We have been using their DDoS protection (in Frankfurt) and their protection is TOP. Their support is very friendly and professional and they help in all ways. On the other hand, they could improve their DOCS for DDoS protection. Their DDoS protection is expensive, but comes in high quality. Can simply recommend them (at least their DDoS protection)

I like G-Core's unbeatable speed
I like G-Core's unbeatable speed, top-notch security, and excellent customer support. It feels like using dedicated servers even on virtual servers with databases. There is not much to dislike, but I would appreciate more information on their security measures and how they prevent DDoS attacks and injections. In three years of using G-Core hosting, I have not experienced any problems or security breaches, and I've been able to focus on my business with peace of mind.

The expansive coverage of Gcore CDN has been nothing short of impressive. The optimally positioned servers guarantee speedly and reliable content delivery to users across the globe. Occasionally, the dashboard can be challenging to navigate, making it slightly user-unfriendly at times. Streamlining this aspect would greatly enhance the overall user experience. Our principal issuee was slow content deliveery. However, with Gcore CDN, our deliverey speeds have significantly improved. This gas not only led to higher user satisfaction but also resulted in lower bouncerates on our website.

Unreliable Servers and Awful Support: My Experience with Gcore
Gcore's support is absolutely terrible. I had a server with them that constantly experienced connection issues, and it was clear their infrastructure isn't reliable. The performance was poor, with frequent downtimes and unstable connections. To make matters worse, their customer support is completely unhelpful—they neither issued a refund nor processed my request to change the server's location. Honestly, it feels like Gcore's servers are just not up to standard, and their support team doesn't seem to care about solving customer issues. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Suspended for nothing because of GCORE panel errors.
I have been using the product for a few months and payment is automatic via PayPal. Because of just 4 euros (auto recharge every five days), my account was suspended for lack of payment and when I try to pay, I receive a FRAUD alert on the GCORE panel... Nothing is deducted from PayPal, nothing is declined on my card. I try to pay directly via credit card and the same error occurs and my services were suspended for just 4 euros! I tried to contact them via chat and they were only able to resolve the problem on the next business day and they cannot re-establish my services until the support check it on the business day, even though it is only 4 euros that I cannot pay because the GCORE platform has some problem that has never occurred before. What a shame! I already used almost every other CDN and VM provider and never had this problem, being suspended for just 4 euros... The worst part is that you are suspended on the first wrong payment attempt, there is no deadline for being suspended, was there an error in the payment? Suspended. EDIT: I changed from 1 star to 3 stars because the service overall is not bad. But it was a bad experience.

Reliable Hosting
G Core is well known for their hosting services. I wish I knew this 3 years ago when we were looking for a hosting provider. Now we understand how important the speed and customer support! But we were only looking for good prices only and ended up choosing another one... I won't say anything about technical support and prices, but we were glad to leave the previous provider and switch to G Core. The migration went without any problems. The speed and accessibility of our website has increased many times and this reflected in our google score. Technical support here is just fantastic!!! All questions are answered almost instantly are given full and detailed explanations. I am very glad that our company switched to G Core hosting services and I it is too bad that we did nat come to them when initially looking for reliable hosting.

Hi! I recently started using gcore and was pleasantly surprised with the trial period. I spent the first 100 gigabytes of free traffic on CDN and realized that I really like this service. I am glad I can forget about additional CDN costs. Also, by signing up for the 10 terabytes tariff, I have the opportunity to receive 1 terabyte of cloud storage as a gift. I am thrilled to be able to use all these features. The only thing is that I often write to customer support, and I probably annoy them with all my questions)) But the team always helps me, even with the most foolish questions.

