
25% premium increase
I was a customer for a year. I never filed a claim so I am not judging on that. Yet the company increased my premium by +25% from one year to another on the basis of inflation and Covid. I am 32 years old, not a single pre existing condition nor claim in the past. Either the company is ripping off their customers, or it's a predatory pricing strategy for people who don't look too much into it (or care). Some competitors provide better coverage for a better price.

This is, without a doubt, the worst insurance company I’ve ever encountered—it was unfortunate to interact with them at all. The agent who contacted me was incredibly insincere and came across as uneducated. When I disclosed that I have a common, non-threatening autoimmune condition, his entire demeanor shifted dramatically, as though I had revealed some unheard-of, highly contagious space HIV. Despite already securing coverage from another insurance provider, I sensed his unprofessionalism and decided to feign interest in proceeding just so I could document my experience here. To make matters worse, the agent attempted to justify his behavior with what was clearly a fabricated sob story about his mother allegedly being unable to get insured for the same reason (If it wasn’t fabricated, I sincerely hope he isn’t using such a personal matter for manipulative sales tactics).

going down the drain
Seems like the company is slowly but surely going down the drain.... I am insured with them since 5-6 years and had 1-2 claims in the first year. Since then the prices increased yearly by 15-20% telling me the inflation rate (of actual 5-7%) would be the reason. I contacted them as a new customer and see there... If I am new I would get a 20% lower price. This clearly shows the company is not in a healthy state when ripping off existing clients which on top did not have any claim for 2-3 years!! Will be using a more expensive company that gives you a fair pricing and service instead of using ridiculous dodgy marketing methods and ripping off existing customer. Thanks for nothing!

WR simply load premiums for pre existing conditions without asking whether you wish to have the PEC covered or not - most insurers offer PEC cover as an option. When asked the reason they say due to the chief medical officer - so in effect the customer gets what the customer does not necessarily want - strange customer service strategy - this inflexibility sends a huge red flag for future claims

If you are looking for a reliable, straightforward, effortless and trustworthy health insurance, just WALK AWAY from WR (aka William Russel). They have been asking for many documents from the doctors, doubting about their existence, doubting about the consultations our child had. Months later they still didn't reimburse us the few hundreds of dollars we paid from our pocket. I am talking about normal pediatrician consultation. I can't imagine the damage if it was more serious and more expensive. in a nutshell, don't rely or trust them at all !!!

I have been a customer of William-Russell from 2012 onwards for whole family of 6. Until perhaps 2019 everything was fine and every claim (we had very few) was processed and settled very fast. Unfortunately, since about 3 years things have changed to the worse and they come up with ridiculous reasons why they can't cover this or that. I recently broke my ankle in an accident and couldn't walk anymore and was in severe pain, and they came up that this is not an emergency and therefore not covered!!! Most annoying is, that there customer service will just ignore you and don't even answer e-mails! They send you an e-mail why this or that can't be covered and then this is final - they don't even want to communicate or explain anymore afterwards! Finally I had no other choice to bring this to my lawyer which is very annoying. So avoid at all cost if you want.

Awful miss leading company that do not answer direct straight questions about being covered for taking the covid 19 emergency approved vaccine. The words used was "Shouldn't affect your cover" which isn't a professional answer. When i asked if i was to have an adverse reaction and to pass would i be covered Yes? or No? then we can talk. I was then completely ignored.

I can only give them 5 stars I've used them for about 10 claims for my family. I think the big issue when people complain is that they don't read their policies properly you get what you pay for. William Russell is in the more expensive scale but they are there when you need them. Their emergency line is there on the spot to help you and make sure everything is send to the hospital so that they are ready for you and you don't have to think about paperwork only about getting well. They will always be my first choice for my family.

A chaque fois deja ils veulent te vendre (mais sans te faire comprendre que la boite est payante et coute plus de 10e), et quand tu leur dis que tu n'en veux pas ils te mettent les macarons dans leurs boites patissières ou ils finissent a chaque fois cassés...Au prix du macaron à la pièce c'est honteux. Année après année cela ne change pas, à chaque noel c'est comme ça...Peu importe la boutique dans laquelle je vais.

