Not real time transfer

First time using it and says should be processed within 3 days, it's 5th day already and my mom hasn't received the money yet. Contacted the live chat and says that for first timers it will take 3 days for the money to be pulled out in my account and additional days for it to be credited in beneficiary's account as part of their protocol. This process should have been stated in their website so as not to mislead customers trying to send money in an emergency situation. In their website, it says most transfers are completed in 24 hours or less which is not the case. I suggest that they should be more transparent as to their process. I have used multiple apps for remittances and always real time transfer whether first time or not. This is the only website/app that will take approx. 5 days for the transfer to be processed. Room for improvement here.

I had a bad experience with Bayani Pay. I send money using the apps but transaction never happened. I chat with the representative and never give me a clear response. After 24 hrs, nothing happened, no transaction. When I tried to access the apps, I can no longer open my account with Bayanipay using my PIN. Something fishy here. I delete PLAID in my bank account so they cannot access my information.

Aside from obvious advantages of zero fees and high exchange rates, I like their meticulous verification process to ensure the right recipient gets the funds, as intended. I have been using Gimoka coffee for many years, I buy it from Tk Maxx stores, but I decided to order directly from the website, but unfortunately the coffee I received is moldy, has a strange taste and smell, which does not seem normal to me , I had to throw it away. I sent an email and reported the problem, but the only solution was to offer me a free coffee package with my next order, they really think I would ever order from their site again.

Good when capsules work!

Dolce Gusto compatible capsules bought via Ebay.Delivery was quick and the cofee itself was good and strong.The price would have been reasonable if the capsules had been reliable.However,about 20% of the capsules were faulty and caused minor floods from the machine.Therefore the capsules were not as economical as first thought.Shame because the coffee itself was good from the capsules which did work.

Good quality cost effective coffee beans to your door

I've been using Gimoka for over a year now to buy their bags of coffee beans. Really cost effective even compared with cheap supermarkets, and a discount usually pops up reguarly enough. The coffee beans have never clogged up the machine or been 'gritty' in any way. The large bags mean I can mix my own blend of beans in the coffee machine. Can't speak to their pods, but if you like proper coffee from a bean to cup machine, I recommend them.

We hired the party nuts via artist management services for our wedding in September. It was claimed we would receive 2 sets and djing in between but in actual fact it was an iPad on a tripod that was left unmanned for large portions of our wedding. They asked us to pull some songs from guest recommendations which we did but was left in a playlist that wasn’t curated and whilst no one was manning it it was left to guests and the bride and groom to choose the next song which isn’t what we wanted, bought or expected for our wedding day. The band would leave between their sets to eat our food and drink out the back and weren’t happy to do the service we had paid for between sets. We were so disappointed we called up and emailed Ben and team from Artist management many times in the month after our wedding including on our honeymoon, only to be fobbed off with an email saying they would investigate and also a expensive phone bill as they never answer the phone and you have to pay a premium to ring. They never got back to us with any apology, solution or refund. I would avoid and book with another company as they are expensive and not worth it.

We ended up cancelling our wedding band contract in the 14 day cool off period. Communication went downhill as soon as money was paid - slow responses, cannot talk on the phone to someone unless they call you (which we requested but no one called). First dance requests cost an extra £100, which is fine, but when we asked to see the list of first dance songs the band already knew to avoid paying extra apparently such a list did not exist… The only positive was we were refunded promptly - have since booked with an alternative management company who are better reviewed

Great band, management needs improvement

We hired a band who are managed by this company. The band was great, I don't want the review to be associated with them. The management was a bit impersonal with their communication, it was always about trying to upsell more services to us. Also we had previously sent over a spotify play list and some instructions for them to give to the band, which we were told was done. On the wedding day after their first set, some of the instructions were followed but some were missed out. They didn't play our Spotify play list. An hour later I had to speak to the band singer to text him over a link to the playlist as he had never been sent it by the management. They were always on the ball when it came to payments, but then messed up with their own communications.

We used Artist Management Services recently to book a band (The Elevation) for our wedding in Pickering on 16th October this year. My dealings with them were very positive and I found them very professional. However, before our wedding I did find myself becoming increasingly concerned after reading the negative reviews on here. I needn’t have worried. Kevin, Jason and Ellie were fantastic and the band were absolutely brilliant. There should be an option for zero stars on here. Absolute chancers, taking deposits and refusing to refund when given well over a years notice. We know they have the date rebooked again already so they haven’t lost out but still refuse to refund. Shame as the band look excellent, but the management company are utter con artists, I’m assuming with the bands consent. For anyone looking to book or use them, just avoid. Save yourself the time and stress of dealing with this scam outfit.

