Worst business plan ever

Worst business plan ever. The free trial is a joke. There are virtually no meaningful tutorials available, and after creating your project you are not able to print or export it without buying a year's subscription, paid up front. If they'd given a 30 day option I *might* have considered buying it for 30 days.

Use another platform, this is a scam. Like other comments. I spent hours making a model for my PhD which was advertised as free. It is now hidden behind a paywall. It won't even let me stay signed in to look at the model because I haven't paid. The most predatory online behavior I've seen.

Holy Crap - Where is the Desktop Version!?

Holy Crap is all I have to say. What did this company do to their product!? I have a 2009 version of SmartDraw VP that is extremely versatile and powerful. They are forcing me to use the online version and pay for a subscription by not allowing me to save my work. I have spent hours completing a drawing then found out I can't save it (luckily I was able to print it), presumable because the software is "at the end of it's life". It of course works, just the company wants cloud subscription dollars. I would pay $$$ for the desktop version and for add-ons such as libraries, auto 3D rendering and animation. I can say that a company that has a superior product, good management can monetize other facets of the product - without sacrificing ease of use and added complexity. A refresh from time to time of the desktop is all was needed for me to pay for an upgrade of this product. Even the cloud trial version sucks. I tried to move some of the drawing to the cloud 7-day trial version only to find out I need to pay to print. OMG.... Update - testing Google Drawings.

Disappointing

We have enrolled for their free trial for experience the product. We created some workflows but we realised that it is not fit for purpose. UX and UI are behind of the industry (personal opinion). Hence, we did not pay for the subscription. When we want to get a screenshot of what we have created so far, they said we need to get a subscription. Based on the GDPR they need to provide user generated data in their platform, however they are breaching the data protection law for generating revenue. Furthermore, when we want to get monthly subscription (apparently they dont provide), they wanted us to pay yearly fee to access to a single ill-designed workflow. We did not even want to get the workflow itself, just the data we have in the platform (in written). Disappointing experience

Rather slimy business model

This company charged me for a renewal without notifying me that it was coming up. (They claimed they sent an email 30 days before, but I never saw it and it wasn't in my spam or junk mail folders.) I did get a refund from them, so that part at least went well. However, after your license expires, they won't allow you to login and use your existing work. So in effect they are holding your prior work hostage until you pay them to renew.

The software keeps crashing

I'm an Interior Designer and I have used SmartDraw for many years to draw layouts. It seems that it has gone worse over the years as it keeps crashing way too often and it doesn't even keep your previous versions of work. I just lost about 3 hours of work when it crashed AGAIN, even though I had saved all the time. It says I have a "damaged" file, but I can't open it. In my experience there's very little support for users.

Still nothing received a week after due date

This is my second request to review the service, but nothing has arrived yet. When I ordered, the delivery date was given as 22 to 28 December depending on shipping method - I paid 15 euros extra (for an item weighing 100 grams) for ‘Express delivery’, to receive by 25th, but it is now 31st and no sign and no way to follow up what is happening. Also the price advertised was without tax, which is deceptive as 20% was added. So 75 euros became 109 euros altogether. I suggest as a minimum Guilcor checks items have been delivered before soliciting customer reviews☹️

Poor value The administration was excellent, the positive ended there we paid £74 through virgin for this experience we received 5 perfume bottles of wine, average quality, probably in total value to £15 of wine and 5 cheese bites, the tasting notes ( photocopies not keepsakes) were poor providing one short sentence on pairing… although it was supposed to be wine pairing in most cases there was no advice on which cheese to have with each wine, Raisins and two very small after eight eggs were included with no information of relevant …all in all extremely poor value, spend your money on a £30 bottle of wine and some, deli counter treats alongside a book on wine pairing

Purchased ~190 Marlborough Terracotta floor tiles via the website. Slightly worried from other reviews that they would all arrive in pieces given their fragility. I need not have worried. The crate arrived by DHL, on the day selected, well packaged and covered with plastic. Tiles were packed together, on their edges in 2 layers. Out of all the tiles - only 8 breakages and I think these will easily be absorbed by the herringbone pattern. My only minor constructive criticism for the company would be to ask for a little more communication that the shipment was on its way. Until DHL sent a notification on the day of delivery - I had only received a order confirmation. Other than that - great service - thank you.

