Avoid at all costs

Me and my partner were given a section 21 eviction notice after living there for many many years, and Gray House were solely responsible and created this mess. We prided ourselves on being perfect tenants. My experience of them was greedy, sneaky liars... They mentioned the property was to be redeveloped, but after seeing the property relisted online many months later it was simply just redecorated. I would not recommend this letting agency at all. Liars, and cheats... On top of this, the property had a mouse infestation during our stay, and the letting agency refused to do anything about it. Awful....

A positive and even sweet experience!

Three days ago I ordered two Yaesu GS-065, today I received them in Paris. I did not expect it at all, mainly because the delivery status update on the website did not work and until the moment of receiving the parcel indicated that the courier service did not pick up my order from the company warehouse... I do not know whose problem this is, the store or the courier service, but I am still happy to receive the order quickly. The packaging turned out to be MUCH better than I expected for an order that is basically impossible to break. These are heavy duty bearings, you know... I respect this approach! Inside the parcel I found gift coasters for mugs and an advent calendar with chocolates inside in honor of the approaching Christmas, it is very nice!

I had asked them i am okay to wait if the same color can be made available else issue a refund. Disappointing customer service and broken trust after 8 years

After being a customer for 8 years, I had a terrible experience with their customer service. It started after I received my order: a CS-818 antenna tuner. During testing, I noticed the tuner wasn't working correctly. So I emailed Wimo. The next day, I received a reply from the support team saying I need to return the tuner for warranty repair or exchange. So I shipped it back to them. A little more than one week after they received the tuner, I emailed their support to ask for the current status. They replied that they shipped a replacement to me. Everything went normally up to this point. So then I received the replacement tuner. It included a handwritten, dated and signed note from one of their employees indicating that the replacement tuner was tested. It also included a repair note written in German which I don't understand. So you would expect that everything will work normally, right ? Well, unfortunately it didn't. The replacement unit showed similar issues as the first unit I had received. I was surprised that Wimo didn't notice this during testing since I noticed it almost immediately. It shows that they didn't test it properly before shipping it to me. I emailed their support again, saying that the replacement tuner has issues too. And I asked for a solution and why they didn't notice it first. I even included a video for them as a proof. After 10 days of not receiving a reply, I emailed Wimo again but using their general email address. The next day, they replied by saying my message was forwarded to the support team and that they would contact me ASAP. But after almost 3 (!) weeks, I hadn't heard anything from them... I had the feeling they were just ignoring me and didn't want to admit their mistake. I decided to give them a call. The person on the phone says no one from support is available and asks me to call back the next morning. A bit strange since their website clearly shows a phone number with a title above saying "Support". So I call back the next morning. I explain the whole story and confront them by asking why they don't reply to my emails and to finally provide me with a solution. Guess what they did? They just HUNG UP the phone! (Yes, you read that right). At first, I thought it was accidental but after reading other reviews, it turns out I'm not the first one to experience this... Seriously Wimo?! Is this how you treat your customers? By ignoring them and not wanting to admit your mistake? I called them back (3rd time...) and got the same person on the phone. He apologised (it didn't really sound sincere) and said he would send me a shipping label so that I can return the tuner. But ofcourse I didn't receive it until I send them (yet) another email 3 days later... They provided the shipping label and claimed they "try to solve this issue as quick as possible" (while I had reported it 1 month earlier and not getting response to my emails...). So eventually I shipped it back and got a refund. These events have seriously damaged my trust in Wimo. And I really doubt I would buy anything from them again in the future. I do hope they will evaluate internally want went wrong here so that other customers don't have to experience the same thing ever again!

