Very mixed feelings.

I have just participated in a trackday event with rsr at SPA. 16.-17. September 2024 We were 103 cars on the track with a open pit lane. Both racing cars and street cars drove together, which means all 103 cars. This resulted in an extremely high number of dangerous situations, and 11 red flags on the first day, and quite a few less on the 2nd day. In addition, an incredible number of black flags for individual drivers, and probably a handful of totally damaged cars. We encouraged RSR to split racing cars and street cars, so that there would not be such a big difference in speed, but they did not want that. I will never attend an RSR event again.

got a 5 year test carried out on a 5 lt…

got a 5 year test carried out on a 5 lt compressed air cylinder and it passed, but was empty due to them having a non functioning compressor . took it locally to be filled and it leaked from the neck seal . returned for fix . they refused any responsibilityfor the matter and ground the test stamp off the cylinder and condemmed the cylinder as excessive corrosion internally .time frame for this was same day . something is very wrong with their testing procedure and non existant customer service. stay well away is my advice

Such a shame that Gas UK Ltd have gone down hill.

UPDATE : Ben got in contact with me and explained that there was a problem with the website which was causing orders to get cancelled and that my email enquiries were sent to the manager who was on holiday. The cylinder was collected for free and my £30 has been refunded however I am yet to see my deposit returned. ORIGINAL REVIEW : Such a shame that I've had to resort to leaving a bad review after being a satisfied customer since 2018. The 5 litre Co2 was not in stock when it was time to replace it so I have gone elsewhere for my gas. So this is my complaint, I've paid for the collection of the empty cylinder. This was cancelled with no reason given, no refund given and Gas UK Ltd cant even be bothered to respond to my email enquiries.

UK Gas are not to be trusted

Returned a faulty gas bottle (gas valve). They test in their facility and say no fault and charge me £30 for sending the bottle. I am also a gas safe engineer so reasonable to think that I know a faulty valve when I see one. These guys stitched me up. Don't let them do it to you. Shop around for gas cylinder supplier with good reviews.

Gassing About Quality Service

Totally scared purchasing the right gases and sizes for brazing at home; a skill I have recently learned to build bicycles. My hand was held and things explained to me clearly and concisely. Having made the order I have checked out all I was told, including prices, and it appears my trust in Amanda was not misplaced. She was so much more than a friendly sales lady. Delivery pinpointed for a day next week and a note to keep me posted on the same. My fear has turned to excitement. Thanks for the time spent with me and care. Brilliant.

Stone age business model

It took GAS UK over a month to deliver the cylinder I ordered. I've now emptied it and when trying to return it they're charging me a non-refundable £25+VAT for the collection of the empty cylinder or I'm free to walk-in their warehouse to return it, which just so happens to be in the middle of nowhere. None of this is mentioned in their T&Cs. Wait times to talk to their Customer Service are 1 hour + and they're not customer-oriented at all. This is a poor business model, it's a wonder this company continues to operate. Someone in their upper management should get sacked and replaced with a forward-thinking 21st century individual. PS. Scrap that website of yours as well and re-do it completely, it's painful to watch and navigate in this day and age.

As an agency we hired James Edition for a high annual price tag. Listed 30+ Luxury, very good Villas (Costa del Sol, Spain). Almost all leads (only 130 over the year) were non qualified and plenty fake. "Architects" from India or Africa wanted floor plans to maybe copy paste. 3 times I payed the boosting option. After signing in as a private person and set a few in my favourites also tried the contact button to our own agency (only our own listings), I received after a short while a call from James Edition asking if I was interested in buying this property.. ? We addressed this issue to our rep at JE, "can be only a misunderstanding.. was the shallow answer.." We cancelled after a year. JE left our listings running for awhile, no outcome... After a few Months we were offered "free listings" in JE but not for Costa del Sol and not for Spain listings.. LOL To be clear we did NOT expect miracles from JE! For us it was a waste of money and time. Overall I do not trust them, overpromised service and disappointingly underdelivered.

In Northern Spain they do not do any work at all. You get an appointment for viewing a house and the agent assigned to it does not react at all or even show up. You have to get in contact with the owner yourself in order to get the address. Customer hotline not available. Worst I have ever seen.

Quality slipped and they support Russia's genocide in Ukraine

Quality has really slipped and mostly fake ads (when I've tried to contact vendors, I hear nothing back). Then I found out that it has refused to operate in Russia and chosen money over morals. And according to some reports (leave-russia org / jamesedition), they allegedly still work with and employ people from sanctioned countries. Stay away from James Edition war criminals.

Having spent a few days looking for Canadian properties on James Edition, I’ve unsubscribed because the irritating truth is the photos on their website don’t load. Confirmed on two iPads, one iphone and a Mac on two different wifi networks with great bandwidth. And aside from Trustpilot there’s no way of letting them know this….