Lovely tiles but won’t replace broken ones

Really lovely tiles that look beautiful in my kitchen. However, the tiles arrived with a piece of paper saying that the tiles were fragile and that any broken in transit would not be replaced. This seems unfair, especially for such expensive tiles which didn’t have a lot of packaging to protect them. I thankfully only ended up with a few broken or scratched tiles (~5%), and I had enough spare that I could throw them away. However, I think it is very unfair to not replace tiles in this situation. Presumably they get a lot of people messaging about broken tiles - so put the paper in the box to deter anyone from even bothering to contact them!

No ha sido una buena experiencia de inversión. Tengo invertido un dinero en una factura, en la que se publicitaba que contaba con un seguro de cobertura (CESCE) que no ha podido ejecutarse cuando ni librado ni cedente se han hecho cargo de la deuda. Lo asombroso es que observo, por las reseñas de otros usuarios, que numerosas veces estos Seguros presentan problemas cuando se precisa su ejecución. Sorprendente es, por cierto, que Inversa acudiese, en primer termino, a reclamar ante la Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones la inacción de CESCE, cuando ésta resuelve exclusivamente las interpuesta por ciudadanos y no entre empresas. Ese desconocimiento de la Orden ECC/2502/2012 resulta significativo.

No recomiendo para nada esta plataforma, actualmente tengo todas mis inversiones en situación de impago (algunas desde hace casi 3 meses). En todo este tiempo me he comunicado dos veces con ellos para que me informaran de la situación, no ofrecen ninguna información y en la plataforma tampoco indican el motivo del impago ni la previsión de cobro. En su plataforma anuncias que las inversiones disponen de un seguro pero pero tampoco ofrecen acogerse a este servicio.

Invertimos en facturas de 4 empresas y todas están rechazadas por diversos motivos. Tras diversas negativas a que nos enviaran las pólizas de los seguros, finalmente nos dicen que ellos no son los tomadores del seguro y que por lo tanto no tienen acceso a los contratos ni cláusulas de las operaciones que dicen que tienen aseguradas. Hemos hecho la consulta con los abogados de una importante agencia de defensa al consumidor y ven indicios de que están promocionando inversiones que realmente no están aseguradas con la intención que se les confíen los ahorros para su propio beneficio. Es por eso que el 01.06.23 han admitido a trámite una denuncia con número de expediente: SOL/46174/2023 y número de registro 1044E 17623/2023 por prácticas comerciales desleales/información engañosa. La misma asociación de defensa al consumidor, nos dice que no les aparece ninguna demanda judicial en curso según informan ellos en su web a fin de conseguir el recobro. Les hemos pedido copia de la documentación de las supuestas demandas judiciales que informan que han presentado en los juzgados de Ferrol pero no hemos recibido respuesta por parte de ellos. Transparencia cero, opacidad y muy sospechoso.

No es lo que parece. No se puede confiar en ellos.

Facturas aseguradas aunque no te permiten conocer las cláusulas del seguro que llevan más de dos años en impago sin recibir explicaciones claras y fehacientes por parte de inversa. Te bloquean la inversión para que no puedas vender la deuda y quedar atrapado. Cuando les preguntas por este tema se ponen nerviosos y te contestan de mala manera. Son muy opacos y han perdido todo ápice de confianza.

Llevo tiempo invirtiendo en Inversa… Llevo tiempo invirtiendo en Inversa (años) y aunque como todos (en todas las plataformas) en algún momento he tenido algún retraso o algún impago , estoy a gusto con la plataforma y con la atención al inversor , aparte de que no me cobren ninguna comisión. Quien piense que le van a pagar un interés por 0 riesgo , esta muy equivocado y las reclamaciones judiciales llevan mucho tiempo , lo se por experiencia propia y eso fue antes de cosas como el covid-19 o la reciente huelga de de secretarios. Por el resto interés medio entre el 7-9% y plazos cortos entre 60-120 dias , sin extensiones ni alargamientos unilaterales como en otras plataformas. Facturas de importes entre 1000-15000 de media. Queda margen para mejorar pero como en todas las plataformas que he estado.

