Ivan D from support was able to confirm my existing thermostats were compatible, he even dug up the manual online! The Heater, although a bit heavier then expected, looks great and the heat feels great. I'll be coming back to replace my others (competitor's brand IR heaters) as time passes!

I find it difficult trying to explain that a brand new heating panel was unserviceable. Customer service asked me to perform two tests and the results were unfortunate. Without hesitation, C.S sent a new panel to me and now is working beyond our satisfaction. FYI, after installing the new panel, I was free to open and examine the defective panel and after replacing one of the two thermo fuse the unserviceable panel now works....... but it is no longer appropriate for a bathroom

Niet doen!!

zelf ooit een nieuwe wagen gekocht ginder (want idd verkopen kunnen ze wel) en nu een wagen via het werk. Toen niet tevreden en nu nog steeds niet. Komen hun afspraken niet na, herstellingen duren enorm lang, niets op voorraad van zelfs de meest courante modellen. Laat staan nu ze meerdere merken onder 1 dak hebben. Onvriendelijk antwoorden tot zelfs ronduit uitlachen wanneer er wordt gewezen op de lange reparatie tijd (niet dagen maar weken of maanden). Als zelfstandige zou ik het zeker al niet aanraden! een servicewagen binnenbrengen voor herstelling duurt weken! Zelfs op de recentie duurde het 2 maanden voor er een reactie kwam van hen. Of ik aub wil contact opnemen... klant geweest en meer dan genoeg langs geweest, moesten ze willen kunnen ze me meer dan genoeg bereiken. Zeker niet tevreden!

Auto binnengebracht om distributieriem onder garantie te laten vervangen. Hadden niet de juiste onderdelen liggen dus moesten later teruggebeld worden. 9maand later nog steeds geen nieuws, zelf moeten Bariseau contacteren om te moeten horen dat ze 'onze contactgegevens hadden verloren in de verhuis'. Distributieriem vervangen maar toch nog boven de 700 euro mogen betalen (alhoewel het onder garantie was). Nu lekt de auto (hiervoor lekte deze nooit) maar Bariseau schuift schuld van zich af. Mijn raad vermijd Bariseau als de pest.

Wij bezochten twee dealers voor een nieuwe OPEL; Voorwaarden en ontvangst was stukken beter bij de groep LEPLAE VEURNE WERVIK TORHOUT; Groep Bariseau Mottrie had wel iets meer voorraad, maar zodra het sluitingsuur nadert, was de zaak op geen tijd volledig leeg. Bij LEPLAE stonden 1 uur na sluitingstijd nog mensen ons en anderen te bedienen. Alhoewel MOTTRIE slechts enkele kilometer van ons deur was, hebben we na recensies en positieve reacties van klanten, toch maar beslist onze nieuwe OPEL bij LEPLAE te kopen. Eerstdaags volgt trouwens onze tweede LEPLAE aankoop, net als onze schoonzoon die daar nu ook zal kopen.

Vivaro gekocht 1,5 jaar geleden. 15-20 keer binnen geweest wegens problemen in garantie. Zogezegd uiteindelijk opgelost door een chiptuner van hen. De wagen is nu buiten garantie en probleem is weer terug. Nooit geen Bariseau mottrie meer voor mij. Denk twee keer na alvorens hier een wagen te kopen. Wanneer je 30.000 euro uitgeeft verwacht je toch wel iets meer dan een wagen waar je slechts enkele maanden in totaal probleemloos mee kan rijden… Aangekocht op naam van Torre Van Verdegem

Carpet Buckling

At first, I was very pleased. The carpet was very nice and the service was also good. However, the carpet which had been laid began to buckle in several spots in the living room and down the hallway. I called the store and was told that this sometimes happens. They sent a man to come to the house and fix the problem. He came and did fix the living room, but failed to fix the hallway. I have called and gone by the store to ask that someone return to my house to fix the hallway. It has been over a year, and the buckling has become worse, and still no one has come. Was told in September that the owner, Bruce, had been notified of my problem. STILL WAITING !!!! I am very disappointed in this company's service.

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered Somerset floors through Floors Unlimited because it $1,000 more through local companies. The estimated time was a month, however in the disclosure they arent responsible for changes to the time. Turns out, somerset is behind due to covid, Unfortunate, but okay. Our issue was we needed to floors, in order to put in our kitchen. For a month, Mark, the customer service, led on saying soon or they should be going next week. It came down to crunch time and they weren't going out, so i asked about the refund policy. They can refund til shipping invoice is created. I told him a local place had the floors i wanted in stock a month ago, so i was going to contact them. Surprise! Invoice the next day. We call for the 100th time and floors will arrive Friday or at worst monday. Monday night results in a call to the shipping company and they said it was a duplicate po, so it never went. They had no idea. The go between shipping Coordinator company ended up trying to help us compared to floors unlimited. With their help, we finally go the floors a week and a half too late. Just be upfront and honest, no need to string me along for something that impacts my renovation/life. Never will we recommend or use again.

