Trist og kedelig, bort set fr- ……….

Min kone og jeg bestilte fiskefilet og fiskefrikadeller med pomfrits. Fisk og frikadeller var der ikke noget i vejen med, men pomfritterne var stort set uspiselige. Man skulle tro pomfritterne var flere dage gamle ud over at være tørre, kedelige og gummiagtige. Meget få og enkelte var friske og sprøde og kunne spises, resten blev efterladt og så ryger de vel i frituren igen og igen. Næste gang er vi mere påpasselige med at bestille med po fritter.

Ahora he comprado la funda de invierno para el bebé y ha llegado en 2 días. He de decir que cuando tuve el problema de dirección les escribí en español y ellos me contestaron sin problema (ellos escribieron en inglés)

Hemos hecho un pedido de una mochila portabebes y viendo que no llegaba les mandé un correo electrónico (tienes que escribir en inglés) y la respuesta fue que se habían equivocado y que no había tantas mochilas como demandas. Lo cobraron justo después de hacer el pedido. Me parece una gran estafa puesto que ahora estamos sin mochila, no nos han devuelto el dinero y nos han dicho que escojamos otra pero a ese precio (estaba rebajado) ya no hay mochilas. Muy mala gestión, contacto muy malo y no hay ningún teléfono de contacto para España. NO COMPREIS EN ESA PAGINA WEB.

After using the wrap of ergobaby for the first four months it's easy to make the step to the 360 Carrier. Fast to put on and get your baby inside . Our baby is feeling comfortable and when falling asleep, the high button to suport her head fits perfect. Nice extra is the sun/rain cap. Lasdraad op rol is verward en loopt vast.

Ik bestelde er lasdraad voor mijn Mig/mag toestel. Spijtig dat de draad niet mooi opgerold is waardoor de draad om de haverklap vastloopt en ontward moet worden. Dit kost tijd en uit ervaring met andere merken weet ik dat dit beter kan. Hopelijk zijn de andere rollen die ik bestelde in een betere toestand. De rol was niet strak opgespannen en mogelijks is de draad niet mooi meer opgelijnd door het transport?

18 days for a Next Day Delivery - and refused any responsibility

Paid extra for Next Day Delivery, but it took 18 days to arrive, and a delivery refund was refused. Worse than this was the attitude of denial and refusing feedback. Correct communications on their website or even an automated email, would have saved all those weeks of anxiety and frustration. If you are closing 3 days earlier than advertised on your site, then the customer does not know unless you tell them! This attitude shows there would be a general bad service if an issue comes up, so that is the risk you are taking for a cheap product. Detail... Bought a Christmas present on 20th December and paid the premium for Next Day Delivery. Double-checked all small print on their site, including a banner ad saying they cannot fulfill Christmas orders from 23rd. In the end I had to face Christmas without this particular gift being available. Incredibly embarrassing. In response they quoted things like 'as per our terms and conditions'. This would probably put off other people, but I had actually read all the small print before ordering so I know it was just a strategy to blame me. You have to wonder how many others have just put up with it because most people don't read all the small print first.

Per quanto riguarda la parte teorica, ovvero le lezioni in aula, sinceramente sono risultate di qualità scadente con alcuni docenti poco interessati a fare lezione. Oltretutto, parlo del 2022, eravamo già fuori emergenza Covid quindi non ci potevano essere scusanti. Mentre, per quanto riguarda il lato tirocinio, ritengo che ci sia stata poca attenzione per quanto riguarda la selezione delle aziende dove fare stage da parte dei responsabili.

Il voto è una media tra l'organizzazione del corso (molto scadente), la situazione attuale (pandemia da covid che sicuramente ha messo in difficoltà l'organizzazione delle lezioni, anche se poi si è abusato di questa "scusa") e l'obiettivo finale del corso, ovvero trovare lavoro. Il lavoro l'ho trovato grazie ad un docente del corso, quindi se non mi fossi iscritto sicuramente non sarei riuscito a trovare questo tipo di impiego (agente marittimo), e questo sicuramente è la nota più importante da sottolineare. Lo consiglierei? Se vuoi trovare lavoro si, se vuoi seguire una scuola che ti forma e ti prepara al mondo del lavoro credo di no (anche perché, molto importante da sottolineare, nel mezzo ci sono più di mille ore di stage NON RETRIBUITO che influiscono molto sulla recensione).

