Deberían trabajar con otra empresa de envíos, porque con la que cuentan es una vergüenza en cuanto a logística, comunicación y todo. No se pueden quitar la culpa con que es problema de la empresa transportista, porque debería ser una preocupación de la empresa trabajar de la mano de una empresa de envíos fiable.

Compro un canapé a través de su página web y lo entregan en mi casa aparentemente en perfecto estado. Cuando voy a abrir el paquete para mi sorpresa está todo rozado y roto por dentro. Y cuando alego los daños tienen la geta de decirme que los habré causado yo manipulando los paquetes, encima que fue su empresa de transportes la encargada de subir la mercancía a la habitación correspondiente.

The only bit of advice I would give to the company is that my pick up appointment was changed without my consent and I had taken time off to get this pick up done. Het betreft hier een gemiddelde score qua review. De afdeling verkoop scoort bij mij een onvoldoende. Afspraken v.w.b. levering zijn niet nagekomen, waardoor ik deadline ben misgelopen. De afdeling aftersales heeft dit keurig opgelost door in ieder geval de fout te erkennen, bedrag te crediteren en mijn artikel alsnog kostenloos te verzenden.

Helaas, hebben wij geen prettige ervaring met zonnepanelencentra v.w.b. communicatie, afspraken nakomen, levertijden. Tijdens de offerte-fase werd zeer snel gerageerd. Nadat de order was geplaatst vond er onduidelijke en trage communicatie plaats. de afgesproken levertijd werd niet aangehouden. Bij levering werden de kabels niet meegeleverd en deze werden pas 1 week later (na aandringen onzerzijds) opgestuurd. Het verzoek, om tegen betaling nog enkele eindklemmen op te sturen werd wel toegezegd maar deze hebben we uiteindelijk maar gekocht bij een ander bedrijf. Helaas we zijn niet al te positief

OPGELICHT & ONVRIENDELIJK : In de zomer van 2016 hadden wij een pakket besteld inclusief plaatsing. De website gaf ook aan in België te leveren en te plaatsen. De gevraagde omvormer volgens pakket werd in het begin al gewijzigd. Na installatie pakket moeten deze gekeurd worden in belgie. wat bleek dat de installateurs dit niet correct hadden aangesloten in de kast. Hierop heb ik zelf de wijzigingen aangebracht maar moest het nogmaals gekeurd worden. Eveneens moet de installatie in belgie aangemeld worden bij de netleverancier. Deze wist ons te vertellen dat het systeem niet comform is aangezien de geleverde omvormer niet op de lijst staat van synergrid ( homologatiecommisie voor elektrische toestellen) m.a.w de geleverde omvormer is niet comform de belgische wetgeving. Ik neem aan voor een bedrijf dat ook in belgie plaatst ze dit moeten weten. Om het toestel te vervangen had zonnepanelencentra geen oren naar. Zelfs niet de moeite om het toestel door de fabrikant alsnog te laten homologeren. de servicedienst in Nederland van mijn toestel deed al 2 jaar geen service voor dit merk. Bijna een jaar later vol frustratie en geen enkele klantenservice van zonnepanelencentra of tegemoetkoming, verteld onze netbeheerder dat wij dringend een ander toestel moeten plaatsen of we worden van het net gegooid. Hierop had zonnepanelencentra te vermelden dat ze mijn nieuwe omvormer aan inkoopprijs zouden verkopen. Wederom het gevraagde toestel zou zogezegd vertraging oplopen en kwamen ze met een alternatief toestel af. hetzelfde toestel dat zij aanboden voor de " inkoopprijs" vond ik 200 euro goedkoper bij een belgische leveranier inclusief btw. Ik heb mijn toestel dus uiteraard niet bij hun gekocht. Ze bleven aanhouden dat ze het toestel niet terug wouden nemen en dat ik dit op marktplaats.nl moet plaatsen en ik zou er nog 500 euro van kunnen krijgen op een toestel dat ons 770 euro heeft gekost. Eveneens boden zij zelfs via de consumentenbond voet bij stuk en haalden hun neus op voor ons probleem dat zij veroorzaakt hebben. Ik heb uit armoe de omvormer verschillende keren geplaatst op marktplaats en er komt niets uit de bus. Als je denkt dat hun prijzen democratisch zijn en goedkoop. trap niet in de valstrik want ik heb alles bij elkaar 2 keurders moeten laten komen 2 omvormers moeten kopen . I love Volante and I love Edward! Whenever issues arise, especially from Covid, the team does all they can to fix the issues. We have had some severe hardware issues, and to make things right, Edward and the team shipped new equipment at no charge to us. Their only desire was to fix the issue. We spent a lot of money to bring in Volante equipment, and it has been worth every penny!

