Hvad kan jeg sige. Jeg kom for at rå ordnet min mobil og regnede med det var antennen som skulle skiftes. Han tog mobilen og chekkede dens software og fortalte så at det kunne fikses ved at geninstallere en app. Dette gjorde han foran mig på 5 min og herefter har den virket fint. Det hele blev gjort uden beregning.

Jeg har skrevet 2 gange her om denne gangster bande. Og tredje gang de kunne igen ovarraske mig: igen var afvist at give mig penge, men teenageren der har taget min mobil til reparere. Vi har aftalt , kl 15 jeg skal tilbage til at hente min mobil. Han har 3 timer til repairen. Kl 15 butikken var lukket. (normal tid til at lukke: kl 16. ) Min mobil var innen, jeg var ude. De vidste at jeg bor ikke Herlev. Nu til dags mange mennesker har rejsekort, betalingsløsninger, Mit ID o.s.l. i mobilen. Og jeg kunne gå hjem til søborg uden ingenting, jeg kunne ikke ringe venner for hjælp. Senere har jeg ringet en anden onspot butik til at finde personen som har stjålet min mobil og at få den tilbage. Han har lovet at ringe mig tilbage. Nej. Jeg skulle ringe igen, og han har sagt, jeg var ikke tiden, og butikken lukkes kl 15. Jeg har fået 8 løfter fra dem, fra 5-7 personer, 7 var løgne. De tager mig som en hundel.rt. De har nu min mobil, min penge og jeg kunne løse ingenting, som var planlægt, uden min mit ID. Jeg også var sen fra mit arbejde p.g.a. denne oplevelse. De viser 5 stars on Trustpilot in their shop, that is anyway not true, without my experiences; there are lies on their webside, too. I feel I can not do anything with them, their stealing is too cheap for the police, and they can continue liying mod mine erklæringer.

Købte et gennemsigtigt cover i butikken i Herlev Bymidte af en ung gut. På vej hjem ser jeg at coveret er gået i stykker, så jeg går tilbage og får et nyt. På vej hjem igen, opdager jeg prismærket sidder ovenpå coveret. Når mærket fjernes efterlader det en utrolig klistret overflade der ikke bare kan fjernes. Jeg kontakter kundeservice, hvortil de tilbyder jeg kan komme ned og få hjælp til at få fjernet klistret. Jeg mener dog dette kunne undgås samt er det unødig tid at bruge, når man ikke bor i byen. De tilbyder så et panser glas af en værdi af 200kr oveni. Ellers tak. Det virker uprofessionelt og useriøst. Kan ikke anbefales hvis man ønsker kvalitet og professionel service.

Restitutie teveel betaald. Twee keer geen reizigerskorting ontvangen ondanks gebruik van OVChipkaart. Na twee middagen besteed te hebben aan mailen, bellen, formulieren invullen enz. Is het mij niet gelukt om restitutie te ontvangen omdat ik twee keer in een week het volle bedrag moest betalen bij q park Breda aan de Stationsweg. Op het parkeerterein is het aardedonker! Ik voel me daar onveilig. En bovendien was daarom ook niet duidelijk hoe de automaat werkt. Kortom, twee keer geen reizigerskorting ontvangen! Dus nog steeds geen € 24 terug. Ik overweeg om consumenten programma’s in te schakelen, aangezien ik niet de enige blijk te zijn met klachten over qQ park L Rutten

Wat een belachelijke ervaring met Q-Park. Bij het inrijden stond de slagboom open, waardoor ik geen kaartje kon trekken. 4 maanden later kreeg ik zonder enige waarschuwing een sommatie van een advocaat op de mat. Ondanks meerdere pogingen de parkeerkosten ter plaatste te betalen. Toen ik contact opnam, kreeg ik enkel onpersoonlijke standaardreacties zonder enig begrip voor de situatie. Geen enkele poging om dit netjes op te lossen, alleen maar een klant onterecht op kosten jagen. Schandalige service en absoluut geen aanrader!

Geen beheerder, de lift is defect en slecht bewegwijzering voor voetgangers. Vakken zijn smal, de bochten krap maar de prijs is ruim. Als je dit en de rotzooi, vervuiling erbij neemt is het misschien wel wat.