Empecé con una cantidad muy pequeña para probar, y en vista del buen funcionamiento se han ganado mi confianza y aumenté mi inversión. Actualmente tengo una rentabilidad del 8,56%. Aún así todos los que invertimos en este tipo de plataformas tenemos que tener claro que existe un riesgo por lo que es muy importante la diversificación.

Existe el riesgo de invertir en facturas falsas

Estuve inviertiendo en Inversa durante unos 6 meses y mi experiencia fue inicialmente muy positiva. Mi desengaño y pérdida total de confianza llegó cuando una factura en la que había invertido y que estaba asegurada, resultó no estarlo. En estas circunstancias Inversa se encarga de llevar los trámites judiciales, pero ya ha pasado casi un año de los hechos y la información que se aporta a los afectados llega con cuentagotas. Más grave me parece que no dispongan de un procedimiento efectivo para detectar estas facturas falsas y que aparentemente simplemente acepten la documentación aportada por el cedente sin contrastarla. Espero que hayan tomado mejores medidas desde entonces, dado que de funcionar correctamente sería una muy buena opción de inversión. Actualización 13/04/2023: Es interesante ver cómo se ha intentando tapar una opinión negativa con una serie de opiniones por invitación que tratan de banalizar la pérdida del capital invertido. Hay otras opiniones con fecha 18 may 2022 (Ignacio) y 2 sept 2021 (Roberto) que sugieren que la información proporcionada a los inversores (especialmente lo relativo al seguro de la facturas), no es veraz, una experiencia similar a la mía. Es decir, que no existen garantías del nivel de riesgo que se está asumiendo en el momento de realizar una inversión porque la documentanción proporcionada por el cedente no está contrastada. Banalizar a este respecto en mi opinión roza el concepto de estafa, sobre todo cuando Inversa en su web asegura lo siguiente: "Después de ser verificadas y estudiadas, obtienen una calificación que determina su coste y rentabilidad para su publicación en INVERSA." Actualización 14/04/2023: La respuesta de Inversa aporta valiosa información adiccional sobre el funcionamiento del seguro en las facturas. Por lo visto, aunque una factura se muestre como asegurada, la compañía de seguros solo pagaría una vez quede resuelto el litigio por la vía judicial. Esta información debería ser de gran ayuda para cualquier inversor a la hora de medir el valor que se debe dar al hecho de que una factura esté asegurada. Por otro lado, sigue sin darse respuesta a casos como el mío, en el que únicamente se nos informó que el cedente de la factura había cometido un delito de falsedad documental. ¿Cómo se ha llegado a esta situación si Inversa dice verificar las facturas recibidas? Desde luego que existen una serie de riesgos conocidos a la hora de invertir en productos de este tipo, lo que resulta alarmante (por lo menos con la información de que dispongo en estos momentos) es que a esto haya que sumar la posibilidad de que el producto objeto de la inversión sea falso.

I broke my shifter cable after 4 years and nearly 500 off-road miles. A very frustrating experience!

I had a difficult and inconvenient experience with my orders at first. This was due to receiving wrong items, shipping delays, and customer service information availability for help. It was a long, complicated, and frustrating process, but it was rectified. Although it was inconvenient and time consuming, I was able to find a phone number that lead me to receive an email from Sylvia (Support) who was professional and patient with the process and especially with my frustrations. I commend her for great customer service and ability to resolve the issues quickly.

Disappointment turns to appreciation for this company

When I initially opened the box to assemble my Himiway fat tire cruiser, I pulled out the front wheel and saw some substance on the wheel, so I immediately thought maybe I had been sent a return bike. I worked with Leo from customer service and he explained the possible cause of the substance on the wheel. While I was disappointed to learn that the lower price on the ebike did not include the back rack with the taillight, Leo provided me with coupons I can use to enhance the stripped down version of the ebike, which I plan to do.

