She constantly kept me in the loop of the entire process, from financing to installation to roofing to upgrades on the electric panel. walking me through the tax breaks saved me thousands.

When I decided I didn't want their services (which would have cost me $20k more than any other company) they sent me a four figure bill and threatened a lien on my house if I didn't pay all because I decided to use one of their competitors.

Impressively, they covered several project additions that came up after the price was agreed upon, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. This was my first time selecting every detail of my solar system and taking advantage of the current incentives available. It was a big decision, but I felt confident moving forward thanks to Glyde Solar’s professionalism and commitment to delivering a great experience. While there were a few bumps along the way, the team was a pleasure to work with, and I always felt safe and secure with my decision. Update: our sales rep visited us to help rectify our situation. While we'll have to wait and see about production, they were eager to fix the drain pipe issue quickly and make sure we were taken care of. I will continue to update this review as I see promises fulfilled. For this reason I moved it up one star, so far. Original Review: DAMAGE DONE TO HOUSE Glyde sold us solar a year ago. Supposedly, their solar engineers configured our roof to make 110% of our electrical use. Well, a year later, we can ascertain using software from NREL that we were only given enough panels for 75%, leaving us with a payment every month. A Glyde rep happened to stop by a few weeks ago, we told him, and he said he'd follow up. Never did. Now, we've also discovered a water leak in our house because the installer, hired by Glyde, drilled a hole right through our house drain pipe when he installed the panel. When we called Glyde, guess what - no response. My husband had to literally fix it himself, pulling the wire out from the middle of our pipe. This company has no interest in anything but a sale. They will promise a certain output but not deliver. If they get something wrong, they won't answer or fix the problem. Very untrustworthy. So disappointing because we typically don't trust these types of people, and they've proven us right. Glyde has no customer service, and is not a company I recommend.

Solar contracts can span decades and cost more than a car. Before signing it makes sense to vet the solar provider. Based on what I have learned about Glyde Solar, I would NEVER have business dealings with the company. It began when I called the phone number listed on Glyde's website and received a "not in service" message. This led me to question if Glyde Solar was even licensed. Lo and behold, according to the Utah Division of Professional Licensing, Glyde Solar SURRENDERED its license in July 2024. On the surrender form Glyde "forfeits all right to practice in the construction trades in Utah." Bear in mind that Utah is Glyde Solar's home state. Under Utah law (§ 58-55-604), a contractor may not enforce its contracts unless it can prove that it was "appropriately licensed when the contract sued upon was entered into, AND when the alleged cause of action arose." You should check your contract with Glyde Solar to see if disputes must be litigated in Utah courts. You may have a strong case for voiding the contract. Of course, nobody surrenders a license when they could simply allow it to expire. Was there an issue with Glyde's application? It seems there was. The Utah application form required Glyde Solar to list ALL owners and affirm that none had been convicted of a felony. But when one compares Glyde's Utah application with information revealed during litigation (see Glyde Solar, LLC vs. Green House Solar and Air, Inc.), it is clear that Glyde failed to disclose its principal owner. Why would Glyde conceal its owner from licensing authorities? It turns outs that Glyde Solar's owner served time in federal prison for FELONY ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD. Something akin to bank fraud involving sensitive personal data. After the owner's release from prison a DEPORTATION ORDER was issued against him; courts have ruled that he is "not eligible for relief" from his deportation order. Perhaps this explains Glyde Solar's surrender of its Utah professional license. Perhaps Utah authorities discovered Glyde's concealment of its owner and gave the company a choice: surrender your license or go through a disciplinary proceeding that will result in your license being revoked. It is common for state licensing boards to reciprocate each other's actions. If Glyde was forced to surrender its license in its home state of Utah, then one could expect similar outcomes in other jurisdictions. Green House Solar leveled a serious charge against Glyde during the course of litigation: "Glyde sales agents have made various misstatements to actual and potential Green House customers regarding such customers’ power consumptions and the estimated offsets of Green House’s photovoltaic systems (i.e., the extent to which Green House’s photovoltaic systems would eliminate the customers’ need for traditional sources of electricity) so as to generate more sales and commissions for Glyde." Maybe there was some truth to Green House's claim. In early 2024, Glyde Solar filed yet another lawsuit in which it admitted: "[a]s a result of the Green House Lawsuit, Glyde . . . was forced to pay a substantial sum to resolve the lawsuit." Do litigants who have done no wrong pay substantial sums to settle? I would never enter a solar contract with a company that surrendered its professional license or felt a need to hide its owner from public authorities. Once the deportation order against the owner is finally enforced, where does this leave Glyde Solar? Where does this leave Glyde's customers? Once again, I would strongly encourage any person under contract with Glyde Solar to review the agreement to determine if disputes must be litigated in Utah courts.