Schade dass der angeblich größte deutsche Händler nicht selbst einen Stand auf der aktuellen Messe Hamradio 2024 hat und hier ausstellt. Stattdessen gibt er online Rabatte, das ist unserer Meinung nach kein Fair Play den anderen Ausstellern gegenüber, die jedes Jahr hierher kommen! Unser Fazit, wir bestellen nichts mehr bei Wimo und ein Hoch an die kleinen und großen präsenten Händler hier in Friedrichshafen vy 73 de OE3YCB und OE3MZC und einer großen Gruppe von hamradio Freunden

Tæpper og gardiner med pletter og mærkelig lugt på værelset . Væreslet har en vibe af et gammelt asylcenter , virker meget forladt . Vi har ikke mødt andre mennesker på hotellet . Hele toilettet er løst når man sætter sig på det . Vi kommer ikke tilbage her og vil ikke anbefale dette sted til nogen. Vi har svært ved at skulle sove her i nat og overvejer stærkt at kører hjem mod sjælland igen,

Første gang vi har boet på…

Første gang vi har boet på havnehotellet i Århus... Værelset overraskede positivt og så med udsigt til vandet... Det fungere bare med dørkode og dejligt med gratis parkering ved nem registrering.... God information på mail til dette. Et stort minus var morgenmaden....rundstykker var ikke bagt ordentligt færdig så smagte af dej... Meget skrabet udgave af udvalg og kun 1 marmelade ( den billigste jordbær) men kan heller ikke forvente for meget til 50,-... Ville hellere have givet lidt ekstra og der var højnet på standarden... Flot med fri te og kaffe under opholdet, men kaffen var tynd så ikke den bedste smagsoplevelse... Vi kommer gerne igen, men vælger så morgenmad et andet sted.

Nu har vi været både på det i Vejle og det i Herning og begge steder var fantastiske, rent, pænt, hyggeligt og utrolig høflig og medmenneskelig kundeservice der ville gøre alt for at vi var glade og tilfredse. Jeg har aldrig modtaget så meget godhed og venlighed nogen steder før i hele mit liv, ikke engang på alle de luksus hoteller vi har været på før jeg opdagede bb hotels var der så venlige og hjertevarme personale bag mails. Ville ønske jeg kunne give 10000000000 stjerner og mere til :) Vi kommer 100% igen hver gang vi skal bruge hotel :)

Dejlig udsigt til vand

Vi har haft to overnatninger på “Havnehotellet” i Aarhus. Det var en super fin beliggenhed lige ud til marinaen og relativt tæt på centrum. Hotellet var fint og pænt og havde en god indretning. Morgenmaden havde det, man havde brug for. Der var fri adgang til kaffe og te hele døgnet. Selvbetjeningen ved check-in og -ud giver fleksibilitet. Der er desuden fri parkering, hvis man lige husker at registrere den. Et minus er, at hvis vi ikke havde fået en rabatpris, så havde det været for dyrt i forhold til, hvad man får. Desuden var servicen, dvs. tallerkner, krus osv. ikke så rent. Så en bedre opvaskemaskine eller en bedre skylning inden vask ville gøre underværker.

Turisthotellet i Frederikshavn

Havde en enkelt overnatning inden jeg skulle til Læsø. Fungerede upåklageligt med booking og med dørkode. Rent værelse og rent hotel, dog ikke gulvet på badeværelset. Meget lyt fra de andre værelser!! Velanrettet morgenmad. Der er ikke noget fancy eller specielt over det, men det fungerede fint for en overnatning, det er billigt, og man får hvad der bliver lovet på hjemmesiden. Det kunne have været rart med et håndklæde til badeværelset, så jeg ikke skulle bruge det samme efter toiletbesøg og i fm. bad.

Paid $$$ up front - sent me lotsa things but aligners did not fit properly, cracked a crown - and when I contacted them about the problem they sent me another impression kit and never sent the new ones. Then I tried to contact them...they cancelled my account and sent the following: This is Tony with the Clinical Support Team. Thank you very much for your patience throughout this process. We are happy to support you in the next steps of your smile journey. We understand you’ve been waiting for your additional aligners, and to make sure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information, we’ve temporarily CANCELED your order. Don’t worry, we’re here to help you move forward as quickly as possible. To move forward, we just need a little more information. First, we’ll provide you with a $400 reimbursement to cover the costs of your dental visit and scan. This reimbursement will be credited to your account once you provide your credit or debit card information?HERE.?Please let me know when you've completed the form. Once you’ve received the reimbursement, please visit your local dentist and provide the following information: A digital scan to help us customize your treatment for the best results. I was at the end of my treatment in Oct…

