Lesgever beloofd voor na herfstverlof (reeds in september aangevraagd) maar gewoon niets meer gehoord. Mail gedaan, berichten gestuurd… Geen reactie. Telefoon gedaan, komen ze wat uit de lucht gevallen…. Beloven ze er achteraan te gaan en ons iets te laten weten maar uiteraard weer niets gehoord. We hebben er geen probleem mee dat we langer dan voorzien moesten wachten op iemand. Wij hebben nog wel dat klein beetje verstand dat we weten dat het niet altijd zo evident is. Het gaat erom dat er weken geleden iemand toegezegd was die zou starten en nooit is opgedaagd en jullie (als verantwoordelijke) daar niets van wisten laat staan ons gecontacteerd hebben. Dat heb ik zelf moeten doen en jullie wisten van niets. Nadat ik hier jullie zelf van op de hoogte hebben gebracht, hebben jullie mij beloofd na te gaan wat er fout gegaan is en mij dan terug te contacteren. Ook dat is niet geweest. Dus nee, als er dan ineens na een boze mail en deze review, plots iemand anders is dan hoeft het voor ons niet meer. Weet je wat iemand groot maakt? Durven toegeven dat er iets fout gelopen is. Want dat is uiteindelijk heel menselijk en dan zou daar ook alle begrip voor zijn.

Heel tevreden . Mijn zoon snapt zijn frans goed en praat nu goed frans en kan zich op vakantie in Parijs goed redden. Altijd een berichtje bij elke les , de avond er voor of morgens 5 uren voor de les. Heel vriendelijke Mevrouw. Zeker heel tevreden over.

De tutor kwam één keer, nooit meer. Ik heb geprobeerd zowel de tutor als het hoofdmailadres te bellen en te e-mailen - geen antwoord. Ze namen het geld vooraf aan en hebben geen antwoorden, oplossingen of geld teruggegeven. Vermijden!

Na de eerste bijles voor mijn dochter, die overigens goed verliep, kwam de bijlesgever in de volgende weken niet meer opdagen. Ondanks meerdere poging om met hem en het kantoor contact op te nemen, kregen we geen gehoor meer. Ik vermoed dat we de voorafbetaalde €600 niet meer zullen terugzien.

Voor een les die € 40 kost is er € 21 als vergoeding voor het Bijlesbureau en de leraar ontvangt slechts € 19 (Bruto) of € 17 netto. U mag als klant dus ook maar de helft aan kwaliteit en service verwachten t.o.v. wat u betaald heeft. Uw antwoord is naast de kwestie. Van wat de leerling betaald gaat de helft naar Het Bijlesbureau en de helft naar de lesgever. Maw de leerling betaald het dubbele vd waarde vd les zelf. Uw concurrenten hebben een toeslag van 20% - uzelf 100%.

Zeer snel werd een geschikte lesgever gevonden. de jongeman in kwestie was bekwaam, enthousiasmerend en kon mijn zoon duidelijke uitleg geven zodat hij de materie begreep.

We kregen duidelijke info. De lesgever was was steeds bereikbaar voor vragen. Volgens onze 2 zonen was de uitleg van de lesgever zeer duidelijk en goed. Lesgever was zeer flexibel: Net voor de examens nog kunnen veranderen van datum waardoor ze de dag voor het examen nog een uurtje bijles hadden en vragen konden stellen. Top.

Well my first review was not a good one, what with constant hiccups...no signal poor signal etc... but things have improved vastly. The signal is strong and constant now and we couldn't be more delighted. Our house needed a wifi booster which gigaloch supplied but it really wasn't very good so I purchased a Netgear one and oh boy what a difference. 5 stars all round!!!

Perthshire rural area. Can't honestly say we are super impressed. Signal is not constant, sometimes dropping to rock bottom. Speed is debatable but as it is so variable it's hard to tell. We have had several total outages, today since morning with signal expected to be reinstated 8pm this evening. Free for the first year. Don't know where we will go from here but can't say we are satisfied.

