Schoenen besteld, het duurde al erg lang voor dat ze kwamen. Maar goed ik wist nog niet dat alles uit China moest komen! Daarna bleekt het niet goed te zijn, dus we sturen het terug. Foto maken en alle verdere onnodige handelingen en ik naar de Primera. 26 euro om het terug te sturen! Zijn ze helemaal gek geworden? Klantenservice niet thuis natuurlijk, mijn probleem werd verteld

Cara Camilla is een nep webwinkel. Ze hebben niks op voorraad en alles komt rechtstreeks uit China. De advertentie teksten zijn misleidend, zo staat er bijvoorbeeld "Vandaag besteld, morgen verzonden". Maar bij de FAQ staat - wat niemand leest voordat je besteld - dat de gemiddelde levertijd 15 (!) werk-dagen is. Als je dat leest, weet je genoeg. Jouw product komt rechtstreeks uit China en je had het voor een fractie zelf kunnen kopen als je het rechtstreeks bij onze vrienden van ali xpres had besteld.

Super belabberde dropshippers.
Super belabberde dropshippers. Product besteld. Mooi vogelhuisje. Wat ik thuis kreeg leek er nauwelijks op. Vervolgens doen ze moeilijk als ik m'n geld terug wil en moet ik zelf de retourkosten betalen hoewel ik gewoon niet het product heb gekregen wat ik bestelde. Nadat het product geretourneerd is kreeg ik gewoon m'n geld niet. Tot ik de zaak aanmeldde bij de rechtsbijstandsverzekering. Toen was het opeens heel snel geregeld. Kreeg het idee dat ze gewoon wachtte en hoopte dat ik het niet zou merken. Niet te vertrouwen en ze leveren gewoon niet wat ze adverteren. Als je te dure rotzooi wil die er anders uitziet dan de foto kun je beter zelf van ali express bestellen. Het hele gedonder heeft 2 maanden geduurd en ik ben 7 euro lichter voor verzendkosten.

Klantenservice niet gericht op service
Voor carnaval twee gele lenzen gekocht, beide lenzen gescheurd na minimaal gebruik. Nadat ik dit gecommuniceerd had met de klantenservice en ze zelfs een foto heb laten zien, werd me simpelweg verteld dat niemand anders deze klachten heeft gemeld en dat daarom mijn klacht ongegrond was. Ze hadden echter wel de foto grondig bestudeerd en vertelde me doodleuk dat het mijn eigen schuld was dat de lenzen gescheurd waren (ik gebruik al jaren lenzen en dit is nog nooit gebeurd). Voelde me absoluut niet serieus genomen, van deze webwinkel koop ik nooit meer iets.

Super Tevreden!
Vandaag de Lenzen ontvangen en de Grime. Was echt super verpakt, geen schade aan de doos of produkten. Een hele snelle levering en al mijn mails werden goed beantwoord. Lenzen is toch altijd lastig, maar we hebben ze even laten weken en daarna in gedaan, helemaal fantastisch. Verder ben ik blij dat jullie ook Grimas hebben, want faar ben ik fan van. First time I used these guys. Quote was competitive and communication leading up to the journey was great. Prompt pick-up from friendly professional driver. Return journey airport pick-up was smooth and driver used local knowledge to bypass major traffic jam. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent
Excellent. Exceeded expectations. Waiting for us as we came out of terminal. Driver loaded all our 9 cases. Comfortable ride home although motorway closed at one point but driver did a detour no problem. On arriving home he unloaded all cases and made sure we were happy. Although journey took 2 hours, a bit longer than expected there was no extra charge.This is second time we have used company and certainly will again, cannot rate high enough. WELL DONE and Thank you.

I have used this company several times for minibus airport transfers going from Poole area to Gatwick,Luton and Southampton airports varying between 6 to 8 people. Every time the drivers have been on time (early but waited),smart,polite,friendly and very communicative on drop off and collection times. The VW mini buses have always been clean inside and out. I would certainly recommend this company and have already booked them for future transfers.

