Excellent Salon
I have been going to Kristina’s salon for a couple of years now and she’s been nothing but lovely and genuine. She’s always respected me and respected every new life that comes in, and instantly make them feel comfortable and at ease. Not only is she a kind hard working woman, she does hair beautifully. Hence why I keep coming back to her, so definitely recommend coming to her because she will change your hair for the better. Once again she is a lovely woman.

Excellent personalised service. Highly recommend
I have been going to this salon every 6 weeks for well over three years (I xxept during lockdowns ofcourse), as I live five minutes walk away and have my roots done regularly. I have always been very happy with the results. Kristina is absolutely lovely. She is kind and considerate and treats everyone with respect. I have only had good experiences here and can not recommend highly enough. It took me ages to find a hairdresser I was happy with and the fact I keep going back is proof of my positive experiences.

Try out your local salons, they actually might surprise you
At first I was a bit apprehensive in coming to Kristina&Ben hair salon, as I typically never try out local salons. However, I have it a shot and I am so glad that I went to her. I asked for a full head highlights, a kerastaste treatment and blow dry. Kristina did my hair wonderfully, it feels amazing and the colour looks so good- I am thoroughly impressed and I enjoyed my experience at the salon. I would definitely recommend coming to her salon.

This is a review that I wish I didn’t have to write, a review that I shouldn’t have to write, but that I feel I MUST write as someone who is firmly against any form of ignorance and racial prejudice. I want to make it clear that this review is NOT an attempt to ruin the business of a hardworking self-employed woman, but rather an attempt to prevent anyone else from having the same upsetting experience that I had yesterday, and also to, hopefully, give the salon owner some food for thought in how one should not engage with ones clients. Had she not already begun to put the foils in my hair when she started to air her views, I would have made a quick exit, but as it was too late for that, I sat and listened to her, biding my time, having decided to have a word with her at the end of my appointment. She shared how her daughter had met some “undesirable” friends at uni – Black, Filipino (“They are bitchy!”) and Indian. Bad friends that would "brainwash" her daughter apparently. She said she’d previously found out her daughter was dating a black boy, and that this would “Ruin my life and her life too!” and that “All a black boy wants is a white girl”’ (I couldn’t believe that she thought it was perfectly acceptable to utter such words) Whilst she was finishing my foils, a young white British female client came in. The client mentioned that a friend of hers, who is Indian, used rose water in her hair, and the salon owner replied that Indian people get bald when they’re sixty as they use rose water. “Have you seen people with any worse hair than Indians?” I was sitting taking notes on my phone throughout, not wanting to forget anything I had heard, not that I could… Usually the treatment I book for a full head of highlights takes 4 hours (highlights, Olaplex treatment, cut and blow-dry), but I was out in just over two hours. I was told the treatment (Olaplex wasn’t used in this case) was free for first time clients, but it clearly wasn’t left in my hair for long enough as although the top layers of my hair are quite soft, underneath it’s like straw, over processed and stressed as if I had used a home bleach kit. I have never experienced this previously at any other salon (I had to visit a local salon this morning, who suggested an intense hair treatment product to help replenish the lost moisture which will hopefully return my hair to its previous healthy condition). I found “KristinaandBen” online, the gallery of images looked amazing, and I foolishly believed that their high number of followers, 10.9 k, was real, and that this would be a good salon to try out. My much more savvy daughter later pointed out that these were not real followers as each photo posted only has a few likes – you live and you learn! Anyway, back to the main reason why I am writing this review. Back in the chair as she gives my hair a trim, she goes on and on about how beautiful my hair is and how Swedes have the most beautiful hair in the world, and how we all have blue or green eyes I told her that this is not the case! (We come in all hair, skin, and eye colours, believe it or not)She asked me twice if my daughter had the same beautiful blonde hair as me, first time I’ve ever been asked that question. I replied that she had beautiful thick, dark brown hair, and waited to tell her the rest. As I had paid and was ready to close the door behind me, I turned around and told her that I am the mother of a Mixed-Race child, who coincidentally has both African and Indian heritage, and that I found her views deeply hurtful and offensive. I added that she will have other white clients like me with non-white children, who will also take great offence to her views. She came over, gave me a hug (which threw me a bit) and said – "I’ll let this be my wake-up call." I told her that we are living in London, a multi-cultural city, and that she must be much more careful with what she says to her clients. You expect a trip to the hairdressers to be an uplifting one - this was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I was fighting tears of anger, sadness, and disgust as she aired her ignorant and racist views, as if it was ok for her to do this simply because I am white, and as if my skin-colour would automatically mean that I’d be sharing her views? This is NOT ok.. It is something I may have expected to experience in the Deep South, but not in London, one of the most multicultural cities on the planet. And like myself, she is also a foreigner in this city, which makes her behaviour all the more baffling. Am hoping that the salon owner will indeed let this be her wakeup call, not just for the sake of her future customers, but also for her to discover how wonderful life can be when you live it with an open heart.