I was at the end of my treatment in Oct 2024 when they stopped services and indicated I needed to go to my dentist to get a letter indicating I was not at risk for the various issues that were surfacing for some clients. I only needed my retainers and indicated as recently as June of 2024 my dentist had given full authorization for me to use/continue Byte. (I had to do this as I had two crowns done.) We went in circles via email communications as I could not get back in to see my dentist for over a month and that the letter on file already indicated that my dentist gave approval- but Byte still refused to send me my retainers. (I already had the top retainer- just needed the bottom.) I have since found another company that made my bottom retainer and now only order retainers with them. That was so frustrating and left me with a really bad view of Byte. I am lucky that I was at the end of my treatment and did not need any more alignments.

AWFUL CRIMINAL SERVICE

AWFUL, AWFUL,AWFUL!!!!! Don't waste your time or money. Awful customer service, awful care, no access to real people or the provider that is listed on our care plan. I find this particularly criminal after paying for the aligners, I paid for the warranty for lost aligners and have not been able to get them replaced.. After months of requesting them, and sending multiple pictures and answering repeated questions, they have only replied with a demand for me to sign a waiver of holding them responsible for the outcome of my teeth. On the letter it requires me to go to a local american dentist and get checked before they are able to communicate with me or issue any new aligners (ones I have already paid in full). Problem with that, I live in another country and have no access to an American dentist, so my entire care is now void after they took my money. I have called MULTIPLE TIMES AND no one picks up or calls back. By email, they send a demand for me to sign that they are NOT responsible for the outcome of my teeth. I am stuck with nothing, reoccurring bill over 2k and a lot of frustration. I need a refund, so that I can seek care in the country I am in and there is no customer service to review the gross incompatibility of their new demands and my geographic circumstance. BYTE: PLEASE DON'T REPLY WITH A FORM LETTER THAT YOU CAN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE THROUGH TRUST PILOT. YOU DO NO NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS VIA CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE NUMBER OF YOUR HEAD OFFICE. I NEED MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN FIND A LOCAL ORTHODONTIST. IT HAS BEEN A YEAR OF NO RESULT.

This company is a scam. The treatment didn’t work. My teeth are still not straight after completing the treatment. I have been reaching out for weeks, Sending pictures, looking for some kind of resolution. All I wanted was for a product to work, and it didn’t . Shame on me for not doing more research on this company before doing business with them. Lots of websites including the BBB and Reddit have horror stories. I’m sure this company will be out of business soon. The worse part is they will Probably rebrand and do it again under a different name. It’s a shame. If you’re looking for treatment DO NOT go with byte. You will be disappointed. You’re better off paying a little more and going through your dentist.

This company has the worst customer service ever. I’ve been trying to reach them for a month, and they take weeks to respond—only to offer no real solutions. My aligners don’t fit, my teeth are shifting, and they want $800 for a new pair after I already paid $2,000. You have to fight to communicate with them through endless emails, typing so much just for them to ignore you. They never answer calls, and their Trustpilot rating speaks for itself. Horrible experience.

So far all good. I have quite a few sets of Carbon wheels (Most are Hunt) and some are much better than others. Having a set of Scribe wheels that failed on me and the response from Scribe was rubbish I thought it time to try someone else. I live in France and contacted Zed about a week before heading back to the UK. Response was really quick, the pulled the build out of a hat and got the wheels ready for me to pick up in the UK when I went back for a few weeks. So far so good. They have been under me on my Ti winter bike for the last 1000 plus miles and they seem absolutely fine. True and straight, bearings and free hub all fine. I cant honestly say if they are better than Hunt or others at this stage. They are lighter and cheaper than Hunt. These two factors along with the fact that they are a fine set of wheels so far are making me think of buying a second set. thanks Lee. All good so far.

