Mouldy chocolates

I have been purchasing Rococo chocolates on and off for over 10 years. They were once a luxurious and high quality brand, they no longer are. Since the company was taken over by a large corporation (illy) the quality of their products has reduced, and today I received a gift box of chocolates that were mouldy. If you are looking for a high quality and luxurious chocolate product I would look elsewhere.

Disappointing Purchase

I just purchased two boxes of of the Sea Salt Milk Chocolate Thins and I have to say this new recipe is hugely disappointing. There's no chocolate finish and the discs taste very oily and lacking in cocoa. It seems to me that quality has gone out the door here. Although I perfer milk chocolate to plain I still want to receive that chocolate hit. I bought the same flavour in the bar the other week and that was delicious. I think playing around with the recipe has done these chocolates no favours. I shan't be buying them again.

Awful, dry, no, poor quality. No 'Boozy Cherry in sight

I have received some 'Dark Boozy Cherry Marzipan' chocolates as a Christmas gift, but not a hint of cherry or booze in sight. They are just balls of Marzipan covered in chocolate. I have tasted a better cheap Marzipan bar from Aldi. These cost £24 for 9 balls of Marzipan. Very dry, pretty tasteless. Unbelievable they these are marketed at luxurious chocolates. I have messaged on Instagram and sent an email with photographs of the inside of one chocolate. I have offered to return them (I have eaten 2 of the 9 as tried a second to see if it was perhaps just one 'faulty' chocolate with no cherry. I was then asked to prove my complaint to customer service by taking a photo of the inside of one chocolate, which i did. So there are 6 remaining. You can have them back for a full refund as they are not worth £2.40, let alone £24!. I have heard nothing back since sending my photos in.......I await a response.

Please help

Please help! My husband bought me a beautiful box of Orange and Dark Chocolate thins for Christmas. Spent a fortune! Just opened them. Best before 1 March 2025. On opening them, they were chips of wafer thin chocolates. I thought strange but unique! Smelt lovely. Tasted too bitter. Then noticed some whole ones and realised they were not as they were intended. I have photos but cannot work out how to upload them. The shop lady was lovely, and she doesn’t know yet about this experience. This must be a product issue which is why I am writing here. Please Rococo, give your opinion. I am hoping this is an isolated case, you will issue a replacement and assure all your lovely customers that occasionally these issues occur but are isolated and you will strive to correct so your products continue the expected quality standard. Thank you for your time Alison x

Basically, the designs are awesome. The t-shirt looks smart and is light, airy and very comfortable. As for my hoodie, yet again, brilliant designs, strong, comfy and the material is pretty much crease-proof. Absolutely disappointed with service. Rude ! Un empathetic. Spoilt my outfit for a close family wedding i have coming up however they dont seem to care as apparently i gave the measurements and am responsible for them however the outfit was stitched terribly material quality does not fit the price i paid! Nor does the tailoring. Just disaster. Thankfully my aunt who sews saved the outfit for me so thats the only reason im keeping it not putting it in the bin! Even my aunt said it would be hard to resurrect the appalling tailoring.

Item arrived in time. Well packed. As shown in pictures. No issues with my purchase. (I fell) the prices are decent. Had in issue with the invoice that showed the dipatch date of 2014 when I bought the item on 2021 but contacted Omsara on instagram and they replied the next morning with the correct invoice. Easy to contact, just give them some time, I'm sure they have a lot to deal with. The website could do with some fixing, the login page and history page is weird, which lead to me thinking the website is not genuine but seeing reviews here says otherwise I thought I would give it a go and not disappointed.

Terrible shopping experience! We ordered a some material for a pant suite on 5 October and nearly a month (30 th Nov) we cannot get any update as to when the material is going to be despatched. Phone calls are never answered. There is no facility on their website to provide any updates. The order conformation is a no-reply email. The only other method of getting in touch with Omsara is to use the email address: info@……., this is a generic email that does not relate directly to my account or to my order. Anyway I did write to info@……., and got a reply from someone at Omsara. Reference to my complains about the lack of information about delivery, They referred me to a generic statement about Covid effecting deliveries that is there on their website and that my order is now cancelled. Incredibly they also stated in the email that I am a ‘fraudulent customer’ and they are going to inform my credit card company accordingly. I am now waiting for a refund (can’t be that fraudulent if he has taken my money) and other consequences threatened by Omsara This has been a terrible shopping experience. Customers, please be aware you may be getting a nasty email from Omsara.

