In dicembre 2024 mi hanno promesso di rimborsarmi, specificando anche la data probabile del rimborso, che non è mai arrivato. Oggi li ricontatto di nuovo e mi rispondono che in parte il rimborso è stato effettuato, ho chiesto come prova il CRO e la data del bonifico, ma non sanno cosa dire. Mi ripeto o che devo pazientare ancora e che provvederanno a risolvere la questione. Alle email risponde Maria, che immagino sia un nome falso. Se vi necessità come prova di quanto scrivo, posso inviarvi le email che ho inoltrato e le risposte ricevute. La somma che dovrebbero restituirmi è di 80,87€ J'ai passé une commande en octobre 2024, qui ne m'a jamais été livrée. J'ai demandé une explication sur cet échec de livraison, mais ils m'ont dit que je devais attendre. En décembre 2024 ils m'ont promis de me rembourser en précisant également la date probable du remboursement, qui n'est jamais arrivé. Aujourd'hui je les recontacte et ils me répondent qu'une partie du remboursement a été effectuée, j'ai demandé au CRO et la date du virement comme justificatif, mais ils ne savent pas quoi dire. Je me répète qu'il faut encore être patient et qu'ils vont régler le problème. Maria répond aux e-mails, ce qui, j'imagine, est un faux nom. Si vous avez besoin d'une preuve de ce que j'écris, je peux vous envoyer les emails que j'ai transférés et les réponses reçues. La somme qu'ils devraient me rembourser est de 80,87 €

Ma petite shih tzu, 14 ans au mois de décembre, a un cancer de la bouche. Opérée deux fois, les tumeurs reviennent. Pour lui donner un maximum de bien-être pour sa fin de vie, je lui donne de l'huile de CBD. Elle retrouve une joie de vivre, a repris les grandes balades, et surtout, elle ne souffre quasiment plus. Hasta ahora todo bien, comprf el año pasado un atornillador Makita lo recibí en el tiempo estipulado, ayer compre una fresadora y espero lo mismo, lo mejor que tienen son los precios más asequibles que en otros establecimientos, aunque con un pero, y es que compres lo que compres te cobran una barbaridad de gastos de envio, cuando en el resto, incluso con importes de 50 €, el envío es gratuito. Deberían ser gratuitos a partir de cierta cantidad, de nada sirve tener precios asequibles, si después te lo aumentan por otro lado.

Mise à jour du 29/07 : Maintenant que j'ai posté ce commentaire , ils réagissent...pour me demander de l'enlever si je veux recevoir le produit qu'ils ont oublié de m'envoyer. No obstante tengo que destacar que siendo esto lo que se espera en cualquier pedido a cualquier empresa, y sobra decir que por desgracia no todas cumplen de forma tan sobresaliente, han conseguido sorprenderme con el nivel de preparación y empaquetado de los artículos. Nunca había visto nada parecido. Cada artículo protegido de forma individual, embolsado y en varias cajas separadas, a pesar de que lo fácil hubiese sido meter todo junto como hacen los demás y tratándose de artículos que acabarán tirados por las obras en la mayoría de los casos. Increíble. Demuestra la devoción del equipo humano de todotaladros por el trabajo bien hecho, por el cuidado y mimo de los artículos que el cliente compra para que le lleguen en perfectas condiciones. Si empaquetan así las herramientas no me imagino como empaquetarían copas de cristal. Acostumbrado a comprar online hacía mucho tiempo que no tenía una experiencia de compra tan satisfactoria. Sin duda volveré a comprar aquí.

Après mes commentaires laissés, j'ai eu un contact et ils m'ont renvoyé un nouveau colis car le précédent a été perdu par le livreur. au lieu d'une étoile, je mets 3 étoiles car la communication SAV s'est pas mal dégradée. Message posté le 31/12/2024 : Commande passée le 19 décembre 2024, toujours rien. Par de réponses à mes mails, service client (numéro vert) n'est plus attribué... Vraiment dommage car vous étiez un très bon site. Je suis toujours dans l'attente de mon remboursement.