We used eagle flyers in may 2017 to get to and from Gatwick airport. No text confirming pick up, although arrived on time. Good customer service on trip to Gatwick. Although I had asked for executive we just had a standard Volkswagen. I was expecting the seats facing each other and the table as per the picture advertised but no. I didn't complain, the driver seemed nice. On pick up from the airport. There was no greeting in arrivals as we were expecting. The driver was running late, these things happen, after an 11 hour flight we just wanted to get home. With 7 suitcases and two children We then had to try and find the driver in the car park (instead of meeting us at arrival entrance) whilst he had a cigarette. The driver again seemed nice but for he price I paid, it definitely wasn't executive. Would I use them again, probably not as you can get executive travel for the same price and reliable. I do not have the wrong firm. It was 4 large suitcases and 3 hand luggage cases. No text was received as stated. The driver was late and contacted me as we had come out of arrivals. He was half an hour late. And we then had to find him in the car park. To which he was smoking. I am entitled to give my feedback and review of true account of what happened. As I said the drivers were nice but for the price I paid and expected executive, I probably wouldn't use you again as I do not feel as though I received that.

I just want to remind people this is a scam. They pay people to write glowing reviews here or bribe them to keep the product. (I mean look at the positive reviews and compare these to real reviews) All items are bought from Amazon at 2 to 3 times lower than the cost you pay them to ship item through Amazon to you. As parents and grandparents, we trust that we are buying legitimate "stem" toys from the website with a clever deceptive name of, "Smart Kids Planet " that describes- "stem toys". The pictures are deceptive as well for the item you actually receive. I am a victim of this scam. Please beware, parents, grandparents. I've also dealt with "Donna" who reviews here have glowing references. She tried to tell me they are "a family owned small business still learning" Donna asked me to remove my review and offered discounts if I would. I was able to get a full refund with great effort on my part through PayPal that showed exhibits of what I thought I was getting and what I actually received through Amazon. Take lots of pictures!

I had a similar experience to others. I bought a toy from smart kids planet for $52 as a gift. When I contacted them that it wasn’t received, they said it was “wrapped in an Amazon box”. So they order from Amazon, charge triple the price and never respond to requests to return the toy. Yes, it can be returned to Amazon…at 1/3 of what was paid. Beware!!!!

Advarsel, truende opførsel fra virksomheden
Dette er et genoptryk af vores dårlige oplevelse med dansk bruseglas, mit tidligere indlæg er blevet slettet, fordi jeg ikke måtte nævne navnet på den person som var meget truende overfor min kone i forbindelse med vi gjorde ham opmærksom på deres mangelfulde og dårlige arbejde, så det respektere jeg. Men synes stadig denne advarslen skal ud til alle som måtte læse det, da en person fra firmaet med beslutningsret ikke skal stå og true sine kunder med henblik på at slippe for at rette op på deres fejl. Opgaven de skulle udfører hos os var at levere og monterer et bruse hjørne, hjørnet har fliser og aftalen var at de skulle monteres langs fliserne og ikke ovenpå. Dette blev påpeget som meget vigtigt da flise afslutningen allerede var afsluttet fra mureren med rustfri afslutningsprofiler, fra loftet og ned til den aftalte højde på bruseglasset. Alt blev målt op og bestilt af deres montør, de kommer og montere det. Min kone var hjemme mens deres montør monterede brusehjørnet, undervejs i processen påpeger hun at han ikke skal bore i fliserne, og fortæller de skal sidde langs fliserne. Han fortæller at det nok skal blive godt når han er færdig. Jeg kommer hjem fra job og kan se det ene bruseglas er monteret på fliserne. Hvilket ikke var aftalen, vi retter henvendelse til en person som har beslutningsret og påpeger fejlen. Det vil han gerne se, han kommer forbi en dag min kone har mulighed for at være hjemme. Og det er her han benægter alt og påstår deres arbejde er udført korrekt. Og samtidig med min kone siger at det ikke er i orden bliver manden meget truende i kropssprog og verbalt, så meget at mine kone bliver bange og mundlam. Han forlader huset hvorefter min kone bryder sammen i gråd over oplevelsen, hun ringer til mig, jeg får hende beroliget og tager fat i manden og fortæller ham om helt basal opførsel. Fejlen fra deres side omkring arbejdet var at deres opmåling af bredden på det ene glas ikke var bredt nok, derfor var montøren nød til at flytte glasset tættere på det andet og dermed op på fliserne. For at rette op på deres fejl skulle der bestilles nyt glas i korrekt bredde samt fliserne skulle skiftes og væggen efterfølgende males igen. Og ja det er da mange penge for at rette op på deres fejl. Men det kan da aldrig være vores skyld Slutteligt håber jeg alle vil holde sig fra dansk bruseglas og advare alle omkring sig, om ikke at benytte dem. Opdatering efter Dansk bruseglas har besvaret min anmeldelse d. 22/10-24: Jeg ved ikke hvad jeg skal sige til jeres besvarelse, andet end at jeres uærlighed fortsætter, i benægter fortsat hvad i har gjort og forsøger at fortælle Trustpilots brugere, at hvad jeg skriver ikke er sandt. Det er i selvfølgelig i jeres gode ret til og kan sagtens forstå i er nød til det, i forsøg på at nedtone og rede jeres omtale. Jeg vil lade de personer som læser dette selv afgøre om de tør indgå et samarbejde med jer. Jeg har udsendt min sande oplevelse og advarsel. God service og levering til tiden
Hurtig levering og god dialog mellem Dansk Bruseglas (Flemming) og jeg, da vi stod og skulle have ny afskærmning med en "dør" til vores brus. Det var ganske enkelt ligetil og leveringstiden var forholdsvis kort. Vi stod selv for opsætning, da vi sagtens kan det. Tusind tak til Dansk Bruseglas for at svare på mine mange spørgsmål og for at levere til tiden. Tak for god service

