Som at få en ny telefon igen! Har haft en telefon liggende hvor batteriet umiddelbart virkede til at være helt dødt. Med tanken om hvor meget det ville ende med at koste mig, tilbød Rami, i butikken i Kolding Storcenter, at rense den først, for at se om det blot var det der skulle til. Det var det og nu er der kommet liv i telefonen igen. Perfekt oplevelse og ekstremt god og venlig service.

Ualmindeligt sød personale i butikken i Aalborg Storcenter. Jeg stod der med en 6 årige datter der havde slået hovedet ned i gulvet - en telefon der var gået tør for strøm. Drengene i butikken tilbyder at lade min telefon og samtidig tilbydes jeg et ladestik til bilen så jeg kan komme ud og ringe til en vagtlæge. Af hjertet tak. 1000 tak for ualmindelig god service

Intet mindre en verdensklasse service jeg har fået hos wecoveryou i Aalborg Storcenter. Butikschef og hans ukrainske makker leverede en service af højeste kvalitet! Fik løst de problemer jeg havde, selvom udfordringerne var mere komplekse, eftersom min telefon brændte sammen da de ville lave skærmen. Det tog ejerskab over problemet, og løsningen jeg kom ud med er jeg yderst tilfreds med. KÆMPE anbefaling herfra!

The Best
I have been using the Highwayman Secure Parking facility for as many years as I can remember. Never once have I had a problem or any inconveniences. The facility is so easy to use and the staff are always warm and welcoming, especially the lady driver! My cars have always been in the same condition as when I drop it off, never had a problem. Totally trust this facility! In July 2023 my flight was cancelled until the next day to come back on my last holiday and I e-mailed to let them know, they already knew and there was no extra charge to keep my car for me! We have just come back from another holiday too, all was great again! Thank you to the Highwayman for giving me peace of mind that all is well with my car and my transfers to and from the airport! Five star service indeed!

Absolutely amazing from drop off to pick up. I love my msport so panic who has it as you hear horror stories but these people are amazing. Driver taking us to departures was great and promised me my car would be safe and it was, our driver at arrivals was waiting and drove us to our car obviously I checked EVERYTHING and all was perfect. Thank you we will definitely recommend you and use your services again.

"Reliable and Friendly at all times"
We have been parking with the Highwayman for quite a few years now at least twice a year and have always been checked in quickly and taken straight to the airport minutes after our arrival.....they are always waiting for us on our return once we've landed and collected our luggage.....all the drivers and staff are polite and courteous..... We hope to continue parking with this excellent company for as long as our years allow......a big, big, thank you to you all♥️

We have used the Highwayman twice this…
We have used the Highwayman twice this year (and many times pre pandemic) Once In February and again in May. On both occasions I can honestly say they were brilliant When we arrived we were promptly booked in and taken straight away to the airport On return to Cardiff in May our flight was delayed and they were there waiting for us. Our car is always looked after, we've never had a problem. They are always helpful and happy to help with heavy cases. We are booked to use them again in October and April next year I would highly recommend them on service and value for money

I will never use this company again
I will never use this company again, they have serious staff issues. I returned from my holiday yesterday all happy and excited when I was met by the most rude and arrogant person I have ever met. We struggled with our cases on approaching the vehicle and although he could see us in his mirror made no attempt to get out of the xehicle until last minute, no smile just looked at me as if he was doing me a favour! He said NAME? I just looked at him in disbelief, he said again NAME? and again? I said that I heard him the first time and that it didn't cost anything to be courteous, he threw my cases into the van, I got in and told him how impolite and rude he was and he turned the radio up loud as not to hear ! I am disgusted, when we arrived to our car he sarcastically said that he was looking forward to my next visit! I am absolutely appaled by this person's attitude, it costs nothing to be polite and respectful and this individual needs training in the core aspects of communication!! It really upset me after having such a lovely holiday and it is for that reason that I will not use them again, the outward driver was also unfriendly so they have immediate staff training issues in my opinion. I am overwhelmed by the experience which i found shocking!

Needs a lesson in Customer Service
Absolutely shocking customer service from the manager!!. I arrived with my wife and grandson to collect my car this afternoon, after a weeks holiday, to be told they had moved it from the secure compound the evening before into an unsecure pub carpark, why? This was not the service we had paid for. A very rude manager accosted me in front of a group of customers as we got off the transfer bus to tell me they had issues moving my vehicle and would not be accepting it again. I'm a 73 year old gentleman and do not appreciate being publicly embarrassed, most unprofessional company, I can assure you I WON'T be using your company again anyway!

