Well where to start? DO NOT use this company

Well where to start? Our cat was very poorly and had to be taken to the out of hours vets as an emergency. He was treated here and kept in overnight and referred to an animal hospital for further treatment which we had to drive him to 1.25 hours away) and leave him for an assessment and ultrasound. We then picked him up the next day and began treatment. We had to pay a £500 deposit on the Sunday to the out of hours vet. Both places were excellent and emailed us (and the insurance company) their bills with a breakdown of procedures/ drugs and all costings . We then had an email from healthy pets to say they had paid both places. The out of hours was paid a small amount ( well short of the bill) and the hospital was paid almost twice the amount on the bill! We phoned the vets and they confirmed this was the case. We tried to phone to explain and the person at healthy pets would not listen to the information and said everything was correct as far as they were concerned( this was not the case!!!! ) and we could make a complaint. My husband sent a detailed email with all the information and the vets bills attached. We were then told it was going to take up to a month to investigate( how hard can it be that the insurers have paid totally the wrong amount to 2 places!!! We have just had a reply in response to ‘ the complaint’ saying our new claim for £37.50 has been declined!!!! This bears no resemblance whatsoever to our complaint and the 2 vets are waiting the response to sort out the mess with the money! It is incomprehensible that such huge mistakes have been made and we are no further forward seeing an end to this saga!!! DO NOT take out a policy with this insurer!!

They had increased my insurance by 85% on last year and when queried they said they could not reduce it duty to my cat being 12 years old. I went on line to Compare dot com. Received a number of quotes giving all the known details that Healthy Pets previous had, low and behold, Healthy Pets offered the lowest quote, for insurance for the same conditions as before for less than my previous year's annual quote. So what's going on there?

Twice recently I was prepared to purchase something on 1stDibs and both times a Google image showed the item was available far cheaper elsewhere, and obviously not the quality that the seller is implying. Buyer beware. In one case an item listed for $240US was listed on eBay for $25US, and in another case the item was for sale at... Walmart.

1stDibs seemed like a cool site until we tried to contact them after one of their sellers sold us an item via Ruby Lane--then shipped it to the wrong overseas address, and never sent us a refund. The item was thousands of dollars, not a ten dollar trinket. That same item is now showing up on 1stDibs, and then (again) sold, and when we tried to reach a manager at 1stDibs about this, a bunch of psycho-clowns in their “customer [NOT] service” started harassing, and trying to intimidate, us. It was ridiculous! That place is a clown show, run by bozos. Avoid doing any business with them.

I've been a big fan of Retrograde since I found them last year. I've purchased multiple accounts and all of them have worked. Unfortunately 6 days ago all but 1 of my accounts stopped letting me log in. Including 1 I purchased that day. Since then I have emailed multiple times from both of my email addresses, submit tickets on their site, called their number, and haven't gotten a single response. The website AI bot says it has escalated my issue, but still nothing. I will update this if they have just been slammed and respond to me soon. If I haven't updated this then Do Not Purchase Anything from them.

So you wont be adding this game to your current steam account. Den lever som sådan op til forventningerne, men jeg har lidt spørgsmål og mangler en faktura på mit køb. Skriver en mail - Intet svar. Venter et par dage og sender en ny - Intet svar. Man kan ikke stole på Preloved. Preloved fremstår utroværdig og uprofessionel. På deres hjemmeside skriver de: Hvor lang er leveringstiden? Bestiller du inden kl 14, bliver pakken afsendt samme dag. Vi sender med PostNord, så du vil have den inden for 1-2 dage. Jeg købte en taske fredag d.2. Januar inden kl. 14. Den 3. Januar registrerede de afsendelse hos GLS og ændrede tasken status til udsolgt på hjemmesiden. MEN de afleverede ikke tasken hos GLS. Siden da har jeg skrevet til dem hver dag uden de har svaret. Heldigvis har de ikke kunnet trække penge før tasken faktisk var afsendt. I dag d. 9.januar har jeg modtaget en mail, hvor Preloved skriver følgende: Jeg er meget ked af den lange svartid og dårlige købsoplevelse. Vi har haft sygdom i vores kundeservice, og derfor tingene er skredet. Der er desværre sket en fejl på vores lager, og tasken var markeret som på lager, selvom den allerede var solgt, derfor vores lagerpersonale ikke kunne få den ud af døren. Din ordre er annuleret og pengene er igen tilgængelige på din konto. Igen beklager jeg meget denne oplevelse.

