I was looking at two bikes a CF Moto and Royal Enfield Shotgun and had a PEX. The response I had was they are not taking part exchanges and will not be looking at having a deal. This is the second time I have had this response. Both of the bikes I tried to pex were low mileage mint 2022, Kawasaki Versys 650 and a low mileage mint Yamaha SCR950. They wouldn't even give a price. I went to a large dealer in Ipswich and had a 5 star service from them.

I had a look at a second hand motorcycle Saturday went in Tuesday the sales man showed me all the faults ? Lol paid deposit. Paid for new mot for it.causeit was sold as seen which I was extremely happy with .by Thursday I paid balance in full and drove it away well happy with all staff I've had bikes since I was 10 years am now 59 years old and this dealership is up there with the best ( reg Miller m/ cycle) was just the same .they no there bikes ,brilliant people skills recommend to every biker I no Darren Bischoff

I purchased a bike online which was pre registered but otherwise new. The price was excellent and it was delivered for free. I dealt with James Hogben who was helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery was excellent and the bike was as expected although there was only just enough fuel to get me to my local garage!

Drove a long way to get there, but there was absolutely no way to park anywhere close to the place. Went somewhere else to buy the new bike.

This company is an absolute joke I bought a brand new bike broke down after around 700 miles the regulator needs replacing was advised by dealer take to another dealer that deals with manufacture guarantee to get repaired had no offer to come and collect the bike to repair it had to pay for rocovery customer service is shocking I just want the bike back on the road at this point have it back 4 days the bike goes into limp mode and cuts out speak to the dealer at this point I’m getting very annoyed as any new vehicle should not be doing this I am advised to take the bike again back to a dealer that deals with manufacturer guarantee I take the bike in at my own expense yet again not offered curtesy bike no offering to come and pick it up I take into the shop to get sorted pick up about 10 days later have the bike back for 3/4 days breaks down again keeps going into limp mode and cutting out I’m now fuming as I have had the bike off the road more than on I contacted the dealer finally after around 3 weeks they agreed to pick it up after requesting a refund previously when the 2nd time it broke down as the bike is clearly not fit for use get a call after a week saying there is nothing wrong with the bike and when would I like it dropped off how on earth are you even considering dropping the bike off to me when I have requested to go through right of refusal and have broken down 3 times in less than 1000 miles am still waiting for a response and has now been off the road for 5 weeks now can not get another bike until this has been settles and are obviously in no rush to sort this they are quick enough to sell it but they don’t want to take accountability is an absolute shambles do not use this dealer if I could give 0 stars I would

11/04/2024 We were in the area and went in to do a bit of research into bikes . What a fantastic dealership. It's more like a bike show than a sales point. There's a great cafe to eat and ponder what to do. The choice is extensive with new and used options. There's no pressure whatsoever from sales staff. All our questions were answered and we got the information we came for. The staff were all great and Sophie in particular was very friendly and helpful. This is one of the best dealerships I've been to.

My advice is to avoid this organization like the plague. There are bona-fide dealers, rogue traders & cowboys. Colchester Kawasaki/Global Moto Ltd belong in the latter who I suspect could be a subsdiary of Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show that toured England in 1903. The '2017 Hyosung GV 250 N' I purchased was delivered with a pre-existing serious panel defect (integral part of the bodywork held in place with a black plastic tie wrap fixed to the chassis) & a mechanical fault that rendered the motorcycle unroadworthy (Red EFI warning light which the owners manual stated 'if ridden when lit' could cause engine & transmission failure). Under the Consumer Rights Act (Short Term Right to Reject) I advised Colchester Kawasaki that the bike wasn't fit for purpose & requested a refund, this was refused unless I paid them a £398.00 collection fee - this is contrary to UK Law in that if goods are supplied in a defective condition it is the sellers resposibility to cover return costs. Fortunately I was able to make a claim via my bank under 'Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974' & received a full refund although this took 4 months to resolve. Be warned that this dealership ignore UK legislation, my suggestion is to find another dealership or alternatively ensure you pay part of any purchase using a credit card. The above is an honest & true appraisal of my experience with Colchester Kawasaki/Global Moto ltd.