It seems like every day is an adventure in what can go wrong. Several times a week we are unable to close the previous day, or if we can close there are errors, such as the system going back a day (or several) and we have to call support. With the recent credit card outage, it seems like Volante should have been more proactive in getting everything corrected before the end of the day, which would have avoided a lot of delays and putting managers behind. I don't feel, sometimes, like we are taken at our word. For example, we need a new credit card pin pad but are continually told to reboot it, or someone from tech support reboots, and it still doesn't work. We know what we need at our site - please listen! If we've done the troubleshooting on our end, then go to the next step; don't keep having us try the same thing. We're down a register right now, and have been for a few weeks, because of this, Local assistance wouldn't hurt. We are here, you are in Canada - there's only so much you can do from several thousand miles away. I understand the restrictions you are under, and some of the blame should go to our client as well. I believe we would do better with a little autonomy, access to back office so we could troubleshoot some of our problems (I have done this with a different system, managing three sites' menus/CC/declining balance, etc. - never really had issues like now) but we are not allowed.

Sent in a request for Menu price increase on March 10th. Today is the 15th with nothing done yet and I have sent 3 emails with no responce.

I don't see large technical challenges. There are still some room for improvement in the daily communication. Waiting times are still higher than expected, but understandable on C19 situation. There will also be a continuous opportunity for educating users. Focusing on processes and high level client interactions will always leave the end user behind. Eine ausgezeichnete Matratze!! Erstens die Einstellung der Festigkeit ist einfach genial und zweitens merkt man direkt, dass kein Plastik sondern nur natürliche Materialien enthalten sind. Atmungsaktiv, warm und gemütlich und sieht auch noch gut aus.

Ich habe die Matratze wegen der Möglichkeit gekauft, den Härtegrad zu variieren. Das funktioniert wunderbar, ich schlafe ausgezeichnet. Nach einer online Bestellung am 06.02.2024 versuchen ich seit mehr als zwei Wochen Una Organic per Telefon, Life Chat tool auf der Webseite oder Email zu erreichen bzw. eine Antwort auf meine Vielzahl an hinterlassenen Anfragen zu erhalten. Bisher leider ohne Erfolg! Da Chat tool wurde anscheinend heute (04.03.2024) abgestellt, gestern konnte man zumindest noch eine Nachricht darüber senden. Das von mir bestellte Produkt (Naturlatex Matratze Öko Delux), ist laut Webseite heute (04.03.2024) ebenfalls nicht mehr lieferbar, egal welche Größe auf der Seite ausgewählt wird. Auch andere Produkte, wie z.B. ein Kissen, sind laut der Webseite jetzt ebenfalls nicht mehr lieferbar. In meinem Uma Organic Kundnenkonto wird seit dem ersten Tag bis heute (fast vier WochenI eine Lieferzeit von „Bei dir zu Hause in ca. 20 Werktage“ angezeigt, also keine Änderung des Status. Mit Una Organic stimmt also irgendetwas nicht. Hinzukommt, dass meine gewähltes Zahlungsmittel (4 Raten) über ALMA dazu geführt hat, dass ich Email ausschließlich in französischer Sprache erhalten habe. Mit dem Anbieter Una Organic stimmt also etwas nicht, daher habe ich meine Bestellung storniert und gebe an dieser Stelle noch mal den Hinweis, vorsichtig mit diesem Anbieter zu sein. Auch hoffe ich, dass Trustpilot hier der Sache nachgeht und Kunden so vor eventuellen Betrug schützt. Danke schön!

Die Matratze wurde schnell geliefert, das "zusammenbauen" ging mit zwei Personen auch problemlos. Ich habe die weiche Matratze ganz oben liegen und finde sie leider nicht so super weich, eher mittel. Hätte gerne noch weicher sein können... Ich habe die Matratze jetzt seit fast 3 Monaten und bin ziemlich zufrieden!

Telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen. Chat ist schlecht. E-Mails werden erst nach 1 Woche beantwortet.

Hvornår har I tænkt jer at slukke den dieselosende larmende kæmpe maskine? Kunne I ikke oppe jer lidt og begynde at udvise hensyn? Det her har stået på siden juli.

