Did not receive what was ordered

We ordered 9 Kaspa KS3M miners. They sent us Avalon BTC miners that are not even profitable and NOT AT ALL what we ordered. I have contacted support and emailed them with no response. I will change this review if they are able to make it better. UPDATE: They stated they would fix this issue, but its been 3 weeks and I still havent heard anything from them other than trying to get my review taken down lol.

After making payment they ask for verification details Ez: Driver License, Passport, Utility bills and such, which is my first time experiencing like this for buying a domain name also they don't have any privacy policy url so how will be my data being manage no details of that. BeAware. Edit:1 I did use vpn since I don’t think giving them my ip is a good idea, secondly I understand if they want to verify a person when they have doubts for a “free” domain they should just charge a dollar and return it later like any other services for verification purposes instead of asking, Driver license, passport details and lastly they still haven’t addressed the main issue where is the privacy policy url for there site and how are the data being managed? I found Wiki Chemicals LTD on Google, I conversed on Whatsapp with the so called Mr James who had regular grammar mistakes. On the website (and James) portrayed their company as a US manufacturer of the illusive product Caluanie Muelear Oxidize, presumably used for processing precious metals by mining industries. I ordered one litre of this mystic product for $950 USD that included the air freight & transport charges to Muscat, Oman. Soon after making payment via crypto currency, I was emailed by a Mr John  Whitlock (the Overseas Logistics Director) from the TRANS PACIFIC INTEGRATED LOGISTICS Inc and I was supplied with a tracking number to trace and locate the order. The site looked legitimate with offices in Europe, USA, Brazil, Malaysia etc and the tracking status of the product was live showing the transport flight schedule from Los Angeles to Paris and then to its final destination to Oman. In brief, I realised both the logistics and the Wiki Chemicals were actually one individual/ group communicating from two different sites tricking me into this Scam. The cargo would claim that the order has arrived to Paris’s Customs but it is on hold requiring certain Non Toxic Export Declarations and documents for clearance processes which would cost an extra $1875 USD. Deceived by the live shipping status and the documents and certificates forged, I foolishly paid the extra $1875 via Tether crypto currency for the clearance at the French customs. Indeed the order was never cleared and under a different pretext they would soon request for a further €1430 Euro. I did not off course make any further payment as I knew the delivery would have never been made. After being scammed, I began a extensive search to find that all documents & certificates offered by these so called suppliers and manufacturers of Caluanie are all fake and are nothing but a network of professional scammers. In fact this illusive product does not even exist and it is cunningly designed by a network of scammers that synergistically work from different locations under different company names to cheat you out of money.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. A friend asked me to purchase this product for a friend of hers. I spent 2-3 hours chatting on their website and researching them. This company is not registered with the CA Secretary of State. They only take payment through Bitcoin, Zelle, or bank transfer. I asked they send me some sort of verification of their legitimacy. Was emailed a certificate of their approval from some sort of Chemical Verification Company, and the certificate looked legit. I contacted the certification company, and they had no recognition or information on Caluminemuelear USA. The certificate was a scam. I looked at 4-5 other companies that sell this chemical, and they are all scams. Some even have misspelled words on their website. I did scam searches on all of them and finally settled on one that had an 80% approval on a Scam Advisor site. I Zelled $1,000.00. I was immediately contacted by email that now I had to pay shipping costs that amounted to about $1,000.00. The third party shipping company had the same address as the sales company. Needless to say, I am out $1K, and feel like a dumbass even after all of the research I did.

Offered me £191 for my immaculate iPhone 12, The phone had been in a case and had a screen saver on since day 1 so was in pristine condition. Sell my mobile sent me an email once they had received it saying that there was a problem and to open up a link of which was a video of my phone trying to explain why they had withdrawn the original price of £191 and were offering me £125 as the phone was not in good condition, trying to say that there was signs of wear on the screen and casing . The video was taken from a distance and obviously didn’t show up any marks on it , and it wouldn’t as the phone had zero marks or scratches. I reluctantly accepted the offer as I had read reviews on phones going missing if customers did not accept the revised offer and wanted the phones returning. The money was transferred into my account within 24hrs . My advice would be to avoid this company, they inflate the price they offer you , with no intention of paying out the agreed price .Note to oneself “ if it sounds to good to be true it usually is” . There are a lot more GENUINE Companies about that can be trusted, my phone was worth £150/£160 . Do your research and read reviews….

Offered my £81.00 for my samsung galaxy A52s 5G, excellent condition when i sent it off to them was only 2 year old. Arrived with them they then offered me £10 said it was badly damaged inside, their was burn marks u under the screen so it would need everything replacing! Absolutely shocking eventually arrived back to me and sold it no problem to a proper phone company. Iv been advised that these type of people do it so you just except a lower price instead of messing around trying to get your phone back. Please be careful with these guys.