BEWARE!

I ordered 34 boxes of flooring from Floors Unlimited. Because Floors Unlimited improperly palleted the boxes, the flooring inside the boxes was unsupported and flopped around on their cross-country delivery journey from New York to California. Because of their lack of support, 13 boxes of the flooring arrived ruptured. Other boxes arrived with ends crushed and ripped. Because the boxes were ruptured, when delivered, some of the flooring was out of the boxes and on the floor of the delivery truck. I have no idea how much more flooring is missing. An entire pallet (17 boxes) on a broken and crushed pallet, flipped upside down when dropped from the lift gate during delivery. My licensed flooring contractor has stated he has no confidence in the integrity of the flooring. Even though Floors Unlimited agreed that they should replace at least some of the boxes and told me they were insured for this, they have not done so. I tried to amicably resolve this with Floors Unlimited, but I was insulted by their representative, told an unnamed supervisor (with no contact information) would review it and then, Floors Unlimited completely ignored me despite my emails asking for resolution. My licensed flooring contractor is scheduled to install in a few weeks, and it appears that Floors Unlimited will simply try to ignore their responsibility to force me to use the flooring they delivered in a damaged and defective condition without taking responsibility and replacing it.

Customer service stopped responding

Ordered 21 boxes of flooring. Price was really good. Delivery showed up, only 17 boxes were there. Contacted them and they sent the other 4 boxes. I had ordered about 20% extra to make sure we had plenty of extra. Well, the second shipment, two boxes were damaged (from the metal banding around the boxes). My installer made due with what they could, between the shipping damage and mis milled pieces. The other problem with the second shipment was there was 1 box from a different batch (all the other 20 boxes were from 2 batches). That box was completely full of short pieces. The installer said they see that from time to time, where someone gets done with a job, boxes all of those up and returns for refund. The installers said I should have had 3-4 boxes leftover if there weren't so many issues. I again contacted them and was told they by someone that he would file a claim with the shipper. I checked back a couple weeks later and was told it could take up to 60 days. I have never been responded to since that point (April of last year). I have sent numerous messages and contacted via chat (they told me I would get a call or e-mail) and no one has ever responded in now 17 months. At minimum, I should have been refunded for 2 boxes of damaged wood, but realistically 3 due to the short piece box. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is that the price was good. I will never do business with them again, though. Buyer beware!

"Customer Service" employee needs some Customer Service Training

I ordered $2,300 worth of flooring on 5-18-20. My card was processed and I received an order confirmation. The website said most orders ship 24-48 hours by can take 5-7 days. Today I contacted the only Customer service rep (he identified himself as CS Rep in his e-mail to me) an asked status of my order. He advised order was back-ordered and could/would not provide a firm delivery date when requested. I then requested shy he had not advised of back-order and why was my card charged the full amount when they did not have stock. He then on his own cancelled my order and told me to check back at the end of June and I could place my order again it they had stock. BUT, floors are on a first come first serve basis and I'd have to get lucky to get it. BUT I already had a back-order that would have put me first in line if he had not cancelled it. Now, I contact the only CS rep and asked why order was cancelled and to give me a potential delivery date and asked if re-instating my order would have benefit. He then directed me to review his website for terms and conditions that allowed them to charge my card in full and then not deliver product as promised. I reviewed the site, could not find any language like that and advised him as such, he then cancelled my online account and when I questioned why I could not access my account, He blocked the entire website from my access. Seriously within 10 minutes of my e-mail request for a link to the T&C website, he cancelled my online account at FloorsUnlimited and then when questioned about that he cancelled any access to the site. I get this now; Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Why would the only "Customer Service" employee do this to a paying customer that questioned a valid order that was never delivered as promised. Don't walk away from this company - RUUUUUNNNNN. Added 6-8-20. Let me say that after posting my original review with the customer service names spelled out he complained to trust pilot about violating their policies putting identifiable information in my review. Therefore I had to edit the review to remove his name and when he replied look at what he did, the exact same thing he complained about my review. My email address is matt @ shanserv.com please email me and I will be happy to send you the entire email chain between this customer service rep and myself and you can read for yourself the lies and misrepresentations of facts to know you do not want to do business with this one person operation. This is a review about this vendor's capabilities and honesty both are objectionable in my opinion with my business dealings with them that is the truth. Please email me at read for yourself before you send this business $1. I have not received a refund - I had to contact my credit card vendor and request a charge back. I will be happy to supply you with that email exchange as well to further prove the dishonest dealings of this business.

I was head guardian at a Dex property for two and a half years. These people are the worst collection of cowboys and charlatans imaginable, and as a prospective guardian or property owner I would run an absolute mile from them. The majority of the employees at Dex are completely incompetent and utterly disinterested. They ignore almost all attempts to report maintenance and other issues with the property. We regularly had no heating and hot water for weeks on end over the winter. The employees even seemed annoyed that we were reporting it. All the white goods that they provided were broken/non functional and were never fixed. Eventually there was an ongoing incident whereby a new guardian moved into one of the buildings on site and started stealing from the other guardians, and using illegal substances in the property. This was all proven and reported to Dex, who did nothing. I eventually moved out after having had several hundred pounds worth of my possessions stolen. Just an awful, awful organisation.

