I would like to thank Zipcube and in particular Fed for helping me in organising me and my sister’s 50th party last weekend. There was a mix up on the original booking and Fed went out of her way to find me another venue that was as close to our hotel as first one and actually ended up being much better. The care that she showed in making sure everything was sorted was exceptional! My sister and I + our family and friends had the best party ever. Thanks so much!

Last minute meeting, sorted quickly and efficiently
I had a last minute meeting to arrange and Kush was great with providing me with options that were genuinely available to book. A number of other services say rooms are available when they aren't and therefore you waste a lot of time. Very pleased with the service!

Speak to Fed
We have booked via Zipcube several times as it offers really helpful and a lot of choices for meeting rooms. I read several reviews saying that they would overcharge, I have no idea about the overcharging but I think all our bookings are pretty worth the price and also Fed is always really helpful and responds quickly.

om du har en respekt för din tid och pengar, släng det inte med det här företaget. Jag beställde mars 2024 och första installationen var den 11 oktober. vissa delar var fel och jag har tvingats beställa fler produkter till en annan del av min balkong för att åtgärda problemen. efter mer än 5 månader slutförde de fortfarande inte installationen. Oftast svarar de inte i telefon och oftast har de riktigt dålig attityd. Och alltid lovar de att svara så snart som möjligt men det gör de inte. Jag ska göra en anmälan mot det här företaget

Varning tar extra avgifter i flera tusen kronor sen skyller de på att vi inte läst avtalet innan vi skrev under. De hade bråttom när vi skrev under och säljaren satt bredvid och lovade inga extra avgifter än de vi kom överens om. Falskt marknadsföring se upp det finns andra företag som gör samma jobb till halva priset.

Jättedålig företag, rekommenderar aldrig något att montera hos dem, lurar folk med dålig information, tar jättelång väntetid, sen börjar man få extra avgifter i tusentals kronor som de inte nämnde vid besök för att skriva avtal. Och sen när man hör av sig och undrar varför man har fått fakturor så skyller de på oss att vi inte läst avtalet innan vi skrev under.

Dem ringde mig i god tid så som jag vill och dem höll tiden dem lovade mig. Installatörerna jobbade fint och städat. Dem la plastpåsar på golvet för att inte smutsa ner huset. Installationen hände på en hel dag vilket var väldigt bra och smidigt.

Lors de ma dernière commande, à la réception de celle-ci les croquettes reçues ne correspondaient pas à celles commandées. Le contact a été rapide et les échanges également où il a fallu se justifier de l'erreur commise par petsonic. Ayant reconnu leur erreur j'ai eu deux choix, soit de garder les croquettes avec une remise, soit qu'il se charger du retour du colis pour me renvoyer les bonnes. Je leur demande quel est le montant de la remise et le conseiller m'a dit la différence du prix du trop payé, puisque celles reçues sont pas loin de 40 € moins cher sur le Lot. Je leur ai dit que la remise indiquer n'est pas une remise mais en remboursement de la différence. Je leur propose donc de garder les croquettes afin d'éviter les frais pour eux et d'avoir des croquettes disponibles rapidement pour moi avec une remise de 10 % lors de la prochaine commande. On me répond que ce n'est pas possible et que suite à ma proposition le remboursement de la différence va être effectué. Je devais donner confirmation d'une proposition de réduction que je n'ai pas vu ou reçu par mail ou sur mon espace client. Au final rien en compensation de leur erreur, d'autant plus que les nouvelles croquettes reçues de la même marque mais pas de la même référence sont boudées par mes chats

problème de livraison bien géré !
Je considère qu'on juge surtout la qualité d'un site marchand à la façon dont les problèmes sont gérés et même si pour ma première commande, je n'ai pas reçu le produit à cause du transporteur, dès que j'ai signalé un problème de livraison (le colis ne se déplaçait plus) le service client m'a répondu et m'a rapidement proposé soit une ré-expédition soit un remboursement. J'ai demandé un remboursement qui est arrivé rapidement. Je trouve que la situation a été bien gérée et je vais donc tenter une 2e commande. J4espère juste que les problèmes de livraison ne ont pas courants :)

A fuir, une arnaque, j'ai acheté ce qui devait être une promotion sur 2 sac de croquettes de 10 Kg + 2 gratuit soit 24Kg. J'ai reçu un carton capable de recevoir seulement 1 de ses 2 sacs, soit 12Kg après ouverture du colis et 10 jours après aucun retour positif de complément de commande, très déçu qu'en 2025 un fournisseur ne puisse gérer 2 colis. En effet chez d'autres concurrents 2 colis obligatoires car poids supérieur à 20 Kg ....photo à l'appui du jamais vu, j'ai gardé le carton....