Our caravan was recently serviced at Davan, and some bodywork blemishes were also made good. We collected it yesterday, and I was particularly impressed by the quality of repair carried out by Gerry, and the courtesy wash carried out, and by Kieron, who in addition to carrying out the service carried out another repair. Good work all round and the sort of thing which will make customers return. Also the very friendly approach of the service receptionist, a perfect ambassador for the Davan brand.

I chose Davan as they sell new and used campervans and motorhomes and are dealers for a number of manufacturers. All the motorhomes are open to have a look around and there is no pressure to buy. We bought a brand new Knaus Boxlife Pro 540 and are very pleased with it, we had a couple of minor teething problems which they sorted out without issue and I would be happy to buy another motorhome from Davan in the future.

Another satisfied customer.
I have bought 3 motorhomes over the years from Davan and have been very happy with the service, friendly and competent staff on each occasion. My latest purchase - a ten year old RS Equinox - had a couple of issues which were fixed very quickly under warranty. I think the staff at Davan are a real credit to the company - I have always been impressed by their friendliness and efficiency. I have no connection with Davan other than as a satisfied customer.

Excellent after sales service
We have an Autotrail F60 which we purchased new from Davan. We had to take it in for some warranty work. The whole process was made easy and efficient. Special thanks to Leah in the office for her extensive knowledge and Ian in the workshop who went above and beyond, working late so that we could return home that evening. Excellent after sales.

We booked the one of the first royal coaches to Disneyland Paris in the main Disneyland Hotel for our honeymoon! What an amazing experience absolutely loved it from start to finish! Lovely coach drivers made you feel right at ease! The hotel was absolutely beautiful! Loved how we could book the character breakfast with goldcrest too which was a magical experience! Royal Adventure-Disneyland Paris Hotel
We had a fantastic short break to Disneyland Paris with Goldcrest. The coach team (Lee, Sarah and Joshua) were amazing and looked after us superbly, making the journey both ways easy and enjoyable. Sarah was fantastically attentive and Lee was exceptionally knowledgeable. The Disneyland hotel was spectacular and I couldn’t book the accommodation alone for the cost of our whole trip independently so it was incredibly good value as part of the Royal package. The park was, of course, magical. First time coach tripping with our two girls, but won’t hesitate to do it again. The lovely Goldcrest souvenirs were just lovely too and a beautiful keepsake. We really appreciated the effort undertaken to make this experience extra special.

Cannot Fault Gold Crest
I chose to book with Gold Crest for our Disney Paris break as I had booked with them before (although this was years ago!). I cannot fault them from booking to getting off the coach at home. The booking process was easy online, customer services were friendly and helpful, good communication and the coach staff were friendly and helpful. I will be booking our next trip to Disney with them again.

Magical DisneyLand Paris Trip
The coaches were all clearly marked & drivers I encountered were friendly and helpful. Our outbound journey was seamless and the drivers kept us updated throughout. Our journey home was filled with travel sickness and through no fault of the drivers, delays at the docks. Quick thinking from the drivers ensured we were safe and comfortable throughout our 4 hour delay. Our magical trip to Disney was made all the more magical by our kind and diligent drivers. We have just come back from a 5 day trip to Disneyland Paris.All I can say is thank you. The drivers were professional, funny, friendly and knowledgeable . We had plenty of comfort breaks along the way which broke the journey up nicely.When we arrived one of them went to collect every ones room keys and information while the other one unloaded the luggage . We have used gold crest before to go to Disney land Paris and would highly recommend them.We will use again in the future.

Scam - they have my phone, I have no money
I had sent my Galaxy S7 (flawless condition) on 9/27/2022. It was received, they claimed it was locked - which it was not. The response from Haillary was "she'd try again". Crickets after that. Contacted them again, Matthew got involved. Hillary sent a return-to-me tracking number. The item was never shipped, I never received my money either. I have been sending emails about avery other month and am being ignored.