The kenwood brand is great 6.5 components

The kenwood brand is up there in quality as well as design and I love the inline crossover design, instead of a of a box for the crossover! The components that I bought are cheaper price then where I live plus free shipping! In the past when I've had any issues I call and they fix it right then and there. I appreciate there business! btw the components rock even with only 50 rms but 200 watts are great setup's if you can run them right and setting's.

Trash Vendor, with expensive Trash parts.

If I could leave a -0 review, trust me, I would. Long review here, but I am writing this to help you make a better decision when attempting to purchase from this vendor. here goes. On 3/26/24, I contacted the vendor (CraftAutoParts.com) by phone, and spoke with a representative Alan L., for an auto part for my vehicle. After speaking with the representative, I was told that the part would be a brand-new part and should not have any issues, the representative re- assured me before the purchase. I proceeded with the purchase for the item for my vehicle (Rear Differential) from the vendor Craft Auto Parts (High Springs City Boys) on 3/26/24 in the amount of $1,426.00. The part was delivered on (3/30/24). Although looked new, the Part was placed on my vehicle; however, the part was determined to be defective and did not work. On Tuesday (4/2/24), I contacted the vendor (Craft Auto Parts) representative Alan L. by phone to inform him that the part did not work. Alan then re-assured me that a return label will be sent after 24 hours. While in between, he mentioned they were working on a replacement part. After the 24-hour time-frame had elapsed, date being Wednesday, (4/3/24), I contacted the vendor by phone, and Alan again re-assured me that the company was “working on it, to generate a return label and initiate a replacement part and it takes sometime so keep patient”. I responded, “I am being patient, but the replacement part needs to be checked for accuracy and for malfunctioning and that this was a terrible inconvenience, and that I didn’t want to keep dealing with parts that are not working. Then Alan provided a “concise response” by saying “Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’re prioritizing a thorough check on the replacement part to ensure its accuracy and functionality. Rest Assured were committed to resolving this inconvenience for your promptly”. Again, I trusted that Alan would do the right thing by the consumer and proceed with providing customer service and the replacement part for which I had already paid & return label. On Thursday, April 4th, Alan was contacted again. The message that was received now said the following, “ it’s in the line- up we’re checking the malfunction issue for the damaged part and meanwhile getting ready the other one for replacement. Also, a return label so kindly co-operate let the quality department work.” However, but this time a return label still hasn’t been sent to me nor have I sent the returned part due to not having the returned label that was said to be sent after 24 hours. I then questioned Alan, “how are you all checking the malfunctioning part when I still have the part?" Response from Alan, “We are checking the malfunction as an issue if is possible to happen with the following part or not. And meanwhile proceeding with replacement part as well. So kindly wait and let us take our time”. I then messaged, “I am trying to wait patiently, please keep me informed regularly throughout this processed. Time is of the essence” April 5th, No update from Alan. Attempted to contact him by phone, No answer, no return call. However, a text message was received afterwards. It said the following, “I will reach out to the office and check the status”. After this message, I had enough of the promises, and no corrective actions on the company’s behalf while my vehicle was still not fixed from me purchasing a part that I thought I purchased from a reputable company. I responded, “I’m tired of the lies, and that I need my full refund.’ Alan then responded, “Now I’m not gonna give you a single reply, just send you the return label, and that there are no refunds. Thanks” After the last communication with Alan, I was then in contact with a new representative from the vendor, and we messaged about the refund process. I was told over and over to cancel the dispute with my bank by them, but at this point I had/have no trust or credit worthiness with this company and kept my dispute open with my bank. Since then, there was some communication back and forth, two months later after getting BBB involved, a resolution for me was a partial refund 1069.00 but I paid full total amount of ($1,426.00). because I’d sent back their part over a month ago, I requested a full refund several times, and I was told by the vendor that my money was stuck with the bank. There were inconsistent stories and no real truths given to me from this merchant. The auto part was deemed defective and did not work for my vehicle and that is the reason it was sent back, thus why I was seeking a full refund especially after they had their part in their possession since middle of April of 2024. In the end, I loss time, and money dealing with this vendor. Although, the company communicated, we received run-arounds. Buyer PLEASE BEWARE!! BBB was a life saver!

