They made a price up. They are middlemons, 1 person said one price and another person said another price, which I'm not happy with I didn't say date. They said they would fix my car. It hasn't been done and now it's stolen and I don't even know where my car is. I trusted this company but now. I would never bring my car or choose to have this as a repertoire business.

Called the fast courier, I get an automated response that they are currently experiencing a large number of calls... I should rather contact them via Whatsapp, still not assisted on Whatsapp, instead I get automated messages...I can't even track my order. I'm not impressed with their service the delivery fee is also unreasonable. This is the second time I have placed a delivery order and the service is not getting better.

Refund due for goods not received

I am really disappointed the way that things turned out. There was no hustle when I placed an order & paid for it. The problem started when I tried to follow up on my order YST267985 on 12 August 2022, the phone rang unanswered, decided to call Fast Way Couriers to track my order after two failed attempts with YST, could not get help from the either. I spoke to Marshall & Fina (still waiting for a call back) to date. Finally got assisted by Nokuthula, who asked that I resent the email to: YST email address & confirmed receipt of email & contents. it is so improper for a Company of this magnitude to have ONLY 1 telephone line where on has to be on hold for more than 20 minutes only to be informed to send an email to be assisted.

Totalt inkompetenta. Montaget var en ren katastrof. Dom hade överhuvudtaget ingen kunskap om vad dom höll på med. Förstörde mängder med takpannor för att dom inte kunde dra ut varmgalvade spik på rätt sätt. Monterade skenorna fel vid flera tillfällen. Montaget såg så illa ut att mina grannar undrade. Läktfästena var inte justerade rätt så att panelerna och skenor var vridna och böjda med montagespänningar som följd. Läktfästen och skenor var felmonterade och satt i vissa fall bara med en skruv. Sa till Martin som är VD om detta redan efter några dagars montage. Han blev då arg och skällde ut mig och sa att jag får ju intyg på att allt är rätt gjort. Tog in extern besiktningsman från institutet för solenergikvalitet som verifierade mina misstankar och observationer. Han sa att det var bara och göra om alltihop. Han hittade dessutom ytterligare fel såsom felaktigt draget kablage, felaktiga kontaktdon mm mm. Finns besiktningsprotokoll på deras hemsida. Anmälde till konsumentombudsmannen och ARN. Martin gav långt om länge med sig och gick med på att häva köpet. Vid demontaget såg jag en hög med panelklämmor som håller panelerna i skenorna. Var ca 40 st av dessa var hälften felmonterade, hade inte suttit 90 grader i skenan utan legat an på 2 punkter istället för 4. Dragna med för stort moment så att dom var helt deformerade. Detta är otroligt svårt att kontrollera liksom mycket annat när allt är monterat. Ligger ju i dold förläggning. Ni som anlitat denna firma. Jag råder er till att besiktiga er anläggning för det är direkt livsfarliga montage dom utför. Borde få näringsförbud. Martin sökte dessutom Grönt Bidrag innan arbetet var klart och fakturorna betalda vilket är grundkriterier för att få det godkänt med avslag som följd. Han använder Derome som garant i bla offerter. Derome är passiv delägare i Paneltaket enl deras egen utsago. Jag försökte få hjälp genom dom då jag inte kom någonstans med Paneltaket, men förgäves. Min strategi var att mejla både Martin, Paneltakets och Deromes info korgar med information om montaget och mycket bilder. Gärna flera ggr om dagen med stora filer. Ringa är inte lönt.

Installation nov 22 men glömdes bort…

Installation nov 22 men glömdes bort att anmälas till Skånska Energi. Batteriet fungerade inte på flera månader och åtgärdades efter mycket och många felsökningar. Har nu igen problem men företaget återkommer inte som de lovat. Omöjligt att komma fram på telefon (väntade idag 90 minuter sammanlagt!). Verkar mer intresserad av att sälja och mycket mindre av kundvård. Många löfften under tiden men få har uppfyllts. Slutdokumentation skedde 10 månader efter leverans och betalning. Dock var elektrikerna ett trevligt gäng som verkligen försökte sitt bästa att reda ut problemen. Må ingen skugga falla över dem!