Avoid at all costs!!!!! They are scammers!!!!!! They will not authorise my return and they take over a week to respond to messages. They are clearly buying for time until the return window closes!!! Update: they responded as soon as I started a paypal dispute, funny that!!! I payed for the return and got my refund so I'll give them credit for that but I still wouldn't buy from them again.

Got there eventually, wont use them again
I ordered an ‘in stock’ part thinking i would have the part well within a week as per most online orders, i was wrong. After a few days of inactivity i chased up the part and was told it would be with the delivery company the next day, this was a lie. 2 weeks later i chase the part again explaining that if it isnt in the post the next day id source the part elsewhere, hey presto the part gets posted. No apology or explanation. What a shambles

An amazing service
An amazing service. I couldn’t believe how quickly I received a Toyota RAV4 fuel neck ordered on the AM Car Parts website. Received, free postage, overnight from London to my address in West Cumbria. I would highly recommend if you want quality parts, reasonably priced, and quickly.

Easy internet ordering
I ordered a fairly expensive car part from them and they advised me that there were two size options. The company were most helpful at making sure I got the correct one and when it arrived it was indeed correct. They were very helpful throughout and I was very satisfied with their service and the price charged. There was no extra cost for delivery by courier. All went well and my car is fully operational again. Thankyou!

I have never dealt with a company like this they take your money and u don't get your goods for ages so u ring them asking where your parcel is they say you'll get it the day after and it takes 3 days because they haven't Evan sent it out for delivery worst company ever I do not recommend them at all , I'll never use them again I advise no one does

Retourenlabel nicht erhalten, Geld wurde aber abgebucht
Bisher hatte ich relativ gern hier bestellt und musste auch noch nichts zurücksenden. Nun ist der Fall doch mal eingetroffen und ich wollte eine Latzhose, die in echt doch nicht so schön aussah zurücksenden. Also habe ich auf der Plattform ein Retourenlabel gekauft (10€), das Geld wurde abgebucht, jedoch habe ich das Retourenlabel immer noch nicht erhalten. Vom Kundenservice gab es auch noch keine Rückmeldung. Ich bin einfach enttäuscht und werde die Latzhose wohl nun behalten müssen, da ich ganz sicher nicht nochmal bei der Post auf eigene Kosten einen Versandschein kaufe. Wirklich ärgerlich und somit 10€ umsonst ausgeben. Zukünftig werde ich wohl bei anderen Online-Shops bestellen, die kundenfreundlicher sind. Edit: Nach der Antwort von Konges Slojd auf diese Bewertung habe ich nochmal an den Kundenservice geschrieben und heute mein Retourenlabel erhalten. Jetzt hoffe ich, dass die Retoure unkompliziert verläuft. Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung und Hilfe. Es wäre auch echt Schade gewesen hier nicht mehr zu bestellen, denn die Sachen sind so toll :)

Excellent service
Got caught out with lead times on lintels when I initially ordered, both from condell and from other builders merchants, as I required a less common type. Rang condell to see what they could do and they spent the time to ring manufacturers to find which ones were available for fastest dispatch. They sorted me out for the three lintels I needed, delivered within a week. Price was better than other merchants as well, and the delivery change wasn't very much. Great service.