Partant à l'étranger pour 6 semaines j'espérait recevoir mes produits avant mon départ. 3 jours plus tard, le colis n'est toujours pas envoyé et les réponses du "service" client restent génériques et vagues. My little girl's experience (2yrs old)

We signed our little girl up for Diddikicks because she was very shy and lacked confidence around other children. She would often cling to us and was hesitant to try new activities. We were worried about how she would cope in social settings and wanted to find something that would help bring her out of her shell. From the very first session, the coaches were incredibly welcoming and patient. They made her feel comfortable, and we could see them working hard to include her at her own pace. After just a few weeks, she started to open up. With each session, her confidence grew—not just in football, but in herself! She began engaging more with the other children and even started joining in with group activities, something we never imagined she’d do before. Now, after four months, we can’t believe her transformation! I can't recommend Diddikicks enough!

Reward system discriminates against vulnerable children

Have been taking my grandson to Diddikicks for over a year now and on the whole he loves it. The coaches are really good and encourage each child. The big issue is customer service regarding the children's reward for attending. Every week he queues up excitedly for his sticker, which he wears with pride and cant wait to show his parents. However it has come to my attention that they are not sticking the stickers on his chart as requested and now a year down the line he has no way of collecting his reward as the other children do. I phoned head office confident that this would not be a problem as a register is taken at the beginning of every session so his attendance would be recorded. I was absolutely disgusted to hear that " their terms and conditions" state that unless a child (baring in mind they are all under 5 years old) removes their sticker from their shirt(where the coach places it) and puts it on the chart then they can attend every session but never qualify for the reward. When I questioned this as in my opinion a small child is getting penalised for unorganised parenting I was told that my grandson is too young to realise that he was missing out. Surely if this is the case then the whole system is pointless. The register taken at the beginning of each session I was told is not an accurate record of attendance. I am not asking to cheat or cut corners, but if a child has attended enough sessions to be rewarded then this should happen with or without the need for parental involvement. As a foster carer in the past I know how important it is for these children to wear these stickers and show them to families that they often are not able to live with through no fault of their own. Diddikicks then penalises these children further by punishing them for the actions of the parents. Get up to date Diddikicks and treat these children with the respect and care that they deserve because I truly think that currently they are being discriminated against and am going to pursue this further.

Been with Diddikicks over 2 years, first impressions was poor as felt it was run by kids, my son did seem to enjoy going so kept him there. As time went on it was ok for socialising my son around others, a swap round in staff and it dropped off the scale. After afew bad experiences and having to contact management the response was not what expected as was made to feel like we didnt matter. A comment from the Owner/Manager was ive not written a letter since school (very professional). After another issue with my son being let down by not receiving his bday card after we was notified saying he was to get it in next session I notified them again but was left with no apology just rude and argumentative emails. I cancelled my subscription instantly as i wasn’t giving them nomore of my money as we clearly didn’t matter to them. There is another toddler football sessions run in the town so will be jointing them as i would advise others to aswell. Stay clear of Diddikicks

We have been attending Diddikicks just shy of a year now and our son absolutely loves it. Coach Liv is amazing at her job, and our little man absolutely loves the interactive activities set out by her. Diddikicks has really helped our sons personal development, whilst learning different body parts and colours in the process. In addition to helping him become well adverse with different football techniques and skills. Coach Liv has done such a great job with our son since he joined, he was able to move up to the next class well ahead of the age group schedule. Keep up the great work. (Warrington).

After many weeks of taking my toddler to this footy class, I have to say Diddicks is simply a money making company and they do not care about developing the kids. In the Rochdale class, the male "coach" (and I use that term very loosely), he came in late most sessions, yawned through the class and looked as though he couldn't care less whether he was there or not. In fact, he looked hungover. And there is no coaching, it is simply get the kids in and then ship in the next lot. And I would say approximately 70% of the session is the same stuff...the main "coach" starts off by saying "I'm really silly and I've forgotten everyone's name everyone tell us your name"...and every toddler has to say their names. Why? It's the same people every class so why repeat their names? It's a way to waste the 40mins. Also, you do the same special skill every session. They're toddlers...they need motivating and variety. Parents...DO NOT waste your money here...I genuinely mean it.

Not surprised to read negative reviews

The 1 star review ratings are not surprising for this company. My husband and I attempted to purchase a new build in 2017. The company has no integrity whatsoever. We had 2 vehicles and parking on this particular estate was limited. Instead of being honest with us from the start, Simon Miller and team, assured us that there was 'ample' parking on the drive for 2 cars at the property. We disagreed, as it was obvious the cars we had could not fit side by side at all. To prove a point, Holroyd Miller put a tiny micra and fiat 500 on the drive next to each other, and sent us the image. It was that tight a fit, the car doors wouldn't be able to open,noone could get between them, and the plants at either side (neighbours) would be crushed if attempted. The 2 cars were the smallest they could find, yet still evidenced the impossibility of having 2 vehicles on said drive. Needless to say we didn't purchase said property, and even to this day, when we drive by the estate, we see that every property has only 1 vehicle on the drive, even those with small cars, as there is no 'ample' parking. We would never use this company again. It's not surprising to see that they have had to move shop away from front street or indeed to read other reviews that express that the management are bullies with no integrity. Horrendous company.