I wish I had read the reviews here on Trustpilot before hiring Dansk Bruseglas.
Dansk Bruseglas have installed a custom glass shower wall and door at the price of 1,6000DKK. However, despite the high cost they neglected to install drip-inducers to the shower door, so any water at all that splashes onto the inside of the shower door simply runs down the door, curls underneath it, and runs out all over the bathroom floor. Basically, any and all water that splashes onto the shower door, even under no pressure, simply ends up outside the shower door on the bathroom floor, exactly as though there is no shower door installed at all. This occurs all the time through normal use as water runs off people's elbows etc, (not even spraying the shower head directly at the door) for everyone using the shower and results in all shower users crawling on their hands and knees on the bathroom floor pushing the water back into the shower cubicle to drain away, then using dry towels to not leave a slippery bathroom floor for the next unsuspecting user. I informed Dansk Bruseglas that the installed shower was not functional and they should return and install a drip-inducer to the underside of the shower door, and if that was not effective, they should additionally re-mount the door further into the shower cubicle to give more space for the water to fall into the shower. Whatever their solution, I made it clear I would not pay the bill until I had a functional shower. I then had an ongoing and increasingly argumentative dialogue with Bitten and Flemming, who maintained that all they were asked to do was install the glass, which they had done, and I had no valid reason to complain according to the precise wording of the quotation for work. Exasperated and under the clear impression I would be charged further for an additional visit by Dansk Bruseglas, I went to Bauhaus, spent 200DKK on a drip inducer (“vandavisende”) and installed it myself. We now have zero water leakage out of the shower because any water that splashed on the door all drips inside the shower, is trapped by the cubicle damn and drains away nicely. Please note that installing a drip inducer on a thick and wide shower door that is already mounted to the wall and has less than 2cm gap between the bottom of the door and the floor is not as easy at sounds – you will need silicon lubricant and small but strong fingers to get under the mounted door and will have to exert an uncomfortable amount of force onto the hinges of the shower door to slide the drip inducer all the way along the bottom of the door – it would have been much easier and safer for Dansk Bruseglas to attach it to the shower door first before mounting the door to the wall. But despite “28 years of experience” they did not do it and/or did not foresee this obvious problem, nor even acknowledge it was a problem. From subsequent dialogue, it seems there is a difference of opinion between Dansk Bruseglas’s position of simply installing the glass and walking away, and my position of requiring the functional shower door that I thought I was paying for. With a bit of forethought from them, there would never have been a flood problem, so I am writing this review to ask any future customer of Dansk Bruseglas to confirm with them in writing before work that the shower door must have a drip inducer installed on the underside and be functional as a shower cubicle that keeps at least some water off the bathroom floor. I honestly can’t believe that in full sincerity I have just recommended you do that for a company who’s very name and sole purpose is to install shower glass. In any case I would advise you not to trust a company who in my direct experience values customer satisfaction at less than 200DKK. So my summary is this: if you just want a glass installation, you may be happy (although from some of the other reviews here in which they got the measurements wrong, it seems you also may not); however, if you hired these people with the expectation that you will have a very pretty shower cubicle that you can actually use without flooding the bathroom, you will be disappointed, frustrated and left dealing with the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any firm anywhere. So I cannot in good conscience recommend these people. Life is too short – there must be better alternatives.