Brilliant service!
We wanted 2 lintels and Condell were by far the cheapest even with the delivery charge to Leicestershire. We were a little concerned about negative reviews on here to be honest. I spoke to Marc Jacobs regarding a few queries we had and decided to go ahead and order. He responded immediately late on Monday afternoon and we received the lintels on Wednesday lunchtime - fabulous service! The quality of the lintels is great and we would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending to others.

Sales team were very good at keeping in contact and had a hassle free experience when I asked to change delivery date for a catnic lintel. The delivery driver did not complete on my specified day as they didn't knock or call when they arrived, but Condell were great at rearranging and keeping me up to date to make sure everything arrived safely. Very poor delivery service. Like every other builders merchants these days once they’ve taken your money , they are sticking 2 fingers up at you. I ordered 2 lintels off them for Radcliffe Manchester and before I paid I asked when they’d be delivered. You pay £60 for delivery by the way. They give you all the pitch it will be within 2 working days…. Here I am 2 weeks on. One lintel turned up. Jobs been stopped for 2 weeks through them. Avoid…. Source local.

Not worthy, spend your money elsewhere
Disgusting service. Give out delivery dates they don't stick to, with no update, explanation or apology, so don't be too hopefully if you're waiting in for your items. When mine arrived it looked like it'd been in the bullring - squashed, bent, packaging a mess! I wouldn't be too hopeful if you're expecting your items to be new either. I phoned to arrange a return, I could tell straight away they were going to make it difficult, their advice = put it on Ebay, or an extortionate collection charge. Absolutely shocking. Can you imagine taking something back to lets say, a supermarket, and being told to put it on Ebay? I'm not talking about a £10 item here either, I'm out of pocket over £150. A company that delivers damaged items, out of timescale, and then makes it impossible to return them does not deserve anyone's business in this day and age.

Customer service needs work
Very competitive prices and quick delivery with no issues. Unfortunately their customer service is pretty poor for anything other than a straightforward sale. We were looking for a return/exchange but it was impossible to get hold of the original sales person, and apparently no one else was able to deal with it. Tried emailing and calling several times over about a week before giving up and going elsewhere. Could be just a staffing/process issue but certainly felt like they couldn't be bothered to get involved. Unfortunately doubt we'll be using them again.

Great price and excellent service here. I needed an unusual lintel (spec and length) and spoke to Matt who was very helpful. He told me they were shown as stock but I asked him to check in yard as have been caught like that before which he willingly did and confirmed. Told me delivery date and explained that might take + 5 days because they use contract delivery and it was a large heavy item but it arrived next day as suggested. Definitely buy from Condell again.

A friendly, personalized experience
We went through with BLS with Michael S. and Kayleigh M. on our case for a relatively straight forward free hold terrace house purchase. It took 10 weeks from instruction to completion. Throughout the process there were some minor twists and I had to call the firm couple of times a week for 2-3 weeks. Whenever I had to phone BLS, whomever took the call, be it Kayleigh, Zinonas or Ami - they always answered my call with friendly demeanor and trying their best to help. The service provided by BLS has a bit of personal touch, being a family business and all - for example their 'guide to conveyance' pack, besides the dry legal stuff to beware of, had a bit about reminding you to bring a kettle and other bits and bobs when moving in! Can't say much if your case is complicated because mine was not - but if your purchase / sale is quite straight forward and you want a friendly, communicative firm - BLS is one to recommend.