Receiving all the parts ordered on the date that the company said they would deliver with a valid tracking number

I ordered several parts 03-23-2023 I was sent a contract to be signed via Adobe. Craft Auto parts found one item on ebay with brush auto salvage for 390.00 I paid 532.99. The item was not both parts I ordered. I was supposed to receive it on 03-26-2023 I did not receive it until 04-14-2023. The item was not had broken parts and did not include shifter linkage I had ordered. I returned what I had received. After begging for a return label. My USPS tracking number sent a verification email proving the returned item was delivered on 05-02-2023. I forwarded a copy proving it was received by brush auto to Craft auto parts com I still have not received a refund. I contacted them by phone. They are hanging up on me. I have reported them to the federal trade commission and I am disputing the transaction with my bank.

We have just returned from a stay at Waterside Villa, Emerald Island Resort. This was our 3rd stay at a Villa Direct villa and our favourite villa so far. We've booked the same villa for next year as well and very pleased to have done so. The villa totally suited our needs and the location is perfect. It isn't overlooked and there are nice open views over water with a backdrop of bushes and trees. We found the villa to be clean and well-provided. But we must also extend our thanks to Villa Direct who we are very happy to recommend. On every occasion we have asked, we have found the company to be very responsive to our requests. We visit Orlando quite frequently and when searching for a villa we will always start looking with Villa Direct as our first port of call.

Timeless Memories

Stayed at Timeless Memories the week of July 4th. Started off by calling at 11:30 am to see if we can check in early and was told they needed to check with housekeeping and would call me back. Never received a call so decided to go check in at regular check in time. After noticing the house had not been cleaned and we cleaned a bit my family decided to go in the pool only to find out the heat we paid for was not working. The heater stated error. Called but since it was after hours on Saturday no call or response until Monday morning when I had to call them again. When I called they informed me the breaker switched and the pool was not heating. They sent someone over and said it was good to go. Then when we came back from the parks and went to use it again water was cold and wasn’t warm. After three days of going back and forth I was then told the spa did not have heat the owner did not pay for the conversion kit even though I was told it did. And since the pool was reaching 88-90 during the day the heat would not turn on. And they said they would just refund the cost of the pools. In between the time of dealing with the heat I had informed them The furniture was all stained and they sofas were falling apart. The floors were dirty and had not been cleaned. The house had not been dusted and the pictures they advertised did not look like the rooms. when I called to tell them the front door did not have a good lock and was half way off the wall, there were piles of dust on the vaulted window the bedding had not been washed the wood was chipping on their decorations and the cleanliness was not what I was expecting especially since I had to wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning to check in. I also had to pay for parking in a gated community which I found out after booking and this was never listed. Upon my final discussion with the management with Villa direct they stated they would offer me a one night refund since I was unhappy if I did not leave a negative review. That did not happen and then they stated the only way to give a refund was to send copies of my Id and I would have to sign papers stating me nor my family would leave a bad review. Very upsetting since I have rented from villa direct 1-2 times a year for the last 10 years and have never had this issue.

When we arrived with found some furniture in disrepair and the dishwasher broken and unusable for the week. in addition the house was advertised as having access to a small water park for the kids and we found this closed. In addition to the hardship of 10 people and no dishwasher on vacation the kids were disappointed about the water park.

