Late with deadlines and failed to supply what had been agreed on. Don’t know if they will supply what was agreed upon?? To bad as at least the graphic turned out well. Thank you. After Logo Forests reply 48 hours turned into 3 weeks and they still have not supplied me with the black n white logo which was agreed to be supplied. Not asking for anything other than what they agreed to??? Still waiting.......

Vergonzoso! Compré un bonsai para un regalo. Llegó con el tiesto roto y con lo que ellos llaman "mosca del algodón" y que según me dijeron "no pasa nada, es algo normal". Me ofrecieron quedarme con el bonsai con "mosca del algodón", manda narices, y abonarme el precio de un nuevo tiesto; opción que rechace y les manifesté que quería la devolución. A día de hoy, después de casi un mes, dentro de 3 días, sigo sin recibir el reembolso a pesar de habérselo reclamado en incontables ocasiones.

Har altid været glad for Sundby rens men efter der er kommet ny ejer har vi desværre fået ødelagt både tøj og vores dyre gulvtæppe. Han lavede en plet som lignede en rustplet under deres rensning. De rensede det igen for at få deres plet væk. Da det kom tilbage havde de barberet hår af tæppet for at få deres egen plet væk. Lugten var som et par sure sko. Han er så opfarende og vil slet ikke lytte og tage skylden for det som han har gjort. Jeg er så ked af at jeg ikke lyttede til min mavefornemmelse da jeg afleverede vores tæppe. Min habit jakke har krøllet vatskuldre som ikke kan rettes ud og lugter at beskidt vasketøj. Øv øv må nu igennem en rets sag da tæppet kostede 9999 kr samt en rensning til 1200 kr

Jeg kom ind i sundby rens, med et par bukser hvor min lynlås var gået i stykker og i stedet for at for at lade mig betale 200,- for en ny lynlås (som han også sagtens kunne gøre) begyndte han selv at sy dem og vise mig hvordan man gjorde, så jeg vidste det til en anden gang! Kæmpe anbefaling herfra. Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen næste gang💪🏼

Jeg fik renset mit hvide sofabetræk hos Sundby Rens og blev mødt af en helt fremragende service, med fuld gennemsigtighed og ærlighed ift. hvad jeg kunne forvente af resultat. Jeg er selv studerende med et beskedent budget, men priserne er heldigvis meget overkommelige hos Sundby Rens. Bedste renseri i København
Jeg anmelder normalt aldrig rigtig noget, men jeg havde sådan en god oplevelse med Sundby Rens. Jeg kom forbi med en sart lyseblå denim-jakke med store genstridige røde pletter. Den er nu HELT ren - ikke mindst fordi de tog sig tid til at vaske den to gange. Super god service og venlige mennesker. Bedste renseri-oplevelse jeg har haft i København!

Sundby rens skulle rense en dåbskjole der har lagt i skabet i knap 30 år. Den er hjemmeheklet og lidt skrøbelig omkring kraven. Han tog sig SÅ pænt om den og da jeg hentede den fortale han mig at han havde håndrenset det skrøbelige område på grund af dens stand. Jeg er meget tilfreds og har lige sendt en færøsk nationaldragt til ham som vi sammen gennemgik for at sikre min tryghed i at overlade den til ham. Jeg kan ikke andet end at anbefalede sundby rens!

After experiencing several issues in previous orders and sisters experiencing the same issues with quality/unfinished work/inconsistency and bad customer service, I unfortunately proceeded to place one more (and now last) order. While waiting for my order to be processed I contacted AHD regarding it but I never got a reply. This already made me pessimistic about what was to come and qaddara Allaah I was right. My abayaat came unfinished with no buttons, sleeves that don’t match and khumur with different seams although the same model. I contacted customer service through email and instagram several times, they’ve seen my messages but they never got back to me and it’s been two months(!!) now. Allaahul musta’aan, I’m shocked by the fact that this company is owned by Muslims, selling Islamic clothes yet they choose to neglect the rights of other Muslims. May Allaah Allaah guide us.

