I ordered a car key for my BMW in…
I ordered a car key for my BMW in November last year which they made me pay £200 upfront for it. It is now the 10th of February and after speaking to Bmw today I had to cancel the order because they still can't get me a delivery date, now rather than give a refund they wanted me to leave the money until the key arrives, if I want them to keep the order open and wait indefinitely for a delivery or if I wanted my money back they would cancel the order. so not only did I cancel the order but I went online and got someone to come around to cut and reprogram a new key in 2 days and although a bit more expensive for an aftermarket key they are going to do in two days what oceans BMW couldn't do in four months I would suggest anyone who needs keys goes anywhere but BMW because it seems that BMW are the only people who can't get keys made for their own cars after four months I could have walked to Germany had the key cut myself and walked back so there's no excuse and the fact that they want to keep my money indefinitely rather than return it until the order turns up if it ever turns up I think is a joke and it makes you wonder just how much faith they have in their own services and after waiting 4 months for a item that they themselves can't confirm will ever be delivered nor do i

Courtesy car
My car was booked in 4 weeks ago. I was advised to turn up the night before to collect courtesy car between 5-6. Drove from truro to falmouth. No courtesy car available! No contact to tell me this. They have my mobile number and email address on file. The receptionist was lovely. The other person I spoke to couldn't be less interested. Response was car not available you'll have to rebook. Thank you ocean bmw disgusting service.

Tough communication and very mediocre results
We didn't receive any information regarding, what we needed to prepare for the cleaner, except one day before. The guy from their office called me 1 day before the arrangement and asked for payment, even though the payment date on the invoice said "2nd of March". And when we entered their website, the info was limited and badly translated. On their website they have fake 5-stars reviews. It is so obvious they are not from real people! The cleaner arrived on time, he seemed nice. Result was at best mediocre. We are not entirely sure what he spend 2,5 hours doing, except vaccuum the floor and clean it.

I booked a service for 2 hours, including additional cleaning for oven and fridge. However the cleaner did not complete the agreement. I complained via Whatsapp but did not get any compensation back or explanation.

God rengøring og god pris, men lidt udfordringer med tidsplanen
Jeg er tilfreds med det arbejde, som rengøringsfirmaet leverede. De gjorde rent meget grundigt og fulgte mine ønsker. Dog kontaktede de mig et par gange for at ændre tidspunktet, hvilket var lidt besværligt. Alt i alt er jeg glad for resultatet og synes, at det var godt til prisen.

Man får hvad man betaler for 😃
Supergodt har en checkliste de går frem efter, og det fungerer stort set meget fint i forhold til den tid, man betaler for. Eneste minus: At selv om man bruger dem en del, så er det ofte forskellige mennesker, der kommer og gør rent- og nogle kommer 1/2 time for tidligt, andre op til 1/2 time for sent!

3 timer for sent og ikke god rengøring
Jeg bestilte en rengøring, hvor rengøringspersonale aldrig mødte op. Efter et utal af opkald, hvor jeg nærmest ikke kunne få fat på nogen, fik jeg at vide at de havde ekstra travlt i dag, men var på vej. De havde helt sikkert glemt det, og fair nok. Men kvinden møder op næsten 3 timer (!!!) for sent og jeg forlader hjemmet. Jeg havde betalt ekstra for grundigere rengøring og jeg viste kvinden, de steder jeg gerne ville have at hun gav den lidt ekstra kno fedt. Jeg kom hjem 30 minutter før hun skulle være færdig og hun var for længst gået. Det eneste hun havde gjort var at tørre overflade, støvsuge og vaske gulv - ingen af de områder jeg havde vist hende var blev rørt med en ildtang. Desværre en skuffende oplevelse.

Jeg har (den 10/12) haft besøg af en af deres rengørings medarbejdere, som for det første kommer 30 min for sent. Til aften da jeg så er kommet hjem til lejligheden igen kan jeg se at ovnen(som der er betalt ekstra for) ikke er blevet rengjort og selve rengøringen af lejligheden er ikke gjort specielt ordentligt. Der er steder hvor der ikke er blevet støvsuget og steder som ikke er blevet tørt af overhovedet. Det kan derfor virkelig ses at vedkommende har haft virkelig travlt og derfor ikke har gjort arbejde godt nok.