Do not use Holroyd Miller as rental agency

We rented a flat from Holroyd Miller which was very dirty. The dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer etc were dirty. There was a large stain on a bed room carpet hidden to view under a bed during our viewings. When we complained to Holroyd Miller, they refused to acknowledge their responsibility stating that the contract is between the landlord and us. Yet their web site boasts that 'they ensure landlords meet their obligations" Holroyd Miller has sent a reply to this review saying we should have lodged a complaint. Is the responder not aware that a complaint was lodged on 12 December 2023 for which, to borrow their phrase” a pointless” reply was received on 14 February 2024? The letter was dated 21 December 2023, but we know from an email from Holroyd Miller that a reply was not sent even by 07 February 2024. Holroyd Miller is also saying we visited the flat twice. The second visit was to check which of our belongings will need to go into storage as we were renting whilst doing renovations. This is our first foray into renting and we thought we could rely on Holroyd Miller to ensure their landlord will fulfill their obligations as their website clearly states. We had 10 contractors visiting to put things right in the first 2-3 weeks. These include electricians, plumbers, locksmiths, joiners, cleaners which show the variety of work required. Instead of addressing the facts, Holroyd Miller has resorted to criticise us as renters. There are other Trustpilot and Google reviews that validates what we experienced from Holroyd Miller.

Rented a property back in 2019 all was fine until came to the end of the tenancy, and the estate agents let my landlord go into the property 4 days before the tenancy was up I was still living in it and he ended up binning all my things while I was at work. Back to now a fault with my bank a payment of £480 was paid to holroyd miller understanding this wasn't there fault I rang the bank and emailed holroyd miller.So they was aware of the situation. I kept emailing to see if they have had the request from my bank and for past 3 days my emails are been ignore and offered no help regarding this left struggling with 2 kids and £480 out of pocket

We were looking to rent a property and…

We were looking to rent a property and found one we loved being marketed by Holroyd Miller. We had no issues with the property and that’s when we decided to go ahead. Both of us felt, right from the application stage that the people we dealt with lacked any empathy and were just unfriendly, like dealing with a brick wall on occasions. Overall, they made us feel like second class citizens, which is certainly not our experience of private landlords we have been involved with in the past. Thankfully we had little cause to talk to Holroyd Miller throughout our tenancy up until the point where we bought a property out of the area and handed in our notice. We had to dispute their over exaggerated claims on our deposit though the Tenancy Deposit Service although eventually, they yielded and agreed that their claim should be reduced by half – not without a fight and a lot of wasted time though. The biggest problem around this in my opinion were the inaccuracies in the check-in/checkout documentation they produced and their unwillingness to allow us to attend the checkout inspection (which would have avoided issues with the deposit). Again, throughout the process of ending the tenancy, very unfriendly and inflexible. Further update following the reply from Holroyd Miller below. Our tenancy ended on 25th August (the house was empty for many weeks before then) and keys were handed back. The move out inspection was as not completed until after this date and we were not notified of any additional "work" which needed to be done until 2nd September. As confirmed by their staff "the check out report cannot be completed until your tenancy has ended" thus providing no opportunity to rectify any issues from the check out inspection.

Poor Communication and property left damaged don’t think anybody went to check the property at all!!

I don’t feel Holroyds (especially Bingley and Keighley) deserve 1 star review. We have had the worse experience, communication is very poor. Property was left disgusting and the so many damages, we trusted them when the said all ok and they did not tell us about any of the issues we would have to face afterwards. We received inventory saying all ok but when a new estate agent took over we were told the property was not habitable. The staff are sat on their desks doing their nails or googling stuff and talking to paying customers is such an effort for them. Very unapproachable.

Holyroyd Miller are a joke. been placing bids on a property listed by holroyd miller, and i met every single criteria they set. find a buyer for my property (done, first time buyer, chain free), give asking price (done). then their seller changes their mind. that is 100% his choice, its his home afterall. However the issue with Holroyd is that they NEVER RING YOU BACK. you constantly have to chase them for anything. they don't even appologise anymore or make up excuses as to why they dont call you back when placing offers on a property. this... after the guy doing the viewing lied to us about when it was purchased, seriously, i can go on rightmove and see they have owned the property for 12months, not 4 years. people aren't stupid they even comment on other estate agents like strike saying "oh you want to sell your property yourself?" yes because at least i answer the phone, know details about the property and ring people back when they put offers on property. which holroyd miller dont. id just avoid them at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Management team are bullies.