Vid anbudsförfrågan levererade Paneltaket AB en genomarbetad och seriös offert som också var konkurrenskraftig i produktval och pris. Leverans, montage samt elinstallation skedde på ett proffsigt sätt, snygg installation av Dala Naturkraft mycket bra bemötande och på ett "arbetsmiljösäkert" arbetssätt. Bee-Connected utförde elinstallation och färdigamälan till nätägaren. Allt gick snabbt och smidigt. Efter färdig anläggning överlämnade Martin Johnsson på Paneltaket AB dokumentation och gick igenom utrustning och teknik.

If you have over 10 employees, go elsewhere.

The only decent thing about them is that their customer service is nice and helpful, but their tech teams are very slow at fixing things sometimes. Overall their services are horrible interface wise. Whether it be constantly being logged out while you are in the middle of browsing, or having to go back to the dashboard and refresh your search and start completely over because files wont load under someones employee profile. There is no intuitive way to sort profiles, discipline files, etc and you have to manually scroll search for things. If you find what you are looking for, but want to return to where you left off, you cant. You have to go back to the dashboard and start over. If you hit the back arrow on the web browser, it will send you to the top of the list and back to the first page of the section you are on and you have to start over. Employee record files (scanned pdfs) constantly are showing up under the wrong person's name, or won't load at all until you refresh the page multiple times. The application customization is extremely limited. On top of all of this, if you do move on to a different provider, it is EXTREMELY cumbersome to get your employee files from here to wherever you're trying to move them to. They do not offer an option to export employee data as a zip file, so you have to go through EACH employee record file and download EACH individual file. If you have a small amount of employees, this isn't too big of a deal, but as I just finished having to download all scanned files, and printing all the disciplinary records of 100+ employees separately, I can not make it more clear than saying avoid this provider at all costs. It is absolutely ridiculous how it operates latency wise and how there is no efficiency for any type of workflow.

I have ordered my exhaust and it came in surprisingly fast, i had a warranty issue which was also resolved very quickly. I even lost the mounting system and they sent me a new one for free. If I could, I would give them a zero! I purchased a book from Goldstone Books through the AbeBooks website. The book was not what it was listed to be, which the vendor clearly should have known. They say they will refund my purchase price if I return the book within 30 days, likely aware that returning the book would cost me more than twice what I paid. I, as the consumer, am stuck because Goldstone Books did not present the product honestly. I would not purchase anything from them and would also avoid AbeBooks if they continue to work with Goldstone.

I ordered a book by J G Ballard, clearly advertised as 'hardback'. The book that has arrived is a paperback with a different ISBN from the one that was ordered, and in rather bad condition. Not worth the inconvenience of returning it, but I'll not order again from this company. Sloppy. Update: I received a message from Goldstone Books asking me to contact their customer services. It seems there was a listing error on the site which meant that I got the wrong book. I've been given a refund and told I can keep the poor condition paperback. Swift reply and a generous offer from them. A couple of stars added.

24 hour Cash Buyers LLC in Norcross GA. Don't use these people. Their program is disingenuous. They make an offer and when the contract comes the agreement presents contradictory language that effectively nullifies the cash offer. They want to show the house and while the deal is pending, they put language in the contract that binds you and provides them the ability to tie you up for thirty days while they try and sell your house and then they retract the offer. If this site had the ability to upload a document I would post their agreement for public review. Save yourself the headache and spend some time looking for some people with integrity and an honest intent to do a fair deal.