Just returned from an 11 day tour of turkey followed by 7 nights gulet cruise. We stayed in 9 hotels, had 12 transfers and many tours including a hot air balloon ride. Everything went perfectly and we had the holiday of a lifetime. even when i lost one of our flight tickets, they emailed to the hotel a replacement free of charge. i know for a fact other companies charge for this kind of thing. i recommend cappadoccia so much. it is like a disney film! The girl who booked this did advise perfectly that the sea would be very cool this time of year for the gulet and she was right but we had a lovely time as i dont swim. weather was perfect for us. great price, great service.

Like many others, it appears, NEVER AGAIN!

Our experience with SunNSea Holidays was similarly negative. Whilst Georgina Coakley was initially helpful in our online booking of a Gulet sailing, and our very specific requests, our booking form took until the last minute to reach us by email, and things all turned sour when we complained afterwards and were dealt with by Mike Coakley. We were booked to sail for a week from Marmaris to Fethiye and return, but arrived at the METS Sailing office in Marmaris, the local agents, to find that that had been changed at the last minute so that we were to depart from Bodrum and to sail in the local waters. It seemed a fait accompli and whilst still making the mental adjustment, we were whisked away and taken by car to Bodrum by METS, a journey of some two-plus hours, to board the "Scarlet II". A couple of days before that, Georgina had emailed to offer us an earlier sailing with an upgrade, but it didn't fit our travel plans so we declined. I am very glad that we made the rest of our five weeks' travel plans ourselves. We had also asked that we not be booked on a "party" boat, being grey nomads, and in fact the other passengers were a nice group of people. The problem lay in where the gulets were berthed in Bodrum Harbour (where we spent the first and last nights) right on the waterfront, within "booming" distance of bars, nightclubs and discos. We didn't get much sleep. We think that we should have at least been forewarned of that, given our specific request. Being sailors ourselves, we had also specifically asked whether we could be under sail and were told that that was up to the captain depending on the conditions. In our experience, there were ample opportunities to hoist the sails and cut the engine but in the whole week we had barely half an hour with the sails up, and that was only thanks to frequent requests from not only ourselves, but other passengers. Basically, it was just too much trouble for the crew. Whilst the trip itself was enjoyable, it was not what we had booked and paid for. When we raised it with Mike Coakley, although he 'looked into it,' he essentially absolved SunNSea of any responsibility because we should have rung their emergency number to discuss it - not that simple to think to do when being presented with what seemed a fait accompli amid a labyrinthine structure of agents, tour operators and crew - and although we were offered a reduction on any future booking, it was a hollow gesture as we live on the other side of the world and were unlikely to be back in that country again. Furthermore, would anyone in their right mind book again with a company with they have had a bad experience? I think not! All told, I would give them the thumbs down, and it would seem that going by this site and TripAdvisor's, we're far from alone. Good luck SunNSea. You won't be seeing us again!

“My husband and I usually book our holidays ourselves online but when we were booking a gulet cruise through SunnSea and they offered to arrange the whole of our trip to Turkey - flights, hotels, coaches, transfers etc - we were so busy working that we thought we’d take them up on the offer. We gave them very specific requirements and liaised with them right up until our departure. Unfortunately SunnnSea weren’t proactive and we spent many hours both in the run up and during our holiday checking details, chasing paperwork, phoning the SunnSea office and scouring the internet for solutions to many problems. This was incredibly stressful, detracted from what was intended to be a relaxing time and wasted many hours of our holiday. A lot of time was spent hanging around in WiFi zones or restricting our movements to areas which had good phone network coverage – not easy in remote Turkey. Every day we wondered what would go wrong. Flight timings were incorrect, one coach ticket was actually seven hours later than we had been told which meant hanging around awaiting departure and arriving too late in our destination to do anything we had planned. For two legs of the journey, the bus reservations didn’t exist at all. We discovered this whilst sorting the problem with the first bus booking. This unfortunately coincided with a four-day religious festival so alternatives were scarce. Eventually SunnSea found us a hire car but not until we’d already spent our only free morning on the internet and phone and then traipsing around the city with our luggage chasing hire cars. We saw nothing of the city attractions. If we hadn’t been able to maintain constant internet/telephone contact, I don’t know what would have happened. The third coach booking, a hotel booking and return flight were changed at very short notice and the alternative hotel was inferior to the one we had paid for. As regular independent travellers, we are fully aware that hiccups are part of the experience. However, we feel that almost all the problems we experienced could and should have been avoided if SunnSea had paid a little more attention to the details and been much more proactive so that we didn’t have to spend our holiday time chasing them. So many times we were promised emails or attachments but they didn’t materialise. Even upon our return, we had to chase them for responses to our phone calls, emails and complaint letter. Eventually a partial refund was forthcoming. The reason this is posted so long after our holiday is that it has taken this long to finalise a response and refund. We will never use SunnSea again and cannot recommend them.”