Whoa - this company is messed up
Whoa. I bought a Nest from Google and they scheduled installation through Handy. I've now had 2 scheduled appointments canceled within one hour of the scheduled time. What kind of yahoo organization is this? And getting someone on the phone is virtually impossible. All via chat. Would definitely not recommend this company. Now I'm going to attempt to get my $99 installation fee refunded from Google.

Bait and Switch Tactics - Avoid Handy at all Costs I booked Handy for a thermostat installation on December 28th at 10 AM. At 9 AM that day, they emailed to reschedule for December 30th at 6 PM. Incredibly, at 5 PM on the 30th, they rescheduled again for January 8th. This is completely unacceptable. It seems like Handy has a pattern of baiting customers with appealing booking times and then endlessly rescheduling until people give up. Reading other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one who has experienced this. It feels like a deliberate scam to keep installation fees without doing the work. I'm extremely disappointed. I strongly advise anyone considering Handy to look elsewhere for reliable service.

Alt for dyrt til kantine mad på et universitet (10.5kr pr. 100g for buffet og lidt billigere for et plated studiemåltid, som ikke er nok til at mætte). Selv hvis man ser bort fra prisen, så er maden middelmådig - saltniveauet er meget lavt 70% af tiden og alt for højt 10% af tiden. Det meste af maden virker til at være lavet efter hvad der vejer mest og er billigst at lave det meste af tiden.

Jeg har haft Jespers torvekøkken som leverandør i 2 år nu. Højdepunkterne: De glemte os(flere gange) og leverede maden kl 15:00(vi bor et par 100m derfra) Ukogt ris og pasta Kartofler som er ved at danne nye kartofler indeni Forkerte angivelser af menu en gang om måneden. Kraftigt svingende kvalitet fra ok til uspiseligt gennem hele perioden. I dag fik jeg sat tænderne i en tydelig rådnet kartoffel, og det er simpelthen for klamt at betale for. Hold jer væk.

Ikke for nøddeallergikere
Jeg har egentlig ikke noget at udsætte på retterne, men som nøddeallergiker forstår jeg ikke, at det er nødvendigt at drysse nødder ud over så mange retter inklusiv salater, desserter og kager, som jeg ellers meget gerne ville have sat tænderne i. Jeg kunne sagtens have sorteret hele nødder og mandler fra, men de skal åbenbart været meget finthakkede, så der er derfor rigtig mange retter fra Jespers Torvekøkken der for mit vedkommende bliver skue-retter. Det er særlig udtalt fra denne leverandør er min oplevelse. Mit firma har henvendt sig og spurgt, om det ville være muligt at få nødder separat, så man selv kunne drysse på, men fået svaret, at man ikke kan adskille nødder fra retterne, og at der altid er én salat uden nødder. Det ændrer ikke på den ærgerlige oplevelse af at se en dejlig ret, som man bare ikke kan få noget af.

Meget lækker mad og god service
Vi havde besøg af en foodtruck fra Jespers Torvekøkken til vores fest med 55 personer. Alt spillede både før og under festen. De ankom og havde maden klar til aftalt tid, havde alt mad og service med. Vi havde bestilt en sticks and sliders menu og der var gæster med diverse allergier. Maden var vildt lækker og sat lækkert op, og der var taget hensyn til alle. Der var masser af mad, så ingen gik sultne hjem. Kun de allerbedste anbefalinger fra os og alle vores gæster!