Vaak geen korting verrekend en zeer omslachtig declaratieproces
Ik parkeer regelmatig bij Q-park bij het station Heerenveen. In principe krijg je korting op die plek wanneer je met OV reist. De betaalpaal kan de OV-pas echter een op de 3 keer niet lezen. Er is een mogelijkheid om de korting via de website alsnog te declareren, maar die staat niet vermeld bij de paal. Het declaratieproces is zeer omslachtig, waarbij je verplicht allerlei persoonlijke gegevens moet achterlaten. Het lijkt bijna opzet....

Avoid Avoid Avoid. Also to add I'm not sure how old the costumes are but the paper accompanying the outfit was all torn to bits and damaged, wasn't a brand new outfit. I presume the outfits are second hand. If I could attach photos I would.

I placed an order through their website on Wednesday at approximately 19:16. At the time of purchase, the website indicated that delivery would occur within 48 hours, which means the package should have arrived by Friday evening or Saturday at the latest. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and the delivery was expected on Monday—two days after the event I ordered it for. As the outfit will no longer be needed, I did not want it delivered to my address on Monday. I find it frustrating that the mask I ordered from another website arrived within a day. In addition to the wasted ticket, I am now left without the costume, and I would appreciate not losing further money due to the misleading information on your website. The company advised me to refuse the delivery from the courier and there was nothing they could do on their end. As I expected the courier refused to take back the parcel and it has now been left with me. So I am now expected to PAY to return an item I requested the sender and courier to return (to avoid this exact outcome). When I asked what the next steps are and said I am not willing to pay the return fee… they completely looked over it and just sent me the address to return the item to… listing the conditions it must be returned in for a full refund (the items hasn’t even been opened). The service was absolutely awful, the courier service was just a bad. I advise not using this company unless you’re ordering months in advance… plenty other more reliable companies you could use!!

Do not buy from this company. Ordered a wolf fancy dress outfit for 4 yr old girl. £35 incl postage. What a lot of rubbish, not worth 5pence. If i want to return i have to pay postage! Have been on to customer service but not heard back from them. Do not use this robbing company.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Place an order on the 14/10, paid £5 postage for next day delivery. Contacted Annette the “Customer Service Manager” for an update as still not received the order by 23/10. Told I only ordered it two days ago so wait. Replied I have been waiting a week for next day delivery. Next message, a full refund given. I need the item I reply! Well reorder then as can’t reissue as refund has now been processed. Why would you do that without asking if I still needed the item I ask? Said I could just reorder….then told the item was sold out. Shocked at the service and now got a very disappointed little boy who is not going to have his Halloween item.

No free returns
I bought an aviator overall and it was much too small from neck to bottom. I went after sizing on their website. Would be useful to have proper measurements for the outfits. Customers, who need to return items due to wrong sizing have to pay more than 10£ in total on delivery/return. Wasted money. Went to a local shop and found the same. I am not recommending buying from shops, where you can't return for free.

Absolutely avoid this company of liers, ANNETTE who apparently handles customer services ( laughable ) refused my returned item due to stains - absolutely fabricated as it was tried on in my property and was returned in exactly the same condition as received- brand new with no marks, but then tried to send me a picture of a completely different colour suite with what look like iron marks or stains and pass as my item ! It’s companies like these that kill your trust in shopping online - DO NOT ORDER WILL ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED Even the quality of the product was terrible