I recently had Glyde Solar install a solar system on my home in Erie, CO, and overall, my experience has been positive. We installed a fairly large 11.68 kW system, and while I’m happy with the performance so far, there are a few things I’d recommend for others considering solar. The Installation Process: Glyde Solar handled the installation efficiently and professionally. The team was communicative, and the process went smoothly without any major hiccups. We did have a pretty severe hailstorm in May 2023, with hen egg-sized hail, which resulted in two of our panels getting cracked. Out of the 36 panels on our roof, having just two with aesthetic damage was better than I expected. Despite the damage, the panels were still producing power, but we decided to get them replaced. Glyde was great about this—they replaced the panels at a minimal cost, and their crew made sure everything was back to full working order before they left. System Performance and Monitoring: Since the system went live, I’ve been able to monitor everything through SolarEdge’s app, which I really enjoy. It’s satisfying to see how much power I’m producing each day and to cross-check that with my utility bills. It’s worth noting that I don’t entirely trust utility companies to provide accurate readings, so having this monitoring capability is really important to me. Not only this, our system is overproducing about 4,000kwh extra a year… an unexpected free gift. Love for the Panels: I have to say, I absolutely love my solar panels. I never really understood why some people think solar looks cheap. I’ll agree that some of the older blue and white-trimmed panels aren’t the most attractive, but the ones that Glyde Solar installs are completely different. They use monocrystalline panels that look like sleek 65-inch TVs spread across my roof. They’re incredibly clean and modern looking. Living in Colorado, where we get a lot of sun and rain, these panels stay surprisingly clean. Even when it snows, the snow melts off the panels quickly, so they aren’t covered for long, and we’re still producing plenty of power throughout the winter, not just in the summer. Financial Considerations: If I had to do it again, I would definitely recommend going with the largest system your utility allows, especially considering how solar can increase your home’s resale value. For us, United Power only allows a 120% offset, but I’ve heard Excel Energy allows up to 200%. If I were in their service area, I’d absolutely go for the maximum offset—it’s just smart in terms of long-term value, especially if you ever plan to sell your home. A key point to consider is that you can only claim the federal tax credit once. This means if you plan to add a battery or additional panels later, you won’t get the same tax benefit as you did with the initial installation. Speaking of batteries, in hindsight, I wish I’d gone for one. With utilities finding new ways to charge customers—like demand charges even if you’re overproducing power—it seems like batteries are going to become increasingly valuable. I’m excited to see what new options come on the market and will probably look into it when we can. Final Thoughts: All in all, I’m happy with my solar system, and I feel it was a good investment. Glyde Solar did a solid job, and the system is performing well, but there are definitely things to consider if you’re thinking about going solar. If you can afford to max out your system size and add a battery, I think it’s worth it, especially given the potential financial and resale benefits down the line. Plus, the panels themselves are a sleek addition to the home, not just an energy solution.

As a person who’s had a difficult time finding the right company that aligns with my values, as well as one I could get approved with, Glyde has made getting Solar such a wonderful experience! Very knowledgeable crew with top notch customer care and service.

Hier het relaas: - levertermijn 9 weken (niet leuk, maar niet onoverkomelijk) - chauffeur belt dag van de levering , er wordt door ons gevraagd even te wachten zodat we de tafel en onderstel kunnen controleren...wat niet gebeurt, thans waren we er 10 minuutjes later...de chauffeur was natuurlijk al weg! - materialen worden botweg voor de deur geplaatst, chauffeur blijkt bovendien alleen dit ondraagbare gewicht voor 1 persoon daar te hebben geplaatst (getuigt een buur) - s'avond bij uitpakken blijkt er het een en ander mis - buiten duidelijke (zij het iets beperktere) transportschade is de tafel vooral ook niet afgewerkt: op verschillende plaatsen witte vlekken, witte stippen en 1 hoek zelfs volledig niet afgewerkt => dit heeft zelfs niets te zien met de transportschade, die komt er nog eens bovenop - we contacteren het bedrijf, dat alles in onze schoenen schuift: wij hadden het maar moeten controleren, wij hebben de schade bij het binnenbrengen aangebracht...waar is het bewijs? waar is hun zin voor verantwoordelijkheid...dit is een regelrechte schande! - het wordt nog erger, als we hen aankaarten dat het product onvoldoende verpakt en beveiligd was voor transport (je ziet trouwens op een foto hoe het verpakt was en hoe ze het achtergelaten hebben), blijven ze rond de pot draaien en maar vingerwijzen dat het onze schuld is, dit terwijl: - geen versterkte bescherming rond de hoeken, noch vlakke zijden (geen isomo/verstevigd berschermingsmateriaal) - nergens geen karton omheen, ook de vlakke zijden niet (ooit al zoiets zo geleverd gezien? zonder karton? wij niet!) - platgedrukte, loshangende bubbelplastiek als bescherming...zo goed als niets qua bescherming dus, vooral gezien het gewicht van dat tafelblad! I ordered and then returned some dungarees that were a weird fit. Not sure what body shape they are made for. I didn't receive a refund, after emailing I received no response. They've basically stolen £50 from me. I'm going to contact trading standards.

