I often deal with the people in the office regarding issues/problems in the complex. Overall I find the staff professional, efficient and helpful. At times feedback could be a bit better, but in general I find dealing with Marite to be positive and productive and would happily recommend them.

Excellent skincare and excellent service! Quick and efficient delivery. I would really recommend the company. I originally came across them via a beauty box but have now gone on to buy face oil and moisturiser independently. Really lovely stuff! Now that Decleor has closed I think their oils are a great replacement. I have dry/sensitive skin and they are ideal for me.

Do not order from this website, it is fraudulent. They debited my account £55.95 and sent an order confirmation. I did not receive my Uggs, telephone number does not exist and they do not respond to your emails. I paid by debit card and disputed this with my bank who have kindly refunded. I will be checking Trustpilot in future!

Didn’t receive the product..it’s been exactly one month & have been told that it’s on its way, then that they are changing warehouses (prior to Christmas?!!) v odd! I’ve opened a case now to obtain a refund. Lost faith in this British brand..shame on you!

Just a bunch of stupid kids that think they can run a company. I never got past their firewall to see what they had to offer on Discord. Their system wouldn't let me, tho I had access to my other servers on that platform. Their :training" videos were basic, but I wanted access to Discord as the main reason for sign-up. I emailes their support several times and received half-assed responses. I called my CC company and entered a dispute for my monthly plan.

Ik had eerst 300 euro gestort bij OBR, en daarna kleine winst, je word constant gebeld om meer te investeren, daarna heb ik nog 2 keer 5000 euro gestort wat in totaal 10.300 maakt, nu is mijn saldo op 0.0,-. Als ik naar geschiedenis kijk zie ik ook dat er staat'' u heeft geen trades gesloten'' Dit betekent dat 10.300 euro nu is niet meer is, hoe dit kan word mij nog steeds niet uitgelegd. Trap niet in deze val en doe hier niet aan mee!!! Ik ben nu bezig met juridische stappen, ik ben gewoon belazerd en 10.300 geld kwijt waar ik zo hard voor had gespaard

Not a Scam website in my particular experience
This place is the only place that makes these dash trim kits for my 1999 Nissan Primera that will ship them to the UK, I saw the reviews on here only after ordering, so thought I’d been scammed, but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and low and behold 10 days later (as promised on their website) the dash trim kit arrived. So I don’t know about the experiences of other people have ordered, but my experience was positive. Not sure if the reason is that I ordered through Cockpitdekor.COM and not .AT but I would advise to do the same just in case.

Beginners and Limited Listings Only - Poor support and Very Basic Functionality
I was a customer for 3 years as it was an inexpensive platform to get motors items launched. Pros: 1. SolidCommerce has a good shipping platform but the kudos end there. 2. Decent starter platform because of Cost. 3. Teaches you what you want when you upgrade. 4. Can list to Amazon with UPC and basic data. Cons: 1. Updating eBay Listings and Descriptions is The Single Most Horrible functionality on the platform. This becomes the single biggest reason you look for a new platform. 2. BigCommerce interface is unusable if you are doing variations. It simply does not work well enough to say it exists. 3. Monthly charges for FTP interfaces that they control - charges for changes when platforms are free and you control. 4. Poor Poor customer service - not related to the support people but the lack of response/no customer service by second level and higher. 5. Very difficult to Scale on this platform.

Horrendous housing association
Horrendous housing association, they allow you to be discriminated against just because you aren’t northern and they won’t do anything about it. They block your phone number/hang up on you, they are extremely unprofessional and haven’t got a clue on how to run a housing association. Embarrassing is an understatement, their homes are filled with mould and they do nothing about it just paint over it with white paint. Completely incompetent, avoid at all costs! Would be better off going private! I gave up my tenancy because of how incompetent they were.

I was downgraded to get a bungalow and after a year, anda lot of back and forth of what they wanted me to do before even allowing me to bid on properties and to get housing to sign off on the house. I'm autistic and have some communication and understanding issues and found that they are not getting back even when I got agencies to help me they didn't even communicate with them properly. So now I've been having meltdowns because one person from gentoo says one thing and another person says another, things like you must bid as you'll loose your rating and when I do I get told, NO you can have that bungalow but you still have to bid. I've started getting so confused my health is not improving with this kind of lack of support. I don't think communication is a hard thing but apparently so, my carers councillor is trying hard to keep me positive. I've dated this post one year back as can't date it further back as this has been ongoing

I moved into my property the beginning…
I moved into my property the beginning of 2023 , minor snagging list. We had a leak issue with our downstairs toilet, this problem wasn't delt with straight away due to the plumber not having the correct equipment, this problem wasn't sorted for another week which led to my whole downstairs flooring to lift. Upsetting after paying for the flooring product and installation for it to last 2 month and having to live with horrible flooring for over a year. After back and forth with gentoo they managed to come to an agreement to settle to situation with my flooring. I would like to personally thank Lorri Hagg for being a helpful professional employee for Gentoo for managing to sort this issue out for myself and family. Gentoo tend to have some negative reviews but apart from the flooring situation I have had great experience with Gentoo. Many Thanks Again Lorri for your help Jack Blaydon Bathrooms