Moteur commandé en novembre 2021 pour plus de 4000€. Reçu plus d’un mois plus tard, l’emballage était intact, mais le carter et le bloc étaient cassés (chute probablement). Cela fait plus de 6 mois qu’ils me baladent, en me disant au téléphone que le SAV ne se gère que par mail, en me disant que le litige a été transmis à DHL, qu’ils vont relancer DHL, etc... Bien évidemment aucune réponse aux mails depuis plus de 3 mois. Obligé d’appeler d’un autre téléphone pour qu’ils répondent. Entre temps j’ai acheté un moteur neuf chez VW. Il ne reste plus que la solution de se taper 950kms et d´aller directement récupérer son argent au siège…

Je recupère ma voiture et roule environ 1000 km et re panne avec la boite de vitesse, meme symptome que la 1ere fois (je suis en vacances loin de mon domicile) j'appelle le sav boitevitesse.com et on me suggère de renvoyer la boite pour expertise, imaginez vous êtes en vacances, vous devez trouver un garagiste qui vous démonte la boite de vitesse, trouvez un transporteur pour la dite boite qui doit être réexpédiée en Allemagne pour expertise. Le pire service de ma vie. J ai commande un moteur qui devait etre livre sous 10 jours aujourd'hui 1 mois apres je ne suis toujours pas livre. Ils ne cessent de me donner des dates fictives. Lors que je demande un remboursement ils disent d'attendre d'etre "livre" et de refuser la commande. Personne ne prend la moindre responsabilite et ils se rejettent tous la balle.

I requested that my Ford pickup be delivered from Texas to California (1500 miles). The vehicle was available for pick-up. Titan Movers Inc. located a trucker for pickup. I received an email indicating that the trucker would come in 20 minutes. I had 20 minutes to travel from the grocery store to my residence. I arrived on time, and the truck had been stolen. The truck was delivered. Excellent service, 100% recommended. The amount was $1269, but I was relieved and certain that my truck would arrive without any online scams.

I had a terrible experience with Switch and Baid Car Shipment, and I strongly advise others to stay away. From the beginning, the communication was poor, with delayed responses and vague answers regarding my car's status. They initially promised a specific delivery timeframe, but my vehicle arrived weeks late with no proper updates or accountability. The worst part? When my car finally arrived, it had noticeable scratches and minor dents, which were definitely not there before shipping. When I tried to raise a complaint, customer service was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. They kept passing the blame and avoided any compensation or even a proper explanation. Additionally, the pricing was misleading. They quoted one price initially but added unexpected fees at the last minute, leaving me with no choice but to pay more than I had budgeted. Overall, Switch and Baid lacks professionalism, transparency, and proper customer service. If you care about your vehicle and your money, stay far away and choose a more reputable shipping company. Bait & Switch Lie, Lie, & LIES!
What i was told when i bought this package and what i was told i would get by this outfit once i got to Vegas were 2 different stories. I was going to get 2 airline tickets on any airline for any travel in the continental US for up to $00 a ticket. A meal at the Brazilian steakhouse an 2 show tickets. When i called to book the room in Vegas she knew nothing about that and offered nothing other that an additional hotel charge for the room! I booked at the Horseshoe, which was $39/night they would cover VacationOffer.com - not including resort fees and parking, which i expected. But the $ i paid for the package was more than that $3x4 nights. They tried to hit my credit card for $500 for not attending the presentation- but my credit card texted me " Is this a scam?" They seemed to know these guys! I told them to reject the charge and my card was cancelled. After reading these reviews - I don't doubt the %* ones are fake. Glad i didn't go in the Uber since i could have been left up to me to get back to the hotel as was the case with a couple of the 1* reviews here If i attended i would not have bought anything since none of the bonus offers were included " what? we'll have to listen to the confirmation call " and nothing from them after that. No reply if i would get what i was promised. Didn't expect to as i had to pay ANOTHER hotel charge if i wanted a nicer hotel- not what i was told, i could have my pick except on blackout dates. As for the excuse "that's a 3rd party marketing co," - well that is your problem- not mine. Oh but it is mine, as i wouldn't bother to try to hold this shyster VacationOffer.com accountable since i can tell from these reviews that would be wasted effort. NO SALE.