Corso logistica Venezia - Bella la confezione, scadente il contenuto

Si presentano molto bene, generando aspettative elevate che non reggono colla realtà. Gl'insegnanti sono effettivamente professionisti del settore, ma questo presenta anche diversi inconvenienti: Per loro questa è un'attività secondaria rispetto al lavoro “vero”, a volte abbiamo avuto settimane con 4 ore di lezione, in altre ne avevamo invece 36, a seconda degl'impegni degl'insegnanti le lezioni sparivano o comparivano a volte con scarso preavviso. Ma questo ci può stare, il vero problema è che non tutti avevano la capacità o la voglia d'insegnare, ci sono state delle scene imbarazzanti, due insegnanti li abbiamo avuti sia il 1° che il 2° anno e, durante quest'ultimo, per quasi tutto il tempo hanno ripetuto le lezioni del primo anno... devo ringraziare il covid perché, colle lezioni a distanza, ho potuto navigare in internet durante le loro lezioni invece di buttare completamente il tempo. Un altro professore, demotivato dal fatto di avere poche ore a disposizione, o sprecava il tempo che aveva facendo altro e chiudendo la lezione anche oltre 30 min. prima, o "spiegava" facendo chiacchere a caso sull'argomento. Per concludere l'insegnante di trasporti ferroviari, una persona peraltro degna di stima dal punto di vista professionale e umano, spiegava cose che potevano andare bene per il corso di conducenti treni, ma che per noi avevano un'utilità limitata (per dirne una dell'RWB non ci è stato detto nulla). Detto ciò diversi insegnanti erano veramente bravi, si sono impegnati e ci hanno dato molto, semmai qualcuno era limitato dal poco tempo che gli era stato assegnato. L'organizzazione del corso stessa risulta carente. Il coordinatore, troppo preso da altri incarichi e lavori, non riesce a seguire a dovere il corso, modifiche di orario e richieste da parte nostra venivano gestite in maniera approssimativa e inefficiente; spesso e volentieri non rispondeva alle domande degli studenti o dava risposte inconsistenti, generando un'impressione di abbandono e trascuratezza che ha generato un clima di sfiducia tale da rinunciare a segnalare i problemi cogl'insegnanti più scadenti. Una chicca: col Covid ci hanno anche fissato una lezione a distanza ore 9-13 e un'altra in presenza ore 14-18 con gente che abitava in provincia di Treviso o di Padova (meno male che è un corso di logistica...) e abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi che fossero entrambe in presenza. Io speravo che permettesse di ottenere competenze tali da essere presi in considerazione anche da aziende distanti da casa, ma mi sono dovuto ricredere, fornisce una buona base generale, in teoria bisognerebbe poi fare esperienza specifica durante lo stage presso un'azienda di nostro interesse, ma col covid molti hanno dovuto prendere quello che capitava. Tirando le somme molte lezioni sono interessanti e il curriculum acquisisce dei punti, nessuno lo nega, ma non sono sono tanto propenso a consigliare questo corso.

Sadly this item took far too long to arrive. Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas but didn't arrived until 29 Dec which left me having to buy another gift for the recipient. As comment below I was given a tracking number which was no use whatsoever as it doesn't track the item only confirms delivery (well, of course I will know if an item has been delivered). Item listed as located in KENT, on asking why it was taking so long it appears items are actually located in IRELAND not KENT, I would never have ordered it if I had known it would have so far to travel and take so long. When asked why listed in Kent they told me that the item is sent from Kent when they receive it from Ireland !?! What on earth is that about? Very disappointed, would never order from them again.

Appallingly slow delivery with lousy tracking.

Item ordered 26th Oct, item confirm dispatched on 28th Oct and supplied a Royal Mail tracking reference. Tracking number consistently states, ‘No updates, please check back again tomorrow’ so after a week elapses with no change or delivery I phone to check if there’s a problem. Apparently not. Yes my order WAS dispatched on 28th to Royal Mail using some Business Service arrangement Cork Farm have with them, no the business service they use won’t provide any en-route tracking details and will only update once the delivery has actually been made (erm… what on earth is the use of that for someone expecting to track a delivery and anticipate the delivery day) and, insult to injury, yes the business service they have set up with Royal Mail really does take the full 10 days to get from A to B. What on earth do Royal Mail do with these packages once they have them? Store them in a warehouse for a week before processing them and getting on with the logistics of delivery? Okay, I opted for the free delivery option, but as I do with very many online businesses but this from Cork Farm Equestrian genuinely is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Even the worst of the worse bargain couriers do a better and faster job making delivery. I cannot remotely recommend Cork Farm Equestrian’s ‘Free’ delivery, even if your order total qualifies you. One to avoid unless you’re happy paying extra for a delivery that doesn’t take the P***.