J ai énormément commander chez vous car il n y avait rien à dire tout était parfait. Je prenais toujours la même fleur de Cbd jusqu'à il y a quelques mois où d un coup la qualité du même produit s est détériorée! Manucure mauvaise: branches en quantité, graines...etc Le goût bcp plus acide, l effet un peu moins bon et surtout elle fait tousser...ce qui n était jamais arrivé auparavant! Still don’t know when product will ship and can’t reach anyone

I have placed an order and still not received it. My email from them showed that it is on the way, but when I click on my USPS tracking, it shows that only the label was created and still hasn’t shipped. I’ve tried calling multiple times and only get to speak to someone who says a specialist has to call me back and they can’t check my order. That’s ridiculous! Hoping to hear from someone soon.

I first purchased the MYHIXEL MED device back in 2021. I was a little sceptical at first, but I have to say that the build quality is first class. Some may think this is just another 'Men's Stimulation Device' but it is far from that. The sleeve is incredibly realistic and I thought the warming action was great attention to detail. The App content was also very good. However, unfortunately for me, as I have suffered from lifelong PE and now ED, I was unable to use it to its full potential. I also ordered the MYHIXEL Ring (pack of 3) back in November 2024. There were delays in delivery, outside of their control, but I have to say that Customer Services were excellent. Although response times were sometimes a little slow, they let me know what the issues were and did all they could to get my order to me as swiftly as they could. I couldn't ask for more than that. I am yet to try the Rings, so cannot leave any feedback about this yet. The packaging for all the products I have received has been extremely discreet, so there has been no embarrassment ever. The website is well structured and informative, and ordering is also very easy. I have also backed the Kickstarter for the MYHIXEL3, which I am incredibly excited about. Hopefully I will be able to rid myself of these two dysfunctions for good. Overall, I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to MYHIXEL for creating some truly exceptional products, and I would have no hesitation of endorsing them going forward.

Not sure if I have the right day. I went in last week and witnessed the "new" owners yelling at a staff member. I can't believe the mecca of health has turned into a place of unhealthy and terrible people. Staff seem indifferent or scared and I will never shop here again. I am absolutely devastated and it makes sense why the quality has been going down this past few months now that I see this.

Cosy & affordable apartment near Lewisham station

We stayed for 6 days and the apartment had all the basics needed and more. The manager contacted us by email at the beginning of our stay to see if we needed anything and was quick and efficient at answering. The apartment is comfortable for 2 people and although it has a double sofa bed too, it can be a bit tight for 3 due to the overall surface area.

Queen Studio Apartment was perfect for our needs

We stayed for two nights in the Queen Studio Apartment and had a great experience from start to finish. The owner gave us all the relevant information over email and the apartment had everything we needed including a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave etc. The location was perfect for where we needed to be, the nearest bus stop and a Lidl supermarket is only 2 minutes walk away, and Lewisham high street is less than 5 minutes away.

Great apartment !

I booked this apartment for my birthday to have some time away with my partner. Throughout the booking the host clearly communicated with me. He was able to answer my enquires and was extremely helpful. His replies were very instant enabling me to book on time. Before arrival the host provided me with all the information I needed for my stay. On arrival I met the host briefly. He had a very calm and friendly manner. The apartment was just like the pictures. Spacious Clean and equipped with everything I needed to enjoy my stay. From free WiFi to Netflix there were many benefits. The location was perfect for me as it wasn't too far from home. Both me and my partner slept well and the room was amazing . I definitely will be booking again in the future.

Joined salon iris in 2018 been a loyal customer to them paid to use there software, was paying a subscription fee to them every month as normal they tried getting me on a new software didn't want to change at the time , Got approach by a new company to go over called up to give notice was told I have to pay 11 months when I'm not using the service as we will be going over to a new provider .iv never heard so much silly words said ie your contact is February 2026 I said its a rolling contract surley there should be notice period of 31 days or 3 months not a whole year . So technically you have to pay to your contract date which I carnt rember signing this in 2018 it's 2025 now!!! Absolutely disgusting no compassion was given either Just we will send your contract by email , what a shame to end our business terms like this wouldn't recommend them either.

Beware of the rolling contract and unfulfilled promises!

