A great place of training to get your CPD hours up or to start out on your career in energy advice.

Elmhurst Energy is a training provider for Energy Assessors to assess a home for an EPC or a Retrofit Assessment. I have had training from Elmhurst Energy for Domestic Energy and Retrofit Assessments. The training was informative, interactive and examples were used of your own dwelling so you could really understand what you were learning. The software they use is user friendly and easy to understand with very clear instructions. Help is always available from training providers and their support centre for any advice or guidance you may need. Elmhurst doesn’t come up with a random scoring system for EPCs, it goes on what data the assessor has recorded as well as photographic evidence, as with other accreditation schemes. Elmhurst have a training programme that ensure all assessors are collating the correct data to get the correct rating.

Spent thousands insulating home, new roof, insulation boards, new front door, additional loft insulation, new cladding with exterior insulation. Had Elmhurst for EPC, they never even came to my house, I have never spoken to anyone from the organisation and somehow they have magically LOWERED my EPC rating. Tax and enegery bill money is being spent on this organisation as they work on behalf of WarmWorks Scotland. Gross.

not customer friendly attitude

First the positives: the office is in an easily accessible location at the airport, fast car pick-up. BUT the negatives that I have never encountered anywhere else: -the car was wrecked, practically no battery was intact, the door was difficult to open because of this, leaving garbage in the car -it was discovered while driving when the oil light came on: no oil, no windshield washer fluid (less important) -customer service consultation: let's buy the oil, pour it in.....then they will refund it. -we have been waiting for the refund for a month, they haven't sent anything, they just ignored it. Well, that's it, I wouldn't choose them again.

VARNING!!! VARNING!!! VARNING!!! Det började med att vi fick vänta på upphämtning i två timmar!? När hämtningen äntligen dök upp så var den bilen full och föraren lovade oss en ny transport inom 10 minuter, det tog 30 minuter. Bilen som hämtade oss hade trasiga säkerhetsbälten!? Allt kändes osäkert och oseriöst. Vid hämtning av bilen så tog jag fotografier av skador på bilen precis som jag brukar, tyvärr så missade jag en liten liten repa på en backspegel. Vid återlämnade så var personalen väldigt noga med besiktningen av bilen och dom hittade en liten repa som jag tyvärr inte hade tagit ett foto på. Jag har haft bilen stående i ett parkeringsgarage och vi har tagit en biltur helt utan missöden eller skador. Vi är alltid försiktiga och tar hand väl hand om hyrbilar. Dom debiterade mig 190€ för den skadan!? Se själv på bilden, denna lilla repa fyller man med ett lackstift och en snabb polering, den kostar inte 190€ att laga! Rent bedrägeri för att lura folk på pengar i min mening. Bilen var full av skador och repor överallt. Akta er väldigt noga för det här oseriösa företaget!!! OM ni beslutar er för att hyra bil här så var extremt noga med att ta bilder och filma hela bilen innan ni åker därifrån. Jag har aldrig varit med om att något annat hyrföretag lägger ner en massa tid på att hitta småskador för att kunna debitera extra, dom brukar bara fråga om allt gått bra och om det tillkommit skador. Jag kommer definitivt aldrig att hyra här igen och jag rekommenderar att inte du heller gör det. Det finns många fler företag.

Avoid Centauro Athens airport

Prebooked a car with Centauro Athens airport. Price very reasonable. Picked up at airport no problem. in the office when trying to collect the car, the agent insisted on us purchasing extra insurance at 27 Euro per day ( total cost 378 for a fortnight). We already have such insurance as an extra on our annual travel policy. Told us the system was down and couldn't process the booking unless we paid for the extra insurance. Bizarre that couldn't process the booking but could process the purchase of extra insurance!!! Told us system may be back in 5 mins, 5 hours or a day. We cancelled and went across the road to alternative provider. Some customers were paying the extra and then others joined us in walking across the road to book with Auto Union. Much better all round, good service and nice clean car.