The worst business experience ever
The worst business experience ever! Hired these guys to manage my Google Ads. My account manager was Cullen Simpson. Over 3 months my sales went down to zero as the ads were not properly set up, were coming up for wrong searches and my website was penalised. I talked to my account manager and voiced my concerns. He promised to fix it in the following 3 weeks and implement necessary changes. But when I checked the log, he didn’t do anything for 2.5 weeks and only implemented changes 2 days before the deadline. I hired their competitor and they reviewed RankingCo work and presented me with facts showing mistakes and why my website is penalised. I contacted RankingCo manager Aimee Devitt. She checked the work done on my account and admitted their mistakes. She removed Cullen as my account manager and took over to fix their mistakes. She promised me to stop weekly charges until the account is fixed. Not only the work hasn’t been done but they kept charging me account management fees. I called them and the manager was too busy to take my call or to return my call or to turn up to a scheduled weekly online meeting. Absolute disappointment in the quality of work, promises vs actual results, and general management of complaints. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Il 12 marzo effettuo l'ordine, 6 litri di olio Mazda DPF, il giorno successivo dal sito mi arriva la mail che i prodotti ordinati sono stati consegnati al vettore; dopo due giorni di silenzio, il 15 marzo, invio una email al sito chiedendo il tracking della spedizione, convinto che la consegna fosse oramai imminente ..... a distanza di qualche ora mi arriva una email nel quale, con un semplice "sorry" mi comunicano che il prodotto è terminato e che l'ordine è stato annullato. Il rimborso dell'ordine su PayPal sarà accreditato il 19 marzo!! Non so quanto siano buoni i prodotti che vendono, certamente può capitare un errore od una svista, ma non capisco quella mail in cui mi scrivono che l'ordine è stato consegnato al vettore quando quel prodotto evidentemente non era in stock ed il rimborso di quanto pagato dopo 4 giorni su PayPal. 0 stelle

I recently finished the Dutch Beginners course, and I can honestly say that Rutger, our teacher, made me like the language more than I ever thought I would. After avoiding Dutch for over four years, he helped me see it differently. He explained the grammar in a way that actually made sense, always patient and kind. What I really appreciated was how he didn’t just teach the rules but explained why they are the way they are, which made everything click. I’m really looking forward to being in his class again!

The course is expensive but attending the class did not level my expectation for such a prestigious University name and watching youtube or any other free class online - is way better. Everything is in Dutch
Everything is in Dutch. Due to Covid, there is no one to speak to on the phone. Everything has to be in Dutch. Your class handouts will only be in Dutch. Your book is for someone who knows Dutch to learn ENGLISH. I do not understand for a language school that you just expect to teach in Dutch and have new students understand. It’s an expensive course, I would like any focus to help students learn the language they are paying for. Also give students more than a week to get the book. It’s so last minute, half our class was missing their books. When I asked the course materials early to avoid this, I was told the course materials were only a book. I later find out that it should be the book PLUS and online subscription. Just make your course and its requirements easier for the students to succeed. For something so expensive, there are 0 refunds the second class starts when you find the course recommended for beginners and have 0 clue what is happening in class because it’s in basically in full Dutch. The course is marketed for absolute beginners.

Our German class was organized and seated according to nationality. This was from the very first day, and without any effort on the teacher's part to get to know us as people. This was followed with R-word profiling and R-word slurs along the lines of Americans are not allowed to sit together, because you know 'they talk'. Americans are not allowed to sit near each other during the test, because 'they cheat'. We discussed similarities between German and Spanish grammar, but the only student deemed to have a sufficient background in Spanish to discuss this was a Portuguese student, as there were no native Spanish speakers, and the teacher was unwilling to recognize all three Americans had studied and spoke Spanish. This was a major distraction in our class, and continued all the way to the end of both German level 1 & 2, a total of 20 weeks of class. As well as this distraction, our class was seriously lacking in many other ways. I complained to the administration about our final exam, which was written and scored by this same teacher. The results also seemed to follow R-word profiling. This was because those of us who were primarily on the receiving end of the teacher's slurs didn't pass. I was initially told complaining wasn't possible because I hadn't first mentioned it in my written review of the teacher, in addition I hadn't complained soon enough. This was even though I reported it within 48 hours of receiving my last exam score. I agree with most of the negative comments from other reviewers here, especially the comment that the administration doesn't seem interested in hearing complaints. It's certainly my experience they seem more interested in procedures and preventing the use of the R-word, than any complaints anyone might have about them. The administration is however always ready with the super-sweet replies you see on the other reviews here. I don't think any educated or intelligent person will want to take a language class here, or will appreciate how they are treated by their teacher or the administration.