The worst experience ever .

We used sunNsea for a Turkish seven day gullet cruise and was a nightmare from the start the company sunNsea used where a joke ,told lies and misinformed us at every stage of what should have been an amazing holiday to remember but unfortunately all for the wrong reasons from having to take the trip one day later than the rest of the holiday makers to a poor young german girl having to stay on board the gullet by herself with three Turkish men I have never seen someone so upset and hopefully never will . A shambles from the start to finish and plenty of Turkish attitude of so what from the boat managers , boat owner and the managing director who I spoke to , needless to say I will never use this company again .

Helpfulll even when abroad

I cannot thank this company enough for their help when my wife was very ill for 6 weeks in Turkey in hospital. They helped find a good hosiptal & helped with payment for extra stay for me as i would have had to sleep in hospital too otherwise. one of the managers was on holiday nearby at the same time and he made the effort to come to hospital to visit her. such kindly people at a scarry time of our lives. We are already booked and are going back next year to have the holiday that we couldn't have this time round. Sun and sea holidays are not always the cheapest option but worth every single penny extra for the help we got from them.

No wifi in bedroom . We stayed in room 220 . We could not get the hotel wifi unless you stood in hall . You could not access your own network . Its hard to plan days out with no wifif. We made a mistake with our 2 night booking and turned up a day late . We asked if we could stay another night . There is a card in bedroom that says 50 pound for an extra night if your room is available. They said 175 for an extra night ! Not worth that . We had an evening meal and started with soup. Nice soup but only one ladel full in the bowl .For the main my husband had lamb and he said it was amazing . My meal was ok .As a vegetarian the standard dish is risotto. There is a vegan menu but again it's pasta or curry . Limited pudding choice and death by chocolate is not that nice .The rooms are ok . Shower was nice . No temperature control for heating and it was a little chilly We didn't use the spa but should have maybe .

Not as good as usual

We have visited many times and usually we have a great time but today we were told only sandwiches and salad were available because there was a wedding, the salad consisting of chopped lettuce and 5 pieces of squid on top with one half of cucumber. Then our shoulder neck and scalp massage was awful. Wouldn’t Recommend. No neck a tiny bit of shoulder but only the front and then a lot of playing with my hair and putting oil through it which I specifically asked not to have. Not at all like my previous visits there

Fantastic lunch

This was our first visit since the refurbishment works and what a difference! We went for a lunch in the dining room, the furnishings are very comfortable, excellent service and the menu is a joy to read. I had the avocado and poached eggs and my husband had fish and chips, most enjoyable, cooked and presented to a very high standard - thank you!

Poor Customer Service if goods arrive faulty

Update 18/12/24 -Totally ignored us - definitely will not be using again. We have had to pay to get handle bar repaired so we did not loose all our money to this company..... Really disappointed We ordered a Bench for our wall bars, came without legs, promised a replacement - not happened yet! no refund, no communication now they are just ignoring us. This is from June 24. We also ordered a pull up bar it arrived damaged minus an arm. We let them know , promised a replacement we are still waiting again they are now ignoring us. Sending a solicitor letter next, will update you and remove post once rectified. they will take your money and ignore you if things go wrong - avoid at all costs

