Poor experience
My recommendation based on recent experience would be to not use this company. Their whole team sat around when we arrived at new property. I paid for undoing boxes which wasn’t done. They just dumped furniture. The guy who put up lights caused paint damage and ended up fusing the electrics. They left mess all over and 3 days later we still are fixing. They are expensive and my experience was poor.

I have ordered my washing machines online and paid for washing machine and delivery service and I got online invoice with a delivery detail with date and time to arrive 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. I took off day to receive my order waiting all day finally at 5:30 call the office no answer. Next day when I called they the gave me unbelievable excuses as we are based in Manchester it’s a mistake we can’t deliver to London and we will refund my payment after my huge disappointment and wasting my day off

Installation was quick and efficient. Job done in five minutes. Only used the machine once but so far so good. Pleased with the price. It also came with a year's warranty, and pledge to replace it with a machine of equal value if it fails. Overall, very happy.

This company creates an image of reliability and trustworthiness, but my experience was quite the opposite. Waiting for money - beware! I have an account with Trade Galactica or Tgl… Worth 1.1 million. After getting rogue trades triggering margin calls … Julia Johnson entering terrible loss trades on computor for 5 minutes ..Shorted Nvidia, Spotify, Etherium. causing a 300 k loss and millions if I hadn’t closed it!! In January I started asking to close my account and still March,2024, no cooperation. The last traders Paul and Tony keep asking for under the table crypto payments, then create another block for more cash. Drained me of money. No conscience. Seems really no big trading company like there website and instagram, but stealing from a few. Notified all police but they aren’t under fda authority. Can be found on google : but I flew from canada to their address : Canada 1 ,at Canarywarf ,London. Security said no such company….I would hear this cheering and clapping while on the phone but then realized always same sound so I think they play an audio recording like it’s some big trader floor. Luke, Julia, and Tony. “head boss”…who now says he’s in Miami. And Gordon Tate. I think all just work from their home computers. This company is an out of control fraud. Police do nothing. Still trying to get my money but now, Tony says I’m suspended. . If you have a small amount they may pay you. I think the con is close to shutting down. Would make quite a movie. HELP!!

Supplements have no effect whatsoever for us. We have purchased many hundreds of dollars of their supplements. Independent lab testing they advertise is not real. CLabs tested their saffron and said it only had 3% of the claimed amount. CL said the Double Wood brand is therefore not recommended.

I've been taking multiple of their supplements for about 8 months including NMNH, Saffron extract, TMG, Fisetin, and Quercetin. I'm happy with the quality. I looked at A LOT of reviews and I haven't found any real evidence that Doublewood's products are anything but legitimate. To people reading this, I suggest you do the research on your own as well. Research the supplements fully and the company. I've worked in neutraceuticals and you need to be sure for yourself and your own health. There are plenty of companies using low cost and or contaminated products. Doublewood doesn't appear to be one of those companies.

All of my orders have been canceled my and they've blocked my IP address from pages on their website. I've sent them a copy of my passport. If we could give a minus * we most definitely would . We Booked a winter cruise on the basis that the brochure said " These boats all have warm air heating systems to ensure you won't be cold on board" . Well that might have been the case during the day, but we were told not to have the heating on when we went to bed for risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, I don't feel the cold normally BUT it was unbelievably cold in the bedrooms and toilet, there was no way would we have a shower it was freezing. The blown air heating didn't even reach the said rooms during the day, so it never even got warm in the first place, all the bedding and clothes felt damp. The windscreen didn't have any form of demister so we couldn't clear the screen , which was a real pain when motoring and it snowed. We only found out from a fellow boater at 10.20am that the environment agency were going to shut the barrier to the Marina at 11.am ... If we didn't get out by then we could be stuck inside it for days, NO ONE from the marina told us that... Very disappointed as to the short distance we could travel due to bridge restrictions and high tide, Wroxham and Acle were as far as we could go , and that's it. The freezing temperature at night forced us to cut short our holiday from10 nights to 7 nights.. honestly it was that cold especially with no heating. My advice if you want to book up in the winter, only do so if you are an Eskimo. We left the fridge door open to warm us up. Another thing to look out for is the fuel gauge was OFF the full symbol when we left , so it wasn't a full tank of fuel yet we were charged £140 when they topped it up ( allegedly)... All in all it was one of the worst holidays we have had, would we recommend it.. NOT A HOPE IN HELL... The plus side was the ladies in reception were kind and understanding, the " main man" who showed us the boat was bl**dy rude , horrible and patronising...