I wish I could rate this zero stars. A few days after I ordered from here £7 was randomly taken out of my account by them. After finally receiving my order I discovered that a few products were missing so I decided to contact them twice via website, direct messaged them, commented on their posts and not once did anybody bother responding to me. They could post peoples orders on tik tok and post on insta but couldn’t respond to me? I want my money back and either the missing products get sent to me or i can also get a refund for those. I am so beyond livid with how long i have been ignored for.

Servizio con finanziamento pessimo
Contatto concessionario acquisto volvo xc40 prezzo competitivo servizio perfetto via e-mail , ma a questo punto mi propongono su mia richiesta il leasing findomestic e da lì inizia una storia ad oggi non conclusa dove io non ricevo le fatture dei 2 anticipi versati 15000 euro alla concessionaria dopo 3 mesi dal ritiro auto e dove la concessionaria scarica sulla findomestic tutte le colpe della Mancata emissione delle fatture e dei primi. Canoni mensili e nonostante da parte mia nessun errore mi ritrovo a combattere contro un muro di gomma findomestic provate a scrivere o a mettervi in contatto Nessuna Risposta !!!e la concessione che scarica sulla findomestic il problema delle fatture che effettivamente è della findomestic ma il contratto e gli assegni sono passati tramite la concessionaria che dopo innumerevoli telefonate ed e-mail mi dice in poche parole non sappiamo Più cosa fare ! Poca chiarezza, scarsissima comunicazione
ATTENZIONE: questa recensione non è stata pubblicata sul sito Motorsclub! Ora vi racconto la mia disavventura con questo venditore. A metà aprile 2024 inizio a cercare una concessionaria Volvo per ordinare una EX30. Nella mia regione (il Piemonte) mi danno tutti consegna a novembre, quindi decido di ampliare il campo di ricerca anche ad altre regioni. Mi imbatto in Motorsclub e, dopo aver inviato una richiesta sul sito, vengo ricontattato telefonicamente. Il venditore mi promette che, se definiamo l'acquisto entro il giorno successivo, l'auto sarà in consegna a fine agosto: ottimo! Mi convince inoltre a sottoscrivere una polizza di assicurazione auto con Volvo, che copre furto/incendio, calamità naturali e varie altre garanzie accessorie. Nonostante 850€ l'anno mi sembri un prezzo un po' alto decido di farla ugualmente, così per 4 anni mi tolgo tutti i pensieri. Ora, per me che sono ignorante in materia, "l'assicurazione auto" è quella cosa obbligatoria che i carabinieri ti controllano quando ti fermano al posto di blocco: scoprirò solo in seguito che invece non è come penso! Ma andiamo avanti. Visto i tempi serrati, sottoscrivo in fretta e furia il contratto di vendita, nel quale leggo "consegna stimata 15 settembre": sono due settimane dopo quelle pattuite telefonicamente ma, per non fare polemiche, firmo e invio il contratto (sempre meglio di novembre, penso!). Passano i mesi, arriva la fine di agosto e, non avendo comunicazioni in merito, decido di chiamare il venditore per un aggiornamento. In modo molto frettoloso mi conferma che "proprio questa mattina sono arrivati dei camion con delle auto" è che "sicuramente a breve verrò contattato dalla segretaria per prendere appuntamento per la consegna". Sollevato, confermo all'acquirente interessato alla mia vecchia auto che potrà riceverla, come concordato in precedenza, a metà settembre. Venduto il mio usato, chiamo Motorsclub per prendere un appuntamento per la consegna. Una doccia fredda, la segretaria mi comunica candidamente che l'arrivo della mia EX30 è slittato al 18 ottobre. Brutta notizia: sarò costretto a noleggiare un'auto per oltre un mese! Arriva il 18 ottobre e, finalmente, vengo contattato dalla concessionaria per fissare un appuntamento per la consegna. Chiedo se sia possibile venire di sabato, visto che gli altri giorni lavoro e non vorrei prendere ferie. Purtroppo non è possibile, “per politica aziendale non consegniamo il sabato”: chiedo di fare uno strappo alla regola visto che vengo da lontano e dovrò farmi 6 ore di treno per arrivare a Modena, ma la segretaria è categorica. Un paio di giorni dopo mi contatta l’addetta alle polizze assicurative Volvo che mi propone un preventivo per una RC auto. Cosa? Penso ad un errore, ho già stipulato una polizza con il venditore: niente affatto, mi spiega che la polizza Volvo non comprende RC auto, quella devo farla a parte! Costernato e stanco di tutti questi imprevisti, chiamo il venditore per fargli presente che MAI, nè telefonicamente nè via mail, mi ha specificato qualcosa del tipo “questa polizza non comprende RC auto, si ricordi che dovrà farla a parte”. A quel punto non l’avrei mai sottoscritta! Chiedo quindi se, visto che non ho ancora l’auto, sia possibile recedere dall’assicurazione: “certo, non c’è nessun problema” mi conferma, in questo modo anche la rata del finanziamento sarà più bassa. Mi adopro quindi (come ho sempre fatto) per stipulare una polizza per conto mio, che comprenda tutte le principali garanzie quali furto/incendio, eventi naturali, atti vandalici e, soprattutto, l’RC auto! Spendo 523€ tutto compreso. Sono sollevato, ma per poco. La mattina dopo mi chiama il responsabile di sede spiegandomi molto gentilmente i motivi del ritardo dell’auto ed ammette la scarsa comunicazione da loro tenuta nei miei confronti: la polizza però, quella non si può annullare, il finanziamento è già partito! Bene, mi trovo ora con due assicurazioni che hanno le stesse garanzie per lo stesso veicolo, una beffa dopo l’altra. Ciliegina sulla torta: ho appuntamento alle 14:30 in concessionaria e, dopo 6 ore di treno ed un taxi al volo, alle 14:25 sono in sede. Mi accomodo in sala d’attesa: l’addetto alla consegna arriva alle 15:00, e nemmeno un “mi scusi per il ritardo”! Chiusura in bellezza direi. Una stella in più solo perché l’auto è davvero fantastica.