Super hyggelige områder hvor man kan sidde og hygge og godt med mad boder Dejligt med siddepladser i store telt, men meget uheldig i jam teltet til Signe og Rikke talk, da folk ikke forlod teltet, der havde været til tidligere arr. Handicap p. virkelig dårlig alt optaget da vi kom kl 12 onsdag og der var ikke andre p pladser i nærheden, så vi måtte parkere langt væk. Godt jeg havde min el-scooter, for er man dårligt gående, har man brug for at holde tæt på

Disappointing

Did not like this festival. Camping for 3 days and weather did not help. Many acts in small indoor venues which have queues that start hours prior so good luck getting in. Bad scheduling with acts, with big name artists with overlapping or near overlapping times. You need to start queuing hours prior to get into the closed venues. We were not allowed into the ‘open’ tent because of mud and had to observe from outside. So many dumb rules. Generally an older crowd. It has a small town feel with big town festival prices. That said, they did a good job with construction of the festival site. Lots of small bars with musicians which was enjoyable.

Tak for i år 👌👌👌 Min nr. 28 gang. Glæder mig over de nye gode tiltag der er kommet. Jeg ligger på handikap camping. Super at vejen op til toiletterne er blevet belagt med et bredt bånd ( Var der også sidste år ) Der er konstant lys over toiletterne. Det er bare super godt. Musikken var super godt og dejlige madboder. Flinke og lydhøre medarbejder. Kan dog savne at der for dem der kommer om søndagen - kun serveres toast hos campinghøkeren ! Der kunne godt serveres lidt andre ting. Spurgt ad og svaret var. Fordi sådan har det været altid 🤣🤣🤣 Så noget nytænkning og for at holde pengene hos festivalen i stedet for i selve byen.. Der kan sagtens laves andet end skinke/ost toast… Det ville også glæde andre Bænkene er virkelig et super godt tiltag… gerne lidt flere af dem 🙏🙏🙏 Er meget spændt og glæder mig rigtig meget til 50 års jubilæum næste år. 🤩 Bliver der så åbnet på Camping om lørdagen ? Det ville være fint, nu når i starter om onsdagen 😊 Vi ses næste år 😊

Super hyggelig og dejlig festival. Varieret musik, så alle kan finde noget de synes om. Jeg er glad for at der i der senere år har udviklet en bredere musikprofil, der tilgodeser et bredt publikum. I er lykkedes med at finde balancen, uden at det af den grund rykker i nærheden af pop eller mainstream. Det kunne være en god ide med nogle bænke ved toiletterne ved handicapområdet på campen. For at tilgodese denne kundegruppes behov. Kunne også godt ønske mig noget blues, der tilgodeser andet end Delta og countryblues undergenrene. Jeg husker min første festival hvor Louisiana Red gav et brag af en koncert. Eller B.B. King Tribute med b.la Mike Andersen og King James and his special men 😀

