I have absolutely no problem using pigeonly for sending photos and letters. But the app will not let me set up a best rate number. I'll put in all the info and submit it and it just pops up with "hold up! True" I'm trying to have more than a 1 minute conversation with my brother.

Update: Again, poor customer service. I already emailed them and the person that responded was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Im not sure why they are responding to my review asking me to email them when I've done so already. They took my money and refuse to refund. I sent them photographic proof stamped by the facility showing the correct address and they ignored my email and refuse to update the address to the correct one. This means some of your relatives will Not receive your letters, be careful. Extremely POOR service. I been waiting for them to pick up phone for two days now and I requested 2 call back and nobody ever called back and on top of that I got the United States number twice and it said that they was they was closed and but it was doing business hours and the sad part about is I'm still on hold the phone hung up twice and y'all don't even have no app and the only other way is to E Mail y'all but we still didn't get any where y'all need to have a agent available where we can talk right then and there so we can get the problem resolved I'm at t point where I want to delete my account with y'all I'm very disappoint with y'all sever have a nice day

The refund process at Pigeonly was seamless. When I had an issue, their customer service promptly addressed it, providing a swift resolution.

The merchandise is fantastic and I always enjoy browsing the shelves, which makes it such a shame that I had a bad experience with the young female member of staff who was abrupt,verging on rude. As if it was irritating to her to answer a question and buy items. The Swansea store has a polite gentleman that can't do enough to help and is always far more pleasant. I will be going out of my way to visit the Swansea store from now on and probably avoid the Port Talbot store after that interaction.

Aspettavo con notevole curiosità la nuova x ros pro della Vaporesso. Come da routine, riempio la coil di liquido, immediatamente mi accorgo che lo stesso si svuotava verso l'interno della pod. La conseguenza è stata che la pod si è allargata. Provo ad asciugare la stessa in vari modi . Il giorno dopo riprovo con la coil di riserva , andava bene. Signalé 1h après la livraison, Procold a refusé de le changer, prétextant que cela aurait du être signifié sur le bordereau de livraison, soi-disant conformément à leur CGV, ce que j'aurais fait si l'état du carton était suspect. Nous les avons déballées puis installées et avons noté que la vitrine était défectueuse : le coulissant ne coulisse pas ! Immédiatement, nous avons demandé une prise en charge auprès de ProCold. Malheureusement, ils refusent et ne veulent rien entendre. La raison invoquée est que le devis initial ne prévoyait pas la main d’œuvre, bien que la garantie pièces soit d’un an. Ce qui est très contrariant, c’est que lors de l’achat, le discours de vente de PATRICE GROSS nous avait rassurés. Nous avions signé en toute confiance sans que le produit nous soit présenté, et sans nous rendre compte que la garantie avait été dégradée. Lorsque nous avons demandé des explications, Mr GROSS nous a expliqué que la remise commerciale dont nous avions bénéficié avait entraîné la suppression de la prise en charge de la main d’œuvre ! Recently used Lotus car rental in Iceland- the whole process was very professional from the pick up at Keflavik to the drop off at the end. The car was clean and in great working order. However, what really stood out for us was the service we received when we skidded off the road in heavy snow and needed a tow. We were sent support within an hour- no mean feat given the weather conditions and Lotus checked up on us to ensure we were safe. While it was expensive we had been told about this when we collected the car - and our platinum insurance covered most of the cost. Would definitely recommend

My experience was simply perfect. I got platinum assurance for my trip in Iceland and it was perfect. I had a pick-up service till my hotel. I will surely take again the service from this car rental.

The representativ that picked us up at 11:50 pm on the 04.th of August was extremly unhelpfull, was late 20 minutes, didn't help with the bagagge, doors etc although it was raining, while driving was using her phone, for messaging, not gps.

The rental process was easy and simple. As I arrived at the rental agency I verified my information picked up the car and was on my way there was an incident where I had to exchange cars and the manager insured that I'd be able to do that the next day.I returned the car picked up my other vehicle and was on my way and thank you lotus for your excellent service for now wherever I travel,I will Ensure you are my first choice for rental cars. On July 6th and admittedly a very busy travel day it was very difficult to find the Lotus representative upon arrival. After transfer to the Lotus Keflavik office the waiting times were unreasonably long although I had checked in and paid online. The office was clearly understaffed. When the car finally was handed out it had not been cleaned. E.g the front screen was littered with bug smears.

