Unreal experience

Placed an order for 3 items that were in stock they cost £63 each but when I went to checkout there was no charge for the 3 items,i completed my order and got a email with my statement and order number it's been weeks now and order on site says processing, I have email customer service about my order still no reply they should have still honoured the order it's not my fault I wasn't charged

Early days but good start

The service and product great.The patches stay on securely for the 24 hours .I been using them 5 days with hip problems and first thoughts they are helping with pain but I know with the hot weather that may have helped aswell .So will up date in a few weeks but so far so good

This company doesn’t appear to have a Customer Service I have sent them two emails regarding my order and have had no response. I purchased 30 -30mg patches as they were on offer. What I received was a pack where the patches were all stuck together and I couldn’t separate them without them being spoilt. There was supposed to be five strips of six patches I got three which were ok but the rest I couldn’t separate and there was not six on each. So infact I received eighteen, maybe this was why they were on offer. The patches are good and do work, but I can’t recommend the company.

Erreurs à gogo

Placement Direct a fait deux grosses erreurs dans l'arbitrage de mon assurance-vie. Quelle fiabilité... La 1ère erreur était qu'un de mes arbitrages n'avait pas été validé suite à une anomalie de leur système. Heureusement que je m'en suis rendue compte mais sinon j'aurai perdu de l'argent. Cette erreur a toutefois été gérée dans un délai raisonnable une fois que je les ai averti. OK, une erreur arrive, pas de souci. Par contre, j'ai vraiment galéré à ce que la seconde erreur (découlant d'une certaine façon de la 1ère) soit réglée. Placement Direct m'a envoyé un document où je devais valider un autre arbitrage sauf qu'aller savoir par quel miracle, une personne de leur service a trouvé le moyen de ne pas respecter ce qui était écrit dessus (à savoir transféré 100% du fonds euros dans l'ETF désigné...). La personne du service client transmettait a priori bien ma demande (mes demandes de relance) à ce fameux service qui gérait cela mais cela a pris plus de 3 semaines à être corrigé et j'ai dû relancer plusieurs fois (et montrer les dents à force) car contrairement aux promesses de résolution du souci sous quelques jours, rien n'avançait et je n'étais pas tenu au courant de pourquoi ce n'était pas fait comme promis. A un moment quand rien n'avance malgré les promesses de résolution sous quelques jours, il y a de quoi perdre confiance ! Vu tout le temps perdu, j'ai demandé à 3 reprises si un geste commercial état prévu, ce qui clairement aurait été la moindre des choses. Evidemment les réponses de Placement Direct esquivaient le sujet, le choix de la facilité car les clients s'épuisent d'eux-mêmes de râler, hein. En tout cas, forcément, cela ne fait qu'agacer de devoir reposer plusieurs fois la question car on ne sent pas respecté et mener en bateau... Aujourd'hui, la directrice en personne du service client a daigné me répondre un splendide "J’estime effectivement qu’il n’y a pas lieu à geste commercial." Avec le lien du formulaire pour joindre le médiateur si je ne suis pas contente. En effet, vu qu'il n'y a soi-disant pas eu de préjudice financier (encore heureux en même temps que je ne perde pas d'argent suite à leurs erreurs...), tout le temps que j'ai perdu au téléphone et par emails à les relancer (ce que je n'aurai pas eu à faire si les 1ères promesses de résolution de soucis sous quelques jours avaient été tenues) ne comptent pas. Ce n'est donc pas un préjudice, j'ai que cela à faire de mes journées de courir après Placement Direct, de quoi je me plains ?! Après 3 semaines à râler dont surtout ces derniers jours (sinon j'attendrai encore une résolution du souci à mon avis), mon souci est résolu, fin de la discussion. Placement Direct n'assume donc pas vraiment ses erreurs. A vous d'être vigilant et en plus ne vous attendez pas à un geste commercial vu qu'il ne se culpabilise pas spécialement. Des erreurs arrivent, voilà, on finira pas les réparer, basta. Ainsi, quitte à avoir perdu un temps monstrueux, j'estime que Placement Direct mérite bien cet avis. Vu que je suis une cliente mécontente "pour pas grand-chose", je laisse les personnes lisant mon avis se faire leur propre avis sur s'ils ont envie qu'on les traite ainsi. J'anticipe une éventuelle réponse client sur Trustpilot : Mon récit est ce qu'il s'est passé donc merci de m'épargner de fausses excuses ou une autre interprétation de la réalité juste dans le but de redorer votre image auprès des lecteurs d'avis de Placement Direct.