Sadly never again.
We are experienced Broads boaters, and this was our 4th time with Herbert Woods. The last time was six years ago, and sadly this time the standard has dropped considerably. The main issue is the boats. Not just tired and old, but very dirty. We had dogs with us, and paid over £100 for extra cleaning. I have to say we returned the boat a darn sight cleaner than when we picked it up. They can’t say that you get what you pay for, as other companies are offering far more modern, cleaner boats for a similar price. The boat cleaners should spend less time being surly and actually down right rude to customers and more time doing their job..!! The reception staff were ok, apart from the fact that I called about some lost property and was promised a call back when they were “Less busy” A week later I’m still waiting. The boat proficiency check was ok, but no mention was made about the risks due to the tidal differential, and the effects on mooring warps. which regular boaters will know is important. I’m sorry, but there is plenty of competition on the Broads and I won’t be coming back.

DO NOT BOOK Bright Light 2 - needs scrapping.
We had Bright Light 2 - AVOID! DO NOT BOOK this boat!!! The boat had not been pumped out so as we got moving both toilets stank and there was no disinfectant in the tanks, the boat had not been filled with water, roof does not fully retract, sharp edges on window trim, water pump leaks, severe rain leaks so one of the beds and the seating area were soaked, sliding door (entrance to boat) sticks, have to open sliding door to get in cutlery drawer, toilet pedals stick, lights not working or flickering, front shower had to hold pump out button all the time or it flooded, back panel outside boat kept falling off-would not stay on, no caps on pump out pipes. We had to get Richardsons to do a proper pump out and they found a cloth that had blocked the front toilet that had been in there years, engineer had to come out because the 2nd toilet could not be unblocked due to faulty pipe work, engineer could not fix as boat needed taking apart to find the fault. None of the boat was clean inside or out. We had to ring the boatyard practically every day and all they said was bring it back in - using our fuel to go backwards and forwards and spoiling the holiday even more was not helpful advice! The boat needs scrapping. The broads themselves are beautiful and the places we stayed were fab, fortunately we had great weather otherwise we would have all come home because of the boat.

Contract Breakers
We booked our family boat holiday with Herbert Woods in April. It coincided with a friend’s holiday also booked with HW and we were all excited at being on holiday together. This week, three weeks before the holiday, Herbert Woods phoned me to say my holiday has been cancelled. The explanation was that the boat we had booked was taken out of service due to an accident and offered a full refund. Bear in mind this is three weeks before we were due to travel; so I asked what other boat they could offer as an alternative. They said they had nothing for the same dates but would look for availability at other boat yards. When they got back to me they offered several boats but I would have to pay extra above what I had already paid for our holiday. We were on a tight budget and couldn’t afford the £683 for the equivalent specification boat offered. We had no alternative but to have the refund as Herbert Woods had no compassion or intension of helping us achieve a holiday for the same week. Herbert Woods’ terms and conditions clearly state that if I cancelled within 56 days of the holiday, not refund would be made. They have sewn up their own cancellation terms to get out of any liability if they cancel. I would sue them for breaking their contractual obligations and unfair terms and condition but don’t have the financial resources to pursue a claim. Shame on you Herbert Woods for leaving a family high and dry without a much anticipated holiday.

A Great Weekend Experience
I have to say that our experience was much better than some of the others that I have read. . We had saved to celebrate my daughter’s 50th birthday and chose Platinum Light 1 which was only one year old. The boat was very impressive. We were given an intensive training tutorial. We were very lucky with the weather. We did have a few issues with the control panel but the Engineer came out on the Sunday and got it going again. The customer service we received from Herbert Woods was really good and their communication is very professional. We did fill in a feedback form and we were offered a management discount to use against another trip. We have booked with them again for 2025 and hope that we experience another enjoyable trip.