WARNING: USAVE AND LOTUS CAR RENTAL initially quoted me 52,000 EUROS for a 7-day rental but did not honor the quote. They charged me 150.00 for the rental and later deducted 800.00 EUROS from my deposit, refunding only 107.00 EUROS. They assured me the car was fine upon return, but this experience was a scam. Avoid renting from them at all costs, as they have numerous negative reviews that are difficult to find. Once I left and got back to the states they took my 800.00 EURO deposit and only refunded 107.00 out of this. THEY ARE A SCAM do not RENT from them. They have terrible reviews you have to look for them.

The premium insurance is well worth it for piece of mind, since we had that we were informed that the car wouldn't be checked at drop off. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Just bring the car back with a full tank and all is well. There is no rental office within the airport and I'd missed the note off my confirmation saying that someone would be at arrivals waiting to collect us. After searching in my emails I found the missing bit of info and found said person. A short walk to a shuttle bus which took us to the rental office and we collected the car. At drop off, the shuttle bus runs you back to the airport (less than 5 mins away). Would highly recommend and use again when returning, which is a must!

I could book a car online few days before and pay the same price When I was at the car company, so that was reassuring for a first time. Staff were nice and gave us loads of advice. They came to reach us at the airport (only 6min away) The Suzuki Jimny I took was pretty good for our trip and we had a portable WiFi just in case anything happens. We also had a discount car for fuel. I took the platinum insurance and I felt pretty safe with these option.

Great experience using Lotus Car Rental. We rented a 7 seater 4x4 in January 2024; the price for the rental was very good and the collection / drop off was very straightforward. Staff were all very helpful and took time to check the vehicle before we drove it away. We were picked up in the Arrivals area at Keflavik airport and driven to the car collection point (about 5 minutes drive) - there was nobody to meet us as we landed, but after a quick phone call we were told that our collection bus was only a few minutes away. Would definitely recommend using Lotus.

I needed a car rental company without having a credit card and Lotus was a great choice! We got picked up at the airport, the office was quite busy but I did everything online therefore didn´t have to deal with anything for long. Everyone was nice, you get lots of pamphlets about driving in Iceland which is helpful, the staff tells you about the weather apps and you have the petrol station thing for cheaper petrol. Very nice touch. We didn´t have any problems with our car during the duration of the trip and dropped it off without a hitch as we payed for the most insurance.

End of tenancy clean: - Arrived 1 hour and a half late - Not thorough enough for end of tenancy clean - limescale remained, oven not clean, marks on tiles and cupboards that show cleaning hadn’t been attempted/was carelessly done - I reswept the floor the next day and there was so much dirt and dust leftover - Contacted them within 24 hours as landlord wasn’t happy - reluctantly they came back but were very defensive and rude - They tried to blame it on how dirty the property was to begin with (it wasn’t - completely new appliances and bathrooms 2 years old) but this didn’t make sense as they didn’t charge us and said it was fine so they kept to the quoted price. It was agreed theyd adjust the quote on attending depending on cleanliness. - When they turned up they were rude, shouted over us, insisted on showing photos of the oven prior to cleaning - irrelevant for end of tenancy clean as end standard must be clean regardless. - Also blamed it on stains that couldn’t come out (we would be ok with this but the stains, limescale, cabinet marks etc all looked like they hadn’t been attempted).Only backtracked once the marks all came out on the reclean. There was no reason for them to not to be clean on first time they attended. - I believe this May have been due to them arriving at 6.30pm and being tired and wanting to leave at 10. However, this was because they had double booked us originally. - Overall, the cleanliness was addressed eventually and they spent a further 2 hours recleaning but this wasted our time and meant we went over the check out time of the property. It also was generally not an easy or great experience which is why we booked cleaners. I am reviewing as I like to base my choices on reviews and even if this is denied by the company, it may be useful for future tenants who are selecting a cleaning company.

What can I say about them. Both the cleaners were amazing. They cleaned the house as it was their own. They were cleaning non stop for 8 hours, hats off to their efforts and services. I can say every penny worth spend. The house looks like its brand new. Also Karlene thank you for this, without you it would be impossible.

Wow!!! Karlene and Ian went above and beyond. Property was left in a deplorable state by previous tenants and painter. They work miracles and are very hardworking individuals. Can't thank you enough.

