Agent refused to show us around

My partner and I arrived at 10:43 for a viewing scheduled at 10:45. After some difficulty finding the site due to lack of any information from Belvoir St Helens, no signage if any kind indicating a property up for let, no pictures on the letting advert of the outside of the building for quick identification. After getting out of the car and walking right past an unmarked car with a man sat inside to what we thought could be the right property, the unmarked car drove away. After it reached 10:47 with no sign of the agent, my partner rang their St Helens office to ask where the agent was... Turns out, the man sitting in the car WAS THE AGENT, who instead of standing at the property, decided to sit in his car, watch two people walk up to the property and then LEFT instead of using basic common sense and getting out to ask if we were the viewers. The woman on the other end of the phone said that the agent had "left for another viewing and wouldn't be returning" then implied that we were lying about being at the property, despite us identifying the agent by his clothing. To sum up, we turned up for a viewing ahead of time, the agent sat in his car watching us walk around the property, then left at the exact time the viewing was due to start.

A common experience

I don't think I'll be letting anywhere from this agent after reading the reviews and experiencing the supposed "customer service" today from their St Helens branch. I am physically disabled and work exclusively nights so going to flat viewings can be difficult for me, so had one booked in today for 10:45. We arrive at the given time despite some difficulties, there is no signage indicating which home is to let and no picture on the advertisement of the outside of the building, so I wandered around with my partner trying to figure out what was what, making note of a man in a white shirt watching us from his unmarked car. After 3 minutes of watching us struggle, rather than get out, he left. Turns out that was the agent. When I called to ask where I'm going and where the agent is (as he was leaving) I was told he wouldn't be returning and I'd have to rebook. Ridiculous and the person on the phone had the audacity to state that as she wasn't witness to it, she could neither confirm or deny, suggesting in a very roundabout way that I was lying about this pisspoor experience. We were there on time and he left within minutes "for another viewing" so I beg the question, how in detail would this viewing have been.

Landlords Beware

I've been a loyal customer of the Mansfield branch for 8 years, and this company over the last couple of years provides poor service for landlords. They failed to collect rent properly. They refuse to talk to tenants when maintenance issues arise. Communication is slow and argumentative, with a 4-day wait for replies. I gave notice, and their exit fee has been mishandled. Firstly, they added the charge to my account weeks before the actual exit date, attempting to take it from the rent payment before I’ve even left. Their exit fee started at £450, then £350, then they raised it to £600. I offered to split the bill, but they refuse to settle, and I have no other avenue but to go to the Ombudsman. If they provided a good service, I wouldn’t have to leave in the first place, now they want me to pay the full £600 to go despite admitting failures in the service. An agent purely driven by revenue collection. Avoid at all costs unless you want hours of wasted time dealing with their conduct.

Unfortunately Belvoir Glasgow North took over as managing agency for my property from the previous estate agents. So far every single time they are emailed it takes weeks to get a response (if I actually get one). When trying to call their offices during opening time several times the phone goes straight to the automatic message letting you know their office is closed and to call during opening times (the call was made during opening times). The statements, comparing to the previous estate agents used look like something drawn by a child. If you have a choice, do not use this company to manage your property. I am in the process of trying to switch.

Their cars are old filthy clunkers with a lot of miles. If you can - stay away from them and rent from a reputable place.

Was very disappointed. Price looked so good, but they tacked on extra "insurance coverage" even though we have good coverage. Ended up having to pay another $500. The location is a sketchy trailer with a lot of dirt (not great with suitcases and kids) and the desk is often not staffed, so we were almost late for our flight. This was not a good experience and a rip off

Horrible!

I have had the most horrible experience! They charged me an extra $300 for the rental and another $200 deposit on top of the rental charge. The worst part was when the rotors began to grind on the rental! We were so scared. Plus we had to cut our activities short to get the car back to them. All they cared about was gas and if we didn't pay, they threatened my deposit. They then gave me another car of lower quality (no navigation screen). Then when I asked for a receipt, they told me to wait 2 weeks. Now they won't answer my calls or texts! Do Not Rent Here! I have never been treated so badly. I tried being nice but it didn't help. They just don't care!