DEX does a really good job helping people live in affordable places in this day economy. Only small complain, when they start arranging the viewings they didn't let us know with enough time to clean and present the place. I understand that they are allow to do surprise checks but it's a different thing to have people from outside the organisation that we have no knowledge of just opening your door and getting in the place you live. Other than that the whole team that does maintenance and management are lovely and always in the best mood to help, really great experience.

Left stranded (friend has a DISABILITY can barely see) and would not send someone to open the faulty keybox

We arrived at the Rentbeat property in Brindisi at 11.05pm on Monday 09 September 2024, before I arrived, and when I booked the accommodation back in July via Booking.com (BDC) (another abomination of a company). I wrote to the property to make sure a late check in was ok, and they said yes, as I knew that we would arrive late but way before midnight. I also confirmed with them again on the 9th September at Roma airport a few hours before flying to Brindisi and they provided me with an emergency number +39 06 9201 5235 for anything after 9pm. When we got inside the building where the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, we went up to the apartment via a lift, we then went to open the key box outside the front door of the apartment as instructed with the key code they gave us, but it would not open. I contacted the emergency number on whatsapp (I have screenshots and the message still) +39 06 9201 5235 and my friend (the other guest) was calling on her phone and I sent them a photo of the key box with the code, to show them that it was not opening and faulty. We kept speaking to them from 11.15pm to 01.10am and I managed to charge my phone and send a video showing that the key box would not open they didn't reply on whatsapp until the late morning 9am. Also on the phone he said to me and my friend (the other guest) that they cannot send someone to open the door, even though the key box was faulty and their fault. (Why couldn't they send a key lock smith to open it, there must be a 24 hour one in that city and we could have stayed there and not cancelled a 5 night booking). He kept saying we are not doing something right but I have a lot of experience with key boxes being a host myself it is very simple to open! I have the video of us trying to open it and all the other places we stayed on this holiday the key box opened straight away. I personally own 8 key boxes. They said we have to go through BDC customer service to cancel and he cannot help to find alternative accommodation for us or call BDC as I told him my phone was very low with battery. I called BDC customer service at 00:21 and was speaking to a lady called Jasmine for 35 mins, she said that we would have to wait another 45 mins, even though we had no water to drink or toilet facilities (as we were sitting on the stairs of the building) I felt very dizzy. My friend is in her 60s and has a disability she is partially sighted. The BDC lady said that she has to contact Rentbeat to see if they reply, I told her that they are not replying but she promised to call me back and also that if she didn't hear back from them she would provide and book for me an alternative hotel in the area and a taxi to pick us up. We left the building to go to Ibis hotel as BDC could not help, and Ibis was the closest hotel, but they had no rooms, and were fully booked but they helped us with information on how to find other 24 hour hotels. When we went to B&B Brindesi (alternative accommodation) it was 5.15am and it was closed so we had to wait in a nearby coffee shop until 7.30am when we got hold of reception who let us check in early. Our holiday was severely ruined by this experience and we have not much faith in booking com customer service. I'm also a host of booking.com I'm truly upset about the way we were treated by the host Rentbeat and booking com who have still not refunded me the difference despite providing all the invoices and receipts for the alternative accommodation we found ourselves. I wrote to Rentbeat today and they haven't even given the city tax I paid directly to them or helped to get my refund back, there messages back are cold and no empathy for what happened to us and is still happening, they don't understand anything about hospitality! Disgrace, imagine if their family member, child or partner had to go through something similar how would they feel? It could have easily been a family with a baby or an elderly couple. It is not like London where you can just call an uber and find a 24 hour hotel after being left like that in the early hours. **Update to your reply - I have edited out booking.com and have already reported them. Firstly that night you should have helped us like Ibis hotel did if you had booked a hotel for 1 night for us & a local taxi then we could have come back the next day when your company would have fixed the key box. We have only received the original amount paid. We have not received our money from Booking.com for our new accommodation, city tax (25 euros paid directly to you), or expenses taxi, phone calls to book a new hotel.

Viomicia - update (9/8/24). After waiting awhile, the company got in contact with me via WhatsApp. A lovely man called John helped me & he got a replacement sorted. He said I could send back the wrong item once I’d received the correct item. He got the correct item sent taking 2-3 working days. All received & son is extremely happy now. I wish this company well & am now awaiting the returns label in order to send back the incorrect item. After initially feeling ignored & finding it hard to contact this company, they have turned things around & sorted it out quickly once contact made. Thank you for understanding & rectifying this issue & putting a smile on my son’s face. Rubbish company. Sent completely the wrong item. My son paid for out of his own birthday money £9.99 for a set of magnet fidget balls. We waited patiently for 4 working days (5 days in total) and they delivered a 3Dpen-2 product. WTH?! Completely different to magnet balls. Now I’m in the process of TRYING to contact them but no one seems to be answering calls, messages or emails and now my son is £10 out of pocket thanks to this company. Will not be buying from them again.