Holroyd Miller are one of the most unprofessional and dishonest companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The management namely Jonathan Kidd is a very unpleasant controlling man. He apologised on email after screaming and shouting at me as in his words “How dare I pick up the phone and ask to speak to him directly when he has ‘Managers’ working for him to handle problems”! I had no other option as his ‘Managers’ left me with no heating in a 20 foot x 10 foot kitchen for 11 months. I explained I was at my witts end, upset and depressed at living conditions and rightly so ( I eventually moved out as couldn’t take another Winter with no heat). I left the call shaking and in tears, I think he realised and did apologise via email the following day however no man should speak to a female customer like that! He told me on the call and in email that the landlord is his customer not ME!! Even though I paid my rent every month, who exactly is paying his commission here??? He may have used the word ‘apology’ in an email however completely not genuine. To top it off he never resolved the heating issue, he just left it for months on end. I have spoken to the current tenant who informed me he made them put in heaters. I put up a Facebook review with pictures that was completely ignored as they knew it was 100% true, probably so embarrassed to comment. I also paid for many many repairs including a set of French Doors for over £1500, after a year of chasing the landlords insurance company I explained in an email that I wasn’t prepared to do that anymore and would deduct the amounts owed (now over £4000 at that time) from my rent. There was nothing in my tenancy agreement that said I had to pay for repairs and both Jonathan and his incompetent ‘Manager - Nichola’ failed to comment or advise. I contacted Nicola by email asking for my Deposit £4,500 and was told it’s been used to pay off unpaid rent and if I wanted the repair money back I have to go through the landlords insurance company! The TDS who hold the deposit clearly state that if the deposit is being disputed the agency have to inform me within 20 days of my tenancy ending. Nichola claims again, in writing via email that in this case the TDS advised her she didn’t need to follow those terms and was told to pay back the entire deposit to the landlord without informing me of a dispute. I’m really not sure how they guys sleep at night as their practice is immoral and well as illegal. Luckily I have all of my emails and photographs + my copy of the tenancy including deposit info to pass onto a Solicitor to take these law breakers to court for my money. I have also spoken to a few newspapers about my experience and other disgruntled customers / staff who would also be happy to add to this article. If you’re thinking of selling a home or renting please read through the reviews first and take on board what’s being said. I am happy to provide any further information needed to clarify ALL of the points and many more made if necessary.

My personal experience was not good.

Recently had dealings with this company and I'm feeling pretty gutted. I have withdrawn my application for a wonderful apartment that would have made a substantial difference to my wellbeing, The staff that I spoke to were quite rude and offhand in attitude. I didn't take that personally, I think it's just the way they speak to everyone (this told to me by the previous tenant of the apartment I was hoping to rent) Pretty devastated all round. I'm a strong personality, so will get over this quickly, but I can imagine for those of a more sensitive nature, it could be very harmful.

Avoid this company

Bought a mug which had a clear spelling mistake and when trying to exchange it for another, I was told that it’s just the design and the font when its very clearly missing a letter. They’ve even changed the spelling on these mugs now but still tell me mine was designed that way and it’s unique! Mug and delivery cost $35 which is borderline extortionate and besides the spelling error, the quality isn’t fantastic.

De påstår, at de har sendt et brev til mig via PostNord den 20/12, men eftersom jeg aldrig har modtaget det, skyder de bare skylden videre på PostNord i stedet for at tage ansvar. Det er simpelthen tyveri forklædt som service, og deres måde at fralægge sig ansvar er direkte usmagelig. Jeg håber virkelig, I bliver politianmeldt! Advarsel! Snyder Firma!

Forfærdeligt firma der gør alt for at finde en undskyldning for at hive penge ud af deres ofre. Får en bøde. Jeg klager over den. De bruger oceaner af svartid. Får afvist klagen men nu har de ændret mening til hvorfor jeg har fået bøden. Tager den videre til Parkeringsklagenævnet, kommer med alt mit. Efter adskillige forsøg fra parkeringsklagenævnet side i at få City P. Side af sagen men uden held og sagen tog så lang tid fordi de ikke svarer på noget fordi de ikke har styr på en skid... Halvandet år har jeg været i gang med denne sag. Jeg vinder sagen hos nævnet og City P. Ender med at få en bøde fra nævnet. In your face. Imens sagen er næsten slut får jeg en inkassoskrivelse fra Protego som truer med bål og brand på trods af de slet ikke må gøre det de gør. Nu opkræver de 1400 kr. I stedet for 850 kr. Selvom at sagen har være igang i al tiden og de slet ikke må opkræve i denne periode. Total snyder firma. Har skrevet til Protego fra 2 måneder siden at jeg havde vundet sagen så jeg forventede de ville annullere det de havde sendt mig. Men har aldrig hørt fra dem heller.... Så ja. Forfærdeligt forløb. Er bare glad for jeg vandt efter al den venten og blod sved og tårer. Jeg burde fanme sagsøge dem for at have bragt mig igennem alt det her.

