4 hours on the bus. There are many non-stop flights with availability to return back to DFW, a major international HUB.To make this more palatable, the tour operator could have at least sent our kids back to our home, international airport. A last comment, as the tour ends in Hiroshima and the group will travel by train, we will need to leave to make certain to depart on a 12:55pm flight and miss this part of the tour. In short, to save money, this company will have the students spend four of the nine days in transit. The health and well-being of our kids and chaperones is at risk with so many extra hours, both on the road and in air.

Our tour guides were great (Alison had to leave early and Andrew took her place) and helpful. We ran into a couple of small issues. The first day we didn't have a bus until hours later, so we took multiple Ubers into the city so we wouldn't have to sit at JFK. We were issued debit cards to use at a mall for dinner and none of those worked. I really did appreciate the fact that when the inauguration was moved indoors how you were able to create the watch party with lunch.

Unethical company. Our son's trip was cancelled by the tour organizer within 14 days of the initial registration. Explorica kept $449 of our money due to the cancelation of the trip, which was completely out of our control. The trip was cancelled by the organizer due to lack of enrollment. If we used a credit card instead of a bank account for the payment, we may have had more recourse options.

Wondercar rekent 250EUR te veel

Wondercar heeft onze auto meer dan 6 maanden geleden hersteld. Dit verliep in 2 fasen. Hij bleek niet grondig hersteld. De remmen werkten niet naar behoren na de herstelling. Maar de grootste ergernis is dat ze de factuur niet goed hebben opgeteld. Alle cijfertjes bij elkaar geteld hebben ze 250EUR te veel aangerekend. En wij zijn zo dom geweest dit te betalen... Nu lukt het niet om dat bedrag terug te krijgen. Onze verzekeringsagent AG heeft hen aangeschreven om dit bedrag terug te willen storten. Dit gebeurt maar niet. 17/12/24: het bedrag werd overgemaakt op onze rekening; bedankt hiervoor Wondercar; hopelijk verloopt de volgende ervaring beter

The support was terrible! Bad experience than 3 years ago! Was difficult to contact any advisor all the time, and I did all my self they only send me the application at the University. Not recommending this agency. You will need to pay for the student finance it is ridiculous because you can do it yourself. Everything you say is a lie, 3 years ago I made an application for the University with you and from the first moment the attention was excellent, at that time I had a person who was always aware of all the emails I received and helped me with everything, I only gave him documentation regarding the exams I received better support, the only bad thing I have to say about that moment is that I was deceived by the agent who pressured me to complete the enrollment and unfortunately I got sick and it was impossible for me to start university, I asked him what I could do in that case and he told me not to worry, that I could postpone it until January and that he would communicate it to the University, this was a lie obviously he did nothing since he only cared about collecting his commission and obviously I lost the semester due to absence, I had administrative problems and fortunately the University helped me return the money for the loan but I had to pay the fees £350 that I had to pay out of my pocket. Now 2024 I am looking for your services again and for an agent to respond to me every 3 days and I got a different one, every email I received I had to do it myself, in short I wonder what service or how I benefit from doing things with you if I did everything myself and for the loan application I have to pay £25 which I preferred to do myself, actually to send an application to the University that can also be done directly to the university yourself, the commission they take is very good for such bad service that I received.

The product I received was packaged very unprofessionally and squished into a box two sizes smaller than the item. When returning it I mentioned this about three times to customer service and they totally ignored it. The team at marinareservation was very helpful and managed to offer us a berth in Corsica, during our trip to the Mediterranean Sea this June. On the check-in day we were arriving later than expected in Calvi and Albert was kind enough to contact the marina on our behalf and inform them that we will be late but will still arrive by night time. We got there late in the evening and a marina employee was expecting us.

Hype af hotel og rod i navne

Bureauets hypede anbefaling af hotel Leifur Eiriksson i Reykjavik, Island faldt helt til jorden. Bureauet havde booket 4 nætter. Uhumsk lille værelse, hvor end ikke den sorte maling kunne skjule skimmelsvampen i de rådne vinduer. Eneste sted hvor 2 personer kunne sidde, var på sengen. Vi fik et nyt værelse som viste sig at være lige så uhumsk. Bureauet bookede rejsens samtlige hoteller (4) i forkert navn trods skriftlig anmodning om at få ændret navnet. Dette skabte nogen forvirring ved receptionerne. Vores seneste henvendelse er ikke blevet besvaret her ca. 22 dage efter at vi skrev til dem (hvor de lovede en tilbagemelding). Kan ikke anbefale Grønlands Rejsebureau til at arrangere individuelle rejser.