Am 27.07. bestellt und per PayPal bezahlt. Außer zwei Zahlungsaufforderungen nichts bekommen. An der Hotline gibt es nur eine Bandansage, die auf die Mailadresse verweist, aber auf Mails (bisher 5 geschrieben, an zwei unterschiedliche Mailadressen) wird nicht geantwortet. Mittlerweile (13.08.) habe ich das Geld zurückgefordert.

Carsjeans broek gekocht via Limango, zag er op de foto mooi en leuk uit en ik heb hem net in huis en gaat nu gelijk weer terug! Wat een slechte kwaliteit zeg! zit maar 78% katoen in en viscose 19% en wat rek stof van 3%. Het is één en al rek zooi en lelijke kwaliteit! G-Star is ook een Nederlands merk zins 1989 en die maakt wel zeer goede broeken! Ik had daar een broek van 30 jaar maar die is nu te klein helaas! :)

How not to run a business
How not to run a business. This is my second visit to the Leicester site and my last. The first time I went to see the advertised woodworking shop. Not much stock to choose from and prices a bit high. As I live only 20 mins away I went today to buy some beech to make a woodworking table as last time they had some 2.5x2.5 inch which would have joined up nice. Also wanted some bowl blanks. Got there and signed in. Told to wait in my car whilst they got some one. 25 minutes later still waiting so went back to gate house and told they could not find the person to take me in. So no sale for them and no wood for me. Will not be going back.

I wished to order a large quantity of exotic timber, going on their website I found an esales email address, sent an email 5/9/20 no reply so followed up with further request 10/9/20 still no response rang them on 11th to see if they had received my email to be told they don't even use the esales email address, so why the heck is it on the website, given the email of a sales assistant, sent email with cutting list on 11th on the 14th sent another email politely asking if they had managed to look at it as I was hoping to begin my project in a week or so, the reply I got astonished me in its brevity this is what I received (Regret cannot offer) no dear sir just the message with Just Regards and the salesman's first name. I found another company that I cannot praise enough. Update:- the salesman has replied to an email I sent in response saying the shop is closed until sometime before the end of October "hopefully" due to Covid, nothing on their website saying this, and the person who answered the phone didn't tell me,

If you are thinking about working here DON'T. The managers do not take complaints from their staff seriously. It doesn't help that often working conditions are extremely hostile, bullying is allowed to take place and the HR department is useless. Worst of all male workers are allowed to get away with making disgusting and disturbing comments to the younger staff. Avoid this place, choose to work in an environment that is welcoming, friendly and most of all, cares about their staff!!

Previously bought some goods from UK…
Previously bought some goods from UK Oakdoors (see separate review) and had no end of problems, damaged goods, rubbish service and practically called a liar! I found Whitmore's and what a breath of fresh air! Good old fashioned, caring service. I explained my dilemma; in that I needed the goods before Tuesday next week (with Monday a Bank Holiday) and that I had been badly let down by their competitor. Without my asking, the representative said he would send out today and upgrade to a Saturday delivery at no extra cost! Highly recommended and I'm sure the goods will be up to scratch.

That adds about 4 days to the delivery time as UPS is usually next day, and the package sits at the Stuart USPS facility for a few days added time to the delivery cyscle

Sometimes Poor Customer Service...
Follow up on original review (shown below). I spoke with "Tyler" in customer service this morning and explained what had happened with my prior return request. I also requested a return of a second item (to be combined with my original return). Tyler addressed the issue in a professional manner and processed my request. I recveived my return label within 10 minutes of my phone call. Thank you for redeeming your customer service department. I am upgrading my rating to 3 stars from 1. Piss poor customer service! I called 58 hours ago requesting a return label for defective cigars. The rep I spoke with was super cheerful and polite. “Allan” acknowledged that the cigars I purchased had a very high return rate due to “batch” problems. He stated I would receive a return label with instructions NO LATER THAN 48 hours from the time of my call. It never came. I called back and spoke with a second rep that reiterated what Allan said and he acknowledged my request was “in the system “ and to wait the full 48 hours. It had been 44 hours at that point. I waited the FULL 48 hours and… NO LABEL. They are now closed for the weekend and I now have to wait ANOTHER 2 DAYS to ask again! Garbage company to do business with, they are polite but DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL! Avoid them. My only remedy left is now through my credit card processor to dispute the charge. PITA!!!