Anxious but didn’t need to be

I was a little anxious when we booked after reading some of the reviews on BBB – but everything went well for our stay and some of the complaints and reviews don’t appear to be about the same company!? We just stayed in Champions Gate over Christmas 2022, travelling from the UK. Booking with Villadirect was easy and we saved about $550 by booking directly with them compared to other websites with the same homes. Payment and the arrival information given was simple to understand and Lisa was very helpful when we called before our arrival. The check-in was easy with the information and directions that they emailed to us and the house was even better than the photos showed (it’s just been upgraded and repainted). We did have one problem with a TV in the house, but someone came out the same day and showed us how to operate the remote currently. We’re recommend them to anyone coming to stay in Orlando.

Very bad customer services when it comes to maintenance so far

We have dealt with Julie Twist since last year and continue to deal with them as our agency. We’ve had many maintenance issues that we had to wait over a week for just for someone to come have a look, such as a shower that’s constantly making a very loud and continuous noise. The shower went cold and we were told we had to wait. It took over a week, which meant we couldn’t have a shower for a whole week! Also, another issue was when we had moved in we found out that the bathroom door didn’t close and we have little young children. We emailed them previous times to ask someone to come fix the old window with no lock due to the dangerous situation because of our young children. They took months to come and put in a new one. Now we have an ongoing problem of the same issue with the shower, where the water has gone cold and the noise of the shower is nonstop. It’s so loud that you can hear it all the way down in the kitchen. It’s causing distress to our baby’s sleep and day naps as the bathroom with the noise is right next to our bedroom where the baby sleeps

Seem this inept company are unable to learn from their mistakes, just wish I had looked into them before wasting my time. First delivery - received wrong product Second delivery - received wrong dimensions Requested refund, told this would be processed and received within 5-7working days. Despite this, on day 8, No refund, got in touch yet again, told it would be received by end of day, still not received. Got in touch, AGAIN, only to find that nothing had been actioned all this time. I am finally back where I started over 1.5 months later. Such a shame that this company can’t put measures in place to prevent these basic errors from reoccurring. I’d be worried if I were an employee, with my livelihood at the risk of such endemic mismanagement.

would not deal with these again, we booked a order in January, two weeks after we phoned to ask where it was, answer was, it would be there in two day, a week later no plastic, another two days they said, another month no sheeting, they then must have read this review, it was delivered more or less in two days, two months after ordering, no apology or any thing, then, as time went on we had this phone call from the firm to say they had been taken over this Lady apologised after we went through all our complaints, said she would refund our PP of £9-75 yes it was put back in my bank three days later,

1st rate 5 years ago and 1st rate again yesterday!

I confess, I am a grumpy curmudgeon, I hate it when people/companies promise things and do not deliver, however, I am always surprised, delighted and give credit when not only do I get what was promised, but I get excellent service while the thing was being done. This is the case with Eco Haus. I self-built my home and used their Internorm windows and doors throughout, not only was I delighted with the product but also the service and attention to detail. That was 5 years ago! Recently we had a problem with the back door because a seal was loose. Aimee made all the arrangements and communicated efficiently with us over times etc and Stuart, the engineer came out when promised, he was very polite, listened to the explanation of the problem, fixed it quickly and even adjusted the door slightly to account for settlement, wear etc since installation. All perfect again. Excellent!

Good quality UPVC windows - but watch the contract terms

We were impressed at two trade shows with Inter-norm windows. We placed an order for 9 triple glazed white UPVC windows at £9800 in February 2022 which was fulfilled in May. The quality of the Windows is good with smooth keyless opening tilt and turn mechanisms. The frames are solid and are finished well compared to cheaper makes of UPVC windows. We did pay for installation at £1500. The guys that came were professional in approach and finished off the external join to brickwork with Neoprene in one day which looks good. Customer Contact is reasonably good through out the process although you do get passed from department to department within Ecohaus so you feel like being processed like a sausage through to the end. You end up paying 95% of the cost before any delivery or installation takes place which gives limited opportunity for any problems. I would have these windows again and will seek a quote for the next building from Inter-norm Two big criticisms: First the contract they write is generic and electronic; there is no opportunity to question contract terms or change them some these terms are draconian and one sided. They even sign it for you! Second, you are asked to sign that you are completely satisfied on an I-phone the day that installation takes place, This is unreasonable; I believe this may infringe UK consumer protection rights and everyone knows that they won't come back to fix a problem if you find an issue the next day. Because of this Inter-norm, you loose two stars.