Good car with no issues but get your own excess insurance

Good car with no issues. Rented from Athens airport. Booked through holiday autos for £55 for 10 days... Super cheap BUT... Expect the hard sell for the excess insurance etc.. hardly surprising at this price... I had excess insurance bought in the UK for around £60 for a year so was happy to ignore all the hard sales from the very pushy bloke... He wouldnt back off despite me refusing many times the 270 euro excess insurance. The car had damage above other than that stated on the contract but they refused to note it on the contract; just told us to take photos... We took photos of EVERYTHING, including interior, the smallest scratches, wheels, range on the odometer etc etc etc... about 20 in all... Had 10 days trouble free motoring, with no damage. Washed the car outside and brushed out inside before returning... returned car clean expecting a battle about 2 hrs early.. agent came round the car to inspect promptly... we showed a number photos when queried about damage not on the contract and these were accepted by him. I got the guy to accept there was no damage he signed back the 110 euro for full to full fuel and the 1100 euro block for damage... I await to check that no unauthorised payments will be taken from my card.. I'm hopeful nothing will be as sign off process seemed pretty genuine.

Do not go there. Chania airport. First booking was void as we arrived later than expected due to delayed flight- office closed and no provision been made. Made a new booking next day. Very pushy to pay for extra insurance. At drop off they wanted to charge me for scratches on the wheel cover. Luckily I had made a photo to prove that it was preexisting. A small stain on back seat apparently required the charge of a deep clean ( I removed it with some water in seconds). So don't go there. And if you do anyway- TAKE PHOTOS- in- and outside!

The worst customer service ever experienced!

We were told we would be picked up from the airport, despite 8 calls to the head office and local office and over an hour waiting in the airport we resorted to getting a taxi. On return the customer service as shocking!! Kept waiting for over 30minutes on a cramped minibus to return to the airport, fellow customers were shouted at by the staff for questioning how much longer the full Minibus would be waiting. Would certainly not recommend to anyone.

The technician spent about 10 minutes in my home and determined the ice machine needed replacement. Nothing was tested or taken apart for 250 dollars. I read the terms and conditions and understand this fee would be applied to the repair which was quoted at an exorbitant amount (I looked up the cost of the ice machine from the same supplier they would purchase from). After further research, it was the solenoid that needed replacement. Not exactly sure what I paid for, 250 for travel time, opening the fridge door and the wrong diagnosis?

Na contact met de klantenservice werd ik supervriendelijk geholpen door Mira. Ze stuurde kosteloos een nieuwe batterij op, en later zelfs een nieuwe pakking omdat die stuk bleek te zijn. Leider keine Qualität und kein Service!!! Die Abdeckung der Hängematte ist komplett gerissen nach einer Saison, Service null! Für diesen Preis eine Schande! Lampen trotz, dass sie nicht außen waren alle defekt und angeblich sind sie ja sogar Spritzwasserfest!!! Der Floatzac für den Pool ist hat zwar einen tollen Liegekomfort aber er ist nicht Chlorbeständig und verfärbt sich unansehnlich! Für den Preis und dafür, dass er für den Pool geeignet sein soll ein Witz!! Würde dort nie mehr was kaufen, bei Reklamation wird sich rausgeredet und der Endverbraucher beschuldigt, weil dann mit der Luoe suchbar für Pool Produkte klein geschrieben irgendwo steht, dass sie nicht chlorbeständig sind, warum verkaufe ich es dann für Pools, die meisten Pools werden mit Chlor betrieben! Die Lampen werden als wasserfest angepriesen, sind aber nur Spritzwasserbeständig. Komplette Verarschung und billigste Ware für teures Geld!