My estimation of this Company has gone drastically downhill. I bought my small scooter from them in 2021. The young sales people, Daryl and Spencer were always very nice, polite and helpful but have since left and services went fine. This year it's as though they can't be bothered and just want to make money and cause me inconvenience. I emailed the CEO/GM who provided no empathy at all and when I asked him for the name and contact details of the owner, his response was (An issue I had was caused during my service) I am the highest point of escalation for customer contact, as such no contact details will be provided, thanks. Clearly not customer focussed and just rude and I replied telling him such. If I had a choice, I wouldn't go back. On your response below, not amused because you already know that I did and suggests that you couldn't be bothered to read the above which states that fact. Ridiculous. Too late to be polite and nice.

Scam alert !! Don't go by the positive reviews, I've used them for couple of jobs. They are indulging in fraudelent and deceptive business practices just to get more money out of the client when they are approaching due dates and when they have no other choice but to heed to their demands. They seem nice in the beginning but then start to extort money. I paid them 58000 for annual compliances and everything seems to be going good for first few weeks but as soon as deadline for any compliance approaches, they start asking for additional payments saying that it was not covered in your package. The scam is when the BD creates the package for "all annual compliances", they deliberately don't specify the details and leave a lot to interpretation so that they can then extort money at the last minute of the deadline. Earlier I thought that it was a geniune mistake on the part of the executive but when the same started repeating every single time there is a deadline (for ROC or GST), I understood the scam is on a wider level involving entire company. You end up paying almost double the amount that was quoted and paid for as advance otherwise they will put your work on hold and will do this everytime the deadline is approaching.

I had made a payment of Rs. 2400 for obtaining FSSAI license for a food business. 1. The professional made me wait without any updates for almost 15days on the process and the process of application was done only after my repeated reminders after 15days. 2. However the application got rejected and a they asked me to produce an NOC for which I had to spend an additional amount of 5000 for obtaining it, inspite of which the application got rejected again. The company is not sure whether it might get processed or not. 3. Since the service was incomplete after wasting a lot of time from my end, I had claimed for a refund for which the company is not willing to initiate the refund. Anyone would take up such services online trusting that the company will help them to find better and easy ways to do it and also doesn't hesitate to spend any money. But when the company is not able to keep up their promises it doesn't matter provided they give a good costomer service. But here even that is not good. Calling them for complaints will still connect you with the same customer manager and not any other executive which will not serve the cause of customer service.

Pas op met dit bedrijf! Helaas zaken met dit bedrijf gedaan via de mediamarkt marketplace. Alles ging goed totdat ik de zending helaas moest retournering ivm met geen verlengende garantie (dit bied mediamarkt wel aan). Het gehele retour proces verliep al moeizaam. Maar dat kan gebeuren. Waar ik wel heel verrast over ben is dat (bij een woning zonder meterkast, dus geen water en elektra) er wordt geconstateerd dat de beide vaatwassers gebruikt zijn.. je leest het goed. Uiteraard heb ik bewijs gestuurd van de meterkast die leeg is en dat de woning nog niet verhuurt wordt.. echter was dit niet genoeg om hun te overtuigen. De reactie na 3 maanden na verzending was dat ik 80% van de waarde terug krijg (zonder beargumentatie waarom) Pas a.u.b. op voor dit soort partijen. Alles is koek en ei tot levering. Maar als er service nodig is dan zijn ze niet thuis. Reactie op het onderstaande van elektroretail: Dit is een mooi inkoppertje van het bovenstaande. Er is een moment geweest waarop jullie foto’s hebben gestuurd met gebruiksschade of stof. Hierop heb ik foto’s gestuurd van de beide apparaten in de staat zoals ze toen waren. Deze komen niet overeen met wat jullie aangeven. Tussen het moment van ophalen en de reactie van jullie kant zit meer dan een maand. Misschien hebben jullie deze producten wel buiten laten staan. Feit blijft dat de foto’s het tegendeel bewijzen en jullie daar niet op ingaan. Het laatste argument vind ik dan weer heel leuk. Ik stuur een foto van beide producten onder poort (met afdak) keurig netjes in de folie. Er is dus een schijnbaar een foto (waarom stuur je die niet mee?) dat er stof ligt rondom de producten. Het is eind december in Nederland en de producten staan droog onder een afdak (geen kans op inregenen), achter een poort die wind vangt. Ik hoop dat ik niet hoef uit te leggen wat stof doet.