Terrible experience using this company

Terrible experience using this company. I was sold sliding doors with cill steps and upstands to edge. Told on fitting it had been missed. From there it just gets worse. £38k later (which you have to pay upfront) I have leaking windows and a back door fitted at wrong height because it was incorrectly measured at the survey. The fitters were cowboys (all ex bricklayers they told me when I startedd to question their skills) and I understand they have all now been sacked. All windows very badly fitted, used poor sealant with lots of gaps. I've had to go and buy tubes of decent sealant and re-do most areas myself. Their one excellent fiiter - Pedro - I so wish we'd been assigned him - has been out to investigate the many problems and he's confirmed that incorrect protocols followed for fitting and very bad job. Pedro wrote a report but so far nobody at the company has contacted me with follow up/next steps. I have left a message, no call back. The only contact I receive is from their installations department who regularly email to ask if I'm ready to sign off! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

EcoHaus installed 7 windows, a very large sliding patio door & a Raff-F Venetian blind system to our house. I am MCIOB & very experienced in construction. We found EcoHaus to be very attentive and offered by far the highest level of product understanding & advice of the 4 Internorm suppliers in the south of England. They also were the best price - the only company to fully pass on the triple for the price of double discount offered in 2020. Russ Hopkins on sales was great - very open about costs & Craig Luff (Director) was always there with in-depth technical help as we developed our specification. Internorm windows are high end performance & the product is European - made in Austria, thus a degree of reviewing of the product technical options is a useful undertaking, particularly if one intends to retrofit with these. Equally as all windows are made to order in a single factory in Austria (not 'under licence' buy a number of factories like many other similar products) it is quite normal for manufacture & delivery to take 10-14 weeks, even for Austrians... With Covid in 2020 that lead-in period did extend for us a couple of weeks as one would expect - not unexpected. If you want top-end performance, like anything else, a wait is to be expected. EcoHaus kept us well informed & all dates were kept to. Delivery was well organised & the EcoHaus fitting team was very polite & their work quality was exceptional. A tip - unless you are really experienced & strong don't try to fit these windows yourself, they are very heavy. It's a saving not worth making. For the first time I've slept in peace - no more suburban traffic rumble, the sound insulation of Internorm windows is amazing, and the heat insulation is too. The sliding patio door glides with almost no effort & the double sealed airlock at the joint between the doors is perfect - the best on the market, go check and see if anyone else can seal between the doors better...? I would have no concern in recommending EcoHaus & Internorm windows.

The moment we decided that EcoHaus Internorm were our chosen provider of windows,doors and bifolds for our self build it became obvious that it was the right decision.We met with Nick on several occasions at the Nailsworth showroom and nothing was too much trouble. Looking at our new home the quality and aesthetic appeal is there for everyone to see. The product is of course only as good as the those who do the fitting.The superlatives to describe Pedro and Josh are many. They really were outstanding! Nous avons acquis une véranda de 20 m2 en 2019, installation et maçonnerie nickel, rien à redire. Par contre ma note concerne le SAV, car là ça se gate... Nous avons eu des fuites des gouttieres, lors des épisodes de pluies et dès le départ, des techniciens étaient revenus pour y remédier mais en vainc... Au fil des annees les fuites deviennent de plus en plus importantes, suite prise de contact avec le sav, ce dernier m'a répondu que les problemes de gouttieres n'entrent pas dans la garantie ! Une honte quand on voit le prix qu'elle nous a couté... Deception

Il faut bien pousser une première porte derrière laquelle monsieur DA SILVA nous reçoit dans son univers, il me semble que je n'ai eu aucune place pour quelques questions que ce soit tant le contenu de son discours est plus que complet qualitatif et tout juste professionnel ... il parait passionné mais une chose est sûre c est qu il vous émerveille, vous projette, et vous donne l’envie …. Alors on signe.Le début de notre aventure ne s’arrête pas là, car, ce monsieur est couronné d'une équipe tout juste extra. En effet, une livraison programmée et avertie en temps et en heure, un partenaire tout aussi pro, je ne vous en dis plus.... Puis vient l'équipe de poseurs, et là c'est évidemment la cerise sur le gâteau. Un duo tout autant passionné, techniquement irréprochable et très professionnel. Le résultat est optimum … notre charentaise se fait un luxe …. grand respect et grand merci à toute l'équipe … allez-y 100% le Coeur léger. Moi je ne suis pas prête d’oublier cette luxueuse prestation.