Similar experience to others. Agreed to price in November '22. Had initial response on Dec 21 promising prompt payment, saying "I will make sure this is completed today asap." Fast forward to Jan 21 response to my follow up, "I will work on this during the weekend." Nothing. Pinged again on April 10 and again today, April 18 and getting no response. I noticed the owner posted to this site that he's in severe financial distress and likely declaring bankruptcy. The website says they're not taking any more devices, so I think it's unlikely more people will be impacted, but feeling sorry for all those who already sent their device in and are trying to get paid. I only hope there's some truth in the claim in the owner's post that he's going to try to ensure everyone gets what's owed them. Not holding my breath.

This company does not even deserve a one-star.... zero-stars is more like it. I sent them an iPad and 4 iPods, they were received January 11, 2023. It’s been over two month and I still don’t have payment. They don’t respond to emails, or their contact form. But if you text them they give you false details. Then any follow up questions via text they stop responding. Fraudulent company!

Here’s yet another hopeful sucker who neglected to check BBB ratings on this company before sending in devices and getting ghosted. I send in 4 devices on March 22, 2022, which according to their website were delivered on March 29, and even after several emails and text messages, I never heard back. They quoted me $33 for the devices, so that is the amount of the check I am due. Although I’m quite frustrated, I am slightly hopeful as many other reviewers updated their reviews after finally receiving checks, possibly because of their reviews.

I sent my old electronic devices 3 iPhones 1 iPads, and a Samsung S7to BuyMyPod - they lied about the condition of the devices (Said the screens were cracked, which was not true) and offered me 1/2 the money promised. If you don't accept, they won't return the devices or pay you.

Vorsicht! "Auf Lager" muss nicht immer stimmen
Ich brauchte schnell eine Säge und habe diese bei Hylte bestellt. Angeblich auf Lager und in 2-4 Werktagen bei mir. Als nach ein paar Tagen nichts passierte, fragte ich pro aktiv nach, ob ich mit der Säge rechnen kann. Doch teilte man mir mit, dass der Versand aufgrund Lieferschwierigkeiten des Lieferanten erheblich verzögert. Verstehe ich nicht. Die Säge sollte doch auf Lager sein!!! Nun musste ich die Säge teuer aus dem stationären Handel kaufen. Hätte ich die Info gleich erhalten, so hätte ich darauf noch reagieren können.

Best service in town.
I emailed on a Saturday recived a reply email the Sunday and had my council bin collected on the Monday. This was the smoothst transaction I've ever encountered. I used the casual council bin collection service as our green bin is tiny and we can only fit either grass clippings or weeds so this service has helped out massively by enabling me to get all my yard work complete before the big move. I'd highly recommend using this company, great service, friendly smiles and the cost in these times didn't break my bank which is most appreciated.

Desværre har der været problemer med levering i min ordre. Bestilte i en weekend og fik at vide hvis man bestilte før tirsdag kl 23:59 så garanterer de at man kan afhente produktet senest fredag samme uge. Den blev så ikke leveret til Hifi-klubben den fredag. Jeg kan forstå at der kan forekomme forsinkelser i levering osv, men i og med jeg bestilte lang tid før tirsdag og det med afhentning var en stor del af det de har lovet, føler jeg mig ikke tilfreds med mit køb her.

Jeg har bestilt fra dem fire gange tidligere og modtaget plader én gang. Hver gang har de efter en uges tid skrevet at der er udfordringer med at få ordren hjem og jeg hører nærmere. Efter et halvt år giver de enten op eller sender nogle plader jeg i mellemtiden havde opstøvet andre steder og sendte dem derfor retur. For at det ikke skulle være løgn sendte de mig ikke hele beløbet retur efter handlen men jeg orkede ikke at kæmpe med deres ekstremt sløve kundeservice. Spild af tid og penge. Før jul fik de chancen igen (naive mig), og historien gentager sig blot. Tre dage efter bestilling får jeg en mail om at de har problemer med at skaffe min ordre, men de regner med at få den hjem “omkring 18-20 januar”. Nu er det så februar og der følger ingen opdatering eller noget som helst. Spild. Af. Tid.