Would rate 0 stars if it was an option. I reserved a car to pick up in Orlando and drop off in Tampa. Arrived to get the car and was told I can't drop in Tampa. When i asked why the reservation worked he just said Tampa is closed and they are cancelling my reservation. I was charged a deposit when I booked (have the credit card statement) and he told me "no you weren't." Still trying to get that deposit back. This was on the phone as well because he was not even there when I arrived. My first warning sign should have been the dirty, hole-in-the-wall trailer this place uses as a "rental office". Terrible company, terrible service. Don't use this rental company. Pay more for the reputable ones. I've learned my lesson the hard way.

We rented a car with OtoQ and won't return deposit

We rented a car with OtoQ or Seven auto rental company in June and was charged for a daily toll cost and a $300. deposit. We did not know about these charges until we got to the counter. We were told the $300. deposit fee would be returned within a week of our returning the car. I've called 4 times about them not returning my deposit and was told they would return it right away and send me an email of confirmation, I've been waiting a month and a half for the returned deposit and email. I will never again use this rental company. That's shady business! Do what you say you're going to do!

Andrew and Mr. Scott went above and beyond to help with all the issues I had with the ADT system and with customer service.. We had an issue with our door and the equipment functioning properly and Andrew and Mr. Scott went out of there way to fix the problem. I GREATLY APPRECIATE all the time and effort they put into making sure I was satisfied. Because I almost gave up and canceled the system. But they helped me through the rough ends and made the end results smooth.

The worst airport experience in Europe

The worst airport experience in Europe. The airport is too small. Thete are not enough staff to deal with the volume of passengers. You will have to queue fior literally hours to check in, go through security, passport control and then queue for food at the one cafe. All the UK flights are hearded into one holding area with nowhere near enough seats. So bad I will think twice about coming back.

Ich finde es ist der unpersönlichste Flughafen Österreichs. Wenn man Morgens fliegt und im Restaurant im 1.Stock frühstücken will geht es nur mit Selbstbedienung. Duityfree shop ist traurig im Angebot. Bei der Sicherheitskontrolle musste ich die Haarspange abnehmen (meine Haare waren hochgesteckt).Ebenso musste ich die Armbanduhr abnehmen. Die Zahnpaste wurde mir abgenommen (Flüssigkeit). Das Zahnpaste eine Flüssigkeit ist, ist mir neu. Die Sichheitsleute sind sehr unfreundlich. Es ist kein Vergnügen von Salzburg weg zu fliegen.

Truly terrible. Worst airport experience I've ever had. Too hot (despite being Austrian winter at night), no where enough seats for all the passengers, and the only seats are the same variety you'd find in a primary school. There is only one restaurant, which is of awful quality and overpriced, again with entirely insufficient seating with multiple groups resorting to eating on the floor. Bad enough to taint my otherwise very enjoyable holiday. Nil Point.

So I ordered a ps5 ( digital edition ) from LucasRupertandJayne.com So When they are delivering they are saying that the package is delayed by some days and this is from swiftline transport (it’s they’re delivering business) then it’s delayed again so I said when is my package coming? It’s been weeks since I ordered and they never responded and it was a gift for my friend and I explained this to my friend and he understood and said I’d been SCAMMED so I don’t recommend buying things from here even if you think you don’t get scammed if rupertlucasandjayne is reading this my order number was #5149 and I paid 309 pound And they changed they’re name to Closed