Wir haben über eine andere Webseite eine Reise gebucht, da hat sich anschließend nach der Bewertung dieser in der eMail dieser Dienstleister hier als Bewertungportal (?) herausgestellt. Wenn es darum geht, war die Bewertung auf der Webseite zur Reisebuchung einfach, hier im zur Verfügung gestellten Bewertungsdienstleister finde ich eher überflüssig. Wenn ich mein Auto in einer Autowerkstatt reparieren lasse und diese Bewerte möchte ich nicht noch für jede verwendete Herkunftsschraube eine abgeben ;)

Für den User nutzlose Fake-Plattform Es ist trotz Beweisen nicht möglich ein Unternehmen das nachweislich mutwillig seine Kunden schädigt negativ zu bewerten. Ausgezeichnet nimmt offensichtlich lieber das Geld der Unternehmen die einen Account haben als ein objektives Bewertungsportal zu sein. Schade aber für mich ist ausgezeichnet damit kein Portal mehr dem ich persönlich vertraue. Antwort auf Aussage zu meiner Bewertung: Ausgezeichnet.org macht es dem Kunden in Ihrem sogenannten "Mediationsverfahren" so schwer, dass man als Bewertender eher aufgibt weil es den Aufwand gar nicht wert ist. Ich habe nach Aufforderung sämtlichen E-mail Verkehr des Händlers eingereicht um klar und objektiv zu zeigen, dass es sich um wahre Aussagen handelt und nicht wie mir direkt schon unterstellt wurde um Zitat: "falsche Tatsachenbehauptungen". Jetzt fällt ausgez.org aber ein, dass E-Mails nicht reichen würden sondern ich soll Fotos senden und technische Gutachten erstellen lassen. Das ist kein Mediationsverfahren, das sind peinliche Geschäftsgebaren und einer objektiven Bewertungsplattform nicht würdig. Es gibt ja Gott sei Dank objektivere Plattformen die nicht nur den Umsatz Ihrer zahlenden Unternehmen sondern auch das Kerngeschäft einer Bewertungsplattform im Fokus haben. Das Mediationsverfahren ist abgeschlossen.

Indifferent on the phone, but I brushed it off. When I turned up the service was non existent - completely disinterested to the point of rudeness, eventually shouting at me from the back of the office. Plenty of alternatives that would welcome the business. Avoid.

Very rude staff, started off very polite over the phone as my dad dealt with the arrangements then once they realised I was a younger woman they tried to up their price a bit and I felt as though I was treated like a 12 year old wee girl and talked down to. Got the job done but would not recommend.

Unacceptable behaviour
Destroyed two plants putting up scaffolding in our communal garden. When challenged a distinctly disingenuous apology was given that felt more like ridicule. Latter the same company tried to get rid of a plank of unwanted scaffolding board by our bins. Then whilst unpacking and putting away the same crew blocked the only entrance/exit. No a crime but could have easily been avoided by parking a few yards further up the drive. As I passed I received the same vacuous apology that I had when I mentioned the plants and because of the previous incidents I shook my head at this and muttered something under my breath about consideration. As I walked away I heard the operative complaining loudly, obviously so that i could hear. When i returned to explain why I had shook my head I was spoken over in loud aggressive tones by both operatives and told the conversation as over before I had been allowed to say anything.This was a very disturbing encounter, particularly for a single women . I tried to call to make my feelings know but no-one picked up after about five to six attempts. Hence my writing my concerns here. REPLY TO REPLY BELOW Thank you for replying. I have contacted your office on the 0800 number. It seems you have a good process in place for dealing with such matters. As I said to the lady I spoke to, I am not interested in anyone loosing their job, these are hard times for everyone, I just want to feel safe and respected in my own home. Después de canjear nuestro viaje sorpresa con mucho margen y tiempo de planificación, nos avisan con 1 semana de antelación que por causas ajenas a la empresa deben cancelar el viaje. Desde esa notificación hemos contestado a los correos, escrito a soporte, y llamado a su teléfono (el cual salta el contestador diciendo que no existe) para gestionar esta situación y no tenemos respuesta. Para sorpresa veo que no somos los únicos… que estamos varias personas en la misma situación. Esto es de sin vergüenzas, desparecer con el dinero de la gente y sin dar explicaciones.