I sent my 45 year old Rolex submariner 5513 for an assessment and quote for a service,bracelet check *and repair if necessary,)clean etc by LWR. I received a detailed quote and summary of everything that needed to be done to bring it back to its former glory. Although expensive,I thought it worthwhile as I would eventually pass it on to my son. I received a secure,insured packet with return post paid and sent my watch in. I had been warned that it could take between 20-40 weeks as original parts for this watch could take time to source. After 20 weeks my watch came back in pristine condition,accurate to the second and looking like new. I couldn't be more delighted. I've read some grim reviews on Google and can only surmise they are sourced by envious rivals!

Second watch I’ve sent to this company. On the first occasion I was a bit disappointed and scared that I had just sent my watch in to the obis considering the length of time the repair took, although in fairness i didn’t convey my expectations of them, I just expected it would be a couple of months, it took 4.5 months. All said I was delighted with the quality of the repair and work done. The second occasion my expectations were managed better, I was told from my initial inquiry how long the service would take (15/20 weeks) however it was returned in 11 weeks again (thank you) an excellent repair and service. All in all I am delighted with the quality of the workmanship especially and overall service I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. and I will be using them again. On a less positive note: I do think if they could address their turnaround time, (or is this the industry norm for quality workmanship?) the period of time people are without their precious time pieces is surely a deterrent to use this company regardless of how good their overall quantity of work is. In a nutshell, if you can live without your Crown Jewels for a few months this is the company to use for watch repairs and servicing. Kind regards.

Unfassbare Performance von EON. Ich habe nun 2 Monate lang, mit 8 !! Telefonaten, Email und Chat versucht eine falsche Rechnung zu klären. EON nimmt einfach Gas Zählerstände an, welche so gar nicht stimmen. So wurden uns über 1000kWh zu viel berechnet und dann knapp 2000€ "Nachzahlung" abgebucht. Das in Ordnung zu bringen war eine reine Tortur, eigentlich sollte man auf Schmerzensgeld klagen und den Verbaucherschutz informieren. Das ist nicht das erste mal, war bis jetzt jedes Jahr zum Abschluss. Nur dieses mal extrem. Überhaupt jemanden persönlich zu erreichen ist eine Höchstleistung, bei den Hürden der Roboterstimme. Ständig wird automatisch aufgelegt. Kommt man durch, spricht man manchmal mit Mitarbeitern diverser Herkunft und folglich teilweisen Sprachbarrieren. Natürlich ganz klasse, um komplexe Themen zu besprechen. Wir sind einfach nur sehr unzufrieden. Registrierung auf "Mein.Eon" und regelmäßiges Eintragen des Zählerstandes löst das Problem hoffentlich in Zukunft.

Kein Stern. So lange der Vertrag läuft und der Verbraucher zahlt, läuft alles gut. Nachdem der Vertrag gekündigt wurde und die Kündigung von eon ignoriert wird, beginnen die Schwierigkeiten. Insgesamt wurde der Kundenservice 5 mal kontaktiert. Per Mail, Kontaktformular, per Chat und Anruf [35 Minuten Wartezeit]. Ich mache es kurz und das Fazit ist: Der Kundenservice versteht nur verbal die Hälfte, gibt sich nicht besonders viel Mühe den Kunden zu verstehen. Dabei ist es nicht einmal ein komplexer Vorgang. Zuletzt wird das eigene Anliegen an die Fachabteilung geleitet. Tage später wird der Vorgang geschlossen und man soll die Antwort per Post bekommen. Jedes Mal bekam ich keine Post. Zuletzt habe ich einen Rechtsanwalt eingeschaltet. Dieser konnte innerhalb einer Woche mein Anliegen klären und die Kündigung durchsetzen. Allerdings warte ich noch auf mein Geld. Eon ist der Aufforderung der Rückzahlung nach Ablaufdatum bisher nicht nachgekommen. Die Summe beläuft sich auf fast 1500 Euro. Zum Glück habe ich einen Rechtsvertreter genommen. Eon nie wieder!

Onbereikbaar over beloofde herstellingswerken

Dakwerken uitgevoerd in mei 2024, zag er netjes uit. Maar toen we enkele maanden later zonnepanelen lieten leggen, merkten we dat de dakpannen door Cralux waren vastgelijmd. Dit bracht heel veel extra kosten voor de plaatsing van de zonnepanelen. Ook merkten we toen dat de isolatieplaten veel spatie hadden en dus nutteloos waren. Na het plaatsen van bovenstaande review in december 2024, werd ons op het hart gedrukt dat ze alles gingen komen in orde brengen en dat we snel een datum van de werken zouden krijgen, op voorwaarde dat ik de review zou verwijderen. Ondertussen is Cralux onbereikbaar en hebben we niets meer gehoord over herstellingswerken.