Har modtaget inkasso-brev på baggrund af et svar på en indsigelse der efter 4 måneder blev indgivet hos Cityparkering. Cityparkering erkender at deres mails ryger i spam og da de så ikke betales ryger de til inkasso. Det smarte her er, at Peter Eliassen er direktør af både Cityparkering OG Protego Inkasso. Nok ikke en tilfældighed at Cityparkering ikke har problemer med at med at bøder videre til ejerens 4-personers Aps virksomhed.

Meget ringe service niveau

Får en afgift selvom jeg har easypark nummerpladeskanner i city parkeringssystem p kælder i spinderiet i Valby. De har fint taget et billede men de to systemer har ikke talt sammen selvom det normalt plejer at virke. Ringer ind fordi jeg så oplever samme problem igen igen og får den mest ligeglade kvindelige medarbejder i røret som bare siger at jeg bare må vente og se om der så kommer en ny afgift, hvortil jeg siger at de må da få tjekket deres kamera system for der er jo tydeligvis et problem, og så svare hun bare ikke noget tilbage men bliver stille i røret. Jeg ender tilsidst med at sige at jeg må vende den med nogle andre og ligge røret på. Hold nu k.. en dårlig service. Og på deres afgift står der meget fint at sådan undgår du afgifter tilmeld dit køretøj automatisk betaling, ja det jo flot det er jeg allerede men his jer virker det jo så ikke og i har tydeligvis ikke tænkt jer at gøre noget ved det 🤬

De pålægger afgifter og sender derefter fakturaer ud til en men man modtager første brevet efter regningen skal betales. når man så betaler det urimelige gebyr/bøde. så sender de en rykker for et beløb som er betalt før man modtager en rykker. den ryger selvfølgelig ud, da bøden/fakturaen er betalet. Når firmaet City Parkeringsservice ApS sender deres afgørelses dokument, som svar på den klage parkanten har indgivet på firmaets klageside, så lander den i modtagers Spamfilter. Når du har indgivet din klage på deres webside, får du en kvittering: ”Vi har modtaget din indsigelse. Sagen er sat i bero. Sagsbehandlerens afgørelse sendes til: xxxxxx mail- adresse.” Fint, man venter og undrer sig. Der kommer ingen mail. Nej, fordi den havner nemlig i Spamfilteret. Jeg har modtaget 3 kvitteringer på klager og to afgørelsesbreve, alle fem mails er havnet i mit Spamfilter!!! City Parkeringskundeservice er helt klar over dette problem. Ved min tlf. henvendelse til kundeservice, var Spamfiltret det første medarbejderen spurgte til/gjorde mig opmærksom på! City Parkeringsservice er helt klar over, at deres udsendte e-mails havner i spamfilter. I deres afgørelsesbrev dvs. svaret på klagen/indsigelsen over afgiften – skriver City Parkering nederst på deres afgørelsesbrev følgende: Citat fra afgørelsesbrev: ” NB! Denne afgørelse er sendt gennem 2 mailservere for at sikre, at De modtager afgørelsen. De kan derfor risikere at modtage 2 mails fra os. Vær opmærksom på at denne mail IKKE kan besvares, da den udelukkende benyttes til at afsende mails.” Hvor mange tjekker deres Spamfilter hver dag???? Så er oplysningen nytteløs. Det næste der sker er, når betalingsfristen ikke overholdes, fordi man ikke har set deres brev i Spamfilteret, så kan City Parkeringsfirmaet jo sende sagen videre til deres eget inkassofirma, som et tidligere indlæg har gjort opmærksom på. Hvorfor sender City Parkeringsservice mon ikke deres – for klageren – så vigtig en afgørelse pr. post, som deres første henvendelse? Mails til Spamfiltret er i sandhed en yderst betænkelig forretningsmetode. En fremgangsmåde, som ikke brude være tilladt. Hvor havner deres mails der? Og de ved det?? På denne måde voksede min P-afgift fra 20 kr. til 870 kr. – dette på trods af, at de 20 kr. blev betalt omgående efter kundeservice havde gjort opmærksom på Spamfilteret! Dette er en parkeringsafgifts totalt vanvittige vokseværk med en forretningsmetode, som jeg har bedt FDM, Nordsjællands Politi og Parkeringsklagenævnet om gå ind i. Det ligner et til lejligheden opfundet begreb ”Parkant malkemaskine”, men hvad med retssikkerheden?