Karine Krumpen er Horsens nye Ghetto - billigt byggeri og dårligt passet. Lagner for vinduer, hundelorte overalt, høj husleje, affald og sko der flyder i opgangen! Jeg kan absolut IKKE anbefale, hvis man kan lide at bo et pænt og ordentligt sted.

Jeg var en af de første som flyttede herud og har bestemt ikke fortrudt et skønt sted og pragtfulde rækkehuse hvor man kan føle det hele fra starten og til det hele bliver grønt. Har man et problem så er det kun et kald og det bliver løst med et smil og ord om hvis det ellers kommer noget så bare ring. Det er dejligt at vide kun godt herfra og kan anbefales MvhVicki

Utrolig serviceminded, hjælpsom og ordentlig udlejningsvirksomhed og det skinner igennem hele vejen igennem. Har kun haft gode oplevelser med både udlejningsrådgivere og viceværter. Jeg er 100% tryg ved min nye udlejer. De tager ens henvendelser seriøst, svarer hurtigt og udbedrer fejl- og mangler. Og så synes jeg bare, at Birch Ejendomme har bygget et mega hyggeligt område på Bakkegårdsvej i Gårslev (mit nye hjem). Modsat så mange andre nybyggede veje, er der her nogen, der har gjort sig umage med at skabe et sammenhængende område, og det tiltrak mig lige med det samme.

Vi har nu lejet vores bolig nummer 2 igennem Birch og har været meget glade for det. :))

Efter opfordring fra Birch selv kommer her vores oplevelse med Birch Ejendomme. Gårslev boligerne er uden tvivl den dårligste lejebolig, vi har haft – og det siger ikke så lidt! Da vi flyttede ind 1/12-24, var boligerne helt nye, men problemerne begyndte med det samme. Vi har været nødt til at få en troldtekt-plade i soveværelset pillet ned, fordi det lyder, som om rotter og mus danser og gnaver på loftet. Pladen har nu stået på vores gulv i siden indflytning uden nogen tidshorisont for, hvornår den bliver sat op igen. Vi har endda foreslået, at de bare tager den med, indtil vi flytter, men uden respons. Det virker som om, pladerne ikke var akklimatiserede, inden de blev monteret – et tydeligt tegn på, at byggeriet er gået alt for stærkt. Ved indflyttersynet i januar blev vi lovet en ny dør til teknikrummet, da den var skadet allerede ved overtagelse. Den er stadig ikke blevet skiftet. Vores opvaskemaskine tørrer ikke servicen, så vi skal altid tørre efter i hånden. Vaskemaskinen er kun 7 kg, vasker dårligt og virker som den billigste løsning, de kunne finde. Parkering er et kapitel for sig. Der er for få p-pladser, og problemet bliver kun værre, når alle boliger er udlejet. Birch Ejendomme har ingen planer om at tilføje flere pladser. Det hjælper heller ikke, at p-båsene er så små, at folk ofte holder skævt, hvilket gør situationen endnu værre. Fællesarealerne er upraktisk designet med et zigzag-gangsystem, så man skal rundt om ikke mere en seks hjørner for at komme ud med skraldespanden – meget besværligt, når den er fyldt! En direkte sti ville være oplagt, men her er der ingen interesse i at gøre hverdagen lettere for lejerne. Vores udendørslampe kan kun tændes og slukkes indefra og har ingen sensor til dagslys. Birch foreslog, at vi selv kunne hyre en elektriker til at montere en – noget, de nemt kunne have installeret fra starten for næsten ingen penge. Mange af vores klinker i bryggerset er løse, men ifølge Birch er det "inden for grænsen" og skal derfor ikke udbedres. Havde det været en aflevering af et hus, ville det næppe være blevet accepteret. Vi har på fornemmelsen, at vores depositum vil blive opkrævet fuldt ud ved fraflytning, uanset hvor pænt vi behandler boligen. Det virker til at være standardpraksis hos Birch Ejendomme. Alt i alt: Et hastigt opført byggeri med billige løsninger og en høj husleje, der ikke står mål med kvaliteten. Vi glæder os til at komme væk herfra!

This company doesn’t even deserve a star. They took my money. They provided a fake parcel/tracking number. On top of that they partner up with 17track, which is a fake tracking website, I did my research other people have had problems with this too. and only updates on your order when you interact with the shipper. They tell you that your order is on the way but gives fake locations. So do not trust them, it’s fake, and ships from china!