Excellent all round. Having seen adverts for Hemp&Hope on social media for a while I decided to treat myself to a jumpsuit. The website was easy to use, and the sizing guides were handy. I chose my item and paid with ease. I quickly got notification of my order, and within a couple of days my item arrived. The packaging was eco friendly too which was a big plus for me - no plastic. The jumpsuit is as described and good quality. I am wearing it now and it's very computable and true to size. It feels well made too. The prices reflect the ethical nature of the products, and I think are suitable. I would certainly buy again from this company.

I bought one of the backpacks (Tula Hemp Backpack - Red) and after 2 months of light use (1-2 times a week) one of the seams was unravelling and creating a hole at the top in the main compartment, so I got in touch and they were great in customer service (5 stars for that) and sent me a replacement straight away. Cut to 6 months later of generally the same amount of use (maybe ~3 times a week now if that) and the seams are coming apart in the same place again. Not ideal but I like the bags so I will do what I can to try to fix the seams so I can get more life out of them. But not the sturdiest of bags if you want to use them regularly (I was using it like a purse to store everyday items).

Have bought 2 tops, a scrunchy and a necklace from here and they are such good quality. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an ethical brand with really timeless designs. Very well priced for what you are getting.

Once I had access to the books on their list I realised it wasn’t for me so I went online and cancelled the subscription and thought no more about it. The selection of books is, quite frankly, dreadful. Four months later and I realised that they have been fraudulently taking money from my credit card. I haven’t used their crappy service but they are insisting that I didn’t cancel and can’t have MY money back! Do yourself a favour. Give this bunch of clowns a miss. I wish I had.

Easy fast simple. All of a sudden I need access to books I can read while sitting with patients. This was quick and easy. I appreciated not having to save my payment card to the system.

WARNING allyoucanbooks is a Complete Scam. The selection of books is worthless, you can download them for free off the internet from other search engines. Worse, once you sign up at allyoucanbooks.com there is no way to cancel online. You have to email allyoucanbooks to cancel and they do not confirm the cancellation with any reply email except a generic thank you for contacting customer service. They keep charging $19.99 a month until you notice months later the charges to your credit card and when you ask your credit card company to refund the charges allyoucanbooks claims you never cancelled. At first my card company refunded 3 months at $19.99. Then a few months later I saw another 3 charges at $19.99 on my card. My SearsCard provider said allyoucanbooks disputed the refund saying I had provided no proof of cancelling and reinstated the charges. By then my cancellation email was over 6 months old and deleted. MANY other people complained of the same scam by allyoucanbooks. I never used the service even once. I cancelled within 24 hours after realizing the site was worthless the first time I viewed it trying to use their worthless search engine. Over all allyoucanbooks.com nicked me for 6 months at $19.99 on my Sears Card. Searscard balked at correcting my account even after I had charged $37,651.43 on that card last year given I use that card for everything and it is auto-paid off every month. Well goodby SearsCard if you cannot protect me as a consumer from the fraudulent allyoucanbooks scam operation. I am not using that Searscard any longer and they can keep the $119.94 they allowed allyoucanbooks to steal. I'll take my business to Bank of America where they offered me free interest for 18 months and $200 bonus for charging a grand in the first 60 days. It seems Searscard is just as complicit in the scam as allyoucanbooks. No wonder SEARS has gone bankrupt, once a great American retailer, now nothing!