Ik heb lang gewacht met het schrijven van een review, fouten maken we allemaal en er gaat soms wel eens iets mis, maar dit is zo'n vreselijk bedrijf. Schaamteloos en beschamend hoe ze met klanten omgaan, hoe klein de bestelling ook is. Op 25.11.2024 twee cartridges besteld voor €27,00 en na ontvangst van de factuur gelijk betaald. 3x een aanmaning, terwijl ik al betaald had. Op 09.12.2024 bestelling geannuleerd om volstrek onduidelijke redenen. Geld zou worden teruggestort. Ondanks vele mailtjes en uren aan de telefoon na bijna 6 weken nog geen € terug. Op mails nooit antwoord en aan de telefoon altijd het zelfde antwoord: ligt bij de financiële administratie. Kunt u daar iets aan doen? NEE. Klantenservice is een totaal onbekend begrip bij dit vreselijke bedrijf. Inmiddels Achmea Rechtsbijstand ingeschakeld. Koop nooit iets bij HP Online store of altijd achteraf betalen.

Hier niet bestellen!! Ga naar een tussenpersoon. Of kies een ander merk. A0 Plotter besteld eerst de beloofde 150 euro retour niet gekregen (viel er zogenaamd buiten) en het retourhalen van de oude geven ze niet thuis. Wat een beschamende situatie daar bij HP Store Nederland! Zakelijk twee printers (met on-site 3 jaar garantie (om van het printer gedoe af te zijn)) besteld. Maar printers worden niet geleverd, excuusjes dat de site niet goed werkte en voorraad in het magazijn niet goed zichtbaar is intern bij HP enz. En ze kunnen ook niet aangeven wanneer dan wel. Daarop de bestelling geannuleerd en nu zitten we na hoeveel belletjes en e-mails inmiddels al weer bijna een maand te wachten op de terugbetaling. Advies: KOOP HIER NIET!

Vanmorgen een flatbed scanner bestellen laatste dag met 20% korting, om half 8, uitgezocht in winkel wagentje, naar betalen, betaald met ideal... maar daar ging ergens iets fout.... Praise for Yeovil venture

I'm horrified by some of these reviews. Lovely range of plants bright & cheap. Staff helpful if not always knowledgeable. They've installed good loos, done up the car park & access. Some of the path between the plant areas are not easy with the gravel, so leave your trolley at the end. They're looking to create a cafe, YIPPEE! I can't wait but appreciate the tea urn in the meantime. I've not had problems with the plants. Excellent value for money & I'm a plantaholic. Love going there.

Be aware of their returns policy

We thought about moving a large palm type tree into a pot as it had fallen over during the bad weather spell. We discussed it with a salesperson in the Garden Centre - great advice and very helpful. We purchased a very large pot, stakes and compost. A substantial amount of money spent. On trying to dig up and move the tree we decided it was too large so we decided to shore it up in situ. On returning the pot we were told that their policy was no refund just a credit note. I would never think of returning plants but pots and decorative items maybe. The pot was £66 pounds

New Yeovil branch worth a visit

I am reviewing the new Yeovil branch. There is tons of parking including disabled parking and it is wheelchair friendly. The plants are super cheap and stunning. The quality is high, higher than most garden centres. I bought some herbs, a big pot not the tiny things you get elsewhere. £10.95 for ready planted hanging baskets, I bought one with bright pink petunias, I’ve had many positive reviews. Their new range of roses is stunning. Many at our expensive garden centre have black spot, there was not a single “spot of black” on any of theres. There multipurpose compost is good and super cheap compared with everywhere else. There are plenty of staff, they are extremely helpful and knowledgable. They deserve worth 5* s each. There are also enough of them to cope with the massive queues to pay, they have plenty of tills. I am not normally prone to gushing and certainly don’t exaggerate, this place is worth a visit. We’re off on our 4th visit today. Note, it’s a plant centre, not a garden centre with an expensive cafe and hundreds of expensive things you don’t want. The only problem is stopping yourself spending too much!

Owners will not make disabled parking …

The actual garden centre is accessible once inside but they have no disabled parking bays which makes it a nightmare to park as a wheelchair user because on more than one occasion someone has parked too close and then had to wait for a long time to get in the car, I have spoken to management who said the owners have been asked multiple times but are not interested which is an awful attitude, so somewhere I wouldn’t give business to because they don’t care for accessibility.