Boat was filthy and covered in cobwebs and bugs; the toilets didn’t work and were leaking foul water, surrounded in pee and poo. The shower didn’t drain so we couldn’t wash it away nor could we wash ourselves. Waited for an engineer to fix it, hours lost on our holiday, on for it not to be fixed! Boat was leaking, dripping, the smell of the toilets ran through the boat making it unbearable, only for them not to sort it. Sent in a “feedback” form which is a complaint apparently but after reading reviews I am not hopeful of any sort of outcome.

Not even completed our holiday and was disappointed before we even set foot on the boat. Arrived at the boat early to see them taping one of the back bedroom windows up. Obviously bodging a leak up as it was raining at the time. Proceeded to reception to be greeted with very poor customer service when informing them. The first staff member looked as us gone out and said she didn't know what to do but said I'm sure they are sorting it out. Was told shortly after the boat was ready. Window still taped up. Reported back to reception and asked to speak to someone else who said yes they've done it. When asking how he just said I don't know but I'm sure they have if they said they have. Got on the boat and found it had just been taped up. 4 days into the holiday the toilet wouldn't pump to work. Rang the 24 hour service number to report it and ask them to come out to repair. Got told it wasn't an emergency as we had another toilet. Yes we do have another toilet on board, but we wasn't able to pump the brown water out of the toilet as the pump leaver wouldn't work so was left with brown unhygienic smelling water , I can only imagine is contaminated unhygienic water. This had been present in all toilets on both the boats we paid for , and looked like they hadn't even been emptied from after the boat was used previously to us. As for the cleanliness of the boat, I dont think either boat had seen a cloth and clean soapy water or a dust pan and brush. The lino flooring was sticky and all coming up and uneven in the kitchen area, and bits of gravel and dust everywhere. The sofa when we wiped it turned the wipes black. Customer service is only helpful when it involves them taking your money at point of booking. Will not use this boat company a 2nd time.

Cannot recommend this company at all. We booked Glow of Light for a few days over the Easter holiday for myself partner and granddaughter. On arrival at the boatyard the welcome was friendly enough but the boat itself was tired and grubby and it was obvious the pictures on the website had been taken several years previously. The boats interior was tired, the windows inside the main area were covered in mould inside but after the initial less than thorough training we set off to find a mooring for the evening. The first evening was a nightmare, the boat had a sliding canopy which didn’t seal allowing the wind to blow through the cabin making it very cold. The heating was inadequate and we spend the evening sat in our hats and coats to keep warm. After a disturbed nights sleep we headed back to the boatyard but rather than look to resolve the problems, the receptionist just told us to write and complain. We did this but they are now hiding behind their terms and conditions stating we should have rung their 24 hour support line rather than head back to the boatyard. They totally ruined our Easter holiday break and I would suggest anyone looking to book a holiday on the Broads choose a different company.

CONSUMER BEWARE !!! DON'T BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS!!! The owner is not trustworthy or transparent!!! I called his company because I was interested in switching credit card processing companies. He did not make it known to me that he was the owner until I asked to speak to his manager because he was giving me the runaround. When he provided me with the terms and conditions, it stated that there was a minimum of a 3-year term and a hefty charge if I terminated before that 3-year term ended. He insisted that it was the bank's terms and conditions but not that of his company. He stated that there are no penalties for early termination and no term. I told him to put that in writing, but he refused. That's when he told me I'd be better suited with a different company. At that point, I let him know that I got the feeling that educated customers who asked a lot of questions were his worst nightmare because he can't dupe them! Obviously, he didn't like that. He lost a valuable customer! For a company that's only been in operation 2 years, that's NOT GOOD! (By his voice, he sounds young, and it appears that there is only one other employee in his "company." *CONSUMER BEWARE * FOOTNOTE: This company's below response is full of lies, just like the ones the owner will give you if you call him!!! Ich hatte mir Ende November '24 ein Neopixel-Mastercollection bestellt, das auch innerhalb der angegebenen 14 Tage (nach 10 Tagen) bei mir angekommen war. Der Artikel war vollständig und trotz beschädigter Verpackung (Schuld lag hier eher beim Zusteller) voll funktionsfähig. Ich hatte mich aus anderen Gründen dann trotzdem zur Rückgabe entschieden. Dafür habe ich gemäß der Widerrufsbelehrung eine Mail mit allen relevanten Informationen verfasst, auf die ich dann allerdings erst drei Wochen später und auch erst auf erneutes Nachfragen hin, eine Antwort bekam. Die Abwicklung der Rückgabe und die Erstattung des Kaufpreises verliefen dann wiederum völlig unkompliziert und ich habe kurz darauf einen anderen Artikel bestellt (Januar '25). Diesen habe ich auch innerhalb weniger Tage erhalten und bin sehr mit dem Produkt zufrieden. Für die vergleichsweise "aufwändige" Retoure ziehe ich einen Stern ab. Dafür, dass ich zuerst keine Antwort erhalten habe, muss ich einen zweiten Stern abziehen. Dass ich die Rücksendekosten selbst tragen musste, wusste ich vorher und die Beschädigung der Verpackung ist wohl auf den Zusteller zurückzuführen, weswegen ich hierfür keinen Stern abziehe.