Don't use pass2success!!

Didn't provide my full amount of lessons as purchased with the intensive course, I couldn't attend a couple of lessons as wasn't fit to drive due to being ill. Sam was unwilling to rearrange any of the lessons, no compassion, was rude towards me. He wouldn't continue the rest of my lessons, even though I was better and refused to give me any kind of refund. Absolutely awful. I would take it to small claims court but it's not worth the stress and my energy, going to leave these reviews to warn others, let it go and move on.

Advertised as fully portable but it’s not . Their PDF says does not need to be plugged in (I assume after full charge) however customer service advised they do have to be plugged in . I’ve sent 5 emails and reply says looking into it !!! 30 day money back guarantee obviously will expire before I get instructions on returning the items . It also says in the PDF must be 1 meter from any furniture or walls - even if this was possible , the cable is not even a meter long - so that’s 2 complete lies in product pitch . Appallling as like many others I have a respiratory condition and believed all the lies . Still waiting ……………

This is a scammmmm, I guarantee any 5 star reviews saying this works is a paid review because they do nothing. Faulty products, the attachment that connects to the usb to power it breaks easily. The website makes it seem like you can take them on the go with you like it has its own power but it needs to be plugged in the whole time. 1/3 of my purchase “worked” (turned on) but there were no quality of air changes to my room when used. Spend your money on an actual air purifier with a FILTER that WORKS, and isn’t incredibly LOUD like the Purifair

I purchased 6 units for $240. One unit made a terrible noise. I contacted Purifair for remediation; I had to show proof with a video. I did. They said they would send a new unit. It has been over 2 months now and no replacement. I have emailed them 12 times; I get assurance that they are indeed sending a new unit but it never arrives. I should have been skeptical of a company that does not list its phone number for customer service. Buyer beware! They are not legitimate. I doubt that the technology even works.

I have no idea what happened to it? for about 6 months it worked fine and then all of a sudden it quit working and then it would start working again and now it's at a stagnant stage of the orange light constantly being on. What I liked about it though was I would never have to buy filters for it again that's what caught my ear. I thought what good is something if you don't have to change the filter then now I would have to change the whole product in other words buy a new one.Which is what I just did.The American people do not like products That only lasts 6 months like it's supposed to be some sort of a $50 disposable gadget. I personally bought it from company that was calling their side of new gadgets found.com or something like that. anyway, now when I try to use it all it does is the orange light stays on but the it sounds like I can hear a grinding noise if I put my ear to it. I got my new one's yesterday, sooo, should I throw it away or can you resolve the problem or fix it? And sorry for being so long-winded.

AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY'RE A SCAM This company ripped me off and refused to refund. They offered a two day express delivery which I opted to pay for. 4 days later and still no delivery I looked into where it could be. I emailed them only to be told we’re trying to find your order. Several emails and 3 weeks later I still had no delivery or tracking number so I request a refund from them and a dispute payment with Afterpay. Several emails later and another week goes by and still no refund, they decide it’s ok to refund the express postage fee 🙄 then they apparently post my package after I’ve asked them at least 10 times to cancel it as it hadn’t been sent. Then the tracking number given was invalid when I tried to search it. More emails asking for a valid tracking number or cancellation of my order and I get told it’s been delivered. I’m no it hasn’t I still don’t have the products I ordered and they said take it up with the delivery company. The delivery company say my tracking number is invalid and cannot help. Then Afterpay’s sides with them as they don’t cover missing or stolen parcels and I’m left paying for a product that never arrived. If I could give it zero stars I would because they don’t deserve any. They really know how to scam people and look like a legitimate business while doing it. Don’t make the same mistake I did avoid them and shop elsewhere.