Nous n’avions pas eu la voiture commandé mais son « équivalent « sauf que nous avions choisi une diesel pour le coût du carburant et avions reçu une sans plomb forcément plus cher nous aurions souhaité avoir réellement l’équivalent pour lequel nous avons payé.

il y a certainement des agences plus professionnelle
Une très grande déception avec le loueur jumbo car. Suite à un gros problème d'embrayage( levier de vitesse bloqué forte odeur de brulé impossible de monter une côte ) nous avons appelé le service dépannage qui a eu une super réaction en nous faisant parvenir un autre véhicule dans la soirée. Mais à la restitution du véhicule on nous a facturé 50€ soit l'équivalent d'un plein de carburant parce qu'il manquait un cran au compteur. Nous aurions dû faire le plein avec une voiture en panne. Mieux encore partir avec un jerrican de carburant pour votre voyage à la Réunion. J-L GIROD

JumboCars? À fuir absolument ! Une rayure de 2 cm. Ils m’ont débité 390 euros sans le moindre justificatif de réparation. C’est tout bénef pour eux. On prend l’argent sans réparer. Que demande le peuple ? Argent facilement gagné, ou plutôt facilement volé. Une bande d’escrocs et de voleurs ! Payez un peu plus cher chez un autre loueur, mais fuyez absolument ces bandits de grands chemins!!! S’ils faisaient réparer la voiture, ça serait logique de payer. Mais quand on escroque des dizaines voire des centaines de clients de la sorte...

They quote you one price, and then try to force your hand to pay double when it is the pickup day and claim the only way the car can be picked up is if you pay an inflated price that’s out of their hands. (After they already charged you a deposit btw.) Awful people. Awful company. Deeply dishonest. DONT USE THEM.

US CAR-GO FREIGHT SAVED THE DAY! I had originally called another shipper (that I’ve used for 10 years) who never got my shipment scheduled. Last minute, LAST NIGHT @ 9 PM (after the other shipper closed), I called US Car-Go Freight, who was still open. I needed the car shipped TODAY by EOB, and the operator said, “No problem!” They gave me very fair pricing and IMMEDIATELY confirmed and guaranteed that my car would be picked up TODAY by EOB. No other shipper was doing that. And just like that, my precious baby was picked up @ 3 PM TODAY, less than 24 hours later! Fantastic customer service. Emails went out as soon as the order was placed, and emails went out as soon as it was scheduled. The driver, Mike Adams, called and texted to let me know when he was both a few hours out and 45 minutes away. Mike Adams was extremely experienced. He inspected the vehicle, took photos, drove my car off the lot of the garage of my building, and loaded my car all under 45 minutes! My rep, savior, and angel was Samantha Clark! Ask for her! 2/10, would not recommend. Low quality and expensive.
First of all, each video cost anywhere from $204 to around $300. So this lie that $500 buys you 6 videos is CRAZY and untrue. Second of all, they take your money and put it into a "wallet", so if you accidentally buy a second video without using it, you can't access your own money, or pull it out. Third of all, the video editing is TRASH. I edited my own, and it was better than paying. Crazy how low quality the audio and video gets after Billo's editing. Fourth, the influencers barely listen to what you instruct, and mix it up without you asking them to. Just not worth $260, maybe $30 for effort. I would not recommend it, and I think you would do better approaching influencers and working direct.

Our experience with Billo has been amazing! Here's why: 1. Extensive list of creators to choose from 2. Turnaround time of the videos has been 24-48 hours which is amazing 3. Billo customer service is top notch - very flexible, understanding and willing to help with any request. I read some negative reviews which honestly, I do not understand. Billo has no control over the performance of your ad, the brand owner needs to select the right brief and creator and execute in social. When you type in the brief - be specific with the VO and how you want to creator to film.

Unethical business practices, stay away
If you buy a package, your funds expire, no extensions allowed with out them scamming you for your own money. Since when does money expire? Greedy and unethical company. The work we got from Billo was always mediocre and none of the couple thousand we spent with them ever actually did well. There is no actual customer support and it's just copy and paste responses. There is so many UGC companies to work with. Billo doesn't deserve to be in business.