A neighbor told me about cigar place. Decided to check it out and wow. The prices are great and the sticks are what they are supposed to be. Mostly free shipping as well. I'm addicted and spent over 250$ in a few weeks to fill my humidor with "luxury" sticks. Great shipping speed as well..... Great company. Even have Cubans like the montecristo #2, my favorite. They stink!! Scam!!!
They stink!!! What they do is ship a false order that doesn’t comply with customs, and then blame the buyer. Make sure you NEVER order from them!!! Pure SCAM!!! EDIT after false and misleading reply from CP. I was just refunded my FULL price because you did NOT comply with a fully scannable label. Complying with Customs is YOUR responsibility and you were so flippant as to insist that to restock a product I never received you would charge me 20%. Lear a lesson here; I paid over €50 in shipping and all you had to do was show good customer service. You failed and my review is the truth. You are LYING. Showing me an email copy of something is not the same as being able to scan it, as Customs did. FYI: IS THAT WHY YOU HAVE 12 - 1 STAR REVIEWS THAT PRECEDED MINE???

Great overseas service
Just received my latest batch of stogies and I’m looking forward to sparking up once they recover from jet lag. Despite the UK government charging almost twice the cost of the cigars (in tax and duty), it is still financially beneficial for me to use Cigar Place. I live in the neighborhood where this venue is based. The guests who leave the premises at night have no thought for the families who live in the surrounding houses and continue to have the usual high performance cars revving at 11 pm. They have absolutely no consideration and the venue does nothing to dissuade this behavior.

Korrekte Berichterstattung, seriöse Informationen und äusserst hilfreich in vielen Lebenslagen. Wo gibt es so etwas heute noch? Die Kosten hierfür sind mehr als gerechtfertigt.

Einfach nur Perfekt!
Der Bestell und Bezahl Prozess ist super einfach. Innerhalb 20 min bekommt man alle Daten die benötigt werden, in meinem Fall die m3u für die IPTv Version. Funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Bei Problemen stehen die Damen und Herren einen sofort zur Seite. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Very Economical camping experience
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and had a tendency of collapsing. The shower door locked when you went into the shower so nobody was in the trailer with you, you would’ve been locked in. Kitchen stock was not complete and was glassware so it had a tendency of breaking.

Terrible customer service at Depot
The man who did the handover of our van was terrible - He was rude and very unhelpful. It was a shame as the booking team had been excellent and the van was just what we wanted. The other staff at the depot were lovely

for us, the best value for money but... issue with fridge, grey water tank, fresh water tank and gas bottle were not verified at our departure and gas burner sensor were dysfunctional otherwise stil best value for money! and good communication with the staff to solve fridge issue.

I had a really good and reliable car
I had a really good and reliable car. It was clean and met all my expectations. The trip was really nice. I had the car for four weeks the team in Christchurch and Auckland was nice and helpful. Theo explained everything I needed to know about the car, I would rent a car from Lucky Rentals again anytime.

Nahezu Perfekt
Entspannte und einfache Anmietung, auch wenn ich etwas warten musste (war aber 45min vor dem Time Slot da). Das Auto war sehr Sauber und Ordentlich gepflegt. Das Besteck und die Kühltruhe sollten vor Übergabe vom Personal noch einmal kontrolliert werden, der Vormieter war da sehr unhygienisch mit. Abgabe war Super einfach und mega freundlich. Hier Miete ich jederzeit gern wieder an.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Technical support only responds before you top up your balance. After - ignoring. Rented 5 servers for the emulator, but in the end the emulator does not work on any of them, technical support simply ignores. Also, the Internet speed that you buy - in the end is 70% less!!!! In general, I do not recommend this service if you do not want to lose your money.

Bad service. I have bought a VPS. We cannot even try the server first. We have to load money into account to create a server. I have created and some times it shows NoVCN then after some time it shows desktop. But is very very slow. We can't even use the machine. Opened a ticket and they have not responded yet. I will not recommended it to anyone. Please avoid it and save your money. Edit: I contaced the support and they told me that use any RDP client for connection. Then server works good when used with "Microsoft Remote Desktop".