Really angry
Really angry 2020 was a traumatic year for busineses with many closed and staff furloughed. I find it incredible that Elas autorenewed my contract. Not one person attempted to contact us! You have expoited the pandemic for your own gain. Please dont bother replying your usual 'please read the terms of your contract' nonesense. I would have thought a reputable company such as your's would have taken a more sensitive approach! We have had other similar conversations with our suppliers who have been fantastic in finding amicable solutions for SME's such as our company. Update And despite your request for further details, which is just a way of making your company look like it cares, i have supplied the relevant details but no further communication! Why am i not suprised............. Update Thanks for your reply but you have missed the point! Also, your customer service team did not speak to me numerous times. It took me nearly a week of chasing to get a reply despite numerous emails. I am happy to post the email trail and your response here if required.

NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. This is the only way I can explain what I think of Elas. We used their services then cancelled at the end of our term. However because we did not cancel via written letter sent recorded delivery from the post office IN THE MIDDLE OF A GOVERNMENT-ENFORCED LOCKDOWN they have decided to auto-renew our contract and are now threatening to pursue us through the courts for non-payment of the auto-renew - a service we have never used!!

Avoid.
I cannot recommend this company or its services. Having been a customer for several years when we actually came to need their help with an employee issue they gave poor advice, which resulted in a tribunal being started against our company. When I sought redress for the poor advice they denied any culpability and refused to listen to what I said. I was also made responsible for the tribunal costs with the former employee, despite it being their advice that had caused the tribunal to happen. Matters escalated with the very senior members of the organisation involved. They also denied everything and matters degenerated further. I saw this as a breach of contract and refused to continue paying their fees. They then sought to sue me in court, as their contracts states that fees are due, regardless as to whether ELAS do their job or not. In court it was found that they had indeed issued bad advice and they were then forced to withdraw their suit. Subsequent to this matters became acrimonious and I was threatened by them in order to make me not post any reviews of their company. I found that dealing with them was a very stressful and frustrating experience, so would urge others to keep away. (Edit to respond to the below) Was that the same lawyer who advised ELAS to take me to court in the first place? How did that work out for you? Your allegations are spurious, unproven and untested, unlike mine. A poor attempt at deflection. So you accept that your own actions brought us to where we ended up? Hard to deny that really, isn't it? The situation you created is the worst nightmare for any small business.

Extremely unprofessional!
Extremely unprofessional! After a crazy search for any kind of contact and many open tickets which they never replied to,I somehow manage to get them to respond on facebook chat by replying that they are closing and we should move to another provider..then totally dissapearing again. They claimed that they sent me an e-mail which I definitely never received, saying that they would be closing. As of 21.02.2025 I lost all access to my e-mails. Now I'm about to lose my company's website and all e-mails and data because they can not be accessed.Anyone that has the same issue?

Bad Support Service
I have been trying to contact the technical support team at Damhost.net for the past six months, and to date, I have 20 open tickets with no responses to any of them. I've been a customer with damhost.net for over five years, and for the past six months, they simply no longer respond to my emails. I've written to everyone I once had contact with in the support area to find out what's going on, and no one has replied to my messages. I've also called them directly, but the call never goes through to the contact number they provide. However, they continue to charge my card every month. Be careful; suddenly, the service just disappears, and you no longer have contact with anyone, leaving you alone with any problems that may occur.

Worst Billing
It's just ridiculous how I pay the hosting fee each month, but my site never takes even a week with your ridiculous billing policy. My billing date is date 12. If I pay on Date 11 every month, does it mean that on the 12th date, I'll always be suspended after just 1 day? I paid for both services 9 days ago, and they've already been suspended. Not even 30 days! and this has been happening for the last 4 months! I'm quite appalled!

PRODUCT NOT WORKING, POOR CS
Spent about $4000 on the M6K, only to set it up and it not work properly. I have since found out there was a issue with there vendor and flow divider issues. I have tried multiple times to get a resolution with customer service but they put a ticket in and say someone will call back later that day and no call. Today I have had it, I was hung up on by a rep then called back to get Simon. I asked for a manager, he said they are not available and when I kept demanding to speak to one so I could get a resolution he also hung up on me. I am now one unhappy customer to say the least and next step is a lawyer and the BBB.