Il faut m’expliquer comment ce contrat peut être vendu en affichant un rendement net de 4.10% en 2023 et 3.60 % en 2024 …. J’ai voulu faire une entrée prudente sur ce produit d’épargne avec une mise minimum de 500 € alors que j’ai 50 000 € à placer. Je vais me retirer car non satisfait ni des résultats ni des complications administratives à chaque versement ni de la communication.

I have used limelife by alcone products since the uk launch in 2018 when I became a founding beauty guide. My skin is extremely sensitive and these work fab for me. I have very dry skin which breaks out at certain times. Also reaching 36 and my skin is looking fabulous! When I stop using it or get out of my routine I totally see and feel a difference. My makeup sits better to with my skincare and with the RCMA wax based foundation and they work brilliantly! I will never buy skincare or makeup from a store again. I discovered this brand by absolute chance. I’m a total Brand snob and really have only ever used Clarins. However when I found out they were owned by L’Occitane and their sister company was Elemis I thought I’d give them a go. I LOVE a gadget and bought their Duolab as well. Former disgusted Beauty Guide

I'm a former Beauty Guide for LimeLife by Alcone Australia. When it was announced in late April that the Australian market was being closed, myself and all my fellow former Beauty Guides where pretty much abandoned and thrown in the trash. No communication from head office and only occasional inventory updates. I put over 3 years of my life into promoting this company and for them to turn around chew us up and spit us out. I hope you go broke with how you treat markets that you deem not profitable. If LimeLife ever returned to Australia there is no way that I will ever join again 😡😡😡

Terrible products. Terrible representatives. I ordered a couple of products approximately two years ago. Both products were completely ineffective. (The company makes unsubstantiated medical claims about their products). One product caused an adverse skin reaction. As if that’s not bad enough, the representative continues to make attempts to contact me despite being issued a Cease-and-Desist. Beware of the products, and beware of the representatives.

De 5 stjerner er kommet efter servicebesøg i dag. Vi bestilte for 2½ år siden nye Kastrup vinduer og døre til vores rækkehus hos en lokal montør. Vinduerne blev flot monteret, men der var desværre en masse skønhedsfejl og et vindue som over tid ikke kunne åbne. Det har været lidt svært at få en hurtig dialog med Kastrup vinduet, men der kom vist en ny mand på sagen, og i dag har jeg haft besøg Efter en grundig gennemgang, med gode råd og vejledning, udskiftning af div. lister, smøring af alle vinduer, opretning af det vindue som ikke kunne åben og aflevering af en spand maling virker alle vores vinduer igen. At betalingen for dette servicebesøg, tilmed blev annulleret pga. montørens fejl gjorde bare oplevelsen endnu bedre. Vinduerne er virkelig gode, vi har sparet en del på vores varmeregning og vores hus fremstår flot med de nye vinduer - Men jeres servicemontør er grunden til de sidste par stjerner i denne anmeldelse :-)

Jeg har fået sat en træ alu terrassedør i mit hus for 12 år siden, skydedøren kører på et lille nylonhjul, og udvendigt. Nylonhjulet kan ikke holde, og måtte skiftes allerede efter 6 måneder. Nu er 4. gang, at jeg skal have service til den. Døren gaber døren 1 cm for neden, det er koldt i stuen, og ikke godt for varmeregningen. Jeg kontakter Kastrup vinduet, de vil gerne komme, men mod en timebetaling på 550 kr plus moms, på trods af, at der under sidste service blev sagt, at jeg bare skulle ringe. Da jeg sagde, at jeg ville lave en anmeldelse på trustpilot, blev der sagt, at jeg ikke skulle kontakte dem igen. Så jeg bruger i stedet min egen tømrer, som må sætte en helt ny terrassedør I. Det var spildte 30.000 på en terrassedør.

Do Not Order from these people!

Placed an order 2 weeks ago and haven't received what I paid for. I've sent instant messages, emails and called them several times but complete silence from their end. I've shopped with them before and had a great experience but this is ridiculous. It would never cross my mind to read recent reviews as having had a good experience dealing with them in the past I assumed there be no problems. I should have checked before I ordered I guess. I've raised a dispute with my bank to get my money back as I can't cancel the order and they've gone mute so I had no choice but to claim my money back. DO NOT spend money here, you'd be very lucky to receive anything from them. Very disappointed.