I had the misfortune of using this company whilst attempting to sell my property and there are a few things people should know 1 - The "company" itself is based and registered in Singapore. If you leave a negative review they will contact Trust pilot and accuse you of slander and demand that the review be taken down. 2 - Once they have your personal data, you will start to receive unsolicited phone calls and emails from individuals claiming to be a private buyer wishing to make you a cash offer 3 - once the "buyer" makes you a cash offer, they will tell you they need to carry out a survey on the property, the "surveyor" is actually a third party they have marketed and sold your property to behind your back. 4 - They will not process any paperwork until a sale has been agreed to a third party, leaving you waiting for their "solicitors". However, they will tell you that all the paperwork has been processed and posted to you 5 - Once they have agreed a price with their buyer, the person claiming to be your "buyer" will put you in contact with their "investor" to finalise the deal, the the "investor" will tell you that due to prevailing market conditions, Brexit and blah blah blah they can't buy from you at the original price they offered, and they will drop the price, by another 10 or 20%. They hope that by this stage you'll be committed to buying a new property so you can't back out. Stay well clear

Appalling, made a formal offer on house, instructed solicitors, they dragged out the process for 2 months then pulled out 2 days before exchange. Endless promises and end result my home was repossessed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Gli altri servizi navetta, mossi a compassione, si erano addirittura offerti di accompagnarci. Autista donna scortese e maleducatissima, anziché scusarsi ci aizzava contro gli altri clienti. Servizio vergognoso. Abbiamo aspettato 40 minuti e, quando finalmente trovata la navetta, la conducente ha insinuato che fosse colpa nostra e che “potevamo guardare pure a sinistra e non solo a destra”. Inoltre, ha affermato di voler fare una segnalazione, ribadendo che fossimo noi dalla parte del torto e che il loro servizio fosse impeccabile. Sconsigliato a chiunque.

Questa è l'ultima volta che utilizzo parktoair bologna!

Ho consegnato un'auto perfettamente pulita all'interno ed ho annotato i km al momento del check in. Quando l'ho recuperata aveva km in più rispetto alla consegna e tutti e quattro i tappettini erano pieni di fango. Lasciando le chiavi, accetto che possa essere spostata, non accetto quanto ho trovato.

Semplicemente perfetti..... Comodissimo (a soli 4-5 minuti di navetta dal T1) e facile da trovare.... Parcheggio pulito e ordinato, posto auto coperto ampio... tutto come da loro illustrato, e non sempre è così scontato... Personale gentile e super efficiente.... all'arrivo la navetta era già pronta per portarci in aeroporto.... al ritorno, informati del nostro arrivo mentre prelevavo la valigia, la navetta è arrivata all'uscita concordata prima di noi... Sicuramente un punto di riferimento per i prossimi viaggi da Malpensa... Bravi e complimenti...

Unzuverlässigkeit und Service ist ein Fremdwort

Bestellung aufgegeben und 10 Tage nichts über einen Liefernachweis gehört. Wobei eigentlich in der Folgewoche geliefert werden sollte. Keine Nachricht auf die Rückfrage, wann eine Lieferung abzusehen ist. Bei PayPal reklamiert und Bestellung storniert. Man kann nicht einmal sagen es ist ein schlechter Service. Service ist schlichtweg nicht vorhanden.

Gute Säfte, schlechter Service

Die Produkte sind gut, der Service leider sehr schlecht. Produkte wurden über 8 Wochen hinweg nicht geliefert und mehr als 5 E-Mails an den Kundenservice blieben unbeantwortet. Nach einer letzten E-Mail wurden die Säfte 2 Tage später ohne Vorankündigung geliefert. Leider passt der Zeitpunkt für eine Saftkur nicht und die Säfte sind nur 2 Wochen haltbar.

Grüne Säfte wie immer sehr gut, Lieferung war auch okay (ca. 1 Woche nach Bestelldatum), allerdings schmeckt die Goldene Milch leider gar nciht mehr. Ich hab mich am Ende vom Tag immer auf etwas süßes, cremiges gefreut - schade.

Abzocke oder Chaos. Habe dieses eigentlich viel zu teure Granola am 15.06. bestellt und heute am 09.08. immer noch nichts erhalten. Auf Mails wird garnicht oder erst nach mehreren Wochen geantwortet. Es wird auf irgendein Internes IT Problem hinweisen und eine sofortige Lieferung mit Geschenken versprochen, aber dann vergehen wieder Wochen und es kommt keine Lieferung.