Unfortunately the ending to my contract with Salon Iris was a disappointing to say the very least! For 18 months I had been asking for features such as an option for the customer to pay a deposit upon the online booking, among other requests. I was fobbed off month after month with different reasons as to why it was not yet a feature but on the other hand promised it would be within the coming months… 18 months later I had had enough. Unfortunately, on my part, I was 8 days late in cancelling my upcoming rolling contract (you have to give 30 days notice before the contract is due to start again) I had given them 22! Therefore they demanded another 12 months… naturally I refused as they could not provide me with the basic services I required in order to run my business effectively. I had paid my subscription through the lockdowns as I was told I would lose data if I didn’t, even though my business was struggling due to complete closure as a result of covid. I had also lost my receptionist as a result in the business taking a huge decline. I tried to reason with them but they just didn’t care at all… With no further hesitation they sent the bill for 12 months, of almost £2000, straight to a bailiff company who constantly bullied and threatened me into paying. I now use a much more modern booking system that offers everything I was getting before plus heaps more, including an app, online payments, waitlists etc…. for a third of the price! Maybe it was my fault for not being more savvy in the first place but ultimately I feel completely let down by Salon Iris and the 5 years I gave them as a reliable customer.

Long term lock-in - beware!

Very slow website. Inflexible reports in the cloud version. Be wary of the fact that although the website majors on it being a monthly price you’re actually locked into a yearly contract that auto-renews with no notice. The website has a number of american spellings which look unprofessional, and is quite inflexible. It’s not bad, but it’s not worth the money they charge. Look elsewhere. Update following response. Regarding AWS. Lovely. It doesn’t matter where you host it if the software is slow. Just to be clear I tested access from a 1Gbps Ethernet connection. The first page sometimes takes several seconds to load. Not disastrous but not gold standard. Regarding the spellings, you’re just demonstrating your poor development skills with that response. That’s the purpose of language files which are able to provide the correct spelling for different languages and are perfectly capable of differentiating between British and American locales as identified by the browser. I stand by my comments and simply wanted people to be aware of what they’re letting themselves in for.

Customer for 8 years, wouldn't be without

I have been using Salon Iris now for 8 years. I wouldn't be without it for my dog grooming salon. Any time I need any help the staff are always so helpful. It has never ever let me down compared to other systems I used previoulsy. One thing that would be great (maybe its already in the program) would be that when I close a ticket that customers are able to receive a prompt to leave a review ???? Just a thought and no biggy. Firstly, I would like to commend the Salon Iris support team, they are amazing. The system itself is good. There are certain applications that they don't have, which as one of the most expensive systems is not acceptable. The admin staff are great until there is an issue, then they can be obnoxious. I have had two very unpleasant exchanges with the head person. My main problem was that I originally only agreed to sign up on the provision that I was NEVER signed into an auto renew or rolling contract. On my renewal they automatically put me into an auto renew contract. I trusted that this would not be done, but it happened anyway and unfortunately, I signed. (So read your contract very carefully) They are prepared to lose customers rather than honor their promises. Then when it was time to leave salon Iris I found that, although easy to remove all my client contact info and other reports, I was not able to easily transfer my individual client formulas, treatment lists and product purchases. You can transfer the general lists but not individual ones. Anyone who uses online systems would see this as a huge problem. It took me 6 weeks for my staff, in shifts, to copy and paste each client’s formulas, product purchases and treatment sales onto excel spread sheets. Once the system had expired, I didn’t have any communication on how or what they have done with my Data. A few days before my system expired the system was backed up remotely by someone, although we were not requested for the system to be commandeered, the mouse just started moving and someone was remotely in control of my computer for a few min backing up the system. In conclusion, there are online booking systems at a fraction of the cost that have better facilities. I have moved to a fantastic Australian system which is less than a third of the price, NO contract, full facilities and offers online payments including gift voucher online purchases and more. There is nothing in Salon Iris which is unique or special to warrant the amount they charge. Shop around …

I have used Salon Iris for about 5 plus years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I absolutely love my website, it’s very versatile so I can tailor make it to how I want it. My clients find it super easy to book their appointments through it too and they also rave about it. The online booking side of things has definitely made my business busier as it’s just so convenient for my clients, especially as I can not get to the phone as much as I would like! The text message and email reminders have pretty much reduced my no shows to zero too! Whenever I have a technical issue however big or small the guys are always there to help, and they always go above and beyond to help me. I’m really really not a ‘techy’ person so have this kind of support is so important for me. I’ve used all of their versions of the system from solo use to the pro system and now I’ve closed my salon and I’ve moved my business home I am on the cloud version of the system I’ve loved them all and each version has suited my needs at the time. There’s no hidden costs and what you see is what you get which is just what you need when your running a busy salon. Taking on salon iris was one of the best things I could’ve done for my business, professional website, easy booking system for my clients, text & email reminders, easy reporting and amazing support! As a busy salon owner I never leave reviews but these guys deserve it!! I took over a salon with Salon Iris and have never ever regretted sticking with them. There sales team are helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy, over the years I have upgraded and downgraded my packages, they treat old business with the same deals and respect as new business. The support team are AMAZING they have pulled us out of some very sticky tech situations and nothing is ever to much bother, they always go over and above to help even if its because I've forgotten what button to push (which is often) and your never in a que waiting very long. In recent times they have supported my business through the Covid times and will be forever grateful. Thanks guys!