Very good training if you want to learn a lot in short time.
I used UVA Talen for a one week full immersion one-on-one training French. As the full immersion meant no Dutch or English all day, we made very efficient use of the week. Their formula is: theory in the morning, excursion in the afternoon. Combined with breakfast and lunch sessions. That helped me learn new words and better grammar, as it was tied to good memories. Before the training I did speak some French, however I was reluctant to use French in practice at work. The training helped me overcome that barrier. I must say that I learned quite a lot in only one week.

Victims responded to social media ads for modelling jobs. They attended a "free" photoshoot, told they had potential. Pressured into paying thousands for a portfolio, falsely promised agency interest. Some took out payday loans or credit deals from the fraudsters. Instead, they received low-quality photos and no real job opportunities. VICTIMS LEFT DEVASTATED Over 6,000 people were scammed, with some borrowing money believing they were investing in their children's futures. Many were left financially ruined and emotionally distressed. Foster ran the scam from Marbella, Spain, laundering millions through UK bank accounts before sending it abroad. Overall a positive experience.
After submitting my son's photos to New Look Talent I had a call from the agent who offered the opportunity to attend TS studios to design a portfolio for him. I was slightly dubious at first after reading some of the reviews, but decided to book. We attended the studio and the team were very professional and made us feel at ease straight away. They were busy but Nikita still made the time to interact with everyone in attendance. My son took advice from the makeup artist and hairdresser on the day and spent the next couple of hours with a designated photographer who guided him through which clothes would suit him and how to pose. Having never been involved in anything of this nature, the results where fantastic. We decided to go for the package that allowed us to receive all the photographs taken on the day, which have been excellent for posting on a professional Instagram page and Tiktok. When we got home and uploaded the USB all images weren't present, this was a genuine error and was rectified as soon as the office opened on Monday. Customer services rep Katie was very professional and dealt with my issue in a speedy manner. TS studios is a good service if you are looking for the experience of what a professional photo shoot is like with hairdressers, make up artists and photographers, especially for someone who has never had experience in the world of modeling, we were happy to pay the prices for the photographs, as it also includes the experience, which is priceless for someone starting out. My one suggestion would be that potential customers should be given some time to consider the package they wish to purchase, as it's a lot of money to commit too. Even if it's only 24 hrs, the hard sell just taints the experience a little, my husband was reluctant to purchase the package due to what he called the "hard sell" and "feeling pressured". Subsequently we did, and I believe we would have still done so, after deliberating on what package we felt would meet our sons needs, without the pressure of having to choose before leaving the studio. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, I can tell they worked really hard to get people like me feel comfortable especially where I came from, having a physical disability and learning difficulties and dyslexia has been really challenging over the years! I’m definitely not camera shy because I do bodybuilding and competed in a Mr Universe competition last year and became Mr Universe in a disability class so I know how to be professional with things and for sure I am a cheeky lovely guy so if my story inspires others to do something more than go and get it! Nous avons loué un véhicule chez WeVan pour le Nouvel An. Tout s’est bien déroulé lors de la prise en charge : l’état des lieux a été rapide, et le loueur semblait professionnel. Cependant, lors du retour, nous avons constaté une incohérence dans le kilométrage. Les kilomètres facturés ne correspondaient pas à ceux que nous avions réellement parcourus, malgré des preuves comme nos tickets d’essence confirmant que nous n’aurions pas pu atteindre un tel total. Il est inadmissible de faire supporter aux locataires le kilométrage des utilisateurs précédents. Pour éviter ce type de désagrément, nous conseillons vivement de photographier le compteur kilométrique avant de partir. Malheureusement, cette expérience a gâché notre satisfaction. Nous sommes très déçus et ne recommandons pas WeVan. Dommage de commencer l’année sur une telle note.

Nous avons loué un van chez WeVan pour un aller-retour à Bruxelles. Dès le départ, nous avons été transparents avec l'équipe. Lors du retour, nous avons informé l'individu qui nous a reçus que nous avions dépassé de 15 km le kilométrage prévu et avons demandé combien nous devions régler pour cela. Le lendemain, à notre grande surprise, nous avons été rappelés pour nous informer que nous avions soi-disant dépassé de plus de 293km!!!! ce qui est absolument impossible avec seulement 25 euros d'essence consommés ! De plus, en vérifiant le contrat, aucun kilométrage initial n'a été mentionné avant la prise en charge du véhicule, ce qui semble très douteux. Cette situation est inacceptable et reflète une pratique malhonnête. Nous avons le sentiment d'avoir été arnaqués. Nous déconseillons vivement cette société à tous ceux qui cherchent une location de van fiable et transparente.