Poor / rude / aggressive approach

Following a request to change date we were told we had to pay the balance of the booking even though the band were not available on our new date, we were told we would be taken to court by the band if we didn’t pay the outstanding balance. Following a long drawn out process we were offered a goodwill payment but a fraction of what we had already paid. They’re basically conning people out of money, we’ve reported them to companies house and the insolvency services for scamming people with outrageous admin charges to cancel and move. They’re blatantly ignoring the laws around frustrated contacts due to Covid and blanetly ripping couples off. Avoid

I can not say enough good things about Discount Computer Depot, and especially their Customer/Technical Rep, Jared. My experience dealing with DiscountComputerDepot was exceptional. When I received the computer and the audio did not work I notified the customer service department and they replaced it with a faster computer with more memory. They paid for the shipping. Mike their customer service manager was knowledgeable, polite and very accommodating. I have read many of the negative reviews on this site and the BBB and I am convinced a lot of them have over reacted and misdirected blame. There are millions of complex and unforeseeable issues even with new computers, so when buying a used computer at a CONSIDERABLE discount you have to expect there might be technical issues, and unforeseeable circumstances that come up. It is unreasonable to get mad and blame an entire company when a used computer, you purchased at 25% of what it initially cost, has a problem. I have been an electrical engineer with experience in computer architecture and networking for 35 years and I can tell you with absolute certainty that nealy every single brand new computer or other complex electrical device will have one or more issues that require some level of expertise to resolve. A complete rip off. They did not send the same computer that was ordered and then refused to allow me to return it, after already stating that they would accept the return. The computer fan stopped working in less than 2 months after I received it and the speaker port was busted. The computer was supposed to have a 2 TB hard drive, but it is only 1 TB and the monitor they sent looked like it was from the 90's. They also have an F rating with the BBB due to all of the complaints. I purchased this online from Wal-Mart, and did not realize that it was being sold by a third party, not through Wal-mart. Customer service and quality products obviously do not matter to Discount Computer. BUYER BEWARE!

Where do I start. From start to finish it’s been a joke. We was meant to get a delivery in July, then we got an email saying it would have to be delivered later in July. Then we got another email saying it would be delivered 21st August, then it got changed again to 28th August. When the stuff finally got delivered, we realised only half of the stuff was actually delivered, and we had to wait another week to receive it. When we approached the company about this the only thing they had to say was sorry, and this is simply not good enough as it is unprofessional and like them we are trying to run a small family business but have had to let down customers and push their jobs back due to waiting for this company to deliver our materials which meant we lost over £3000 because our customers could not wait any longer. It has been excuse after excuse, with no real reason for pushing the delivery dates back 4 times. To be honest, they offered us £500 as compensation because we had lost money due to their mistakes, but the £500 didn’t even cover 2 days work. After that, they then proceeded to only deliver half of the materials which meant we had to push things back further. For us to take a hit like that from something that wasn’t even our fault is astonishing and very detrimental to our small business, and they simply did not care and just kept brushing us off. They knew this delivery was important as it is for a special needs school, and they were reminded of this numerous times, however they did not seem to care. We have kept all the conversations between our business and theirs, including emails and recordings of phone calls.

Their sales manager Stephen Dimond is completely rude and unprofessional. I emailed him and told him that their customers/competitors have quoted the job much cheaper than them. I also found out that his company have stopped them from quoting for our job, which may well be against the UK competition law. He then phoned me and called me "disgusting". Run, don't walk, as fast as you can away from this bunch. Every negative review you've read on YELP tells it exactly as it is. They market themselves as several different entities (California Logo Designs, Teamworks, and more). At one time they even showed the BBB logo on their website and BBB made them take it down as they were not affiliated. They stop at nothing! They're not even to be found at the address they indicate (more likely hiding out somewhere in India). They change names telling you your contact there is no longer with the company and they can't stand behind whatever they promised you. It's an old game of baiting and you will be very sorry if you get near them. We're going to the authorities, even including FBI, to bring a halt to them!!!

Fake company the real name is creative writing hub. Beware this company is a scam, hired them and paid them $2000 and they held me hostage the whole 6 months and didn't do anything that was originally promised and delivered a horrible product to me. When I refused to continue working with them and asked for refund they said it will come but never did. I have also filed fraud and dispute with my credit cards and might report them to the authorities. Beware they are trying to steal peoples money and do the bare minimum possible and will try to fight the dispute so they keep you money. They threatened me a number of times that they will fight the dispute and win if I dispute the charges. I did anyways and will report them to the authorities if I do not get my money back and have to sue but I think they use fake names to avoid issues for themselves which is fraud.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TIME WASTER!! Posted on a local Facebook group requesting a handyman to come on a Sunday and fit some twin slot shelving. This chap replied to say he’d do the job and then tried to charge £80 to put in 10 screws. Did negotiate a more reasonable rate but did not reply when I asked what time I could expect him the next day. I messaged again to check the time the next morning and after 2 hours of no reply I told him I needed the job done that day and it was fine if he’d rather not do it as I’d had someone else offer to come and sort it. He replied to say he still wanted the work and would be with me around 4. By 6pm with no contact and having ignored my 2 messages and 2 calls I figured he wasn’t coming! Utter let down! Why offer to do a job that’s not related to your field of “expertise” if you don’t really want it? And why, when the customer offers to let you out of your obligation because it is imperative the work is done that day and they have another offer, would you double down on doing the work only to let the customer down and then just ghost them?!