I want to thank Gentoo for sending a brick layer who did a good job at my place. His name is Liam ,he is very respectful and he made sure i was happy with the work he has done. I wish all Gentoo workers were like him. Also the roofers who came some months ago,i cant remember their names,they were so good,they had the to explain to me what they were doing and what was causing molds in my house,in a way that i understood. DO NOT BUY FROM SPREETAIL!!!
This company sold me a used kayak stating it was new. The description stated the box had been opened but the product was new. This was a total lie. The kayak was VERY VERY used. There was a boat permit still attached, and the paddles and fin are significantly scraped up from multiple uses. They are nearly unusable. It is NOT acceptable to sell a kayak in this condition without making it very clear it is used and nowhere near new. It was used MANY times and was extremely damaged. I contacted the company with these concerns, and they refused to rectify the situation, and refused a refund or replacement. This company didn’t even check to see if this returned kayak was sellable or still operable. They just resold it without looking. Had anyone checked, they would see this kayak is in terrible condition and should never have been resold. I plan to report their poor consumer practices on Trustpilot and other sites as this company does bad business, and they do not care at all about providing quality customer service when they fail to provide a quality product. Shame on SPREETAIL for selling any products in this condition.

Buyer beware!!!! I ordered stools, color was off. Returned them, they supplied return shipping label for UPS. I then received a bill from UPS. I contacted spreetail about the issue and they said they would only refund shipping cost if it was sent back FedEx. Never mentioned that part. Very deceptive company They responded that Amazon would refund my money and I had already tried that route. Both are saying the other is responsible. But I have never had to pay for a return from Amazon. Spreetail sent the return label, they should take the responsibility

WARNING, scam company!
Purchased storage boxes on Amazon through Spreetail and they arrived broken. Returned the product via royal mail at own expense with tracking ID fixed to the outside of the packaging and returns receipt inside the box. Contacted spreetail over a month later only to be told that the parcel did not have the tracking ID attached and so no refund would be issued. Clearly the defective items have been received if they are claiming (falsely) that no tracking ID was attached. Can only conclude that this company is scamming customers, watch out!!!

Poor Quality Product and Even Worse Customer Service
I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase from this seller. The blow-up mattress started leaking after just a year of light use, making it completely useless. When I reached out for assistance, customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to offer any real support since the warranty had expired. A quality product should last longer, and a reliable seller should stand behind what they sell. Leaving this review here because I tried leaving a review for the seller on the website I purchased the product from but kept getting a “we can’t verify you purchased from this seller” message. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again and suggest others look elsewhere for better products and customer care.

Terrible company
Terrible company! After they sent me the wrong colored electric bike, we tried to return it. Even though Spreetail agreed they had the wrong description and agreed it was thier fault, I struggled to get anywhere with them. Finally after a bunch of emails they agreed to pay for shipping the product back. We shipped it back a couple days ago and received an email today saying it was not in new condition anymore!! We didn’t even pull it out of the original packaging, we opened the box and realized it was red and not tan so there was no need to pull it out. After investigating a little more, Soreetail emailed me that bad news at 2:50 pm.. so I checked the tracking and they didn’t receive the package until about 5:30 pm, this is so wrong in so many ways.. they lied so they could charge me a re-stocking fee and only give me back $48 of the almost $600 we spent with them!!! UPDATE: Spreetail writes that they are sorry and has sent me another email(as yoo can see from thier correspondence here). Here is another horrible response from them. “ Hello, We really do apologize but we only have the information that comes from our returns team that confirms the state of the item that was sent back. Our Returns Team confirmed that the item was returned showing signs of use or in a condition that prevents the item being resold, and the restock fee will remain per Amazon’s policies. We encourage you to review the following link which provides more information about this fee at amazon. Spreetail is happy to help you with any other questions that you may have. I would never recommend purchasing from this company. I made a purchase with them, the item was stolen during delivery. Company responded with generic messages stating the item was delivered and I needed to wait 48 hours to see if the "lost" delivery was located. Item was not lost, it was delivered and a porch pirate stoled it. Company will not issue a replacement or refund, instead tells me to have Amazon resolve it, after Amazon told me I must reach out to the seller. Company is horrible, I should have read reviews before ordering. It appears based on the reviews this Company does not resolve anything. Do yourself a favor do not buy from them.

Vi bestilte levering hjem til. Der var bøvl med at finde vores adresse, -fair nok men næsten umuligt at kommunikere med dem når vi endelig kom igennem. Da ordren endelig nåede frem manglede der ris som jeg havde bestilt og betalt. Efterfølgende bad de om at smse på et telefon nr. hvor den ikke blev taget og heller ikke noget svar på sms.

No value for money. Ordered a mushroom dish and got extremly dissappointed. Loads of oil in the dish, not that many mushrooms AND they were obviuosly bought presliced in a jaw you can by in a supermarked for 5 dkr. When I picked up the take away, I had to pay extra for the rice (25 dkr per person)!!

Endelig en GOD Inder på Frederiksberg. Her er virkelig en ordentlig, autentisk indisk take-away, der holder hvad de lover. Retterne (og vi har prøvet mange af dem) er vel-tilberedte med gode råvarer. Der er smag for alle pengene uden at det bliver for spicey. Og portionerne er store, så ofte er der til 2 dage. Det er klart vores nye yndlings taka-way på H.C. Ørstedsvej. Prøv den!

