Bestilte selvklæbende rullekork til en væg der er fuldpudset og herefter malet. Levering fungerede fint men korken falder af væggen flere steder efter 10-20 min, vi forsøger at sætte det op igen men over natten falder det ned og klistre sammen. Det er herefter totalt ubrugeligt. De skriver selv under produktet at det kan bruges på alle underlag men de vil ikke vedkende sig at fejlen ligger hos dem. Bemærk desuden at firmaet er polsk og de taler ikke dansk. Jeg ville uden tvivl vælge en anden (dansk) hjemmeside en anden gang.

Varerne blev leveret ok Jeg var noget bekymret efter at have læst de sidste anmeldelser her på trustpilot. Det hjælper jo ikke at varerne er billige, hvis de ikke ankommer. Bestilte korklim til gulvlægning og fik straks en ordrebekræftelse - der lovede mere information når varerne var klar. Det var så den eneste mail, der kom fra dem i forløbet. Efter 11 dage har jeg nu modtaget varerne i god behold og det er jo det vigtigste.

Ser jeg mine penge igen
Jeg bestilte en vare hos dem. Fik ikke den rigtige info og ende med at modtage det forkerte kork efter mit behov. Gik derfor i dialog med dem. Opkald var umuligt pga de snakkede dårligt engelsk og vi måtte forsætte over mail. Nu har jeg gjort det de ønskede, det er sendt retur på min regning. Jeg kan se på gls at de har modtaget pakken den 18/5 og idag 8 dage senere har jeg stadig ikke modtaget mine penge. De lovede ellers at pengene ville blive overført med det sammen når pakken var hos dem. Nu har jeg igen prøvet at ringe, men intet svar. Så nu er jeg spændt på om de svare på min mail og om jeg ser mine penge igen… Handler ikke hos dem igen… Troede der var nogle danskere ind over pga siden hedder kork24.dk, men nej.

I enjoy working with the Support Team and my Account Rep. They are very responsive and professional. The SnapComms product is still evolving which is why I could not give a higher rating. Integration with the company's Active Directory system would be ideal instead of relying on a user to log into their client to determine if they are still active employees or if there have been distribution list changes. Finally, the need to Save in every screen is a bit of a pain as well as not being able to Preview from every tab.

Une expérience désespérante
J’ai passé une commande le 8 février. Toujours rien reçu. Si j’avais su que ce serait une telle galère j’aurais passé mon chemin. J’ai essayé plusieurs fois de signaler une erreur d’adresse de la part de l’expéditeur et de faire rectifier cette erreur. J’ai eu affaire à plusieurs interlocuteurs différents sans succès. Le dernier mail m’avait redonné espoir. En allant vérifier sur le site du transporteur j’ai constaté que l’adresse erronée était toujours inchangée bref… Vais je recevoir cette commande? Suite à ça, je ne pense plus recommander sur ce site.

J'achète une paire de gants (en stock) le 2 février. Je paye 5€ pour la livraison. Le 13 février je reçois une communication me disant que ma commande est expédiée, le 15 février je reçois une nouvelle communication m'informant qu'a cause d'un problème d'approvisionnement ma commande aura du retard (alors qu'elle est censée être déjà expédiée). From beginning to end was a dream. Booking was simple and quick. We ordered a taxi through Access, which was waiting on our arrival. I would recommend the taxi service Discover Access uses. Driver was helpful in every way. Both from picking up at the airport, to taking my wife, and I back to the airport. The Mayflower staff were magnificent. From the reception to the hotel bar. The room was clean, and the cleaning staff came in every day to tidy the room. Unfortunately, the view was not that good, looking out of the room. The view was of the back of the rear of the opposite hotel. But, who stays in a room just for the view. OVERALL the stay was well worth it. Geoff

The booking process is really easy if by email or by phone and all the customer service team are really friendly and helpful with suggestions on hotels and vacations, all answered in a timely manner. The accommodation was what I was looking for, clean spacious and to a very good standard in an area that was great and easily accessible for days out and amenities. I have been with the club for 2 years and and holidayed in both the UK and Europe and have enjoyed all the vacations and I am sure I will enjoy more in the future.

The problem that occurred with this company is that they sent me a perfume that doesn’t smell like the actual perfume brand I ordered, but they claim that the perfume is authentic. I’ve purchased this perfume in the past from trusted sellers and the smell was completely off. They did refund me my money, but it also took over two weeks to ship the bottle perfume on top of things.