I’m about to send a report to the FTC and SEC for this groups illegal bait and switch tactics as I too was victim to their deceptive and misleading money back guarantee. It was clearly advertised to me in a webinar with a live person who was supposedly representing wealthylead’s moon signals crypto signal group. It was advertised to me that there was a no risk, no obligation, get your money back anytime for whenever reason money back guarantee. So This premise alone is what had sold me to pay $1500 to gain membership of this club of which really didn’t even end up as good as what they were promoting it to be either. Now way you’re not going to be making some 22k week or month, or something crazy sounding like that. These type of groups really only benefit 2 types of people, either you’re stable financially, or your rich getting richer. I was in a stable position to invest and well the no risk, refund your money back guarantee anytime had sold me. Fast-forward, I had a family emergency and since have now become financially unstable. With my new hardships and no capital to grow I decided it would be an appropriate time to pull out and get my money back through their money back guarantee. In an email sent to me by their support and billing I was basically just dropped a link of their new policy a “360 day money back guarantee” now after reading this policy it states how one would need to provide proof that you had been active the whole year and be at a loss on return of investment to qualify for their money back guarantee. Well, for me since I’m no longer living that stable lifestyle, I no longer have the capital to be investing with so I’m basically getting scammed out of my money. Scammed from the beginning with the bait and switch, to next being scammed as it is now impossible for me to fulfill their terms for a 360 day money back guarantee as I’m now unable to invest to stay active. Wealthy leads also sold me on purchasing a crypto trading bot for $1000 which it’s been about a year and have not even come close to a positive return on investment since the bot performs NOWHERE close to what they advertise their bot to perform. Overall this group needs to be federally investigated and shut down so they don’t cause more financial damage to intentionally mislead consumers.

This company makes these trading promises, over charges and never gives bitcoin promised. I had a very disappointing experience with Wealthy Leads. Despite their claims, the trading bot is unusable in my country due to local restrictions, and the bot’s performance was much lower than advertised (3-6% vs. 15-30% per month). Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, including promises of a refund from one of the owners, Richard, no refund has been issued. I have documentation of all communications, including ignored emails and misleading support responses. Beware of their false advertising and unprofessional behavior.

Similar to many others here, I too fell victim to Wealthy Leads' (WL) 60-day refund policy, which appears to be a tactic aimed at exploiting unsuspecting customers and disregarding their business policies. According to WL's refund policy as communicated by Eric (on 8 April 2024): [You are eligible] if you can provide evidence of the following (which can be sent to us via screenshots or pictures): - Watch all the videos - Create the necessary accounts - Use the Apex Bot and did not generate revenue - Ask questions in the Discord Group - And are within the 60-day timeframe Despite providing evidence for all the mentioned requirements and numerous attempts to contact their billing department and customer support via email and the Discord channel, this company simply "ghosts" you, even though they open your support emails (I tracked all of them). Naturally, I initiated a dispute with my credit card company, but I regret not checking here (Trustpilot) before investing in this non-performing scam. In the end, if you're considering Wealthy Leads' advertised "Apex Bot" (or any other product) I strongly advise conducting your own research and steering clear of this organization in your trading journey.

This 'company' is a total, 100% scam. Any positive review is false. In common with the real reviews, my experience was just the same - early confidence replaced by constant pressure; attempts to get more money out of me and ridiculous demands for huge sums to be sent to them to enable a withdrawal, which will never happen. ANY money you invest or send them will just line their coffers. The trading platform is a joke and unlikely to be reflecting any real transactions - if it is, again, it will be for their coffers. Of course, their response will be that they cannot find any record of me as a client etc etc but I have all the emails and screen shots of my 'fake account'. They constantly quote EU Directives; money laundering requirements and so on, but it is all nonsense. In my view, don't risk it.

On request I get told someone will call me and suddenly they seem to have forgotten how to make a call. At first they were very nice and said that investments do not require large sums of money. Then they show how they help you earn. At first, until you invest 500-1000 euros, purchases and sales are small and you earn relatively little. But compared to what banks give for interest, the amounts earned look good. That's when all the fun begins. Then they start saying that if you invest up to 3000 euros, then you can earn more. Well, you invest the required amount. Then the amounts earned in this way become really good, you earn 100 or more from one transaction/purchase. Then they let you cash out some amount so that you believe that you are earning. After that, they start talking that if you invest up to 10k, then crypto purchases would already be opened. Well, you invest up to 10k, and what do you think? You earn 4k USD per day. (Yes, you need to invest in euros, but they "circulate" USD). Well, when you say you want to cash out, then some kind of fictional insurance fees appear. which Donald Trump unexpectedly introduced. When I said that I no longer believe their lies and I want to close the account and get my money back, they started telling me stories that they can't transfer by bank transfer, they can only pay out in cryptocurrencies. Well, they transferred in some obscure cryptocurrencies lUSD, which have no value. Then they say that you need to buy BTC for 1600 eur and that way the lUSD currency will be activated and it will get value. Well, I didn't believe such stories at all. Since when do cryptocurrencies need to be activated and how will BTC activate lUSD which works on BnB linkchain. 2025 02 28 It is impossible to reach them through support mail, their AI boot is so stupid that sometimes you want to hit them really hard. And now they are saying that they can't find my account. What a frods. Stole from me 10k eur. And pretending nothing happened. I have spoken with 4 scammers, but fake names know only 3 of them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Originally instructed Hampton Lovett for a business rates challenge in April 2022 and they eventually submitted a Challenge with a proposed 32% reduction. The submission included a statement that there is "evidence of the exact subject property ... as the most significant piece of evidence" to support the Challenge. However, despite making a detailed survey, Hampton Lovett submitted the layout for the previous occupant. This Challenge was rejected by the VOA in July 2023 and the 'exact subject property' turned out to be a sixth floor office, not our street level retail premises. At the Tribunal appeal hearing (26-Nov-24) the VOA said Hampton Lovett had submitted "incorrect factual evidence" by submitting a layout/zoning/adjustments that "no longer exist" and provided "incorrect comparable evidence". "It is not credible to make a direct correlation between upper floor offices and ground floor retail" and they are "absolutely not comparable". In addition Hampton Lovett had failed to correctly submit a copy of our lease, just plain incompetence. We were misled, the Check, Challenge and case presented at Tribunal appeal hearing have all been fundamentally flawed. The VOA has effectively shown that Hampton Lovett have been unprofessional and incompetent and effectively accused them of gross misconduct.