We were on our way to apartment to be told had to relocate us due to a gas leak in original booking. We were 20 mins away, after getting married that day. We were travelling to another family wedding the following day and had to stay over in Kilmarnock. Terrible apartments, not up to the standard advertised at all! Apartments nothing like the photos. Was so uncomfortable in there. Everything felt very unclean. Very shabby, old and work needing done and mouldy drinking glass in the apartment that I nearly drank from. When I complained the only solution they offered was a voucher of £50.00 off another expensive stay with them to show they could show me they could get it right the next time... Sorry not the way to do business! Bad Customer Service. No thank you. Will not be back.

Liked · Location and view. Disliked · A mismatched bathroom suite, rusty radiator, mold on wall. No freezer facilities. Years of dust and fluff on light fittings. Filthy, dog hair/sand everywhere. Spilled drinks under couch. Sofa bed falling apart. Draughty patio doors. Broken furniture held together with sellotape?? Bad tile finish in Kitchen. Many of these issues being reported to them years ago?? We lost 3hrs of Saturday due to having to pack, move and unpack again. Moved to 57 Churchill tower which obviously hadn't even been checked if it was fit for habitation even though there was a Donnini member of staff in the vicinity when we arrived. It had a really strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. Tobacco/ash on furniture. Holes in wall held together with sellotape. Litter under beds, blood stained mattress. All soft furnishings in living room had marks & stains. Filthy windows, cobwebs. Remnants from past tenants in wardrobes, on kitchen cupboards and in hallway cupboard. Dirty grout in bathroom. Dirty/broken glasses. Sticky floors. Dirty, threadbare living room rug. Literally a burst couch in living room. Clanging parking garage door below reverberating right through the flat regularly. We were woken at 6am by it this morning! 11 emails and over 100 photos later and all we get are paltry excuses and offered £40 off our NEXT 'Luxury' Donnini stay by a nameless employee who kept banging on about Donini's high standards! Making a complaint to booking.com as this wasn't by any means a cheap break. This was supposed to be a treat for the last few days of bereavement leave so needless to say we will never book another Donnini managed property.

Don't book, not work £330 for 12 hours

11.30 pm looking for a room for the night and this was the only one available. Donnini apartments in ayr. Everything looked lovely but on closer inspection, there were little problems, like loose water taps and a noisy town centre (it was a Saturday so can be expected in a town centre). Now we get the price, I stayed from 11 pm on the 28th of May till 11 am the next morning on the 29th of May had to be out by 11 am, at a cost of £330. Complete rip-off. I will not be using them again, I would rather sleep on the beachfront in the car than book with these people again just out to rob you. All in all very bad weekend and even worse paying £330 for 11 hours

I asked for a corporate contact to talk to. Rep told me it would just ring to him so I had NO way to make a complaint or contact the company. Home Equity Borrowing Experience

I used a home equity loan to buy an adjacent vacant lot. Just to set the scene, I have >800 credit and never even missed a payment on a credit card. The first two people I dealt with (Bryant and Stephanie) were nice, professional, and competent. Then my loan went to an underwriter, and the experience was so poor that it left a really bad overall impression of Wyndham. The underwriter obsessed over tiny accounts (CDs) that had nothing to do with my ability to repay the loan. She kept asking for documents that I had already provided. At one point I literally told my loan originator that she must have it in for me, though I had no idea what I had done to deserve it.

DISHONEST, unscrupulous company, with a phony guarantee!

Unfortunately, I allowed WYNDHAM Capital Mortgage to cost me thousands of dollars and about 100 hours of my life. My credit score is >800, I owe less than 50% of my home value, and in every way am a perfect client, yet they dragged me through THREE MONTHS of unnecessary appraisals (on my dime), literally scanning and hunting down of 100's of pages of a ridiculous assortment of documents (which I provided), all to delay my loan so long that I lost my other offers and the rates went up. They claim to have "on-time closing guarantee" but they are dishonest and seriously change the terms over and over for the most petty and absurd reasons. I was "approved" many times, but then something would mysteriously change (prime rates went up). After 3 months of excuses I am out a bundle, will never get back my time or money, and missed the opportunity to lock in the low rates of 2021. Avoid this company! The sales people are very nice, but they have no control over their underwriter, creating a disconnected, frustrating, horrible experience.