Azienda da evitare, sono dei truffatori

Ho ordinato una tenda per lucernario Velux, prendendo le misure sul sito ufficiale della Velux. Ho acquistato sul sito domondo.it pensando fosse una azienda Italiana, mentre invece è una azienda straniera ( credo Tedesca) che si fa fare i propri prodotti in Asia. Il prodotto che è arrivato era di scarsissima qualità, la vernice graffiata, alcuni supporti in plastica sono arrivati rotti e la misura della tenda non era adatta alla mia finestra xchè troppo piccola. A nulla è valsa la mia contestazione : l'azienda mi ha scritto che era colpa mia e che non avrebbero proceduto ad alcun rimborso. Sono dei truffatori e mentono sapendo di mentire. Aziende come questa non meritano di avere nuovi clienti. Pertanto sappiatevi regolare se decidete di acquistare da loro. Io di certo non sarò mai più loro cliente. Vergogna.

Llevo 3 meses para que me recojan un motor de persiana que esta dando problemas. Y siguen dando largas. Envié varios escritos explicando el problema que tiene. En cada respuesta me dicen y envian instrucciones (las mismas siempre continuamente) para verificar el funcionamiento del mismo. Incluso les envié un video donde se aprecia el mal funcionamiento del motor. Ahora me dicen que tengo que desmontar el motor y grabar otro video de como funciona sin la persiana. Mucha idea no deben de tener, pues, si lo desmonto del eje de la persiana y trabaja en vacio, los finales de carrera no se accionan. A todo esto llevo instalados muchísimos motores y de diferentes marcas, en fin... Muy mal servicio.

Azienda assolutamente da evitare; ho acquistato due tende rullo per due finestre sovrapponibili, ma una volta arrivate, mi sono reso conto che occupano troppo spazio tra un vetro e l'altro e quindi, montandole, sarebbe stato impossibile aprire le finestre. Inoltre, il prodotto reale non corrisponde a quanto pubblicizzato dalle foto; tessuto di scarsa qualità e giunture di plastica facilmente rompibili. Le tende arrivano arrotolate, ma per il montaggio esistono solo dei disegni fatti male e nessuna spiegazione scritta. Diventa quindi estremamente difficoltoso capire quali pezzi di plastica usare e quali no. Non accettano i resi, come dovrebbe fare qualsiasi altra azienda seria; dicono che possono restituire i soldi solo per un difetto della merce dimostrato. NON COMPRATE DA LORO!

Website via smartphone needs some attention as a key piece of info. was dropped during my first attempt at an order leading to an incorrect specification. I purchased this door. Information on assembly was very poor in a foreign language with only small pictures to go by. I received approx 4 feet too much weather strip and 4 feet too little gasket. When asking this company for more gasket they demanded measurement and pictures of the missing gasket. Why would I want to have extra gasket ?

I bought an insect door screen - a big mistake

I bought an insect door screen. The product came in kit form but information from their web site was needed to put it together. The quality of materials used for its construction is absolute rubbish. It's flimsy and will not stay 'square' so doesn't close properly. And it bows outwards at the mid horizontal point. It is not fit for purpose and I will be asking for my money back.

UPDATE - 13 June - Had a call from one of the directors today, looking into the issue. UPDATE - 20th June - Chased for update “backlog of order and staff shortages” NO UPDATE - 11th July - Still no closer to a resolution, had no update from Patio Life however you can buy one from the website with no backlog! Summer will be over by the time this is resolved!

I ordered a BBQ station and have emailed them and rung several times, having to leave messages, as no one rings back. All I want to know is when it will arrive as it’s been radio silence since I made the order. There is no tracking service and no one to talk to, I wished I’d order the product from someone else. I wouldn’t have written this review if they have contacted me and kept me up to date. It’s a week since I wrote the original review and 2 days afterwards I received an email to say my ordered is being processed - it’s now 3 weeks since I ordered the product. The event that I ordered the product for has been and gone and still no one at Patio Life picks up the phone or answers emails - absolutely appalling.

Terrible after sale service! The lamp was delivered within 7-10 days, which was ok and expected. Unfortunately, the lamp came with two small parts broken.