MaxJax M6K BendPak Lift Failure
I was excited to finally be able to have a car lift in my own garage. I did a lot of research and decided that the Bendpak MaxJax M6K would be the perfect lift for my needs. There was a black Friday discount of $300 that was about to expire so I pulled the trigger on a buying the lift as a Christmas present to myself. I don't have a forklift but I do have a pallet jack, so I also paid an extra $95 to have it come on a truck with a lift gate. The order was placed, the website says it should be about 7-10 days and they would call me for delivery. I waited... Eight days had past and the website still said "Processing" on my order and I had no calls or emails from MaxJax. I called MaxJax (bendpak) and was informed that they were actually still in production and they were not ready to ship. I let her know their website where I placed the order did not indicate anything about this being a Pre-order or Delayed Shipping or Out of Stock. When will is ship? I was put on hold, when the person returned she said, she didn't know and they would have someone contact me. I asked them to contact me that day with an update on the delivery. In about an hour, I received a call from MaxJax. The Very First Thing this person says is that she is calling me to tell me she needs to collect more fees!! What?! Nothing about my order status, just give us more money! This new fee was for another $70 because my address is a residence. (I live right off several large commercial blvds in my city) I told her I am not paying anything more until I know WHEN this will arrive. She said based on current production it would arrive in about a month. I asked her when they had planned to notify me of this, as it seems that I had to prod them to find out. She said that I was actually on her list to call today. That seems convenient since I had just called to inquire and she lead this call with I need to collect more money from you. Not sorry about the miscommunication or sorry about the delayed shipping, nothing at all about shipping. I feel like this practice of hiding REAL lead times, not communicating with the customer, and just plain nickel and diming for their "free" delivery is too much. I could wait for the delivery and I certainly could afford another $70 on top of the close to $4000 I have already paid. But without trust and communication, I am choosing to take my business elsewhere. I have requested a refund, I was told that would arrive in 7-10 days as well. I guess, Ill find out how accurate that is too.

I'm a 71 year old geezer who has worked on cars since I was a kid. My 31 year old son helped with the initial set up but I relocated one of the posts by myself to give me two width options. This thing is great. Follow the instructions, use as directed and you'll be happy with the results. The only thing that I would improve are the pads. It would be nice if they were adjustable with threaded height adjusters. I work on a variety of old relics that don't necessarily have level lift points.

Great customer service
I was impressed by the sturdy construction of the lift, feels very solid. They have been very responsive to all my questions. I had a very slow hydraulic drip leak at a threaded connection, and they immediately sent me new parts. I don't believe the leak had anything to do with the quality of the system, and after I switched the quick disconnect between the hoses it went away. I have left the car on the lift for two weeks and there is no sign of a leak anymore. Very happy with the product.

I bought a MaxJax lift, had it professionally installed by a local company recommended by Bendpak. The first time I used the lift started leaking. I had the installer check it out and he said it was a cylinder leak. Had a hassle getting a new cylinder. They informed me that I would have to pay for the cylinder installation They said that their warranty only covers replacement parts. Never recieved any warranty information at purchase or after. I ask if this lift was made in China, and the answer from a agent was "it probable was" Can you say Junk!

Wish I actually got the item I payed for, took my money and didn't say a word
I placed an order for for this lift on January 18th because there was a 10% off sale from lowe's and it showed an expected delivery date of late january. I wait for 2 months for this lift with no updates from lowe's or maxjax until I call lowe's customer support march 16th to find out what the status of my order is. The lowes customer service rep calls maxjax directly and tells me that Maxjax cancelled my order on January 21st, 3 days after I placed my order which was also right after the sale ended on this item even though I never received any notification or email from either them or lowe's. They also said maxjax claims to have sent an email to me confirming the cancellation which was a lie. Why would a 3rd party vendor bypass the seller and contact the buyer directly about their order? The order still showed as in process through the lowes website. They tell me that my only 2 options are to cancel the order and get my money back or to cancel and reorder it so I would lose the sale price and have to wait another 2 months to actually receive the lift. For an issue that wasn't brought to light for me and I had no control over lowe's and maxjax both were unwilling to honor my purchase at the sale price or provide the product I paid for even though they had my money for months and were willing to keep it forever until I had to call to find out I would never receive the item I purchased. Terrible communication and customer service from both lowe's and maxjax, taking their mistakes and passing them onto the customer. At the end of the day I wasted 2 months waiting for something I'd never get and would've lost my money, DO NOT give them your business!