If I could give a lower review in the minuses I would. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor patient care and management. It’s like they don’t care at all. After refusing to validate my last invoice I was given an invoice today without notice that anything was wrong. My travel letter was sent with incorrect details, the online identification and medication list has not been updated and I can not hear anyone on the other side of the phone lines at all. It’s a joke. Not only that my initial concerns over incorrect information being written up on my consultation has been all but ignored treat it attempted to have my review removed on trustpilot. I feel let down and don’t feel I can trust this service anymore

They just want money, I expressed my concerns as I don't just want medication but to feel like I'm being. Treated . They are working as "legal" drug dealers and don't care about patient well being or health. Avoid they will take you money delay giving you medication and just won't care about your concerns They sent here to help besides me explaining to them my health issues like ADHD and PS TD I asked about the number they're calling me which they never advised, I asked to call me at a set time which they didn't, I asked them what the complaints procedure they wouldn't inform me I asked to speak to a manager they wouldn't reply I've got screenshots of these conversations so please do not gaslight me who gives a shit if you gave me a reduced cost it's because I'm a glo.investor not that your doing me any favours. These companies do no treat you like a patient big instead a easy way to get money and taking advantage that the NHS is failing people.

Improving experience
I am amending my initial review as the clinic reached out to me for my details via TripAdvisor after reading my first review, and I think it's fair to reflect on the service since then. Once they had my information a Dr called me within the hour. I thought this was particularly good. The Dr was very nice and friendly and we discussed which strains could possibly work for me. He wrote the prescription there and then and I contacted customer services 4 days later to make sure the pharmacy had received it. I got an email from customer services that day to log into the portal and pay for my prescription. I received my medication the next day. This is great service! This is what I was expecting. After having had my medication for 3 days I could see the portal wasn't showing it had been delivered. I contacted customer services and later that day it was amended, which is good. I can now see that there is a reorder button on the portal (with a countdown in days as to when I can reorder). I think this tool is fantastic. If this service continues I will happily recommend this clinic and put the first month down to teething problems. I really hope I can change my strains as and when to suit my needs and also hope reordering will not be an issue. I will leave my first review further down the page, but I will say I am satisfied for now and recognise the improved experience. Thank you Treat It for coming through for me. Avoid and try another clinic! Would not recommend. I paid the subscription fee on 14th February. It was quick to have my initial consultation, which was the 18th and I thought this is a good company. I was accepted and told I would receive a call the week after with a Dr to get my first prescription. It's been 2 weeks and the Dr hasn't called me. I was told every day this week I would get a call. I received a message on the portal yesterday to say my call went to voicemail in the morning. But I didn't receive a voice message or a missed call notification which I always get, so I disbelieve the message. The message also said the Dr would call me back yesterday afternoon, which didn't happen. I have contacted customer services every day this week to be told the Dr will call me that day. This hasn't happened. Again I was told this morning the Dr would call me today. This hasn't happened. Don't trust this company. I want to cancel my subscription now as how can I get my much needed medicine?! I advise to look at an alternative clinic which I'll be doing. Bad clinic as far as I'm concerned. It needs more Dr's as they are obviously struggling to cope with their clients they have. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm very unhappy as now I'm locked into a 12 month subscription and don't want to use this clinic.

Seem to only work 3 days a week response time is rubbish can take weeks to get anything sorted. My last prescription was sent to me illegally. Received it then hours after receiving the prescription was cancelled so I had no paper work for my meds. 3 weeks on and this incident still isn't resolved. The pharmacy newgroove isn't much help either they just seem to blame each other. So now I've requested to move clinic as there are tons of better clinics! I'd avoid and spend your money elsewhere!

Nu säger dom att den inte blev uppsagd men jag sa upp den 30 december. J*VLa bedrägeriföretag. Jag kommer att göra en anmälan och blockera framtida betalningar. Håll er borta från ica försäkringar.