A shame to have to write a negative review but it’s just to save others the hassle of buying this model. I have recently purchased a Body Sculpture R2716 Rowing machine and after taking approx 45 minutes to assemble all looked great. It feels heavy and sturdy and moves smoothly. Sadly the machine worked for around 4 minutes before the recoil stopped pulling the strap back in. Spoke to body sculpture, there wasn’t much they could do but did say they’d had a few complaints of faulty recoil with this model. They asked me to dismantle and re-package and they’d collect it and drop another one off so I agreed. Just finished setting up the new one and after 45 seconds of rowing (very gently) the same thing has happened again. I did feel that while talking to the people at body sculpture there seemed to be a reluctance to send a new one out and they seemed more keen on issuing a refund but I really wanted the machine and they assured me it wasn’t all R2716’s, just some that were faulty. Unless I’m just really unlucky I’ll now assume it’s the majority of this model that are faulty, so unfortunately it looks like I’ll be sending this one back too and accept the refund this time. The 1 star is fully in regards to the faulty product. On a positive note Body Sculpture were very easy to contact, always answered the phone and replied to emails, arranged collection and delivery quickly etc. so I wouldn’t be adverse to buying from them again but I would steer clear of the R2716 Rowing Machine.

Only Some staff members have good customer service skills but Bronte one of the staff has been reported to be rude and rough on customers which makes the eFurniture store unattractive, owners should review their customer service policies to enable every customer to feel welcome and served accordingly when purchasing the second hands furniture.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming and will often go above and beyond to help you out. Great range of second hand furniture and trinkets in their massive Warehouse that seems to go on forever. Their central location makes it my first go to for second hand furniture :-)

Waardeloos! Wijze raad; niet bieden op magazine.

Lekker verhaal! Ik had een jaar abbo gewonnen van het fotografie magazine Zoom. Levertijd zou tussen de 8-10 weken duren. In die tussentijd ging Ticketveiling over naar Vakantieveilingen. Niks ontvangen en bij navraag blijkt dat Vakantieveilingen niet bij de bestanden van de gewonnen veilingen van Ticketveiling kan! Kortom, geld weg en geen product ontvangen! Schandalig gewoon!

Ik heb een veiling gewonnen. Maar de site ligt er al bijna 2 weken uit. Ik kan dus niet bij mijn voucher. Ik heb talloze keren gemaild waarbij ik een replica krijg dat we binnen 48u gereageerd wordt. Telefonisch krijg je een bandje. Alle medewerkers in gesprek en wachtrij vol. Ik wil mijn geld terug. Ik heb nu betaald voor iets waar ik heb gebruik van kan maken. De overeenkomst kan zo geen stand houden. Maar ja als je niemand kan bereiken. Wat dan? Slechte zaak

Duur!! Met een voucher van ticketveiling heb ik een hotelovernachting bij Fletcher geboekt. Op het moment dat je boekt, komen daar nog zoveel kosten bij, dat dezelfde overnachting via de website van Fletcher €30 goedkoper was geweest. Als je daar de kosten voor de voucher nog bij optelt ... Nooit via ticketveiling een overnachting kopen. Je bent veel duurder uit!

Ze zijn erg snel maar helaas zeer weinig informatie in de mails om de tickets te vinden.

De veiling wordt regelmatig opnieuw geopend. Dus de kans dat je een veiling wint, is best groot. Ik heb wel het idee dat het voorgeprogrammeerd is; onder een bepaalde prijs kan je sowieso geen veiling winnen. Wat wel goed is, als je de veiling niet wint, krijg je altijd nog een optie om te kopen.