Livraison de macarons aux Pays Bas. Le colis exterieur avait l'air normal mais les produits sont arrivés ecrases: tous les macarons, de la meme maniere. Laduree rembourse l'expedition mais considere que la qualite des produits n'est pas modifiee et que de toute facon ils ne sont pas responsables du transporteur. Ils ne mettraient jamais en vente en boutique les macarons qu'ils ont livres. Je ne recommanderai jamais plus en ligne , ni meme en boutique. Il y a suffisamment de concurrents de qualité pour s'en passer.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered two items, 2 weeks before my mums birthday. Only one arrived and when I emailed for the second item to be delivered aapa they replied to dya it was out of stock. They agreed to send an alternative but this never happened. I have emailed countless times and been promised a reply from a manage but received nothing. It has now been almost a month and I still haven't even received a refund for the out of stock items.

Ich kann hier die schlechten Bewertung überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen! Ich bestelle schon seit Jahren bei PureNature und bin immer zufrieden! Wichtig für mich als an MCS (multiple Chemikaliensensitivität) Erkrankte: die Ware wird garantiert immer duftstofffrei geliefert! Auch dem Kundendienst gebe ich 5 Sterne. Ich bin mit der Beratung sowie der Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kulanz dem Kunden gegenüber immer zufrieden! z.B. der kostenfreie Service, Luftreiniger vor Versenden an den Kunden im Cleanroom von PureNature mindestens 24 Stunden laufen zu lassen, damit die Geräte vor Ort beim Kunden sofort verträglich sind, findet man nirgendwo sonst. Für MCS-Erkrankte ein toller und wichtiger Service. Ich bin dankbar, dass ich diesen Online-Shop vor langer Zeit gefunden habe und bestelle monatlich, bisher lief alles reibungslos. Allenfalls der Versand könnte für mich persönlich schneller sein. Nach 3 Werktagen ist die Ware da, das schaffen die meisten anderen Online-Händler in 2 Werktagen. Aber das nehme ich gerne in Kauf, wenn ansonsten alles andere stimmt und so ist es in meinem Fall.

Überteuert, irreführendende Produktbeschreibung
Ich habe am 25.04.2024 dort bestellt. Die Ware war auch relativ schnell da (02.05.2024),gut und sicher verpackt. Bestellt habe ich eine waschbare medizinische Maske in schwarz-farbig. In meinem Fall schwarz-schwarz. Angekommen ist eine schwarz-rosa Maske. Der sogenannte BFE Filter waren 2 FFP 2 Masken ohne Schlaufen. BFE- gibt lediglich den Wert der Bakterienfiltration an. Die Maske selber war aus einlagigem Lycrastoff ohne Einstecklaschen für den Filter oder ähnliches.Dazu eine Aufbewahrungstasche und ne Kordel zum Umhängen. Das Ganze dann für satte 27.90 € ohne Versandkosten. Ich war wirklich schockiert. Die Beschreibung des Produkt war für mich irreführend und zudem völlig überteuert. Dadurch, dass mir bei der ersten Bestellung gleich das falsche Produkt geliefert wurde, werde ich nicht wiederbestellen.

Die Ware wurde erst auf Rechnung bestellt mit anschließender erfolgreichen Bestellbestätigung. Kurz darauf kam eine E-Mail, dass ich mit Paypal bezahlen muss, ansonsten wird die Ware nicht verschickt. Dies habe ich dann gemacht. 2 Artikel wurden dann Ende November zurückgesendet und seitdem warte ich auf die Erstattung! Kundenservice hilft nicht weiter und jetzt ist Paypal eingeschalten. Kein zweites Mal! Antwort von pure nature: Nachdem wir Ihre Retoure erhalten haben, wurde diese automatisch per PayPal erstattet. => Eine Frechheit, dass der Fehler nicht einmal zugegeben wird. Bitte arbeiten Sie an Ihrem Service!! Der Betrag wurde nach langem hin und her von paypal durch den Käuferschutz zurückerhalten!

Die Inhaltsangaben sind 1:1 übernommen bis auf die Benzoate, diese wurden rausgelöscht. Damit wird der Kunde getäuscht, was bei Allergikern äußerst gefährlich werden kann.

SCAM - Don't pay Nolo for leads.
SCAM. Nolo attorney referral service offers "non-exclusive" referrals, meaning they sell the same "lead" to as many attorneys as they can get to buy the lead. Further, the leads are of poor quality - "How did you get my number, I didn't request a call from anybody?" or "You are then 8th attorney to call me in the last half hour!" Cancelled immediately.