Needless to say there was no answer from anyone… Re: Business Rates Appeal Update - CAS-002515-I1Q0Y3 - 17.05.2024 This is absolutely outrageous You charged over £1500 on the basis of an inspection and high confidence that rates can be reduced (a prospect that you pitched to us) and now having missed the deadline you send us a boiler plate explanation as to why no challenge can be made - based largely on information that you had before pitching the prospect to us in the first place. An explanation that you only bothered to send us after being repeatedly chased. I will be investigating what legal action is available to us for misselling a service, unprofessional and likely unethical behaviour.

Freeman tests show up, take the samples of the 2 you shorted me, sent them in to farmer freeman, received back the results today. Still no communication regarding my samples i sent 2 weeks ago from you. You do not answer the phone ever. You do not respond to email, or twitter. I guess i just threw away $240, you probably need it more then me since you are definitely getting sued for fraud. Take the money but do not give results equals ill see you in court. This is why I pay my retainer.

This is my 3rd bad experience don’t even care to ramble on about it. It’s been 15 days with no update on 5x test sent to them. I guess they aren’t worried about us anymore just the big commercial people. Last time I had to throw out falsely tested plants and they say it was “due to their bad batch of enzymes”… totally understand mistakes happen. They gave me a discount code of which I used immediately. This again was my 3rd round after them promising to make everything right. They did not. I still have no work on my test. I booked a "deep clean" and was made to pay in advance. The cleaners turned up 30 minutes late. I placed an order with Love the Pain Store on November 2, 2024, for a kit that I was assured via their LIVE chat was available and could be shipped out quickly. To expedite the process, I paid an additional $40 for rush shipping. Unfortunately, it is now February 2025, and I still have not received the item. I have attempted to resolve this issue for over three months, contacting the company week after week, only to be met with no response, excuses, or even threats to cut off communication if I continued to ask about my order. It has become clear that this company has no intention of fulfilling my order or providing a refund, effectively stealing my money. I have every correspondence saved as proof, including screenshots of my payment to the owner’s personal Venmo account. In November, the owner assured me the item would ship promptly with expedited shipping, yet here we are over three months later with no resolution. I’ve even offered compromises, such as accepting a different item, but the company has been entirely unwilling to work with me. By this point, my patience with owner Ben Haas had entirely run dry, but I was beholden to him and his inept company, since I’d already paid for two suits and needed at least one to take with me for the event. Roll forward to today, February 2025, and I’m still waiting to receive my second suit. That’s over 24 weeks since I ordered and paid for both suits!! On top of this, to receive my first suit I was charged an additional $32 for express delivery, despite delivery being included in the original quote. There’s no denying the trisuit I received is fantastic, but the service and attitude of this company and its owner Ben Haas is mind-blowingly terrible!!! They clearly have no processes in place to manufacture suits the way they promise, and their customer service is literally the worst I’ve ever experienced. Do not buy a Love The Pain product. The pain isn’t worth it!!!

I placed my order in August and paid extra for express shipping to make sure it arrived on time. This didn't happen and in September it was returned to them (they insisted it had been delivered until they got it back). For them to send it to another address, they want me to pay the delivery fee AGAIN or they can make the refund but 20% less of what I paid. I believe they should take responsibility of who carries and delivers their products, since we are paying them to make sure we get our product, not the shipper. Regardless, I would have payed again if their customer service was nice and really tried to find a solution, but they are SO RUDE. They really don't care if you get your order and don't even try to make it happen: "We do not control you, addresses you put, your timeline, or the timeline of the shipper." I insisted on my refund, so they said they would ask finance to send me the form for me to fill and get my money back, and still nothing... Apparently de cannot control what their finance department does either... WORST customer service ever.

I placed my order in August and paid extra for express shipping to make sure it arrived on time. This didn't happen and in September it was returned to them (they insisted it had been delivered until they got it back). For them to send it to another address, they want me to pay the delivery fee AGAIN or they can make the refund but 20% less of what I paid. I believe they should take responsibility of who carries and delivers their products, since we are paying them to make sure we get our product, not the shipper. Regardless, I would have payed again if their customer service was nice and really tried to find a solution, but they are SO RUDE. They really don't care if you get your order and don't even try to make it happen: "We do not control you, addresses you put, your timeline, or the timeline of the shipper." I insisted on my refund, so they said they would ask finance to send me the form for me to fill and get my money back, and still nothing... Apparently de cannot control what their finance department does either... WORST customer service ever.