Très déçue. J’ai commandé un Fatboy il y a 10 jours. Ça fait une semaine que fedex a le colis et que personne me le livre. J’ai demandé de l’aide au service après-vente. Ça fait 3 fois qu’on me demande mon numéro de commande alors que je l’ai déjà donné et qu’il est dans l’historique des mails. Personne n’est revenu vers moi pour me donner des nouvelles. J’ai dû déposer un dossier auprès de FedEx sans l’aide du service après-vente de Fatboy. J’attendais un minimum de service, mais c’est silence radio de leur côté. Franchement très décevant.

Used their Adelaide CBD branch to print some business cards. Day 1, a nice staff members showed me a bunch of samples, I agreed on exactly what I wanted and waited for quotes over email. Booked it with them. When I came to collect the cards they were just rude, trying to defend the worst quality product AND they somehow moved my artwork placing text over the logo. Instead of seeing the obvious mistakes and showing the samples again to compare, they run to the back office to discuss, realize there is nothing they can argue further, and rudely come out saying "what you wanted will cost extra. The artwork, we'll fix it". I just decided not to go ahead with them for any work in future.

I wanted to purchase 100 business cards…

I wanted to purchase 100 business cards as a temporary measure as my work business cards would not be ready for an international event. I tried two stores - one wanted $140 - $60 design cost to use a design I provided, plus $80 to print. Another store wanted between $250 - $300 to design (again, my design) and print. Nearly $3 per business card. Ridiculous. I ended up using Vistaprint, 250 cards embossed double sided cards which I could design online using their range of products/suggestions, delivered within 3 business days at a cost of 20 cents each. With normal delivery, it would have been $20 less. I would never order business cards from Kwik Kopy after this experience. We spent more time on the phone and online arguing about the Kwik Kopy cost than it took me to design the card and confirm the order with Vistaprint.

I was amazed by the terrific service and advice offered by Kwik Kopy. I wanted to have my book printed with 376 pages including photos and adventures. It was a journal of 9 weeks exploring the U.S.A, Mexico and Belize. I'd approached book publishing companies who offered to make a hard cover version for approx. $3,000-00! I asked for a mock up design prior to ordering. I was told they would have it back in 24-48 hours. I followed up a week later without any response. I started a chat and was told the rep was on vacation that day. I asked for someone else to help. When the rep returned he didn't address the mock up, but asked quantity of hats I wanted. 2 weeks after that and still no response. I had a chat today with a different rep and was told it needed to be escalated to a manager, but all managers were on lunch and would contact me when they returned. I still have yet to receive a mock from my initial contact. Literally a hat with a company logo and my name.

Letzter Saftladen. Scheinwerfer bestellt, nur leider kamen absolut die falschen an. Viel zu groß und auch ganz andere Lampen als auf dem Bild auf der Webseite. Kundenservice leider auch absolut nicht hilfreich. Am Telefon wird einem lediglich gesagt, man solle eine Mail schreiben. Auf Mails kommen zum Teil antworten die nicht im geringsten zu der Anfrage passen. Irgendwann nach mehrfachem hin und her Retoureschein bekommen. Paket ist jedoch zu groß für ein did Paketshop. Hilfe vom Kundenservice von Lott Autoteile erneut gleich null.

Kommt es nun zu einer gerechtfertigten Reklamation eines Produktionsfehler wird dies bei der Firma INTER-TEAM "geprüft" und widerrechtlich abgelehnt. Da man hier nur noch den Weg zum Rechtsanwalt hat, wobei er meistens den Wert der Reklamation überschreitet rate ich den Kauf von waren bei der Firma Lott Autoteile ab.

Avoid. It's Access Self Storage without the access, being as it is, severely restricted with it's access hours, under the guise of covid regulations (by making us all turn up at the same time??!). Also the lifts, gates only work half the time, there's no toilets to assist in maintaining hygiene and the entry and exit procedure via the office is hateful at best, dealing with disinterested staff. Have had issues with payments (my side) which I have explained to staff and yet these guys still daily try my card and have now added a charge to my account despite the repeated conversations with their staff. I have now given notice and dread the horrors that now lie ahead, having read other reviews.