Another attorney in this office was recommended. Unfortunately, he was not taking new clients. I settled for Damian Nash. It proved to be a terrible decision. The hallmark of an effective attorney is excellent communication skills between the attorney, his staff, and his clients. An attorney should keep clients updated on all developments, and thoroughly explain legal terms and the processes to ensure they are understood. Equally important is having competent, responsible, and dependable office staff who will forward all forms of communication to the attorney. All of these were blatantly lacking. Important emails were overlooked and not sent to the attorney. The attorney met my inquiry regarding these issues with anger and a defensive attitude. Damian Nash was unresponsive, uncommunicative, and displayed an unprofessional response to my concerns. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I am a businesswoman who treats clients with the respect they deserve. He needs to do the same!!!

Nolo is how Martindale now sells leads from clients to attorneys. The program is garbage, very bad leads that Nolo charges for, but refuses to refund under its stated refund policy. Every email from them, the representatives that sell the service is a SalesForce template email. If you reply, you never get a human. I hate this company for its, IMHO, deceptive practices.

Be careful with this one. Once they put referral information in to Attorneys to represent you, they can make you look like a damn fool and a laughing stock. Because you can't change the information they send to referrals. I'm an educated individual and I speak as one! Where'd you get your education, Nolo?

Was referred to a legal office by nolo and the office had never heard of them or me. They said that they didn’t even do that kind of thing. Tried to contact nolo by phone and it was a dead end smoke screen. Every option would just hang up on you. I tried to email them and it would just be retuned saying address didn’t exist. I don’t understand how someone would pay for a service and don’t get the service and the company would still lie under their nose through their teeth to say they rendered a service and even when they admit and claim to give you compensation it never comes they don’t pick your calls, they don’t reply your messages and as a matter of fact no one knows their office because the moved from reinsurance building in central area Abuja and they are nowhere to be found. Service was poor this month. I was down for a cumulative of almost 4 days and I was not compensated when my subscription expired. Infact, a day before the subscription expired, my service was down gor about 12hrs.

Scam site
Scam site. Bought a China server and was given a Buffalo server. The China region add-on costs more than the server itself. This site resell colocrossing servers and does not actually have their own hardware. Colocrossing is based in buffalo. DO NOT BUY. The server performance is terrible, and the admin constantly close my ticket when ask for a refund.

Betalingsmodellerne virker ikke
Jeg er efter fem forsøg endnu ikke lykkedes med at betale for to billetter til en forestilling på onsdag. Først virkede knappen med godkendelse af forretningsbetingelserne ikke, siden har det været betalingen, som først med MobilePay og senest med dankort kommer igennem MitID men herefter alligevel ikke bliver registreret. Jeg er ved at opgive og finder bestillings- og især betalingsmodellen helt uaccceptabel. For at føje spot til skade får jeg nu at vide, at jeg har to billetter i indkøbskurven - men ingen måde at komme frem til denne på!

Vanvittig god service!
Jeg var inde og se Nøddeknækkeren i dag. Det var første gang jeg var i Det Kongelige Teater, så jeg havde ikke været opmærksom på at den plads jeg havde valgt var højt oppe (jeg har højdeskræk). Allerede inden forestillingen gik i gang var jeg tæt på at forlade salen, grundet et angstanfald, men heldigvis kom en sød medarbejder mig til undsætning og fandt en plads til mig længere nede i salen. Jeg er dybt taknemmelig over måden det blev håndteret på, med så stor forståelse og omsorg. Takket være dette, fik jeg mulighed for at nyde den smukke ballet, som var helt fantastisk 🤩🩰❤️ Derfor vil jeg blot sige: TAK ❤️

Manglende kompensation
Vi var 3 vennepar til Ragnarok på Moesgaard. Desværre opstod der en teknisk fejl ca. 5 minutter inde i 2. akt og det endte med at forestillingen blev aflyst. Vi fik først ingen refusion men mulighed for at købe nye billetter med 50% RABAT... Nu har de alligevel ændret mening, og vi kan se forestillingen I denne uge uden at skulle betale. Det er under al kritik at man ikke får det fulde beløb refunderet.