We had the WORST experience with this company for my wedding this past Friday. To start off, customer service is extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. I had email Sarah, the reservation manager, letting her know of our 2 trips and that I had texted the driver as she had requested, and that he had only given me a one word response (which did not still confidence) so he was not very chatty. She got extremely defensive and said that the drivers are working and I shouldn't expect a response, and that I should email her with any changes (which is NOT what she had originally told me on the phone). Then, I told her that I did not expect the driver to text me while he's at work, but to been more courteous and reassure us he understands directions, and that this is basic customer service, and then she got extremely aggressive and said that she would be happy to cancel the reservation (knowing full well we were hours from the wedding, so we were not going to try to find another vendor), and that I was stressing myself out "over nothing" since the directions are simple, and that I shouldn't be "giving them lessons on customer services because the service hasn't even started". I strongly disagree as the service takes place from the moment you interact with a company, having managed teams in customer service for years, this is the worst experience you could ever have as you lose confidence and get attacked by a vendor. This was the day before my wedding, and her response stressed me out and robbed me from having a better time in our rehearsal dinner, since I was so concerned with this service. The next day, on my wedding day, the driver was 15 min LATE to board guests towards the ceremony, and he wasn't EVEN PLANNING to board at all unless our guests had approached him and told him that we had to go. They mentioned he looked impaired and confused, and that he had to go to some lutheran church. Our guests corrected him and had to give him directions to the right place, in which he then said "he was only making one trip" (also WRONG as we paid $1500 for 2 TRIPS). He had the "simple" directions the customer service said completely wrong and was never planning to leave, completely irresponsible. Had it not been for our guests, 55 people would have not made it on time for my wedding ceremony. After the wedding ceremony, he had clear instructions to leave at a certain time since the waiting space at reception was limited, and he left 15 min EARLY, so people had to be cramped at the reception. I wish I was done here, but this driver also texted me, on my wedding day, saying "if's you want me to stay late you going to take care of me" (what in the world type of service is this?! can you imagine waking up on your wedding day reading this text? This whole thing gave me so unnecessary anxiety. Lastly, the wedding coordinator had told Sarah to give the driver her phone number so they didn't text me, and the driver at night ALSO texted me saying he had arrived instead of the coordinator, causing unnecessary coordination from my end as opposed to just relaxing on such a special day. I was to emphasized we paid $1500 for 2 trips, and NONE were correct, and everyone was rude, irresponsible, and completely unprofessional. The trip at night, which involved separate fees, was okay except that the driver texted me, the bride, directly for coordination. We will seeking a refund for such a horrible experience.

I had a damaged housing and the pictures and references required were unreasonable and unachievable. How is someone supposed to take a picture of a damaged item in the box with original packaging? how are you supposed to know it is damaged WITHOUT taking it out of the package. Hi to everyone For moving business who wants to do the jobs for Unpakt and customers: People book the move using the Unpakt platform. After, Unpakt hire small moving companies to perform the job. The companies do the job but the payment for the job receives the Unpakt, not the moving company. After, Unpakt is not paying the moving company for the job performed. The moving company calls them, send them multiple emails, and nothing. What are they doing is fraud and they need to be reported for stolen labor. Advice for customers: Book directly with a legit moving company. Don't use the Unpakt platform. They still hire moving companies and in the end, don't pay them. They are using people's money but this money goes into Unpakt pocket, not to the moving company who is moving you. BTW, When you go with Unpakt you pay approximately 20-30% more for your move.

Scheduled with unpakt 6 months prior to move. Was given 1 mover to choose from. unpakt charged me IN FULL 2 days before the move. Email, text and phone confirmations prior to the move. 1 hour before the move, the local company cancels. unpakt customer service was unavailable - NO HELP AT ALL. > unpakt is a referral service. That is all. The local mover they referred me to was horrible. Not much of vetting process here. > unpakt charges outrageously. The company I found (last minute, showed up within 2 hours) charged 60% of what unpakt did. AND they didn't charge until AFTER the job (except deposit). > unpakt customer service is the worst. No answer for several hours on the day their mover cancelled and I HAD to be out of my house. > I had to dispute the charges thru my CC company. THAT'S CORRECT: they no show, but wouldn't refund my money. Fraudulent.

Unpakt is ok, the movers were terrible

I've booked a move from Unpakt before and had awesome movers so thought I would use their services again but now wish I had booked my previous movers directly. I hated my movers from "Mega Move", they arrived 30 mins early (which was good) but as a single female mover I felt that the movers were trying to fleece me for money and take advantage of me at every turn. They first told me in real-time that I would be responsible for parking their parking ticket fine should they receive one because they had to park on a double yellow - the vehicle does not belong to me and therefore I should not be liable for paying for a parking ticket fee. They then took over an hour to get to my new apartment and then took slow painful steps to unpack my boxes. The mover then accused my inventory of being inaccurate when I had painstakingly counted my boxes and had in fact left many bags behind, this was the second attempt at fleecing money from me. After they had dumped my things I noticed that a few of my plants had been damaged in the move, the movers said nothing, and when I mentioned they said "that's why we usually don't move plants" - this was never conveyed to me before the move and if that was the case then I should not have been able to include the plants in my total inventory, I even ended up taking one plant out of the inventory and moving it on my own. I understand that some accidents might have happened along the way but ignoring it and not even bothering to mention it to me was beyond rude. The cherry on top was when they came to finally remove their coverings on my furniture, they didn't have a blade on them to remove the wrapping (what professional mover does not have a blade), and then they left their trash in my apartment. I'm beyond angry and wished that I had booked with my previous movers who were gracious and did not make me uncomfortable during my move.