Mooi werk, correcte opvolging en afspraken

Enerzijds 6 maanden later dan voorzien de werken gedaan, wegens weersomstandigheden. Dus was ik eerst eerder boos. Maar eens de werken gebeurden, kon ik enkel vaststellen dat het werk degelijk gebeurde, de afspraken correct nagekomen werden en er alles aan gedaan werd om de werkomgeving netjes achter te laten. Afwerking is goed, nu hopen dat dit wat langer OK blijft dan mijn vorige installateur (crepi bladerde af na 11 jaar).

Gouden gasten maar belabberd bureau!

In het begin heb ik de nodige miserie met cralux gekend! Tot 4 keer toe werd een datum opgegeven wanneer de werken zouden starten. 2 keer werd ik op voorhand verwittigd dat het niet door kon gaan. 2 keer was ik tevergeefs thuis gebleven van men werk en kwamen ze niet opdagen tot grote frustratie van mij! Dit bleek nadien aan de toenmalige planner te liggen die er ondertussen niet meer werkzaam is. Uiteindelijk een datum doorgekregen wanneer ze zouden starten maar enkele dagen ervoor komt onverwachts al de afvalcontainer toe. Al een geluk was er toen toevallig iemand thuis... Ik had meermaals aangegeven dat ze rijplaten moesten voorzien maar deze info was niet tot bij de container man gekomen... resultaat was dat de container niet op de oprit mocht van mij maar langs de straat! Op zich was dat niet mijn probleem natuurlijk... Plots stonden dan op een avond de arbeiders voor mijn deur die aangeven dat ze morgen beginnen! Nee nee zei ik, vrijdag is doorgegeven door de planner. Nee nee wij starten morgen! Dus weer een geregel om ervoor te zorgen dat ik thuis kon zijn... Uiteindelijk alles voor mekaar gekregen en daags nadien zijn ze begonnen met het verwijderen van de oude dakpannen! Ik kan niet genoeg benadrukken hoe het team van Alket dit bijzonder netjes heeft gedaan. Dagelijks werd alles netjes achter gelaten, tot zelfs het kleinste vuiltje op de raamdorpels werd opgekuist. Na 3 dagen was ons oude dak eraf en lag het nieuwe onderdak erop maar dan kwam de verassing... Wij hadden zwarte vlakke pannen gekozen en deze waren er niet! Dat was dan blijkbaar de fout van de magazijnier maar dat kon mij niet boeien natuurlijk... toen de eerste regen viel had ik links en rechts een lekje omdat er enkel maar een onderdak was maar na contact met Gëzim, mijn projectleider gezien de initiele persoon er ook niet meer werkte, stonden de arbeiders er zeer snel om dit op te lossen door er een zeil over te spannen. Ik heb zelfs op een zaterdag met zware regenval telefoon gekregen van de arbeider zelf om te vragen of ik geen lekken had! Top service van die mannen daar kan ik geen slecht woord over zeggen! Na 6 weken waren eindelijk onze pannen er en toegegeven dat mijn dak dan onmiddellijk werd afgewerkt! 3 dagen pannen leggen, alle hoeken en kanten inslijpen en aanwerken want het is een speciaal dak en plaatsen van veluxen werd zeer proper gedaan door hen! Eindconclusie is dat ik voor Gëzim en het team van Alket gerust 5+ sterren had willen geven! Hij was steeds bereikbaar, zorgde mee voor oplossingen en heeft een compensatie voor het leed geregeld! Het team leverde schitterend werk af! Gezien het buitenlanders waren was de communicatie met hen niet altijd even makkelijk maar we begrepen elkaar, hadden een goede band en geen vraag of opmerking was teveel. TOPGASTEN! Dus de werken zelf ben ik zeer tevreden van maar al het andere vind ik voor zo een grote firma ondermaats en is voor mij geen ster waard!

We zijn zeer tevreden over onze ervaring met Cralux voor het plaatsen van buitengevelisolatie met crepi-afwerking. Het opstellen van de offerte verliep heel vlot. De offerte was duidelijk en al onze vragen werden snel en professioneel beantwoord. Het inplannen van de werken bracht enkele uitdagingen met zich mee, voornamelijk door de vele regen in 2024. Dit maakte het lange tijd onduidelijk wanneer de werken precies zouden starten. We werden echter goed op de hoogte gehouden door Gurkan eenmaal de startdatum van onze werken naderde, wat we zeer op prijs stelden. Zodra de isolatie- en crepi-werken van start gingen onder leiding van projectleider Atdhe en team Freskim, ging alles erg snel vooruit. Het team werkte efficiënt en zorgvuldig. Het resultaat mag er zeker zijn: onze gevel ziet er mooi uit en de afwerking is van hoge kwaliteit. Bovendien voelen we binnen echt het verschil; ons huis is nu duidelijk beter geïsoleerd. De facturatie was ook zonder verrassingen en volledig in lijn met de offerte. Daarnaast ontvingen we spontaan alle benodigde documenten voor het aanvragen van de overheidspremie, wat de hele aanvraag nog gemakkelijker maakte. We kunnen Cralux zeker aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbaar en professioneel bedrijf voor gevelisolatie.