Ikke styr på Gaffashop lager og leveringstider
Jeg har desværre haft en meget skuffende oplevelse med Gaffashop, især hvad angår leveringstider og håndtering af min ordre. Den 14. december 2024 bestilte jeg to plader med forventningen om at kunne give dem som julegaver. Jeg modtog dog kun en ordrebekræftelse og måtte selv kontakte kundeservice den 24. december for en statusopdatering, da jeg intet havde hørt. Først herefter fik jeg at vide, at den ene plade var i restordre, hvilket gjorde, at hele ordren blev forsinket. Kommunikationen fra kundeservice var i bedste fald forvirrende og inkonsistent. På et tidspunkt blev jeg informeret om, at det var en anden plade, der manglede, hvilket indikerer manglende overblik over min ordre. Selv efter gentagne henvendelser, hvor jeg bad om en løsning, blev det tydeligt, at Gaffashop ikke formåede at håndtere sagen tilfredsstillende. Til sidst besluttede jeg at annullere ordren, da der ikke var nogen klarhed over, hvornår jeg kunne forvente at modtage varerne. Det er frustrerende at opleve så lange leveringstider og manglende proaktiv kommunikation, især når man som kunde selv skal rykke for svar. Jeg havde valgt Gaffashop i forventning om en pålidelig service og ikke mindst kort leveringstid, men min oplevelse har desværre været alt andet end det. Jeg vil tænke mig godt om, før jeg bestiller hos dem igen, og vil råde andre til at gøre det samme, hvis leveringstider og god kommunikation er vigtige for dem. Samlet vurdering: 2/5 Henset til at man ikke kan svare på Gaffas svar andet end at redigere opslaget kommer mit svar her. Jeg bestilte netop pladerne ved Gaffashop, da de var på lager og herudover har jeg skrevet til 24/12 og d. d. 11/1 for at få en opdatering på status, hvilket i har udeladt i jeres svar. Bottom line: Jeg er ikke imponeret over jeres ordrehåndtering og har oplevet en væsentlig bedre leveringstid og service ved andre danske LP webshops.

Be careful when placing order on busy days!
Be careful when you place order on busy say such as Valentine’s. They keep taking orders even knowing they are not able to deliver! And not delayed one or two days! They delivered on third! You can imagine how “fresh” flowers are after 3 days in DHL truck… At least be honest, stop orders - don’t overpromise!! Just having big eyes to make money and rip of people. Once you reach out to them, they immediately blame DHL and redirect you to their T&C and stop replying.. Never ever!

A éviter!!
J'ai acheté une débrouissailleuse sur leur site et après quelques semaines d'utilisation, la tête se casse. Pensant qu'il ne s'agisse d'un simple accident, j'en rachète une sans déclarer l'incident. Mais quelques temps plus tard cela se reproduit à l'identique. Je rachète encore une fois une nouvelle tête, avec un autre système d'attache cette fois-ci pour éviter de répéter la casse une troisième fois. Mais quand je demande d'être remboursé, Debonix me renvoi à leur règlement qu eje n'ai pas suivi...et qui implique de renvoyer la machine au constructeur à mes frais. Cela m'aurait couté plus cher que les têtes! Je trouve leur réponse d'une mauvaise foi extrême! Cela me réconforte dans l'idée qu'il vaut mieux achtere ce genre d'ustensil auprès d'un revendeur local qui assure un vrai service après vente. Pensez à ce genre de problème avant d'acheter du gros matériel sur ce site...

Service client/SAV Debonix déplorable !
J’ai commandé chez Debonix un pointeau automatique gainé Facom 257GPB. A l’intérieur du colis reçu, je trouve à un emballage plastique d’origine Facom qui a déjà été ouvert au cutter et le pointeau est siglé 257G et pas GPB. Ce n’est pas tout à fait la référence que j’ai commandée… Ça commence mal. J’essaie le produit et je constate que le réglage de la force de frappe ne fonctionne pas. Je contacte alors le SAV par l’intermédiaire du site internet pour demander un échange. Je reçois une réponse 48h après me proposant un remboursement. Je réponds que je préfère un échange et recevoir la référence exacte du produit que j’ai commandé. Je demande également un bon de retour pour ne pas avoir à payer les frais de retour. Le SAV/Service client me répond seulement 1 semaine après, que seul un remboursement est possible. Mais rien n’est dit sur les frais de retours pris en charge, voir remboursés. Niveau perte de temps pour le client et incompétence du SAV, c’est déplorable ! Ce sera donc ma première et dernière commande chez Debonix que je ne recommande pas. A éviter absolument ! Commandez sur d’autres sites marchands beaucoup plus fiables et à l’écoute de leurs clients !