Nightmare move, terrible customer support

I had a horrendous move booked with Unpakt. I have been emailing back and forth with them for 6 weeks and all they are offering me is a 5% discount. Some details of the move: * They damaged our new house, breaking the wood lip to our door by not using a ramp, and opening a hole in the paint of our atrium floor by dropping something. * They LOST a 8x10 area rug! And a box containing the hardware needed to put together one of our beds. * They scratched up several pieces of expensive furniture by laying them on their side in the driveway with no protection * They didn't even move the whole contents of our home! Going to the original house the next morning, there remained 3 carloads of stuff we had to haul ourselves. They even left a 6ft houseplant in ceramic planter perched precariously on the upstairs railing. * They did not take an inventory of the house before starting, and did not have the inventory I made on Unpakt. Because of this, the truck filled too fast, which they admitted was lack of planning. Two trips had to be made. * A 3 mile move took 11 HOURS. They left at midnight! This was the most unprofessional, incompetent moving service I have ever used, and Unpakt does nothing to protect their customers.

This was the best of 4 move experiences I have had in and around Manhattan. I had very tight time constraints from both the building I was leaving and entering with another move stop in the middle. The team showed up early to prep everything, taking care of every item perfectly. They were extremely efficient, super friendly, and reassuring the entire time. The move was fully complete well before I anticipated! I would highly recommend to anyone in the area - 5 stars!

Very clunky 90s capacitive screen that may or may not sense your input. It needs a button to flag issues with accuracy of mapping but doesn’t. We have to make phone calls though our organisation to flag issues. Unit impedes vision in the vehicle and is a safety issue. Overall has a very negative effect on our work culture. If other similar work came up without this I’d be far more likely to jump ship. There’s a place where the sun doesn’t shine, and this belongs there

THEY WILL NOT RESPOND ONCE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT! We've had them for the last several years. Insane amount of phone calls, emails and support requests to fix current units, and question charges. Once you sign the contract, you're stuck! We added new trucks to the fleet, needed more units to get those trucks on the road, and despite the many, many phone calls, didn't receive a single response in a 2 month time period. DO NOT USE! RUN AWAY AND FIND ANYONE ELSE! YOU'LL THANK ME LATER!

Still waiting for technical support to fix our issues, it's beyond ridiculous! They have no problem charging us for the product that we cannot use, but no-one their team seems to be able to respond or resolve the issues.

EROADS not a good fit for small companies

For a small company, EROAD is not the way to go. We purchased an additional device, and our contract on all devices was extended. Sales person refused to return calls. A year or so later, a couple of our owner/operators decide to get their own authority. We ask EROAD if we can transfer ownership to the drivers. Nope. EROADS is as inflexible as a company can be. Simply not a good fit for an owner/operator or a small company.

It is quite clear that when let out their drivers forget all about the companies policies. Parking on pavement at a busy Junction, making disabled and mothers with prams walk into the road. Very bad!

5 stars isn’t enough! My business partner and I recently decided to use J. Mac safety systems due to the level of professionalism we were shown throughout the whole process of dealing with them. The competitors in this field we researched prior to placing our order just didn’t give us the confidence nor the satisfaction that the people we dealt with at J. Mac did. Paul and Aaron (sales director/manager respectively) are a credit to the company, ever supportive and not forgetting to mention they have understood our business needs from the start. Their innovative products are second to none, and the service delivery matches this too. Overall, an exceptionally professional and friendly company to work with.

Pletter på bukserne da de ankom

Jeg bestilte et par Carhartt-bukser fra Lagune. Jeg havde ellers hørt godt om Lagune fra venner. Derfor fik jeg et chok, da de ankom, for der var nemlig fire store mørke pletter på dem. Det undrede mig, så jeg ringede til kundeservice, som beklagede mange gange og sagde, at de straks ville sende et nyt par til mig. Jeg ventede et par dage, men der skete intet. Om mandagen ringede jeg igen til kundeservice, hvor de indrømmede, at de havde glemt at sende de nye bukser. Der gik endnu et par dage, før jeg endelig modtog dem. Det krævede altså to forsøg og to opkald, før jeg fik de bukser, jeg havde bestilt i første omgang. Derfor kan jeg absolut ikke anbefale Lagune til nogen.

Turned up on the day, having quoted via whatsapp. When he turned up (on time) he fixed one window and then suggested I try to fix the other window just with WD40 so saved me the money of fixing the second window. Was super helpful and very fair.