A fraud for sure, don’t buy from them and be careful. My order number was 27421. I bought a pair of lenses on the 10th of April and there has been no response since I ordered, no confirmation and no nothing. If it was not a scam they would have at least replied to the email or the many many messages I sent through instagram. They would have at least refunded me!! Even the number they give is not right and some guy answered and said that, like what kind of customer service is this? there is none. Probably the good reviews are written by them so they can keep scamming the people who don’t know. Wish I had known before ordering but I will not stop spreading this information and I won’t stop till I find you and get my money back. Please do NOT buy from them!

Hi, I received my lenses yesterday and one arrived torn. I have tried to reach out several times regarding my order via email but there is no reply. Please assist. I have emailed both info@labellalenses and support@opticano and there is no response. The instagram you provided under “Contact” does not accept messages. My order is 26644 and one of the green pixie lenses (yearly) in power -5.00 arrived torn in the vial. I sent an email with the image attached.

Niet doen en zoek verder

Bij aanschaf zijn we goed geholpen. Ze waren erg behulpzaam om ons te adviseren en klant te laten worden. Bij het ophalen van de ring bleek plots dat de ring een groter formaat had. En dat was heel vreemd omdat wij eerder ook al een ring hadden gekocht met het juiste formaat. Volgens Steinberg hadden wij bewust voor een ander (groter) formaat gekozen. Tegen betaling konden wij de ring laten herstellen. De schuld wordt zonder schaamte in de schoenen van de klant geschoven en de service is ver te zoeken. Wij hebben ervoor gekozen om de ring ergens anders te laten herstellen. Ook omdat wij meerdere reviews hebben gelezen (helaas pas toen het kwaad al was geschiedt) waaruit blijkt dat het vaker voorkomt. Advies: doe goed onderzoek voordat je overweegt om hier iets te kopen.

Spent thousands of euros to an untrustworthy company.

I bought an engagement ring from Steinberg. The ring is beautiful and I think that they have fair prices (for a non online store) but there are some things which I cannot neglect. I would have been more satisfied if they were more honest and more careful with what they promise. In our first discussions the sales lady stated that they are flexible with the shapes and the designs of their ring bands and that if I want to apply any minor change then the jeweler will be able to make it. After I made an advanced payment for ordering the diamond, the behavior of the sales lady changed. She was trying to convince me (sometimes by using some poor excuses...) that it is not a good idea of applying any small changes to the ring band and generally she was very reluctant in deviating from the shapes and they designs that they have in their rings collection. I was not so annoyed by the above fact as much as I was from the fact that I ordered an inscription on the ring (for which I paid extra 50 euros) and they delivered it with the wrong font (which I specifically requested via an email exchange). The worst part from it is that they told me that I will have to pay 90 euros extra if I want the inscription to be fixed. That was a big foul from their side. EDIT We also bought our wedding rings from them. Upon this purchase, the seller mentioned that the cost of resizing a ring (in case it comes larger or smaller) is 50 euros and that there is no cost for cleaning them. Our rings came larger but due to the fact that we received them few days before the wedding we postponed their resizing for the future. When we visited Steinberg for the resizing my ring and for cleaning my wife's engagement and wedding rings (her wedding ring didn't need at that moment resizing), they mentioned that the cost of resizing my ring is 180 euros and the cleaning cost of each ring is 30 euros! Regarding the resizing, when I asked why the cost is not the one the seller originally mentioned us (50 euros), their excuse was that the ring had to be adjusted by 2 and a half sizes. One thing that surprised me was that the set for measuring the size of my ring used during my second visit was way different from the one used during my first visit. In the first visit they gave us a general measuring set for both me and my wife despite the fact that we bought different types of rings. During the second visit they gave me a set specific for the type of my ring. This makes me think that during our first visit we were given the wrong measuring set (on purpose?) and that is why we got rings of wrong size. Regarding the cleaning cost their excuse was that their cleaning equipment was broken. This was a cheap lie because another couple (friends of ours) who bought also their rings from them recently, upon picking up their wedding rings, they were informed that cleaning services cost 30 euros per ring. At the end of this second disappointing meeting the service lady mentioned that her manager will call us but we never received a call. In a nutshell, this a very untrustworthy company. It lies to its customers, it refuses to fix its own mistakes, it tries to make money on its own mistakes and it offers fake services. I really regret spending thousands of euros on them. I suggest to people that they want to buy an engagement ring or a wedding ring, to avoid this place.

Tijdens de aankoop erg fijn geholpen en een vriendelijk bejegend. Daarna ook telefonisch nog met ons meegedacht dat we last minute nog een afhaal afspraak konden maken op zondag. Echter bij aankomst zeer onvriendelijk benaderd en hebben we ons niet prettig en welkom gevoeld. Wat een bijzonder en leuk moment hoort te zijn bij het ophalen van je trouwringen, was bij ons niet zozeer het geval, helaas.