Increíble pero el envío y la atención al cliente...
Primero de todo, el sable es increíble. Los colores, los sonidos, el peso...todo. En mi caso, he comprado el modelo Padawan como regalo para una persona muy querida y está encantado. Los movimientos que puedes hacer son muy orgánicos, no se cansa la mano y es perfecta para practicar. El montaje no es complejo y, lo que si puede ser algo más tedioso y requerir de tiempo, es el aprender las funcionalidades que tiene (que no son pocas). Ahora bien, he de quejarme de algo que me parece bastante mejorable: no te dan ningún tipo de información de envío y no es gratis como dicen en la página, a mi me ha tocado pagar 30€ más en aduanas porque estaba retenido, con lo cual eso es engañoso. Además, para saber si ese envío era de ellos, tuve que abrir una disputa en Paypal (que os recomiendo que lo uséis para pagar) y conseguir que me atendiesen, pues ya les había enviado múltiples mensajes, incluso uno en alemán, y no responden para nada, tienen contacto nulo con el cliente. Por eso, como digo, hasta que no abrí la disputa con Paypal no me respondieron y me mandaron los datos. De todas maneras, por el resto esta todo genial, tiene muy buena calidad el producto y es un muy buen regalo o complemento para cosplay, además tienen un catálogo variado de sables y se divide según el grado de práctica.

Dont buy or recommend
Dont buy or recommend, after a lot of push over Saturday and Sunday even at night from their sales team, ordered a producf with promise to ship same day, next day after calling and messaging many times, was given a tracking ID for which product was not shipped and pickup rescheduled many rimes by them, when requested cancellation and refund was abused by their person. Worst experience and customer service, rude people with lot of lies and false promises, paid for product and did not get delivery, was given a tracking detail for which the product was never shipped, never trust this company, no refund provided till date and had to call numerous times

Bonatra app is mediocre to say the…
Bonatra app is mediocre to say the least. Although the cgm is produced by freestyle libre which is from Abbott, the app from Bonatra gives incorrect reading 80% of the times making it very unreliable. After calling their customer services several times they just tell you they will reset on the back end and nothing is done. Finally I got rid of the Bonatra cgm. This review is written after using three or their cgms for 6 weeks.

I was having sugar levels of above 200 post prandial n my A1C was around 6.2.There was variations observed on ebfr count though was on control.After 40 days of guidance from bonatra staff members and medical guidance my level s has come down to absolute normal with ebfr count bring in normal range.They provide excellent support n easy to follow guidelines.Thanks to Heshu in particular my guide in achieving this.

I had an excellent experience with Bonatra Healthcare. Before joining them was little apprehensive whether diabetes and hypertension can be reversed practically. Have done the evaluations of others reversal providers available in the market and finally taken the decision to join Bonatra as CGM was inclusive in the package. On joining they provided me with the care I needed and were attentive to my needs. My weight has reduced to 81.8 Kgs from 88 Kgs in a month. I was suggested to follow intermittent fasting with some health supplements, exercises and it has worked very well for me. My energy levels have increased a lot since the start of the program. One month ago, my HBA1c was 7.1 and today it has dropped to 6.2. I have stopped taking hypertension tablets 4 days ago and BP is maintained well without medicines. The health coach Swathi and doctors' consultation were excellent and made me feel comfortable during what could have been a stressful time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THIS IS A SCAM! They accepted my order straight away and asked for the payment. I paid straight away. Following that I hoped they will send me the work, but never arrived. I kept on texting and calling on the numbers provided on the website, but no answer. I have received just one call saying that it will be delayed and will have it “tonight or tommorow”. Never happened! Emailed help@treatassignmenthelp asking where is the work and when ca I have it. The answer was “ Will deliver tomorrow”. Tomorrow never came! Emailed again and sent a message, but no answer AGAIN! These are just a bunch of scammers which think they got rich with a small amount of money.