The worse customer and postage service
The worst customer and postage service. I bought some Christmas Hats on Thursday, 16th of November 2023, and paid the £7 plus fee for the next day's delivery. However, the items never arrived home, and I reached out to customer service for help. I have received several emails from "Annette" stating that as per the company, even when paying the fee for next-day delivery, it was Within THE WEEKDAYS delivery, not over the weekend. I purchased the items after 3 pm on Thursday, I missed the deadline for the items to arrive over the week so I had to wait for the package to arrive on Monday, 20th. Of course, all her messages were rude and despective (even warned me that if was to post anything over the internet, "that false information posted, was subjected to being erased," "or if the items were no longer needed just to return them." Anyway, after I have wrote to her stating that it was not her fault not to be client-oriented and should be more accommodating on finding my package and tracking the items, I have received another email today Tuesday 21st, stating that the package is to be picked at the POST OFFICE near by my home. So bottom line, the worse customer service provided, plus the items needed, ended up in a post office and not home. I wonder why pay a fee of 7 pounds and some pens when I have to pick up my items from the post office and have to deal with such terrible customer service that it ruins anyone's day. To top up the experience, I just came back from the post office to collect my parcel; I purchased the Adult Luxury Santa Hat With Tinsel bought for £6.49 each hat (the best on the web site and most expensive they had), are in reality such a VERY Bad quality. Plus, it can barely fit me or my partner's head. They look as if they were for kids. Bottom line: I have all the emails sent and received, so it is not false information provided here, and I am happy to share. Plus, photos of the parcel and items received. Do yourself a favour, DO NOT buy from this store. It is NOT recommendable! I do hope the owners and managers review this post and review my case. This is outrageous.

Do not trust Canz. They are affiliated with Launch My Agency, which I do not trust. The people are amateurs. I asked for a case study, but they sent me a two-paragraph company summary, they call it a case study. Also when you ask for something they come back weeks later or do not reply at all. They are super slow. Their prices are super high compare to others in the market.

I’m one for trusting the numbers. And my numbers have really improved since I brought Canz Marketing on board. I hired them for web development initially, to give my website a new and fresh look. And they did such a good job that I handed over SEO to them too. And it’s been nothing short of incredible. They took $4500 without any work being completed
Here is my experience with Canz marketing. Originally contacted them about taking on three of my ad accounts as my workload is getting too big to handle. Paid them 2 months upfront for three accounts. They started on one account and the work I feel was very very questionable. Three months down the line and I was right, results incredibly poor the last report they sent me 0.4ROAS. - I’m not contesting this money at all they did the work (poorly) but hey that’s on me I should of done more research. Decided to pull the plug and not get the other two accounts worked on. To my surprise they are refusing to refund the surplus money stating they had already begun work. So they got paid for two ad accounts for two months and did NOTHING. $4500 of surplus money. Reasons I know why they didn’t work - 1) they don’t have ad access to these accounts 2) they have no info on these businesses so impossible to do work. Now I’m consulting my attorney over what my next steps are. Lesson learned by me, and I’m sure karma will catch up with these people

I’ve been working with Canz Marketing for a little over 6 months now and I can safely say I won’t be switching. They’re legit the best SEO agency I’ve ever worked with. The results they got me were a little slower than other agencies I’ve worked with but I quickly learned it’s because they aren’t taking any shortcuts. So I decided to sign up with Bitsfloor…
So I decided to sign up with Bitsfloor since I was contacted privately through a trusted group by an individual named Alfredo. I don't know who wrote the previous reviews because it is definitely a scam. They ask you to sign up with bitcoin instead of dollars which goes into a private bitcoin wallet. Then there is no way to do any real trading on the platform. Someone usually does it for you and you just see your balance which could be just random figures. The balance looked pretty good after one day but there was no way to determine how they arrived at those figures like a transaction history or a summary. The Customer support is the worst they are never online and they don't respond to emails. You may get some automated emails though. I upgraded account to a $500 account but was told that I needed to put $4,000 in bitcoin to start mining after my upgrade to a $500 account. Made no sense. I withdrew some money from my supposed balance but I am yet to see it reflected in my account. I am positive that they reviews before were made by persons attached to Bitsfloor.com

My Watershed experience was appalling. Unprofessional, lack of evisdence base, dishonest - I was told that I would have access to psychologists / psychiatrists ... which was a key to why I 'signed up'! But the only access they gave me was a GP, which I already had access to before I committed to living with 10 people in bunk beds in a surburban house. There are so many people and so many organisations that care more for you than this one ... please seek alternatives.