They sell tickets in bulk, so after I updated the email address in the passenger details, I started receiving emails from them about other passengers who had the same reference number. One of my relatives purchased tickets from them. I may obtain the other passengers' personal data (including names, dates of birth, phone numbers, etc.) from those emails. They told me they had no idea about this when I called them. Please stay away from folks like these. If that information ends up in the wrong hands, you could lose far more than the few hundred bucks you saved.

This claim contradicted my records, and I had to file a complaint with my bank and repeatedly follow up with your team to verify the status of the payment. Initially, the representatives denied receipt of the $559.00. I have lodged the complaints against them. I request all the affected customers effected to please lodge the complaints to Consumer affairs Victoria, Victoria ombudsman, Business Victoria and ASIC so that this agency is penalised and asked to stop cheating the innocent people asap.

They initially misled me about the luggage allowance, and when I received my ticket, the baggage capacity was completely different from what I was promised. When I contacted customer care for clarification, I was met with rude and unhelpful behavior. The agent I spoke to kept repeating the same thing over and over without actually addressing my concerns. Despite requesting multiple times to speak with a supervisor or someone knowledgeable, they flat-out refused. We are extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service provided by Gaura Travel. We booked our family tickets six months ago, expecting a smooth and stress-free experience. However, just three days before our flight, we discovered that our seats were scattered in different locations, completely disrupting our family travel plans. When we approached Gaura Travel, they told us it was our responsibility to check the seat assignments or we can request at airport to get the seats together. This is unacceptable. If seat allocation wasn’t guaranteed, it should have been communicated clearly at the time of booking. Instead, we were left scrambling at the last minute to resolve an issue that should never have occurred. This experience has been frustrating and has caused unnecessary stress. I generally don't leave negative feedback, but this has to be reported. I booked a flight for my wife and daughter on one of their "special" fares. A few days before departure, I found out that, since these special fares are purchased in bulk by the agent, you have no access to anything. Seats are auto-allocated, and guess what? My 11-year-old has been seated separately. I called their call center. The first agent, with terrible communication skills, had no idea what he was doing, panicked, and hung up. I called again, and the second agent, "Jay," was of absolutely no help. He basically said, there is nothing he can do at his end and we would need to speak to the counter staff at airport check in. At the time of booking, no one mentioned the actual T&Cs/restrictions of booking this special fare. I called Singapore Airlines directly and got it sorted.

I had an awful experience with this company. I ordered blinds, and just to secure the contract, the salesperson assured me that there was a 5-year warranty on the motor and a 25-year warranty on the blinds. After I paid the advance, they went silent for a week and a half, ignoring my messages and calls. When they finally came for the installation, the crew was late and showed up with only enough clips for three blinds—meaning they only installed three. To make matters worse, one of the blinds was measured wrong, so they had to take it back and promised to return the next day. It gets worse. One of the installed blinds wasn’t even the one I ordered. Then, when I checked the sales receipt, I was shocked to see that there was no mention of the promised warranties! When I asked for the warranty in writing, the sales rep suddenly changed the story, claiming the motors didn’t actually have a 5-year warranty and that they’d need to take back all the blinds to install new motors. This felt like a shady attempt to take back all the blinds along with my advance payment. I requested a refund of my advance until they could deliver what was promised, but they told me to keep the blinds and that they wouldn’t return. Now, I’m stuck with only two blinds installed, out the advance I paid, and a feeling of having been completely scammed. This company is utterly unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, and I wish there was a formal way to report them. Avoid at all costs.

