I found out that even though some of the company coverage fee can be cheaper, but if you look into the details of coverage, there are common things that are not cover and may end up being more expensive at the end

So basically we asked them to take us to bergamo airport hotel from jetpark area which is 4 minutes by car, and they refused to do it, but they told us that they can call a taxi. We were happy at first , but when the taxi driver came and dropped us off at our destination, which is 1km away, they charged us for 33 euros. The jetpark staff knew this and worked with the taxi company to scam us. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Sconsigliatissimo. Per loro il parcheggio coperto è una tettoia che non ha riparato per niente la mia auto dagli eventi atmosferici. Al momento del ritiro la macchina era piena di sabbia/terra. Era l'una si notte e al mio reclamo lo staff si è offerto di lavarmi la macchina cosa che ho rifiutato visto l'orario. Al mio ritorno non mi hanno nemmeno caricato/scaricato le valigie dalla navetta. Il giorno dopo ho chiamato l'assistenza che mi ha mostrato il video che dimostra che la macchina è stata parcheggiata sotto questa tettoia e mi hanno offerto un buono per un autolavaggio. Si vede che sono abituati a gestire questo tipo di reclami. Mi hanno anche detto che le mie erano solo scuse per avere un rimborso. Io volevo soltanto che la mia macchina fosse parcheggiata al coperto e non sotto una tettoia.

Übrigens war die Wohnung stinkend und schmutzig. Wir wohnten etwa 9 Tage in dieser Wohnung. Dann sind wir ausgezogen. Nach 2 Wochen forderte ich sie auf, die Kaution zurückzuzahlen und die Hälfte der Miete, die ich für den ersten Monat gezahlt hatte, zu überweisen. Man sagte mir, ich solle mich mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung setzen. Sie sagten, dass der Vermieter die Kaution zurückzahlen wird. Die Hälfte der Miete, die ich für den ersten Monat gezahlt habe, haben sie absichtlich nicht erwähnt. Dann habe ich den Vermieter per Mail kontaktiert, er/sie hat aber nie geantwortet. Dann habe ich noch einmal bei HC24 nachgefragt und die sagten, dass es 3 bis 6 Monate dauert. Sie haben es immer noch nicht zurückbezahlt. Ich glaube nicht, dass sie es tun werden. Das ist Betrug. Die Kaution gehört nicht Ihnen, bitte akzeptieren Sie das. Ihr Verhalten war immer arrogant und unhöflich. Zamówiłam je tylko i wyłącznie ze względu na zapewnienie dostawy przed sylwestrem. Stroje dotarły 3 stycznia- więc od razu w ten dzień dokonałam zwrotu. Na realizację czekałam cierpliwie 14 dni jak napisano na stronie, po czym upomniałam się o swój zwrot. Nie wystarczyło że podałam numer zwrotu. Musiałam przesłać jeszcze dowody na odesłanie przesyłki i 4 lutego otrzymałam zwrot pieniędzy na konto. Współpraca z firmą vegaoo to jakaś farsa. Nie polecam absolutnie! Tak przedmiotowego traktowania klienta jeszcze nie spotkałam. Stracony czas i w sumie 30 zł w plecy za przesyłki z nie swojej winy.

Poprosiłam o zwrot pieniądzy w zamian dostałam formularz do wypełnienia. EDIT 13.01 2025 ROK paczka została umieszczona w paczkomacie. Nie mam zamiaru jej odbierać. Our family have used Antony Fyson to buy and sell several properties now. We have always found both himself and his assistant Vicki both friendly and professional. This would have been five stars but it took over six weeks to pay us the balance owed following our last sale.

Dumped straight into DocuSign with zero explanation. Major problems with ThirdFort. Expectation to do everything on line. Brusque communication. Sluggish reactions to a problem, minimal feedback as to progress. Trainee solicitor was more professional. 3 months later they demanded £3.53 (their mistake). Again no explanation or apology. We were long standing clients before merger. We will never use them again. Avoid.