Informationsniveauet i Grønland halter.

Informationsniveauet fra Grønlands Rejsebureau i Grønland er utilfredsstillende, hvorimod kommunikationen i forbindelse med køb af rejsen var i orden. Har købt rejse incl. udflugtspakke. For det første var der ingen information om, hvor og hvornår informationsmødet i Ilulissat skulle være. Vi fandt tilfældigt ud af af det, ved at vandre lidt rundt på hotellet, og deltog fra et par minutter inde i mødet. For det andet var guiden usikker på praktiske spørgsmål der blev stillet. F.eks. hvor lang tid snescooterturen ville vare til Iglo Lodge, hun var ikke sikker, men ville skyde på to til to en halv time. Det viste sig, at der var tale om 40 minutter... For det tredje oplyste hun, at vi individuelt ville få besked, hvis sejlturen på Isfjorden blev aflyst. Den blev aflyst, men vi fik ikke besked, før vi stod klar og fuldt påklædt i receptionen, og mødte nogle andre, som heller ikke havde fået besked, men selv opsøgt et svar. Grønland Rejser havde indkøbt udflugterne hos Albatros og World of Greenland, de fungerede perfekt, og med kyndige empatiske guider. Ikke de helt store problemer, men overflødigt at have en guide når dette er standarden. Konklusionen er, at der ingen grund er til at bruge Grønland Rejser, idet man sagtens selv kan købe udflugterne samt hotel og fly. Det vil vi gøre næste gang.

Min veninde og jeg har lige været 8 dage i Grønland (5.-12. september 2018), en individuel rejse som blev planlagt i samarbejde med Lars Thorning Madsen fra Greenland Travel. Da jeg kontaktede bureauet havde vi nogle ønsker til vores livs rejse i Grønland, men Lars gav os yderligere forslag til andre oplevelser som var fantastiske. Vi overnatning på både Eqi Lodge, Ilimanaq Lodge og Hotel Icefiord. Jeg kan tilslutte mig 100% det I andre har skrevet om Lars og Greenland Travel og vil klart anbefale det til andre. God service hele vejen igennem.

Ich habe das Super Lemon Haze bestellt und muss sagen, dass dies die beste CBD Blüte ist die ich je probiert habe. Optisch sind die Blüten sehr schön! Überhaupt nicht trocken und schön dicht. Besonders war ich vom Geruch überrascht. Bei CBD Blüten die ich sonst bestellt hatte, hat man einfach das „CBD“ gerochen. Es war immer ein „heuartiger“ Geruch/Geschmack dabei. Bei diesen Blüten jedoch nicht. Man riecht den typischen Hazegeruch ohne jegliche Nebengerüche vom CBD. Also sie sieht aus wie eine leckere THC Knolle, riecht wie eine und schmeckt zudem auch so. War anfangs echt skeptisch was die Seite betrifft, da ich dachte dass man bei diesem Preis wieder nur nach Hecke riechendes CBD bekommt. Aber glaubt mir, probiert da aufjedenfall was aus ! Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen. Selbst die 5g Mini buds die man als Geschenk obendrauf bekommt riechen und schmecken besser als jede andere CBD Blüte die ich bisher getestet habe. Das Paket war in 4 Tagen bei mir, auch absolut gut für ein Versand aus Frankreich ! :) Also hier hat wirklich alles gepasst und ich wurde kein bisschen enttäuscht.

I bought 2 LED bulbs with motion detection. Having already tried to buy them locally I was disappointed. So I was so pleased to find them on Lampwise and the picture clearly showed that they were different from the ones that were not fit for purpose, so I ordered 2. They came very promptly but when I opened them they both were the style I'd already purchased and returned. I wrote to Lampwise to share this and ask if they did others and have not heard anything from them. So I'm left feeling quite disappointed with my experience and feel the bulbs were not as described.