Ela simplesmente disse que se não tinha encontrado não havia,nem sequer foi confirmar. Péssimo atendimento, nada simpáticas nem prestáveis. Se fossem boas profissionais,tinham-se dirigo comigo ao suposto sitio onde estaria o artigo e caso não houvesse poderiam apresentar alternativas,mas não, nem se deram ao trabalho.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been, without a doubt, the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Despite paying for home delivery, the goods were first sent to a shop without informing us and then shipped back. On the second attempt, they were delivered to the wrong place, forcing us to pick them up ourselves. When we finally got the items, they were of terrible quality, so we requested a return, but the collection process was a nightmare—unorganized, delayed, and full of miscommunication. To top it off, no refunds or compensation were offered, and they held our money for two months for no good reason. Terrible service, poor products, and zero accountability. Never again.

Ich habe bei Close Up eine Fleecejacke von der Marke Neptun bestellt, da sie nur noch hier vorrätig war. Es kam genau das an, was ich bestellt habe und das vor allem sehr sehr schnell und gut verpackt, mit Etikett an der Ware und allem. Das Einzige, was schwierig war, war die Angabe der gewünschten Packstation. Ich empfehle, die Bestellung zu sich Nachhause aufzugeben oder bezüglich einer gewünschten Adressierung an eine DHL-Packstation vor der Bestellung mit dem Support zu schreiben. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden, mein Paket konnte ich an einem DPD-Kiosk abholen, da ich zum Zeitpunkt der Lieferung nicht Zuhause war, was für mich vollkommen OK war!

Positiv anmerken möchte ich, dass meinem Wunsch entsprochen wurde, die Poster direkt einzurahmen. Allerdings kamen die Poster, samt Rahmen in einem desolaten Zustand an. Überall ist die Scheibe rausgebrochen, der Rahmen sieht abgenutzt aus und die Poster selbst haben auch Schaden genommen. Da hätte ich auch bei Ikea Rahmen bleiben können 🙄

Was ist aus Close Up nur geworden ?

Habe letzten Sommer dort bestellt, die gelieferte Ware wies Mängel auf, also Rücksendung und ich bekam eine Gutschrift des Kaufbetrages. Ein halbes Jahr später bekam ich Post von einer Inkassofirma, das ich eine Woche Zeit hätte, die angeblich noch offene Rechnung mit Mahngebühren innerhalb einer Woche zu zahlen. Ich versuchte vergeblich, die Firma Close Up über sämtliche Telefonnummern anzurufen, mehrere Stunden lang, Service gleich null. Von wegen, die Hotline ist bis 18 Uhr erreichbar, Schwindel pur. Meine Beschwerdemail habe ich erst nach 2 schlaflosen Nächten beantwortet bekommen, mit einer lächerlichen Entschuldigung, die Retoure wurde leider nicht verbucht. Warum habe ich aber dann nach Rücksendeeingang eine Gutschrift bekommen und die Sache war eigentlich erledigt ? Sehr komisch. Ich werde dort bestimmt nicht mehr bestellen. Was ist aus Close Up nur geworden, bin Kunde seit über 15 Jahren, und früher hat alles immer gut geklappt, aber nun funktioniert nix mehr, kein guter Service, keine Kundenfreundlichkeit und kaum Erreichbarkeit, Hotline ist ein Witz. Aber so ist das leider, wenn manche Firmen wachsen und immer größer werden, sind Ihnen die jahrelangen Kunden dann irgendwann egal.

Schneller Ersatz

Ich habe online einen Posterrahmen bestellt, der leider defekt geliefert wurde. Es gab kein Verpackungsmaterial im Karton, sodass die Scheibe durch den Karton hindurch leicht brechen konnte. Der Rahmen selbst ist intakt gelieben, sodass ich mit dem Service schnell und unkompliziert einen Ersatz bewirken konnte; mit wurde eine neue (wieder nicht gepolsterte, aber heil angekommene) Scheibe geschickt, und ich habe Rabatt auf die etwas kaputte Rückwand erhalten, womit ich sehr zufrieden war. Der Rahmen steht an einer Ecke etwas auseinander, sieht alles in allem zusammen mit dem Poster aber sehr schick aus. Der Versand und der schnelle Ersatz inkl. freundlichem Kundenservice sind positiv hervorzuheben.