The Watershed bled me dry. They told me that I could pay out of pocket till my insurance kicked in and once my insurance kicked in I would get my money back. 6 years later I have not received the dime. I spoke with the representatives at Watershed for countless hours and my insurance company. So I say watershed is only there to bleed you out of all your money and Molina Healthcare of Texas is right up there with them. If I could give them zero stars on this review I would. On top of that their treatment is ridiculous they let people leave and go out and get high and then come back as long as they are back at a certain time they consider it okay. I personally observed this while visiting a patient at their Clear Lake Texas location. Thanks for nothing Watershed! save your money and your breath -DONT TRY WATeERSHED!!!!

IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS TAKE THEM
My son was in detox for meth in the Texas location. The Therapist Susan was very unprofessional and uncaring to him. She lied to me regarding his discharge process and about him talking to someone for a plan of after care before he left. Nobody EVER answers phone or returns calls no matter how many times you call and beg them on voicemail. I paid thousands out of pocket for this detox and as soon as they found out I couldn’t afford to pay for him to stay longer than 10 days it was like they were finished with us. My son says some of the staff talk down to you and even say they can’t wait for some of the patients to be gone. I’m very unhappy and angry right now. The only thing they did do is keep him there long enough to get him over the initial effects of not using meth.

The chat person,Jacob,was friendly until I told him I only have Medicaid,then he gave me information for a govt site I had already been to,when I tried to reply for more help,I was cut off from the chat abruptly. Can't call them because my lifeline cell isn't working. Tried over and over to start new chat session..it won't let me,keeps saying to call the phone number. If I had insurance maybe they will let me chat and get help,I'm lost for now.

Find someplace else to do your work. In addition to providing terrible work at unreasonable prices they act as a billing front for other illegitimate companies. I was working with a publishing company (Iconic Publishing) that was receiving credit card payments through Binary. The guys were constantly shaking me down for additional money and delivering garbage. I started working with them in May and it is now February and I have practically nothing usable. Binary Web Studios seems to be associated with American Web Geeks as well as Iconic publishing. As for me I feel like dope letting these guys manipulate me. These companies move around changing names and addresses so it is hard to know who you really are working with. Be careful out there it's a big mean internet filled with conmen and felons.

Very disappointed.
Talentverse is absurdly overpriced for the paltry and unqualified candidates that are received. I paid almost $700 to get 18 applicants for an entry level position. Only 2 were even remotely qualified. The rest were from across the country or completely unqualified.

The material of the clothes feels very cheap.
I got the alien ramen noodles premium hoodie and I was not happy with the material. The product says from Nicaragua and it’s very tough cheap cloth. The image as well on the website is misleading. It’s much bigger in person than the reality of it. Hope I can return and get something back even though you have to pay to return. I do not recommend.

DO NOT USE -IT WILL COST YOU A FORTUNE TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE HE DOES
Firstly look at the dates on his positive reviews, over almost 2 years of reviews (and 4 yrs business) the 9 positive reviews have all been submitted on just 4 days ( 5 of the positive reviews were all submitted on the same day 23rdApril, with another on 24th April and another 26th April), looks suspiciously like fake reviews all done by one person on a weekend. I took two laptops to be fixed at the same time. The first one had a broken charging port pin, I know it was broken because it had snapped of and I had it my hand to show him when I gave him the laptop. He stated it was a quick and easy job to repair, then after 3 weeks he told me it wasn’t the charging port that was the problem as he had replaced it and it still wouldn’t power up, he claimed it must have been the battery, despite me showing him the broken charging pin. Not believing his claim I took the laptop back off him and sent of to PC World repair service. They told me the charging port had been installed upside down and this had then caused both the battery damage but also caused CPU damage. They charged me £280 to repair damage they say was clearly caused by faulting fitting of the charging port. He has then claimed Curry staff are not trained or qualified and don’t know what they are talking about. When asked for his training he stated some Microsoft course, which turns out to be a software course not hardware. The second laptop needed a keyboard replaced, when I picked it up, the keyboard he had fitted did not fit the laptop base, he had installed a completely different keyboard that I then had to hold on with masking tape. He stated he would order a base to fit the wrong keyboard, but that would still not fit the screen, not to actually fit a correct fitting keyboard, that has now cost me another £160 to repair. So that’s £440 spent repairing damage and poor work he has done and charged me £200 up front for, despite his website claims on refunds he will not offer refund for his work or payment for damage he caused. There are similar horror stories on other review sites, do not trust him do do any hardware repairs, you will pay to undo all his damage.