They kept us informed every step of the way, the ground workers were clean, tidy and trustworthy, the installation guys were first class and technical support which we haven’t really needed as it’s that good have been brilliant. I placed an order for mother's day and paid £10 for delivery so that the order would be delivered in time. Since the confirmation email, I have received nothing from this company. My items didn't arrive and I have had no response to my emails or messages on Instagram. From looking at recent comments and reviews online, it looks like my experience isn't an isolated incident. I'm not convinced this business is even operating at the moment but is still taking orders and people's money! Such a shame as I previously ordered from them and had no problems and the item received was beautiful.

Placed order on 29 November - gifts for Christmas. I heard nothing since, tried phoning - no answer, tried emailing, no answer, tried FB messenger - no answer. I finally got a reply on 19 December to say sorry they had a number of issues with their mail consolidation app. They posted them out next day delivery and they arrived on 20 December. So I have updated my review as they have resolved my issue now. The items themselves are beautiful, just had a frustrating time with the order/delivery.

I ordered pink place names for my wedding and they are absolutely stunning I can’t wait to see them on the day. The covering on top of the place names are slightly difficult to get of and a little time consuming however it was was worth it. Unfortunately I had to change my table plan last minute and I needed extra place names. After 1 email it was all sorted and later that day my order was shipped so that it would be here for the wedding. Amazing service!!

The suspension items I needed were in stock and competitively priced. I liked that the company is in the Midwest. The items were accurate, well packed and received without damage. Not the fault of the company, but KYB recommended always replacing shock mounts with new struts. The mounts on my Civic were like new. The solid plastic bearing ring is available elsewhere for low cost. The cost of restocking plus shipping seemed excessive, so I bypassed the hassle of returning and grudgingly just installed the new mounts.

First the negative - the quality of the display box is very poor. Plastic is flimsy with cracks and one tab was broken off. Poor packaging, thin plastic envelope which is most likely why the plastic was cracked. The tabs do not fit together properly or stay in place. Using glue does not make it more stable. It is JUNK. Contacted Harfington without any reply. I did check spam, nothing found from Harfington. I would have ordered from Amazon who honors fast return shipping. This piece is not worth returning due to cracks, glue and horrific quality. Positive - Very timely shipping.

Really pleased with the quality of the product. Packaging was appropriate for the contents. Delivery time was good (9 days from China to San Francisco). My only issue was the delivery. I received free shipping, so they used a courier of their choice which was "GOFO Express" (never heard of them). I don't know if this company is new to the area, but you absolutely CANNOT just leave a package in front of someones door and walk away. The San Francisco area is FULL of dirtbags who spend their entire worthless lives walking around stealing packages. If I hadn't been home when this delivery-person knocked and walked away, my package would have been stolen within the hour. Free delivery doesn't mean anything if the package never shows up or gets stolen. For anyone else who might order from Harrington, keep in mind: if you choose free delivery, your package may get left at your door whether you're home or not.

I didn't get my package. It was confiscated by UPS. They took the nic salts out and butchered the package. I told them to send it back to you guys I'd you can then reimburse what is left of it. New law prevents nicotine liquids above 10ml even within EU. I don't need the liquids I neede the nicotine more and it's 10x times more expensive here locally which is a rip off. If you guys don't discreetly package people outside UK can't buy from you guys.

Première fois chez comptastar pour moi, il semblaient compétents et mon bien rassurés lorsque je les ai appelés avant de signer, pluis ensuite les ennuis ont commencés. - Onboarding inexistant, nous sommes complètement laissé à l'abandon et nous devons nous débrouiller pour mettre en place les outils nous même. Aucune aide et aucune compétence ne sont disponibles pour vous aider à intégrer les outils comptables avec vos outils actuels (alors qu'on vous a vendu du "clé en main", "tout est inclus") - Marketing et Communication trompeuse : J'ai bien demandé à plusieurs reprises si tel et tel options étaient bien comprises dans le forfait, on m'a dit "Oui oui, oui oui, tout est compris, ...", mais après avoir signé, s'être engagé pour 1 an et changé d'interlocuteur, le discours n'est plus le même : "Je ne sais pas faire, je n'ai jamais fait ça, puis : il faut changer de forfait et payer un supplément mensuel... - Manque de compétence des interlocuteurs comptables : Je suis un jeune entrepreneur et je n'ai pas de compétences particulières en comptabilité, j'ai pourtant littéralement appris à la personne qui est ma comptable attribuée le fonctionnement de la TVA dans l'union européenne. Personne qui vraisemblablement n'était ni au courant de mon activité et de mes clients, ni au courant de la réglementation européenne en matière de TVA. Expérience globale très décevante. On m'a vendu (les commerciaux) une expérience "clé en main", "fluide" et "tout est inclus", et malgré avoir pourtant essayé de lever tout les "loups" et éventuels blocages techniques avant de signer, j'ai eu le malheur de découvrir que finalement : "Non, ce n'est pas possible de faire ci ou ça, etc.."