Per ottenere semplici informazioni su un'auto, è necessario fornire una quantità eccessiva di dati personali: nome, cognome, email, CAP, residenza e numero di telefono. Senza questi, non rispondono alle richieste, e tutto questo avviene senza prima fornire un'informativa chiara sulla privacy. Mi sembra che l'obiettivo sia raccogliere dati per attività di profilazione o, peggio, rivenderli a terzi per scopi commerciali. Perché non rendete le informazioni sulle auto più accessibili, senza imporre queste richieste invasive?

Snelle afspraak en super geholpen
Had een vermogen probleem met mijn D4. Volvo Niet helpen, wachttijd 10 weken. Toch doorgereden naar Italië en in Modena na de Volvo gebeld. Kon daar direct op vrijdag avond terecht. Werd geholpen door Giovanni. Al snel bleek een turbo slang afgebroken te zijn en deze was niet op voorraad. Zaterdag morgen contact gehad met Giovanni en hij gaf aan dat het onderdeel pas dinsdag geleverd zou worden. De auto om 8.00 volgens afspraak gebracht. Onderdeel had iets vertraging maar om 9.00 uur is het geplaatst en de auto weer uitgelezen en gereset. Super geholpen. Heeft na 4 dagen nog nagevraagd of de auto goed had gefunctioneerd met de Caravan.

5 Stelle, consigliatissimi!
La settimana scorsa ho ritirato una Volvo Xc 40 nuova, acquistata on line (sono di Roma), all'inizio ero un po' scettico ma mi sono ricreduto ricevendo un supporto totale sia nella fase di configurazione, che ho cambiato almeno 3/4 volte, che nel post vendita. Prezzo super competitivo e puntuali nei tempi di attesa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Giovanni Lomartire che mi ha seguito nella vendita e che mi è venuto a prendere il giorno del ritiro della macchina alla stazione di Modena. Eccezionali!

Purtroppo non ho avuto una buona…
Purtroppo non ho avuto una buona esperienza con la concessionaria in questione, e di seguito elencherò i motivi. Innanzitutto per la consegna di un’auto usata ho dovuto attendere più di due settimane, quando per telefono mi è stato detto Max una settimana di attesa, riguardo il tagliando e la pulizia/igienizzazione dell’auto. Arrivo in concessionaria, accoglienza senza nulla da dire, firmo le ultime carte per l’assicurazione e mi dicono che è stato montato a mia insaputa la scatola nera dell’assicurazione. E ok passiamo sopra anche a quello perché ormai cosa vuoi fare. Passiamo all’illustrazione dell’ auto, colui che si occupa dell’usato non ha saputo dirmi una parola in merito. Ok, riparto, dopo circa un’ora e mezza di viaggio verso casa ricevo la telefonata dell’addetta vendite dicendomi di ritornare in concessionaria perche hanno dimenticato di montare la scatola nera dell’asicurazione. Al che abbastanza alterato dopo il trattamento ricevuto precedentemente ho optato per farmelo spedire e montare, ovviamente a detta loro, a mie spese. Ritorno a casa, visiono meglio l’auto, in due settimane di tempo non sono riusciti neanche a pulirmi l’interno cassone del Pick-up. Continuo a girare e mi accorgo di un lavafaro anteriore con i supporti spezzati, l’avevano rimesso dentro a mano in modo che non si vedesse nulla e alla prima pulizia è uscito fuori. Esperienza che non auguro a nessuno. Posso parlare bene solo del sig. Andrea che ha seguito la vendita. Disponibile e educato.