Terrible experience from the very start of our contract at the willow walk (London Bridge) Branch. The manager is hostile, Aggressive and rude. He changes rules at will. every single time you visit the store. he's in your face with new rules. He shows no integrity he sometimes lie to protect his new rules being imposed. Disgusting service. Totally unbelievable. Our numerous complaints to the head office has yielded no result. We had no option but to take our custom away.

Mininvestering er en scam. Det er ikke rigtige personer i "Om os". De reklamerer for sider som minder om den legendariske "Danske Metode", som selvfølgelig er helt til grin. Det er især deres kryptorobotter. 20 forskellige sider med nøjagtigt det samme layout og løftet om den første million efter 60 dage. Virksomheden kan ikke kontaktes på dansk og holder til i England. Det kan godt være, at deres anmeldelser af eToro og andre anderkendte sider er gode nok, men det er det, som gør Mininverstering farlig. Så har de jo skabt troværdighed til læseren. Godt siden ikke er større, end den er. HVER KRITISK!

Jeg får af vide det er en fejl, som KIK har lavet da de 3000kr skulle være trukket fra mig depositum som jeg venter på at få udbetalt. I dag er det den 13/1.. Jeg har ikke fået mit depositum tilbage eller set de 3000kr der er blevet taget fra min konto. Det er ubarmhjertigt at lave sådan en fejl, uden forklaring, løsning eller kompensation. Mit budget er ødelagt. Når man ringer til KIK er de ubehøvlet. Jeg blev kaldt vred, og uretfærdig. (Ja, nu er jeg vred). Jeg er frustreret over at de svar jeg får er “det har du fået en mail om” nej. “Jeg er lige kommet tilbage fra ferie” ok? “Jeg har lige sendt dig en mail for 5 min siden” nej. “Tjek dit spamfilter” Ja, jeg er godt klar over jeg kan tjekke alle mapper. Det er gjort. Jeg har stadigvæk ikke modtaget en mail. I skrivende stund er der gået over 2 timer. Jeg er blevet uretfærdigt behandlet. Hvorfor de ikke står klar med en løsning og en udskylning er over mig. Jeg er i chok over at en KIK kan give sådan en rådden behandling over en kæmpe fejl som de selv har lavet.

I stayed at Rebaek Sopark 5 dorm for… I stayed at Rebaek Sopark 5 dorm for seven months, and my experience with the inspector, , was deeply disappointing and concerning. I found his behavior towards international residents to be extremely biased and unprofessional. Throughout my time there, I observed that he was notably unfriendly and unaccommodating towards people from other countries, while consistently showing a friendlier attitude, especially towards Danish residents—particularly Danish women. Upon moving out on October 31st, I made sure my room was thoroughly cleaned, yet he claimed it was insufficient and deducted a significant amount from my deposit—DKK 2100 for cleaning and DKK 2300 for painting. This was in stark contrast to how he handled a Danish friend's move-out, where only DKK 1000 was deducted from their deposit despite similar conditions. This inconsistent and discriminatory treatment is unacceptable. I would caution anyone considering staying here, especially if you're an international student or resident, as the treatment may not be fair or impartial.