I bought the max jax less than a year…
I bought the max jax less than a year ago and couldn't be happier . I ran into a small issue with the matted post and called the company and spoke with Joseph. Joseph went above and beyond in resolving my issue by sending me two new glossy posts because some of matted ones where having issues getting stuck. I was very impressed by the customer service I was receiving and not to mention I didn’t have to pay anything or return anything. So for those of you that are thinking of getting a max jax it the best lift for your garage that you can get hands down. Also, forgot to mention, Joseph went ahead and sent me a free 8 gallon oil drain. Thanks Joseph and thanks max jax for the great customer service.

one of the quick disconnect was…
one of the quick disconnect was leaking,I called and they sent a replacement,also after raising the lift it would slowly start to come down on its own,I found a little piece of metal in the valve that was next to the let down button.I cleaned the valve out with air and it fixed the problem.Other than that I like the lift and it works well now.

Perfect !!
Perfect !!! My Max Jax lift arrived and I just finished installing and adjusting it. I looked at other lifts but this was perfect for me and my garage. Thank you so much for such a quality lift. I just ordered additional fasteners for other locations and the oil drain caddy. Thank you again, Rick

The delivery process leaves a little…
The delivery process leaves a little bit to be desired my driveway has a moderate grade up and because of this my delivery was left at the end of the driveway and partially on the sidewalk. This required me to un pack on my sidewalk and move each piece up to my garage myself up the same grade the driver was unwilling to drive up. Also I ordered the motorcycle attachment and that did not come with my order.

I got scammed
Placed an order last week, they message me fairly quickly to say “one of your items isn’t in stock so do you want to proceed with your order or cancel it?” I was at least relieved there was communication, but after responding to them, they have ghosted me since. I have sent numerous emails now that are being entirely ignored. So I have no items sent to me and they’ve kept my money, they’ve not cancelled the order, and have gone completely silent. It’s a scam, I suggest you completely AVOID this website. I’m going to see how I can get my money back via the bank.

Great service and fair pricing for example savage gear lures packed in original packing (x2). Other suppliers online are selling the same lures in singles (x1), without the original packaging for the x2 price. Easy to get caught out by this sneaky trick.

I ordered 2 items and was not informed…
I ordered 2 items and was not informed one was not it stock. After waiting a week I phoned and was told it as out of stock. Another week passed I phoned again and was told it would not be in until February. I was offered the option to have the in stock item and leave the other on back order which I took. I am currently waiting for that to be delivered and I noticed that the invoice shows a delivery charge I trust this will not repeated when the 2nd item is delivered.

Delivery rip off
I Ordered a pair of SIMMs boots and paid next day delivery,they did not arrive ,after contacting them they said they would refund it ,im still waiting nearly 3 weeks now several emails no reply. No I ordered them and paid the deliver of £8.99 thinking it would be delivered the next day as it stated next day delivery. I then asked would it be delivered the next day ,you did not reply ,I then stated if it would not be delivered the next day I would not have paid the next day delivery charge and would have just waited for the normal free delivery, im asking for the return of the delivery charge Also can you reimburse me the £8.99 on the card I paid for the boots on I do not want a future credit with yourselves And you did not reply to any of my e mails asking about this delivery charge I contacted you on the 25th Sept, 28th Sept ,1st October and again today 3rd October, all without reply and I did not agree to anything ref this ,you stated one thing then failed to deliver on it ,but still took my £8.99 knowing full well you would not be able to deliver on it . The top of your Web page even states FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £50 .I paid £183 If I remember and paid the delivery charge of £8.99 ,you took that knowing full well you would not be able to deliver them the next day ,that to me is a RIP OFF