Zu späte Lieferung und abgelaufene Produkte, die ungenüsslich waren

1. Meine Kur kam 2 Wochen zu spät, genau dann, als es zeitlich gar nicht mehr passte, die Kur zu machen. Die Kur war eigentlich für mich geplant, wo ich auch frei hatte. 2. Meine Shroom Brühe wurde gar nicht mitgeliefert (dazu nicht preiswert) 3. Die Golden Mylk war abgelaufen, absolut sauer, schleimig und umgeschlagen. 4. Den Kundenservice über Wochen nicht erreicht, bis ich bei Instagram mit einem Anwalt gedroht habe. Dort habe ich dann lediglich das Geld für die Brühe zurückbekommen. Alles in allem, sind die Säfte toll (wären die anderen nicht abgelaufen gewesen). Ich finde es schade, dass ein tolles Produkt, wo eigentlich mit höchster Qualität geworben wird, so schlecht abschneidet und Kunden damit verärgert werden. Ich habe selten so viele schlechte Bewertungen unter einem Produkt gesehen, wie hier und kann diese aber alle komplett nachvollziehen. Für mich war Rootine immer die erste Wahl, da mich das Konzept und die Inhalte überzeugten. Wenn dies jedoch nicht eingehalten wird und man als Kunde verärgert wird, indem man unkorrekte Bestellungen ausliefern lässt, ist schade und unverschämt.

Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht von Qualität und Kundenservice!

Ich bin der Marke Ortlieb seit Jahren treu verbunden und eigentlich ein großer Fan, doch meine jüngsten Erfahrungen mit der Qualität und dem Kundenservice enttäuschen mich so sehr, dass ich fortan einen großen Bogen um Ortliebprodukte machen werde. Meine nagelneue Ortlieb Duffle RS 110 weist nach der ersten Reise bereits mehrere Löcher auf und der Reißverschluss ist irreparabel beschädigt. Der Kundenservice schließt aufgrund angeblichen Eigenverschuldens jegliche Garantieübernahme aus. Man bietet mir nur süffisant einen Rabatt von 25% beim Kauf einer neuen Tasche an. So habe ich 260€ zum Fenster herausgeschmissen - von einem Markenprodukt dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich eine bessere Qualität und hätte mir von Ortlieb mehr Kulanz erhofft. Das machen andere Hersteller einfach deutlich besser und kundenorientierter!

Tolle Produkte und ein super Kundenservice

Wir sind mit mit den Ortlieb-Taschen immer gut gefahren. Bei unserer letzten Tour waren Taschen von Ortlieb dabei, die 30 Jahre alt waren. 2024 hatten wir das erste mal Probleme mit den Radtaschen aber der Kundenservice hat schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Vielen Dank noch einmal an dieser Stelle für ihre Kulanz (Die Taschen waren ungebraucht, aber da es ein Geschenk war, fehlte der Kassenbon). Die Radtaschen sind schnell und einfach zu montieren, und es macht Freude damit auf die Reise zu gehen. Auch unsere Freunde fahren Fahrrad mit Ortliebtaschen und sind zufrieden. Wir freuen uns auf die nächste Tour. Vielen Dank, dem Ortlieb-Team. Unser Fazit: - gute, praktische Produkte - unkomplizierter, kundenorientierter Kundenservice

Wir haben im Internet bei einen Händler den Fahrradkorb Uptown von Ortlieb gekauft. Leider fehlten einige Teile. Der Händler gab an das es sich um den letzten handeln würde, also eine Neulieferung nicht möglich wäre. Wir haben dann die Firma Ortlieb angeschrieben, den Sachverhalt erklärt, und um Zusendung der fehlenden Teile gebeten. Mit dem Hinweis das wir für die Kosten aufkommen würden. Vielen Unternehmen hätten an dieser Stelle erklärt, bitte klären sie das mit dem Händler wo der Korb gekauft wurde. Ohne große Verzögerung wurde uns mitgeteilt das die fehlenden Teile uns selbstverständlich, KOSTENLOS, zugeschickt werden. Es gibt sie also noch, Unternehmen wo der Service nicht aufhört wenn ein Produkt gekauft wurde, sondern erst richtig anfängt!! Vielen Dank nochmal für die Art und Weise der Kommunikation und den tollen Service.