Så ekstremt dårlig opplegg, flere barnekaruseller var stengt, de stenger køene 30 mln før stengetid, det er så irriterende å gå langt opp for å kunne ta noe og så få beskjed at det er stengt, da bør de heller skrive at karusell-køer er oppe til 17.30 og ikke lure oss sånn! Marihøne karusellen gikk så sakte at bestemora mi kan krabbe fortere. Den gikk fortere før og han idioten som styrte den snakka så mye i mikrofonen for å ønske oss velkommen og bla bla bla og tok bøylene TRE ganger pga no folk at vi satt i 10 minutter før han starta den karusellen. Nei jeg er så skuffa, vi skal aldri mer tilbake dit!Ikke verdt pengene og parken er dritkjedelig!!STYR UNNA!

En mamma og 3 barn med venner står i inngangen med sine digitale årskort. Får beskjed i inngangen på at nå må man ha fysiske årskort for å komme inn, og det har stått på deres hjemmeside blir de fortalt, men det hadde vi ikke fått med oss. Kunne man ikke bare lempe litt på reglene å gitt dem lov å gå inn, og de så kunne ta fysiske kort med neste gang? Kortene er jo blitt betalt, nå måtte de kjøpe dagskort. Jeg syns at det er rart at man ikke kan bøye litt på reglene, spesielt når man har betalt en gang.

Skulle ta en matbit i løpet av besøket også rett tilbake til karusellene men nå har jeg sittet 40 minutter og venter fortsatt på den lille og helt sykt dyre pizzaen jeg bestilte!! Er sulten og kaster bort utrolig mye tid. Spurte når den kom for 15min siden og ds sa de 10min men den har fortsatt ikke kommet!! Aldri kjøp mat på Tusenfryd !!!!! Nå kom maten (en time senere) de glemte dressing og har ikke stekt skinka engang. Når dressingen først kom var den lunka sur og hadde ÅPENVART stått lenge

En Skuffende Dag på Tusenfryd Fellesferien skulle bli fylt med moro og opplevelser på Tusenfryd, men dagen min der ble alt annet enn det jeg hadde håpet på. Jeg gledet meg til å nyte en is i sommervarmen, men da jeg ankom kiosken, fikk jeg beskjed om at de hadde stengt på grunn av lite besøkende. Skuffelsen var stor da jeg ble bedt om å forlate kiosken, og døren ble låst bak meg klokken 15:13. Neste på planen var å glede meg over en nystekt pizza som jeg hadde bestilt på forhånd. Jeg kunne nesten kjenne den deilige duften av nybakt pizza i luften. Men til både min og betjeningens fortvilelse – eller var det forvillelse? – viste det seg at bestillingen min var blitt kansellert uten noen god forklaring. Nok en skuffelse. Med isen og pizzaen ute av bildet, tenkte jeg at jeg i det minste kunne nyte min favorittkarusell. Men hva møtte meg der? En rusten port og et laminert A4-ark med det nedslående ordet “STENGT”. Det var som om hele parken hadde bestemt seg for å gjøre denne dagen til en skuffelse. Opplevelsen på Tusenfryd den dagen var langt fra det jeg hadde sett for meg. Forhåpentligvis kan min historie bidra til at parken tar til seg kritikken og forbedrer seg, slik at andre besøkende får den opplevelsen de drømmer om.

Vis hensynbånd iflg. med ledsager, topp service!
Vil absolutt anbefale Tusenfryd for folk som har behov for ledsager. I vårt følge på fire barn og en voksen, hadde et av barna vis hensyn-bånd. God service på alle stasjoner, og der det var maksbegrensning på antall fikk hele følget ta turen samlet, men da med å deles i to puljer. Flott at dette kunne bli en dag med glede og mestringsfølelse.

Wat een teleurstelling
Wij grootouders van 2 Noorse kleinkinderen trakteerden de kinderen + ouders en ons zelf of een dagje Tusenfryd. De busverbinding was ideaal, het weer iets minder. Wat ons teleurstelde was dat, na een fors inkombedrag, men kinderen en volwassen trachtte te verleiden om nog meer uit te geven. Dit bracht frustratie bij zowel de kinderen als hun begeleiders en geeft ons een slecht gevoel na een dagje Tusenfryd. Misschien eens te rade gaan bij de Efteling in Nederland. Ook forse toegangsprijs maar voor de rest bijna alles gratis.