Pacco spedito il 30 ottobre con una tracking che non funziona! Com'è possibile? Leggendo le altre recensioni è molto sospetto, molti a quanto pare non hanno ricevuto la merce. Sembra che inviano pacchi ( sempre se vengono veramente spediti) con tracking non funzionanti a tutti e che non sia solo un mio problema. Hier gibt es wirklich tolle Sachen zu kaufen. Ich bin seit über 10 Jahren Kunde des Online-Shops. Leider hat in dieser Zeit der Service und die Transparenz für den Kunden stark nachgelassen. Ich kaufe hier gerne Dekoartikel oder Fanartikel. Hier erhielt ich meist Artikel, die man sonst nirgendwo kaufen konnte. Doch aktuell, weiß man nicht, ob "sofort lieferbar" überhaupt noch lieferbar ist, oder wann man Artikel aus einer offenen bereits bezahlten Bestellung überhaupt erhält. So warte ich als Beispiel seit 11.2022 auf die Lieferung einer Müslischale, welche damals als "sofort lieferbar" gekennzeichnet aber dann doch nicht lieferbar war. Jegliche Nachfragen zur Bestellungen via Mail und Kontaktformular blieben unbeantwortet. Ich kann niemanden vom Service erreichen. Der abgebuchte Betrag passt auch in keiner Weise zur Rechnung. Auch dies konnte ich nicht klären, weil niemand erreichbar zu sein scheint. Es kann sich um einen Einzelfall handeln, mag sein. Da ich jedoch keinen Service erwarten kann, werde ich bei diesem Shop nicht mehr in Vorkasse gehen.

DPD Versand für Sammler der pure Horror !

Ich habe seit langem mal wieder dort bestellt, der pure Horror. Hier wird mit dem schlechtesten Versanddienstleister DPD verschickt. Habe Closeup über meinen Wunsch, bitte mit DHL zu verschicken, informiert, wurde aber einfach ignoriert und es kam kaputt an. Bei der Zweitlieferung hat es wieder nicht geklappt, hier werde ich nicht mehr bestellen. Den Kundenservice kann man vergessen, ist so gut wie nicht erreichbar trotz 3 verschiedenen Nummern, unglaublich.

Bought A stihl combit unit off this company around 2 months ago and was working fine until one morning it decided to not start. When I eventually started it the revs on tic over where raving to high. Took it to service and repairs thinking it was covered by the warranty but when I returned they told me that it wasn't and I was dealt a £150.00 charge which considering all they done was realigned the valves on the machine I thought it was extremely expensive. Very miserable women at reception. When I asked her what was covered by the warranty she did not know and clearly making things up as she went along!! Will definitely not be going back to them in the future! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Bought a stihl KM 131 from Turneys and after 3 months of use it wouldn't start so I took it to there service & repair shop western on the green thinking it would be covered under warrenty, I was also met on collection with a rude lady behind the counter accusing me of tampering with the valves witch " I DID NOT" as I don't know how too. They then charged me £70 for this even tho we are covered under a 2 year warranty. Will never be taking anything to them in the future!!!!

Lost faith & trust with Turney Group's…

Lost faith & trust with Turney Group's Weston on the Green lawnmower services. Last year's mower service took over a month with "various reasons" for delay from them but I decided to give them another chance and took my 4 year old annually serviced Mountfield to them for this year's winter service. Despite the machine (in my view to be running nicely) I was advised that the lawn mower had a "bent crankshaft" and "cracked blade" both requiring replacement along with a service at a total cost of £729.58! I have now taken my machine to an alternative lawn mower servicing and repair centre where it has been serviced. They found that the blade was in excellent condition and merely needed sharpening and furthermore found no bend in the crankshaft! I was further incensed when picking up my machine from Turneys to take it to the alternative garden machinery service company when they attempted to charge me £25 for their "work needed estimate"!

Turney Ground-Care Varied customer service

We have used Turney Ground-Care for Lawn mower services over many years with some success. The location is near Western on the Green and its offices are an archaic, confusing labyrinth of different departments, who pass you onto the next a bit like Monty Python. Service has been varied. Its hard work to speak to a technician here, as a customer I am often left with the feeling that I'm just another punter. My most recent experience was with my old Toro. Turney's have had this machine before but this time it took almost three months and £495 to fix it - this was right in the middle of grass cutting season. I chased several times on the phone but only got excuses - It was fixed and returned - eventually - but I'm not too impressed this time.

Stay away from this joke of a company! I don't where start? Lies: This comes from the top! Their website is full of lies and employees are asked to lie and make up numbers of courses by counting single courses 10 times with slightly differing titles! Promises are made regarding being given equity to tempt developers in or experts in various fields. One of these even was presented with a certificate showing equity but this equity did not even exist. The boss has various profiles on Companies House all with differing birthdays... Look him up! You'll find loads of companies with some being forced to close owing MASSIVE amounts of money. The turnover of staff is unreal. Staff come in and mysteriously vanish. Employees are told to block sacked former employees. The whole set up is a joke. The boss sits on his own in a corner with a fancy chair, emails his partner who is about 10ft from him and she then emails you to stop talking or to tell you you aren't working hard enough. The boss also has a number 2. There is a decent guy in his number 2 somewhere but unfortunately, number 2 has to do all of the boss's dirty work. A shame because he is a nice guy. If the boss and his girlfriend go into the kitchen, get some headphones on or something as they go there to have blazing rows in which they think no one can hear - embarrassing and unprofessional to say the least. Honestly, I could go on and on and on... Just stay away from this place!