I have reached out to management to resolve my order issues amicably and received an unsavoury response, fence this is a PSA (public service announcement) to all future customers to this establishment purchase in-store only, if you run into online order errors or issues you shall be placated and may wait many weeks for a unsatisfactory response from a less then savoury manager. My experience and opinions; For an establishment trading in modest Islamic clothing the most important factor besides making money should be upholding respect decency and good manners as you trade in modesty and dignity for the Muslim women. Unfortunately this Muslim business has lost direction focus and accountability is currently providing a contemptuous service lacking foresight for customer satisfaction and retention, for that reason I would not recommend my community of Muslim sisters to purchase unless serious consideration is taken to “genuinely improve all parts of the customer experience with focus on after sales customer service”. Currently the customer service experience is unprofessional, primitive in approach and manner and requires urgent modification and modernisation to compete with any serious growing businesses that is customer focused for future growth. My conclusion; the sales assistants tasked with clerical duties and the daily running of the store are accommodating and pleasant, The manager “Amy” is not suited to interact with the general public be they Muslim or not and should train in customer relations a short course will help dramatically; furthermore until the designate a professional with ethical business acumen to present assist and speak on her behalf to patrons as referring to your customer “you are just a customer” is an assured way to lose customers fast. There is no blessing in deceptive shady business. I would recommend as a prior customer my leaving thoughts and personal experience, an entirely renewed approach is needed for this business to remain viably relevant competitive and required in a Muslim community moving into an accountable Muslim society. I wish I could say I was served by a business owner whom loves her community of Muslim sisters for the blessings they bring to the establishment and family but unfortunately I cannot. Providing a service by those whom love their community rather than oozing misguided sense of superiority and contempt for the very same community that make you who you are. Fact; it is the customer, the community, the Muslim “sister” that builds revenue not the open doors, we keep the business running treat the customer better than your bank account and Allah will do the rest. To AhdLondon; “AMY” You treated me in a dishonourable and disrespected fashion and I hate to be spoken to with ugly insulting words and tones as I make it a point to treat every person with respect even when I disagree or dislike. I called to speak with and hold you accountable for errors you made and you chose to mismanage your mouth you became loud and obnoxious I ended that call saying “you will not need to worry about me coming back”, I hope you reflect ask for forgiveness as you have wronged me whilst I bought to you blessings an abundance in my custom and money. Treat your customer your Muslim sister with respect and dignity and even when you are wrong have humility and take accountability and have true integrity and claim fault, berating and yelling forcibly curtailing justice only infuriates and hurts your business in the long run and is a assured way to have word spread that you are incapable of treating the customers well after receiving their money. Ending advice; Be sincere as a fake pleasant persona and condescending attitude is easily detected disliked by people of integrity and justice, being sincere is a sign to good manners and character being insincere is a clear indication of insecurity and does not project confidence and ultimately is witnessed by Allah and retribution is promised rather guaranteed.

My abaya arrived with a hole in it and was very cheap and thin quality. I messaged them and they told me to send it back so I did (I paid postage both times). I messaged a few days later asking if they received it and they saw my message but no response. Then over a week later I asked if I will get refund but again no reply but they were active and posting. I commented on a post asking about my refund but they blocked me. Disgusting, rude, FEAR ALLAH YOU ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. Allah knows exactly what you are doing. AND THEY ALSO IGNORED A SISTER I SPOKE TO AND SHE SPENT OVER £100. STAY AWAY!SCAM!

Negligent/Rude
I live in the states and the format of addresses are different from those in UK. So it shipped to a totally different address and I emailed/used response thing on the site but no response. I literally called USPS every single day since it was delivered to the wrong address. Poor communication, no email to notify it shipped/delivered. Poor customer service, lady on the phone began to blame me then USPS and then Royal Mail. I tried to be nice multiple times and understanding in the point of view as a seller but I've been disregarded as a customer and I feel robbed.

I bought a large backpack near the start of the year to take my puppy out when he wasn't able to walk far enough. This was fine but didn't have much support for him. Then one day the bag strap (the only strap) broke when clipping myself up. I was really disappointed as I bought the large bag to hold him when he was fully grown yet it didn't even last when he was a small puppy! When asking for a refund they gave me a voucher code for the same price yet I wasn't about to get the same product again. So I thought I would get a dog bed but they have been out of stock for over 9 months and there are such a small range to buy from i don't want to get the poor quality backpack again. I then emailed my predicament a few months ago and still no reply. DO NOT GET THE POOR QUALITY!

Excellent service. We ordered a papoose for our old dog and it was too big. Absolutely no issues with exchange for smaller size. Communication with company superb. As for the papoose- our toy Yorkie has heart failure and can't walk far, she looks really happy in it. Great product- highly recommend.

I bought the anti- vomiting bowls for my two cats and I'm delighted to say they work! In the few weeks I've had them there hasn't been a single episode of bringing up food when previously it would be at least a couple of times a week. Just love this harness. So easy to put on and looks great. I usually have problems with my dog biting and chewing the harness as I put it on, but this is far more easier to use. I have had lots of comments from people saying how nice it looks. Highly recommend.