I was really happy with my Zed wheels…until

I was really happy with my Zed wheels until the rear wheel deformed while pumping it up (doesn't seem to be an isolated case). No problem though as it was covered by warranty. I took the wheel into the workshop 3 months ago and still haven't had it back. No ETA given yet so am left wondering if I'll ever see it again? UPDATE. In fairness the offer of a loan wheel only came after I requested it 3 months after my wheel had broken, I only rejected it on the basis you informed me my wheel would be back within a few weeks so perhaps a slightly disingenuous offer. Anyway, the wheel is finally back, working perfectly so hopefully there won't be a need for it to come back for repair again.

Unparalleled ride quality & customer service

I've wanted a pair of Zed wheels for years, their reputation for performance lightweight hand built wheels preceded them! When my current wheels were in for repair I had no back up & it seemed a good opportunity. I had the pleasure of meeting Lee & Susanna in person, great to put a face to the brand, not something you get with big manufacturers. The wheels themselves are off the scale in terms of quality and performance, I raced them last night and narrowly missed a win, but won a bunch sprint for second. Zed went the extra mile for me in building the wheels incredibly fast but with no compromise, I highly recommend Zed who are passionate about providing great customer service, providing tailor made wheels using the best materials in producing wheels that are unlike anything I've ridden before. I'll not be looking elsewhere for the next wheel set!

I ordered supposedly from their website 10 sheets of Silent Coat (the brand, which was even pictured in the right branded box and the bubbled sheets); sound deadening self-adhesive sheets. It's not from silent coat and it was 20 sheets half the size, the quality is not as good as from Silent Coat or Dodo. I just weighed and compared them, the non branded ones are definitely thinner and less weighty by 80 grams per sheet (257g vs 337g per equivalent sheet size). I am so disappointed. What a waste of money and looks like fraud! ******** I was contacted by the company a week later apologising and saying that I should have been called by a member of staff to tell me that they were having supply issues with this particular product. And that the sheets that were set out were from the same factory in China just non-branded. He said they should have called to explain this and offered me the non-branded ones (instead of the Silent Coat Sound Deadening mats that were advertised and paid for) and not just sent to me. Also the invoice that was in the package, with the non-branded (non-air bubbled mats) still was saying Silent Coat sound deadening mats - no indication that this was not it! So if someone didn't know the product already, they would just think this was what they got? It is still a bit of a mystery to me. Either way, I did get contacted back and I did get a free return ticket, free pick up and my refund. Hence, I may have just been unlucky with this particular product at this time and have upped the stars from 1 to 4. Thank you for sorting it!

Don't believe the warranty. Marketing only?

The service was a major disappointment. At first, during the sales process, they were attentive and prompt. Yet, after I inquired about the warranty, the quality of customer service declined sharply. Now, there is only silence. A warranty is valuable only when it is respected. Promising a 10-year warranty is simple if there's no intention to honor it. Ignoring a customer to avoid addressing the issue is even more disheartening.

My only other option, it's to pay for return shipping back to them. They did offer me the second option. Not to return it and they'll refund me half the price. Why should I pay for half the price? When i'm unable to use the dresses. I asked them if they just let me have the dresses if it's such an issue. I was told I needed to pay $9.99 for the return shipping label. But, that department was going through an update, so if I wanted to get the return label from them; I'd have to wait for it. They gave me the option to return it on my own using whatever carrier I wanted. The refund is in the form of a salesdress gift card not to your credit card. This is Bad Business. Very poor company, I ordered my tiles and then was told that they had been discontinued and they could not supply. They pushed me to try and buy an alternative. I asked them to tiles I had originally ordered off the website and they are still in there over 1 month later. They continue to blame this on the website team. We all know it is because they want to take an order even if they can’t fulfil it. Very poor - avoid. They also collect reviews just for a tile sample. This is how they seem to have a decent review in Google. Avoid.