Altid flotte og gode forestillinger, men man skal lige være opmærksom på, at hvis en forestilling bliver afbrudt, så er man som betalende gæst ret dårligt stillet bagefter. Den forestilling jeg var inde at se, blev afbrudt og stoppet halvvejs inde, og som kompensation kunne vi komme ind og se den igen med under én uges varsel, eller vi kunne få 25% rabat på næste forestilling i 2026, hvis vi købte billetter inden den 29/06 - begge muligheder er hvad jeg vil kategorisere som “ikke” tilbud, og penge ud af vinduet. Et lidt uheldigt træk fra det kongelige teater, og noget der bliver taget til efterretning ift. at købe oplevelser dertil en anden gang.

Scam retailer
Under no circumstances should you ever buy anything from this store. Any 5-star reviews are written and/or paid for by the company. The clothing is very poor quality – low-grade material, poor stitching, poor fit. The company took forever to ship the items and forgot entirely to send some of the items. Once they arrived I knew immediately I would never wear any of it and donated it all to Goodwill. It's that bad. The worst part, however, is that they have a scam called "Apex Rise Collective" that is automatically added to your cart when you attempt to buy anything. That item is labeled as "free." There is no information on the cart page about it costing anything. However, if you don't remove that item from your cart, they will start charging you $19.56 per month to be part of their "exclusive club" that gives you access to things that are completely worthless and useless. It is 100% a scam that is designed to fool customers that aren't paying attention into signing on for a monthly fee. I didn't notice it until I was reviewing recent credit charges and was puzzled by this random fee I'd been charged the last two months. Oh, and the "store going out of business" claim on their website is also fake and just there to create the illusion that you're getting a deal. So, just to review, if you order from this store: 1. They will likely take a very long time to ship your order, if they ever do ship it, and there are decent odds that they'll "forget" to include your entire order. 2. The gear is low-quality and not worth the price. 3. They will attempt to sneak a monthly fee for a worthless service. I like to pride myself that I'm usually pretty good at spotting scams, but I'll give this to them, they got me.

Worst purchasing experience
This was easily one of the worst purchases of my life. The shorts are fine, but dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I ordered 4 pairs of shorts in March. By April, only 2 pairs had arrived. After several emails to the company, they finally sent me the two remaining shorts in the incorrect size. After another month or so of arguing with them, they admitted they made a mistake and told me they would resend me the two shorts I was owed. It is now the middle of July and I still have not received the 2 remaining pairs of shorts. Now, finally, they send me a vague tracking link indicating the order has arrived but the tracking doesn't show an actual address just the town and my order never arrived. I've accepted that I got ripped off, but save your money and avoid this company.

Their email reply doesn't work, it keeps being rejected, so it's actually impossible to confirm how I'd like to proceed with an exchange. They refuse any refund, even for a serious reason. Which of course means not even an exchange - really bad practice. I will not buy tickets from them again. They could at least offer ticket insurance for genuine illness. The policy is totally unfair to those, and they could easily resell, there's still 6 weeks.

I odered some flegobey translator earbuds in december. it eppears on my bank statement as PYN*TOPDEALSMAX HONG KONG I hsve not received any confirmation of the order and still hsve not received the buds. I sm going next month snd they would have come in handy. I should have checked amazon I would have saved nearly £30 but I chose this website as it looked legitimate. Not only have I not received the item, there is no customer service information available. Unless this can by sending the buds I will have to report this to either the ombudmsn or the police. Disappointing Experience with Audi A4 Purchase at Premium Used Cars
I recently visited Premium Used Cars to view an Audi A4 Saloon (AJ66 YOE) and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I had hoped to receive premium service and transparency, but instead encountered numerous issues: Rude and Unprofessional Sales Representative: Initially, we were dealing directly with a gentleman who was professional and courteous, making the beginning of our experience much more positive. However, a female sales representative repeatedly interrupted our conversation, often being rude and dismissive. She constantly talked over me and displayed a pushy attitude, trying to close the deal before I even had a chance to thoroughly inspect the car. She contradicted herself multiple times and even lied about the vehicle’s condition. Misleading Information About Car Condition: I discovered that the car had been in a significant accident, resulting in a replacement of the OSR door, poorly done paintwork on the rear quarter panel, and a replaced rear window—none of which were disclosed before or during the viewing. Inaccurate Claims About Car Servicing: Premium Used Cars claimed the car had a recent full service with all fluids topped up. However, I quickly noticed that the windshield washer bottle was not full, contradicting their claim. When I pointed this out, the staff seemed surprised, which made me question the quality and thoroughness of the entire service. Unwelcoming Atmosphere: Unlike other dealerships where customer hospitality is standard, I was not offered any refreshments, yet the salesperson sat there drinking a hot tea in front of us. This came across as inconsiderate and unprofessional. Overall, this experience fell far short of what I expected from a reputable dealership. While the gentleman we initially dealt with was respectful and professional, the rest of the experience overshadowed his efforts. I would not recommend Premium Used Cars to anyone in search of a high-quality, transparent, and respectful car-buying experience.