Fy så slemme de er mot små barn
Idag for 25-30 min siden var jeg på Tusenfryd obos dagen og stod i kø 40 min med mine to barn på 4 1/2 år Ved bilene som de kan kjøre på de små veiene Stod 40 min! Kom frem og hun nektet han ene tvillingen å kjøre mente han ikke var høy nok, han er over 110 cm! Kompisen og broren hans kom inn. Er max 1 cm som skiller de 3! Fy så lei seg han ble og så stygt gjort jeg som mor syns dette var! Fryktelig stygt og helt uakseptabel oppførsel av hun som stod der! Skal de bli nektet etter 40 min I kø, bør dere ha nye rutiner på at barn måles FØR de får stille seg i køen om max 1 cm spiller stor rollle på de mini bilene! De går i max 3km i timen og har ingen sete belter eller noe! Gutten min sin første Tusenfryd opplevelse ble grusom . Broren tok jeg også da ut av kjøringen da jeg ville la de oppleve dette sammen! Takk Tusenfryd for å ødlegge mine barns første Tusenfryd opplevelse! De er snart 5 år klart de er høye nok

WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!! This park should be closed! Bad maintenance makes the park a mess and the food is HORRIBLE...this is a complete crisis!! Nothing you want to pay for! This was supposed to be a cool day on Halloween, but all the cool attractions were closed. Because it was 2c and not 3c, which is the limit on the carousels. The website stated that certain carousels were closed for the season, which is understandable. But it should say that all the big carousels are closed! Only some of the children's carousels were open! This was simply a SCANDAL!! Paying almost NOK 1100 for this CRAP is absolutely SICK!! Almost all the Halloween attractions cost extra money, should have been free when everything else was closed! They clearly do not have SHAME! Don't bother spending your money here, It's more fun THROWING money out the window in a car at 50/kmt!!!!! @#€&!?......

During enrollment, they offered a lot of things, but after the first payment, I didn't receive what I expected. Additionally, the student affairs department lacked timely organization for the online classes, and a few faculty members did not conduct classes for us in the third semester (Data Science). They are improving, but it still isn't up to standard.

My minor project deleted by Amity
My minor project for the MBA 3rd semester was recently deleted by Amity. After submitting a query (Ticket No. 1492156), the student support team responded, citing an "integrity violation." Since then, I've sent numerous emails requesting solid evidence to substantiate this claim of an integrity issue, but they have yet to provide any proof. To date, my project has not been restored. I strongly suspect that the university is engaged in a scheme of selling projects to students for profit. About a month ago, someone called offering to sell me a project report for Rs. 2,000. I declined, explaining that I would complete it on my own. I believe this caller was associated with Amity, and because I refused the offer, they may have retaliated by deleting my project. It appears to be a strategy for generating revenue through unethical means. Before admission, they treat prospective students with great importance, but once enrolled, the support team consistently fails to address issues effectively.

Horrible experience
This is the worst possible online institute whose only purpose is to make money from the people. I had applied for an online course but to some circumstances I had to cancel the course. They have happily cancelled the course but are not ready to refund my fees. They are not even cancelling my student loan account. Hence I m simply paying them free money every month after month without getting any services in return. Would never recommend anybody to take up the course.

I am 2024-25 batch student. Amity online MBA faculty are not supporting even consider and manager can't help if you have any issues. They haven't sent any notification / call/ email for examination. i have missed due to not aware about examination date, after they are asking for 1000/- per subject exam fees charge extra will pay for apear in 1st semester exam but the issues form Amity side. They didn't send me any information for date of examination. i haven't book exam slot. They book it self. This type of fraud happing in Amity online. I have sent an email on continues follow-up email and calls but they not replying. I am getting a reply, " we have escalated your ticket to IT check and update you. From next week 2nd Semester assignment will started. How mush time I have to wait for reply. I have paid all fees at a time 167000/-. Please I don't want to pay another amount due to Amity communication issues. It's my humble request to help someone.

Reply - You can join in December That's absolutely fine but This scholarship is just valid for July session only... That means, in December the fees would be 4400 USD I.e. 6097 CAD ( how does a scholarship expire 😂) Second , I told him , I can’t afford it now … Response - I would suggest you to borrow this semester fees from nay friends or family instead of paying double in December . ( he is going to tell me how to manage my money ) Lastly , I asked him how is 1100 $ = 91000inr I am from Canada , so he says 1100 USD = Rs. 91,300 , Easy calculation I legit felt like telling him , shov it up far into your bl**dy A** . I'm currently a student at Amity Online pursuing bachelor's degree. There is a system for giving exam in amity online. We have to generate admit card and they provide you the access key for the examination. But if you don't generate the admit card before 48 hours, you can't give exam and attend a re-exam next semester by paying a thousand rupees. That's what happened in my case. Due to some technical issue I wasn't able to generate a card and when I later tried for generating one then I got a message 'booking date over'. That's when I acknowledged the 48 hours concept. I called the student support several times but got no solution. I had to pay a 1000rs for something I wasn't responsible for. And also I had been preparing for the test prior a month and couldn't give the exam due to a stupid reason.