Awful experience, would not recommend at all

I can't tell you how much I regret ordering tiles with this company. Ordered the Orson Classic Patterned Tile after seeing a sample that we were happy with. Once we received the full order of the tiles, we realised that there is a 'distressed' look to the tile that makes it look continually dirty and smeared in mud. Contacted their customer service department who provided a very disappointing response as (1) didn't acknowledge that the sample didn't match the actual tile (2) wouldn't allow us to return the tiles as their policy is you can only return the complete order and not part of the order (3) wouldn't provide a link to leave a product review of the tiles so I'm not able to leave a product review on their website to warn other customers. They offered us £25 as a 'goodwill gesture' but this seems paltry in comparison to spending over £450 on tiles we don't want. I really don't understand how this company has so many 5 star reviews. This product alone seemingly has 46 reviews with an average rating of 4.8. It doesn't make sense. I wouldn't trust any of the reviews on their site or ever order from them again. Hope this helps other people who are considering ordering from them.

Really good service and great choice of tiles. I ordered a sample which arrived in about 2 days, even over the Xmas period. I then went on to order the tiles for my bathroom. I could pick up for free or pay for delivery; I wouldn’t expect free delivery on such a heavy item so whilst an annoying additional cost it’s got to be expensive. And the overall cost was still compatible to local tile retailers with less to chose from. They were delivered on the day requested even in the snow! And the deliver driver was brilliant. I would recommend.

Poor communication that they are now called the Entertainer and not ELC at some sites despite the confirmation email displaying ELC branding. When Googling the store it was not found therefore had to go with the shopping centre opening times, 60 minute round trip to find the Entertainer doesn’t open on Sundays, furthermore - it’s odd that they don’t offer delivery on the item purchased. I’m a new parent and won’t be using them again.

Sadly I had a terrible experience with AWS. Having read good reviews I Took my t4 in with occasional starting issues and a leaky windscreen. Was told drop it in on Monday and it’ll be fixed by the end of the week. Long story short they ended up having my van (daily drive) for well over 6 weeks! They didn’t keep me updated (until we called them), they also took it upon themselves to strip my fuel pump without either giving me a price first or having the parts to rebuild it in stock. This caused my van to become un drivable until parts which were on back order arrived as well as charging over £300 over their original quote (and what other rebuild companies which did have the parts were charging) for the privilege. When I finally went to collect my van (which they claimed to have test drove), the throttle stuck on as I left their yard, (caused by something having not being tightened properly), the next day the coolant warning light came on as the coolant was too low (radiator not bled properly), at this point I noticed my battery cover was missing which I had to ask them to send in the post. Not what I expected from a specialist and being over charged just added insult to injury. Disappointing really as I saw the body work they do on the Facebook videos and it’d have been handy to find a local specialist who could do that kind of work. I was offered a free service which I declined.

A 9 x 12 outdoor rug should be shipped as a cylinder.. It came folded and I think it will be Spring before it flattens out.

Wrong colour rug supplied, no response from Beverly Rug

I’m surprised that Beverly Rug even want my review after the emails, and calls to there customer support, unfortunately they didn’t respond, the rug supplied is the wrong colour to the one I ordered like so many other reviews I wish I had read before placing my order, hopefully this review will stop someone else from experiencing the same error and absolutely no response from Beverly Rug

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering, as so many others I’ve received the right sized rug, correct range but the wrong colour and have tried for two days to get a responce from Beverly Rugs but nothing, atrocious after sale and customer service (if they exist at all) be warned!

Customer Service Sucks

I hate to be so blunt in my review title, but I have tried contacting this company to set up a return for the past few weeks. I have left phone messages at the merchant's, contacted through Amazon Pay, emailed, Instagram page, and on their chat on their website. No response whatsoever after dozens of messages. Do not believe the positive reviews, they can't possibly be true. Check out the negative customer service reviews similar to mine and you will run in the other direction. I'm left with a less than desirable product and out over $70.