Roadtrip hivernal réussi
Super roadtrip hivernal dans les Pyrénées grâce à WeVan. Très bon conseils sur le véhicule, sur son fonctionnement et un suivi à distance parfait. Van California T6 en excellent état, hyper agréable à conduire, facile à stationner là où cela nous a fait envie, système de chauffage efficace, très bon rapport qualité/prix. €5000 scam. Stay away from it
I purchased a €50,000 funded instant at the price of €5,000. Months later, having the account in profit, without any violation, I asked for a Payout, sent 18 emails, never received a response. The serious thing is that their activity continues, they are active on Instagram and show screenshots and other things every day (probably all fake). This is a real scam! I am now putting together every document at my disposal to proceed with legal action, in order to recover at least the €5000.

scammers! I've been trying to withdraw for much more than 1 month: to withdraw, send the trading account number, name and surname, etc. via email to support. Then they contact you telling you how much you can withdraw, I obviously accept and send them a payment method via crypto (usdt). The response I get every time I try to withdraw is the following, for more than 1 month: "After careful and thorough checks we have established that there are market transactions on the account of your strategy provider, which is why, according to our rules that you can find on our site elitefundingprop.com, it is not possible at the moment to proceed with the payout." According to them, since there are open trades, I can't withdraw!! it makes absolutely no sense that we can't withdraw just because there are open trades!! The open trades are absolutely not connected with the withdrawals to be made and above all I have been trying to withdraw for almost 2 months. I want all the withdrawals I'm entitled to!!

buongiorno, dopo aver speso 1000€ per una istantfunding da 10k e altrettanti per una 200k, sono arrivato in profitto con la 200k. ho chiesto un prelievo 2 settimane fa e mi hanno segnalato l’account per trading sospetto (chiaramente ho rispettato tutte le regole possibili, è incredibile come ti permettano di fare il -8% in un giorno, però se guadagni 8% in un giorno allora è trading sospetto),mando mail ogni giorno ma non mi rispondono più. ogni scusa è buona per non pagare anche questa è una prop scam. segnalate sperando venga chiusa prima possibile.

Our very old but absolutely marvelous…
Our very old but absolutely marvelous Creda tumble drier was squeaking very badly. It has had a minor squeak for quite a while, but recently became much worse. The engineer arrived on time and was very efficient. He said it really needed a new motor but was too old to have a suitable replacement part. So, the best he could do was put lots of oil on the critical point and see what happened. It is now almost silent! Fantastic service. The call-out fee is reasonable as well.

Siemens washing machine fault code E18.
We used Exclusive repairs for our Siemens washing machine . The machine was not draining . This is the 3rd time we have used them over a number of years . We checked and cleaned the pump prior to engineer arriving. However , engineer found further blockage in the spinner . No parts required . Just the call out charge - which was reasonable. Engineer on time and knowledgeable. We would recommend this company .

Bad customer service. Don't turn up. Replace unnecessary parts
Booked to fix my tumble dryer as it had been making an awful loud noise. First visit arrived on time, found the potential fault and needed to order parts but left it working for now. A week later I hadn't heard from them so I called them. Never received my call back promised. Finally I call again to rebook visit to fit new parts. They came back, fitted the new parts but then it apparently needed another new part. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing (I then had covid and then Christmas hit) and leaving the dryer not working at all this time (over Christmas which was a nightmare with 3 young children) I call them to be told they'd not even ordered the part. No apology at all and no call back yet again. Finally agreed to order the part but get them back round to make it work again while we wait for the part to arrive. THE ENGINEER DID NOT TURN UP. Called the next day, again no apology. After nearly 2 months I decided to give up on this company, booked another repair guy who fixed within 20 minutes, no new part needed! Shocking customer service. They don't call back if they say they're going to. They replace parts that aren't needed and leave the appliance in a worse condition.

Booked appointment online... they called and said they couldn't do the appointment and moved 4 days forward. Arrived to fix tumble dryer, said it was fixed and left. It wasn't, still not drying. Two engineers came back a week later to look and decided that it needed a new part. They ordered part and booked an appointment. Now they've called to say the part is damaged and rebooking for later this week... 3 weeks and 3 visits to replace a heater in a tumble dryer... not great service.