Similar experience to a lot of people, i ordered an item, had a email to say it was out of stock, so i cancelled the order, as i couldn't get any response i started a chargeback with my bank, Hot pink disputed it even though i had an email stating that they had not dispatched it, the card company then refused to refund so i am stuck with no product and out of pocket by £80.00. a terrible company to deal with!!

Poor experience

I placed an order for an item that was stated as in stock so expected it to be dispatched the same working day, as per the information in Shipping and Returns on the website (the order was placed in the morning). I still hadn't had confirmation of dispatch after a couple of weeks so I emailed to ask to cancel the order. I didn't get a response. After seeing the reviews on here, I decided to make a claim through my credit card company to get my money back. It was only after I emailed HotPinkHaberdashery again to say that I had done this that I got a reply to say they'll cancel the order. Truly terrible customer service. The website needs to be updated to reflect more realistic delivery time frames.

Item not delivered 30 meters of fusible fleece £209 never delivered. No communication, no refund offered, no response to messages, emails or phone calls! How rude. I placed an order 10th December 2024 and today is 28th January 2025 and the item is still missing. I think maybe the company is in difficulty so please be aware. Think carefully before you order. Pay by PayPal or credit card so you are covered by buyers protection.

Order not sent out, unable to contact them via phone as no one answers and no reply from emails either. This seems to be a common issue so I would think twice about ordering from Hot Pink Haberdashery especially as there are cheaper more reliable suppliers to choose from.

I ordered from Hotpinkhaberdashery on 24/10/24. They never sent the order. I emailed twice, no response. Phoned but phone rang out. Then raised the issue with Mastercard on 19/11/24. Mastercard gave the retailer a chance to defend the claim. Mastercard refunded the money later in November 24.

Order placed on 3rd December, still not even despatched on 18th December, despite website saying 24 hour delivery. Sent message to cancel order and request refund - no response. Tried telephoning the number on the website (01208 812400) - no answer, rings out and no message facility. I see from Trustpilot that this is not an isolated incident - wish I had looked at Trustpilot before placing the order. UPDATE: Refund received 18/12/2024 - but no correspondence.

Very disappointing Company to deal with. Placed an order on 26th November 2024 which was finally delivered on 10th December. Only 14 days !!!!!!! Hmmm. Having now read previous reviews it is not surprising. Also Company response to poor reviews is very poor and appears to lay the blame at the Customers door. It’s a pity that poor Customer Service and or performance is not dealt with in house. Won’t be using this Company again. I've taken on board your advice and will have a great Christmas as you celebrate your 3.1 Customer Satisfaction.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Never been spoken to so rudely by a company in all my life. Ordered on Monday. Website states same day dispatch (expected Tuesday as it was past 5pm). Still no order confirmation of dispatch info a week later. Phoning multiple times a day with no answer. Had an email on Friday to say they would look into it Monday morning. Phoned/emailed Monday lunch time to chase. Their email reply said to not waste my time phoning necessarily and that they would get around to my enquiry once they had worked through the 100 emails they had received over the weekend. Website states 24hr delivery service. Advisor on email proceeded to argue over and over that this is not something they offer. Explained I was desperate for my order to be dispatched (it’s been a week since I placed it) and my own orders are now late (unlike them, I care about the customer service my customers receive). I was told to stop emailing so they could get around to it. When I replied I was told ‘yet another email to stop us getting to your enquiry’. The company had time to respond with multiple replies but not to check my order was being dispatched. Horrific customer service and still no sign of my order over a week later. Wish I had read these reviews before relying on them. Asked for a refund only to be told my order had been dispatched so they would need to check if it could be recalled. Now they can tell me about dispatch! Still no sign of tracking info or dispatch email though. Wish me luck with a charge back. Avoid avoid avoid. Just received another reply whilst writing this…. They told me I was wrong and having a hard time accepting it. They claim they are proud of their trustpilot reviews (20% 1 star is not something to be proud of?!) and then told me they noticed I didn’t even have any trust pilot reviews for my business. Like what the actual??? Can you believe this is customer service??

I have ordered an Oakland coffee table and two lamp stands over the past couple of months. The customer service from the two representatives I have spoken to has been outstanding. My orders were delivered on time and the packaging was superb, as are the items. I would definately use Oak City as my first choice for furniture in the future and many other companies could benefit from their excellent customer service philosophy.

