We have just returned from our stay at The Golf Flat in West Burn Lane (our home from home). I shouldn’t really praise this beautiful flat too highly as it will just make everyone want to visit it and it is very popular as it is! That was our fourth stay this year and we will be returning over the festive period- think we should just move in permanently! All the staff at Kingask are extremely helpful and friendly and should there be any problems these are dealt with efficiently and promptly. We have stayed at other properties on Kingask’s books but this is by far our favourite - spacious, well presented and close to the town centre and The Old Course which our Cockapoo loves to walk through on a daily basis! We booked through Kingask to stay at Meggie Allan’s cottage and it was great! Great secure garden for our 3 dogs and all kitchen equipment necessary. Lovely views to May Isle from the conservatory where we spent most of our evenings. Only a few minor cosmetic points, trip hazard on turned up edge of carpet, 2 recently repaired patches on living area wall had not bee painted and the mattress in the double room sinks in the middle leading to a rather uncomfortable night sleep. Apart from that I would recommend this cottage and will return in the future.

My family and I recently stayed at Rosebank in St Andrews. Whilst it was in a good location and had adequate bedrooms to accommodate our party size we were not aware that it is also used as student accommodation and we were very disappointed with its condition. Within the property there were a lot of shortcomings for a holiday home: hooks but no artwork in the sitting room, no curtains in the sitting room, hole in floorboards in shower room, lack of some utensils in kitchen, oven door in need of repair, musty/damp smell in kitchen area, garden area in need of maintenance and the external covered area needs extensive repairs in order to be of any use to occupants. I’m my opinion this house requires substantial updating to bring it up to a reasonable standard and I would not recommend it.

Steprock Cottage was even better than we expected. We knew the location would be spectacular, but the house is amazing. A very modern interior in a great cottage. And it’s even closer to the golf courses than we thought. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was just a perfect cottage on a quaint little lane. We had six people and we were very comfortable. Kingask was very easy to work with. Any time we had a question before our arrival they answered very quickly. We could not have been happier with Steprock Cottage or Kingask.

Do not use this company. We have booked a property through this company for 10 of us. The old vicarage crail. Due to government guidelines the rule of 6 we are unable to use this property for the purpose we booked it yet this company wont give us a refund, they want us to cancel so they dont have to return our money. There are other agents out there renting the same property yet offering full refunds due to covid 19. The customer care and relations from this company is disgraceful. I hope property owners see this review and act on it. This is yet again another company that are trying to rip people off through a pandemic.

A brilliant stay at Kingask. We stayed at Kittocks Corner which had recently been upgraded, which is always a delight. We had the most amazing weather which meant we spent long afternoons enjoying the sunshine in the large and immaculately kept gardens. A real joy. But close enough to whizz in to St Andrews within 5 minutes. Christine and Pam in the office couldn't have been more helpful and really helped us out when we couldn't get the wifi to work (totally our fault as it happens). Will be back. 5 stars Kingask.

I recently purchased a set of computer speakers. I was kept informed as regards my purchase, a dedicated customer service agent contacted almost immediately after I made my purchase, informing me that he has processed my order and gave me an estimated delivery date, which was as stipulated on the website of between 3/5 days. In a day or so i received my tracking ID, from the couriers, but did not need to check on it as my dedicated agent kept me informed of the progress. Goods arrived as advertised, no complaints. I have only awarded a 4 star, as I have not experienced any after sales service which may be needed if my headphones develop a fault. Will have to see if the time comes!

Really above and beyond what one might hope for. I am really grateful to them - this is not the first time I have needed to employ solicitors for conveyancing, and they have been the very best.

I am very pleased with Challenor Gardiner. They have been very efficient in both the process of probate and in the conveyancing of the property. They have kept me informed throughout, and are always ready to answer questions. I would highly recommend them.