Just to put context on my review I have never felt the need to bother writing a review this is my first time! This company were that bad I've registered just for this one! Terrible customer service and a company that clearly doesn’t value its customers. I ordered tiles online but needed them sooner than they could deliver. This was not there fault i have no issues with this. I requested a refund on Monday, the 17th, which was supposedly accepted. Then the nightmare began. I was told it would take up to two weeks, yet I received zero confirmation that it was even being processed. A week later, I called—got the classic "it's with accounts" excuse. Another week passed, still no refund, no pending transaction, no urgency. Then comes the real disgrace. One employee not only refused three times to let me speak to a manager but was rude, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in helping. When I wouldn’t accept her weak excuses, she hung up on me mid-conversation. Completely unprofessional and shows the level of staff they’re happy to employ—people who would rather ignore customers than do their job. When I called back, she conveniently didn’t have the courage to pick up again, and another employee had to deal with me instead. Even then, I was promised a manager callback that never happened. But here’s the kicker: after all this, my refund magically appeared 10 minutes later, proving they had NO intention of issuing it until I forced their hand. This company is a joke. Rude, dishonest, and completely incompetent. My company works with a lot of landscapers and gardeners, and I will make it my personal mission to ensure they all steer clear of this business. Ended up using Darlostan Builders Merchants instead—night and day difference! Professional, efficient, and exactly how a real business should operate. Save yourself the stress—these people aren’t worth your time.

I was promised that it would be with me in 2 - 3 days. Monday came and nothing arrived. Rang to chase and was told the transport people would ring back, they didn't. The product arrived Tuesday and put a whole project back by a full day. Very irritating given the assurances. Happy to buy from them again, but this industry needs delivery accuracy

Ordered goods and got immidiate confirmation and t&c's to sign. Phoned on day of expected delivery. Could not get an answer, waited all day for delivery company to arrive, eventually they phoned late in the day to say they would be an hour, at the time it felt like a wasted day. We live in an age where delivery is normally spot on, not really understanding how heavy these pavers are and the kind of delivery truck needed, driver explained the process of loading and offloading.. have a new appreciation for this kind of service.Happy overall

Waste of time and money. Stay away!!!
I do not recommend adsvictory.com in any way, after almost 4 days in which I replaced the ads.txt on the site with theirs (I lost $500), they did not even manage to check if I put the file on the site. They answer messages after 2-3 days, probably those who leave 5 stars are still their own people. Unbelievable, what a waste of time and money. stay away!

I was sad because of what happen
I will rate 1 star because they hold my revenue and disabled my ads. But I still understand that. I like this company very much. I worked on adsvictory company for more than 2 years. But suddenly Mr. SAMRAT message me through email. That my website has HIGH CTR. I tried to fixed it but unfortunately it was impossible because my competitors never give me a peace they always click my ads intentionally. I tried to placed 2 ad code ONLY on my site and still the same the CTR is still high. I always asked the adsvictory team to cooperate with me to check my ctr everytime if is still high or not. But unfortunately they never replied my message. Because of high volume support And after 3 days they messaged me again and told me they will hold my balance for 60 days and they disabled my ads. It was hurts because I worked and I followed all the rules. But because of the high ctr they hold my account. Its sad right?? If the network has no CTR option in the dashboard. How do we know if the CTR is high or not. Yes it's true i have many competitors because i have a URL SHORTENER site. So the competitors clicked the ads intentionally For example we have many competitors and they CLICKED the ads. And there is no option to check the CTR. Its hard for the publisher to check if ctr is high or not because there is no options for CTR. This company is good that's why i worked here for almost two years. But sadlife because they disabled my ads and hold my payment. By the way i will rate for now 1 star. And i hope i can get my payment after 60 days. Good day

Trist og elendig, mangelfuld hjælp
Virkelig ekstrem skuffende oplevelse både fra Kredsen & centralt i DSR, trods rigtig mange års medlemsskab (dog indimellem par års pause). Men kreds havde lavet nogle graverende og alvorlige fejl, som havde meget stor betydning. Fejlene putter dækket over, og og det skulle du fremstå som om det var mig som medlem som havde gjort noget forkert! Har haft behov for hjælp i nogle meget vigtige sager, hvor jeg enten ikke fik hjælp eller hvor den juridiske hjælp var temmelig slap & der blev ikke for alvor taget fat i sagen. Jeg er vidende om, at andre sygeplejersker med tilsvarende sager, har samme oplevelse. Virkelig trist efter mange års medlemskab.