Terrible Response Times, Overpriced 'Premium' Service
Worst customer service ever. They claim to have live chat, but no one is ever online, no matter what time you try. Even worse, it takes them over 2 business days to respond to anything—if you're lucky. As for their so-called 'Premium creators,' almost everyone on the platform claims this status just to charge an extra $50, yet most of these 'Premium' creators can't even produce usable audio. This platform started out great a few years ago, but now it's a complete disaster. If you're considering working with them, don't. Try another platform instead

Very buggy platform
Super buggy system and when you report it, they either say they're aware of it already or that they've fixed it (which they haven't). Makes it very hard to find the right creators for projects when you can't view the ones you've hired before or marked as favorites. Because of this, we've had to request assistance from support for our last few videos, and response time is slow and only via chat/messages. Additionally, the entire UI is a little confusing and clunky. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 is because we have had a small handful of good creators out of this platform (but we've also ended up with some not so great ones). We're using up the rest of the credits in our "bank" here and then will be finding a new platform.

Abzocke
Habe im letzten Jahr diese Fa. für ein Thailand-Visum beauftragt. Top Service, alles super. 135 Euro, wobei 35 Euro auf das Visum entfallen. Also Servicekosten: 100 Euro. Gestern wieder angefragt: Preis dieses mal: 335 Euro. Servicekosten um 200 % erhöht. Ekelhaft!!!!! Habe dank einer Empfehlung meinen Visum-Antrag in einem Reisebüro für 135 Euro machen können. Abzocker darf man nicht unterstützen.

Nutze den Visum sowie den Beglaubigungsservice von 1A Visum nicht das erste mal, hatte noch nie Probleme weder mit dem Chinavisum noch mit der Beglaubigung von Dokumenten, wenn man selbst das alles Zeitlich richtig Plant und nicht auf den letzten Drücker dann klappt das auch immer ziemlich sicher, ebenso der Express Service liefert Pünktlich und das Aussnahmslos zumindest bei mir. Guten Tag --- Thailand Visum mit COE Zertifikat perfekt geklappt Danke
Guten Tag --- Ich möchte meine Erfahrung mit 1a Visum mal hier einstellen .. Betr. Thailand Pandemie und extra Formulare wie COE (Certificate of Entry) Ich hatte ca 1 Monat davor angerufen und mich bei 1a Visum erkundigt. Die Mitarbeiterin Frau P... war so kompetent , Ruhig , Sachlich , Freundlich am Telefon! Man hätte fast nach deren Auskünften das selbst erledigen können. War aber für mich zu viel .. Frau die selbst Asiatin ist und meine wenigkeit. Wirklich musste mehrmals anrufen, da alles kompliziert war damals wegen der Pandemie . Jedes mal wurden meine Fragen Ruhig Freundlich und sachlich erklärt. Ich hatte dann meine Unterlagen denen eingereicht ... Billig wars natürlich nicht, aber bei vielen die es selbst versuchten zu beantragen, denen wurde es abgelehnt bzw gar nicht von der Botschaft bearbeitet. Als ich meine Papiere eingereicht hatte , wurde zuerst das Visum ausgestellt und nach 1 Woche denn die Zertifikate von der Botschaft . Was mir an 1A Visum so sehr gefallen hatte , die ruhige kompetente Beratung mit Tipps , und sogar nach mehreren anrufen wurde man nicht abgewürgt, wie bei anderen Agenturen. Ich war begeistert , alles hatte letztes Jahr im November geklappt. Und jetzt lasse ich die Visas nur noch über diese Agentur austellen .. Perfekt und Danke 1A Visum Gruss Rainer