I did not give Ilajak a 5-star rating because they have a few small areas to shore-up but overall, they provided an outstanding service that I highly recommend. I’m unsure of the criticism that was leveled by a previous reviewer, but what they have posted is absolutely not what I experienced. I traveled from the US to Istanbul for a gastric sleeve revision. I had a gastric sleeve surgery performed in my home country 10 years ago and due to a number of complications, the sleeve failed. I contacted Ilajak, noting the urgency of my situation, and was scheduled to have surgery within 2-weeks. I was already on a liquid diet so that made it possible to be scheduled on such short notice. I met with my surgeon, Dr Kanaan (sp), for evaluation and after a thorough examination, he recommended that I opt for a transit loop partition surgery instead of a gastric sleeve revision. Many doctors have simply performed the standard surgeries used in weight loss clinics, but this special surgery was recommended to produce the most optimal results. Everything was tailored specifically for me and after my questioning, I felt comfortable with his recommendations. My surgery was scheduled for the very next day and everything went well and I was not in any significant pain. I had a private hospital room that was well equipped. Meals were bought on schedule even though I was prohibited from eating for the first 48 hours. The nursing staff was stellar. The nurses really made me comfortable and were always available if I needed their assistance. My resistance to issuing the 5th star above is something that I discussed with the Ilajak team and so posting it here will not be a surprise. My only complaint was the lack of an itinerary. It would be nice to know what the schedule is for each day leading up to the surgery and what to expect. I was given notification by WhatsApp usually the night before an event to be ready for pickup at the hotel lobby at a certain time. It would be better if there were a printed schedule of what to expect each day, understanding that there may need to be some flexibility in the appointment times. Secondly, if an appointment is scheduled for 10AM, then the team needs to make sure that we are on time for the appointment. Oftentimes, we were told to be ready to go at 10AM but the driver would not show up until 10:15 or 10:30. Getting to the hospital and waiting for an hour since you were late, is not a good feeling and so I am with-holding that 5th star to give them something to work on. They can be much more organized with their scheduling and time management. Otherwise, it was an amazing experience. I had a wonderful team to work with. I did not get the feeling that they were about money. While that may be different for others, I did not get that feeling. Some services are more expensive than others but cheaper isn’t always better. I can assure you that for the money, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of services that I received. I will be going back to Turkey to follow up with the Ilajak team not because I have to, but because I want to. I want them to see the progress I’ve made and hopefully help reassure others that this is an excellent group to work with. I highly recommend.

Acabo de tener una experiencia surrealista con esta empresa. Me traen un canapé q no cabe por la escalera y se niegan a pasármelo desde el suelo a una terraza por política de empresa. El caso q se lo llevan y además me van a cobrar los portes. En mi opinión así venderán pocos productos. Ojo a todos q lean esta reseña, antes de pedir nada a esta empresa tengan mucho cuidado, todo pegas, soluciones 0. Surrealista, además había desmontado ya la cama, me han dejado sin cama. NUNCA MAS COLCHONES AZNAR, mención especial el señor q lo ha traído, todo eran pegas, ninguno solución, parecía q se quería ir a almorzar. Con ese operario pocos muebles venderán/ montarán, increíble su actitud, sólo veía peligro en todo q le he propuesto. Un fenómeno. Edito: en ningún momento me ha ofrecido la posibilidad de hacerlo por mi cuenta, es más, les he ofrecido la posibilidad de pasármelo ellos desde el suelo y yo arriba ( en altura yo ) en la terraza. No sé q peligro suponia eso para ellos. Lo único q he percibido desde el minuto uno q este señor no quería mover ni un dedo, todo pegas y ninguna solución. Vuelvo a editar: Muy bien me parece, ojalá todos los trabajadores estuviésemos igual de protegidos por nuestras empresas, buenos días!!.