Disorganised .. pointless .. waste of time - The CEO definitely is trying to rip off 'Udemy', with a launch of a new business model, however, with the lack of experience in this area & training currently focused on Adult / Social Care, this leap will certainly fail as they won't be able to compete with the bigger players. - The CEO definitely has ideas of grandeur, however, doesn't seem on the face of it to have the financial backing to implement this .. on several occasions I've heard that 'we can't afford X role'. I was worried about getting paid .. given I had no formal documentation ... I did chase on a couple of occasions and met with hostility. - The CEO likes to have some power-play over his staff & comes in tracksuits .. whereas his employees are asked to wear business attire .. having such a leadership style is maybe one of the reasons this business has a high turn over of staff. - There is ZERO atmosphere in the office and staff are asked to email/phone other colleagues when the office is really small, you could just walk up to the person (yes we are in the middle of a pandemic .. but you could still social distance). However, with that being said .. the use of phones doesn't look great to others when you're on the phone with solicitors, talking about them taking a case, about the none payment of business office rent since March 2020. - I did notice that they used their Jira tool to schedule interviews and saw they mentioned about one candidate as 'scatty' ... very unprofessional and I'm sure illegal

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. 2-3 Years ago I decided to replace the 40 year old Saylor Beall 9000 that has been running my body shop since 1991(it was used when we got it). I contacted a dealer and they sold me a Kaishan rotary screw compressor. Almost immediately I had buyers remorse. My power bill increased by 25% and quarterly service is 5 times than what I was paying on a piston unit. So much that I decided the money I saved doing service myself would offset the cost of a new compressor in just 2.5 years. Now here I am, already down, running oil a rental and buying diesel every 2 days shopping around for another new compressor. Kaishan refuse to sell parts to my repair company because they aren't an authorized dealer and the dealer I used is no longer a Kaishan dealer(their customer serve turned out to be terrible after the sale as well). I will be selling this as a used machine in need of repair, cutting my losses and buying an American made piston machine. Don't make the same mistake I made & steer clear of Kaishan.

I recently had the chance to place a pickup order at ShopiOSx Calabasas, situated outside Los Angeles — 40 mins away so keep this in mind. The customer service team at this store is truly outstanding. Adam went the extra mile by promptly responding to my email inquiry even after I had already made my order. It's important to mention that they don't accept cash, which might be a downside for some customers. Also parking in the lot costs $11 per hour, which adds to the overall expense of visiting the store. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I have to say that ShopiOSx Calabasas impressed me with its cleanliness and efficiency. They offer a wide variety of new iPhones; in fact, I was able to purchase both the iPhone 15 and 14 in a single order. The AC is high and there are sections for each electronic type.

I've been shopping at shopiosx for a couple of months now, and their recent app update has really enhanced the whole shopping experience. Not only did they send me a fantastic $100 coupon to celebrate the launch of the app, but their team was also incredibly helpful in explaining all the new features and advantages. When I decided to buy the new iPhone 15 using the promo code and a gift card, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my order balance was only $3. The shipping was super fast with USPS, and even though I found a few fingerprints on the device, transferring my old SIM to a esim from my iPhone 11 was a breeze. All in all, shopiosx has consistently provided top-notch service, and this recent app upgrade has taken it to a whole new level of convenience.

Inflation with this company…now being charged $21.99 for my wholesale account plan. Team has made no effort to rectify this.

I have been a loyal customer of the ShopiosX store since 2021, but recently I have noticed some significant changes that have left me extremely dissatisfied. The most concerning issue is the sudden increase in prices for their wholesale plans. Previously, I was paying $9.99 for my plan, but now I am being charged a hefty $21.99. This jump in pricing is outrageous and unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the store is now also enforcing extra sales tax on top of the increased wholesale plan charges. Not only am I being charged more, but I am also being burdened with additional fees. It feels like ShopiosX is trying to squeeze every penny out of their customers without providing any real value in return. Furthermore, I used to benefit from having a residential account, but it seems that they have stripped away all the advantages that came along with it. There are no more perks or benefits for being a loyal customer. It feels like they are disregarding their long-time customers and solely focusing on making more money. Overall, my experience with the ShopiosX store has taken a drastic turn for the worse. The exorbitant price increase, extra sales tax, and removal of benefits for residential accounts have all contributed to my disappointment and frustration. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere in search of a store that values its customers and provides fair pricing.

Bad experience for me

I put an order for iPhone 14 on Oct. 18th. The price was really competitive and chat agent said iPhone 14 and 15 is new in box, while other iPhones are used. That's why I decided to try this shop. Though I choose an express delivery option that said item would come wihtin 5 business days, It took 12 calender days to arrive to "my town", which means totally wrong address with my home address. I went to that address and found that the box is empty.... I have claimed the customer care, and they told me that they would re-deliver with 1day air option immediately on Nov. 3rd. Today is Nov 14th now and my phone is still sitting in their warehouse. I reached out customer care by chat and Email so many times but no response. I wil call them directly and also I need to reach out to Credit Card Provider to open dispute...