Enttäuschend,
Enttäuschend, am 30.11.2021 beantragte ich über 1A Visum einen Thai Pass und Das Visa Retirement Visa O, alles Express. Der Thai Pass wurde schnell genehmigt.Das beantragte Visum wurde bis zum 12.12.2021 nicht geliefert.Man riet mir zur Einreise mit der 30 Tage Regelung ohne Visa.Um später das Visa in Thailand noch nachgereicht zu bekommen. Gesagt getan und unter schwierigen Bedingungen in ein Quarantäne Hotel ein zu checken. Am 24.12.2021 wurde die Quarantäne verlassen und ich konnte nach Phuket einreisen. Am 17.12.2021 habe ich 1 A Visum angemahnt und persönlich die Botschaft in Frankfurt per Mail kontaktiert. Das Visum kam promt am 20.12.2021 von der Seite der Botschaft und 1 A Visum. Nun dachte ich der Bonbon ist gelutscht,aber weit gefehlt.Heute am 27.12. 2021 war ich auf der Immigration in Phuket und wollte nun endlich mein Visa haben.Pustekuchen, wer mit der 30 Tage Regelung einreist hat seinen Anspruch auf das Visa verwirkt.Das heißt im Klartext ,die 30 Tage können auf Antrag um weitere 30 Tage und Zahlung von 1900 Baht einmalig verlängert werden. Danach muss man das Land wieder verlassen. Was bleibt ist ein Bauch voller Wut und Enttäuschung. Alles teuer bezahlt und die Mühe umsonst. Auf Grund der Komplexizität in der Corona Pandemie habe ich mich für meine Thailandreise für den Visa Service entschieden. O.k., es war teuer , aber die Bewertung schreibe ich jetzt aus Thailand! 😉 Vorbildlich sind die zügigen E-Mail Antworten ! Auch geht im Office immer jemand schnell ans Telefon! McGee Solicitors. Weak Law Firm, Means Weak Case.
I used some law firms by reputation, Mcgee Solicitors Londonderry, Personal Injury and Criminal Law has none. It is a new firm since around 2019 by the solicitor. I can only warn you so you don't suffer. He does not reply to your emails, won't defend you when you need it. Won't take any proactive measures to strengthen your case, he'll just let the other side control and delay the case so you lose. Unless you have so much evidence (doesn't happen in real life) that you could win it yourself. Very incompetent solicitor. No opponent is intimidated by his measly office. He asks for reviews from vulnerable clients. To prove this review, their retainer letter is navy and silver at the bottom, list of fees is in tiny print. As a solicitor his laziness and attitude is 3/10.

Bestilte vindavvisere til min Kia Soul for noen uker siden. Disse kom som avtalt, og alt var ok. Ved montering av disse var jeg uheldig å skade den ene, og det var kun min egen feil. Ved henvendelse til Geparden fortale jeg om uhellet. De skulle sjekke om de kunne hjelpe meg med den ene delen. Jeg skulle reise på ferie dagen etter henvendelse, og sende en epost så de hadde en referanse til bestillingen. Eposten rakk jeg ikke å sende før jeg dro, men desto større var overraskelsen da jeg fikk mld fra PostNord få dager etterpå at pakke kunne hentes på butikk. Veldig kjapp og god service! Det største problemet er at servicen var så kjapp at jeg ikke rekker hjem fra ferie for å hente ut pakken selv, men dette fikser vi 👍😃 Tusen takk Geparden 😃

Loss of leads and poor customer service
We are a vehicle dealer, and were promised a price per month. 1. They did not honor that price and charged us the amount that we did not agree on, also to mention we never got payment confirmation. 2. They are very difficult to get ahold of, at first they talk you through everything, then when I tried to contact all three of the people I was speaking to, via email as well as direct phone to ask questions and get help regarding many concerns, I could not get ahold of anyone and when I did, I never got direct answers from any of them. 3. I asked three times for a receipt of the charges they charged my card for, which I never got confirmation/receipt of, and had to call back many times just to try and get a receipt, as well as request for refund which they claimed I was going to get an email for as well. Still have not got either four tries later. 4. This caused not only delays in our business as well as loss of customers, but is very stressful when you cannot even get a receipt and a call and/or email back. 5. This software actually made our leads go down significantly.