Awful Customer Service - Still not Dispatched

A week after ordering and, despite their website saying they dispatch within 1-2 days, my items haven’t even left the warehouse. I received a generic email from the company saying that my order has been delayed for at least another 10 days if not longer. When I contacted them personally, they didn’t even bother to respond. I paid a lot of money for a selection of vitamin supplements that I need to be taking now for the sake of my health, not at some undetermined point in the future when this waste-of-time company decide to get their arses into gear. Now I’m down about £49 with nothing to show for it. Avoid at all costs!

Andrew was amazing when he came out, no question was too silly and he was so knowledgeable and happy to explain what he was recommending and why it would/could be better. He helped me go over my options and we came up with my chair specs together. Once the office had my order (and I remembered to add a belt!) and my deposit, off the order went to the manufacturer. Who managed to fluff up twice. First they sent the wrong chair, then the right chair with no back. Disappointed didn't cover it, but after Anna passed me on to Karen, she assured me she was chasing them and we were going to get it sorted, and Karen definitely got it sorted. It was a few months late, not due to Recare, but my chair arrived (thank you Andrew!) and it's perfect. I'm super happy with my chair, I couldn't have done it without Andrews knowledge and Karen chasing the manufacturer for me. Definitely worth the wait, even if I was beyond frustrated at points. Thank you so much guys.

Het gehele proces is van A to Z uitstekend verlopen: goed advies, snel overleg met de glaszetter etc.De bijdrage van de gemeente direct van de factuur afgetrokken. Binnen een dag de aanvraag gedaan voor de overheidssubsidie ( kosteloos). Nog een extra pluim voor Beekman Glas, de uitvoerder; binnen een dag alles geplaatst, nieuwe hardhouten glaslatten, rondom gelakt( ook de kopse kanten). Een super team van vier man. Teleurstellend. Na aanmelding zouden er twee emails gestuurd worden. Daarvan is er maar een ontvangen (ook niet in spam). Huisbezoek was ok maar leverde niet echt nieuwe inzichten op. Het verslag was niet nuttig. De kostenraming was erg globaal en een stuk hoger dan wat de gemiddelde prijs was volgens google voor dit soort maatregelen. Er waren bij het huisbezoek ook verschillende opties besproken. Het was niet duidelijk voor welke optie de kostenraming was. Verder waren alle subsidies gebaseerd op de bedragen van 2024 maar als je dat verslag op 26 dec stuurt dan kun je op je vingers natellen dat je naar de voorwaarden voor 2025 moet kijken. Verder 2x twee vragen naar de helpdesk gestuurd n.a.v. het verslag. Beide keren werd maar een vraag beantwoord en ook niet echt correct. Tot slot werd er nog gesuggereerd om evt een warmtepomp te nemen en het extra stroomverbruik te compenseren door 3 extra zonnepanelen te installeren. Dan zouden daarmee de extra elektriciteitskosten opgevangen worden. Klaarblijkelijk is het nog niet doorgedrongen bij winstuitjewoning dat de salderingsregeling afgeschaft gaat worden en dat die warmtepomp vooral draait in de winder als er weinig opbrengst is van zonnepanelen. Alles bij elkaar een verspilling van eur 29 voor het huisbezoek (een bedrag wat overigens vooraf ook wel beter gecommuniceerd had mogen worden).