A company to avoid.
It appears the Bury St Edmunds branch is severely understaffed. Yesterday I made 5 phone calls trying to contact the service desk. On each occasion the line was cut off presumably because I'd remained on the line too long. On other occasions I’ve had the same difficulties. Two years back I attempted to purchase a new ID3 for my wife having paid a deposit to hold the vehicle. I waited in the showroom close to an hour for an appointment. Eventually I gave up and walked out. Later I was phoned and reproached for being early for the appointment. Not true as it happens plus blaming the customer is never a good move. Needless to say I purchased an alternative EV from another supplier. Other issues include mistakes on the pricing of pre-paid service plans and unecessary replacement of wiper blades at excessive prices. Fortunately yesterdays experience led me to finding an independent VW specialist who couldn't be more helpful, so no more Marriott frustrations for me. Reading other reviews it appears customer difficulties could eminate from understaffing along with a strict/rigid management strategy which doesn’t translate to good customer service and possibly the cause of staffing issues/retention? Who knows? Presently if possible, I suggest a company to be avoided.

I sent an email to VW Ipswich about a vehicle I had seen advertised, I got a call back from Louis to say they couldn't get hold of that vehicle because it was under a different VW company but he was happy to help me find a vehicle and sent through some options. I was looking at a polo originally then changed my mind to a golf which was located at Kings Lynn. Louis got it sent to Ipswich very quickly so I could test drive it. I got a fair price which I was happy with for my part exchange. Louis replied to all emails quickly and I have never bought / sold a car so easily. So far I am very happy with the new car.

Worst Car Dealership ever
Sold me a faulty car. Took the car back to check the problem further and in the end told me that the problem is normal. After the problem got worse I got a professional inspection done on the vehicle which in their report they told me there is a problem with the vehicle. So therefore it’s clear they lied to me so they don’t have to fork out money for repairs right after selling the vehicle to me. Baffled, will definitely be taking it further.

Tried to charge me £150 for diagnostics fee, as they couldn't find a fault. basically insinuating, I was lying. So basically a whole 8 and half hours wasted for no reason at all. De bliver hyret til en opgave, der bliver skrevet det er en skimmel sanering, som måske er lidt en fejl fra vores side (Der er tale om ægte hussvamp) de sender et tilbud, jeg i samarbejde med en energirådgiver sætter spørgsmåls tegn ved måden de vil gribe det an på, jeg ringer til skadeslederen og spørger om det er sådan man fjerner ægte hussvamp? Han svarer der er mange måder og gøre det på, og at de gjorde det på den måde, jeg er ikke ekspert, så går ud fra det er sådan det gøres.. Der er også sendt mail til både skadesleder og distrikt chefen med samme spørgsmål, som der ikke blev svaret på. Der møder en mand op, jeg siger til ham at det hele bare skal have en omgang da det er ægte hussvamp, han siger okay. De vælger så og behandle for skimmel svamp på yder mure og ikke andet... Der er tale om 3 rum der har været hårdt ramt af svamp. Bliver tilbudt 2 affugtere i et tilbud, til trods for de ved der er 3 rum.. Efter de har været der og sagt go for det, så vælger jeg for en sikkerheds skyld at få taget prøver for og se om det er væk, og det er det LANGT fra! Kontakter dem da jeg ikke mener de har gjort deres arbejde, be'r om kompensation for de affugtere der har stået ca 8000kr De benægter så at de vidste at det var ægte hussvamp og de kun havde fået af vide det var skimmel til trods for mit opkald og de mails der var sendt... Har kæmpet med dem snart 1 år nu, og der har været utrolig ringe kommunikation med skadeslederen, som pludselig lige var på ferie og flere gange blev der ikke svaret Hvordan kan man sende folk ud i et skadefirma der ikke kan se forskel på skimmel og ægte hussvamp? Dansk Skadeservice har styr på opgaven
Jeg kan klart anbefale Skadeservice Danmark. Jeg havde en vandskade lørdag ved 23:00 tiden og stod fuldstændig ude af stand til at tænke en klar tanke, da jeg får fat på Mads, som hurtigt får mig talt ned og igennem telefonen, skaber sig et indtryk af skadens omfang. Mads rådgiver mig ærligt omkring omkostningerne ved en nødudrykning og vi bliver enige om, at vente med at sætte en affugter på til mandag morgen. Det var en stor hjælp at blive mødt af et så venligt og tålmodigt menneske i så presset en situation. Mandag morgen bliver to affugtere meget hurtigt og professionelt sat op. Det har under hele forløbet været nemt at få fat på de konsulenter, som hat været tilknyttet opgaven. Dansk Skadeservice er desuden ledet af en meget kundeorienteret Chef (Lars), som tager den enkelte kundes sag og problem seriøst. Man bliver virkelig hørt, når man henvender sig hos ham. Midt i kaos og skade, har det været en god og sikker følelse at være i gode hænder hos Dansk Skadeservice og et fantastisk team - - Mads, Nicklas og Lars. Tak.