I appointed Rothera Bray to represent me for my case. After reading and obtaining a few quotes from other firms, Rothera Bray was not the cheapest or dearest, but I found they were best suited for my case and the cost were reasonable. Lindsey who I dealt with mostly over the phone/email was the most lovely, friendly and informative lady, and I know this is her job but she didn't make me feel like just another client for how big their firm is. Then I spoke and met with Olivia who was my legal representation for the hearing. Olivia was very professional, friendly, straight talking and obviously good at what she does. An update… Rotheras have yet shown their true colours by lying to the Ombudsman. My Google review about Rotheras was reported by them relentlessly for months on end, to prevent it from being posted. Rotheras want to present a false image of being professional when their work ethic and quality of legal probate knowledge can only be described as dismal! I am sure my review will be followed up with a slew of high rated reviews as part of damage control! Engaged Rothera in April 2022 to probate an estate.The probate only came through in August 2023. Provided them all the information they had requested promptly.. Months later, after a lack of communication or progress on the application, made international call after call and emailed them to be constantly told that the lawyer would be in the office after four weeks, he was on vacation, he had a funeral to attend. When I insisted on knowing the cause for the delay, Rotheras showed no inclination to resolve the issue that was holding up the probate. Hence, I decided to work with the bank, spending hours of my time to resolve the issue and essentially take care of what Rothera were being paid for. Months later, after further delays, Rotheras sent me the application to sign, which to my dismay had been created incorrectly. On the application, Rothera had shown us as being domiciled in the UK. The very purpose of going through a lawyer was to prove that we were not domiciled in the UK and therefore IHT did not apply to our application.What was Rothera’s reaction to this huge error? Indifference. I was also asked by Rothera to prove from a local lawyer that we were domiciled outside the UK and that I had the right locally to inherit the estate. I had to spend hours researching on my own what documents would be suitable. No help from Rotheras, yet, as soon as I provided the documents they came back to me saying they would engage an expert for a fee and see what documents were needed. They had not been bothered to check this crucial information before asking me to pay the local lawyer and obtain the documents. Needless to say I had to pay the local lawyer again for another set of documents. The pension company informed me that they did not hear from Rotheras for months, hence the funds have been converted into a Bear account and I will now have to spend endless hours trying to resolve this issue on my own. Rotheras found selling certain stocks to be complicated, so that too was handed over to me to take care of. Rothera also asked me to take care of transferring the property titles to my name as they said they were too busy. Rotheras have charged unjustified fees in the five figures for doing the clerical task of writing to banks to obtain date of death values, of submitting the application (major error spotted by me thankfully) and writing to the companies asking them to deposit funds into the Rothera account. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at the fees they were charging for an error-ridden, incompetent and incomplete process, three of the partners aggressively got involved, trying to justify the high fees they were charging me. Yet, none of the partners had been available to look at the delays, the error on the application or the fact that I was being pressured to handle and resolve the work that they did not want to do because it involved an extra step from the basic clerical tasks they preferred to do for a fee that was in the thousands! Why go with them when you can have any other competent lawyer to assist you? Save yourself the stress, extra work, and expense and go with a more capable and professional firm of lawyers.

I would like to thank Rothera Bray Solicitors, in particular Grant Benskin. I found myself in a difficult position with a business tenant and had to resort to litigation. Ich habe den Luftreiniger gekauft weil ich an einer Hauptstraße wohne mit viel Staub und Luftverschmutzung, was beim Lüften in die Wohnung gelangt und man ständig Staub wischen muss. Da ich Asthma habe was sich bei zuviel Staub in Hustenattacken äußert, probierte ich Trotec aus. Das Gerät ist klein, handlich und hat überall Platz in einer kleinen Wohnung. Die Luft ist viel sauberer und der Staub wird immer weniger. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät.

Wir haben Anfang Januar einen Heizstrahler gekauft und diesen dann zurück gesendet, weil er für unsere Zwecke nicht geeignet war. Retoureneingang laut Trotec am 23.01.2025 - seitdem fragen wir wöchentlich nach dem Stand und werden immer weiter vertröstet. Bisher keine Erstattung und keine zufriedenstellende Antwort. Wir werden hier nie wieder kaufen.

Ich habe eine Akku Gartenschere gekauft. Die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Das Produkt hat mich echt total begeistert. Ich habe viele ziemlich große Haselnusshecken und die Schere hat gehalten, was versprochen wurde: bis 28mm Astdurchmesser, frisches Holz, ging es durch, wie nichts. Innerhalb 45 Minuten war der Akku wieder geladen. Zudem ist die Schere sehr leicht und handlich.