I have sold or bought three times with Challenor Gardiner. In all cases they did excellent work, and the last conveyance was rather complicated with a tight time limit. They were always approachable and efficient. I would recommend them and will be using them again.

Avoid like the plague. They are slow, do not communicate, attention to detail is non existent. The most unprofessional law firm I have come across in my 20+ year career. So bad we have sort legal advice and are making an official compliant to the Ombudsman and the Law Society. If you value your sanity don't go here! If I could give them no stars I would. Just to follow up on the reply below, 3 out of the 4 family members have been appalled by the so called service provided by Nick Bingham and he cannot even get the details correct on his reply it relates to my grandfather not uncle! I was extremely impressed with the manner in which the sale of my property was handled by Mr. Rogers. He kept me informed at all stages of the process and any queries on my part were swiftly dealt with. The final week before completion was rather hectic but, thanks to Mr. Rogers, everything went smoothly and according to plan. I strongly recommend him and Challenor Gardiner without hesitation.

We selected Challenor Gardiner for house conveyancing based on the reviews available, the fact that they were local to where we lived, and also because we did not want an on-line only conveyance – it would be uncomfortable to send these large sums of money to a solicitor that we could not visit physically. Also, the price compared favourably to other options. The conveyance was pretty straightforward – it may be very common, but some of the covenant terms were difficult for lay people to understand. The one way in which the solicitor could have helped more is in translating these complicated paragraphs into plain English. Other than that all went smoothly, and there were no unexpected extra costs. We would recommend them.

I placed an order over the weekend and paid extra for special delivery. So they should have posted it on Monday for Tuesday delivery or latest for Wednesday delivery. I emailed them on Tuesday and no reply then late last night I received an automated email stating my order has been cancelled and no reason at all. I have contacted them via email again to ask for details but nothing and still no refund.

Ma order never arrived so a lost out on 17 pound and a emaild munchterm and a tried to call them nothing and a payed for 2 to 4 day tracked shipping a never got a shipping number and it was dispatched from ther office in the 4th if January its know the 11th of January don't know why never had this problem before

I was nervous when Munchterm partnered with Moes. I reject corporate structures and faceless businesses but it has the same feel as when it was a smaller business. I have noticed a price increase, not for individual items but when bulk buying. The customer service is impeccable, your items arrive within a couple of days of ordering. Super efficient service. The best range of smoking products on the market. Easily the best UK supplier of King Palm products. I go elsewhere for cheaper bulk buying of boxes of raw rolling papers and roach but for the more relaxed smoker this is the place to to keep stocked up on your smoking supplies!

THE TECHERS ARE SO MEAN

Please don't take you're children here, I went here and was brutally beat up by a boy in one of the older years and received a long exclusion, whilst they let him off with a warning, I was hospitalised and had to take months to recover, they then covered up for him and lied to my parents about what really took place, they didn't provide me any safety when I attended here and the way the treat children with special needs was truly disgusting.

People there are so nonsense that they obligate children to be outside during the Winter. Even if you ask them to not go outside because you have sinusitis, they obligate you. It's so ridiculous that people who live in a could place have no sense about the diseases that can get worse on winter.

I love this school. Especially how the teachers tell students to shut up.I also love the fact that year seven has the highest behaviour rate in the entire School.And the school it self is in GREAT condition as there is paint coming of most of all the walls and writing all over the toilets.I also love how generous they are to supply us with chewed up under all the tables. The fact that fotis it is one of the worst schools in all of Birmingham makes it a lot better.If you want your child to develop an anger issues get no education and mentally abuse by teachers and physically abused by students then I highly recommend.