Abysmal service
Abysmal service. My house was managed as an AirBnb. Cleaning was not done properly. Various items in the house were damaged, including fire-door closers being removed, a doorframe was pulled away from the wall. These problems were not remedied before new guest arrived; this resulted in a 2 star review. There was a constant rubbish problem that went on for months because the wheelie bins put out were not collected because the rubbish had not been sorted.

What a big ripe off - I felt quite vulnerable
Following a night's call-out to my home, I was charged £594.00, yet the blockage issue remains unresolved. The guy just gave up. I felt quite vulnerable due to the persistent calls and emails urging me to sign papers and make the payment. I am deeply disappointed that despite the payment, the problem persists, and I have to call Thames Water who fixed it the following day in 4 minutes. I have kindly requested a part refund as the job was not completed, and they refused. I am very upset with this entire process. I feel cheated and robbed due to my age and being a single female. What a big ripe off - I felt quite vulnerable.

Absolute rip-off
Absolute rip-off - avoid this business. Answered our query promptly and were able to come out the next day for a blocked WC. Agreed (in digital small print) to a £144 (£120+VAT) call-out charge with that going towards the repair. Operative (who is sub-contracted) arrived on time, seemed competent and was decent. He called 'HQ' for them to call us with a quote - they called and quoted a staggering £954 to unblock the WC. We declined and said we'd get more quotes. The pressuring phone calls then started with an immediate offer to drop that to c.£600 (if they didn't use a camera to look in the pipe). We declined. The operative would not leave the driveway until we had paid the £144. The payment links sent to us (more than six times) did not work so we had to get cash. There were many calls - from more than one number - about having to pay. We got the job done by a local tradesperson for £130 - so, more than £800 less than they wanted. It wasn't a nice experience to deal with them. They are clearly out to con the unknowledgeable and vulnerable by charging exorbitant prices. I wish we had read the other similar reviews before we called them. Avoid.

What a disaster
What a disaster! 4 hours on a min bus, not getting off looking for the northern lights. Okay that in isolation is what it is, i suppose. So what's plan B when there is no lights? (although we were told it on and its 5 out of 10 to see them which are good odds) ((200 quid later !!!) No plan B. ... no hot chocolate as the boot had frozen, ITS ICELAND, what do you expect. No walk in the moonlight. ABSOLUTELY nothing....200 quid.SO think very hard about your choices here, do you want to risk 200 quid for a 4 hour cramped mini bus journey stopping once for the toilet and that's it?????? Never again. Company offered me 15% back, odd figure which i told them to keep.

Enjoyable successful tour
Our guide was Toni who was a delight to travel with. It was interesting on the way to listen to his life journey leading him to being a tour guide in Iceland. He was very knowledgable about the Northern lights and worked so hard throughout the night to try to find the best location and conditions to see the lights. The locations among the snowy mountains where we stopped created a great adventurous atmosphere. It would have been easy to feel deflated and disappointed after 3 hours of seeing nothing, but his optimism and enthusiasm was infectious and we finally saw them on our last stop. He quickly made sure everyone had their photos taken, and these were sent via a link less than 24 later. Thankyou for being part of our great memories of Iceland.

Cute products & good customer care experience
I made an order via their winter sale not realizing the slow shipping was SO slow. So I sent and email inquiring as to when my item would be shipped. They advised me that I had used the slowest shipping and what delivery times were. But the next morning I got an email that my package had been shipped and it came promptly after that. I feel that it was good customer care to bump the shipping forward like that. I think their products are very cute. I have ordered several little storage boxes in various sizes. I wish they would do more sizes and designs for adults rather than focusing on children's designs. The boxes are great for hair ties, bobby pins, rubber bands, twisty ties, paperclips, crafting, etc. Also I use notepads quite a bit and it would be nice if they have more grown up designs.