The most unprofessional and unreliable companies i have ever dealt with. Their customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. They do not pick up the phone. When you send them a message no responsse. Installation promised early June. Still.waiting for the blind to be installed after 1.5 month. After more than 10 follow ups for 3 weeks, they finally responded 2 weeks ago that it will.be installed on July 11 between 11am to 3pm. Took a day off so I can be home. No show up. No phone call. The window coverings company that I found was the best! The people who did my installation were all very nice and professional. They made sure to answer any questions or concerns that we had about our new blinds, always arrived on time for appointments (even if they weren't able at first), got rid of any dust from entering the house during installations which is what you want when someone comes into your home without wearing appropriate protection like shoe covers) and worked quickly but efficiently so everything looked great by day's end-in less than three weeks total turnover period). Additionally, owners Steve & Diana are helpful as can be even after sales with their customer service skills while sons Vinceand Julian do an amazing job managing every aspect involved in setting up shop such as

The worst company to deal with. Ordered a full house of blinds in May 2021...they installed uneven blinds with damages, did not have the hardware to secure the chains, and in 3 areas installed the incorrect colour. The sales person, Alex, gave us incorrect information and no longer answers our calls. The owners sister, claims she is just a worker and cannot help, yet everyone at the company is always forwarding me to her. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Almost 5 months and no resolutions in sight. Read the google reviews, their resolution is always come to the factory.

You as an HR (Ishika) always discussing personal matters during office hours are unprofessional and creates an uncomfortable work environment for everyone involved. Parents BEWARE. My minor daughter travelled half way around the world on an explorica trip to a camp with no internet connection. We were advised we would receive regular updates via the online Explorica Tour Diary. My daughter has been in Africa for 4 days now and there has not been a single post. We received no confirmation that our child's flight arrived. No cinfirmation that she arrived at the camp. Nothing whatsoever. Had I known there would be no such communication I would have arranged another method. Bit now I cannot reach my child. Exteemely unimpressed with the communication strategy of Explorica. When I contacted Explorica they told me postings were the responsibility of the tour leader but wouldnt tell me who that is or how to contact them. My wife and I are beside ourselves with concern. I would not recommend an Explorica trip to any parent

Do not send your child with Explorica. This tour company puts quantity over quality. Sure they will walk long distances to see landmarks and monuments, but the quality of trip is nonexistent! Between denying children food/ water because they are too busy to stop, the trip provided meals are sparse and not enough food, they made children who don’t know each other share beds. The tour guide has been nothing but an abuser. Constantly screaming at the children, in a condescending way. Fantastic Service

My community-based group trip to Italy originally scheduled for 2020 was, like many others, put off by COVID. A number of families decided to cancel - those that did received their refunds within two-three months. I had nine youth that decided to wait out the pandemic; we went in April and had a wonderful time! Our tour director was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our agent at Explorica kept me fully informed throughout 2020-2021 as the possibity of travel became greater and worked hard to ensure that all travel arrangements, including hotels, meals, and guides, were top-quality. I enjoyed the experience so much that we are using Explorica again in April 2023 to take travelers to Spain and Morocco, and in 2024 we have a trip with Explorica to Ireland and the UK! I recommend Explorica to anyone wanting a fun, succesful trip.

Like thousands of families across Canada Our March 2020 trip was cancelled due to COVID. STILL waiting for a refund. Families are caught in the middle of a pissing match between Explorica and The insurance companies. I had two kids going, we are out $7,200. No resolution in site. Support the families and DO NOT BOOK with Explorica. Disgusting company. Our schools should not let them set foot in our schools. I really hope karma bites them in the ass.