Je recommande vivement experts présents à l'écoute et avec les compétences nécessaires

Comment se fait il qu'il faut attendre 5 mois pour avoir son bilan comptable chez comptastar. Lettre recommandée, email de rappel, à ce jour mon bilan comptable n'est toujours pas disponible. Maintenant, je vais recevoir des pénalités de retard de la part du centre des Impôts. Le délais de clôture de mon bilan est en date ; septembre 2024. Nous sommes le 15 février 2025, je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon bilan comptable comptastar, mais que se passe til chez comptastar ?

DIALOGUE SAS VS COMPTASTAR Depuis quand un chef d'entreprise qui paie une prestation (quoi de plus normal) va sur une plateforme et tresse à longueur de lignes des lauriers à son presta ...Au choix 1 DU TEMPS A PERDRE 2 PAYER POUR 3 SERVICE COMMANDE La manipulation est simple noyer les avis contraires Depuis 6 mois a ce jour Comptastar.fr n a pas rembouser mes 530,28€ séquestré . Je dis bien aucun services ou prestations de compatabilité ne fut réalisé puisque mon ex cabinet comptable bloquer mon dossier . Depuis on me ballade et on ne me repond jamais ni tel ni e-mail Ah oui on repond sur la plateforme trustpilot avec des messages formatés mais sans effet on ne me rembourse pas : le FOND DU PROBLEME . Mieux hop hop des messages de satisfaction et à la gloire de COMPTASTAR sont mis an avant .

Service déplorable du début jusqu’à la fin de mon abonnement. Je ne vais pas détailler tout l’historique car se serait bien trop long. Obligé de relancer chaque semaine au téléphone, aucune réponse par e-mail. Ma lettre de résiliation est restée 2 mois dans « le panier des lettres» selon les dires de la personne que j’ai eu au téléphone. Apparement il n’y a aucun responsable de service à qui s’adresser ou qui vérifie si les demandes des clients sont bien traitées. En revanche pour envoyer les factures et faire des prélèvements tout le monde est au garde à vous. J’ai payé une demande de bilan depuis 1 mois et demi, jusqu’à ce jour toujours pas de retour malgré mes relances. Une très mauvaise expérience à mon niveau, je ne recommande pas du tout. Merci de m’envoyer mon document

Je ne suis qu'au début de l'utilisation du service mais je suis plutôt satisfaite de la réactivité de Comptastar. Ils sont très arrangeants et prennent toujours le temps pour vous expliquer. Je recommande ce service.

Très fort pour vendre mais une fois payer plus de nouvelles pendant 3 jours il m’a fallut appeler tout les jours pour avoir un début de réponse Oubliez la promesse d’un comptable attitré en 48 heures Bref tout ça n’était pas très grave, je vais résilier et puis tant pis j’irai ailleurs Et ben là non plus, ça s’est pas passé comme prévu Une fois la lettre envoyée dans le délai légal de rétractation, je n’ai pas de nouvelles pendant trois semaines ni remboursement, j’essaye d’appeler tous les jours, on me dit à chaque fois une version différente j’ai les mails à l’appui, ils auront du mal à contester ça.. Un jour, un responsable m’appelle en me disant que de toute façon je ne pourrai pas être remboursé car c’est de la vente B2B c’est un bon argument, sauf que je ne suis pas éligible Je viens de mettre en demeure cette société en étant accompagné de l’UFC que choisir J’espère que ça prendra une tournure positive Je reviendrai changer mon commentaire, si c’est le cas