Jeg er netop fraflyttet et af KKIKs kollegieværelser, og hvor har min fraflytning dog bare været en fuldstændig forfærdelig oplevelse fra start til slut. Da jeg, jf. min lejekontrakt, rettidig indsender min opsigelse til udgangen af juni 2024, får jeg som svar en mail, hvor de påstår, at jeg ikke har flugt mit opsigelsesvarsel, og at de derfor har ret til at opkræve husleje for en ekstra måned. Jeg må derfor ringe derind og kræve, at de ændrer dette. Heldigvis har jeg min dokumentation i orden, og medarbejderen kan derfor ikke komme uden om, at jeg har mit på det tørre. Af medarbejderen fik jeg lidt halvgrinende at vide, at det da var godt, at jeg selv var opmærksom på det. På mig virkede det som om de bevidst forsøgte at snyde en ekstra måneds husleje ud af mig og i den forbindelse håbede at "gik den, så gik den". I min indkaldelse til fraflytningssyn skrev de, at lejligheden skulle afleveres rengjort og ryddet. Da dette er et meget vidt begreb ringede jeg til inspektøren og spurgte hvad dette indebar, men fik absolut ikke noget brugbart svar. Da jeg mødte op til fraflytningssynet på det præcist aftalte tidspunkt, var inspektøren dog mødt op før tid og havde allerede gået igennem lejligheden. Vi gennemgik derfor på ingen måde lejligheden sammen, men jeg fik blot læst og påskrevet, hvad han på forhånd havde besluttet sig for. Flere af hans kritikpunkter var så små og ubetydelige, at han skulle lede efter dem. Den billeddokumentation han undervejs tog, og som nu er en del af en klagesag, viser forhold, som han selv svinede til under synet, og som de nu vil have, at jeg skal tage ansvar for og betale for udbedringen af. Ved indflytning lyder det "at det jo er ældre ejendomme, og at man derfor må forvente at standen i lejlighederne også er derefter. det må man bare leve med og kan ikke gøre noget ved". Ved udflytning går de derimod ned i de MINDSTE detaljer i forsøget på at finde forhold, som de kan få en til at betale for. Hverken ved indflytnings- eller fraflytningssyn får man lov til at gennemlæse de rapporter, de vil have man skriver under på, hvorfor man ingen jordisk chance har for at vide, hvad de senere forsøger at holde en op på og ansvarlig for. Inspektøren har derimod helt besidderisk rapporterne liggende på en Ipad, som kun han kan se. Han udnytter uden tvivl, at det er unge mennesker han har med at gøre og som er nødt til at skrive under, for at få tag over hovedet. Helt generelt er tonen fra KKIK virkelig nedladende og hånende. De griner af en og anerkender på ingen måde deres egen rolle i sagen. De har med unge og uerfarne mennesker at gøre, men er absolut ikke deres ansvar bevist. For jeres egen skyld, HOLD JER LANGT VÆK FRA KKIK.

Det er virkelig ærgerligt, at et firma, som arbejder med unge, ikke kan være mere hjælpsomme... øv øv. De virkede fjerne og kolde og på ingen måde hjælpsomme, da jeg ringede ind. Efter lang tid med overvejelse og læsning på deres hjemmeside oprettede jeg en ansøgning og skrev mig op til nogle boligtilbud. Det var første gang, så jeg lagde mig meget op af, hvad de skrev på deres FAQ. De skriver, at man står passiv indtil indflytningsdatoen, så jeg tænkte, at der var mulighed for at justere ansøgningen eller tilbudene, hvis det var nødvendigt Men nej. Når man derefter ringer ind for at få hjælp efter et forkert boligtilbud, så er der ingen hjælp at hente... Jeg blev derimod mødt af en nedladende forklaring, hvor sætningen "det giver selvfølgelig mening, at..." gentagende blev sagt, da jeg prøvede at forklare, hvordan jeg havde fortolket det, og dermed hvordan man kan misforstå det. Dog blev dette ikke hørt. Nu går der 4 uger med karantæne, som er dyrebar tid, når man skal starte studie langt væk om kort tid. Vi er alle blot mennesker, som kan misforstå tingene og lave fejl... håber I engang vil forstå det.