Happy Door Trustpolit 812-22 After Terri Armstrong arranged an appointment, Brad Dolan did a walk thru my detached house, made a written offer and wrote “no rush to respond”. When I responded agreeing to his offer, he wrote back, “unfortunately we are going to have to pass on the purchase.” The next evening, I see an ad on CTV Ottawa for Happy Door saying they are buying houses for cash. This company has total disregard for the nabours of where they work ,despite numerus complaints they don't react ,This company dug a hole in the road and left for three months with an unsafe metal plate covering it ,which dislodged regularly they noise when traffic goes over the metal plates is extremely loud ,far above except able level !!!!!!!

Bestellt und kam in der angebenden Zeit. Preis war ok, Lieferzeit mit mehr als einer Woche fand ich etwas lang. Im Lieferzeitraum und der Konversation kam es mir vor, dass die Ware erst nach meiner Bestellung beim Hersteller bestellt wurde. Das würde die lange Lieferzeit erklären.

Finger weg von diesem Händler!

Wir haben Ware im Wert von knapp 700€ bestellt und zügig Vorkasse bezahlt. Die Lieferzeit war mit 7-11 Werktagen angegeben. Als nach zwei Wochen noch keine Liefernachricht kam, haben wir nachgefragt. Die Ware sei am Lager aber werde nicht zugestellt. Die auf der Rechnung ausgewiesenen (und bereits bezahlten) Versandkosten seien nicht kostendeckend, wir sollten 200% der Versandkosten nachzahlen. Hierfür fehlt jedwede rechtliche Grundlage, aber wir brauchten die Ware. Als sie dann endlich geliefert wurde, war es keine Neuware, wie bestellt, sondern hatte eindeutige Gebrauchsspuren und war teilweise sogar beschädigt. Von Sopo gab es keinerlei Bereitschaft, den Gewährleistungspflichten nachzukommen. So einen schlechten Shop haben wir noch nie erlebt!

Ware defekt geliefert und 4 Tage später gemeldet. Rückversand und Versand eines Austauschgeräts musste selbst gezahlt werden. Aufpreis von ca. 150 €! Besser bei einem seriösen Anbieter bestellen.

Arnaque !!!

Nous souhaitons vous faire part de notre retour concernant les soi-disant 16 heures de ménage effectuées dans un logement de 78m2 ! Il vrai qu’il y avait du travail à faire dans le logement mais le sol n’a même pas été nettoyé !! En passant un coup de chiffon par terre, le sol était noir !!! Ni aspirateur ni serviette n’ont été passé !! Nous avions insisté sur certaines choses qu’il fallait prioriser et faire et cela n’a pas été fait. La base, le minimum n’a pas été faite. Quand nous sommes rentrés nous n’avons même pas vu la différence !! Nous sommes extrêmement déçus et irrités par la manière dont la prestation a été faite. Surtout au prix que cela a coûté !! Cela s’appelle de l’arnaque ! L’incompétence a été démontrée par le résultat. La question qu’on se pose c’est qu’est-ce qui a été fait par 4 personnes en 16 heures de ménage au prix de 600€ ???

Service déplorable et gestion…

Service déplorable et gestion chaotique. J’ai subi une surfacturation due à leur système de pointage défaillant, qu’ils ont reconnu mais partiellement corrigé, laissant mon crédit d’impôt impacté. Leur communication est contradictoire et confuse, rendant toute demande de régularisation interminable. Pire encore, j’ai dû attendre deux mois sans réponse à mes mails et messages avant d’avoir enfin une prise en charge de ma réclamation. Un service client inexistant qui ignore les clients une fois les factures encaissées. Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, malgré ma demande confirmée d’arrêt des prélèvements, ma dernière facture a tout de même été débitée sans mon accord. Une preuve supplémentaire de leur manque de sérieux et d’organisation. Aucune prise de responsabilité, que des excuses et des justifications vagues. Heureusement, j’ai mis fin à cette collaboration et ne les recommanderai à personne.