Prima prijs , voor huidige prijs niet mogelijk om ergens anders wel de tickets goedkoper te bemachtigen . Prima zo dus

I have been subscribing to their service for over a year. I had some ip issues which I ended up resolving myself. A year later my account health was very bad and very close to suspension. I asked for proactive help. I asked for assistance from their "network of attorneys". Joy spent perhaps a half hour telling me that it was pointless to appeal negative feedback and appeal a to z claims which is what Amazon recommends and to wait for the account suspension. She even said the odr will not be recalculated.. When I asked again for help via a polite email, shared my experience, Cindy sent an email telling me how wrong I was and canceled this "membership" that I had paid for over a year and refunded me a whopping $20. It was all done professionally in their opinion. This service is a scam according to my very recent experience. I feel lied to and duped and want to share my experience so that others may not have the same trauma.

Jeg kan kun anbefale Kathleen hos Frisør Pii, der i dag reddede mit totalt ødelagte hår. Jeg kom ind med 2 forskellige hjemmefarver i håret, og et hår der så direkte forfærdeligt ud i flere forskellige farver. Gik derfra med ro i maven, og et hår der ser betydeligt bedre ud og er fint i farven. Derudover var prisen fair, og servicen var helt i top. 5 stjerner til Kathleen.

Badly fitted door, had to call them to repair in 2020. The double width door fitted in 2018. Now completely wrecked after failing to stop on opening. Very poor installation with parts not fitted correctly. Don't go near them !

Pure scammers , had nothing but trouble with my garage door since they fitted it , 2 years its been fitted and its finally packed up its all came off its runners it’s currently laid on my front garden and my garage wide open , costing me over 2k for a new fitted door not what i needed to fork out so close to christmas! took the extended warranty but since the company has changed its name again and claiming to have gone bust the warranty isnt worth a light they take no responsibility for my garage door because they claim to be a whole new company! Do not use this company!!

We have had many problems with our door mainly the hinges breaking every 12 months and now it's happened again and the 10 years warranty is not worth the paper it written on. Do not use this company no telephone number and no response to email etc.

Yes same here. Now trading as sentry doors so if you looking at sentry doors you may want to look deep. Warranty no good unit installed has lasted 18 months. Now looking at a cost to repair by as local company.

I bought a door from RDC in July 2020 and purchased the extended warranty. It has now broken. They have now started trading under the name of Sentry Rolling Doors with the same contact details. I've sent two messages. I cannot find a phone number. We've had a quote from another garage door company. The door we had fitted is illegal and shoddy. If it seems to good to be true it is too good to be true. Stay well clear.

I had my doors installed by Rolling Doors Concepts in February 2022 and added an extended 9 year warranty costing £125. On January 2024 the door wouldn’t open so changed all the batteries in the remotes. Refused to open. I’ve tried to contact them phone and email no replies. Now their Website says they’ve ceased trading.

SCAM - my garage door stopped working and their contact numbers dont exist, thank god i didnt pay for extended warranty with them.

Robotstøvsuger som har gått lite i forhold til det man skulle forvente, etter 2 år med bruk ca 60 minutter pr uke vil den ikke støvsuge mer enn 15 minutter før den slår seg av, finner ikke tilbake til lading heller. Sender ingen signal til appen. Har aldri brukt vaskedelen i støvsugeren så den er aldri utsatt for vann. Har stått på samme ladepunkt hele tiden og ikke vært utsatt for uhell. Tok kontakt med kundeservice da det er forventet levetid på 6 år på robotstøvsuger, men de fraskriver seg alt ansvar, mener jeg skal ta kontakt med eget servicepersonell. Hevder garanti på batteri bare er ett år. Jeg informerte om at selger har ansvar i 5 år i følge forbrukerkjøpsloven, men dette var de ikke med på! Jeg fikk raskt svar på kundeservice så det er eneste som er bra, men de skriver bare masse ord uten svar på det jeg faktisk ber om! Styr unna!

Tutti gli oggetti si sono rotti dopo averli indossati per pochissime volte, con la beffa di sentirmi dire che le riparazioni non erano coperte da garanzia. Ultima esperienza con un anello, per il quale sono riuscita ad avere la sostituzione, perché rotto dopo 15 giorni, ma in cambio ne ho avuto un altro graffiato, storto e opaco. Purtroppo mi sono accorta solo a casa del difetto ed è inutile dire che non mi è stato più sostituito. Commesse arroganti e maleducate. Non acquisterò mai più niente.