Finally a harness that fits!!
Finally after buying multiple XXL harnesses from different companies, PlayPaw has got one that actually is the size thats specified online! Quick delivery and the name tags came a couple days later. The harness really helps with my dogs pulling and makes it much easier to handle him as he’s a big boi 60kg! Great service and will order from here again!

Ich habe sechs Arm- bzw. Fussbänder bestellt, die optisch wirklich ansprechend sind. Leider hat sich bei drei dieser Bänder bereits nach sehr kurzer Zeit (3 Wochen) der Knopf gelöst, was sehr enttäuschend ist. Longest lasting bracelets!
I placed my first order a year and a half ago. The bracelets were the most durable I've ever owned. It survived many gym sessions and being pulled on by my toddler. Unfortunately they both had a hard time staying tight and would need to be tightened often, but after so long I'm not surprised. As I was tightening one the string ripped. As soon as it did I placed a new order knowing my new ones will hold up for so long!

My parents have cold call screening and are registered with TPS which they ignore. I was there one evening and answered two calls less than twenty minutes apart from this company. Disappointing service
I wasn’t too impressed with my appointment - they didn’t have a history of my vaccinations, didnt clearly tell me upfront all the details of the vaccinations - I had to probe to get my answers, and the appointment wasn’t private as there was another person walking in and out with their laptop. I still paid the admin fee but I didn’t think I should have. I will look elsewhere or go to a different branch.

Payed for delivery and it took 7 hours after the original time we were given. But they did give full insurance because of the wait then we had another car drive into us on a roundabout where they then told us we had basic insurance and we’re not covered😳Then I checked my banking app and saw that they took £868 from my account without authorisation and I didn’t get my 300 euro deposit back.

We booked a 9 seats van at this company. Unfortunately at the arrival in Malaga we faced a very rude an unprofessional manager with 0 customer service skills which was not able to provide us any solution on our matter (didnt have a credit card). We even offered more solutions to her like paying more for the car, to leave a lot of cash at the office as guaranty, to pay a higher deposit. None of these options worked for her having a “leave me alone” behavior since the beginning also saying that all the rentals in Malaga are asking for a credit card. We went to another company which was like 2 streets away from the Marbella rent a car office and in 20 minutes we left the office with 2 cars (unfortunately the van was not available) and paying a lot less for those and NOT HAVING A CREDIT CARD. My problem was their attitude with a customer who really wanted to use their services. If you don’t want to ruin your holiday my advice is to avoid this company.

Horrendous Company
If you have more sense than me and have checked trust pilot before ordering from this company, save yourself a painful experience and use a different supplier. These guys are back in the stone age. Their customer service is non existent. They have an online chat that no one responds to, you don't get a reply from email and you'll be lucky if someone answers a phone. When you do get through on the phone, you're talking with an aggressive fella who has about as much phone manner as a golden retriever. Got my matress 5 weeks after ordering, and it only took me reaching out to them 6 times without a single communication from them. Just horrendous. Could be so much better with a tiny bit of effort but I get the feeling these lads haven't the capacity for improvement. They would be better suited to selling matresses from the back of a van at the local market. As I said, hopefully you've seen this before ordering. Good luck with it if not

Worse company
Worse company ever !! Don’t waste your time with these guys Ordered a memory foam mattress online , after 3 days getting a call that is not in stock , choosed another type , agreed for paying in cash once it’s delivered , gave me 3 days and on the 3rd day I called them and they are telling me that it’s on the way with fastway, but I have to pay over the phone . If I don’t pay , I won’t get it next day )) or I had to wait for another 5 days for them to deliver themselves . Good thing is that I gave up and payed more somewhere else but at least with amazing customer service and amazing mattress Shame on you guys !!

Very bad customer communication
We have ordered a bed (frame +mattress ) and after few days we weren’t happy with the mattress and I was trying to get in contact with the customer service but never received an answer . It is extremely disappointing that we have to sleep on this mattress after paying 1k Never order again from this website

I only wish there was a minus rating!! Online order, promised delivery today. No information or contact either way. I tried to use online chat but got no response, then I phoned to be told it was being dealt with by online chat, no point in 2 people dealing with the same customer. I told him I had closed the chat due to lack of response, he said he knew what the situation was with the order but he wouldn't tell me I had to re-open online chat. So I hung up to go back online, nobody there. Then I got a call from the same rude, obviously stressed man to tell me he didn't like my attitude and he cancelled the order!!!! I have no words except AVOID, AVOID, AVOID until they get someone who knows how to deal with customers!!

No update info on delivery - used online chat and told someone would contact me - that was four days ago 🤷♂️ Online account does not allow me to access my order or account details - i suggest avoiding this company and taking your business to a competent company.