"LogoCravings" and their related trade names (LogoMansion) are fraudulent. The logos shown on their so-called "portfolio" are all stolen from other art design websites, doing a reverse google image search will show that easily, also these business names on the logos do not exist. They have fake "reviews" on their websites and here also. The way the "reviews" are worded is the same slightly incorrect English style that they use in their websites. On their websites they have photos next to the supposed reviewers; ding a reverse google image search on those photos will show that they stole the pictures, which are actually of CNN news broadcasters. If you make the mistake of trying to get pricing on something from their website, they will BLOW UP your phone nonstop, even in the middle of the night, calling from Russia via VOIP. They are NOT in USA as their websites say. They will eventually try to email you a "form" that is an insecure, blank web page with a spot for you to enter your credit card number. Yeah no thanks. Stay AWAY from this fraudulent place.

Review for Jack's Magic compost. For many years I have bought this compost. What has happened this year? 😭 It is horrible! Must be a new mix, but I hate it. The top of pots dry out and form a hard crust and all my plants and seeds are nowhere near as good as before with the old formulation. It has a very woody texture ..no good for smaller seeds which struggle. If you are going to change the mix then don't call it by the same name ( unless it's 'Jack's lost it's magic..) I won't be buying it anymore....apart from if it's half price and I can use as mulch.Really disappointed.

Having mislaid/lost the rose on my K&S Long Reach Watering Can, I tried to purchase a replacement in various gardens centres, Amazon and other online retailers, all to no avail. The new Jack's Magic: brilliant quality, fantastic new packaging, and great value this year!

I’ve been using Jack’s Magic for years and I genuinely think the 2025 version is one of the best yet. I saw the new packaging and expected it to be another shrinkflation trick, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it’s actually better value than before! This year’s bags are 40L instead of 50L, and honestly, I’m thrilled about the change. The lighter weight makes them so much easier to carry, especially when loading/unloading or moving around the garden. It’s a massive win for anyone with a big garden or a dodgy back like me! Even better: I did the math and the cost per litre is cheaper this year than it was with the 50L bags last year—so you’re getting more for your money. As always, the compost quality is excellent—fluffy, rich, crumbly, and easy to work with. I’ve been topping off my raised beds with it and the structure is spot on for sowing and transplanting. I honestly don’t understand the low Trustpilot score—I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this product, and generally with Westland products year after year. This year's version of jack's Magic is especially excellent value, great quality, and now even easier to handle than ever. Highly recommended!

Westland Orchid Compost is Atrocious

I bought a bag of Westland Orchid Compost to repot my orchid. I was surprised to see that it was more like a compost than bark, and it appeared to have several different things in it. A month after repotting, I pulled 3 seedlings out of the compost that had germinated below the surface (with orchids being planted in clear pots I was able to see them). Six weeks later and I appear to have what look like tiny eggs below the surface. I couldn't make out if it is indeed eggs or mould. Either way, this compost appears to have been contaminated during packaging or prior. Today I bought a proper bad of orchid bark that cost me double the price for half the amount and it is just that. Bark! You get what you pay for. This orchid was given to me in August '23 by my Dad's carer when he passed away. It is of huge sentimental value to me and now I'm fighting to keep it alive. Thank you very much Westland.

I’ve been using Jacks magic for years

I’ve been using Jacks magic for years, it was my go to compost,I have a very large garden and use huge amounts of compost in my many containers. Frankly most compost these days is total rubbish, but Jacks Magic has now changed its formulation and joined the ranks of the rubbish. The cost is through the roof and the quality is abysmal, I’ve tried other Westland composts, if I want shredded wood, I’ll pop down to the local sawmill.

I will never buy anything from this company again. I bought their Resolva tree stump killer. I even phoned them to confirm instructions for use and I used this product according to their instructions too. 5 months later when I came to remove the stump I found that the Resolva had had no affect whatsoever on the rose stump and I had to get someone to remove it. So, I want my money back plus the £40 it cost to remove it. Naturally,the garden centre I bought the Resolva from will not give me my money back for the Westland product without a receipt. Who keeps receipts for 5 months? To answer Westland I confirm that this advice is different. It says clearly on the front of the box 'Tree Stump Killer' But, according to an Email from Westland this can take 10 to 20 years. A spade and a crowbar did the job in one afternoon.