Al final llegamos a 11.050$ y me dice que tengo que retirar que con una cuenta pequeña no se puede ganar más y que tengo que pagar el 30% para hacer el retiro, le digo que lo descuenten de los 11.050 y dicen que no pueden que eso sería malversación, acepto y los pago mediate Fiat201. fueron 3060€. Como podéis ver unos estafadores y suplantadores de identidad de cuidado, los nombres pueden cambiar pero Blanca habla español con acento del este y José maría tiene voz de chulo pt fácil de reconocer. Ojala se lo gasten en FARMACIA.

Asked me to transfer £5000 after just a few days, they told me IBAN transfer would be safe and 'if' it was a scam (It looked very dodgy) the money could easily be sent back. I asked the bank about this and they said this was a downright lie. as soon as an IBAN transfer is made there is no way to recover that lost money. Also told me they dealt with millions of dollars every day but in the end, they were all waiting around for my meagre 5k!! I lost the initial £200 i invested but thankfully I saw the scam and didnt 'invest' the £5000 which they wanted...

Worts airline, avoid at all cost!

Same as all the other reviews. Eastern Airways simply does not pay their compensation fee's for delayed flights. Their e-mail says they will pay out between 10 and 12 weeks. They don't and then every time you phone them they add another 6 weeks onto that time. Worst thing is they keep getting away with it and they run a monopoly being the only airway fly's from Newquay to London.

Cannot fault eastern airways who flew us to Amsterdam on behalf of KLM. Plane departed on time, polite cabin crew, smooth take off and landing. I had to write a positive review as normally people will only write bad reviews and will rarely give credit where its due because it’s expected. We will use again. Thank you eastern airways for the pleasant and speedy journey.

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our long weekend away was ruined by a flight delay (caused by technical fault). I have spent months trying to get the compensation owed and no joy. I have sent many many emails that go unanswered. I’m now pursuing through the small claims process.

Avoid. Do not book flights on the Newquay/Gatwick route. It's pure lottery if the flight does occur.. My son was left stranded at Gatwick and had to get a train to Newquay. So many cancellations and the lack of communication and transparency from this rubbish company is unacceptable.

Do not use this airline!

After checking-in online, I arrived at the departure gates at Gatwick Airport for my flight to Newquay and my boarding pass didn't work. I was instructed to go to the check-in desk, which was empty - only a phone. No-one answered my call, and I heard that the flight had been cancelled from another passenger. I have still not received any communication from Eastern Airways confirming the cancellation, or any response for my request for a refund. It has now been 7 days. This airline is awful - do not book!

This company are a nightmare

This company are a nightmare, they keep moving the goalposts. Our flight was delayed by four hours in late August. I contacted Eastern Airways for a refund we were due , £220 for each of us. I did this by email and post giving them 14 days to respond. They denied having received either. After three weeks they sent me an email saying we would both have to submit their claim form and they would respond within 14 days. After 16 days they responded, on 8th October accepting our claim, and asking us to submit our bank details and they would pay up with 10-12 weeks! Today, 31st December, is 12 weeks and surprise surprise no compensation has been paid! We will never use Eastern Airways again and will keep on until they pay up.

Still waiting for refund, 6 months on

Our flight was cancelled in June, so due a refund. 12 weeks after, I emailed asking where it is, as they said I’ll be paid in 12 weeks. They came back saying it’ll be another 6-10 weeks. It’s now another 11 weeks later. 23 weeks so far, almost 6 months. Embarrassing, how can they expect people to use them again?

Absolutely disgraceful, 0 stars if I could!

We can all accept that it is understandable that adverse weather can disrupt flights, On this occasion, after passengers were sat on the plane today (NQY-LGW) for around 1 hour after boarding, it was decided the flight was to be diverted to Southend rather than cancelled. The flight did not take off for another hour after this decision was made and there was a promise that coaches would be provided to transport passengers back to Gatwick. This was a LIE, there were NO coaches and the passengers were abandoned! Airport staff told the passengers they had to make their own way back!! I'll bet the crew on this flight were provided with the promised transport though!! The irony is that if my 77 year old mother had been allowed off the tiny plane whilst they were debating either cancelling the flight or diverting it, she would have been home in less than half the time it is now taking her! You have breached Clause 9.2 in your Terms & Conditions which clearly states "In the event of a diversion we will arrange for you to be carried (at our expense) to the Agreed Stopping Place or place of destination to which the flight was intended to be bound" Utter disregard for customers and Eastern Airways you should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves.