Ordered solar light for my Anley-purchased flagpole. There is NO WAY to attach the solar light on my Anley flagpole. There is no way to contact Anley….telephone number provided by customer support is a scam.

This seems to be a SCAM! I ordered awhile ago, and im having questions and issues with my order, ive tried to reach out for 5+ days and NO RESPONSE. Today ive tried calling and emailing multiple times and no response. This is getting out of hand! Careful when ordering from them! UPDATE- I received my order, so it is NOT a scam. ALL THOUGH, this was an example of terrible customer service. I tried to contact the team for about 7 days straight, emailing, and calling and messaging on etsy, and NOTHING, until AFTER the package was delivered. At this point i had already had lots of anxiety and stress around this issue needing it for my business, and the damage was done.

I took a shot & ordered a flag with this company. It was of a Flag that I wanted to replace because I could t find the original anymore. I sent them the only picture I had of the original flag which was faded and old! After some back & forth emails? They were able to enhance the photo, make the colors brighter, & had it all completed & finished within a few weeks. They sent me a final email to proof the final product & was I was blown away at how good it came out. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but again? I was completely impressed with the product when I opened the package and saw the finished results. I couldn’t be more happy with this company, and I appreciate their attention to every detail that went into making this. I hope your experience is as good as mine was, and if I ever need another flag made? I know who to go to from here on out!

I went to Anley website to order a flag but in the Specialty Flags section they sell a Satan flag which made feel disgusted and I sent them a comment in their contact form about it and never received back a reply. I ended up not purchasing from them. I heard other comments that they are based in China. Disgusted customer!

This is NOT an American company - The orders are processed DIRECTLY with a company located in CHINA not California as their web site would lead you to believe - They charged my account as soon as the order was placed - not at time of shipment - I called their customer service number and left a message with no return call - The number by the way is assigned to a residential house not a business location - -When my order appeared on my credit card statement there was an additional surprise charge - I was charged a foreign transaction fee due to the company being a foreign corporation - When I finally received my item it was not as depicted in the description - less quality -I will make certain that I am dealing with true American companies in the future

I have been riding a Terratrike for the past 10 years and I always seen the ICE Adventure as the peak of trike refinement. I was finally able to to order my ICE Adventure HD with EP8 and Enviolo. I had ordered the Rohloff 14 speed hub but due to supply chain issue with the Rohloff, I requested a change to the Enviolo and it was the best thing, I am so happy with the automatic. I thought I would regret it but I do not miss planning the shifting, I watch the world go by and appreciate the views!!! Everything about this trike is first class, you may find an equal trike but you will not find a better trike. The Adventure is the more upright sitting position is great for me after 4 back surgeries and the Ergo Lux seat is simply the most comfortable trike seat on the market. Having said all the positive it is time for the large list of negative. The dealer network in the New England area of US has been supportive but bad.It has taken me over three months and 6 plus shop visits to get it right I hope!!! It is winter now and not likely to have a chance to seen if the last adjustments worked. While I believe I will be happy eventuality. If I could do it again I would have purchased a Cat Trike Dumont gotten most of the features and saved 4 thousand dollars or more.

I love my velocipede (Ice Adventure automatic) and it has made a huge difference to my life. I had a cheaper model previously, but the Ice design is far better quality, very well designed and incredibly comfortable to ride. Superior in every way. My only complaint is that I need more battery because when I go out, I just want to keep going further each time: Through woodland, rough tracks, over Welsh mountains the Ice Adventure just keeps on going.

My wife, a disabled lady, bought one of these Ice adventure trike. My first thoughts on these trike's were, nice bikes, tailored for the disabled people to go out on lovely rides together. Then, as a retired engineer and a bike rider myself, I took a good look at her trike, when we got it home. I found the front left hand side of the cable brake caliper rode to high on the 160 rotor, to be any use. It will need another rotor bracket of no rake, to insure the pads use their full depth on the rotor. That could have been a safety issue. No quality control then! Also, any other parts for any of these trike's, in my mind, are stupidly over priced, for what they are made from and there use. Again, a company exploiting the disable people, from enjoying the benefits, that normal every day people enjoy. As for the bike build, they need good trained staff to fulfil orders to a safety standard, before they deliver them to there customers. UPDATE:- 4/4/2022 All the above issues have now been addressed by Ice Trikes and there agents. I love my ICE Adventure trike. It is such fun, well made and backed by excellent support from ICE and Saddle Safari, my local ICE dealer. my 11 year old son loves it too! Highly recommended.