Drulleförsäkring utan skydd – en absurd bortförklaring?
Deras drulleförsäkring är under all kritik. I förköpsbrevet står det att drulleförsäkringen täcker skador och förluster som inträffar genom en plötslig och oförutsedd yttre händelse. Jag förlorade min enhet vid en busshållplats i en stressig situation där bussar, bilar och människor tutade, vilket skapade kaos. Trots detta hänvisar försäkringsbolaget till följande villkor: "Försäkringen gäller inte för egendom som kvarglömts, lämnats kvar, tappats bort eller förlagts, även om den senare blivit stulen." (Villkorspunkt H12.1.2) Min fråga är: Hur kan en drulleförsäkring inte täcka föremål som tappats bort? Är inte det själva poängen med en drulleförsäkring – att täcka sådana situationer? När jag frågade handläggaren om ett exempel på en "yttre händelse" fick jag följande svar: "Om du är på en båt och en annan båt kör på din båt, och du tappar din enhet i vattnet." Ärligt talat, hur ofta händer det? Hur många i Sverige äger ens en båt, och vad är oddsen att just deras båt blir påkörd av en annan båt? Det känns som en absurd bortförklaring snarare än en rimlig försäkringsregel.

ICA Försäkring är billiga, men det innebär också att de knappt ersätter något, vilket i längden gör detta till en otroligt dålig försäkring, och man frågar sig vad poängen med att ha försäkring är. Jag har aldrig haft problem med mina tidigare försäkringsbolag, vilket gör att jag har gått tillbaka när jag insett att billigt inte alltid är bra (läxa lärd). De ringer även och försöker sälja in försäkringar hela tiden, trots att man tackar nej. När man tackar nej försöker de använda fultrick för att få en att bli rädd,i hopp om att man köper på sig massor av försäkringar.

Jag och frugan var ute på Europa resa, när vi väl kom fram till Spanien, började vi höra ett tickande ljud från bilen när vi körde sakta. Inga synliga skador och vi hade inget minne av något på vägen som kunde påverka det. Har en BMW från 2019, så kollar närmsta officiella BMW verkstad på GPSen och åker dit. Ingen verkstad på hörnan alltså, utan deras officiella verkstad. BMW själva såg heller inget, och åkte med en runda för att höra vad jag hörde, dem kände inte igen ljudet heller. Bilen togs in på verkstad, efter några dagar på hotell ringer BMW och säger att en av fälgarna har blivit oval, därav att där var ett tickande ljud och även alla 4 däcken har blivit slitna ojämnt pga det. Dem skickar offert och verkstadshistoria på vad som har gjorts och reparation görs. Skickar skadeärende till motorförsäkringen på ICA som jag har betalat till under flera år. Svar: Kan du skicka bilder på skadan? Hmm, Nej? Där fanns inga synliga skador, så vilken bild skulle det vara? Då finns det ingen grund till försäkringsärende. Så jag frågar dem om bilförsäkringar bara täcker synliga skador? Då får jag svar att nej så är det självklart inte. Då börjar man undra, jag har köpt ett kändare märke av bil, just för att kunna vara säker att där alltid finns en verkstad nära till hands om något skulle hända. Men då tycker ICA att man ska åka till en av deras rekommenderade verkstäder, för dem hade minsann tagit bilder och allt möjligt. Jag som kund vet inte ens vilka verkstäder det är, och varför skulle jag åka till någon annan verkstad, än en officiell verkstad för mitt bilmärke? Vill nog helst att proffs är på min bil, med erfarenhet från mitt bilmärke endast. Så passa er, ICA Bilförsäkring fungerar så länge du ringer dem först och frågar dem vart du får åka och reparera din bil(Som antagligen behöver vara inom Sverige också för den delen), och har en synlig skada. Utanför det så blir det ett nej, och inget intresse att lösa sin kunds problem eller ens försöka vara tillmötesgående. Bad om uppsägning direkt av min försäkring.