Lack attention to detail
I used Direction Law for both my original purchase of a shared ownership property and then the staircasing transaction last year. Both transactions were initially straightforward. I had numerous different contact and the file was passed from person to person and I never knew who was owning it, but I was kept up-to-date during the process and it completed on time. Unfortunately, I've come back to review with only 3* as I am now selling this property using another conveyancer who has unearthed a number of paperwork errors made by Direction Law in the Land Registry filing which are holding up my current sale. I've been asked by neighbours if I'd recommend them for their staircasing, and now I would struggle to do so. Let's see if they respond to my current conveyancers with any urgency.

AVOID. Disgusting and awful company who took my money and did not register my home on the Land registry for over two years! Hard to get thru the phones and no option to raise a complaint. They shall not be practising law as they are full of unlawful people themselves.

Avoid this bunch of solicitors. All the bad reviews you see here are very true. We had a really stressful time dealing with them between August and November 2023. They responded to emails when they wanted. They rudely gave instructions here and there, failed to answer calls, and had even refused to have a video call with us. They even refused to meet with us one day when we traveled all the way to their office in Wells (3.5 hours) to discuss and resolve the issues. They did not even offer us a seat in their reception! But kept me, my wife, and daughters standing at the door in the cold for over 30 minutes! Eventually, we terminated our engagement with them, got another solicitor and we have now completed the purchase.

Personally wouldn't use this company again. If you like to speak to your case worker on the phone especially during a scary time of buying a house it won't happen unless you go through the receptionist. This was also the same with the compliance team who check your documentation. Professionals just respond to emails, albeit usually within 24 hours which was positive. I was also sent an incorrect Lease with information that would of caused me to pay more rent and I was the one to find the mistake. Just felt a bit worried using them during the process and not very re-assured considering the amount of money I incurred to pay them for work.

Impossible to reach out to their staff. Called the reception several times in order to speak to Rebecca and Tamlyn but have never been able to reach them at all. Wrote them a couple of emails, not getting a reply at all. I wonder if their people are actually working.

I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I transferred funds to cover service charges, electricity, and energy as part of the completion process. However, these charges were later deemed inaccurate by the housing association, necessitating a refund. For the past seven months, my solicitors and I have diligently pursued the return of these funds, yet they either deflect our inquiries or fail to respond to our emails. Given this experience, I would never consider utilising their services, and I would actively avoid any involvement with them in future transactions. Their lack of responsiveness and accountability has caused considerable frustration and inconvenience, and I have no confidence in their ability to handle any future dealings effectively.

Awful service- couldn’t care less
Awful service including delays , administrative errors and lack of response. We used them to buy a shared ownership property and was impressed with their reasonable quote and recommendation on the share to buy website. Delays include asking for our mortgage offer 6 weeks after it was uploaded to their portal- what were they doing during those’6 weeks? They got names and dates of birth wrong, missing people off of the inhabitants list. Then sending mortgage paperwork to the wrong address after we had to move out of our previous property as the sale wasn’t completed in time - amongst many others. Constant excuse of ‘waiting on searches’ or ‘waiting for enquiries’ but no information on what they were waiting for until I asked and got a list to send to the housing association solicitors myself. Seems we had to chase a lot of stuff ourselves and push them for completion dates . To top it off we made a formal complaint and didn’t get a reply within the 8 week period - despite my emailing to ask for information on how complaint was proceeding. On the final day they replied and promised to get back to us in 3/4 days and never did ! We have now passed complaint to the ombudsman. Avoid at all costs UPDATE Sept 24: Made formal complaint with Ombudsman who are proceeding with their investigation. This firm didn’t even respond to the ombudsman’s initial enquiries so have now progressed complaint to next level !