My 2018 ICE Adventure with rear suspension has been misery. The frame functions well, the components have failed. In less than 1 year, the rear wheel disintegrated as 6 spokes snapped at the nipples and the remainder of the nipples were frozen to the rim. The seat mesh disintegrated. The shifting cable snapped. The rear derailleur hanger bracket broke clean. The sidepod zippers oxidized and froze. The trike is taken out in fine weather and housed in the garage. Having ridden bicycles for 50 years, 5000 miles per year, I never had so many problems in such a short time, not even close. Their customer service is poor too as it took 4 months for the vendor and ICE to agree to replace the rear wheel. Thumbs way down.

An excellent company to do business with. Their trikes are beautifully made and great to ride and the after sales support is marvellous too. If you're thinking of buying a recumbent trike look no further. ICE is the make to choose. Not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for and they are built to last.

I purchased a ring on 18th December 2023 which I was so pleased with when it came. However the gold colour has worn off already leaving the ring looking like something out of a Christmas cracker!!! What a disaster! Bought a bracelet for £186 and when it arrived it had two “diamonds” missing. Payed for next day delivery as it was a present. Did have to go to B’day party empty handed. I'm trying to purchase a bracelet from the website and there's no information about the wrist size. I really like their products but the only sizes are for extendable bracelets from 17 to 20cm. How about the non extendable ones? I don't want to have to return it. I would rather get it right first time.

Vi har i gemmen mange år kommet trofast ,Tror det var sidste gang .Som hos så mange andre er priserne her også hævet og mængden mindsket.så man nu er tvunget til forret ellers bliver en voksen ikke mæt.. Det er ikke ok .og kvalitet og smag,samtidig, er blevet dårligere. Vi fik, denne gang, forskellige forretter samt hovedretter. Intet af det levede op til tidligere kvalitet og særligt kyllingespyddene var pergament tynde og knas tørre ØV. Vi finder et andet sted.

Jeg er kommet på restaurant gennem flere år, men det er slut nu efter den. 1/6-2024 hvor min bestilling af nr: 40 på menukort (Thai Beef Salat) blev serveret med visne koriander “helt gule” retten var der i mod skrumpet med ca.1/3 hvilket ikke var den støste overaskelse denne aften, det var ved betalingen som lød på 237 Kr for en cola og Thai beef salat, sammenlignes det med hvad den helt samme kombination kostede mig i september 2023 som var 170 kr er der er stigning på hele 67 kr hvilket ikke giver nogen mening, også set i lyset af kvaliteten var voldsomt dalende. Vi finder et alternativ til dette ellers gode spisested. Mvh Tommas

Bestilte et bord til kl.18.00. Vi var der kl.17.55 vi fik menukortet og da kl.18.25 gik vi uden at bestille da tjeneren åbenbart havde travlt. Kommer ikke mere hos jer. Måske i kunne da serveres noget drikkelse i ventetiden.

Vi har tidligere spist på Mai Thai og været meget tilfredse. Ved ikke om det stadig er samme ejer, men denne gang blev vi ikke tilfredse. Vi fik fiskefrikadeller til forret hvilke var fine men til hovedret fik vi karryretter som smagte rigtig dårligt.

Købte en takeaway ret (nudler med rejer) til min datter i aften den 01.01.24. Maden var under al kritik hvor nudlerne var brændt på (sorte) og faktisk uspiselige! Vi har tidligere hentet mad hos MaiThai og har og været nogenlunde tilfredse, men aftenens måltid måtte vi smide ud!!

Super God og autentisk thaimad ! Ingen fordanskede gryderetter med broccoli og gulerod i mild gul karry, nej her her der tale hjemmelavet thai mad af thailandske kokke men passion og faglig stolthed. After that, they verify the information with the customer, ask for discounts, and in the end, the vehicle may not be ready for pick-up or the customer might not want to release it. I was promised a pickup time and a driver 48 hours before the scheduled delivery that didn't happen. On the morning of the scheduled delivery the dispatcher reported the driver wants twice the quoted price to pick up the car. They suggested I leave the car on the street unlocked with the key in it, until they find another driver. No guarantee that they will find another driver soon. A total scam

Overall I have a great experience with haul brokerage service by the company. 1. It's truly most cost effective. 2. They are flexible in the terms and accomodations. 3. Expect a few flows because of law profit margin , but miscommunication or deficiency in customer care are well taken care of. Worked with rep. Davin and he attempted and strive to do his best.