They are a scam and steal your hard earned money

Please spare yourself the time and hatred you will feel for this agency and don’t register with them. I registered with them as a model over a year ago and they got me a job (from starnow which anyone could find for free if you have the time btw; so worth doing if you’re new to modelling and have time), but I was never paid. I sent an email to them every few weeks for about 3 months, every time it was a new excuse - first that the client hadn’t paid them so they couldn’t pay me, then that it was being processed and payment would clear in 4 weeks, then 6 weeks etc. it’s now been almost a year and the client I worked with reached out to me and I realised I was never paid by Icons for that job I did. I got back in touch with Icons last week threatening to submit a small claims case, and both contact emails I had spoken to before bounced back (maybe they grew a conscience while working at Icons and felt bad for scamming new models), but someone from Icons got back to me now saying they’re “going through a process of paying old invoices and it will be completed in 4 weeks from now”. How convenient 😂 It actually makes me so angry that people like this exist in the world, whoever runs icons is pure evil and I hope you have a miserable existence and are completely alone. Because that’s what they deserve, scamming people for a living and taking money from people who actually do the work. I spent 6 hours working on set that day and actually lost money because the train was about £30 which was also meant to be “covered in my price”. They have literally stolen my money. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t pay their employees either, whoever runs this “business” doesn’t care about people and only looks to take advantage wherever possible. Please please save yourself from working with these evil soulless people and warn anyone who ever mentions newly signing with Icons. They are a complete fraud and I hope my small claims case gets them sued and permanently shut down, as I am now going to waste no time to make sure they pay for the horrible things they’ve done to me and countless others.

I was signed to this agency, but would advise anyone seeking to do the same not to!! You pay £200 for your initial photos, but then they pressure you into spending a further £450 to make a "showreel", insisting that this would secure modelling jobs. This is a LIE!! They do put you up in a cheap hotel, and even buy you a Nando's, but rush through the filming, and scenic shots (in Derby), the end result being 68 seconds worth of footage!!! They then promise that they will promote this showreel, starting on their own website, but this DOES NOT HAPPEN!! They just send you the link, so that you can put it on your own social media platforms. Nathan, (the boss), may even give you a ride in his brand spanking new white Porsche Carrera, obviously paid for by disgruntled, potential models, who have fallen for the exact same trick. I did contact the company, complaining about the fact that they were just nothing more than a scam agency, but received no response. I know that there are decent models agencies out there, but trust me when I say, this is not one of them!! Those who have written positive reviews, have probably been PAID to do so. ICONS IS A SCAM AGENCY!!!!

Great assitance and coverage

DAN communicated with the hyperbaric chamber physician and operators when I had dcs on a dive vacation. They made it easy to get treatment. They checked up on me afterwards to verify my recovery was progressing. I told them it was progressing very slowly and they helped guide me through a series of doctors and tests and an easy manner. They left me with a strong impression of caring for the human, which you don't find with insurance companies.

I broke my heel in an accident in Indonesia, and had DAN's additional travel cover. Medical expenses were reiumbursed with no hassle or negotiating, and I was flown back immediately after receiving a doctor's note, with the flight paid in advance and airport assistance arranged. All the customer service was friendly, clear and quick. It was really valuable to have this seamless support at a very stressful time... which other companies, in my experience, make even worse to avoid paying out at all the costs. DAN was great, easy to contact and quick to help. Can't recommend it enough and although I hope never to need it again, I'll definitely renew my policy every year!

APPEARS TO BE A SCAM

Rip off - they appear to get you a low fare trip (however with looooong layovers). You show up at the airport or (thankfully like we did) check your flights the day before only to find out your trip has been "canceled" by "someone". You call fare terminal and they tell you they can rebook your flight if you pay $1100 more. If you object to that amount they claim "oops sorry" it's only $50 per leg to rebook, but it still somehow comes out to over $350. The call center is based in India. The website says they are in Iowa City, Indiana, but they are not registered with the secretary of state nor listed with the better business bureau. I called the airline and here is what they did: They booked the trip they were "selling us" through the airline's webpage [using that airline's "advantage" program - apparently stolen]. The next day, they canceled the trip, got a trip credit and had the credit emailed to themselves [I'd give you the email, but trust pilot doesn't allow that]. Per the airline's corporate fraud division it looks like the trip credit was converted or exchanged after that again - and perhaps more than once. The scammers used the trip credit to travel -or possibly sold it multiple times.