IF I COULD GIVE A MINUS REVIEW, I WOULD. My 77 year old mother, having spent Christmas in Cornwall with family, has just been the victim of the fog disruption at Gatwick, flying from Newquay. While everyone understands and accepts that weather delays happen and safety has to come first, Eastern Airways have acted terribly to all passengers on board flight T3453 today. It wasn't until they had boarded everyone, sat on the runway for almost an hour, they informed the passengers they were having to land at Southend. My mother, if you allowed, would have disembarked and I could have driven her halfway to meet another family member, who would pick her up, to take her directly home but Eastern Airways said, they were laying on coaches for onward travel to Gatwick, as 'their contract was to get them to Gatwick'. Newquay is a tiny airport without the same pressures as the busier airports, so would not have caused much disruption to do this, and still didn't take off until an hour after informing passengers of the diversion. She has now arrived at Gatwick, where there are no buses. She is now in a taxi with 5 others, so can't even get a taxi to her door. Eastern Airways, you should be appalled for not letting people decide if they wanted to do it 'your' way. Surely the customer has the right not to accept the contract if it changes to that extent?? But you wouldn't let them. Having left family in Cornwall at 09.30, she should have been in her own home by 3.pm. And if you let her disembark to make her own way, she'd be home sooner. As it is, she is still in the taxi on her way to Gatwick, where she then has to travel home. So won't get in the door until around 8.30pm - if traffic etc is OK. Interesting that you haven't replied to any of the many negative reviews you have received here EA. Your silence says more than you saying everything. So well done for leaving a vulnerable older person, in a situation like that, when all you had to do was allow those who wanted to, to disembark, and then you could have gone on your merry way to Southend. Disgraceful. Shame on you.

Il tecnico indicato dall'agenzia è stato superficiale e mi ha creato solo problemi, non rendendosi conto che il comune di Roma gli avesse inviato una documentazione riferita a immobili di un civico sbagliato, per cui il mio immobile non compariva... Oltretutto mi hanno inviato il fascicolo dell' accesso agli atti, solo dopo 3 mesi e solo dietro insistenza da parte mia. L'agente non mi ha saputo mai, dare risposte concrete e ha persino dissuaso i clienti a fare una proposta, sollevando problemi inesistenti e non rispondendo ai clienti per un secondo appuntamento. Numerose persone hanno chiamato l'agenzia per un appuntamento ma non sono mai stati richiamate. Unica nota positiva un bel servizio fotografico che purtroppo, a poco è servito ne non a fornire una bella vetrina per l'agenzia. Pessima esperienza ! Una casa "sequestrata" per sei mesi e tanto tempo e soldi persi.

Les contraté para vender un inmueble y en 6 meses se limitaron a poner el anuncio en internet sin hacer nada más. No filtran los clientes y te llevan lo primero que pillan sin saber quién es ni si tiene dinero para comprar tu casa. Ubican el inmueble en una población que no es la tuya y ponen fotos que no son de la casa. Se limitan a perder el tiempo para que el dueño se sienta presionado por los plazos y puedan bajar el precio lo suficiente como para que algún amigo suyo pueda comprar el piso si pueden ( algunos potenciales clientes tienen un trato demasiado amistoso y familiar con el comercial). No pierdan su tiempo ni su dinero con ellos. El Director Comercial de Madrid no se hace responsable ni escucha al cliente, aunque se reclame varias veces pasa de todo y va a lo suyo sin importarle el cliente. La falta de profesionalidad es clara. También hay falta de ética (simularán de una forma agresiva que los muebles se incluyen en el precio sin el consentimiento del dueño) y autorizarán a los clientes a sacar fotos en la vivienda sin el consentimiento del dueño.

Disregard for the law!!

Despite the law governing rental fees in Barcelona this company do everything they can to squeeze fees from tenants. The old agency fee is now dressed up as a 'shopper fee'. When looking for a property we were asked to prove income of more than 5k net per month (for a rental of 1600 per month), after agreeing to this we were then asked to sign an agreement to give an introduction fee of over 2k if we took the property. This company clearly has no regard for the law and will do anything to cream money of tenants. never use these cowboys. Disgraceful!

Excellent if just a tad slow

I was frankly very concerned after placing my order when I looked on trustpilot. Never expecting to see my order or money again…. How wrong could I be. Admittedly the panpastels I ordered (much cheaper on this site) took two weeks to arrive but it does explain lead time is long. Worth waiting for, good customer service and well packed. Will be ordering from them again. If you’re in a hurry and want to pay a lot more look elsewhere. For me I’ll be patient and pay a lot less. Product was as described.