Bad communication and shipping
When I ordered this product. It was two weeks before I got any type of email for confirmation. I had to email about the product. They informed me that the product was out of stock. (They didn’t reach out to relay that information until I inquired about it) Two weeks went by and still no update. Had to reach out again and threaten too cancel. Before getting a confirmation that the product was processed. Communication and shipping is not good. Will not order from them again.

Great product, service is a little clunky
The compression sleeves I got following a brachioplasty were great (although sizing is a little confusing ( I wear 0 or 2, but needed a medium or large sleeve!). The sleeves are comfortable and breathable, and I can wear them 24/7. The delivery process is a bit slow. When my second order by phone didn't arrive after 2 weeks, I called Raineywear to investigate, they said there was "a problem with my tracking number", and that they would call me right back. No call, but I did receive a new pair of sleeves the very next day by overnight mail--which I really appreciated (but which left me to think my phone order had never actually been processed--and I can't know that for sure). Anyway, I think it's great that they fixed the problem immediately! I would order from Raineywear again.

Customer service is very spotty. My order was done incorrectly and they blamed it on me despite sending in the artwork with the requested information. I was understanding of their miscommunication but them never got a call back from the manager despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. I will not be ordering from them again.

I really like the stress drops with our logo on them. They are great to give to our clients who become members and also for our employees. Une catastrophe
Une catastrophe ! Commande 11317424 effectuée le 30/12/24 de 2 bracelets en 21mm avec une livraison rapide. L'un des deux bracelets ne convient pas du tout (16mm au lieu de 21mm annoncé). Je préviens le service client et demande un retour. On m'annonce que ce n'est pas l'empattement qui est de 21 mm mais la largeur du bracelet : cela n'a aucun sens, on choisi avant tout un bracelet de montre pour qu'il puisse aller sur une montre précise avec un empattement précis, le reste n'est que visuel. On m'envoie alors une étiquette de retour et c'est là que tout devient ridicule ! Je prépare le colis et l'amène à la poste comme indiqué par le site. Problème : la poste n'accepte pas ces colis. Je joins donc le service client pour les en informer et l'on me dit que c'est impossible. Je fais donc 3 bureau de poste différents, même réponse à chaque fois : CE N'EST PAS LA BONNE ÉTIQUETTE POUR UN ENVOI AVEC LA POSTE. Aprés de nombreux échanges compliqué ( au moins 5 jours d'attente pour avoir des réponses), le service client m'annonce que je dois payer moi-même l'étiquette retour et qu'il me rembourseront par PayPal dans la limites de 10€ : 1- L'étiquette coûte 17€ pour un envoi au pays bas donc la somme de 10€ ne suffit largement pas. 2- Je n'ai pas de PayPal et le législation européenne les oblige à un remboursement sur le même moyen de paiement utilisé pour l'achat. Si je n'ai pas de retour d'étiquette qui fonctionne dans un délai d'une semaine, je me verrais dans l'obligation de faire valoir mes droits auprès des juridictions compétentes.

Oh this company promise you so much, as any good SCAMMER would do... They try to be a life planner but in fact, you lose much more time with their website and tons of junk emails you'll be receiving than doing anything you planned. The ugly part now: everything you do, they push you to pay something. Every now and then, they do an "upgrade" to make you pay more, for the same things... Every mail or message you'll receive is about promise of success and make you wait for soemething BIG! If you pay for it of course... I'm a paid user, they sold me on their website a lifetime use for 99 dollars (just for basic stuffs) but they put me as a free user after a while... What would I do without Hapoy…
What would I do without Hapoy Appliances!? Once again Michael and his team have come to our rescue. Our house is now 18 years old and kitchen appliances are starting to break down. I was in a complete panic with Christmas looming and a family Advent Sunday Lunch this weekend. Within a few days Michael managed to source a replacement oven and fitted it last night. It is a wonderful oven, affordable and this was not an easy task due to existing one being an odd size. Thank you so much and I can not recommend this company more highly.