The return process is horrible. If you don't have people in place to receive returns and process them in a timely manner. Don't do returns. Why should the customer have to suffer , due to the unprofessionalism. We've waited 2 weeks, after the pants were received. Still no replacements or refunds. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I'm a shopaholic; I was so stoked to find this new site; the clothes are excellent quality and super fashionable. However, my excitement was short-lived. I'm giving them two stars only because the quality is so impressive. However, If you have an issue with your order, you're screwed. This business has the worst customer service. I've been calling and emailing them for one month, with no response. They take a long time to ship your purchase; if you return it, they will keep your return and will not issue a refund. I placed two separate orders, and neither item I purchased fit. I only wanted to exchange my purchase for a different size, but they declined to allow me to do so on one order because they said the item was on sale, which was not posted anywhere within the ad. You have to email them to get a return request; surprisingly, they responded within 24 hours. I did not notice they declined one return until after returning one of the items. I have even been calling them and emailing for over a month to ask where my credit is for the item they did approve and want to pay shipping so they could return the pants I accidentally returned. They have ignored me. The 888 number is a joke; it is a robotic voice. Like, is this company for real? They need to hire me to help them level up and revamp their customer service. It's awful they have such suitable clothing, but the business is running like s%^&. So basically, I'm out of $200. They have my returns and will not issue a refund, credit, or exchange my items. Amid my return, I placed a third order. Keeping my finger crossed I don't get burned a third time. PROS: Excellent Quality. It is unique and fashionable. CONS: HORRIBLE Customer Service! 888 Number NO Human only a Robotic VM. NEVER answers the phone, NEVER replies to email, the only thing I received a response for was a return request, however I returned the merchandise and I Never received my refund or store credit for. They don't clarify if you are buying a sale or regular-price item, but when you request a return, they say it's non-returnable.

I had to wait a month to get half of my order and be told I had to claim a lost claim through ups because they marked items included on the invoice that were never packaged in my order. Also because I filed a dispute with my bank they said there is nothing they can do to help make my order right. 0 stars sham company problem being shipped from over seas to Tennessee to make it look like they are American owned. I pray if they keep scaming people and ups like this that they get shut down and Noone orders anything regardless of how dope it looks. Where's the morals and principles why scam when you have people spending close to a 1,000 per order? Ich habe schon häufiger Einzelteile bei Lego bestellt. Wenn man dann auch noch Insider Kunde ist, geht man irgendwann davon aus, dass man entsprechend behandelt wird. Bestellung ging am 15.3. raus. Ich warte immer noch, obwohl der Kundenservice am 24.3. schrieb: „Es tut mir total leid, dass die Teile nicht pünktlich angekommen sind. 😓 Ich hab gerade geschaut, die Teile sind mittlerweile versandfertig und sollten heute oder morgen verschickt werden.“ Heute ist der 4.4!!! Das war ja mal eine eindeutige Falschaussage! Ich musste auch im Voraus bezahlen, was nicht bei der Bestellung angegeben wurde. Knapp 150€ sind derzeit bei Lego. Der zweite Kundenservice macht mich quasi verantwortlich, weil ich die Bestellung ja noch bezahlen musste. Was soll ich sagen…Samstags bestellt, montags Info bekommen, dass der Kreditrahmen überschritten wurde. Ich habe die Rechnung sofort online angewiesen. Nichts! Ich hatte mich so gefreut. Geld weg. Keine Steine.

Har købt en del Lego technic som er forholdsvis dyre. Har mangler et par dele i nogle af sættene, som jeg så har modtaget op til 20-30 dage senere! Er så faldet over Held der Steine , som har en del kritik til Legos produkter ( pris og samlinger(Lego har også kontaktet ham via deres advokater?)) Det skal dog siges at andre fabrikanter også får kritik af deres produkter, men igen sammenligning med Lego og så lignende produkt som koster det halve? Legos produkter er ved at ramme loftet hvad man vil bruge af penge.

Waarom kiest LEGO toch voor DPD?…
Laat ik vooropstellen dat lego fantastisch is. Ik was echter zeer teleurgesteld toen ik zag dat ze mijn (dure) pakket in handen gaven van DPD. DPD heeft een score van 1,8 sterren hier en er staan duizende negatieve reviews. Helaas kwam ook mijn voorgevoel weer eens uit, DPD stuurt het pakket na 2 dagen rondzwerven (status ontvangen op depot- bezorging- pakket vertraagd-bezorging) retour afzender. En als je hen belt dan moet je maar naar de afzender gaan. Helaas is er geen LEGO winkel bij mij in de buurt dus ben ik veroordeeld tot online bestellen maar dat een gerenommeerd bedrijf als lego zo’n bagger bezorgdienst kiest vind ik in en in verdrietig.

I truly don’t understand how a company like LEGO could make such a mistake, especially considering the high price of the item. This was far from what I expected. The original packaging was damaged, and for someone like me, who collects and displays my toys, this was completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against purchasing from their online store if packaging and condition matter to you. Instead, buy in-store, where you can inspect the item before purchasing. However, not all products are available in physical stores, which is an unfortunate limitation.

Läst 5 kurser nu och det har bara varit lektioner på en av de kurserna. De finns ibland videos och de besvarar inte direkt alla ens frågor och de känns som att de gjordes för över 10 år sedan. Inte direkt uppdaterade ifall man använder olika typer av program i kursen . Man fick försöka vara lösningsorienterad helt enkelt. Ibland fick man svar på sina frågor efter 3 dagar och då ska uppgiften redan varit inlämnad..

Jag är väldigt missnöjd med den här skolan. En stor del av lärarna arbetar på distans från andra städer, vilket gör att undervisningen känns opersonlig och ineffektiv. Eleverna får sällan den hjälp de behöver och saknar ofta närvaron av engagerade lärare på plats. Dessutom upplever jag att skolans ledning inte prioriterar att lösa dessa problem, vilket påverkar både studieresultat och trivsel negativt. Jag skulle inte rekommendera denna skola till andra.