Le 4 octobre annulons la commande par téléphone, car pas reçu et enregistreur que nous voulions emporter à l’île Maurice (cadeau), départ le 8 octobre. Annulation prise en note par le correspondant. Le 15 octobre mail nous avertissant de la livraison. Répondons que nous sommes absents jusqu’au 22 octobre, donc ne pas livrer. A notre retour, aucun colis. Depuis, appels téléphoniques plus que réguliers (toujours le même correspondant, Nicolas), toujours promesses de remboursement. Et vendredi nous recevons par mail un document à remplir et signer: document qui devait, pour être valable, renvoyé dans les 8 jours après la date de livraison. De qui se moque-t-on? La date du mail sera un argument du retour trop tard du document. Fatiguée par tant de mauvaise fois je ne le renvoie pas, car pour moi c’est une façon de dire que ma réclamation est évidemment hors temps. Société à déconseiller à plus de 100% Casera

Online een bestelling geplaast op 22-10-2024. Verzending zou binnen 1 à 2 weken gebeuren. We zijn nu bijna een maand verder en het bestelde item is nog steeds niet geleverd. Reeds 2x contact opgenomen en 2x vertelt men mij iets anders. Niet aan te raden om hier online iets te bestellen. Edit: Na het antwoord onmiddelijk een mail verzonden. Tot op heden, nog geen antwoord mogen ontvangen. Vandemoer antwerpen dan maar gebeld. 3de antwoord mogen ontvangen. Eerste was: het item ligt bij de leverancier klaar om te verzenden. Dat word volgende week bij ons geleverd. (niet dus). Tweede was: het item ligt (blijkbaar) nog steeds klaar bij de leverancier, maar wegens een softwareprobleem was er nog niets verzonden. Derde was: het item ligt nog steeds klaar bij de leverancier (dat ligt daar al een héle tijd blijkbaar), maar wegens een verhuis, is dat nog niet verzonden. Men gaf aan dat dat volgende week (weeral) in Antwerpen zou aankomen. Ik kijk alvast uit naar de volgende uitleg. :-( Edit: Refund aangevraagd. Levering van een alternatief zou vandaag gebeuren. Eerst zegt men (in antwerpen) dat de band vandaag zou geleverd worden, maar dan weet men van niets? Dit is de laatste keer dat ik ook maar iets online bij hun heb besteld. Zes weken verder en niets vooruit geraakt.

The Co5 Pro was delivered within a few days but the display screen was damaged. E mailed Samebike and within seven days a new display was sent and I fitted with no problems nice easy job. Ordered scooter for my daughters birthday, they sent the wrong one however she decided to keep it as it was her main birthday present & was eager to ride. Within 2 months the scooter broke in 2 places, one we fixed our selves but the handle has come off which operates the scooter so she is no longer able 2 ride. I have called numerous times & keep getting told it’s not covered under warranty & someone will call me back but they never do. I’ve also sent a email with pictures of the problem and no response. Avoid buying anything from this company. Looks good but cheaply made & very bad service once you have purchased.

FRAUD site! Avoid at all costs

Scam site!! Do not use. After purchasing my child a scooter for Christmas after 3 or 4 uses it broke, spoke to scootzy, no warranty, they could not do anything, eventually they agreed for me to send back the scooter so it could be repaired, however I would have to pay for the return, which I did and the scooter was tracked and received with them back in February, we are now in May - still no refund, still no scooter. I have since been advised that its a scam site, do not waste your money, you will end up out of pocket with a dodgy scooter. They are a complete fraud company.

Purchased an electric scooter online in December 2020 as a Christmas present for my daughter. It did not work so it was returned. The short story is that its now the end of April 2021 and I have no scooter or refund. Unfortunately I now have to go through the courts to retrieve my money back. The man who I have spoke to on the phone regarding this matter is very rude and unhelpful. Please be very careful if buying from here, you may be left out of pocket.