I have had salon iris software for 10 years I honestly don’t know how I would cope without the team and the program. They are always happy to help and really friendly team. We send texts and email reminders, which of course tremendously cut down know shows. We use for clinic consultation and book keeping etc.. this is one smart system that runs on your own windows PC we add receipt till etc. Most company’s charge a fortune for this type of set up. It’s a small outlay with huge benifits And continued support, which we rarely call because the software is so good.

I purchased 2 hoverboards with a kart for each one. First shipment was delayed. Then the hoverboards arrived but no karts which was the main part of my kids Xmas presents. No contact number to call so I used the email that was on the website as it said they would respond. I have sent a total of 5-6 emails asking for a response. To date there has been no communication which is very disappointing for a company who was very happy to receive payment and then send an email days after the purchase asking me to leave a review for them. Well here is the review. When you provide an email and a customer asks to be contacted several times for an update on their order how about you at least reply. I will not purchase anything further from your business, nor will I recommend any friends or family to buy. I would like the 2 karts I have paid for. This is very disappointing that you do not respond to any emails. Could not be more dissatisfied. Please advise when the karts will be delivered.

Withdrawals worked twice, but there was no more than 20 USD. My investment is currently more than 25000.- USD. The plan keeps starting over and there is no payout! They don't increase the limits they set either. Algo always comes up with daily excuses that you have to pay for our update! Unbelievable. The customer has to pay for the update that never existed. Limits are still set, you can't get more than 20 USD out, it worked for me exactly twice, after that Algo doesn't pay a cent more! I can't recommend this platform at all. Now they'll respond to my experiences below and say I'm not a customer of Algocapitals.... I'm ridiculous, or let's say I was, because they don't pay out. So be careful what you do with AlgoCapitals.

Excellent company for art materials, especially paper. My order for printmaking paper was delivered quickly and free (as I had spent over £50). You are kept updated regarding the delivery status of your order and can track it as well. Most importantly however, is the packing, the paper was packed flat, and very well protected so you receive it in pristine condition. I'd highly recommend this company.

Positief: De opslagdienst was snel beschikbaar. Ophalen en terugbrengen konden snel worden ingepland en de prijs was laag. Negatief: Bij het terugbrengen ontving ik spullen van iemand anders. Een dag later werden deze omgewisseld, maar enkele van mijn eigen spullen bleven vermist. Zelf zoeken op locatie was niet toegestaan. Het probleem lijkt te zijn ontstaan doordat mijn spullen samen met die van anderen in één verhuiswagen werden vervoerd, gescheiden door slechts een lint en een foto. Bij identieke dozen of losse items is verwisseling daardoor eenvoudig. Daarnaast was één van de verhuizers ruw en onvoorzichtig, wat leidde tot schade aan een deur, ondanks beschermende folie en karton. De klantenservice verwees naar de franchiser in regio Den Haag en gaf aan zelf geen oplossing te kunnen bieden. Ook lieten zij weten geen zicht te hebben op hoe franchisers hun opslag en dienstverlening organiseren. Iedere franchiser lijkt dit op eigen wijze te mogen inrichten, zonder duidelijke kwaliteitsnormen. Ondanks meerdere e-mails aan de franchiser heb ik tot op heden geen reactie ontvangen, noch compensatie voor de schade en vermiste spullen. Mijn advies: Weeg af of het prijsvoordeel opweegt tegen het reële risico op verlies of beschadiging van je spullen.

When I initially signed up, your advertisement clearly stated that the service included free storage, which was a key factor in my decision to proceed. However, I have since been charged unexpected fees that were never mentioned during the booking process or outlined transparently in your terms and conditions. This feels like a deliberate attempt to hide costs and mislead customers. To make matters worse, your customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to raise the issue. I feel like I’ve been tricked into a service under false pretenses, which is not only unprofessional but borders on deceptive business practice.

