This company is a scam.
I've had this policy for about a year now. I've had one claim for a leaky washer that's still leaking to this day. Multiple service calls and now I'm trying to call once again and I find that their website portal is there but I can't log into it, I get a 403 error. The phone number on the website doesn't work. I had to google for a legit phone number and as per usual, I get the answering service that is staffed by the most unhelpful lot. I have placed multiple calls and have yet to receive one and you can't ask for a manager because there just isn't one. I also found that they stopped charging my policy premium for last two months so do I even have a policy any more?

Priority Home NO Service
I’ve had the policy since March 2022. Made first claim in February 2023. According to my account, my last call to Priority was June 2020. My first and only claim is date December 12, 2023. If Priority’s dates look funky, it’s because they are! I haven’t heard from them about the claim. The phone numbers don’t work. I can’t find an email address. The Contact button on the website doesn’t work. I have no way to contact Priority. I want my money back! It’s no good having a warranty if I can’t get service!

Biggest Scam I have faced in this country. I bought Amy new house in October 2022 and paid 6 years of warranty for $2802.41 in advance for 6 yeas of warranty. The name of the sales person was Chase Alexander whose telephone is now disconnected. I placed a claim by mid December 2022 and never got a call back from them. Their telephones are not functional and they are not answering emails. I wonder how and I can get my money back? Who is the irresponsible and corrupt owner of this company. He/she should be sued and fined.

J'ai récemment acheté du beurre de cacahuètes bio Kazidomi au Delhaize, qui coûtait 9,74 euros avec 30 % de réduction inclus ! Bien supérieur à d'autres marques bio. Quand j'ai ouvert le pot en arrivant chez moi, la pâte était toute liquide (et non juste de l'huile, complètement liquide). Je me suis forcé à goûter, et le goût n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur des 10 euros déboursés... Me voilà donc avec 10 euros de perdus. C'était la première fois que j'essayais ce produit, et probablement la dernière.

Très déçue ! Les prix des produits, sensés être plus intéressants pour les abonnés, sont identiques voire plus élevés que dans les magasins où je vais d'habitude, le délai de livraison est très long et là mon dernier colis est tout simplement dans la nature depuis 1 semaine.. (le suivi DPD indique avoir juste reçu les infos de l'expéditeur.. ?!). C'est ma 2ème commande et le 2ème retard de livraison. J'avais bénéficié d'une offre pour m'abonner, heureusement, car c'est nul. -> ajout suite à la réponse de Kazidomi : lorsque je parle des magasins que je fréquente, il ne s'agit pas de grandes surfaces, mais de petites épiceries bio et familiales..

Je suis une grande fan des produits de la marque Kazidomi que je retrouve dans les rayons de mon Delhaize. J’étais dans l’optique de prendre un abonnement pour commander sur le site directement et avoir de meilleures remises mais triste de constater qu’il gonfle leur prix sur le site pour faire croire que nous avons économisé grâce à leur abonnement… mais bien au contraire, le prix de base est bien plus cher qu’en supermarché (voir parfois le double) pour au final, se retrouver avec un produit soit au même prix ou un peu plus cher qu’au Delhaize….

Depuis quelques temps, le service se détériore...
Ça fait plusieurs années que je passe par Kazidomi pour mes courses, et au début, j'étais ultra contente! Mais ça fait plusieurs mois que je suis déçue et pour plusieurs raisons : - premièrement, ils ont renouvelé mon abonnement sans me prévenir, et au prix de l'ancien abonnement (80 euros). Heureusement que j'ai remarqué rapidement l'erreur, j'ai pu leur signaler et m'ont remboursé la différence. - depuis quelques mois, chaque fois que je commande des farines chez eux, j'ai des mythes alimentaires qui débarquent. Je n'ai jamais eu ça avant. J'ai arrêté de commander des farines et depuis, plus de mythes. - en comparant les prix dans un supermarché, j'ai remarqué que le même produit vendu sur Kazidomi est plus cher quand dans le supermarché (dans ce cas, un bidon de 5L de lessive universelle Ecover, à 40 euros sur Kazidomi avec réductions abonnée et à 32 euros au Delhaize...) - plein de rupture de stock ou des produits qui finissent tout simplement par disparaître. L'initiative de Kazidomi est top, mais depuis qu'ils se concentrent sur la création de leurs produits, je trouve qu'ils se dispersent et en conséquence, offrent un moins bon service qu'avant.

It's a shame there is not a 'zero' stars. Every box arrives damaged (if it makes it at all) because packing for Kazidomi means throwing heavy items into weak boxes and not caring at all. Then they have the form filling and the 'personal assurance' saying procedures will be reviewed and improved -- till the next box of damaged goods arrive. And the demand for 'mandatory' photos just to make sure they waste as much customer time as possible. There is no point claiming to be an ethical, ecological company and then behaving like this.