Competitive pricing with poor shipping speed

The prices on GreatArt website were competitive so I placed on order prior the festive break on 19th of December 2024. On 10th of January I dropped customer services an email asking about the status of my parcel to which their responded with explaining that parcels usually take 7-10 business days to arrive. At this stage their website launched a sale offering further savings. I received the parcel with art supplies on 21st of January 2025 but by this stage I had already ordered a replacement from another store as I was relying on the products to finish a commission piece before the end of January. Had it been made clear that there are large volumes of orders of extended staff holidays, allowing the shoppers to take the delays into consideration, I would have not made the purchase with the shop. I do not think that delivering a parcel a month after the purchase is a reasonable expectation.

Poor communication, slow service

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this site. They make a big deal of items arriving within 7 - 10 business days, which is slow but understandable given they ship from Germany. 7 - 10 business days have passed and nothing has arrived. They don't provide tracking information and they don't communicate so it's impossible to know where your order has got to or if it's likely to arrive at some point. Other vendors shipping from the EU have the same delivery delays but provide proper tracking information and customer service so you know what is happening - this just isn't a good company to deal with.

Weeks of waiting for products. No update whatsoever until I made a huge fuss. Ludicrously over packaged, pint brushes wrapped in enormous ammounts of plastic. Worst of all they steal your data despite it being uillegal and then they sell it on. Great Art masks as a British Company but it absolutely isnt.In short they are lying to you. Will not give them money - will support UK Art shops from now on. As to those bothering to review scrabbling for positives, its these constant lowering of standards that ensure companies give bad service and sell shoddy products.

Overall positive!

Looking at previous reviews GreatArt provokes polarised opinions. My experience was overall positive. They sold items that I was struggling to source anywhere else. They delivered in line with expectations I.e. on the 10th business day. Their sales person at the store was very polite when I phoned for an update on delivery. I received a tracking update once I made a request by email. So overall GreatArt met my expectations. As mentioned by others they aren’t the fastest suppliers so it would help GreatArt’s service perception if they proactively provided delivery updates.

A Poor Experience

I ordered a couple of oil sticks and was charged £6.95 for postage. When I commented that this was excessive I was told that it was a system error and was refunded the shipping charge. The order took nearly two weeks to arrive which is much slower than competitors. I subsequently needed to return the item and telephoned to notify the seller and was given instructions. A week or so later I emailed them when I hadn't received a refund and was told that they hadn't received the return and asked for proof. I provided a tracking number which showed the item had already been delivered to their address two days prior. The refund I subsequently received should have been £20.65 but for some unexplained reason I only received £13.70. Overall a poor experience and I don't think I will be shopping here again.

Unfortunately this company has had some bad reviews but I found out someone has cloned their sight and been taking money, I know this as it happened to me. I emailed the REAL GreatArt.co.uk who were amazing and very helpful. I had paid by PayPal so got my money back from the person from the cloned site and re-ordered from the REAL GreatArt.co.uk. They are such a helpful company i wouldn't hesitate buying from them again. From order to delivery takes a little longer than some shops but I knew this and was well worth the wait. When order arrived it was packed extremely well and my sense bags were wrapped in tissue paper. I want to thank them very much and hope the person who is ruining their reputation is soon stopped A well deserved 5 stars Caroline

Not good enough

I'm sorry to be yet another reviewer complaining about delivery times. They acknowledge the order but then complete radio silence until the parcel arrives three or four weeks later. If they don't have one or more of the items in stock they should show this on the website and revise delivery dates accordingly. It's a real shame because they have some good products and prices. In this day and age customers deserve better, and hiding behind T&C's is frankly the refuge of last resort.

Very mixed feelings.

I have just participated in a trackday event with rsr at SPA. 16.-17. September 2024 We were 103 cars on the track with a open pit lane. Both racing cars and street cars drove together, which means all 103 cars. This resulted in an extremely high number of dangerous situations, and 11 red flags on the first day, and quite a few less on the 2nd day. In addition, an incredible number of black flags for individual drivers, and probably a handful of totally damaged cars. We encouraged RSR to split racing cars and street cars, so that there would not be such a big difference in speed, but they did not want that. I will never attend an RSR event again.

got a 5 year test carried out on a 5 lt…

got a 5 year test carried out on a 5 lt compressed air cylinder and it passed, but was empty due to them having a non functioning compressor . took it locally to be filled and it leaked from the neck seal . returned for fix . they refused any responsibilityfor the matter and ground the test stamp off the cylinder and condemmed the cylinder as excessive corrosion internally .time frame for this was same day . something is very wrong with their testing procedure and non existant customer service. stay well away is my advice

UPDATE : Ben got in contact with me and explained that there was a problem with the website which was causing orders to get cancelled and that my email enquiries were sent to the manager who was on holiday. The cylinder was collected for free and my £30 has been refunded however I am yet to see my deposit returned. ORIGINAL REVIEW : Such a shame that I've had to resort to leaving a bad review after being a satisfied customer since 2018. The 5 litre Co2 was not in stock when it was time to replace it so I have gone elsewhere for my gas. So this is my complaint, I've paid for the collection of the empty cylinder. This was cancelled with no reason given, no refund given and Gas UK Ltd cant even be bothered to respond to my email enquiries.