Att min kommun köper in komvuxkurser av detta företag är en stor besvikelse! Lärare som inte har koll på hur deras egna kurser är uppbyggda. EXTREMT otydliga instruktioner om vad som egentligen ska utföras. Aldrig fått någon feedback av lärarna på mina två kurser fast jag har frågat efter detta vid inlämning. Det är mer värt att lära sig själv än att gå på denna skolan!

VÄLJ INTE LABORANT UTBILDNING PÅ 2 ÅR. Det här är en av dom värsta utbildningarna jag har gått. Så oseriös och dålig kvalité på utbildning har jag aldrig varit med om. Jag är inte förvånad över kommentarerna som har skrivits om Hermods för det liknar min upplevelse. Det finns många olika anledningar till att inte välja laborantutbildningen på Hermods. VÄLJ INTE DENNA. Ta utbildningar på Yh-Akademin. Lärarna verkar inte ha kompetensen för denna utbildningen och väljer examinationer på gymnasienivå kemi 1 när du ska göra laborationer. Du får inte fråga under föreläsningarna för läraren ska PLÖJA igenom hela powerpointen först innan du får svar på din fråga. Sen när du frågar så får du ett helt annat svar...... MISSA aldrig en laboration för du kan knappast göra om den. Planeringen för laborationerna får du reda på hastigt och är inte med i planeringen/schemalagd i från början. Det finns inget datum och kan du inte "Skyll dig själv". Du kan alltså inte göra om laborationen förens året därpå ..... Pinsamt att visa upp introduktionerna för LIA 1 dokumentet är inte strukturerat och det står så mycket konstigt i den. Många av mina handledare höjer ögonbrynet och tycker att dom borde få mer utförlig beskrivning vad man har läst och vilken avdelning man vill vara i som matchar min utbildningen. Handledare är förvirrad över vad man egentligen ska kunna, för det står inte vilka kurser man har läst. Detta blir så pinsamt för mig som elev att visa denna, och jag sätts i en situation som jag inte vill hamna i. Andra har fått förlängd inlämning trots att man har en deadline. Vissa har mer förtur än andra. Detta är inte en komplettering. Du får inte fråga fler lärare om hjälp utan du måste fråga den som är ansvarig för kursen. JA?? men om den ansvariga inte kan hjälpa mig måste jag kunna fråga om hjälp av någon annan???? i kursinnehållet är det så luddigt. Det står vilka kurser vi läser men du får inte beskrivning i vad det ÄR vid läser. Bra att få svar på det eftersom man vill veta vad som ingår i sitt examen? När vi i klassen har tagit upp bristerna så ignoreras det. Stephen lektioner var helt klart bäst och professionell man märkte hur han involverade oss, han var den enda vettiga. Han får min stjärna här.

Stor varning för kursen datorteknik på denna skola! Utdaterat och irellevant material samt länkar som inte fungerar och inte har något med kursen att göra. Vill du lära dig något om datorer så ska du inte gå denna kursen. Vill du lära dig hur man använder operativsystemet linux och göra uppgifter som är helt orelaterade till ämnet datorteknik, då borde du gå denna kursen. Deras support i form av mail består av fega muppar som inte vågar svara på varken klagomål eller kritik, du blir bara ignorerad. Om du redan gjort misstaget att börja på skolan så rekommenderar jag att anmäla denna oseriösa mupp-skola till din kommun, hur studiematerialet har godkänts av skolverket är ett stort frågetecken.

Sämsta skolan jag någonsin kommit i kontakt med. Valde att gå utbildningen till installationselektriker, vart skall man börja... Haft kanske tre genomgångar totalt och har gått ca 2/3 av utbildningen. Lärarna är oengagerade och blir irriterade när elever ställer frågor eller vill ha förklaringar. Att läsa aftonbladet och ha privata diskussioner är ju tydligen så mycket viktigare på betald arbetstid. Lärarna har noll koll och "lovar" att gå igenom frågor i klassen, samt att ta kontakt med en, vilket aldrig blir av. Utbildningen är i princip på distans, men man kan komma till skolan, tjänar dock inget till då lärarna är totalt nonchalanta (särskilt T). Börja aldrig på den här skiten.

However, all communication suddenly ceased, with the excuse that trading signals were leaked by someone. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, I was instructed to wait 45 days following my last deposit. Now, they're demanding a $2000 "Management Fee" for withdrawal. This fee is not mentioned in the platform's rules. They are requiring payment from an external cryptocurrency wallet (Bitcoin or Ethereum), making it impossible to deduct from my account balance.