Avoid at all costs

I am unsure where the sudden influx of positive reviews have come from because it does not reflect ours or many other tenants experience of dealing with Paladin. From the start of our tenancy, we experienced many issues with our flat & building that took months to resolve (and only after we had to continuously chase for updates and escalate to the local council). One of the first issues we experienced was a foul smell coming from the bathroom drains, no amount of bathroom cleaner or drain unblocker would fix the issue. The smell was even worse in the warmer months and we couldn't leave the bathroom doors open because the smell would fill the flat and bedroom. When a plumber was finally sent to investigate, we were told it was due to the length of the pipe and the trap not sitting correctly, we were told the pipe needed to be replaced and that somebody would follow up. We never heard back and the issue persisted until the day we moved out. Our oven also had an issue and would trip the electricity in the entire flat with a loud bang. We were without an oven entirely for 2 months (Oct-December) and had no way of preparing hot food, we had chased Paladin on this for weeks and weeks via whatsapp, calls and emails with no response or resolution until we escalated it to the local council. We ended up having to spend a lot of our own money ordering hot food during those cold months because we couldn't cook at home for 2 months, and when we asked to be reimbursed for this cost we were ignored. The lock on our mailbox had also fallen out so any confidential mail was accessible by anybody. We had raised this issue to Paladin on 16th October and were ignored for months again until December. In addition to all of this, the lift in our building had also broken multiple times, taking weeks and months at a time for it to be repaired. Multiple tenants would contact Paladin and receive no response. Being without a working lift was also a health and safety issue for many tenants living on upper floors, particularly those of us who were pregnant or had small children or those who were moving out of the building as they had to carry their things down the stairs. Paladin have a reputation for being extremely unresponsive, ignoring tenants on issues relating to boilers, lift, mail boxes, appliances etc and as a result, many of them including ourselves have got fed up and moved out. Deal with them at your peril.

BEWARE OF CONCORD AUTO PROTERCT!!!

I originally bought a bumper to bumper Premium policy (VSP# 895229) for our 2015 Cadillac SRX on 8/8/2019 and paid $1,800.00 in full up front to cover this vehicle until 2/8/2025 or 125,800 miles. On 7/12/2024 at 50,597 miles I was having a shifting issue and took it to the local Cadillac dealership for service. They indicated it needed the control modular and valve body replaced at the cost of $3328.12. They contacted Concord Auto Protect for preapproval for the work and were told they would get back to them. Four days later after several phone calls the Cadillac service writer was told “sorry but those items are not covered under our policy plan”. After reviewing the entire policy and stated exceptions, no where does it exclude either of these parts. So I called Alex Brenner, the Concord adjuster who had declined the coverage and contacted the dealership, and told him I had the contract right in front of me and neither the contract nor the exception excluded those parts from them covering this repair. Again he declined to cover it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he sent me to Michael Solomon, which I have learned is the owner, only to leave an unreturned voicemail. After several emails sent to Michael I finally got a response on 8/5/2024 that said “We will look into this matter and advise shortly”. Well I’ve been waiting over 25 weeks for him to look into this matter and have yet to hear anything, even after many emails. Of course I had to pay for the entire repair along with the wasted $1800.00 for this worthless insurance. BEWARE OF CONCORD AUTO PROTECT!!!

I submitted my claim for my 2020 Camaro 2SS on Monday, 10-28-24, for a failed fuel pump. I was told they would pay the claim to my repair shop within 24 hours. On Wednesday, 10-30-24, I spoke with Harvey, who tried to sell me another warranty contract for $1600.00. I said, let’s see how Concord handles this claim first. Harvey said I my repair shop will have the approval email by the end of day. Again, Harvey, makes the same promise to pay on 10-31-24, and again on Friday, 11-01-24, to no avail. I discovered this morning that Concord Auto Protect is being sued by the Attorney Generals office as of June 2024. This company must be stopped, they are a scam.

Still no word from Concord Auto Protect on the review I posted earlier. This is the worst company imaginable. They not only don't honor a warranty claim, but they will not even communicate whether they are covering it or not. They hang up on you, put you off, or promise a decision later in the afternoon (They did this to me at least 10 times) and you never hear anything back. The Attorney General on Philadelphia has a lawsuit going against them. If you have been victimized, please file a complaint and become part of the lawsuit. If you haven't heard, Car Shield just lost a suit for the same type of thing and had to pay a large amount back to consumers. Type "Philadelphia Attorney General, lawsuit against Concord Auto Protect" and you will get a form to fill out. Fight back. Do not let them keep your money!!!

Canning town branch. I am not gonna go into details, but I have booked a sports massage and I have not received the service I asked for at all. I have paid a lot of money for this introductory service as a customer and I am very unhappy about the unprofessional service I have received from the moment i entered the premises to the moment I left the company. I also felt pressured to give my bank details to them at the end of my session. I would not recommend this place, unless you are use to bullying and unprofessional service.