They were able to fix my machine by repairing a part, saving me waiting 3-4 weeks to order a new part! Both techinicians I met were friendly and professional. Would use again.

Genuine, Honest and Reliable
Covid lockdown and my usually totally reliable washing machine stopped mid-wash with an error code that pointed to a drainage problem. I manually drained the machine, checked the pump filter, nothing. Googled other possible causes and changed the pressure switch. No good. At this point, I knew it was beyond my capabilities and tried a few companies before finding Exclusive Repairs. I booked on the Sunday and they came out Tuesday morning, almost straight away their engineer noticed that the pressure switch I had changed was not the correct model and this may be an issue (I had been sent the wrong one in error) however his gut feeling was that it was the PCB which had already crossed my mind. He was totally honest and told me that I could get a new machine for what it would cost to replace the PCB, but I was already clear that this machine has all the types of programs I want and need and is the best one I have ever had so I was repairing it. He advised me that the PCB would take about a week to arrive (fair enough) but that he would order the correct pressure switch just to be sure. He came out again on the Thursday at no extra charge to me but the switch made no difference, confirming the PCB. The following week, he came back and fitted the PCB and my machine has been working brilliantly ever since and I couldn't be happier. I should also add that I was kept informed of what was happening by their lovely office staff and received a phone call when he was on his way to me next. All round great service, thank you!

Incorrect items delivered
Ordered an Epsom Bronze dining set with table and four chairs. Delivered on time on Thursday, opened boxes today, Friday and unfortunately we had been delivered the wrong items. As it was too late to ring, have emailed company to rectify the issue. Will see how quickly they resolve the issue of them delivering the wrong items to us.

Buy elsewhere, poor customer service and delivery service.
Received garden dining set on the correct date. Box was wet with a gooey substance, Panther, the delivery company said they complained to the warehouse, but was told to still deliver. Lucky all items in the box were not spoilt. We then found we had two wind guards and no fire pit. Called them and they asked me to take a photograph of the boxes with the labels showing, which I did and sent to them by email. 2days without hearing anything from them, I called and was told it’s going through their process, but was not given a date when the fire pit would be delivered and the additional wind guard collected. 2 days later had a phone call from them and was told to take yet another photograph, but this time inside the boxes because it seemed they didn’t believe what I had told them already, why I wasn’t asked to do this 2days before is beyond me. Still I have not received the fire pit and still they haven’t provided a date when I will receive it. Very poor customer service, the operators who have answered or called me seem like I’m the problem not them.

Seems to be a recurring theme here. I ordered a patio set on 27 March, before you checkout you select your delivery date. I was offered 31 March but this seemed unachievable so I plumped for 8 April and paid at checkout. Sitting at home on 8 April having taken the day off work I thought I better phone and check when delivery will arrive. Stupidly selected sales instaead of customer services and got the most apathetic man ever who insinuated it was my fault the delivery was not coming and it was tough and he hung upon me. Phoned back and selected customer services and was told that I should have an e-mail, I only asked when they were going to tell me that the delivery was not coming and they blamed it on Nova. I was told my furniture was in stock but at a warehouse in Cambridge and the supplier would not release it....hardly my problem and a bit odd to say the least. After being told that the items were in stock but there was no delivery date and no apology I was left withy no choice but to cancel as I have no confidence in the company. As expected the refund does not happen as quickly as they take your money.....funny that.

Avoid!
I took a day away from my business to await delivery on the 28th March 2022....by midday I was wondering what time my delivery would arrive as I'd had no comms with info except my original purchase email stating the date mentioned above. I call Gardenman to be told that it hasnt been dispatched and that I needed to 'reset my expectations' by a very rude and self opinionated member of staff who then refused to let me speak to a member of management and proceeded to tell me I should email in.....a week after I sent the email I am still non the wiser and a day of income out of pocket.......Disgusting service and I'll now be requesting a refund! ...... As other reviews suggest DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! UPDATE - 6th April 2022, While its dissapointing that it took this review to instigate some action on Gardenmans part, thanks should go to Laura at Gardenman for the call today, She explained the situation as to why my order is delayed and I wait with baited breath to see if the actions being taken pay off and what Gardenman will do to compensate my lost earnings.