They made it look very real with a very interactive whatsapp group, however at some point all the communications just stopped, I waited some time and after not hearing anything, decided to withdraw money, first they said there was an upgrade to the system and now there is a random unknown "Management Fee" required to be paid of €1000,- in order to access funds, this previously undisclosed fee has to be paid from external bitcoin or ethereum wallet, they can not get it from the account balance, which they say is "a fee I owe the platform and not part of my funds"

If there was a zero star I would have chosen that as these guys dont even deserve 1 star. Buyers please beware. This is an extremely poorly mismanaged circus show which is apparently run by graduates from college like Narsee Monjee Mumbai. Dont read and believe these 5 star reviews as they probably are fake or by someone who is known to them. I checked out their website and placed order worth 600usd on Oct 1st 2023. Every item if you see says deliverable in 2-3 weeks. The first person we were working with was really rude and literally misbehaved on the call just coz we asked about the products whereabouts and asked if they are a scam. The owner assigned a new guy. He managed to send half of it in November. Now after going back and forth with them, my money is still stuck with them and the customer service doesnt respond to emails or chat. I guess it is non existent. The phone number on website is fake. The address too. To be honest, go flush your money down the toilet or buy from Alibaba, as even those guys have the integrity to respond coz these guys are pathetic at customer service. Too eager to take the money but wont even respond about the order. I dont have hope that I will either receive the items or get my money back. Will be calling my bank and will try to see if they can take some action against these scamsters. The gist is, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY.

No professional response
I bought a $500 stuff from Indievibe.co on 9th Oct. They promise to deliver products in 2 weeks. It was really tiring to follow up on them, they managed to ship my products by end of Oct. Upon delivery, I learnt that they sent only 1/3rd of my order. That was on 4th November. Since then, it’s been 14 days and they have been very bad at responding to my messages. They don’t respond to emails at all and no reply on website chat support. And am still struggling to at the least get the refund for the remaining items. It seems like forever now.

Bad business/scam
I went back and forth in communication for 3 months with them. I eventually received one item in the mail with an address listed as a public school. The item was not at all what I ordered. I ordered a rug and black bed cover, I received a small blue bed cover in no way similar to the one I selected. When I contacted again they offered replacement products which would be great if I could get what I ordered. It's now been a week with no resolution. I am out almost 60 dollars.

This is not a credible and trustworthy company. We selected a few products that were marked as ready to ship and we placed our order in the month of Aug and its Oct now and still no update from the company on the shipment. The customer support person we are working with doesn't even have the courtesy to respond to our messages unless we follow up a few times. This company and their representative lacks transparency and has no regard whatsoever for the concerns of its customers.

They have a fast response time, but will promise to buy miles then change their minds without giving a single reason why. The company's lack of transparency is disturbing and does not lend itself to trust. There is no reason to hide the issue that caused you to pull the rug out from under this offer.

Misleading Booking System & No Customer Support
I booked York Self Drive Boat Hire through VisitBritain Shop while I was on holiday, specifically for February 22nd, as that was the date displayed when I made my booking. However, when I received the confirmation, the date had changed to March 22nd, which I did not select. Since I was only in the York for a short time, I am completely unable to use the ticket at the later date. I immediately contacted customer service expecting a resolution, but they simply told me that I had chosen March 22nd and refused to help. Despite explaining that their system must have made an error, they refused to offer a refund or any alternative solution, hiding behind their "non-refundable" policy. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and their refusal to acknowledge a potential issue in their system shows a lack of responsibility. I will be escalating this to my bank as a disputed transaction, as I did not receive what I paid for. If you’re thinking about booking through VisitBritain Shop, double-check your booking details and be aware that they take no responsibility for system errors! I will not be using this service again.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service - I filled in a form twice, emailed and spent ages on hold trying to talk to someone and no one picked up. The next day when I tried to call again there was an automated message saying their phone lines were down - 2 weeks later they still have the same message! Don't bother booking through them, it's cheaper to go direct to whichever attraction you want to go to, and you'll get better customer service there.

Awful.
This is the official shop of the british tourist board and it is utter garbage. We booked 5 tickets to two different attractions and recieved no tickets to either. We got a code from the National Lottery Day's Out website, and the Visit Britain Shop website claims they can only be used in the UK. We are booking from the UK. It is attrocious. When we used the "Request a Callback" feature, they never did. We arrived to both attractions with no tickets and had to pay again for entry.

I ordered an Oyster Card on October 5th with an expectation that it would be swiftly delivered. In ordering the card I entered the "date of departure" as October 13th. I hadn't appreciated that this was the date that VisitBritain work to in respect of delivery (via Post Office). With no sign of the card on the 9th, 11th or 12th I felt that I may have been scammed. I owe you apologies as the card arrived yesterday (the 13th). Thank you for providing an efficient service. (I am writing this for the benefit of future customers who like me may not appreciate the signifigance of the date of departure).

Fantastisk oplevelse!
Jeg købte 2x Oystercards med 20pund på hver så vi nemt kunne rejse rundt i London. Jeg bestilte i god tid, da det skulle sendes fra udlandet, dog ankom begge kort inden for én uge og er netop kommet hjem fra London og det virkede som en drøm.. Kan KLART anbefale dette! Oystercards kan også købes i London hvis dette ønskes i stedet, der er maskiner som i DK, hvor der også kan tankes op. 20pund var rigeligt til 3 dages turisttur i London og vi brugte dem flittigt :D

They didn’t get delivered I recommend just buy them when you get to the station so much easier, Don’t rely on this service. They never answer the telephone when you call them even when you leave a message for them to call you back they don’t, it’s all though email which could be days later.