Geen service. Heel slecht!!! 3,5 jaar geleden kochten wij onze trouwringen bij Steinberg Rotterdam. In mijn ring van witgoud, zaten drie steentjes. Helaas zijn er nu na 3,5 jaar twee steentjes uitgevallen. Contact opgenomen en ik kon langskomen in de winkel. De dame vertelde me dat de ring naar de leverancier zou worden gestuurd en ik zou binnen 4 weken reactie krijgen. Al de volgende dag werd ik gebeld, ze hebben ze ring zelf even nagekeken en ze denken dat ik iets te hard een klink heb vastgepakt of een zwaar kratje heb getild, want er is een hap uit de ring en daardoor zijn de steentjes eruit gevallen. Maw eigen schuld dikke bult, ze geven geen garantie op aangekochte artikelen. Dus ik kan €150,- betalen voor een reparatie. Nou dat ga ik niet doen… je mag er vanuit gaan dat een ring wel een langere levensduur heeft dan 3,5 jaar. Daarnaast als het allemaal zo makkelijk kapot zou gaan, heb ik de kans dat na reparatie volgende week weer een hap uit mijn ri g valt als ik de deur wil openen?! Wat is dit voor idioterie. Zeer slecht deze service, ik werd ook echt heel onfatsoenlijk te woord gestaan. Want ze maken al minder omzet door corona dus het was volgens deze meneer belachelijk dat ik niet wilde betalen voor een reparatie, ik probeerde ze hun brood af te pakken. Haha hoe professioneel wil je het hebben.

Ringmaat aanpassen

Hier een verlovingsring besteld. De ring kwam vrij flot aan en zag er keurig uit. Omdat het om een verloving gaat was het onmogelijk om vooraf de ring te passen. Helaas bleek ook dat de ring iets te groot was. Geen probleem dat konden ze uiteraard oplossen. De kosten voor het verkleinen waren echter erg hoog. €120!? Het verhaal van hoe en waarom is uitgelegd, maar ik heb zo mijn eigen mening wat betreft service. Persoonlijk zou ik graag een (desnoods) eenmalige service zien voor het groter of kleiner maken van een ring. Helemaal gezien de ring nog geen maand geleden aangeschaft is. Mooie ring en verder goede service. Maar voor mij wel een reden om voortaan niet weer te bestellen.

Mooie trouwringen gekocht in Rotterdam. Eigenlijk boven ons budget, maar de verkoper vroeg ons eerst wat we mooi vonden en als laatst gingen we naar de prijs en evt kijken waar nog wat af kon (onze eigen fout) waardoor je toch nog een stuk boven je budget komt. We zijn wel heel blij met de ringen, erg mooi. En de uitleg was ook heel uitgebreid. Er was voldoende tijd (was een rustig tijdstip) om onze wensen door te nemen. Echter, door Corona is de bruiloft verplaatst en moesten wij onze gravering (datum) laten aanpassen. Bij het kopen van de ringen werd verteld dat dit makkelijk aangepast kon worden en werd ons geadviseerd de gravering toch al te plaatsen, ondanks Corona. Toen wij de gravering wilde aanpassen was dit €80 per ring! Als wij dit op voorhand hadden geweten hadden wij deze keuze niet gemaakt. We zijn het gesprek aangegaan, maar er was geen begrip voor onze situatie. Er werd vooral gezegd dat wij de keuze zelf gemaakt hadden en dat zij deze kosten ook niet wisten. Ook werd er nog gedoeld op de prijs van de ringen, voor ons veel geld, maar dit vonden ze nog wel meevallen (ruim €2600). Het was een pijnlijk gesprek. We hadden gehoopt dat ze klantvriendelijker zouden zijn. En vooral het niet erkennen van dat het vervelend is, en weggegooid geld is, vonden wij het ergste. Wij raden deze winkel dan ook echt niet aan. Helaas.

Wij hebben zowel onze verlovingsring en trouwringen gekocht bij Steinberg en zijn beide keren super goed geholpen. Je krijgt de tijd om goed te onderzoeken wat bij je past en krijgt daarnaast ook goed advies hierover en de hulp die je nodig hebt! Onwijs veel keuze mogelijkheden en after service is helemaal top.

Honestly I think this company deserves all the bad reviews it has. I called on the 13/2/25 requesting a manual MWB van. Was told they had it in stock and even collection from a London local depot. However on the day of payment for the £1000 deposit they said my van was suddenly unavailable only allowing me to collect a Small Van which was automatic and I had to travel from London to Worthing to collect. Collected the van and 2 days later the van had completely stopped working absolute joke. And completely inconvenienced me regarding my work. Would highly not recommend at this point in time.

All services and prices were straight forward, no hidden costs. Staff has responded promptly and deals with everything you need. From rental to insurance, invoicing, contract...they got it all covered. I personally had a Luton van rented for 1 month. The car was valeted just before I picked it, very low mileage and it was in a mint condition mechanical. I would definitely recommend them.