MJ Tech Do not sell quality products. In February this year I bought a few items. A pair of Bluetooth headphones, a watch a phone case and a MacBook Air. Since then the Bluetooth headphones have broken so has the watch and the phone case is defective. I contacted this company earlier on, and was told that I would not be getting my money back nor would I be getting a refund. Under the sales of goods act 2015 traders are supposed to either fix repair exchange or offer a refund if an item is defective or not fit for purpose. When I called the shop at first the traitor pretended not to be the owner of the shop then when I called again I was told in no uncertain terms I would not be getting my money back for the broken watch, and I must have broken it myself. These traders are greedy, and don’t care about the consumer. All they care about is making a quick buck. They are crooks. And don’t mind ripping you off. I hope trading standards investigates them.

One repair needed sourcing a rare part which he did and got it next day. Now here’s the bonus ...he is so fair...Toyota quoted £800 quid MJ fitted and supplied £300.. wish I’d found them years ago when I lived here...

Excellent Quality / 2 ways to choose dog sizes
Shipping may be a little slower than Amazon but not ridiculous. It took 11 days for my order to arrive, items received were high quality, and worth the price point. I see some complaints around sizing but the site provides general dog sizes like S/M/L/XL, as well as, breed specific sizing. I originally thought an XL would work for my medium sized boxer but when I entered breed + breed size based on weight I ended up with a 3XL that was a perfect fit. Very happy with this vendor.

70% refund for non-delivered items is NOT acceptable
I ordered a matching set of hoodies for me and my dog on November 30th, 2024. It said it would take 10-12 business days. The order never showed up, but the tracking information that was given said delivered (it was supposed to notify me with any updates but never did). I emailed customer service and they told me they would reship the items. I confirmed they had the correct address. Yet again, about a month later, on January 17th, I get an email saying that my items got "lost in the mail" and they would send me a new one. Another month later, on February 10th, I email customer service as the package has been said to have been delivered, but it has not. The company suggested that I "check with neighbors", which I did, but nobody had seen anything. Customer service then told me that the issue seems to be with the courrier and the best they could do is a 70% refund since they have suffered a "huge loss as the products were sold at a very low price already". It's not my fault that I gave the correct address and items were not delivered correctly twice. And I'm sure the response will be that they "understand my frustration", but it's truly unheard of

Fantastic quality clothing for humans and dogs! We opted for the matching dog hoodie and human hoodie ( they are literally the exact same colour). customer service is amazing, sizing is great too. I ordered two items for my dog and the items never came. I waited two weeks and then spent another two weeks arguing with customer service about getting a refund. Over 30days after I placed my order, I contacted my credit card company and reported this business. I was issued a refund due to fraudulent charges. Highly recommend NOT buying anything from this company. They’re not legit.

Items do not show up
Items are said to have shipped but do not show up. I was told normal shipping is 6-12 business days. It has now been over a month. They are blaming the delay on customs say are backed up in clearing packages. However, we have since ordered other items that came from China and they were received timely. There has been no update on the tracking for 12 days. The company just keeps saying the items are coming, but are delayed due to customs. Your response is unacceptable as it has been 25 business days and counting. I understand a minor delay, but this is beyond excessive and you have done nothing to assist. I have request a refund and have been denied. Thus, I have paid for products you have not provided and you are refusing to give me a refund. I have offered to send the products back to you are your expense if received as I am not interested in stealing you item like you appear to be interested in stealing my money. I ordered a size large hoodie for my yorkie poo. The hoodie is lovely quality but a bit small, so I emailed customer service. Spam central refuses to unsubscribe
Seldom have I come across such aggressive unwanted marketing. Somebody called Malavika keeps sending me spam emails despite unsubscribing at least 5 times, reporting junk and even phishing. They just find a way to ignore all of it and keep sending unwanted emails aggressively. Makes me question their data privacy and consent compliance. Question pro, I will never buy your product, please back off with the aggressive unwanted marketing.

Wir finden das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis super und der Support funktioniert sehr schnell. Wir konnten so schnell wie möglich eine Lösung finden, wenn wir etwas spezielles gebraucht haben.