Efter skybrud får vi vand i kælderen
Efter skybrud får vi vand i kælderen! Vi kontakter vores forsikring, der sender bud til skadeservice. De kommer og får tømt vandet fra kælderen og startet affugtning. Nogle dage efter kommer der en og tilser opgaven han slukker for affugtningen og siger han vil vende tilbage efter et par dage. Nu er der gået godt en uge - vi har ringet en del gange men der bliver ikke svaret eller ringet tilbage. Forventede en højere standard af dette firma!

Høje uigennemskuelige gebyrer
Jeg har netop haft dialog med Skadeservice Danmark vedrørende en faktura for et udkald til en vanskade en torsdag aften. Det samlede arbejde bestod i 2 mand der kom ud med en affugter en ½ time og efterfølgende afhentning af affugteren. Der blev faktureret 10,5 timer og regningen løb op i over 13.000 kr. Fakturaren indeholder en række gebyrer, udkaldsafgifter osv. som virker voldsomt opskruet.

Uigennemskuelige prisforhold. I forbindelse med en akut skade tilkaldte vi hjælp uden for normal arbejdstid, men aflyste få minutter senere af forsikringsmæssige årsager. Vi blev enige om at betale for en påbegyndt arbejdstime for den tilkaldte, men endte med en regning på 2.500 kr. bestående af alskens gebyrer. Det er ikke lykkes mig at finde nogen egentlige priser at forholde sig til, så vi må vel bare trøste os ved, at det ikke blev endnu dyrere.

Har desværre haft en dårlig oplevelse med Chriatian Tokking, der gentagne gange har brændt mig af ift. tilbudsgivning, hvor jeg igen og igen er blevet lovet at tilbud på skadeservice og kontakt til håndværkere ville blive lavet, hvor der efterfølgende ikke er sket noget som helst. Jeg har pr. mail og telefoniske flere gange fået at vide, at man sad og gennemgik sager, og at jeg næste dag, eller samme dag inden et bestemt tidspunkt ville modtage tilbud, og har så ventet forgæves. Det er ikke i orden.

Skadeservice Danmark
Havde problemer med fugt og kontaktede Skadeservice Danmark til besigtigelse af problemet, da vi tidligere har haft gode erfaring med dem i forbindelse med en vandskade. Jeg fik hurtig tilbagemelding via mail og efterfølgende aftale om besøg. Blev mødt af en venlig medarbejder, der kom med et løsningsforslag, hvori der var plads til, at jeg selv kunne forestå dele af arbejdet således at udgifterne til en ret stor opgave trods alt blev holdt nede, hvor det var muligt. Medarbejderen var hurtig til at vende tilbage, når jeg havde spørgsmål el.lign. Sagen overgik undervejs til en anden medarbejder, hvilket for mig som kunde forløb let, da jeg blev mødt af en yderst professionel og behagelig medarbejder, Christian Tokking. Han satte sig 100% ind i sagen og var super god til at komme med tilbagemeldinger undervejs således, at jeg som kunde følte mig 100% tryg og sagen blev afsluttet på professionel vis. Jeg vil give mine bedste anbefaling til Skadeservice Danmark og deres medarbejder Christian Tokking. E. Greve