Quick Delivery

I ordered a Milan Large TV unit from the Oak City website. Delivery was exceptionally quick, I placed the order on Saturday evening, it was dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. However when I unboxed it one of the side cupboard doors was open and couldn't be closed. I thought I'd have the hassle of having to box it up again, wait in for it to be collected and then for a replacement but I've managed to adjust the fittings myself and it's now better. The left side door closed but wasn't straight I've adjusted the hinge screws and it's improved a little. Because of this I've knocked a star off my rating, also customer services said they'd ask DX couriers to deliver on the Wednesday when I could get the day off work but it arrived the day before, thankfully my teenagers were at home. However this is probably more an issue with the courier than Oak City. I don't want this review to seem negative as overall it's a good unit for the price, certainly better for what we needed than spending £200+ more on a complete solid oak unit elsewhere. Customer services also answered my emails regarding delivery very quickly. I'm more than happy to order from them again despite the minor issues mentioned.

I can't understand the bad reviews on here. I have received exceptional customer service from Oak City. I ordered four items of furniture on Monday, it arrived on Wednesday of same week. One item was damaged so I rang them up and a replacement was sent, which I received today Friday. I cannot praise them enough and shall thoroughly recommend them to my friends!

Ordered item and never heard anything so got in touch to be told with couriers but couriers hadn’t been in touch either. Don’t trust company, and couriers are just as bad that they use (mxl) lies about delivery..so very bad experience with both all round.

Three months on, still waiting for our replacement furniture. First delivery failed to turn up several times, then came home late evening to find furniture standing outside in the pouring rain (we'd waited in until 7.30pm for a delivery that should have been with us during the afternoon). I asked them to replace the soaked furniture - when the courier came to collect, I had to help him lift it onto the truck, as they had only sent one driver (I am female and not young!) Then just one excuse after another - delivery company blah blah, then manufacturers sent wrong item. Told six weeks ago that it would be with me within a week. I am still waiting - it is now three months since I ordered it. I have asked for a refund.

Ordered 3 items, 2 were damaged and poorly made. Oakcity did not seem surprised. Very nice about sending replacements. Panther the couriers are very unreliable. Said we were out, then forgot to load our items. So finally 2nd batch of furniture arrived. 1 out of 2 damaged/poorly made. Oakcity still not surprised. Finally sent 3rd sideboard. It is by no means perfect, as you would expect with new furniture, but we can't face another round of deliveries. Personally feel these are cheap imports and they know a % will be rubbish and their business model is to be nice about it.

Het is pure oplichting. Wij hadden twee velux dakramen besteld. En natuurlijk niets gekregen. Telefoonnummer niet bereikbaar. Van verkoper helemaal niets gehoord. Maar na wat onderzoek hey woonadres en bedrijsadres gevonden. Na wat persoonlijk contact iets wat hardhandig natuurlijk onze twee dakramen gekregen. Dus mensen geef niet op blijf bellen en stalken en uiteindelijk krijg je je bestelde producten. Verkoper is heel snel bang.

Bestelling van meer dan 1000 euro; nooit geleverd, ondanks herhaalde rappels. Na een jaar dan toch maar klacht neergelegd met procedure voor de rechtbank (350 euro aub), vonnis in mijn voordeel, opnieuw aangeschreven, geen antwoord. Dueurwaarder zegt me dat dit bedrijf niet bestaat, dus geen inning van het vonnis mogelijk. Enige hoop die ik nog heb is dat de wettelijke interesten zo hoog oplopen dat ik iemand bekwaam kan inschakelen om de man op te zoeken. PURE FRAUDE

14-04-2023, 4 dakramen besteld volgens de website stond hier 2 tot 3 dagen levertijd. op 20-04-2023, waren er geen dakramen geleverd dus ik ben gaan bellen (kreeg voicemail), daarna gaan mailen en daarna online naar reviews gaan kijken en daar schrok ik me rot. Maar ondanks alle reviews zijn vandaag 21-04-2023 alle dakramen geleverd, werd in de ochtend netjes gebeld dat ze zouden komen en smiddags is alles geleverd incl. gootstukken. Zelfs heb ik de order nog kunnen wijzigen qua lengte dakramen. Al met al geen onprettige ervaring. Edit: na montage blijkt dat er 4 onderdelen van een ander type dakraam er bij zaten welke niet passen op het type dakraam die ik heb gekocht. tot nu toe weinig tot geen reactie om dit op te lossen.