Ho chiesto la sostituzione di una batteria per un orologio presso il punto vendita di Barletta e l'unica ragazza presente ha detto di ripassare nel pomeriggio perché aveva da fare con un altro cliente.

Da premettere che sono stata una cliente da circa 12 anni del punto vendita di Riposto- Giarre, negli anni man mano ho trovato un negozio sempre più mal gestito, gentilissimi a venderti i prodotti che nel tempo hanno avuto un calo di qualità immenso, ma al momento di risolverti i problemi….assenti totalmente. Ho comprato un paio di orecchini quasi 600 euro, a casa li ho solo provati e immediatamente si sono piegati. L’indomani mattina sono andata a reclamare, la prima cosa che mi hanno detto: è stata colpa sua…(non è così). La tenutaria responsabile (direi irreprensibile) di questo negozio si nasconde come un topo lasciando la manovalanza a fare il lavoro sporco a posto suo cioè a truffare al meglio la gente boccalona presa all’amo con la loro iniziale gentilezza che poi si trasforma in arroganza maleducazione e menefreghismo totali. Gli orecchini sono immettibili li rivenderò come ferro vecchio loro hanno perso una cliente perché non ci andrei mai più a comprare uno spillo, mi auguro che sempre più gente legga le recensioni, se solo lo avessi fatto ci avrei pensato più volte prima di farmi truffare così. I recently purchased blinds from elegant blinds and I have to say, I'm really disappointed. First of all, the installation process was a nightmare,it took way longer than expected to get them up. Once they were finally installed, I noticed that they didn't fit properly. There were gaps on the sides, allowing light to seep through, which completely defeats the purpose of having blinds in the first place. Additionally, the quality of the materials feels cheap. After just a few weeks of use, I noticed some fraying on the edges, and the mechanism for opening and closing them is already starting to get stuck. I expected much better durability for the price I paid. Overall, I wouldn't recommend elegant blinds to anyone looking for a reliable and quality product. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Horrible service. Had 2 of my first appointments cancelled and they didn’t call me to let me know they won’t be coming. When they arrived for the 3rd appointment they got the length of the blinds too short also were 1,5h late from the agreed time. 4th time was 3hrs late from the agreed time and got the length wrong again. Fixed the situation with screwing the blinds on the ceiling. I have accepted and paid for the work the 4th time even if I’m still unhappy as I can not be bothered anymore to get an other Sunday of mine to be ruined with waiting for him to arrive and get the job done properly. I have now got 2 extra holes on the wall and blinds on the ceiling which is still too long and touches the heater. Very disappointed and was not worth the money at all.

I ordered two gallons of isopropyl alcohol. I was satisfied with the price per gallon and appreciative of the free shipping (bought two gallons instead of one to meet the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping). I received an order confirmation email shortly after placing my order but did not receive an email that my order had been shipped. After about a week I emailed to ask about the status of my order. I received a very pleasant reply explaining that them items I had ordered were on back order but were expected in soon, along with an apology for the delay. Once shipped, I did receive a shipping confirmation email which included tracking information for the package. Several days (4?) later, my order was delivered. Although the bottles were well-packed with bubble wrap, the box was wet. Upon opening, my husband (I was at work) found that one of the bottles had leaked (although the foil safety seal was on the opening, it wasn’t sealed completely) and cap was loose. Since each bottle was in a sealed plastic bag, there was alcohol in the bag with the leaking gallon. My husband took out the leaking bottle and cut a hole in bottom of the plastic bag to put the alcohol back into the bottle. But the bag holding the leaky bottle had a small hole in it... hence the wet box. I took a photo to show how much alcohol we got in the leaky bottle after all was said and done but cannot see how to attach it to this review. Approximately two cups of alcohol had been lost. Perhaps shipping tape over the cap might help prevent (or at least lessen) such leakage in future shipments? I would have liked to have given five stars but with two separate issues, I did not feel it was warranted.