My first experience of Windy Boats UK was the purchase of a used Windy Ghibli 28; first class service from the broker including real practical help in sorting out the usual small items identified in the pre-purchase survey and subsequently help in shipping her to her new home on the Costa Blanca. Fast forward 5 -6 years and they helped me to sell her - getting the right price and making me and the new owner both very happy. The brokerage team are extremely knowledgeable and have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the leisure boat market and are very helpful in getting your boat sorted- as are the team at the yard. No hesitation in recommending them for both buying and selling your boat.

I purchased 5 items from Decorapore October 23, 2019. While awaiting delivery, the plumber needed the base for the shower. This was a new bathroom. Yesterday, November 19, 2019, i went to the warehouse at 4200 Matte blvd, in Brossard. The attendant told me that they will deliver my itens the next day between 11am and 1pm.after waiting close to 4pm, i called the warehouse at 4200 matte blvd. I was told that the person i spoke with was not there, and delivery will be tomorrow between 1pm and 3pm. I went back to the warehouse. He was there, and denied that he told me delivery will be tomorrow. I mentioned how he said "see you tomorrow " as i was leaving. I told him if he made a mistake better to say i made a mistake, i could understand , but not lie to me about everything. He said to me when i was leaving.." YOU EAT PUSSY" in front of all the other employees. I said to them..that's the kind of person you hire. Imaging saying that to a customer instead of an apology.

Jeg har aftalt mobilt bredbånd til erstatning for TDCs kobbernet, som nedlægges. Fastnet.nu anbefaler og sælger adgang til Telenors bredbånd, et netværk med stærkt svingende signal samt en router til samme, som sælges til ejendom - hvilket ikke oplystes. Denne router er, som det mobile bredbånd, af tvivlsom rækkeevne. Fastnet.nu meddelte ikke, at routeren skulle koste kr. 900 til ejendom. Jeg er nu ude at det abonnement, men Fastnet.nu vi ikke kreditere mig routeren. Pas meget på med at indgå aftale med Fastnet.nu!

Et virkelig dårligt firma, hold jer langt væk. Det undrer mig at ældresagen samarbejder med dem. Jeg henvender mig for at høre, om jeg kan bruge deres mobile bredbånd med data til at streame tv og efter en snak om mit forbrug ender jeg med at købe et abonnement. Det holder så kun en uge, så er der ikke mere data. Jeg henvender mig til kundeservice og efter mange snakke frem og tilbage, hvor medarbejderen også skal hente vejledning hos kolleger, da han ikke selv ved noget ender det med at de anbefaler at jeg finder en anden udbyder. Jeg gør så opmærksom på, at jeg gerne vil bruge min fortrydelsesret i forhold til den D-link ruter de har sendt til mig og medarbejderen siger, at den skal jeg ikke tænke på og ikke returnere. Jeg har nu modtaget en faktura hvor jeg er faktureret 1660 kr. for 91 GB og betaling for router på 448 kr. Jeg henvender mig igen til kundeservice, hvor medarbejderen igen ikke kan svare på noget men skal snakke med chefen og der er intet at gøre. Jeg har aldrig været udsat for noget lignende og jeg føler virkelig at jeg er blevet fuppet.

Min gamle mor i rullestol, på 2.sal i lejebolig og meget afhænig af sin fastnettelefon med abonnement hos Fastnet.nu, som lejer sig ind hos Yousee's kobberkabler... har snart været uden fastnet-telefonforbindelse i to måneder. To måneder...Problemet er p.t.ikke løst!!! Vi får søde og rare folk i røret hos kundeservice og får at vide at der er en kabelfejl og gravearbejde forude. Vi får først en dato tre uger frem for fejlrettelse og da datoen oprinder, bliver reparation atter udskudt ca tre uger. Vi har forsøgt at kontakte yousee( kabelejere), men får at vide at de ikke har abonnementet og har atter kontaktet Fastnet.nu - søde og venlige medarbejdere, men ingen løsning på problemet, her og nu. Det går ikke stærkt med fejlretninger på fastnettelefoni, muligvis fordi lednings-kobber-ejeren ikke har har travlt/prioriterer hurtig fejlløsning, når det ikke er deres egne abonnenter ?! Der sidder hun stadig - uden fastnetforbindelse; til familie, div. aktører i kommunen, kan ikke bestille Flex-handicap transport, kan ikke komme i kontakt med madleverandør, fysioterapeuter, sygehus/læge osv Betaler for en vare der ikke kan leveres ... pårørende.