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Had the most awful experience with this solicitors just under 2 years ago whilst buying our new build home. Raised our concerns multiple times without response or success and have since had to return to them about their poor representation and not picking up very specific areas of failure. This evening I have received a response from Andrew Theoff, a supposed Partner who has been nothing but patronising and presumptive. Our issue stems from the fact that as experts they have failed to notify us of key information but have chosen to totally ignore this and the impact it has had and kept us waiting 3 months for a response that is less valuable that the qualifications these people hold. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Horrific - avoid at all costs
Horrific - avoid at all costs. The whole experience from start to finish was awful. We had no communication with our case handler who disappeared and continued to ignore calls and emails. We didn’t complete on the day we expected as she left it until that morning to request funds from our lender - continuous delays throughout the process. We spent endless money on next reg postage of documents that were requested weeks late. Our estate agent advised us we were not the only ones having issues with the same solicitors and this seems to be an ongoing issue. The whole process tarnished our experience of buying our first home. I submitted a complaint on 24th October and have not had any response to this.

Bad experince
Terrible experience with Langford Russell Orpington last year (2024) when trying to buy a property, for multiple reasons. 1. Never had our best interest at heart which we would continue to find out after every interaction 2. Would lie in order to get their way 3. Hid many issues that the property had from us, when they were aware 4. Pressured us into rushing the completion of the property which would have massively inconvenienced us, never taking into account our situation 5. Many times when in contact with the agent they came across as rude/threatening and tried to take advantage of our situation To conclude left a very sour taste when the move finally happened and turned what should have been a lovely experience into a painful one.

Unprofessional and Mismanaged Property Handover Experience
I had a highly disappointing experience with Langford Russell Swanley Kent during my property handover. After collecting my keys and visiting the property, I was shocked to find that it was still occupied by the seller’s family. The house was left in a messy and unacceptable condition, with waste items scattered both inside and outside. How can it be possible for the sellers to still be at the property after the keys were officially handed over? This raises serious concerns about the agency’s management and security protocols. This mismanagement caused me significant stress, disrupted my moving plans, and resulted in financial losses, including a wasted workday, cancelled bookings, and builder charges. The lack of professionalism and coordination throughout the process was extremely frustrating and far below expectations. I cannot recommend their services.

For Langford Russell Estate Agents in Sidcup My experience with Langford Russell Sidcup was extremely disappointing, especially with Tayler Watson and Nathan Robinson. Communication was unprofessional, with personal information shared without my consent, and the entire process lacked transparency. Over the phone, Tayler even admitted she made the deal unsuccessful and showed a dismissive “do whatever you want” attitude, displaying no regard for the impact on us as clients. This team's conduct was both unprofessional and disheartening. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and respectful service.

Unenthusiastic and incompetent
Having had an offer accepted on an onward purchase through Langford Russell we naively thought that they would be the best agents to deal with the sale of our house. They convincingly made the argument that by having both clients on the same chain they would be best suited to negotiating sale price, fees and speeding things through to completion. It's not unreasonable to believe that would be the case, but regrettably it wasn't. After 16 weeks on the market and over 20 viewings the only offer we had was well below market value, baring in mind when we first put the house on the market we went with a conservative price estimate and didn't go with the highest. After 2 months on the market we were advised to bring the asking price down to encourage more interest in the property but that had the opposite effect, we had less viewings after the price drop. When we had our first serious offer it was below the revised asking price by a fair bit. It's not that overall there wasn't enough interest in the house because we were doing viewings regularly every other week but there was an issue with their enthusiasm in selling the house and in transparent dialogue with the customers. Rather than gauging the actual needs of the customer, what they are specifically looking for and opt for getting the most amount of feet through the door, quantity over quality. Unfortunately this just means more viewings and less serious buyers. A waste of everyones time. They were nice people to deal with, friendly, courteous and so it is a shame it didn't work out. Maybe if you don't mind opening your house up every weekend to anyone and everyone for over 4 months then you'll be fine, but I'd prefer a bit more purpose and strategy from an estate agents.

Incompetent & error-prone
Repeatedly sent emails to the wrong email address despite more than once asking them to update contact details. Rebooked viewing times the day before we were due to visit, then didn’t inform the seller of the time change and didn’t show up at the new time. The only time they were timely was when they wanted to get contracts exchanged before the end of the month and then frankly harassed us and our agents. When we were ready, they then failed to get their side signed and we had to wait another day. The only redeeming feature is that we managed to complete by the date set out

Sinan was great! Very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. If he didn’t know the answer to any of our questions he was very quick to find out and come straight back to us. He also always called us which we thought added a much more personal touch/service. Would have no hesitation in recommending to friends/family.