Daar gaan we weer.... Na dat ik de vorige keer zei geen zaken meer te doen met dit bedrijf wilde ik het toch nog 1x proberen. Maar nee hoor.... Ik krijg een botte verkoper aan de lijn die mij even wist te vertellen dat mijn product helemaal niet bestaat (een simpel splittertje van 3 euro). Maaarrr gelukkig had meneer de verkoper wel een oplossing ik kon bij hun wel een hubje voor €40,- kopen want mijn eigen manier was gedoemd om te mislukken. Ik heb de beste meneer vriendelijk gedag gezegt heb ergens anders een splittertje van €2,5 bestelt en 3x raden. Natuurlijk werkt het gewoon perfect Als je iets niet zeker weet moet je gewoon je mond houden of eerlijk zijn maar geef je klanten geen valse info mee om zelf het duurste van het duurste te verkopen.....

In eerste instantie was ik wel…
In eerste instantie was ik wel tevreden, maar helaas moet ik daar toch van terugkomen. Niet echt bepaald een eerlijke/klantgerichte winkel. Ik heb 2 maanden geleden hier een moederbord gekocht. Door het winkelpersoneel laten inbouwen. Een prima werkende computer teruggekregen. Helaas na 2 maanden trad er een bootprobleem op waardoor enkel de lampjes nog aan gingen en de computer niet verder kwam dan dat en zich herhaaldelijk opnieuw opstartte. Moederbord door winkelier naar RMA gestuurd. Gigantische wachttijd bij fabrikant, waar ik geen weet van heb tot het moment dat ik zelf besluit contact op te nemen wordt mij verteld dat ik "blij" moet zijn dat ze uit coulance een moederbord bij een andere leverancier hebben besteld. In mijn optiek is dat een stukje garantieservice en dus de normaalste zaak van de wereld. Op het moment van terugbrengen heb ik ook een nieuwe kast en voeding uitgezocht. Om bovenstaande argumenten ben ik van mening dat de winkelier best wel mag zorgen voor een deugdelijk moederbord. De herassemblage verhalen op de klant vind ik dan ook echt geen stijl. Wanneer iemand een niet deugdelijk product ontvangt dient dat kosteloos te worden vervangen. Alle andere gekochte onderdelen zoals kast en voeding moeten er bij een reparatie toch uit. Dus qua tijd/kosten verhaal maakt dit niet zo heel erg gek veel uit. Die nieuwe onderdelen verdient de winkelier ook weer op. Ik zou het dan ook niet meer dan normaal vinden dat ik enkel en alleen voor de nieuwe onderdelen betaal want de kast moet toch uit elkaar gehaald worden en getest moet er toch. De tijd die hiervoor staat is 45 minuten tot anderhalf uur met het testen erbij inbegrepen.

Slecht georganiseerd!
Bestellen, betalen en leveren gaan prima bij deze webshop, maar zodra je aanspraak moet maken op garantie, gaat het bergafwaarts. Zodra ze je product hebben ontvangen krijg je netjes een bevestiging dat deze is ontvangen en doorgestuurd wordt naar de leverancier. Het zou +- 10 werkdagen duren voor ik mijn product gerepareerd of een vervangend exemplaar terug zou krijgen. Prima, 10 werkdagen is een redelijke termijn. Omdat ik op dit moment veel overlast ondervind van het missen van mijn videokaart (Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT Pulse), na 12 werkdagen maar eens gevraagd naar een statusupdate. Als reactie krijg ik de mededeling dat ze verwachten over nog eens +- 10 werkdagen wel een reactie te zullen ontvangen van de leverancier over hoe en wat verder. Mijns inziens is dit voor zoiets simpels (fans werken niet meer, waardoor de kaart oververhit raakt) al geen redelijke termijn meer, zelfs als ik de kaart over nog eens 10 werkdagen al terug zou krijgen. Mijn verzoek om een leen kaart werd afgewezen en ook willen ze geen duidelijke afspraak maken wanneer de hele situatie opgelost zou moeten zijn. Omdat zij geen goede/duidelijke afspraken hebben met de leverancier over hoe lang een reparatie of vervanging mag duren, zit ik in een uitzichtloze situatie.