Fastnet giver os gode muligheder for at spare..

Endnu en prisstigning på telefoni via kobberkablerne i jorden. Ikke en prisstigning som Fastnet ønskede, så Fastnet har handlet og sat ekstra speed på tilbud om at flytte det gamle fastnet nummer over på mobilnettet. Jeg synes at Fastnet er gode til at skrive på en let forståelig måde og flytningen af det gamle nummer kunne næppe gå mere gnidningsfrit. De to ting der koster to stjerner er at Fastnet ikke tilbyder en omkoblingsboks hvor man kan sætte simkortet i og så koble de gamle eksisterende telefoner til, hvorefter alt kører som tidligere, samt at data ikke er med i "Fastnet på mobil", men hvis der bruges data, så koster det ved siden af. Den detalje er farlig, fordi mange smartphones automatisk bruger mobildata! En omkoblingsboks vil dog fjerne denne risiko totalt. Ærgerligt at man skal omkring Amazon for at købe den.

Fraråder fastnet.nu Jeg er gået tilbage til eesy. Her får man ikke tilsendt en fysisk regning første gang, men betaler f.eks. via MobilePay. Uden gebyr. Med fastnet.nu følger en opkrævningsgebyr på 49 kr. Næste regning var ikke fysisk, men på mail, men også opkrævningsgebyr på 49 kr. Ved tilmelding til PBS er gebyret så 9.75. Men stadig ikke nogen gratis løsning. Jeg tror de lever højt på deres samarbejde med Ældresagen og omvendt. Ældre mennesker viser jo en tillid der er nem at udnytte.

Havde sådan glædet os til at flytte ind på Lille kobbel i Christiansfeld. Men glæden var/er meget kort, super dejlig-søde naboer, men fejl og mangler er mange nogle er lavet andre ikke og ved ikke hvornår det bliver. Lige pludselig skal vi også holde græsplæne dette var ikke planen fra start, det er bare lavet om, står ikke i leje kontrakten at vi skal holde græs, men det er jo bleven så moderne med en vild have. Stakit ved terrassen i den ene ende er sparet væk, der stå to p-pladser til hver hus de fleste har fået en fin plads med sten inde på deres grund vi skal bare holde ude på vejen det er vores nr to plads og der er masser af plads til at lave den på ved os. Syntes det er rigtig træls at de aftaler som er ikke bliver overholdt, ved godt at vi bare kan flytte hvis vi ikke kan affinde os med det.

Det har overordnet set, været et af de værste udlejningsselskaber, jeg har været lejer hos, i esbjerg. Jeg vil ikke anbefale, at man har VEA som udlejer, på baggrund af ovenstående.

Great customer support

I had ordered an indoor antenna which did not work well. I had left a review about being unhappy. The company immediately reached out to me, made some suggestions on alternate antennas, supplied me a return label and offered a refund or a credit toward one of the alternatively suggested antenna. I was very impressed with the customer service so I opted to order one of the other antenna and it works great. I get 4 times more channels than I was. I was getting about 7-11 channels on a good day but now get 42 and they are much more clear and reliable, even on rainy days. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Item didn't appear. I waited 6 days and informed them via their online form. No response. Emailed and told it'd be looked into. No response. Tried online chat three days after that - waited 30 minutes and got nowhere. Tried online form again - no reply. Emailed again and was told the order was problematic because a signature was required on delivery. !!!! I replied and said no card had been left by royal mail, I also know my postmen who all said they'd not seen my CBD oil delivery (they know what it is as they know it's for my ME/CFS). Three days on from that and still no delivery nor any response to my question about when I can expect it. Called them only to get a message saying their lines are very busy so I use live chat instead. Except that doesn't work either! Appalling service. I placed a large order and now cannot afford to buy more CBD oil elsewhere but have run out. This company is praying on ill people. I plan to complain to Trading Standards. *Update - strangely within 2 hours of my review being posted I received an email saying that because two lots of replacements had already been sent out (yet I had never received confirmation of this with tracking details?!?) it was time for the honesty of the postal service in my area to be called into question - !!!! I have seriously never heard the like. Perhaps CBDexperia might want to put its own house in order before questioning the honesty of other organisations. Also strange is the fact that no proof of posting or tracking numbers were ever given to me. Make your own conclusions. Apparently I am being given a refund. As soon as it arrives I will be closing my account and going elsewhere!

Excellent products and customer service

Had a problem with a vaping kit that took a while to resolve due to e-mail problems their end, but they did give me a credit against a different order in the end. Very friendly customer support and excellent products.

They are bloody Scammer, don't pick calls after taking money, all the positive reviews are trap, I lost my hard earn money. Their Instagram comment section are off.