Big Thank you
I have just rented my flat through Langford Russell at Bromley South and they have been excellent. I cannot praise Jack Frendo enough he was superb. My flat went online on the Friday and he had 8 viewings for the Saturday and 3 offers by Tuesday morning plus he is so fast at replying to emails and nothing was too much trouble, it was all completed very quickly.

J'ai passé commande d'une lampe de projecteur qui devait être livrée en deux jours (moyennant supplement pour livraison express). Malheureusement quand je reçois le colis, ce n'est pas le modèle de lampe commandé. Il m'a fallu retourner la lampe puis des emails de rappel pour qu'enfin la bonne lampe me soit livrée.

Esperienza deludente e assistenza cliente inesistente
Purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa relativamente al mio ultimo ordine 324177 del 15 gennaio 25 con Swanson e soprattutto per l'inesistenza del servizio di post-vendita. Su 4 prodotti ordinati e pagati, 1 non è arrivato, 2 sono arrivati con la data di scadenza cancellata (sembravano resti di magazzino) ed 1 è arrivato tutto schiaciato, ma tutto sommato è l'unico che sono riuscita ad utilizzare. Ho provato più volte a distanza di tempo a contattare (via mail) l'assistenza clienti dell'azienda all'unico riferimento esistente , ma ad oggi non ho ancora avuto nessuna risposta nonostante sul sito dichiarino un'assistenza entro le 24h. Vorrei tanto che qualcuno mi spiegasse come risolvere il problema anche perché sono prodotti che mi servono per continuare la cura che sto facendo. Grazie.

I have been using this site for some years now and it's been fine. But I bought their multivitamins a few months ago and had a bad reaction to them. Ended up in the Out of hours Drs. I emailed them to warn them that this might be an issue for others as I had never had any kind of reaction to vitamins before. I had to write several times before they got back to me, to recommend I buy another one of their products. No offer of replacing the one I had already bought. Then my husband said he would use them and got the same reaction. Luckily I still had some of the antihistamine left. I wrote again with photos of the product and the rash my husband broke out in to tell them they should check it out in case there was a bad batch. Again ignored until I said I was going to leave review. They offered a refund, which I still haven't received and a coupon which gives about 5% off next order. I can't understand why such a large company would be so apathetic in their response. I said they should put a warning on the bottle but as with all their replies, I received a lukewarm and what felt like an insincere reply. I will keep emailing till I get my refund but this has been going on for months now. They are an awful company to deal with if you have an issue. Check it again. I was using my other email with yahoo. tinamurphee. I know which company I've been dealing with

Customer service non existent
Sent me a product that will expire in 4 months. They have a page dedicated to expiration dates stating that products are at full potency when its 2 years bbe. I have sent 4 emails asking for compensation and I have been ignored. It is unlike swanson as I purchased products before but I will be shopping elsewhere now. Edit: You still ignored me and I had to contact the USA department to get you to email me. As I stated in the emails, these are vitamins and should have somewhere listed on the page the reason why they are discounted if they are expiring soon. Nobody is going to email a company why is there a sale going on. The product is just €20 so whatever I am keeping it but the irony is that this company wants you to accept and use an old batch from almost 2 years past production date as I have the same product I purchased in 2023. Negative review will remain.

Used them before with no issue but this time they couldn't get the stock (fine) but 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for a refund. They don't reply to emails and the phone goes straight to a mailbox that won't accept messages. Are they still even in business??

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. After two weeks from confirming my order they then said they'd called me (they hadn't) and emailed saying they no longer sold the items that I'd purchased on their website - this could've been stated immediately after I placed my order! Or the items removed from their website! They have only partially refunded me saying one item I ordered was in stock but that has yet to arrive after three weeks. Truly shocking and would never recommend.

Nine working days after placing my order I had to chase them. Once contacted, my order was expedited and arrived 3 working days later. No explanation as to the delay was provided. The product is excellent as was the price. I'll use them again, but not if I'm in a hurry.

Company refused to accept a returned jacket bought online, they said it was covered in hair/fluff. This was a brand new tagged coat which had been worn for 30 seconds Tried passing the complaint onto Paypal for some reason. Do not use for Online purchases as not a good returns policy.