J'ai commandé une batterie makita...qui est arrivée vite fait bien fait...et oh surprise ! Totalement à plat ! Pas un led ! Je teste au multimetre et double surprise : 0,10 volt ( zero, 10). En plus la batterie a des traces d'usage. Je contacte immediatement le sav et bien sur aucune réponse. Donc c'est partit pour un litige P...al . Et ça repart vite fait bien fait !

On marche sur la tête... Bref, je ne recommande pas le sérieux de la considération de leurs clients. J'ose espérer pouvoir recevoir une bache piscine commandé début mai avant NOël... !!! je croise les doigts...

AVOID SALON
Went for a back, neck and shoulder massage, the therapist Lynda. The treatment was 30 minutes, Lynda was very unprofessional yawning several times throughout the massage, speaking the to alexia and other people knocking on the door whilst the treatment was taking place. Later that was my whole back was covered in bruises, I called the Colindale branch and advised the following day that I’m in rather a lot of pain and struggling to breathe. I’ve had many massages before and never had an issue like this. I asked Lynda to ease the pressure but she continued to apply pressure, which made it uncomfortable. I spoke to Najat assistant manager at Hannah salon the following day and advice about the bruising, she asked for pictures which I sent in via email. Had to chase the email again several days later, as I didn’t have a reply from the one I sent. To be told that I had a “reaction” and the pictures I said were too zoomed. Najat asked me to send pictures of the bruising which I did. Hannah only offered me a complementary massage, which I won’t be taking with how the massage went and the interruptions, also with how Najat has dealt with this. 0 stars avoid at all cost if you want to be robbed for your money and come out worse than when you went in.

Neda, carried out a hydro facial on my partner for the first time. She is great company and is absolutely brilliant at what she does. She advised us of the benefits and provided many tips with a step by step briefing of the stages of the treatment. Despite my partner having sensive skin and a beard, she successfully cleared his white heads and focused on his areas of concern. My partner has officially understood the necessities of a good skin care routine and finally sees the difference in what a great hydrafacial can do. I have been using Hannah London since they opened 5 years ago. As I am still a regular customer it is obvious they are a classy 5 star establishment offering a range of treatments. Although I haven’t had asthmatics I have recommended them to many locals who are completely satisfied. 5 stars for my treatments, Laser, wedding hair and makeup, hair and a variety of facials and massage. I cannot think of one negative to say. A gorgeous sanctuary in Hendon. Service, staff and treatments all 5 star. I would not change Hannah.Oh and love the new decor!! Client care is the priority here. Thank you everyone at Hannah London ❤️

Not happy! I had lips fillers done by Dr Kaywan and i was very disappointed. It didnt even last for a week and when i went back to tell him, he deny that he did something wrong. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Only love for Bexy Glow
The question „what makes this company great?” is easy to answer. Beside the fact that the product quality is excellent (for me the best products I ever used), beside that the packaging is stunning and from a wonderful quality, the customer service is super friendly and answers very fast. 8 year review of Men's Liberty.
I have used your product for 8+ years. I rate my incontinence problem as "severe". Everywhere I went I had to take along washcloths, extra pair of pants, and a very thick pad. Even with these items I was miserable, uncomfortable, and I withdrew from activities that required any sitting or exercise. Imagine a 250 lb man having to clean himself up and changing cloths in a aircraft bathroom? I will say that there is a definite learning curve in learning how to put on your product. But, the end result is phenomenal. I could not sit through a movie, fly in a plane, and socialize with groups without the the frustration of incontinence. Your catheter was the answer to my problem. I cannot recommend highly enough to those needing it. It was certainly the answer to a prayer.

Avoid at all costs!
The worst decision I ever made was to order this product. When I saw that it involved clamps, I was turned off immediately, and tried to return the product, which was totally undisturbed, and the company refused to do so. But the worst part of all this for me is the literal torrent of daily phone calls from other supposed Medical equipment suppliers (who were obviously given/sold my contact information for their mailing/calling list right after I ordered this product) and are wanting to charge my Medicare. Foreign accents, fake numbers from boiler room fraudsters, and up to eight calls a day, thereby disturbing my peace of mind and quality of life.