Beste bestellers, mag vurig hopen dat jullie hier NOOIT ik zeg NOOIT een bestelling doen. Op 06 januari 2023 een schaar vlizo trap besteld. Betaald en binnen 1 a 2 dagen lever tijd. Helaas. Na 1 week, bellen we de zaak,voicemail box vol. Dagen gebeld maar zonder resultaat. Via consumentenbond een brief gestuurd, en dat we ons beroepen op kopen op afstand en ons geld terug willen. Geen enkele reactie. Aangetekende brief gestuurd ook helemaal niets opgehoord, die was wel afgetekend. Koste 10 euro. Aangifte gedaan bij de politie. Heel veel engerie. Ik was zo teleurgesteld, dat ze dat met ons geld doen. Gewoon jatten. Maar ik ben een volhouder. Review's telaat gelezen. Maar een mevrouw die het ook was overkomen, heb ik op gezocht via Facebook, en zij was zo vriendelijke mij een paar NUTTIGE tips te geven. (Weet niet of ze het oke vind dat ik haar naam vermeld) STALKEN, STALKEN en nog eens STALKEN. En met succes. Ik heb via SMS en via WhatsApp berichtjes gestuurd, NIETS opgehoord. Tot dat ik geschreven heb, ik geef jullie tot 06 april 2023 de tijd om het geld terug te boeken, anders zet ik ALLES op Facebook. En wat is er vandaag gebeurt, het bedrag is vandaag terug gestort. Beloofd dat ik het niet op Facebook zou zetten, dat heb ik niet gedaan, maar wel een review geplaatst. Een gewaarschuwd mens telt voor TWEE.

Bestellen en betalen van 2 dakramen ging snel op 08-03-2023. Daarna echter radio stilte.. Telefoon neemt men niet op, ook niet na tig keer bellen, voice mail inspreken gaat niet, die is standaard vol. Uiteindelijk na heel veel mailen over status van bestelling eindelijk een reactie op 22-3-2023. De informatie die ik toen kreeg was niet juist. Weer bellen, appen en mailen. Enkele keren contact per app en mail. Uiteindelijk juiste goederen 28-3-2023 ontvangen. Heeft me erg veel tijd en negatieve energie gekost. Doe geen handel meer met deze firma..

It's a pity they don't apply such zest to their clients' tax affairs as they do to 'YouTube' & 'QuickBooks'.....I've never been let down so badly. I should have spotted something was wrong when their registered address is "off limits to the public"!

Spammers that harass continuously by email and ignore all requests to delete data. The company is now being reported to ICO and Trading Standards. Any further harassment and I'll be taking legal action. Definitely the correct company (they offer virtual office services as well as accountancy services) and the many requests to stop spamming me have been sent to three different email addresses

Bonjour, j'ai une société de convoyage de véhicules (VL, PL et Bus) il m'arrive régulièrement de livrer des véhicules neuf avec le système océan installé. Ne voulant pas conduire les véhicules pendant x km avec un bip par seconde, j'ai demandé à Océan de me vendre un badge, au nom de mon entreprise, afin de pouvoir faire les convoyages (de plusieurs concessions) vers leurs clients finaux... Et bien j'ai essuyé un refus de la part d'océan, car ils ne délivre pas de badge en dehors de leurs clientèle... Ils sont psycho rigide, ils refusent de comprendre que dans le cadre de ma société de convoyage, je ne désire pas pirater leur joujoux, mais uniquement de pouvoir rouler sans avoir ce "bip" de bip qui me pourrit le voyage... Je suis prêt à payer ce badge, ils seraient libre de le mettre à mon nom ou au nom de ma société, je me fou de savoir ou est le véhicule, c'est juste pour pouvoir convoyer un véhicule, équipé de leur "bip" de boitier.... Ils refusent...ok, je vais donc expliquer à mes clients que cette société n'est pas la seule sur le marché, et que je pourrais les aider à travailler avec une société de géolocalisation qui accepte de réfléchir avec un minimum d'effort.

"Pipe Dream" a fanciful or unattainable scheme or hope. That's how the dictionary has it and it really is quite an accurate description of my experience of this company. That is to say: the idea that my item would arrive in a timely manner: fanciful. And a response from the seller to my repeated enquiries about where it was, if it had even been dispatched at all: unattainable. My advice: avoid this company and have a happy life. I was fortunate in that I had purchased through PayPal and was able to seek a resolution through them, otherwise I doubt I would ever have seen my money again.

This was no use to me as I had explained as the office would be unmanned. I requested they cancelled and refunded. they flatly refused and I am still awaiting the call back. These people lie and have no credibility - they should be stopped from trading.