Customer service needs an attitude adjustment

The boxes themselves were fine. They got my stuff from A to B and I know the movers appreciated them. This is my second time moving in Amsterdam in two years, I used Boxie the last time I moved as well. The first time I had no issues. The customer service this last move was abhorrent. I moved from the ground floor to the third floor of a building. I called the day of my pick up and asked if there was a way to know where I fell in the queue so I could plan accordingly, I had meetings in the afternoon. They told me there was “no way to know” okay… I then asked if the movers could help me at all with the boxes. I have a shoulder injury so I was concerned about moving 40 boxes down three flights of stairs by myself. He said there was nothing they could do, I could ask the drivers but “if it were me I would tell you no.” He then complained about providing this service in Amsterdam as if I, the paying customer was a huge inconvenience for him. This put me in a tough spot. If the drivers said no they would have to wait for me to move the boxes down. I couldn’t A. Keep them waiting and B. Potentially miss my meetings because I’m moving boxes. So I moved them myself. It took almost two hours. When the drivers arrived they were very apologetic and said they would have helped me, they were shocked I was able to do it all myself. 2 stars because the drivers were lovely, the boxes worked. Three stars off because whoever I spoke to on the phone should be fired. He was a jerk and really unhelpful. I understand the Netherlands has a low customer service priority but being flat out rude to your customers is not the way to go. I would only recommend this service if you have a partner to help you or if you live in an elevator building or the ground floor. Otherwise don’t bother.

Hele slechte ervaring. Ze zijn onprofessioneel zowel via mail als telefonisch! Iedereen heeft recht op de 14 dagen bedenktijd nou laat degene mijn telefonisch weten dat 3 maanden eraan vast zit. Ik hoop dat mijn spullen niet beschadigd zijn of kwijt want dan gaan ze een andere kant van mijn zien! Dit meen echt! Ik zal verdere maatregelen nemen als dat nodig is.

I do not recommend using Savy. I will not be using them for my next books. I have been trying to publish 2 books with this company for over a year. They claim to be editors, yet I personally went back and found countless spelling and grammatical errors, that I had to point out to the staff. They have a HUGE lack of communication when it comes to their process and all the different delays of your book. Additionally, they will say things like "We will work on this simultaneously" all while failing to even discuss or recognize 50% of the project. They will say things like "We have everything we need to move forward" and then will not reach back out to you. YOU have to take the initiative to check in on them- what is the status, has anything changed in the last 2 weeks, or 3 weeks, are we actually moving forward (the answer was no movement btw). I am baffled that they have higher reviews online but can see now that they ARE NOT BBB Accredited. I WILL NOT be using them for my next books and will be sure that others are aware of their poor customer service, communication, and editing skills.

They did a reasonable job on the web site BUT no accounting for $ spent on advertising. Blog turned up on some obscure site called World press. No explanation if a press release was ever distributed or to whom. No reporting if any social media postings took place or when. No accounting for paid campaign budget of $500 ( I doubt if it was spent). No notice if video trailer ever posted. No sign of advice about u-tube marketing (if any). No monthly reports. No sign of or advice that an Amazon ad campaign took place. What was promised to be a 3-4 month project dragged out over 18+ months. ZERO absolutely ZERO sales to show for their token effort (if any).

Abofalle wir konnten keinen einzigen Auftrag Mithilfe von wlw/europages realisieren. Der Vertrag wurde mit Hinweis auf die AGB auf ein weiteres Jahr verlängert mit einer saftigen Preiserhöhung ohne vorige Ankündigung. Rechnung kam per e-Mail in mein persönliches Postfach und ist dort leider untergegangen, aber es wäre ohnehinzu spät gewesen, weil ich die Kündigungsfrist nicht eingehalten habe. Ich bin auch nur ein Mensch. Da ich kein Verbraucher bin ist dieses Vorgehen scheinbar noch! rechtmäßig. Keinerlei Bereitschaft, auf die Forderung zu verzichten. Wir als mittelständische Unternehmer rackern uns für solch einen Betrag einen ab, visable lehnt sich bequem zurück und kassiert für etwas, das nicht benöätigt wird. Ein rechtschaffenes Unternehmen, das durch wahre Leistung besticht, braucht keine solchen Knebelverträge.