My advice from a mother of four children within this school do not send your child to fortis academy under any circumstances, The teachers are disrespectful immature and abusive and racial towards the pupils with no training on how to conduct themselves or control anything they developed personal vendettas towards children. They have teaching assistants teaching classes who are not qualified for this, they run the school like a prison ensuring pupils are regularly put in isolation or long durations of detention for minor issues without contacting parents resulting in children leaving school at late times which is a big safeguarding issue and is not appropriate. The headteacher is nasty, rude and non caring to your concerns and a good liar if you can even get to see him as your often entertained by the non caring deputy head. During the 3 years of involvement within the school my kids have been emotionally, physically and mentally abused which I have video evidence as I asked my kids to record when they feel threatened and it’s pushed under the carpet by staff which I will be taking this further. Your child will not learn within this school just develop behaviour problems, and a bad report at the end. The school itself is in bad condition not fit for children to learn in prisons are in better condition check it out for yourself. In all there is nothing good to say about this school and ofstead should shut this school down and start again for the sake of childrens education and wellbeing.

Untamed. BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered trial food for my two cats. Both cats refused to eat it. Apparently, the condition was that if I was satisfied with the food, I would be sent a monthly subscription/supply, for the cost of £100. However’, I was unable to cancel the subscription on the account, so I telephoned the company 6 days after receiving the trial food, I spoke to a company representative, who assured me that no money was due out and promised to cancel and confirmed she had cancelled the subscription. However, shortly afterwards, £104.75! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Amazing support and great service! We’ve tried the generic brand nappies when our little one was born because we did not known any better. After couple weeks we could see that she was uncomfortable, always wet, the nappies leaked and gave her rash. We heard about Beaming Baby from another parent and after getting the first sample box, never left. She is visibly happier, nappy rash is not a thing anymore, we don’t really need to use any creams to help her be more comfy. The customer support experience has been great as well, I had couple issues with the shipping and ordering wrong sizes and the orders got redelivered/exchanged to accommodate us. The website could be a bit more modern when it comes to account and subscription management, it’s functional but a bit janky. All in all - great product,

Game changer. These nappies are soft and absorbent I would definitely recommend. I switched to these nappies when my baby was a couple weeks old and I am so glad I did, I stand by these are the main reason my little one has always slept through the night. Never had nappy rash or leaking. The customer service is amazing and the price of these nappies are completely reasonable for what they are, definitely worth it.

I got a leaflet from the registry office for £20 discount from this company. I scanned the QR code and it made me enter my name and email address and it then showed an offer of 60 nappies and 6 packs of wipes was £59.87 but with discount and the voucher it would be £29.99. For a 6 pack of wipes and 60 nappies in Aldi it's only £5.48. Clearly a scam as they claim the price is over 10 times what this would cost from the supermarket and even with the 'discount' I could still have bought over 5 times the same amount of nappies/wipes. This is taking advantage of new parents who maybe aren't clued up on how much things cost. I mean, nearly £60 for a pack of nappies and some wipes?

I ordered a pack of £0.99 nappies samples on 28th November, and should receive my order on 30th November. (Their website says you'll get a next day delivery if you ordered before 3pm. If you ordered after 3pm then your package will come the day after.) However, I didn't receive my package until 4th December, which is really a BIG delay without any explanation. When my package finally arrived on 4th December, I was at home waiting all day, but the courier give my package to a neighbor that I don't know, he/she did not ring my door bell or even try to call me. This is ridiculous. Will never buy things here anymore. * I appreciate the explanation message from Beaming Baby. I can now understand what was going on, so I will change my rate from 1 star to 3 star due to their fast reply and friendly comments. Mi opinión ante mi experiencia en este curso de Nubika que estoy haciendo es de 10, ya que obtengo seminarios y talleres que me ayudan a aprender y entender aquello por lo que me preparo para el día en que pueda hacer las prácticas y empezar a trabajar de manera más profesional y por supuesto el temario se puede observar lo completo que está y aunque a veces hay alguna palabra que no entiendo se le puede preguntar a mi tutora y sin problemas te lo responde, por lo que mi puntuación es la máxima. La formación es bastante completa, sin embargo, sólo hay clases en directo por la mañana a medio día (11:00-13:00) y si trabajas poco puedes asistir... Las clases en diferido no están mal, el profesor Guillermo explica bastante bien. Sin embargo, faltan ejercicios prácticos de como hacer ciertas cosas, no hay un programa de "prácticas" durante los módulos, solo al final en las prácticas en empresa. Otras escuelas hacen estos ejercicios aparte de las prácticas. Igualmente solo por la teoría tan completa y bien explicada, está bastante bien