Bought Westland Topsoil for both my raised beds (thankfully only to bulk out the bottom) and also as part of a substrate mix for my tortoise. The soil is riddled with small scraps of what seems to be shredded plastic bags, but also small pieces of rigid plastic. This is highly dangerous for my tortoise but also not welcome in my garden. It sadly wasn’t an isolated case as the same was true for all 6 bags I bought. I won’t be buying from Westland again.

Bellen, mailen, maar 0,0 respons op vragen waarom mijn aanvraag afgewezen wordt. Overigens zelf geen BKR notering, maar woon wel in een woonwijk die (lekker generaliserend) als 'slecht' bekend staat. Reden genoeg schijnbaar voor Skala om aanvraag af te wijzen. Motivatie is teveel moeite. Zeer zeker geen aanrader qua transparantie! DISCRIMINEREND BEDRIJFS BELEID

Bij tel.controle op een aanvraag kwam het adres ter sprake, uit eerlijkheid verteld dat bijvoegsel duidde dat ik een kamer bewoonde. Aanvraag werd gelijk geweigerd. Kamerbewoners zijn dus "mindere" medemensen... SCHANDALIG...raad iedereen aan om geen zaken met hun te doen....

super aardige bezorgers

ze kwamen vandaag onze tv brengen de bezorgers waren heel super vriendelijk ze installeerde netjes de tv en ze zetten de tv op goede plek aardige bezorgers want we wouden onze hond in de bench stoppen maar ze zeiden van nee dat hoeft niet ze vonden haar leuk

Se puede llenar a tope el deposito o solo 20€ si te registras, cada vez que vas a repostar?

En principio me va bien. De hecho me descargado la APP para saber la cadencia y los precios y no tener papel. Pero me gustaría saber si hay alguna forma de poder llenar el depósito y no solo 20 € que aparecen por defecto (ya que he relacionado con el vehículo). Es toda una intriga. Seguiré investigando

Petroprix heeft veel te veel in rekening gebracht

Niet het werkelijke bedrag waarvoor is getankt maar het gereserveetde bedrag is in rekening gebracht. Bij de meeste onbemande tankstations staat de reservering tijdelijk op je afschrift. Bij Petropix wordt het bedrag in rekening gebracht. Uitkijken dus!

Menudos ladrones, reposte en esta gasolinera que está en Jaén y con 10 eur no hice ni 70 km, cuando normalmente hecho en otras y ando unos 150km. Es un Corolla verso 2.0 d4d. La autonomía la marca menos y la aguja sube menos que en otras marcas, lo que quiere decir que o hechan aire o se quedan con litros

LA PEOR ATENCION AL CLIENTE

Solicito a PETROPRIX factura por mi repostaje. A partir de ese momento, me empiezan a enviar las facturas de repostaje de toda mi empresa. Llamo para arreglarlo, y me contesta un...no se como calificarlo, ¿impresentable?, que si yo he abierto la cuenta, que me las mandan a mi. Trabajo con Plenoil, con Ballenoil, etc., y como en mi tarjeta de empresa figuran mi nombre y mis dos apellidos, estas compañías me envían mis facturas, y no la de otras personas de mi empresa con tarjeta de empresa. En fin nada de repostar en PETROPRIX, que funcionan FATAL.

Excessive charge

Hola, acabo de poner 50 € de gasolina (Sp95) en el Petroprix Malaga Licurgo. Esto fue a las 13:44 de hoy (03.10.2024). La cantidad cargada en mi tarjeta es de 75 €, que es un 50 % más de lo que debería ser. Solo puse la cantidad exacta de 50 €, lo que me dio 36,2 litros de SP95, antes de que la bomba cortara el suministro. Por favor, aconséjeme cómo recuperar mi dinero Actualización: Una vez que la transacción se procesó por completo, la cantidad cobrada fue como debería ser. Todavía es un poco extraño y preocupante sobre el cargo adicional mientras está pendiente.