Quelques mois après avoir été Membre K+ pour 59eu, ce qui n'est pas donné ! J'ai très vite constaté de nombreux articles disparaissant du site, des ruptures de stocks et qui le restent jusqu'à perte de vue...., et la suppression de la livraison via Bpost... !!! Impossible de refaire mes courses en sécurité, il manque un tas de choses, et pas question de me faire livrer par DPD, trop de problèmes avec eux. Pour Kazidomi, les clients sont frustrés ..., alors que Kazidomi ne respectent pas ses engagements à tous niveaux, lorsque l'on paie un abonnement. Il semble que leur éthique soit plutôt trompeuse et malhonnête en lisant les commentaires sur leurs manquements envers les clients et les fournisseurs. On comprend pourquoi, certains rayons sont à moitié vides, et le restent.

Again a very bad experience - it's a repetition - each time the products arrive several products are heavily damaged - and then it's like a criminal investigation to get a refund - and you have to send several documentation - and clean up the mess. Really disappointing as I like the initiative and the idea of quality products - but as it can not be trusted my orders are fewer and then the annual subscription becomes an issue. A shame really

Assez paradoxal pour une entreprise qui vante l'éthique EDIT, en réponse : Svp, ne faites pas comme s'il s'agissait d'un simple incident/oubli/malentendu. Votre service compta et votre directeur financier savent très bien que la facture liée au PO-20240223-047 est en impayée depuis +6 mois. Ceci est délibéré de votre part. De toute évidence, au vu des derniers avis, Kazidomi cherche à tromper aussi bien ses propres clients que ses fournisseurs.

Bestilte 2/12 og modtog 3/12 besked om, at min vare var afsendt, og pengene blev trukket straks. Hørte da ingenting, før jeg selv begyndte at rykke via mail. Fik bare en kvædet vise om, at transportfirmaerne havde meget travlt, og firmaet bad om nogle dages tålmodighed, før de kunne kontakte PostNord. Kunne dog selv se, at min bestilling ikke havde forladt landet. Pludselig stod der, at min ordre var stoppet for evt. toldbehandling. Herefter gik endnu noget tid, og jeg blev bare “holdt hen” af firmaet, som bad om min tålmodighed. Var julegave så da de bad mig vente til 23/12, måtte jeg ud og købe ny gave til min søn, og jeg bad dem om at annullere ordren og refundere min betaling, men de blev fortsat ved med at bede om min tålmodighed. Da jeg stadig intet modtog, måtte jeg gå ud fra, at det er svindel-firma og gjorde dem opmærksom på dette, og at hvis ikke jeg hørte fra dem straks, ville jeg melde dem til politiet. De beklagede meget og pludselig lå min vare i postkassen. Så det tog en måned at få sådan en lille ting frem, som bare var sendt som brev. Helt urimelig lang leveringstid, som der ikke informeres om ved køb og ved kontakt får man ingen svar på hvor pakken er eller hvornår man kan forvente at den kommer. De har slet ikke styr på deres forsendelser. Jeg køber ALDRIG fra dette firma igen - ellers synd for varen var meget fin.

Hello Paul, Thanks for your reply as it’s very important that any disputes are settled amicably. If you look at the invoice it doesn’t have an invoice number so it can’t be uniquely identified when your auditors pop round. The receipt has a unique number but it does not correspond with any invoices from your practice. You have just provided me with an invoice (without a number) so I’m baffled as to how you’ve managed to generate a receipt without an official invoice that can be uniquely identified with a number. I’m quite confident that your auditors and accountants won’t be happy with your practice ‘cooking up’ the books. Whatever happened to integrity, professionalism and accountability at every level of the dental profession. Trust between dentist and patient is earned, but your practice has failed to earn my trust !

I’ve just returned home from what I can only describe as an astonishingly good experience at Darren Bywater Dental Care. From start to finish I felt as though all of my needs and questions were met and answered proactively. They’ve put an immense amount of work into their processes and their communications skills are … well … simply astonishing. Very professional and friendly and I have every confidence that my new dental implant will work out as planned. If you get a chance you should try this practice out.

My husband and I have both been treated recently here for dentures and considering the cost I really expected better, the quality and fit are very basic and I have no doubt that we could have received better from the NHS. Lesson learnt money doesn’t always = quality and satisfaction.I appreciate your reply however I feel that my opinion and review are justified, I didn’t come for my review because I don’t think that my wishes and opinion were taken into consideration, I feel really let down and the whole experience has seen me in tears on many occasions. I really feel that returning now would be throwing good money after bad.