Min oplevelse hos Volkswagen Valby var desværre langt fra tilfredsstillende. Da jeg bookede tid, blev jeg telefonisk oplyst, at reparationen ville koste 1.700 kr. Men da jeg afleverede bilen fra morgenstunden, fik jeg pludselig at vide, at prisen ikke omfattede skift af pollenfilter, og at den samlede pris derfor steg til 2.300 kr. Denne ekstraudgift blev ikke nævnt på forhånd, og jeg følte mig sat i en situation, hvor jeg ikke havde noget valg. Derudover blev jeg lovet, at bilen ville blive vasket som en del af servicen. Da jeg hentede den, var den dog stadig beskidt, hvilket var skuffende, da jeg havde en klar forventning om, at aftalen ville blive overholdt. Jeg havde også bedt om en vurdering af bilen i forbindelse med et eventuelt salg, men denne vurdering har jeg endnu ikke modtaget, selvom det blev aftalt. Samlet set har oplevelsen været præget af manglende gennemsigtighed og løfter, der ikke blev indfriet. Det efterlader et dårligt indtryk, og jeg kan desværre ikke anbefale værkstedet. Det er meget godt i beder mig kontakte jer, men jeg har så ikke høre noget fra jer, efter jeg har sendt en mail. Det virker useriøst.

Må bare sige at selvom jeg generelt er ked af de mange problemer med min ID7. Og selvom kommunikationen i Selmer generelt kunne være langt langt bedre. Så er VW Valby et meget hjælpsomt sted og et fantastisk hjælpsomt personale, som virkeligt prøver alt hvad de kan at afhjælpe de problemer, jeg har oplevet med Weconnect og nøglefri betjening på min ID7. Havde en dejlig oplevelse ved køb af min nye bil en elbil første gangs køber fik en grundig gennemgang de 2 sælger i Valby har styr på deres ting virkelig flinke og tusind tak til Patrick så jeg kunne køre derfra med en tryk fornemmelse kan kun anbefale det sted hvis du skal købe en bil

God service Jeg har lige haft min bil til service og syn i samme moment. Alt forløb perfekt, og jeg fik desuden en god betjening - både pr. telefon og af medarbejderne i Valby :-)

Bestilt tid til service. Det blev ikke udført.

Jeg havde bestilt tid til service, afleverer bilen kl. 11:30 og får at vide at den er klar senst kl. 15. Da jeg kommer kl. 15 for at hente den har de ikke kigget på den. Der har ikke været nogen information eller kommunikation om at der er problemer, hverken da jeg afleverer bilen eller efterfølgende. Sælgeren fortæller: "Vi har haft lidt travlt pga. af sygdom. Det beklager vi". Jeg spørger om de bare kan se på den nu. "Nej, værkstedet lukker kl. 15. Skal vi finde en anden dag?". Det bliver et "nej tak!". Det er en useriøs måde at drive forretning på og en arrogant behandling af sine kunder. Jeg vil forvente at en forretning af deres størrelse kan overholde deres aftaler på trods af sygdom. Andre steder håndterer man den slags ved enten at kalde en ekstra mekaniker ind eller få en til at lave et par timers overarbejde.

En virkelig god oplevelse fra start til slut. Servicen er helt i top og jeg har helt sikker tænkt mig at bruge Volkswagen Valby fremover.

Very good

We visited the show room in Valby several times and we were assisted by both Mathias and Patrick. They are both very welcoming, friendly and available. Comunication was clear and easy and especially they adjust delivery day to our needs.

Utrolig hjælpsom, selvom bilen ikke er købt hos dem

Jeg er overrasket over den ekstraordinære service og personlighed, som jeg oplevede ved at besøge dem. I mit virke som håndværker, så har jeg igennem anden forhandler købt en Volkswagen, hvortil gennemgangen ikke var tilfredstillende. Jeg kørte forbi butikken i Valby, og blev mødt at Patrick, som uden tøven hjalp mig og gav mig inputs, gode råd og en kop kaffe. Dette må jeg altså sige, sikke en service, indlevelse og møde i øjenhøjde, selvom bilen faktisk ikke var købt hos dem. Dette skal man lede længe efter! Stor respekt herfra.

Købte en brugt bil af dem og hele…

Købte en brugt bil af dem og hele forløbet gik super fint Min sælger Patrick var meget behagelig, jeg fik en lang prøve tur og efterfølgende blev mine mange mails med spørgsmål svaret inden for 30min. ud over det fik jeg en god pris for min gamle bil.Tak for handlen.