Agent refused to show us around
My partner and I arrived at 10:43 for a viewing scheduled at 10:45. After some difficulty finding the site due to lack of any information from Belvoir St Helens, no signage if any kind indicating a property up for let, no pictures on the letting advert of the outside of the building for quick identification. After getting out of the car and walking right past an unmarked car with a man sat inside to what we thought could be the right property, the unmarked car drove away. After it reached 10:47 with no sign of the agent, my partner rang their St Helens office to ask where the agent was... Turns out, the man sitting in the car WAS THE AGENT, who instead of standing at the property, decided to sit in his car, watch two people walk up to the property and then LEFT instead of using basic common sense and getting out to ask if we were the viewers. The woman on the other end of the phone said that the agent had "left for another viewing and wouldn't be returning" then implied that we were lying about being at the property, despite us identifying the agent by his clothing. To sum up, we turned up for a viewing ahead of time, the agent sat in his car watching us walk around the property, then left at the exact time the viewing was due to start.

A common experience
I don't think I'll be letting anywhere from this agent after reading the reviews and experiencing the supposed "customer service" today from their St Helens branch. I am physically disabled and work exclusively nights so going to flat viewings can be difficult for me, so had one booked in today for 10:45. We arrive at the given time despite some difficulties, there is no signage indicating which home is to let and no picture on the advertisement of the outside of the building, so I wandered around with my partner trying to figure out what was what, making note of a man in a white shirt watching us from his unmarked car. After 3 minutes of watching us struggle, rather than get out, he left. Turns out that was the agent. When I called to ask where I'm going and where the agent is (as he was leaving) I was told he wouldn't be returning and I'd have to rebook. Ridiculous and the person on the phone had the audacity to state that as she wasn't witness to it, she could neither confirm or deny, suggesting in a very roundabout way that I was lying about this pisspoor experience. We were there on time and he left within minutes "for another viewing" so I beg the question, how in detail would this viewing have been.

Landlords Beware
I've been a loyal customer of the Mansfield branch for 8 years, and this company over the last couple of years provides poor service for landlords. They failed to collect rent properly. They refuse to talk to tenants when maintenance issues arise. Communication is slow and argumentative, with a 4-day wait for replies. I gave notice, and their exit fee has been mishandled. Firstly, they added the charge to my account weeks before the actual exit date, attempting to take it from the rent payment before I’ve even left. Their exit fee started at £450, then £350, then they raised it to £600. I offered to split the bill, but they refuse to settle, and I have no other avenue but to go to the Ombudsman. If they provided a good service, I wouldn’t have to leave in the first place, now they want me to pay the full £600 to go despite admitting failures in the service. An agent purely driven by revenue collection. Avoid at all costs unless you want hours of wasted time dealing with their conduct.

Unfortunately Belvoir Glasgow North took over as managing agency for my property from the previous estate agents. So far every single time they are emailed it takes weeks to get a response (if I actually get one). When trying to call their offices during opening time several times the phone goes straight to the automatic message letting you know their office is closed and to call during opening times (the call was made during opening times). The statements, comparing to the previous estate agents used look like something drawn by a child. If you have a choice, do not use this company to manage your property. I am in the process of trying to switch.

Was very disappointed. Price looked so good, but they tacked on extra "insurance coverage" even though we have good coverage. Ended up having to pay another $500. The location is a sketchy trailer with a lot of dirt (not great with suitcases and kids) and the desk is often not staffed, so we were almost late for our flight. This was not a good experience and a rip off

Horrible!
I have had the most horrible experience! They charged me an extra $300 for the rental and another $200 deposit on top of the rental charge. The worst part was when the rotors began to grind on the rental! We were so scared. Plus we had to cut our activities short to get the car back to them. All they cared about was gas and if we didn't pay, they threatened my deposit. They then gave me another car of lower quality (no navigation screen). Then when I asked for a receipt, they told me to wait 2 weeks. Now they won't answer my calls or texts! Do Not Rent Here! I have never been treated so badly. I tried being nice but it didn't help. They just don't care!

Would rate 0 stars if it was an option. I reserved a car to pick up in Orlando and drop off in Tampa. Arrived to get the car and was told I can't drop in Tampa. When i asked why the reservation worked he just said Tampa is closed and they are cancelling my reservation. I was charged a deposit when I booked (have the credit card statement) and he told me "no you weren't." Still trying to get that deposit back. This was on the phone as well because he was not even there when I arrived. My first warning sign should have been the dirty, hole-in-the-wall trailer this place uses as a "rental office". Terrible company, terrible service. Don't use this rental company. Pay more for the reputable ones. I've learned my lesson the hard way.

We rented a car with OtoQ and won't return deposit
We rented a car with OtoQ or Seven auto rental company in June and was charged for a daily toll cost and a $300. deposit. We did not know about these charges until we got to the counter. We were told the $300. deposit fee would be returned within a week of our returning the car. I've called 4 times about them not returning my deposit and was told they would return it right away and send me an email of confirmation, I've been waiting a month and a half for the returned deposit and email. I will never again use this rental company. That's shady business! Do what you say you're going to do!