Det en måned siden jeg skrev her vedrørende svar fra forsikringsselskapet. De har fremdeles ikke svart vedrørende skade som må behandles raskt for å oppnå bedring . Jeg fikk ny saksbehandler som ikke svarer på medisinske henvendelser. Min forrige saksbehandler, Susanne, ringte meg i starten saken var opprettet og lovet meg en forskuddsbetaling, som kunne dekke behandling. Den har ikke kommet ei heller vært snakket om i etterkant . KIA importør I Sverige har innkalt bilen pga feil med ABS system , fremdeles vil ikke Ica forsikring undersøke dette , som kan være en mulighet for vår ulykke 10.10.2024. Airbag slo heller ikke ut på bilen på passasjer side , kun på bilførerens side . Bilen skrenset først inn I autovern og " voltade" flere ganger , bilen havnet over i motsatt kjørebane . Importør av KIA og forsikringsselskapet fraskriver seg etthvert ansvar for bilens sikkerhet , inkludert personskader . Dette er to store selskap som tydeligvis lever på å fraskrive seg ansvar . Anbefales fremdeles ikke. Ica forsikring har svart under her ,på innlegg at de beklager dypt og de strever etter å forbedre seg. Krockade med en stenmur
Jag krockade min bil och verkstaden kom snabbt fram till att den blir kostsam att laga. Jag fick söka information från både verkstaden och sedan försäkringsbolaget för att kunna få någon info över huvud taget. När jag äntligen fick tag på min handläggare hos ICA försäkring så hade de tydligen bestämt att min bil skulle lösas in och att ärendet nu låg i kö för det. Oklar väntetid dock. Jag har sökt Ica Försäkring flertalet gånger medans jag väntat och de är svåra att få tag på helt enkelt. Olyckan skedde 14/1. En vecka senare fick jag besked från verkstaden att de lämnat över info till försäkringsbolaget om rekommenderad inlösen av bilen. Idag 24/2 fick jag pengarna. Det är verkligen en orimligt lång tid att vara utan bil. Det tog alltså över en månad från att jag krockade tills att allt är klart.

EVITATE DI ACQUISTARE DA QUESTO VENDITORE
A seguito di ordine effettuato in data 29/09/2024 sul sito di Leroy Merlin e poi gestito dall'azienda Esplodia nella sezione venditori del MarketPlace, mi trovo nella situazione di contattare il servizio clienti in quanto la stufa a bombola a gas a inizio marzo 2025 non rimane più accesa. Il servizio clienti dopo diversi messaggi per poter segnalare il difetto della stufa ci chiedono di recuperare la fattura dell'ordine scrivendo ad un altro indirizzo mail. Ottenuta la fattura ci viene comunicato che le spese di spedizione per la riparazione del prodotto sono a carico del cliente, tenendo presente che il prodotto è ancora coperto da garanzia. Spese di spedizione che ammontano a circa 25/30€. Azienda poco professionale, sconsiglio di fare acquisti tramite loro per evitare di trovarsi spiacevoli sorprese.

J'ai inscrit mon fils de 15ans à la section boxe le lundi 25 septembre 2023, le club à prit ma CB pour régler la sommes de 375€ l'année pour que l'on dise à mon fils le mardi 26 septembre 2023 (le lendemain) qui attendait au club pour le cours de boxe que la section boxe ado n'existait plus car il n'y avait plus de prof. J'ai demandé le remboursement, nous sommes le 10 décembre 2023 et je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle. L'impression d'une escroquerie n'est pas exagéré venant du club. Que dois-je faire pour avoir mon remboursement? Mauvaise expérience et je conseille de demander une séance de découverte pour être sur que le prof soit présent.

I do like Photobox but the recent changes does make it harder to fill. I add photos to my iPad from various people but the app puts everything in date order which then makes those additional photos out of sync and it’s frustrating rearranging everything. I much preferred when you had the option of each page layout.

I ordered 4 X cases beer
I ordered 4 X cases beer, which were promptly delivered. I found the site on a Google search, ordered and paid £10 for delivery. I never realised that this company sold goods which were close to there sell by date, however my beer was 3 months out of date. After several emails and 2 phone calls, I did eventually get a message to say they would take the items back at my expense. So in effect, the deliver and returns cost =£20 to get £22 back !!! Beware, I certainly won't be buying from this company again.

Bravas Sauce is not easy to find, so I was delighted (thanks to Google) to find it on sale at Evans. And at an amazingly good price too! Sadly, Parcel Force messed up, letting both me as a customer and Evans as a supplier down. Evans, however, went out of their way to help and to make sure I received my order. This certainly won't be the last time I buy from Evans. Thank you for your kind and considerate service!

I found one of my favourite products on the Evans website at a very good price. I placed my order and delivery took only two days and I'm all the way up here in Scotland. The order was packaged extremely well. I had a few questions about another product, I called the Evans number, a very helpful Chris answered. I also sent an email and a super helpful Sarah answered within 10 minutes of my message, she helped me with a second order. I highly recommend Evans! Got what I wanted at a good price
I checked the reviews here before ordering from Evans, but decided to give them a try anyway. Fortunately my order was delivered by Parcelforce four days from the order being placed. Item prices were 10p/pack (3pack discount price) cheaper than major supermarket pricing and not the rip-off pricing to be found on ebay and Amazon. Delivery charge was fair. A good result for me.