FAKE AIR INLET VALVE
Have used this product for many years. Have found ways to make it work well, The new design that came out a while ago is not as good as the original and is cheaper to produce. Because it has a FAKE AIR INLET VALVE urine is always in contact with the skin.I can't overcome this problem. Such a shame a great device has taken a backward step due I think to manufacturing costs

My dad has used the product for 5 weeks. Only two times did the product work for 24 hours. He has used two or more most days due to leakage or they fall off. One day the plug on the small bag was stuck inside the big catheter. It broke off. I was the one who recommended the product and now fell awful. My parents constantly argue over this. Terrible product.

I echo the other 5 star product performance reviews. It took me awhile to get adapted, but it has made my life so much better!!! I have had one very bad part that I would give the lowest possible rating, and that is the distributor ML turned me over to. I am going to initiate all future reorders directly through Men's Liberty's webpage reorder form, and NOT through any distributor. Reordering through the distributor ML turned me over to has been impossible - look at some TrustPilot reviews of ML's listed distributors! I checked out via such unbiased review services, checking distributors of ML, starting with those listed on the ML website. One's website is gone, one gets horrible reviews, one's review page is discontinued because of its negative status. I have ALWAYS been pleased when dealing directly with Men's Liberty!

Occasional leaks, penis head raised, notch in tape?
I have used this product for about a month. It appears to work reasonably well. 1. I do have occasional leaks which makes it somewhat untrustworthy for me. 2. It also raises the tip of my penis like a welt or blister, which suggests that the escape valve may not be large enough(?). 3. When I use the toilet, I find I have to push to release urine. Should the opening be larger? 4. I sometimes have leakage through the notch on the tape. What is the notch for? I find if I put the notch on top of my penis, I leak less often. I would prefer tape with no notch and a little wider for better coverage. 5. Some of the application prep pads are dried out when I open them. That leaves me with no prep pad unless I take it from an unused product. In sum, this appears to be a decent product that needs some improvement. For the moment it works better than pads or pullups for me and is less limiting than normal condom catheters and leg bags. I would be happy for guidance about how to address my issues.

Call consist of give me Dr name, insurance information and we ship the product and you owe is $60.00. Maybe you advertisement can entertain more product information so that your customer service doesnt have to be disturbed. Sorry for interrupting your day.

Big shout out to the amazing, Dawn @alexandrasports who delivered an excellent customer experience. The new store at lakeside north harbour is stunning! Dawn started by analysing feet visually and robustly confirming my biomechanical risks, further evidenced by the volumetric foot scanning tool and the custom orthotics I took along for the fitting which corrected the identified problems. This impressed me. Dawn is extremely knowledgeable on mechanics and gait. Dawn then selected a range of suitable shoes based on my training preferences and mechanics and we proceeded to conduct a process of elimination of the correct shoes for me. Allowing me to run with a different shoe on each foot to further eliminate the right shoe. The result: I am now running in the new shoes and knee niggle miraculously gone! Battered shoes now in retirement. In the past I’ve visited running shops and the service, selection and stock availability has been nothing but poor. Citing end of season for lack of available sizing. Giving the consumer no reason not to buy online. Today that experience changed. Thanks to Dawn. This is the service I have much needed from a specialist running shop!

Sadly, on the basis they never seem to answer their phone, my rating is poor. I know what shoe I needed and what size but prefer to check live stock than rely on automated systems. 16-03-24. I have multiple issues with my feet and ankles so I decided to book in to have a gait analysis and biomechanics assessment to help me find the right trainers. The session was thorough and helped me to find a very comfortable pair of trainers. They didn't have my colour in stock so they ordered them for me and I was able to collect them a few days later. Friendly and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend.

Poor quality shoes and still waiting for an exchange!
Bought a pair of trainers at the end of October 2020 for £130 from the store in Portsmouth. Was initially very impressed with the service that I received from the measurement of my feet to recommendation of trainers for my needs. The trainers that I bought were for running, although I only use them for walking. After 3 months the material has ripped on the heal of the right trainer. I was told that this was because I was walking in a certain way and they suggested insoles, however they assessed my feet, which I paid £20 for, so they should have known that! Alexandra Sports agreed to exchange them for me and said that they would let me know when the replacement pair would be sent down from their other store in Winchester, which should have been last Tuesday! I sent them an e-mail yesterday evening to see what is going on and still haven’t heard anything back from them. I really am not very impressed and should have gone to Sports Direct.