Ich habe am 20.01.2025 ein defekt angeliefertes Heizgerät zurückgesendet. Seit dem warte ich auf die Rückerstattung.Heute ist der 25.02.2025. Last minute booking, wish we hadn't🙈. Booked self catering as nothing else left. Ushered to a block adjacent to hotel. First thing was the smell, damp, mouldy smell. Bathroom was modern, towels looked threadbare and yellow. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. Sat on sofa and sunk in, struggled to get up! We asked reception about food and we're told to walk up the road to the kings head or drive to Keswick village. A hotel that doesn't serve patrons food? Well not self catering patrons obviously. Honestly this place is like something out of horror movie. Please don't waste your money like we did. Only positive was the view of the lake. I'm sure there are much nicer places. The hotel itself looks like a care home inside! Dated decor, furniture etc.. owners obviously aren't bothered about customer experience. Such a shame, could be lovely.

My husband had surprised me with an anniversary break and in my opinion he did good!! We arrived at the hall just gone 3pm on the 25/03/24 for a 2 night break and were very pleased of the surroundings the nature the lake and the charming character of the building. On entry to reception we were shown to our room by Dale, a beautiful room with an enormous bed your usual coffee/tea facilities hair dryer ect are provided the room was very clean and well decorated the view out of the door onto the garden was wonderful we were in room 11. Dale explained what we needed to know regarding safety breakfast an option for evening meal and the times off service Wi-Fi code if required and then we were left to settle in to our surroundings. On closer inspection the room was spotlessly clean and well fitted the bed was very comfortable and towels and lotions were provided, remote control TV we also had a small seating area looking out on to the lake and gardens. Outside the room from the back we had a patio area with overhead cover and wicker furniture to take in the breath taking views. We decided to eat at the hall on the first night which was in the bar and we asked to check for availability for an extra night and were able to extend our break. The menu is small main meals only, hubby had the double burger and I had the sea bass and it was lovely I must say. We spent the evening talking to Dale finding out the history off the hall and then retired to our room. A very comfortable sleep was had and being woken up by the birds was pleasant. Breakfast in the dining room was excellent you get the choice off cereal dried fruits fresh fruit yogurt choice of juices full English or salmon and scrambled eggs toast and jams tea or coffee and looking out onto the lake was relaxing and peaceful. Talking to other guests we all agreed that nothing was too much trouble from our hosts and service was quick. The hall is a family run business and you really can see the passion and pride they have in running it and making the most of the experience you have. Dale and the family have many ideas for the hall itself and its surroundings with many ideas for the future and we look forward to seeing how they go as we will be returning time and time again.

I wish I was reviewing this hotel but unfortunately I never got there. What on earth was going on I really don't understand. I had a gift voucher given for my birthday , expiring July 2022. I live in Yorkshire but my partner is in London and has never experienced The Lakes so we opted for this hotel in Thirlmere. We did everything that we had to do; obtained an activation code for the voucher etc then rang the hotel. We asked about a Saturday night and was told that it would be reserved, but had to follow up with an email, and to confirm in the email that the booking included breakfast. I did this and my partner arranged transport from London. When it was about a week beforehand we became quite worried as hadn't heard back, so i rang again. It took ages to get through and then a curt lady advised that we couldn't have booked a Saturday night as the voucher doesn't allow that, that their contract with the voucher company expires in April, even though my voucher expires in July. She also told me that their email had not been working since before Xmas!! Admittedly when I checked the voucher it did say not valid for Saturdays , though I think we could have been told this. The unhelpful lady then confirmed that I could book the night before. I said that would be fine ( my partner was travelling up North on that day anyway) and she asked me to put it in an email!! I sent an email to the email address on the site, that the lady on the phone confirmed was correct and I also put the enquiry through on their website. NOTHING SINCE. Not an email, not a phone call. I have tried to call so many times and no one answers the phone. My partner had hired a car to travel up to the hotel so that money was lost. I spoke to the Issuer of the gift voucher who said they had no record of our booking and we need to take up with the hotel. Chance would be a fine thing. What a disappointment. What a mess. What appalling customer service......They don't deserve guests.

Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en uno de los alojamientos turísticos de esta empresa. Por circunstancias trágicas, tuve que acortar mi estancia tras la primera noche debido al fallecimiento de mi padre. Informé de la situación y solicité un reembolso parcial o algún gesto de consideración, pero la respuesta fue totalmente insensible. A pesar de que Booking respaldó mi petición, el alojamiento se negó rotundamente a mostrar humanidad o empatía. Además, la única noche que pasé allí fue extremadamente incómoda. El apartamento es increíblemente ruidoso, con ventanas que no aíslan en absoluto del tráfico constante en el exterior. Fue imposible descansar adecuadamente. Por si fuera poco, retienen 2.000 euros de fianza en la tarjeta, una cifra desproporcionada que solo añade más tensión y deja una sensación de desconfianza hacia la gestión del alojamiento. Lo más indignante es la absoluta falta de humanidad mostrada en todo este proceso. En lugar de actuar con comprensión y respeto ante una situación difícil, prefirieron ignorar cualquier apelación al sentido común, priorizando únicamente llenarse los bolsillos. Contribuyen a la deshumanización del sector, convirtiendo lo que debería ser hospitalidad en una fría transacción económica. Un alojamiento sin alma, y definitivamente, sin corazón. No lo recomendaría bajo ningún concepto.

He tenido una estancia en uno de sus apartamentos en Madrid, después de que reservé leí que ellos te acusaban de daños que no ocasionaste, entonces cuando salí grabé el estado del apartamento. Efectivamente me han descontado 50 Euros porque según ellos dañé una cortina que ni siquiera estaba puesta o no existía en el apartamento en el que me quedé. Ahora me piden que les envíe un video al momento en que llegué porque su equipo de operaciones y limpieza les asegura que la cortina si estaba. Ahora responden con mentiras, les he pedido que me demuestren que la cortina existía (porque ni siquiera existía) y no me han enviado ninguna evidencia que demuestre lo que están respondiendo. Ladrones y mentirosos.

Poor hygiene standards and inadequate customer service Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival at the apartment, we immediately noticed spiders in one of the bedrooms and the hallway. Despite notifying the company right away, it took several days for anyone to respond. When someone finally came, the problem was barely addressed: the cleaning staff simply swept the spiders onto the floor, leaving them in the apartment. Over the next few days, the spiders even spread into the living area. We eventually had to purchase insect spray and clean the place ourselves. We had booked this apartment specifically because it had two bedrooms, so our daughter could have her own space. However, due to the insect problem, we were unable to use the second bedroom for multiple nights. Despite paying extra for this room, we couldn’t make use of it. To make matters worse, we later discovered cockroaches in the apartment as well. We repeatedly asked for compensation for these issues, but our requests were either ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses. The lack of urgency and failure to address the problem properly was extremely frustrating, and their customer service left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend booking through this company unless they seriously improve their standards and responsiveness to guest concerns.

I ordered a gluten test for my son on 8th January, I paid for the express service. However today's date is 17th February and still no test. I have sent emails still waiting on reply, I telephoned and a girl answered she stated she did not work there ?? But would leave a message and someone would call me back.. still waiting on that call. A CON OF A COMPANY. Ordered a test on 1st January 2023 which I never received. Contacted the company "BEN" who said they would send a replacement. This never happened. When trying to contact you get an auto reply saying 'Ben is out of the office for family reasons'. How convenient is that as customers have no other way to contact this fraudulent company. Do not use, and do not buy from this dubious company. Zero stars would be too much for this company.

I placed an order on the 25th Jan for a cholesterol test. Paid £4.00 for 1-2 day delivery. I have still not received the order. I have submitted messages and got a call which I missed and an answerphone message to call back. I have tried to call back but the number won’t connect. I have again submitted more messages and emails saying I can’t get through to them. I have still had no reply. I am now demanding my money back but still yet to hear anything. Terrible customer service.

Contacted Test Kit Express for some test kits that I ordered in December, however, they hadn't arrived. Spoke to Ian who stated there were a few supply chain issues as well as postal strikes. Kits arrived this week as promised.

Each time, was told they would call me back in next 15 minutes after they'd chased with supplier/dispatch. No call backs....Finally told them on Monday 31st October I want my money back. Promised it the same day. Still waiting for this as of Wednesday 2nd Nov, now told "they do refunds on a Thursday" (which was never mentioned previously LOL...). Very poor service, what more can I say....