I have used this company a few times stupidly, there is always something that tells me not to do it again. This time i ordered from the website, it said all in stock so ordered a 2-3 day tracked delivery. Once again the goods did not arrive on time so i had to purchase the same parts locally. trying to return there parts was a problem and even then they withhold 25% as a restocking charge. These people should not be in business They Lie, do not reply to emails or phone and generally are not a nice company to deal with. DONT USE THEM.

MY ADVICE: AVOID THIS BUSINESS

I ordered 2 1/2" pipe and got 3". I was told by the sales manager that this was correct as the detailed data sheet makes this clear. But why have the website front page stating one size and then another elsewhere? If you need to read the data sheet because the order page diameter sizing is not accurate, this should be writ large on the order page. Pipedreams excepted no returns or refunds. Unhelpful and inflexible.

order back in June for a job I was doing. Pipe never arrived despite repeated calls to customer service every week. Assured it would arrive many times and it never did. Had to refund the client in the end. Customer service were no help. Look elsewhere if thinking about using this company. Currently I am waiting for a refund on the order.

Avoid do not deliver what they promise, bad quality

Unfortunately I have to add to the really bad reviews. The company advised me on a product they also guaranteed delivery to Europe for a show - I was to use the pipe stands for. They advised me the stands are a match and if I order and pay by 3.30pm (11th June) they will deliver latest 14th June. They have charged me an astronomical sum to assure delivery on the particular date knowing I will be returning to UK in a little over a week. It never arrived amongst other things due to them filing customs and invoice papers incorrectly. On top of it I had to spend a couple of thousand pounds to hire a replacement stand. Upon my return they have sent a replacement to UK having not refunded me original postage costs. What arrived was not usable and would not stand. They have offered me a refund with deducting 25% on the 1st and then 2nd July but then changed their mind and told me I can't have a refund. On their website it says all items are handmade but also if it is custom made no refund so be careful! I called again they refused to refund and advised me they will send side legs to stabilise. Never received anything. Please be wary - it does not arrive on time and they will sell anything wether you can use it or not and quality is extremely poor.

For older people that need care and attention their service was perfect! Bethany in the office dealt with my mother with compassion and understanding and talked through the forthcoming visit in detail. They installed her new Sky Q box quickly and even ran through a tutorial with her on how to use the new systme. I cannot recommend them enough!

In December 2024 my 98 year old father-in-law was offerred Sky Q on a totally free basis, which he was happy to accept. He was then contacted by ABS on behalf of Sky who demanded an up front payment of £125 to install the box on the basis that extra wiring was required. When the installation was carried out there was no extra work required and the Sky Q box was simply connected to the existing cable. Requests to Sky and ABS for a refund have met with refusal. This is pretty disgraceful practice in dealing with an elderly Sky customer and this company should be avoided at all costs.

This is a family run business and the staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The ladies in the office were so helpful on the phone and went above and beyond to accommodate my request for Sky installation. The man that arrived was punctual, polite and explained everything to me. Before he arrived I received a text giving me a time that he would arrive and he stuck to that. Installation of Sky Q equipment

There was some initial confusion between Sky and ABS about fixing a date for the appointment to install the equipment, as it was changed 3 or 4 times but eventually a date was agreed upon. On the day before the day of the appointment, ABS rang me and said their engineer - Richard - was in the area and could come at 5pm that very day instead of the next day, as he was passing by on his way home - to which we readily agreed. Richard was brilliant. He was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable about the equipment and so helpful, making sure I knew how to use the equipment before he left. The whole exercise took just over half an hour. Finally, having mentioned to him that one of our neighbours also had a future Sky Q installation appointment coming up, he offered to do their installation there and then instead even though it would make him even later going home. Unfortunately, he could not locate their booking and the neighbour was out anyway so he went on his way home. I would thoroughly recommend ABS and their engineer Richard for any Sky equipment issues but would ask Sky to look into their internal appointment procedures to avoid any confusion over dates in the future.

I've been using Nextday contacts for over a year now - I've had only positive experiences so long as I am VERY careful about ordering way before the cut off time. The only time it was ever delayed was when UPS stopped delivering due to weather conditions in my area. Their prices are a bit high but ever since I realized that after I accounted for all the "processing fees" from other websites that I was paying the same amount of money, I just started using this company each time. My only complaint is that I wish they'd use PayPal for their payment processing instead of having to give them my credit card number each and every time.