They did a repair on my Neff microwave. Everything was brilliant from the start to finish. Very polite and helpful telephone representatives, quick and easy booking system. Engineer arrived within the scheduled time. The problem was a faulty controller which costed a lot but still better value than replacing the whole microwave. Also they told me that now the microwave is warranted for 1 year Will recommend and will use them again

Expensive and did not repair
Disappointing experience and zero value for money. I would recommend avoiding this company. I booked an appointment with HappyAppliances for a fridge (integrated fridge freezer) fix, which cost £96. The engineer was unable to fix the fridge. I was subsequently offered to purchase one of their fridge/freezer but I was only presented with 2 options, of which one was an ex display, and both were at the higher end of the price range. I was left with no reasonable option. I requested for more options and I was provided with one more which was again an ex display. I basically paid £96 for nothing, it is an untrustworthy business with little competence, therefore I recommend staying away from this company.

Shocking, scammers
Shocking, avoid this company at all costs. Surveyor, Alan, came out to us on Monday 9th December, we signed the contract and paid the deposit of over £400.00. After investigating the next day we decided against it and called Fastfoam several times, they kept saying someone would call us back. It was Friday 13th December before Alan called back and when we said we had changed our minds about it he told us there would be no problem getting our deposit returned. When we tried calling the following week looking for our deposit they were conveniently closed for Christmas. I have contacted Trading Standards, sent 2 signed for letters, which I know they received, contacted a reporter from BBC who will follow it up and I fully intend contacting further media outlets and taking them to the small claims court if need be. I have left a one star review because I couldn't leave a minus. What a shower of scammers taking our money before Christmas and not returning it when asked and well within the 14 day cooling off period. Their director in their offices in Glasgow City centre is director of about 5 similar companies. I noted that the company only replied to the reviews on Trustpilot to those who had the work done, no replies to those of us who haven't received our deposits or gave poor reviews.

AVOID, we had a surveyor from fastfoam out on the 9/12/24 out he talked a good game, but on further enquiries we found our it would be extremely difficult to sell our house as mortgage companies were declining buyers, after changing our minds within the 14 days we are still trying to get our refund of £500.

Me and my husband recently had a young surveyor in to do a check on the loft to our surprise a lot of black/white mould and damage to the roof was found the young man then showed us the issues and ways we could fix them with loads of information to help us better understand. We decided to go ahead with the job and to our surprise it’s was done and complete 2 days after we had the initial check. We are very happy with the work that has been done and the peace of mind we now have. Highly recommend!

I received a cold call from Fastfoam in relation to my elderly mum's house, which was built in 1900 and had a thin layer of fibreglass insulation. The caller said that they were calling as part of a government sponsored programme to improve house insulation. I agreed to an assessor visit a couple of days later and Paul arrived. He explained the problem with cold air meeting warm air in the loft space with poor insulation and tested the roof timbers for dampness. The reading was 37% and he showed me pictures of mould on the damp timbers. I had an idea this would be the case from an earlier visit by me into the loft space. Paul explained the difference between the earlier closed cell foam and its problems and the current open cell foam, used by Fastfoam. I agreed a price, and the following day the team arrived to place two dehumidifiers which dried out the timbers. The following day, they returned to place the card substrate between the rafters and sprayed the foam on top. Two days later, I went up inthe loft to inspect the work. I can say that the work was done to a high standard. Both Paul and Eddie (manager) put my mind at rest regarding a concern if I had to breach the foam to access the next roof space for rewiring or if a Velux window was being installed. They assured me that, provided I informed the company of the work, the guarantee would still be valid. All in all, a good experience.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!
Avoid avoid avoid! No legitimate or ethical company would conduct business this way. We had Neal Ballingham visit us for a 'free' inspection of our loft. We were informed that the moisture levels in the beams were above the recommended threshhold (we since learned the numbers we were shown were actually within the normal range). We were told about the benefits of installing spray foam; it all seemed very convincing and sounded like we were getting a good deal. Once we had agreed to go ahead and paid our deposit, it quickly became very urgent. We were offered installation the very next morning, which set alarm bells ringing as that was a Sunday, and this would also render the 14-day cooling off period void! We asked for a later date, and the following day was also available. As soon as Neal left we started searching information about foam installation, to find that some lenders will not morgage a home with spray foam installed and that some of the information we were given was both inacurate and misleading. We found that sealing the roof with foam can mask problems that will not be visible because of the foam layer. We also read accounts of people having to remove foam insulation in order to sell their property; this is significantly more costly than the original installation. There are also potential health risks that were not mentioned to us. We soon realised there were no contact details on the contract or information left other than a support email address on a pamphlet. We found a mobile number on their Facebook page and tried phoning this to cancel. We got no answer. We left voicemails and wrote an email as per the cancellation rules, again with no response. More alarm bells, given that their installation crew were working on the Sunday. The more we searched, the more we realised this company was seeming less and less trustworthy. A person arrived to do the installation on the Monday, who said no-one had told him we had cancelled. We promptly were called by Neal. I explained we had cancelled by emailing and messaging using their support contact details. We have since sent numerous emails asking for our deposit to be returned with no response. The agreement states a full refund of any deposit will be issued if cancellation is made within the 14 day cooling off period. Everything about this company seems very questionable. They have a set up that makes it very difficult to contact anyone, they have also made it very easy for the people behind this company to operate with anonimity. They have taken money from us for nothing and have been ignoring our emails for almost 4 months!