I have to say that even though I've only been with lead Elite for about 2 months, I've been able to reach most of the leads sent to me, which is more than I can say for any other lead system I've tried. Aleefa is my account rep and she's very good at communication and a Joy to work with with. I can tell that she's motivated and committed to assisting in making sure the leads turn into closings. Any questions or issues that I've had was addressed immediately. I recently upgraded from the starter package to the premium package to get the most bang for my buck. In comparison to other companies I've tried the ROI with Lead Elite is one of the best I've seen.

-BEWARE: Rick from Lead Elite sends out annoying spam marketing texts, despite my number clearly being on the Federal "Do Not Contact" list -All of their 5 star reviews are from people with only 1 review, suspicious... -The address on their website is 5150 Mae Ann Ave Reno, Nevada with no suite #, but it's a random strip mall, suspicious... UPDATE: they tried to have my review removed for “illegal or harmful content” since they obviously don’t like it, but Trust Pilot quickly rejected their absurd request, BEWARE!

Most good review exists right after bad reviews, they are used to cover up the bad review. Great Service so far. We haven't had our first collection yet, but my experience of working with the BargainWaste team during the quote and implementation phase has been excellent.

I have same experince with the previous reviewer Lewis, I found they keep over charge us for extra collection. Suppose the charge is 2.16 collection per month as for fornightly collection. They will charge you 2.16 collection on the month have 2 collection, and over charge you 3.25 collection on the month have 3 collection, thats mean you will be over charged 2 collection every year. I found out that and wanted to terminate the serives, they said we were on 24 months contract, actually we never signed any contract. They will only give you a document about the contract and not to tell you to sign, the so call contract do not have the contract end date, because it hidden in very small term and condition.

Omdat er een ander mis was gegaan en ook € 10 korting per maand op het abonnement Helaas toen de monteur kwam bleek dat dit oplaadbare camera zijn dus onmogelijk om deze op te laden omdat de plek waar de camera’s hangen niet handig zijn om ze erop en af te halen. Vervolgens krijg ik te horen dat als ik het bedraad zou willen dat ik het dan zelf zou moeten doen Weer teruggelegd bij het bedrijf zou teruggebeld worden helaas weer niets gehoord.

Inmiddels al zeven keer aan de telefoon geweest met de "klantenservice" van Verisure omdat wij nog geen officiele bevestiging van de opzegging van ons abonnement hebben ontvangen. Deze maand betalen wij voor het laatst, dan is het klaar! Wij hebben immers op tijd, te weten op 16 februari 2025, opgezegd. Van "service" is dan ook totaal geen sprake.

Plaatsing apparatuur in en om de woning keurig netjes. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. De buitencamera werkte niet goed. Had te maken met de plaats waar deze gemonteerd moest worden. In overleg met medewerkers besloten de camera te verwijderen. De restitutie van de gemaakte kosten werd binnen een week gerealiseerd. In een woord: TOP!!!

Aangetekende brief, word niet op gereageerd. Meerdere malen gebeld en word er beloofd dat we door de betreffende afdeling terug gebeld worden. En dit gebeurd tot op heden nog steeds niet. Hebben nu al 7 keer aan de lijn gehangen. Super service als je een abonnement af neemt maar opzeggen is zeer dramatisch en frustrerend.

Wij zijn onwijs blij met onze alarm installatie!! Je kan metken dat de verkoper weet eat hij verkoopt, wij zijn nu 1 maand verder en alles is precies zoals verwacht!

Ik heb nog nooit een bedrijf gemaakt die zo een maling heeft aan zijn klanten. De "speciale" klachten email die kunnen ze beter opdoeken, wordt nooit op gereageerd. Daarnaast liegen ze gewoon tegen je en denken ze totaal niet mee. Zelfs klantenservice boeit het allemaal niet. Communicatie kan een bedrijf maken of breken, laat communicatie nou net iets zijn wat verisure totaal niet kan en ook geen zin in heeft. Blijkbaar hebben ze al klanten genoeg Monteurs die langskomen zijn wel altijd vriendelijk. Update, Na maanden wachten eindelijk iemand aan de telefoon gekregen die zijn best deed om er ook echt iets van te maken. Zoals al eerder aangegeven gaat het niet om het probleem maar om de oplossing. Die hebben zij mij nu aangeboden en daar ben ik tevreden mee! Dank!