Reece has been our Account manager, managing our flat on behalf of Hawes and Company for the past couple of years. It has been an absolute pleasure working with him for a number of reasons 1) he always answers phone calls or emails and even if not an immediate response, I know he will reply - normally on the same day 2) any problems that our tenants have had have been immediately dealt with 3) the tradesman that Hawes and co employ and that Reece organises have been superb and they have always fixed problems efficiently and quickly 4) Could not wish to work with a better property manager than Reece. Called AW and within 15 minutes a lady called to say someone was passing my house in next 10 minutes and would call. They arrived and, yes it was only a perished washer, but I'm on my own and was panicking. They fixed it and tidied up. Excellent service as always by this company.

Would not recommend for multiple reasons.
Would not recommend AW Renewables for multiple reasons. Took 3 visits over a 4 week period to fix issue. No hot water for this time. They rearranged the 2nd visit hours after they were due to be here. They didn’t arrive for the third visit with no communication. So that was two days I rearranged things and waited in for them, without them arriving. Turned up on a random day not agreed with me (at much inconvenience). No reply to my email requesting a breakdown of the invoice (which was twice the amount which I’d be led to believe it would be) for 3 weeks. When the owner did reply to my email he spent a lot of time telling me things that were not true (such as he had called me on a specific day when he hadn’t). I felt that he was more worried about proving himself ‘right’ rather than solving issues or apologising. It took a further few days for me to receive the requested breakdown of the invoice (so a total of 4 weeks). I have never left a negative review before but I really do feel that this company has a lot of improvements needed in terms of reliability, communication, clarity of pricing and customer service before I could recommend them to anyone. In reply to their answer below - my house is not even 10 years old so no service for 10 years is factually incorrect. Another incorrect fact from their reply is that the invoice originally provided was detailed- it literally had one £ figure on it, no breakdown at all. Their reply is an example of trying to put blame on a client with incorrect facts.

Beware the hidden costs!
Hired for fixing central heating. They quoted for power flush, which the plumber said wasn’t necessary when they arrived. Timeline: • Callout on 9 November for initial fault find • Engineer attendance on 18 November ~ 1 hour to add inhibitor • Engineer attendance on 1 December ~ 5 hours They, eventually(!) fixed the central heating system with cleaner, drain down & inhibitor and some new pipe. Wasn’t quoted for any of this work. Afterward they charged £544.80 for this: Materials - £50+ Vat Callout= £50+Vat Travel Time (visits 2 &3) = £50+ Vat Labour = £304+ Vat Total = £454.00 + Vat = £544.80 After many emails I eventually got the breakdown of charges above. I disputed being charged for travel time (my house is ~15 min drive from their base) and callout (they didn’t tell me up front that they charged for callout), but they didn’t budge. So heads up that if you go with them, these are the add-ons that you’re going to be dealing with.

The owner of this store is a rude unprofessional guy, his business shouldn't go on. I went to him before and their where people fighting outside his store and it was my first time with him, so I was nervous and then he told me that I have anxiety disorder whereas he doesn't even know me. He was being arrogant and not answering my questions properly. The facial was good, but his attitude was sh** and he puts on alot of hard chemicals and put on blue light on your face without sunglasses. Which can be damaging for your eyes. So the other day, I booked from his website and paid and it didn't give me a date or time and it just said you are booked for a facial. So I queried the website saying when is the facial it didn't let me choose and he replied saying it is at 6pm, whereas it was 6:03pm at that time, its not possible for me to be there. Then I asked him whether I can have a phone call and the website didn't let me choose, so he asked me when would you want it in a rude way and I said tomorrow and he like tomorrow when and I said morning and when do you open. He again saying morning when and I said 10am and he said we open at 1030am. So come then and i asked about would it consist of and he was being rude again.. I don't understand I paid £100 and this is the service I was getting. He said I'm busy now I have a customer which he probably didn't have or else my appointment wouldn't be booked at that time. Anyways, I asked for a refund because this guy was rude and he said get it from the website and I said the website has no option can't you do it because I'm asking on call. Then he asked why are you refunding, and I said he was unprofessional. So he said maybe the problem isn't your computer and it's you and I will refund you. So why was he chasing me to get the website to refund me? So then he sent an email saying you're refunded but didn't say when it would come back to my card, so I asked for an invoice and he replied back.. fu** off. Is this even legal to behave like this?