Loft survey carried out end of June. Advised of damp/moisture and roof would eventually bow if nothing done. Recommended installation of membrane sheet and open cell foam. Contract signed and deposit paid. Changed mind after sleeping on it and seeking second opinion. Deposit still not returned despite incessant chasing. Contacting Trading Standards.

Avoid Fastfoam Ltd
We changed our mind about getting foam installation. We were informed we had 14 days to cancel with full refund of deposit. We cancelled 2-3 hours after our initial discussion; that was on 6 July and I am still chasing our refund. I've had one reply from Fastfoam on 16 July confirming refunds take up to 7 days. We are now on 26 August and I'm still waiting!! There are quite a few positive reviews here but please do your homework before agreeing to anything/ sending deposits. They visited us late Saturday afternoon and tried to install at 9am the following morning (a Sunday morning). Once the work is done, you're unable to change your mind so just be sure it's what you want. There is advice out there from Surveyors etc. Just seek out more opinions than the Sales persons before signing anything.

Paul surveyed our loft, taking video the whole time which he then showed us immediately. He was very informative and gladly broke things down for us into layman’s terms when required. He was friendly and very helpful in keeping the cost within our budget. Overall a genuine, professional guy who took the time to make sure we were happy. Thank you!

Not a Buyers friend
What on first glance seemed a very professional, well run company soon showed it’s true estate agent colours ; as a buyer the Offer process really seems to be lacking !!! No real constructive dialogue, two way street ; just ‘ what’s your offer’ , ‘Vendor says no’ , Do you want to increase’, ‘ Vendors have other offers ‘ Do you want increase ‘ , ‘if not we wish you happy hunting’ , absolutely no help to buyers not even a call to say the seller is potentially accepting an offer are you out ? , just interested in their potential commission ! Spend your money elsewhere with a business interested in both the seller and the buyer!!! I will treat differently next time if they have a property of interest , hopefully I don’t have too. Glad the stereotyping of this business has progressed ! NOT ! 🤷♂️🫣😢

Terrible service sold us a flea pit
Came to view the property in August. Asked if boiler was working was told yes. Asked to view garage and was told we couldn't as the owners' belongings were in there and there was no way to get in. Moved in last week, house was freezing, no hot water, boiler totally broken, water was not switched on at all due to leaking tap. Garage roof had totally caved in so not fit for purpose and there was water in the bedroom wall due to leaking roof. Called rezide immediately and was told to deal with it through solicitor, no care given whatsoever after they had our money. House was filthy too. Shocking company.

Great Service
After almost no viewings in 6 months with our first estate agent we changed to Rezide and had a completely different experience. We sold quickly and everything went very smoothly. Would highly recommend Zach, Valerie and Sarah, a great team that kept us updated and made the selling process very easy. My only regret is that we didn’t go with them 6 months earlier!