Very BAD! Avoid at all costs!

Yet another narcissistic greedy company. Avoid it at all costs! Worked with them for 7months, had 5 vans breaking down in this time and when asking them to replace the vans they were asking me to contact the bigger companies they contract the vans from (btw, they only own 1van, they subcontract). How lazy is that. I pay you for a service then you ask me to do your job. This was a constant occurrence with their team members making me lose money over time due to unworkable days, yet at the same time charging me rent for the van that was broken down. So essentially I was paying for a service that they weren’t providing. Everyone from their 4-5 employees is self absorbed, most of the conversations were arguments, how they can’t help me with a call, or how wrong I am for wanting not to pay for a van I couldn’t use, and constantly asking me to do their jobs instead. How absurd! They also kept a last week rent that was double paid, arguing that they can’t pay it back, but it’s credited to the account. It is not, read below. Lately I’ve been waiting to receive my deposit for the past 3 months and nothing. After chasing and chasing for ages I eventually discovered hidden costs that were argued and so they decided to keep my entire deposit for themselves, completely ignoring the extra sum that was already credited to the account. To add to this, most of my colleagues that have been forced to work with them encountered the same issues, losing all of their deposits and having to pay for services that were not provided! Update: You guys had the nerve to answer after all of these months. And you more so after stealing my money, have the courage to call me names and play the victim card. And you say you care but took months to answer this review. What an absolute joke! Overall disgraceful behaviour. You’re all greedy rotten people to the core! I despise you all!

A mostly smooth process to release my funds

I have had an account (school pension) with the Alexander Beard Group since 2003. Although I have not been a very active investor, the release procedure of my funds have been well taken care of. I had a professional yet kind online meeting to confirm my identity with the client service director. She assisted me with the needed information and clarified my concerns. In the subsequent e-mail exchanges all necessary steps were clearly laid out and helpful at all times. The only concern that I had was the delay of time between all finished documents being accepted and the eventual release of the funds. I had to write to follow up with two emails to ask when the money would be sent.

Do not use this company!

So this company manages the employee retirement accounts for a school I taught at in Turkey for three years. I have been frustrated with the company day one. The client interface is horrible. Very difficult to work with your money. Very difficult to see the fees. The start up fees were exorbitant! And now, retired, trying to pull the money from my account, it is taking forever. They are giving me so many hoops to jump through, I hate the process. I have finished jumping through the hoops and the disbursement is STILL being processed by some vague person in the company. EMPLOYERS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Response to ABG's reply: I am at a loss for words to see myself represented so negatively. I was neither ignorant of the process nor rude. Whatever. Just another reason to not use the company. I am waiting to see this person's name and their happy client reviews.

Do not buy these knives they are absolute crap. My daughter bought these as a Christmas present and spent two months trying to replace the knife that was broken and in the end they sent the wrong one after sending multiple pictures. Someone had purchased the Wasabi set for me 2 years ago as a gift. They’re beautiful, and so far, they’ve held up well as my daily drivers. In November I placed an order to complete the set with 3 knives I didn’t have. No shipment. No tracking. And as many say here, no response after multiple emails to the customer service email, and I couldn’t find a number to call anywhere on their website, which I’m assuming was likely pulled. After waiting for a month for these knives and no response, I disputed the charges on my credit card. Seriously disappointing. Seeing from the other reviews here, many of which are within the last few months, I’m going to guess this company is going under.

I purchased the Wasabi series back in October 2021. I was so delighted with the knives, I made further purchases of honing knife, bread knife and knife sharpener. My experience from ordering to delivery was absolutely 1st class. I wrote glowing reviews here on Trustpilot. However three years on, whilst using one of the knives I rarely use, to chop a small pumpkin I noticed a shard, in the centre of the blade had broken off. For anyone who has bought these knives will know they are pretty expensive. But on Razar website, they give a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. I contacted Razar by email to explain what had happened. After a week of no response, I sent a further email to their support email, still no response. A week later I messaged them on Facebook, no response, message left unread. I have searched Companies House and they are still a limited company, with next accounts due next year. Mr Charlton Edward Wright, Director, if you are reading this review, perhaps you could have a word with your Customer Service Department. I have read similar terrible reviews and would urge people not to purchase from this company. The Razar website is still active and taking orders (and may I add, not delivering them, as I have been informed by other very dissatisfied customers). Total sham of a company. I doubt very much that they actually manufacture the knives.

The blades are really good and they look amazing. However, three of the handles have cracked or snapped completely (they’ve never been through the dishwasher). I sent an email to their customer service team and no response!! Really disappointed in the service, or lack of.

lightly disappointing... overall good

it took longer than expected/quoted for shipping, the whole dress seems to be thicker/more material layering than shown in the picture, therefore making it loos like it has more volume and heavier than the picture. maybe i'm new at this, maybe i have too high of an expectation. overall still a very well made product, and the customer service is superb!