UK Gas are not to be trusted

Returned a faulty gas bottle (gas valve). They test in their facility and say no fault and charge me £30 for sending the bottle. I am also a gas safe engineer so reasonable to think that I know a faulty valve when I see one. These guys stitched me up. Don't let them do it to you. Shop around for gas cylinder supplier with good reviews.

Gassing About Quality Service

Totally scared purchasing the right gases and sizes for brazing at home; a skill I have recently learned to build bicycles. My hand was held and things explained to me clearly and concisely. Having made the order I have checked out all I was told, including prices, and it appears my trust in Amanda was not misplaced. She was so much more than a friendly sales lady. Delivery pinpointed for a day next week and a note to keep me posted on the same. My fear has turned to excitement. Thanks for the time spent with me and care. Brilliant.

Stone age business model

It took GAS UK over a month to deliver the cylinder I ordered. I've now emptied it and when trying to return it they're charging me a non-refundable £25+VAT for the collection of the empty cylinder or I'm free to walk-in their warehouse to return it, which just so happens to be in the middle of nowhere. None of this is mentioned in their T&Cs. Wait times to talk to their Customer Service are 1 hour + and they're not customer-oriented at all. This is a poor business model, it's a wonder this company continues to operate. Someone in their upper management should get sacked and replaced with a forward-thinking 21st century individual. PS. Scrap that website of yours as well and re-do it completely, it's painful to watch and navigate in this day and age.

As an agency we hired James Edition for a high annual price tag. Listed 30+ Luxury, very good Villas (Costa del Sol, Spain). Almost all leads (only 130 over the year) were non qualified and plenty fake. "Architects" from India or Africa wanted floor plans to maybe copy paste. 3 times I payed the boosting option. After signing in as a private person and set a few in my favourites also tried the contact button to our own agency (only our own listings), I received after a short while a call from James Edition asking if I was interested in buying this property.. ? We addressed this issue to our rep at JE, "can be only a misunderstanding.. was the shallow answer.." We cancelled after a year. JE left our listings running for awhile, no outcome... After a few Months we were offered "free listings" in JE but not for Costa del Sol and not for Spain listings.. LOL To be clear we did NOT expect miracles from JE! For us it was a waste of money and time. Overall I do not trust them, overpromised service and disappointingly underdelivered.

In Northern Spain they do not do any work at all. You get an appointment for viewing a house and the agent assigned to it does not react at all or even show up. You have to get in contact with the owner yourself in order to get the address. Customer hotline not available. Worst I have ever seen.

Quality slipped and they support Russia's genocide in Ukraine

Quality has really slipped and mostly fake ads (when I've tried to contact vendors, I hear nothing back). Then I found out that it has refused to operate in Russia and chosen money over morals. And according to some reports (leave-russia org / jamesedition), they allegedly still work with and employ people from sanctioned countries. Stay away from James Edition war criminals.

You can’t view properties if the photos don’t load

Having spent a few days looking for Canadian properties on James Edition, I’ve unsubscribed because the irritating truth is the photos on their website don’t load. Confirmed on two iPads, one iphone and a Mac on two different wifi networks with great bandwidth. And aside from Trustpilot there’s no way of letting them know this….

Un site à fuir absoulment

Je regrette de ne pas avoir consulté cette page avant de passer ma commande sur "Comptoir de l'homme". Mon expérience est en tout point similaire avec les commentaires laissés par les autres clients. J'ai commandé deux produits sur ce site car il proposait une livraison express. Partant à l'étranger pour 6 semaines j'espérait recevoir mes produits avant mon départ. 3 jours plus tard, le colis n'est toujours pas envoyé et les réponses du "service" client restent génériques et vagues. J'ai donc annulé ma commande ce matin, espérant que j'aurai plus de succès que les autres clients pour me faire rembourser. Est ce de l'incompétence ou de la malhonnêteté Je n'en sais rien mais c'est un site à fuir absolument

A FUIR Commande passée et payée le 02/12/2024. après plusieurs contacts avec le service client la commande est validée. le 27/012/2024 commande annulée par la société. Remboursement doit être rapide début janvier 2025 à ce jour 10/02/2025 toujours rien. Aucun sérieux.

Seule boutique qui fournit encore la marque Baxter of California, dommage que tous les produits ne soient plus disponibles, particulièrement le gel lavant visage. Pour le reste expédition rapide et produits conformes.

Commande arrivée à la mauvaise adresse !

Suivi de colis (message de Colis Privé) : Votre colis a été livré en boîte aux lettres. Je vais voir RIEN ! J'attends une heure je retourne voir, boite aux lettres vide. Pour finir c'est ma voisine qui est venue frapper à la porte pour remettre mon colis. Le livreur s'était trompé d'adresse... A part ça, le colis et son contenu étaient en bon état.