Leute, lass die Finger von dieser Firma. Ich habe zwei Türgummis bestellt, die leider nicht passten habe sie versucht sofort umzutauschen musste erst mal ein bis zwei Wochen warten dann hab ich noch mal versucht umzutauschen und noch mal und noch mal jetzt nach zwei Monaten Inkassounternehmen Bescheid bekommen, dass man nur 14 Tage Umtauschrecht hat. Das ist doch wirklich lächerlich. Lass die Finger davon. Es gibt viele seriöse Firmen, die vernünftig funktionieren.

Finger weg von GastroHero...

Wer Nerven und Geld sparen will, sollte GastroHero weiträumig umgehen. Am 12.12.2024 wurde ein Weinkühlschrank bestellt, dem war eine Kommunikation per Mail vorausgegangen, in der explizit bestätigt wurde, dass das Produkt auf Lager ist (im eigenen) und eine Liefergarantie bis 20.12.2024 schriftlich gegeben! Es erfolgte keine Lieferung. Auf jegliche Kontaktversuche per Mail, Webseitenformular oder Telefon wurde nicht reagiert. Die "Hotline" ist nur für den Verkauf erreichbar. Selbst nach Androhung eines Käuferschutzverfahrens bei Paypal und Einschaltung einer RA-Kanzlei wurde nicht reagiert. Die Stornierung der Bestellung wurde ebenfalls ignoriert und natürlich keine Rückzahlung geleistet. Es ist stark zu vermuten, dass dieses Unternehmen nahe am Warenbetrug (§263 StGB) agiert, in dem es Ware verkauft, die es nicht liefern kann aber dafür sofort nach Bestellung den Kaufpreis vereinnahmt. Schlussendlich reagiert die Firma auch auf die Mahnung durch Paypal nicht, so dass nach 10 Tagen problemlos der Kaufpreis durch Paypal an uns erstattet wurde. Was stark auffällt ist, dass die hier zu lesenden positiven Bewertungen "überraschenderweise" alles ähnliche Texte sind, wo Mitarbeiter von GastroHero namentlich genannt und für ihren angeblich tollen after sale Service gelobt werden. Diese Bewertungen (es sind fast ausschließlich Bewerter mit genau einer Rezension!) dürften absoluter Fake sein. Entweder von GastroHero selbst initiiert oder gekauft. Dieser Händler hat normalerweise nicht mal einen Stern verdient. Kaufen Sie Ihre Ware woanders, egal wo, es wird auf jeden Fall besser als mit GH. Finger weg!

Das Unternehmen wirbt mit großem Service – leider ist davon nichts zu spüren. Ich habe einen Artikel bestellt, doch die Artikelbeschreibung auf der Webseite war falsch. Direkt am Tag der Lieferung habe ich eine Rücksendung angefragt, da der Artikel nicht der Beschreibung entsprach. Doch seit 14 Tagen keine einzige Antwort. Da es natürlich sein kann, dass eine E-Mail untergeht, habe ich nach fünf Tagen eine zweite Anfrage geschickt – doch auch darauf gab es keine Reaktion. Wo ist der "Hero" im Service geblieben? Offenbar am besten bestellen und hoffen, dass man nie etwas zurückgeben muss – denn melden tut sich hier niemand. Sehr enttäuschend! 👎

Unfortunately after much dialogue and specification that I did not want to purchase an accident damage repaired vehicle this is exactly what I was sold, the damage hidden under layers of polish soon became apparent. It has been poorly repaired & most significantly it was not disclosed. I paid over the odds based on the assurance I received & could have purchased something with the same damage but repaired well for up to £6k less but let me note I did not want a damaged & therefore structurally weakened vehicle. So do your homework & note that you cannot in fact leave a review on the whites cars website so trust these reviews at your peril. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I made contact in regards to the damage but no response from the seller.