Me apunté al curso de Adiestramiento Canino y repetí para sacarme Peluqueria Canina y Felina. En ambos cursos los tutores han estado pendientes de mí, soy una chica bastante resolutiva y no necesitaba llamadas tan de seguidas y me permitian elegir cada cuanto me llamaban. En Adiestramiento Canino, no recuerdo haber pagado por los libros, en cambio en Peluqueria Canina y Felina si (que por cierto de 4 modulos, solo me vinieron 3). Tema prácticas : En Adiestramiento Canino me mandaban lejos por obvias razones (la mayoria de los centros están alejados por las características necesarias para el recinto) pero me solicitaron las prácticas enseguida. En Peluquería Canina y felina las voy a solicitar en 1 mes y espero tener la misma atención por su parte. No tengo ninguna queja por el momento.

ES UNA ESTAFA!! Me sabe mal por el personal que trabaja en la empresa que son un encanto, pero la direccion son unos ABUSADORES Y ESTAFADORES. Te venden el curso por 3500€ y hay institutos más conocidos incluso que te ofrecen exactamente lo mismo por 1300€. Como dijo alguien del sector, para darles de comer aparte. NO TE APUNTES. Y encima no te dan la opción de darte de baja. SINVERGÜENZAS.

He also took my details my name, postcode and email address and then put me on hold to brief my story with someone and then was told to wait till tomorrow. I am in doubts it being a trusted service so will keep my eye out on anything dodgy.

Det kan godt være deres produkt virker, men det har været den rene umulighed at slippe for at modtage det, når man beder dem om at stoppe. Jeg laver på vegne af min mor en aftale om udmeldelse tilbage i efteråret. Her beder vi udtrykkeligt om, at min mor ikke kontaktes yderligere med henblik på salg. Vi betaler indeværende regning. Hun kontaktes af deres sælger i december og bliver i følge dem overtalt til alligevel at købe 120 kapsler af deres kosttilskud. Min mor kan ikke huske at have modtaget produktet efter denne samtale, men alligevel står Cealab fast på deres krav om betaling, fordi jeg ikke kan bevise, at "produktet ikke er på adressen" og de "ikke kan se det i deres system" - ej heller at der skulle være en note på min mors kontakt.

Five star! I ordered a Pentair filter and pump stand and noticed that when I received it it was damaged. I contacted customer service and they told me to send pictures. Not only were the prices of the products I ordered competitive, when the shipment was delivered to some other random house by the shipping company, the customer service reps at Pool Supplies Canada responded quickly and had another shipment on the way less then 2 days after I reported the missing shipment. Great customer service.

I found this company to have wonderful customer service. I had to return an item (only because I purchased the wrong item) and found the customer service to be extremely responsive and accommodating. I would definitely trust purchasing from this company in the future.

Revised review: I received a winter cover with a hole in it. I initially had troubles with customer service, but they eventually provided a refund. Other than this issue I have found their service, delivery and prices quite satisfactory.

I have been with Pool Supplies Canada for over 10 years and had nothing but excellent customer service. If any issues arose due manufacturing defects , their customer service team always came back with viable solutions. Not only that is was fast. I also recommended their website to all people I know that have pools or hot tubs. All that used the site had nothing but positive feed back

We have a defective in-ground pool pump, they replace it with a new pump ASAP. We will buy from them again.

The flying butterflies effect did not happen as advertised. Out of all the butterflies only one flew up about 4 inches in the air while the rest just fell down to the floor! What a disappointment! In addition, the cake's was not tasty. This was not a good and enjoyable experience!