Das mit Pain meinen die wörtlich.

Ich hatte schon viel Schlechtes im Vorfeld gehört und gelesen - und es hat sich bewahrheitet. Nach dem ich in einem Forum über die Restrukturierung des Stores und Verbesserung des Kundenservice gelesen hatte, entschloss ich mich, einen Bestellversuch zu wagen. Ich mag einfach die Designs und habe auch bereits über Kleinanzeigen einen Anzug erwerben können mit dem ich sehr zufrieden bin. Passform und Qualität sind den Preis wert! Also bestellte ich und war überrascht, dass ich schon nach einer guten Wochen einen Triathlonanzug zugesendet bekommen hatte. Nur leider nicht den, den ich bestellt hatte, sondern die Damen-Version. Unabhängig von der stark abweichenden Passform, unterschieden sich Damen- und Herrenversion auch im Design. Leicht zu erkennen, wenn man vergleicht. Also reklamierte ich, bekam auf die erste E-Mail keine Antwort, auf die zweite dann die Frage, wie ich das denn wissen könnte, dass die zugeschickte Version für Damen sei? Weitere E-Mails folgten. Einsicht oder Bereitschaft zu helfen. leider Fehlanzeige. Mal abgesehen davon, dass Reaktion und auch Inhalt der E-Mails jeglichem Serviceanspruch widersprechen - scheinbar kennt das Team ihre eigenen Produkte und Prozesse nicht. So schlecht bin ich selten als Kunde behandelt worden. Nach E-Mail Nummer 6 wurde ich gebeten, den Rücksendeprozess über die Website zu starten. Die Rücksendebedingungen hatte ich mir natürlich schon durchgelesen und was stand da? Ich solle eine E-Mail schreiben... Jetzt hänge ich also in einer Endlossschleife fest und fürchte, das wird nichts mehr mit meinem bestellten Anzug. Und ob das mit einer Rückerstattung klappt, da bin ich mir auch nicht so sicher. Fazit: Gibt ja nicht umsonst Bewertungsportale, sollte man sich in Zukunft nur dran halten.

Wer gern viel Geld verlieren will, kann gern bestellen

Ich habe vor drei Monaten einen Triathlonanzug im Wert von 550€ bestellt und mich anfangs sehr gefreut, da die Lieferung innerhalb einer Woche erfolgte. Leider erhielt ich den falschen Anzug, was die erste Enttäuschung war. Der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice war mühsam. Nach anfänglichem Abstreiten wurde der Fehler schließlich zugegeben. Mir wurde eine Ersatzlieferung zugesichert, die angeblich schon unterwegs sei, aber es wurde keine Sendungsnummer genannt. Seitdem zieht sich das Ganze hin und dauert nun schon drei Monate. Ich habe mit PayPal bezahlt und das Problem gemeldet. Der Händler will das Geld zurückzahlen, wenn ich den falschen Anzug zurücksende. Leider wurde mir eine falsche Adresse genannt, sodass die Sendung in den USA nicht zugestellt werden konnte und nun wieder zu mir zurückkommt. Mal sehen, wie es ausgeht, aber mein Rat an euch: Lasst die Finger von dieser Firma.

Emails go unanswered. And still they have the gall to send me promotional emails. Honestly, STAY AWAY from this unscrupulous company, unless you "love the pain" of losing money.

On Jan 2020 I did an order for my tri suit LTP9980 after long wait I msg LTP to make a 100% refund that they refused to do. With other scammed members we file a complain on BBB + I went to my bank and Visa to return all my money from this fraud company. after 6 months with help of my bank, they fully returned money via bank negotiation (not via LTP) So if you a struggling to get your money for the order from LTP back, please just go to you bank, file a complain regarding fraud and scam transaction, attach all relevant documents and emails from LTP where they telling you that your order is still processed or they will not refund you back, and send it to your bank. They will take an action. Unfortunately even after 4 years, I can see that many people still want to buy something from LTP and LTP is still making money from everybody and not giving ordered products in return! Beware of this scam company!

To my fellow risk takers

After reading the negative reviews, I chose to still risk it. Shame on me. First order was great and received my cycling bibs and they were very nice quality at a good price. On the second order, they made a careless mistake on the shipping which opened up the can of worms. After 8 months of sporadic communication and promises they would ship a new order, they settled and gave me a store credit. They refused to give me a cash refund. I then had to put more money in to use up the store credit. They have horrible customer service and business acumen. I am still surprised how they have not been prosecuted based on the other stories. To my fellow risk takers, I too thought it was worth the gamble…it is not. You might get a good product here and there, but they will eventually get you and make you “love the pain.” (Damn that was a good *mic drop moment)