Avoid Evan's c/c Erdington price on shop floor are falsely advertised went there today 7up priced at £4.80 a case got charged £8.60, good think I realised. Avoid Avoid you will get scammed for out of date stuff. Owner replies on Google saying staff feel threatened?? I also don't know why he/she would ask me a question when I can't reply. Did the staff member feel threatened over the fact that I pointed out the wrong pricing and how I'm getting over charged at the till. Please look at your CCTV footage to see what threatening behaviour is shown

Company refuses to refund postage on faulty goods and doesnt believe customers
Bought two water bottles that smelled funny and made water taste weird (closest thing to describe it would be indian incense). Phoned Evans Cash and Carry to request return/refund and after being transferred 3 times and having to explain again each time I was eventually told they never had any complaints before about these bottles and use them themselves, so basically insinuating I was lying, which is terrible customer service. I was then told I could return them at my own cost and only receive a refund for the bottles. I paid around £4.40 for the bottles and £5 delivery, so that would mean paying another £4 to only get £4.40 back. Should have ordered elsewhere.

Jeg har været yderst tilfreds i lang tid, men ved simpelthen ikke hvad der sker pt!! Jeg har været tilmeldt et abonnement men ønskede ikke længere dette. Der var fin kommunikation omkring, at det ville stoppe og jeg selv ville bestille, når jeg manglede. Da den næste “periode” for levering kommer modtager jeg en mail om, at min ordre er pakket og på vej!! Endnu engang kontakter jeg jer og meddeler, at jeg ikke ønsker denne levering! Kan dog se pengene alligevel bliver trukket, men jeg modtager aldrig varen. Efterfølgende har jeg forsøgt at skrive i jeres chat (som I tidligere har svaret på med det samme) jeg har sendt mails, jeg har ringet, men tlf går direkte på en svarer, jeg har skrevet på messenger samt på Instagram og INTET sker. Så jeg står stadig her uden varer og uden nogle penge retur!! Det er sgu ikke i orden 😡så nu denne anmeldelse, da min tålmodighed er brugt op.

Ich habe das Taschenmesser von Böker Optima gekauft.Beim Auspacken ist mir schon deutlich aufgefallen das das Messer verschmiert war.Jetzt heute morgen bei hellerem Tageslicht sehe ich deutliche Gebrauchsspuren am Metall des Griffes.Ich werde Böker kontaktieren und von meinem Erlebnis berichten.Ich glaube nicht das Böker begeistert davon ist wenn derartige Ware ausgegeben wird und für neu verkauft wird.Ich erlebe beim Onlinekauf so gut wie nur noch Reinfälle.Es macht wirklich keinen Sinn mehr.

Ware entsiegelt und defekt, der Shop war nicht zur Lösung bereit.
Versendete bereits geöffnete und entsiegelte Retourenware als neu. Als dann auch das Mikrofon der Kamera defekt war, wurde dies reklamiert. Bei Pixxass behauptete man dann einfach, der Defekt sei bei Versand nicht da gewesen. Umtausch oder Rückerstattung wurden verweigert, ich solle die Kamera zur Reparatur zuschicken. Die defekte Kamera kam dann ohne Reparatur wieder zurück und der Shop behauptete, die Stummschaltung sei bloß aktiviert gewesen. Die Stummschaltung schaltet aber tatsächlich nur den Lautsprecher auf stumm und hat keinen Einfluss auf das Mikrofon. Der Hersteller hat den Defekt letztlich bestätigt und behoben. Dieser Händler macht nach dieser Erfahrung einen absolut unseriösen Eindruck. Nachtrag zur Antwort von Pixxass: Die defekte Kamera ist zuvor genau bei diesem Geschäft gekauft worden. Aber meine ehrlichen Bewertungen zu diesem Händler wurden dann offensichtlich gelöscht. So engagiert dieser Laden hinter seinen negativen Bewertungen her ist, sie löschen zu lassen, so engagiert hätte ich es gerne gesehen, eine Reklamation zu handhaben.