This company is terrible, they do not pay their staff members. Disgusting! I am her mother I wanted to put a message on here as I am disgusted & I will absolutely not be removing this review (especially as she has still not been paid!!) as this is disgraceful that Beth has still not been paid for the work she has done, (maybe instead of going back and forth with me on here your priority should be to arrange for her to be paid as a matter of urgency baring in mind she has been all over and has not been given any mileage / fuel etc and STILL HAS NOT BEEN PAID. Gavin only responded to her email after an email was sent to your contact page on trustpilot. (To me that is not working to resolve this at all) Just for content for anyone else reading this, an email from Gavin was sent to my daughter Beth on 11/12/24 advising on the hours my daughter worked my daughter responded to this email on 13/12/24 with the hours etc which were fair and honest and I’m sure if we wouldn’t of emailed the contact on here she still wouldn’t of had a response from Gavin. It’s actually laughable, who ever is responding to this review page maybe needs to send another email to advise when Beth will be paid as this is from November and we are nearly in January and it is not acceptable. Maybe if you paid her for the work she did it and she didn’t have to chase it wouldn’t haven’t gotten to this. I will only think of removing the review when she has received her pay check.

Unhappy!

On July 25th, I had a massage at the Camberley Branch, after a particularly stressful drive to get there. I parked in one of their designated spots but, unfortunately, I wasn’t informed by the staff that I needed to log my car registration, despite them knowing I was parked in their space. The massage itself was fantastic, and I left feeling thoroughly relaxed and rejuvenated. However, to my dismay, I later received a parking ticket in the mail. I appealed the ticket and spoke with the Camberley staff, who agreed that I should have been advised to register my car and mentioned that my receipt should suffice as proof for my appeal. Despite providing evidence, my appeal was rejected, and now I have received a letter from a debt collection agency demanding £170. I plan to reach out to the branch again, as I believe they should be able to get this ticket cancelled given that I was a paying customer!

I really enjoy going to The Massage Company Harrow for regular massages. I love the ambiance of the place - dim lighting, relaxing music, the smell of essential oils from the diffuser - and I enjoy my sessions with my massage therapist. The massages are always relaxing and it's also nice to just have a little chat. There is one little thing I'm not entirely happy about when it comes to the service here - I prefer 'half-past' appointments as this fits in better around my work, but every time I book an appt for 13:30 this gets bumped to 1pm or 2pm. I understand that you want to fit in as many clients into the day but this is really annoying. Whilst I have a great experience every time I go, I am concerned about the welfare of your massage therapists. I gather that some of your massage therapists are feeling overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. I hope management can address this by speaking to their massage therapists and doing what they can to help their therapists feel more valued and motivated. I, and many others, would be very disappointed to lose our go-to massage therapist. I'm sure TMC would also be disappointed to lose one of their most popular massage therapists. Edit: I've dropped my rating from 4 stars to 2 after your response.

I can safely say my shoulder is feeling better and better after each session after joining the membership. I have tried different therapists and all seem to be able to effectively treat the injury. Looks like I will not be going to my gym any time soon. The COVID-19 virus has closed all gyms for the foreseeable future. So I'll be working out at home. Purchased Resistance Bands (set of 5) from Black Mountain Products last week. The bands I received were of top quality. They came with a booklet with suggestions on different ways how to use them. With no gym, these bands will definitely help with my fitness routine.

LOVE LOVE this YOGA BALL I purchased a yoga ball chair a few months ago. For some reason the ball I was using started to lose air for no reason at all. I did a lot of research to purchase another one and asked my friends recommendations, all the signs were pointing to Black Mountain Products. Perfect fit blinds

When I first moved in my house I contacted UK blinds factory on Facebook as they had been recommended to me by a friend. They where quick and efficient in getting my measurements and fitting my blinds. 2 years on I had enough money to get my perfect fit blinds done on my patio doors, as they are not cheap. Sabby came out and measured and I booked it in straight away. The day of fitting the blinds he didn't come out till quite late so it was dark outside when he fitted them. I woke up the next morning with loads of light coming from the side of the frames, which I thought was strange because they should of been flush. I contacted Sabby to come out and have a look. He came out and put smaller brackets on which only reduced the gap by a small amount. Since then ive not been given any sort of warranty for my blinds. And ive had to purchase smaller clips which has made my frames flush to the door, and hasn't effected the use of the blinds at all which he said it would. The level of service ive received due to this problem has been horrendous.