Good customer service
We had previously been into the showroom in Lowestoft and seen the furniture but had to wait until we had a patio to put it in! Very helpful staff The only slight issue we had was with the delivery company that was used. The link from our order number didn't work so I wasn't able to track. I phoned gardenman up and the man on the phone was very helpful and although he couldn't get any further information about delivery times either he said that I could phone later that day of it didn't arrive. It did come soon after that so all good We haven't had chance to use it yet but look forward to when the sun comes out. Good price as got during a winter sale

Seriously, don't
Seriously, don't. There's massive supply chain challenges now, we all get that. But that does not excuse blatantly lying about what you have in stock presently, changing the story each couple of weeks, or actually getting angry when being asked if there's an update on an item ordered 6 months back. They will do what they want, when they want, and even on the bits that everyone agrees on and isn't dependent on supply chain (like shipping a multi part order all together rather an as separate) they will still just do what they feel like on the day, and then act all beligerent about it. There's other resellers for everything they offer, and I'd be impressed if they managed to be worse.

Commande effectuée en Juillet 2024 d’un meuble USM (bibliothèque). Bibliothèque arrivée déjà montée mais qui penche comme la tour de Pise… après plusieurs échanges de mails, un prestataire vient récupérer le colis défectueux pour analyse. Et depuis plus de nouvelles… pas de réponse aux mails. Mon meuble penché se trouve dans la nature sans remboursement. Une procédure va être lancée. Site à fuir… je vous conseille de commander votre meuble USM directement chez le fournisseur.

Une catastrophe !
Si je le pouvais, je mettrais 0 étoile !! Une commande effectuée fin novembre, toujours rien à 2 jours de Noël et personne n'était capable de me dire si j'allais recevoir mon colis un jour. Un service après-vente injoignable, que ce soit par mail ou par téléphone. Début janvier on m'a promis un remboursement, j'ai dû attendre et toujours rien, et toujours injoignable. Sans aucun geste commercial, j'ai enfin été remboursée cette semaine en devenant moins aimable et en menaçant des poursuites. Qu'un produit ne soit pas envoyé je peux comprendre, mais ce manque de communication, c'est intolérable ! Vous l'aurez compris : à fuir !!!

2 mois après commande et aucun colis
Commande faite le 29 Novembre d’un produit en stock. Sans nouvelles, le 19 Décembre ils me promettent l’envoi de ma commande. Le service client par téléphone n’a jamais été joignable. Je demande un remboursement et on me promet depuis le 13 Janvier un envoi express. Nous sommes le 21 et toujours rien. Aucune nouvelle du colis. Personne au téléphone. Pour une commande à plus de 600€… Aucun respect du client.

Je déconseille fortement ce e-commerçant
Après avoir passé commande sur l'e-shop il y a maintenant presque trois mois, je n'ai aucune information concernant la mise à jour de ma commande. Je n'ai eu aucune réponse à mes e-mails, appels ou messages Instagram. Le paiement a cependant bien été validé le jour de la commande. Il est inacceptable de laisser les clients sans suivi approprié ou de ne pas proposer un remboursement en cas de non envoi d'une commande.

Hello, I have not received any updates regarding my order placed on the e-shop over two months ago. I have had no response to my emails or calls. However, the payment has been successfully processed. It is unacceptable to leave customers without proper follow-up.Shall I start a legal action or contact DGCCRF?

Bon produit, délai de livraison beaucoup trop long, service client à améliorer
Bon produit, mais délai de livraison beaucoup plus long qu'annoncé (5-6 semaines au lieu de 1-2 semaines), et ce au prix d'une bonne dizaine d'appels au service client. Je comprends que Silvera a été victime d'une cyberattaque durant cette période, mais mon ressenti est que, si je n'avais pas lourdement insisté, je ne serais toujours pas livré.

Délais de livraison
Nous avions passé commande depuis le site Silvera pour deux tables basses le 13 octobre 2024. Les délais de livraison estimés étaient alors de 6 à 8 semaines. Nous venons seulement de recevoir notre commande, pratiquement 3 mois après (jour pour jour). Notre commande était en stock fin décembre et il aura fallu 3 relances téléphonique pour qu'elle soit enfin mise en livraison. Les retards ça arrive, les délais de livraison sont donnés à titre indicatif. Mais il faudrait être plus rigoureux sur les mises en livraison.