Very very bad ... dissapoitment...was order mattress ...adversise was 3-7 days delivery... wasn't come until i was start calling over..they send me like tennis ball wall to walk after nearly 4 weeks mattress come...what a crap...that wasn't mattress what i order.... anyway that mattress what i order wasn't for me but for old lady flooding victim who lost everything 😭.....and that's why this company make me really really really upset about everything .... Missing 4 x feet from one of the beds & the bolts to hold up the headboard. One very disappointed child that can’t use the bed now. Contacted the company multiple times & they won’t answer messages. Have no problem taking cash & cash only prob because they don’t want a paper trail! You get no receipt on delivery either so no come back. Don’t bother ordering from here.. beds are only ok quality!

I wouldn't recommend these . I ordered a double bed and no headboard arrived and it was even missing off the paperwork with the delivery driver I had to chase it in a series of emails as phone calls and live chat go unanswered. Three weeks awaiting this headboard now ... Give a wide berth

Joke of a company
Joke of a company, had block paving down in October of last year. Told us on sales pitch that they don’t use sub contractors and they are employed directly. When work was being carried out, the block paver revealed he was sub contracted. Numerous no shows whilst work being carried out. Now the driveway is sinking all over the place, is not 2 bricks below damp course and I have a drain away that’s a trip hazard. 3 failed promises when stating they would come and rectify. Will now be taking them to court. Avoid this company at all costs. Horrific experience

We used this company to insulate our conservatory roof. The team were very professional from the start to finish. The guys who came to fit it were brilliant, very polite and friendly and we are extremely pleased with the result.

Avoid!
Had all our windows and doors replaced at end of 2014. We had triple glazing on the windows said it would last 10years+ but sadly this is not the case. Within a year the most of my windows have misted and one has inch of water sat inside. So disappointed as you want to give smaller companies the business. When we called they weren’t interested in having a look or fixing the issue. They harass on phone for other work and tell you have you can get discount by having them put sign outside but don’t tell anyone etc. Shame they don’t care once they have your money.

Insulated Conservatory Roof
Insulated We recently had the conservatory roof insulated , we had debated having this done over several years wondering if it would really reduce the noise during rain storms and warm up the conservatory in winter and cool in summer . The result was better than we expected enabling us to use the conservatory far more than we used to , the guys who came to do the work were polite , professional and provided first class workmanship and service . Will will use them again.

Imagine7 - By far the best company I have used since moving to Staffordshire 7 years ago. Excellent communication by managerial staff, great guys doing the work, no problems whatsoever with anything. Will definitely recommend to my friends and am already going to use again myself on another project. Conservatory warm roof is excellent, noticed the difference same evening as installed. Lack of Responsiveness
I’ve needed to modify my insurance and have emailed twice and called with no response. If I can’t get a refund this will be my last time using your service. And I travel a lot. I will also be sure warn my fellow travelers of using this insurance. What if I needed to make a claim? Would no one respond for weeks? My insurance policy included $1500 compensation for sports equipment delayed more than 12 hours. My sports equipment was delayed more than 48 hours, but I was denied compensation despite providing evidence of the delay. This seems like a scam, I advise to stay away from World Nomads

Mobile Purchase Issue – Fix Needed ASAP!
The purchase process was disappointing due to an issue when accessing from a mobile phone, whether Android or Apple. When trying to enter the card’s expiration date, a calendar pop-up appears asking for a specific day. As you know, credit card expiration dates only include the month and year, which causes an error and makes it impossible to complete the purchase. After many attempts, I finally tried from a PC, and it worked. Unfortunately, I wasted a lot of time, and I almost chose another insurance provider. You are probably losing many potential sales due to this issue—I strongly suggest fixing it as soon as possible. Best regards.

Relosmart handled the delivery for another company I previously used. I trusted what they were saying and they were transparent. I got a good feeling from the HK team to be honest. Everything was smooth and simple. Items arrived in France in 10 weeks door to door which I thought was fair.

Beware
We use relosmart for our relocation from Hong Kong to UK back in June 2023, all went smoothly at first. We received our shipment (total of 150 cartons) in Dec 2023 (we used their storage facility for 4 months). Even though all 150 cartons received, once all the boxes unpacked, we discovered certain valuable items (handbags, brand new trainers etc) gone missing! Report back to Relosmart and of course they found nothing suspicious after their investigation. Obviously I have no concrete proof of thievery (otherwise we would have gone straight to the police!) but how these items gone missing 🤷🏻♀️ Just a reminder, beware when you choose relosmart!