No aftercare advice was given to me about keeping my face free from dust for 2 days after a week dozens of spots showed on my forehead where the dust got into the open pores and caused infection . I contacted the clinic , the wanted to charge me full price for another facial with no offer to resolve the problem they caused. STAY AWAY from the overpriced clinic who has poor customer service

I addressed them with the issue to find a solution or at least to refund the money back but unfortunately their customer service team has totally ignored my request saying the items are not yet returned to them after a month and 1 week.

Amazing experience as first time buyer
Amazing experience as first time buyer! Very quick delivery for uk( london). No more than 5 days delivery time. I also have found Bioscalin half price☺️I highly recommend the product and the company the only problem is that even if they send me extra discount vouchers, like the “recommend a friend” , doesn’t allow me to use them which is very annoying. I would give 3 stars for this inconvenient .

PATIN-A habe ich über eine Google-Suche gefunden, ich suchte ein spezielles amerikanisches Produkt, das PATIN-A in ihrem so überraschendem Sortiment hatten, und zum halben Preis, wie dasselbe auf AMAZON erhältlich. PATIN-A schickte unverzüglich nach Luxemburg, der Versand war gratis, mein Paket kam innerhalb von 3 Werktagen an (ich warte 22 Tage auf dasselbe Produkt, das ich auf Amazon bestellt hatte). ich werde PATIN-A definitif wieder benutzen, denn das Sortiment ist umwerfend!

Meine Bestellung kam trotz kleiner Probleme mit der Bezahlung super schnell bei mir an. Der Fehler bei der Bezahlung wurde durch einen freundlichen und unkomplizierten Mailkontakt schnell behoben. Zur Ware selbst kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber ich bin mit dem Service und dem Bestellvorgang äußerst zufrieden. Außerdem lagen dem Paket zwei kleine Süßigkeiten bei, das ist total lieb und hat mich sehr gefreut! ❤️

i bought 2 fiebing's pro dye, the expedition arrived at 12:30 of the day they told me, the product was perfect, the price was really good, and they also sent some candies (lindt and haribo) in the package as an extra. they couldn't do any better, this is the best service possible, i would rate them 6 stars out of 5 if it was possible.

Mieses Kundenservice
Der Kundenservice ist unterirdisch. Es wurde meine Telnr falsch weitergegeben, so dass der Zustelldienst mich nicht erreicht hat. Das Paket ging retour und die Transportkosten wurden mir verrechnet. In der gesamten Kommunikation kamen nur patzige Antworten, unfreundlich und inkompetent. Über die Produkte kann ich nichts sagen, da ich sie nicht erhalten habe und nach diesem unerfreulichen Vorfall auch nicht vor habe etwas zu bestellen. Schade, wenn sie gut gewesen wären, hätten sie mit mir/uns einen guten Kunden in der Theaterbranche gehabt.

Unfreundlicher Kundenservice, an sich gutes Produkt
An sich ein gutes Färbe Produkt, jedoch wurde mein BH beim färben ruiniert da sich der Kleber aufgelöst hat. Dies habe ich der Seite mitgeteilt und gebeten evtl. Eine Warnung dafür zur Beschreibung hinzuzufügen. Als Antwort kam das ich selber prüfen muss welche Materialien mein Kleidungsstück hat und ob diese dafür geeignet sind. Dies wiederspricht sich mit der Aussage der Beschreibung auf der Website, dass man die Herstellerangaben des Kleidungsstückes ignorieren soll. Ich weiß auch nicht wie ich herausfinden soll welchen Kleber in dem BH verwendet wurde. Hier also als Warnung, da die Seite selber diese nicht hinzufügen will: Sollte bei ihrem Kleidungsstück etwas geklebt sein rate ich vom färben ab!