The initial cake had been stated that it was delivered but arrived 5 days late. I put in the dispute saying it never got there, and they still sent another.

Second time ordering and both times the item I ordered arrived on time and in good shape wife always loves the surprise boxes are great keep up the great work

At first, my wife and I were not impressed with the bubble box. I got her this for Valentine’s Day. She was so excited to open it, when she did, no bubbles!!! I contacted the company and they sent a new one out right away and it worked great! It’s kinda spendy for what it is, but super fun and cool. I got my mom one for her bday and she loved it!!!!

ETC COUNTY HALL is the worst place I ever worked in my 10y of Hospitality work. I can't believe in what I experienced in that place. I went to do a last minute shift my agency booked and I hope I never have to go back there again. To many managers and Supervisors just doing nothing, all gathered near the registration or reception of that floor just like they were in a pub talking with each other and ignoring everyone else, all they do was being rude and disrespectful with the staff. You can see in the staff face the fear and the sadness to work there. Managers and Supervisors just wanted to show they have power to humiliate and tell you what to do with no manners. I was already doing my position for 1h as the "first" manager told me to do and some other manager I never saw approach me and told me exactly to do what I was just doing, I just ignored her and continue....this happened more 3 times during a 2h period with different managers or Supervisors, they don't introduce themselves, they don't ask you nothing, they just tell you what to do in the most rude disrespectful way. I never saw so many managers or Supervisors (still don't know who and what they are, they didn'tintroduce themselves) doing nothing and just treating people like dogs or slaves. Not a please or thank you, nothing. I was working near the staff from F&B and I saw one of the managers from F&B, a Indian guy screaming with two staff members from a agency that were polishing, he scream that they were forbidden to talk with each other while they were polishing. I wonder if being rude and disrespectful is a criteria to work for ETC and become a manager or supervisor. The staff members are so afraid, they didn't talk with each other, in the beginning I thought they were mute or something. We had to ask for our breaks and to go for lunch because they didn't care at all and when we ask them, they were really annoyed, like if we didn't need to have breaks, common we were standing for 6hours. My colleagues told me to avoid ETC VENUES, I thought they were exaggerating when they told me their experience, but NO they weren't. My experience it was like a "out of body experience"....till today I can't believe. Now I understand why my colleagues call ETC VENUES a "NO GO ZONE" and I agree. 😔 I really feel so sad with what I experienced there, the only kindness and respect I had was from the guests.😔

Having been at etc.venues County Hall several times recently during this horrendous pandemic period I can honestly say that I have always found it not only a delight to attend, but also a highly covid safe place to be. Very professional and attentive staff always available to meet all needs.

Nice venue, very clean. The canteen staff were efficient however the reception staff not so much on the reception desk. The staff member who came to collect us from reception was professional and polite. The canteen food was superb with a varied menu of good tasting food with salad and dessert, and the tea and coffee on hand was great! I would have liked seconds!! The room was spacious and adequate for our teams needs. Only one fault that only water is served with dinner. Would have been nice to have fruit juice as well.

If this is the same mr blanc that sell from look fantastic , boots and Superdrug I’m absolutely amazed. Only been using it for 3 days and my teeth look 3 shades whiter and even my bf noticed , I’ve spent £100 + on products that are mainly advertised by social media influencers and had no luck , I spend £5 on the strawberry whitening toothpaste from look fantastic and I get instant results I just cannot believe it . So so impressed 🫶🏽

Worst online experience ever. Received an open box containing 2 tubes of Oral B whitening toothpaste? WHaaAt!? Have emailed them numerous times, posted under their Insta account - nothing back. Nice packaging & graphics do not a product make. If Mr Blanc Teeth sends out Oral B whitening toothpaste, and can’t respond to any communications about lack of their own product then I would be SERIOUSLY WARY about using this toothpaste if their ordering and customer service integrity is so desperate.