A great company to work for. Really easy to cooperate with and the management makes the workload reasonable yet challenging. I'm sure that many people are worried about finding good jobs in China but this resource means that this won't be a problem in the future. I currently work with LaowaiCareer on a freelance basis, so I don't have a full work load, but I enjoy the work nonetheless, and I do believe that they are filling a gap in the market with their product. A month later, no shipping details, order still says “awaiting fulfilment” I’ve sent numerous emails, I got a response on my third attempt to say “sorry, it was shipped 2 days ago” 2 weeks later, nothing. Sent 5 more emails and enquiries through customer service. Radio silence.

I've ordered a product March 11 and received a confirmation email, but there was no follow up to the email about shipping. I emailed customer service twice, reached out through Instagram. Finally got a reply to say my product is being made, but once again, still no idea when I'm getting my order. It's been a month. This is the kind of site that has beautiful imagery and sucks you in with anesthetics, but there's not a lot of substance to it.

Recently moved from Eventbrite after 9 years due to Eventbrite not having a good customer support option and only having a Bot to answer questions. As Event Bookings was a new site to me and I'm not very Tech savvy their customer service team were easy to contact and even telephoned me giving a step by step tutorial. Monzurul gave fantastic service and as a result I've now got more confidence and also tools to manage events

EventBookings is the budget option, but you are sacrificing a lot. The way their system is designed, relies on the human touch - not much automation, also their backend system is pretty inefficient. For example in my recent experience, I paid EventBookings an invoice weeks ago and I am still getting emails saying it’s overdue, lol. Had to refund an event that failed recently and someone at EventBookings had to manually process every refund and it took over a week. Imagine being one of those ticket buyers. So use EventBrite for the serious events and if you absolutely need the best and most reliable customer service i’d say.

I've used this platform twice till now to organize events for over 100 attendees, and I must say, it's absolutely worth every penny. During my second event, I encountered a few setup issues the night before our tickets were scheduled to go on sale. However, the support team was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, providing guidance and assistance that exceeded my expectations. They were able to sort out my query straight away. I will definitely be using the platform again!

After using different event creating platforms I finally got to know about the Event Bookings. I was looking for an easier and cheaper system for my club event and I thought to try out a new one. I must say the Event Bookings did not disappoint me at all. It was a smooth experience creating a new event with this system. The overall process was fairly easy and quick. The most exciting thing was the seat arrangement functionality. In other platforms, I had to pay to get this option. Here, they gave access to choose the seating arrangement for free. I was a bit surprised by this. Eventually, I created an event page without any cost. No other platform will give you such an additional feature for free. I usually arrange small events every 3 or 4 months for our local club programs. I will definitely use their platform for my future events and obviously recommend this to others.

Overpriced, poor customer service when the invoice was challenged, and the boss ignored our concerns regarding the invoice and instead sent us a threatening letter. Jose and Blackler invoiced us £167 to replace a £15 actuator head. It takes 5 minutes to do this work. The invoice they sent us had no breakdown of the cost, and when trying to understand how the cost can be so high I was ultimately met with threats of court action if I didn't pay. This demonstrates a casual disregard for their customer's money. We will not use Jose and Blackler services for our properties in the future.

Ethan Morrissey, the plumber who came to my home, demonstrated excellent workmanship throughout the project. He was not only punctual but also very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining the work being done. After my boiler developed a fault on Friday morning I was expecting to be without heat and hot water for the weekend, Jose and Blackler were brilliant, managed to fit me in between other jobs and fitted a new part same day. All up and running again within 3 hours of me calling them.

I've used many individuals and firms over the years for various heating issues - breakdowns and servicing but my recent experience with Jose and Blackler deserved special mention. Following a breakdown at my wife's grandmother's house, they went out of their way to get to the house (the engineer doing so between other jobs). The problem was diagnosed quickly and the office informed. The office were in contact with me the whole time, providing updates and prices and a time when the engineer would return to fit the faulty part (which was first thing the following morning). I could not fault the service by either the staff in the office taking the initial call, the engineer or the communication throughout. Made a stressful and difficult situation straight forward. I've not used Jose and Blackler before, but I'll certainly be using them for all my bolier, heating and plumbing needs in the future!

According to Trustpilot, microtrade.ai has even broken the rules of Trustpilot to display unverified reviews, so you can’t trust them at all. Stay away!

I made my initial investment after passing their KYC requirements. The process was smooth and without issue transferring my deposit from Coinbase to my R100K wallet. My deposit showed the deduction of the referral commissions they promise to pay, which validates to me they intend to pay it. I will continue watch and if they continue to perform as predicted, I will add to my investment. My hope is this turns out to be the case since trading Bitcoin and altcoins even with ai bots is risky and time consuming.