Purchased a car from Whites today 3rd August 2022 and have to say it was a smooth process from start to finish. Even a small delay with Finance and Lee was on the phone and resolved this and collected my car on the day as promised. 6 months warranty included gives you peace of minds. Lee you are a credit to the business and happy with the purchase.

Cowboys taking advantage of young women! Disgusting

These people completely ripped off my sister and washed their hands of it all! They took complete advantage of her, especially using the pandemic to their advantage, and lied through their teeth about the car they mis sold her. She had worked hard to save up to buy her dream car, spent 7 grand on it, and they didn't disclose that it had a huge gash in one of its cylinders AND a huge dent in the engine!! Not to mention the satnav and air con didn't work! They also wouldn't let her test drive it (supposedly due to the pandemic but they let her sit inside it, so seems convenient for them..) she had to shell out an extra 3 grand which she asked more than reasonably for them to help with out of what she paid them, especially considering they put her in danger selling her this car without disclosing these things! They ignored her for weeks then sent her intimidating letters form their (dodgy) solicitors. Honestly, truly disgusting and reprehensible people working there. Here's to hoping someone with expendable cash can take the time and money to take them to court and put them out of business. Sadly, my 22 year old sister does not and has paid enough for trusting these scumbags. They have been reported to trading standards at the very least and more fool these guys- my sister has quite the Youtube and Instagram following and recently spoke about this in detail :) To the guy that chose my sister as an easy mark - she gave you ample and fair opportunity to make things right with her, and you resorted to scare tactics. You will no doubt get what is coming to you soon.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!

Awful experience! I would avoid. Purchased car to then find out: -AC did not work -Navigation system didn’t work -Leaves left in the back break light A few months later, I’m alerted of an electrical fault on dashboard, took straight to garage to find out there’s a: -Gash down the engine, whole new engine required - cracked cylinder -new clutch required Costing £3000 in repairs!!!! Almost half the vehicle price!!! Whites cars did not help at all or offer any good will gesture when all of this happened within 4 months of purchase! Awful customer service ! I would advise you to take your custom elsewhere ! From other reviews I have seen it seems as though I am not the only person who has been ripped off by this dealership. There was no option for 0 stars hence why I’ve given 1 star...

The reason I chose White’s, is they had a real flash advert stating, they had a 3 month warranty for all vehicle’s purchased from Whites cars. This included parts and labour and VAT.. Can’t go wrong here. Haha, what a joke. The Ad., albeit on ebay classified, stated: 3 Month Warranty (not honoured) HPI Check (Report Supplied) (not supplied) Full Valet 12 Months MOT (10 months) Pre-delivery Inspection (kicked the tyres, more like) After getting the vehicle home, I found -The right hand side lights, front and rear were not working. (Fixed them myself immediately. Fuse) -The brakes were in a dreadful state. New pads and discs required -A/C didn’t work. -Bad oil leak from the corroded sump. -Windscreen washer tank, held about 2 cupful’s before overflowing. To be fair, Lee White, at Whites car sales offered to take the car back for the price I paid, only. However I had a train fare and a tank of petrol paid, to the tune of £60.00. He refused to pay anything more than what I paid for the car. So much for customer service. The ad stated “No Return”. So I obeyed. Also I needed the car for work, as my previous car, quit at short notice. He then changed tack and offered to have the repairs carried out at place of his choosing. Really? Seeing the state of the car after just 2 days I wouldn’t have trusted them near it with a wooden tooth pick. Mileages: Ebay ad : 74,000 Bill of Sale : 76,154 MOT 20.04.18 : 64,191 * Service 27.06.18 : 76,932 *between MOT and Sale, 12k = to a rate of 70,000miles PA. Fiddle? Can’t read numbers?