I ordered the teeth whitening strips on the 17th December and have still not received the order, I have emailed 4 times, messaged on Twitter and Instagram, phoned 3 times left a voicemail and still not heard anything back. I got an email saying it had been shipped but I haven’t received anything, am I going to receive this order or can I have my money back?

I know a service is horrible when I feel the need to write an opinion to warn other people. I made an order with Mr BlancTeeth through their website. Shortly, I received an update saying the order was shipped on the 28th of May. 2 weeks passed and I tried to reach out to them. I emailed twice. I filled the contact form on the website. I messaged on FB twice. Commented on Instagram. I'm not in the UK, but I CALLED. No one picked up, I was on hold waiting for customer support for 1 min and a half and the call just ended saying there was no one there to take my call. It was 10 am on a business day, the lines open at 8 am. I finally decided to start making a negative review on their site on every item saying I didn't receive my order. They had 9 products at the time, I reviewed a total of 6 and was contacted via Facebook. So I'm going to say this is the ONLY way of getting their attention, otherwise, you'll be out of product AND Money. I even asked if they knew where the package was, they had no idea. How was I supposed to receive shipping updates if THE COMPANY doesn't even know where the package is? I have now been issued a refund for the order I never got, it's been a full month. I'm waiting for the refund to reach my account. Let's hope that happens.

Really disappointed with the service - Turned up at the event to find that the promise of provided food and drink was not the case. We hugely overpaid for our tickets when chatting with other people in the box we shared. No one from Imperial was there to host either - Won't be using Imperial again.

Great event - well executed. We had an outstanding trip which had been extremely well organised - every little detail had been considered. Gee is an outstanding sales person - thank you for helping make this happen.

Had a three course meal included in the packaged which was done on a very tight budget we ended up spending £80 ourselves which i would have thought the cost of the event would have allowed you to have chips and veg but only allowed one choice or pay an extra £8 each for Broccoli

It was a great event, both the Restaurant and the show. Shame there wasn’t transportation in between events.

The event attended was Cirque de Soleil at the Royal Albert Hall. Brian, is great at finding events that suit me and this was no exception. He is always very helpful. This was an amazing first class experience. The food was excellent and there was a good choice of drinks. Great communication from the ICE team throughout the process.

This was the first time I had dealt with Imperial Corporate Events and not sure whether you were a scam or not. The last minute nature of receipt of tickets, uncertain ticketmaster apps and even issue of confirmation of the flights didn't help to reassure me. The lay out of the Portal is very confusing and not easy to navigate. We only received the tickets for the game 24 hours before we were due to leave. The ticketmaster app had problems and it was all rather last minute - given the amount we had paid for the package, not sure why this was so delayed

Bestelling werd op 22/2 geplaatst en levering zou 1-3 werkdagen duren. Ondertussen vernomen dat deel geannuleerd werd maar na 6 werkdagen nog steeds geen mogelijkheid om tracking via DHL te doen voor restant van de bestelling.

Deze broek heb ik geretourneerd. OFM klantenservice melde dat het gevraagde model Antibes indien voorradig alsnog toegestuurd zou worden, en anders zou het aankoopbedrag terugbetaald worden Echter er werd opnieuw een zelfde Pierre Cardin Lyon Tapered fit toegestuurd, Het verschil met de eerste broek was alleen een over het papieren artikelkaartje geplakte PC Antibes sticker. Alle vaste labels in de vervangende broek gaven aan dat ook deze broek ook van het model Lyon TP was De door mij bestelde PC Antibes is “Modern fit” en heeft een hoger percentage katoen als de tot twee maal toegestuurde PC Lyon “Tapered fit” met de stof Futureflex Ook deze verkeerde levering heb ik daarom geretourneerd. Ik vind het vreemd en jammer dat OFM problemen op deze manier oplost.