Update- June ‘21 Daughters scooter finally returned in May-LED lights hanging off/ scratches to frame: offered a replacement, still awaiting this,but will not replace with original product. Sons scooter has also been returned for repair of belt 3 weeks ago - no contact from company. Bought StHawk 2020 e scooter as Christmas presents for my children. My daughters charging port dislodged on boxing day – returned to scootzy for repair on Jan 4th. It’s now end of March and we still haven’t had any update on when it will be returned. The company do not keep you informed of what’s happening – despite numerous phone calls. Finally informed in late Feb that the warehouse that does the repairs is shut due to lockdown – shame it took them 8 weeks to tell me that. I have had no update since. My sons scooter broke after a couple of weeks (after very infrequent use) – the belt snapped. After discussion with scootzy they informed me they only have a 1 week guarantee and I could purchase a replacement belt online. £8 later it has been fitted but is now so noisy my son won’t use it! So essentially – products not great! Customer service - helpful when you chase them but seem to be unable to rectify issues!

A fuir absolument. C’est une escroquerie. J’ai commandé une robe à 30€ qui ne correspond absolument pas à la photo. La qualité est tellement médiocre qu’elle est importable. Tapis commandé via le site Veepee, il a mis un mois à être livré mais c’était prévu. Livraison impeccable et tapis vraiment bien emballé. Petit défaut dans le tapis (fils brun dans un tapis crème). Seul bémol c’est qu’il était humide à l’arrivée, et qu’il a comme une odeur de renfermé. Mais je suis globalement satisfaite de mon achat j’espère que l’odeur partira avec le temps.

Ce mois-ci (février 2025), je commande un tapis 160 x 230cm sur le site Maison du Monde (commande N°009081108). Très beau, mais arrivé tellement compressé que 10 jours plus tard, malgré des poids dessus, il n'a toujours pas reprit forme. De + il comporte un défaut à un coin. Après réclamation, photos à l'appui, je suis remboursée. Dans la foulée car j'adore cette collection (TULUM) je commande 2 autres tapis (commande N° 009150202), plus petits qui arrivent en 24h. Au déballage, tapis très compressés, très gondolés, qui comportent tous les 2 de nombreux défauts (des fils marrons dans un motif blanc, des fils qui sortent de la trame, bref, la cata... Je contacte immédiatement l'entreprise, rebelote, envoi de photos justifiant ma demande de remboursement. L'entreprise me fait parvenir un bon de retour via GLS, sauf que le relais le plus proche est à 28km (soit 56km aller-retour). Etant handicapée je ne peux m'y rendre. J'ai bien compris que j'avais perdu de l'argent, que malgré les photos envoyées à peine 1h après la réception, Nazar Rugs doit penser que je le fais exprès ??, ou peut-être que je veux des tapis gratuits ??...Mais bon, quand on achète un ou plusieurs tapis, on veut qu'ils soient conformes à la description. Je ne recommande pas cette société, qui vous traite bien au 1er problème mais qui vous ignore aux suivants. 3 tapis d'affilés défectueux, ce n'est certainement pas la faute de l'acheteur ! Je déconseille vivement l'achat de tapis de cette marque...

Totalement déçue j'avais une bonne image d'eux mais PLUS JAMAIS je ne recommanderais cette entreprise à qui que ce soit. J'ai reçu un tapis défectueux et pour le retourner, à ma grande surprise, les frais de port sont à ma charge !!!! J'ai envoyé des photos justifiant et montrant bien le défaut mais il ne veulent rien savoir ! COMMUNICATION DIFFICILE MAIS TRÈS JOLIS TAPIS