Actually atrocious. Demanded extra money when they realised we were leaving the property on the same day. Did a substandard job and didn’t take any action to correct (despite this being requested within their 24 hour window) Refused to meet with Landlord to discuss how bad their attempt at cleaning was. Seriously…. Don’t bother…. Wish to god I had gone with another company.

If there was a zero star - I would give it. Unfortunately, there is not. Without a doubt the worst and most unprofessional cleaning company my partner and I have had the misfortunate of dealing with. To itemise out the issues (so other potential customers can beware): (1) you agree a quote which according to true2cleaning is not worth the paper it's written on; (2) they turn up late; (3) they shake you down for more money. In our case, we asked for a clean of a 1 bedroom apartment including carpets. They turn up and are somehow 'surprised' to have to clean a 1 bedroom apartment with, yes you guessed it, carpets. They then refuse to clean the apartment unless you agree to more money, plucking random figures out of air. Not fair when it's a Sunday and you're relying on them to (a) work to the quote agreed and (b) carry out the cleaning services that day (as it's the last day of the tenancy); (4) they don't even shampoo the carpets - which was evident when we walked through the property shortly after they left in bare feet. Instead, they not only charge us for a carpet clean under the original quote, but try to get more money from us, only to carry out cleaning of 'patches' of the carpet instead. The bags they bought did not appear to include any professional carpet cleaning machine (unless they are Mary Poppins) which appears to be the issue they will not acknowledge; (5) they do not clean windowsills or door handles (standard for an end of tenancy clean); (6) they do not clean a washing machine dispenser, nor the rubber rings (standard for an end of tenancy clean); (7) they take days to respond to emails when made aware their service was substandard; (8) they agree to come back, then refuse to come back unless an additional sum is paid; (9) they speak over top of you, do not listen nor act reasonable when you're trying to amicably resolve the issues Therefore, I strongly recommend to go elsewhere for your cleaning services. This cleaning service is not up to a professional standard. No doubt the company will deny this review (yes, you have multiple emails from me and my partner an know who I am), Karlene.

Karlene and her team did a great job on an end of tenancy clean, communication was great and job was done with an excellent eye for detail. Will book again.

Got mine after 3 weeks and it was totally worth the wait.

I placed an order for some Test E, Sustanon, Drol, Tbol, Primo and NPP. It took a while for it all to get to me but it was worth it. Test e is the best I've used, the pinning is smooth and the oil is clear. Anadrol is awesome at keeping my traps and delts more pumped up when I'm using NPP with it as a kickstart. NPP is well dosed yet I did not get any pip from it. Results have started to become noticeable in the third week of my cycle. Haven't tried using primo and tbol but I will keep you guys posted.

This site and company has the absolute worst customer service. Why? Because the customer service doesn't exist. I placed an order through their website two weeks ago and paid for expedited shipping and my order has still not been fulfilled. I contacted customer service through email and their so called live chat and never got any response back. I called and was on hold for 2 hours before I hung up out of pure frustration. The Bodybuilding Seriously store has a wide array of steroid products that are both affordable and legitimate. I was glad to have found Clentuberol for less than $20 which I have been looking for. The generic BREO product we ordered was not the same as the branded BREO. It was made in India. Our Pulmonary doctor thought we could try it. My wife's condition deteriorated within 7 days of starting to use this product and she is back to using the branded BREO (quite expensive). I bought back from them in 2017 a diagnose tool for 2 BMW that I look after. No problem until today and i hope no problem in the future. The only issue I had at the time was to activate diagnose sofware I got as well from them. I received the tuning chip on 1/25/23. It is now 4/29/23. I have had the chip plugged into my car the entire time. Doesn't work. Doesn't improve mpg nor does it give my car more hp. I'm convinced it's a scam.

I bought this "gte stage one" chip for my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. Because of transmission characteristics it was up shifting early and in slow traffic or slow uphill was pinging and suffering. After my first week trial I gained +/- 4 mls/gallon in urban traffic and +/- 7 mls in highway. Throttle response became amazing. Pinging and suffering at low speed still exist. In manual it says after two weeks it will work properly. I will share my second week.

I unfortunately purchased two of the Thorton Chip Tuning chips and neither had any affect on performance. It is save to say that their product is a scam.