Just a scam they do not provide any true value. You can get the same price for free. They will not refund any money!!! I talked with several people in the process the free gift actual cost about $500 they are very sorry but can't help. Then I started trying to use the program to set up some hotel stays and a cruise. I did not find the amazing deals that were promised. I thought maybe I was not doing something right so I called in. The person I spoke with was very nice and easy to work with but the deals were not any better than just using google to book. The people you talk with are very nice but you are not getting special rates. This is a scam and they will gladly take your money. I was so excited because I thought I was buying into a program that our family could use to take vacations and make memories, soooo disappointed. I also believe this is why they WILL NOT give you an opportunity for a refund, it would put them out of business.

I haven’t been with the company for very long, but I have had a wonderful experience with them so far. I am a nurse and I try to travel as much as I can on my off days and so I have a lot of experience with traveling all over the world. So far I have already saved over $1000 On my weekend getaways and look forward to booking many more in the future. I will come back and leave another review after I have booked bigger trips. The Idea of controling my own Travel and Paying Wholesale instead of Retail Deffinatley appealed to me so I took a Chance. I was Plesantly surprised. Tramerigo Works! It took me a little while to get it down but once I did...I Love it. I allso Love the fact that I could put my Adault Kids as Add Ons on my membership so they get all the Benifits Their Mother and I Do...Pretty Cool and so far has saved us a Ton of Money. I highly recomend the 20 minute on line Tutorial allso. Our Go-Pro rep is pretty Cool and Very Helpfull. Gld we did it.

This one actually works!! I bought a timeshare in 2013 that was a nightmare. Then, I joined a vacation club in 2020 bc it seemed good and had good reviews plus they said they would get me out of my timeshare. They never got me out of my timeshare and I had problems with availability. I was very hesitant to join Tramerigo especially after reading some of the reviews. What made me take the leap is my sales rep logged into the live website and did a thorough tutorial on zoom. We did apples to apples price comparisons and he actually brought me all the way to the checkout screen so I could see that it was 100% bookable. I've never had a sales rep do that before. They usually just give me lip service and try to gain my trust. I appreciated the way he handled my concerns and hesitation and had no problem with spending time to show me everything to give me piece of mind. Seeing is believing!! I don't understand why anybody would want to cancel this if your actually traveling. My suggestion is to schedule a tutorial with your sales rep if you are having issues bc you're probably using the site wrong.

I signed a contract to join Tramerigo travel club. They did not follow through with items promised. I have time stamped documentation of cancelation. I live in Washington state and sent my cancellation notice within 14 days per my contract. They have not answered/returned any of my calls or acknowledged that I have cancelled my account. They have continued to charge my account. It has been almost 60 days.

They will hold your site hostage when you want your source files for the website you paid them to build for you. I had hired a mini van for Easter week to take our children and their friends for their birthday trip we have been planning for nearly a year. I was told there would be no one in the office on Easter bank holiday Friday so just to drop the key into a shoot. We had a really bad luck coming back on Friday, being stacked on a motorway for hours and children being sick. We didn’t manage to come back until late evening hours. I have returned the van by 10 am following morning and have been charged a full day rent!!!! £100 for couple of hours late return. I had been renting from first call in Stonehouse for years, being their loyal customer. The man at customers desk had a really rude snarky remarks and attitude towards myself. I will never come back ever again, you have just lost a loyal customer. It was not necessary to be so rude and charged me a whole day rental instead of couple of hours late return due to unforeseen circumstances. Next time I will hire from MVR, the customer service here is outstanding and they value their customers here.

I'm going to kick this Gloucestershire company's Trustpilot profile off with a 6 out of 5! Local operator to me in Gloucester, provided van at short notice and reasonable cost. It's clear the operators care for and know their vehicles; the Mercedes provided for use absolutely immaculate. On collection received a comprehensive and instructive brief on operation. 100% transparent on recording minor existing damage on checkout sheet. Insurance terms clearly described. Very smooth vehicle to drive. Stuck in abysmal traffic on way back, no quibble on 15 minutes late for 24 hour hire. Proper return procedure carried out, no hidden surprises to come. First on my call list if I need a commercial van again. Thank you very much indeed! J