Waardeloos bedrijf, komen afspraken niet na
Waardeloos, plaats je een bestelling voor een stel onderdelen, deze vervolgens betaald. Word 30min later de hele bestelling geannuleerd door het bedrijf. Ik zou te veel van een bepaald type hebben besteld. Ik mocht wel opnieuw mijn bestelling plaatsen tegen prijzen die tussentijds zijn aangepast op de webshop voor 80% boven adviesverkoop prijzen!! Ronduit oplichting! Dit is de 2e keer dat ik gedonder heb gehad met ze. De 1e keer was een vergelijkbaar verhaal een jaar geleden. Nooit meer cdromland.nl voor mij en ik zou ieder ander ook afraden ooit zaken met hun te doen.

Pc gemaakt
Pc werkte niet (muis toetsenbord werkte plots niet) en ipv nieuw moederbord en graphische kaart moeten kopen kon het met een apart aparaatje dat usb poorten had. Veel geld bespaard De personen in de winkel zijn zeer aardig en hebben veel verstand over electronica. Hoge aanrader

Goede service, levertermijn onbetrouwbaar
Drie producten besteld, twee direct leverbaar en één bij de leverancier op voorraad; verwachte levertijd: 6 dagen. Na de bestelling word je regelmatig op de hoogte gehouden van de laatste informatie aangaande levertermijnen; dit is erg fijn. Daarin bleek echter dat het product waarop we wachtten, minstens 2 maanden op zich zou laten wachten — veel langer dan op de productpagina stond aangekondigd. Deze indicatie is ook nooit aangepast, en ook nu staat die nog op 6 dagen. Advies: levertermijn van >1 dag betekent "niet binnen redelijke tijd leverbaar". De klantenservice is echter goed: nadat ik me het bovenstaande realiseerde, was na 1 email het product meteen van de bestelling verwijderd (let op: hij blijft in je order staan, het wordt een creditfactuur) en werd de rest meteen naar me opgestuurd. De volgende dag in huis, en diezelfde dag is het geld voor het geannuleerde product terug overgemaakt.

It's not hard to do
I have never created a website before, however the process wasn't daunting, and with the support of B12 it's now up and running. I also.played with a chat bot, and have created a custom GPT, which is now part of my site. It's all very flexible, intuitive and fun. I would highly recommend B12

We had an extremely disappointing…
We had an extremely disappointing experience with B12.io. Their outdated Privacy Policy (2018) and Terms of Service (2021) are not in compliance with New York State laws, including proper cancellation and billing practices. Despite multiple requests, B12 could not provide a signed contract or proof of agreement to their terms. When we filed a legitimate dispute with our bank, B12 immediately canceled our account but still charged for the entire month of December, even though the service was terminated on December 11th. Take your business elsewhere! There are companies charging only $20/month, offering unlimited edits, and giving clients full control of their websites. In stark contrast, B12 took over six months to complete what should have been a simple project, especially marketing their AI platform, demanded additional funds for edits, and still failed to deliver satisfactory results. For comparison, we launched our new website with another provider in just two days. We also echo the sentiments of other reviews, such as Michael and Madeline’s experience shared by Lissa Tucker. It seems B12 has a pattern of taking payments from multiple clients while failing to deliver on promises. Their refusal to issue refunds and lack of accountability only add to the frustration. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid B12.io. There are far better, more affordable options that prioritize customer satisfaction and professionalism. HERE IS AN UPDATE AND IN RESPONSE WITH B12 COMMENT BELOW: Our company was forced to launch our website in August as they mentioned no more edits or they will need to charge for edits plus monthly subscription of $199 was already charged for us since we started with them in June even though our website was not launched. In between June-August and horrible communication, the expert took several vacations and did not informed us as a result of continuous delay. On another note, our company emailed them to cancel services on Dec 1st but B12 still charged us and respond that it was for services until end of December 29th which is in contradiction with b12 response below. The payment was not for previous monthly (November) subscription. If you need to cancel, clients need to book an appointment with b12 because there is absolutely no way you can remove your card info on their website. The exact terminology used when we requested images on our website "images provided was a mere courtesy" and the expert used Dalle which is an AI generated image web application that is on ChatGPT. Another issue we had was the so-call expert was new using this image generated application and was going to launched these images with misspelled words which we have not experienced before with any of our vendors.