Amazing result and care!
Amazing dental treatment. I just can't believe what has been achieved over a series of dental treatments. The last was the fitting of an 'emax onlay' (crown) to a very damaged and quite awful tooth. The result is perfect, it's like I have my tooth backI Can't tell the difference between that and others- colour size and fit is perfect. So very pleased with the result. Sunny the dentist is just lovely and sooo very good at what he does. Not cheap, but then the amount of work, specialism and care, and the end result is well worth it. I'm very happy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS They sent two individuals in their 60s who were both seriously overweight and clearly incapable of the challenging physical job of an after building clean - a house full of brick dust. They struggled to climb the stairs into the building!!! I was not at all confident they could climb ladders etc to do the work required. When I told them I wanted to cancel they refused to leave the property! In the end we paid them some cash to go - I am sure if they had stayed they would have taken at least double the time and charged a fortune - IF they managed to actually do the work.

The cleaners got to me on time on the day and worked efficiently to get the work completed within the allotted agreed hours. Very friendly and professional at all times. Just had a deep clean of our very cobwebby, dusty, dirty farmhouse by Lisa of GreenGal cleaning. What a relief. The house feels wonderful and looks sparkling. I loved that Lisa moved the furniture, washed the floors everywhere, got in all the nooks and crannies, and scrubbed windows and shower screens til the gleamed. Its so nice to be in a properly clean house again. Thanks, Lisa. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend this store, I ordered a specific item, AVP PRO 4ml replacement tank and received a standard AVP pod. I called to speak with them and they basically said I ordered the wrong product even though when I click the item on my invoice it takes me to the correct item. Incredible bad service we work in vacation rental business since 5 years and have tried to work with this channel manager.what a bad idea! they are not able to connect correctly the properties to any of the OTA except airbnb.we have wait more than 3 weeks to have the first connection and all with error, we have only lose our time don t work with them

Lots of unique items, BUT…..
Lots of unique items. My issue was the return policy. Says 3 days for refund. We specifically asked about the items we were buying as we’d spent about an hour picking them out. Nothing worked in our space. We returned to the store for a refund. Immediately the staff said ‘botanicals are final sale!’ It doesn’t state that ANYWHERE on the policy or the receipt. These were PRICEY botanicals. When we challenged them and stated that we had specifically asked about returning what we were buying and were never told about the botanicals, they relented and agreed to the refund. That’s when it got interesting. We’re standing at the cash. This clerk takes out a 8 1/2 x 11 pad and starts writing out each and every item we were returning including full description and price!!! We had used a credit card and were returning everything so not sure what this painful exercise was supposed to accomplish. To add insult to injury, this clerk then proceeded to ask for just about every piece of personal information including full name, address, phone number AND email address. When we questioned why that was necessary, we were told their computer system was outdated and (for some reason) they needed this information to process the refund! Bogus!!! Paid by CC; refund by CC. PERIOD!

This place is a joke
This place is a joke! Purchased chairs for over $3000. Had to wait months, which I was promised if I got the pattern they had available it would be weeks. Slip covers don’t fit and the material looks low grade. Have had service come out but never called me back for them to return. The ladies in the store are terrible when it comes to customer service.

Absolutely love this store
Absolutely love this store! They searched the store over for an item I had seen online this summer but couldn’t find when I visited in person. I also recently ordered 2 boxes of crackle balls and they were delivered in a few days and wrapped very well so none of them were broken.

At first I was a bit suspicious about this retailer, because there were almost no reviews to be found anywhere. Received delivery today and I am really happy with the black obsidian necklace. Shipping took a bit of time (around 7 business days from date of order until delivery to germany) but i am overall happy with how everything went. E-Mails regarding the order were answered on time.

Lost all my data.
Lost all my data. I had a server with them since 2013 that ran a wiki site. Many people had contributed hours of time over the years adding to this wiki. I had gone on vacation and returned a few days later then expected. When I logged in to pay my bill I found the server was deleted. Not suspended as most companies do when your payment is late, but instead it was totally deleted. I begged support to please restore it, but they said they could not because the server was completely decommissioned and wiped. I was only 3 days over due. Other services will only suspend your server until you make the payment and only decommission it after a month or two. These guys have no regard for their customers data. I will never use them again.