Zach Sarah and Val helped my both buy and sell when moving from Barrow to Mountsorrel. The team were hard working, kept me up to date at all times, and really put the effort in with viewings and chasing my buyers. A really lovely, small business, and it was a pleasure working with them. Compared to experiences I've had with other agents, Rezide were great!

Disappointing Service
Absolutely awful experience with this estate agency, a family member had put in an offer for a property that Rezide group had advertised, The offer was above the asking price, had no response from any employees, continuous chasing from our end just to be told " we don't have a response yet" for the past 3 weeks and now to be told your offer has been rejected but "we don't have a reason why". i had an unfortunate encounter of dealing with a member of staff that went by the name of "Sarah" who was very abrupt and rude. I have dealt with other Estate Agency's who have acted in far more professional manor, Extremely disappointing.

We found Zach and the team really helpful when we sold our house last October. Zach was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed him. He also ensured that he would do our house viewings himself rather than using someone else. We felt comfortable to pop out for half an hour whilst he showed prospective buyers around. We felt that Zach valued our property fairly and also the team helped to push up the final offer after we asked them to. Our house was only on the market for a week when we got our first offer and then we had 2 more competitive offers in the second week. I would recommend Roy Green estate agents to anyone.

We sold and purchased through Zachary at Roy Green last year . We were super impressed by his professionalism and hard work from start to finish . This was just after the first lockdown when restrictions were still tight and he made sure everything was completed with covid safety in mind . He was most importantly calm when we were flapping during some of the negotiations and he had great links with solicitors to help smooth the process. Personally I would not sell my house with anyone else.

I am also in the camp of red giant plugins being unusable: on perpetual license, still the software shows as unlicense/with watermark. the new app I barely functional and does not offer any option other to funnel you towards upgrading. I also have a cinema4d 21 and zbrush 22 perpetual licenses and as far as I am concerned, these are the last versions. will not give this scum company a single cent. rather go back to autodesk, which is saying something. mcgavran ruined the company, I am pretty sure. go with blender, davinci and other alternatives. this company is garbage and not to be trusted. check out reddit for the red shift and red giant issues. nothing like being on a deadline with sudden licensing issues and slow support.

Useless plugins that never work now!! I've spent $1000s of dollars on Red Giant plug-ins through the years, and I can't get any of them to work since Maxon bought out Red Giant. Every single time I try to use a plug-in, I get the "red X" through my video and have to spend an enormous amount of time logging in, trying to make sure the license is working. EVERY time I re-open Premiere or After Effects this happens, and customer service just keeps telling me to re-install the plugins, most of the time that doesn't even fix the issue, this company doesn't care at all about Red Giant costumers with perpetual licenses!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - be very careful the company doesn’t care about customers and will do anything to grab your money - read the small print and make sure you know what you are buying / signing up for. I was miss- sold a “lifetime perpetual” license for a single plugin - they changed their model and stopped supporting what I bought as “lifetime perpetual” and told me if I wanted access a version that worked I’d need to subscribe to their bundle which has loads of different plugins I don’t need and costs $75/month (I originally paid $199 for the single plugin). I spoke to the head of their support team who was unhelpful and just repeated the same line previously stated by colleagues. I guess it’s not the support team’s fault they must just be following the party line which is clear to con customers for every penny and don’t offer them any fair and reasonable resolutions to get access to products they have already paid for in good faith.

BEWARE! Hidden Software/Malware After uninstalling their software the programms are still on the pc hidden and secretly running on your machine. The removal is extremely Time consuming and the only thing that most of the victims really helped was a fresh windows install.

Literally the worst customer service in…
Literally the worst customer service in the creative software business. I'm a legacy Red Giant customer and I paid a lot for my Magic Bullet suite. Now the Maxon installer I'm forced to use won't install, and now I have zero access to the very expensive software I purchased (I'm grandfathered in pre-subscription era, or at least thats what they told me ages ago...). I've tried reaching out on their website and over email, and i get nothing in return. In the current year there are far more affordable options out there to the Magic Bullet suite and other Maxon products, for a fraction of the cost no less. I'm going to try to either get access to my software or get a refund, because if I can't I'm out over $1500. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MAXON, especially if you're a small production house or an owner/operator. They'll fleece you and leave you to twist in the wind.