J’ai commandé 3 tapis de cuisine sur ce site le 08/12/24, l’argent a de suite été débité sur mon compte mais pas de tapis depuis 🤷‍♀️(25/12/24) Pas de numéro de téléphone sur le site pour les appeler. J’ai envoyé 2 messages (via leur site par le biais de « contactez nous ») pour savoir ce qu’il en était et redonner à leur service mon numéro de téléphone et mon mail. Mais absolument RIEN . Nous sommes en période de fêtes ,ok, mais s’expliquer par mail ne prend que que quelques minutes. Je suis TRÈS TRÈS TRÈS déçue. On se sent « pigeonné » ? ARNAQUÉ ? Les prochains jours me le diront mais j’en ai bien peur… J+1 par rapport à la publication de mon avis ci dessus = la DGCCRF à qui j’avais expliqué le problème m’envoie une réponse du site, à savoir que j’ai du être contacté par sms ou mail et que mes tapis ont été livrés à un point relais en respectant le délais de livraison (ce qui est vrai). Comment pouvais je le savoir 😳 car personne ne me l’a dit ! J’ai donc récupéré mes tapis. GLS les y avait déposés ! Pas la 1ere fois que je suis déçue par ce transporteur … Au final, très satisfaite de mes tapis. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de confirmation de commande par mail, numéro de suivi des commandes et transporteur débordé 🤷‍♀️ Pour autant très bon rapport qualité/prix. Faites une capture d’écran de chaque commande passée sur le site et si vous n’avez pas de nouvelles dans les jours de livraison estimée, allez voir au point relais le plus proche

At a comfortable pace I could compose and publish 25 poems. Farida Khan the publication consultant was always in her job in the background. Mujtaba Feroze Shah made excellent illustrations and Roosha Debnath gave very useful suggestions while proof-reading. The formatting errors which remain are entirely mine, there are not many; I notice editing of 2 words as well as decreasing all line spaces by 1 will improve readability, and I am much relieved that I can make these changes at this stage i.e. two weeks after the book went live. Thank you for a delightful publication process..

The Writers Challenge UK England

I have had a good excused for other flyers and a also a terrible experience with this. First of all my applications of jotform were lost to the process. It was a huge concern as I ended up with lost images and basically having to reset my own typesetting and record by my private accounts in cloud which cost me more in the long run. However after three books published I have been able to use it to recap my learning development and provide a few slim volumes. I have yet to recover any contact with them since the last books publication date and two manuscripts in further books are still missing. However I quite like the little slim volumes. I have sourced my ability to put my books to another placement of availability in the wider impacts on it being something. I want to complete my collections in a whole series. I'm still awaiting a threshold to passage on the renumeration of payment. I never actually received my author copies, authorised sales never sit accurately and as yet I am not recieving a payment from sales assistant my own FSA will not entertain their paye as a safe service client handler. After a message breach of data and loss of earnings from the wider project I set down I would like Bookleaf to make arrangements to improve their paye for book sales and the statistics that I can see for my own bookkeeping. I'm a little disappointed with some aspects. Very polite people mostly when they do respond yet I would like to keep my collections as my own style and in the same format. I would appreciate also someone from The Bookleaf Publishing Company for Authorisation and Author relations to get in touch please because I want to ask how to deter the predators that sold me out and exploited for 25p a copy when the books effectively retail at £8.99 per book. It is a very good service if it runs smoothly yet the experience has not been as enjoyable as it might of been. Its sad but if I do not hear something soon it's likely I will explore new avenues for publication production. Very interesting experience yet I do not want to be misunderstood. I am wondering how to explain this to my bookkeeping as this huge expense has also caused damage to my other copyright. Be careful on processes and applications. Otherwise an interesting experience in writing development. Can someone get in touch with me by email please at Bookleaf?

Bookleaf are questionable. I had issues at the beginning, the book took 9 months to publish with them ignoring my requests. Then I saw it was live they never told me. Excuses and incompetency from the person assigned. Recently I looked on Amazon its taking months for delivery of the book. I asked for my money from sales.They tell me they cant pay me because I don't have Paypal. Told me to open a Paypal account. I told them that Paypal are not very hinest people so I closed my account because they failed to keep my transaction safe and I was owed money. Thus far no money back at all. The books is way overpriced. People show an interest but when they see how small it is and the price they decline. I was warned they were scammers after the 21 day writing challenge.This is not what being an author is all about, They caused me nothing but trouble alas, Avoid. Do KDP at Amazon it you want to be an author.

I had a book published by Bookleaf as part of a writing challenge. Progress was incredibly slow including getting any information from them. I have had several sales from people (clients and others) and yet a year later no detail or information from Bookleaf on sales, or royalties that are due to me. In all honesty it's a bit of a scam.