BudgetVM / Enzu - Dishonest business practise
I been a customer at BudgetVM since 2020-08-14 with my Tokyo server being bought at 2021-01-11. This review consists of my Tokyo server as this is the only server i ran for more then a couple months. The server is a Dual E5-2630l with 1 SSD and 5 HDDS on a 'shared' 1gbits Unmetered plan. For nearly two years this server ran without any issues, network stability was perfect and i never had to make a single support ticket. The bandwidth was very cheap for Asia traffic, and there comes the issue. On 2021-10-11 my traffic suddenly tanked, keeping a near perfect line hanging around 60 to 70mbits max. I did not notice this until a day or two later, when users reported slow speeds. Upon investigating i could not find anything wrong with the server itself. I contacted support and they asked me for my SSH login to investigate it themselves. After doing so i was told that my port had been moved to a 'pooled port' according support. This was done at the exact date of renewal, after i already paid. I go back and forth with support and ask them to cancel my server and to refund it was it was on the first day of the period and they did this change on the renewal date without prior notice. They rejected my refund request and argued that i should have never been doing more then the 60-70mbits I'm getting now and if i want to get the speed back i need to pay $550/mo on top of what i currently pay. The plan i got is 1gbits unmetered, yet they do some sort of QoS to hard limit my speed all the sudden. This would not have been an issue if i was notified before my renewal and that they could not keep my bandwidth, because of cost etc. This would have given me an opportunity to either pay extra or cancel my service. Yet they wait until i pay my next bill then silently do this and i have to find out trough a support ticket after asking for my SSH login. I find this to be unethical and dishonest practice. They seem to offer no more JP servers at all, speculating that they are ending their JP part of the company I keep receipts.

Our vps server data got lost completed due to their hardware issue, they said, it is our fault not purchased backup service from them. They do not feel sorry for lost our business data completely at all, and refuse to pay SLA credit to us. Very bad company, very bad customer service, keep away from them. I do not know what we can do, but get our business completely down.

Yesterday I had some issues with my server and . So i contacted BudgetVM tech team and they took 3 hours to resolve the issue but after a while again I had the same issue. So I again rang to hosting Budget VM team now they found the root cause of my issue and fixed it on the spot! I am very happy that I have chosen the right hosting provider and also amazed by their great support. I have recommended them to my friends.

Three out of eight of the pouches i ordered were less then a month before expiration date. When i got them they were good for about 17 days before expiring. Nothing of this matter was diclosed before buying, nor did i get discount on these products.

Expiration Date Issues
6 of the 17 items that I ordered arrived with an expiration date of less than a month away despite the shelf life of the products being 12 to 24 months. Customer service offered me a credit towards another purchase, to pay to ship the items back or an exchange. I was only interested in a refund that would not cost me more money (shipping costs) as this company had already breached my trust. It seems like they struggle to maintain a proper inventory as this is a common theme amongst the reviews. Reply to Response: Just to note, only 1 of the items I ordered was on sale. The 6 being referred to do not include the item on sale for expiring soon. The business did agree to refund some of the products in question. My review will be changed to reflect this when/if the money is refunded. Update: It’s February 24th and the refund promised 3 weeks ago still has not been processed.

Sharon our estate agent wasn't awful but she was very pushy and seemed to think we were holding up the process even though we wanted to move into our new house so much. The seller of our house was a Director of Cousins and he was a total nightmare from start to finish. He would threaten to pull out because of simple requests such as asking to view the house we were excited to move into. Electrics weren't safe when we moved into the house, the engineer who had to come out and look into it said we could have had a fire. We did receive a certificate before the sale that had been signed off saying the electrics were safe. He even did a viewing with us and lied and said he wasn't the owner even though I found out after he was the owner via their website. At the viewing he was extremely unhelpful and rude and wouldn't answer any of our questions.

Cousins have friendly staff and helpful
Cousins have been more than accommodating for us. They did everything they could to get us in our house with little stress. Once in the house they did not hesitate to handling any issues we had and kepts us up to date with everything they where doing and withing 24 hours we had builders and everyone in to ensure we where happy with our home. The staff are very friendly and are more than happy to help with anything I have asked them. They have truly helped us with moving home.

Early in January Regit sent me an email telling to tax my car, I knew it was due but can only do if after a reminder from D.V.L.A. I have received another telling me my tax runs out in 10 days, it is taxed to end of January 2026, I have never given them my email, so it must be a insurance company that have passed me details on to them, then I pusume if I try to tax through them their will be a fee

I use merely a small fraction of the services offered by Regit - an online motoring magazine whose articles provide me with brief engaging reads of short overviews of car and driving related issues aimed at the interested motorist, sometimes featuring new models or changes in regulations or laws, sometimes looking at the past (often making fun of it) and sometimes more general news items. At the end of many of the articles Disqus provides readers the opportunity to make a comment or vent some ire, something I take advantage of quite regularly. Regit provides many other useful services... I would miss it if it was to disappear...