Extremely Disappointing Living Conditions and Communication

I am compelled to leave this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the living conditions at Øens Kollegiet and the communication with KKIK. The persistent issues we have been facing are beyond frustrating, and the lack of responsiveness from the administration is appalling. For over a week, the elevator has been out of service, making it impossible to access the basement, washing room, and storage. This has significantly disrupted our daily lives, and despite numerous complaints, there has been no prompt resolution. To add to the inconvenience, one of the washing machines (out of the 2!) has been non-functional for over six months. This extended downtime is inconvenient for all residents who rely on these facilities, and the administration seems indifferent to our concerns. Attempts to communicate with Kenneth, the vicevært have been futile; he neither responds to messages nor answers phone calls. Numerous complaint emails have been sent, but it appears there are serious issues with the communication channels. Our concerns are simply falling on deaf ears. The overall administration's efficiency is beyond questionable, with a lack of responsiveness and tangible improvements despite the increasing rent. Communication is shockingly poor, again, non-existent and it seems that nobody cares about the well-being of the residents. What adds to the frustration is that administrators are openly lying about not receiving official complaints from tenants. We have evidence, including pictures of emails with dates, proving otherwise. The dishonesty in their communication only exacerbates the sense of betrayal. To make matters worse, attempts to contact the owner have been met with unresponsiveness and indifference. In conclusion, living at Øens Kollegiet has been a nightmare. The communication is abysmal, nothing ever gets fixed, and it is evident that the administrators and owner simply don't care about the residents' living conditions. I would strongly advise anyone considering living here to think twice before committing to such an unresponsive and neglectful living environment.

I have been on the waiting list since April 2023, in June I uploaded all my documentation (was only accepted to uni then), in August I was well on my way to get a place in Øresundskollegiet around 30th in the line, 14 days later I logged in again and found out I was jumped by 100 people. When I called KKK they told me it is the international student who don't have anywhere to live. Curious since I don't anywhere to live either. I asked them how long would it take but just got careless: "I don't know". They told me to sing up for places in Albertslund, 1h commute from my school, just so I have something. So I did and get a place in there the next day, so I called them and asked them what I can do with it -> they told me that I have to set the date that I want the place from to later date when I can actually go there. So I did. then when I logged in again I could see that I am falling down in the waiting list. When I called them again they told me that since I need the place from January only (have a temporary housing until then) I am not active in the waiting list! so if you are 100th in line anywhere, until YOU NEED TO HAVE PLACE u will not be considered. So If you know you will need a place in half a year, you write it there, and then they only activate it once your last contract ran out and you need to move out. This is so obviously so stupid implementation. And when I pointed it out the lady on the phone was just more arrogant than usual and told me in no unclear terms that, it is what it is, and that she won't be doing anything about it and that the system works like that and I should deal with it. That it is not their job and not a necessity for me to get housing through them. This lady obviously did not understand why is she paid and should be fired, and from what I am reading here, it could apply to the whole organization. Because if they are not here to facilitate dorm rentals for students then I am failing to understand why are they here. I decided to write here because I just talked to a friend who got a place offered from March even though he only applied in June. Additionally many dorms won't let you stay unless you have 1 year of studies in front of you. Since I am a master student there is actually a good chance I will not get any housing at all. This bad customer service, constant arrogance and zero accountability I only experienced from ApcoaParking which is almost a crime syndicate. EDIT: I just called with administrator Malou and she was actually super sweet, took her time to explain me the option and how the system works. but I find this as an exception. also thanks to one of the earlier calls when I was not getting up in the waiting list and so now I have estimated one year in front of me which just won't happen. so I spent a lot of effort, energy and time for nothing, that could be easily avoided if the system was either functional or if the other administrators were actually helpful.

Jeg lejede en bolig gennem KKIK i august 2022 og boede der indtil august 2023. Jeg blev desværre skuffet over deres håndtering af depositummet. KKIK trak 60% af depositumbeløbet og hævdede, at det var nødvendigt for istandsættelse. Jeg havde imidlertid billeder, der dokumenterede boligens tilstand ved indflytning i august 2022, som var blevet uploadet til deres interne mangelliste. KKIK påstod, at de ikke havde modtaget disse billeder, hvilket jeg fandt meget frustrerende. Dårlig kommunikation samt service fra inspektøren som står for Hvidovre Hospitals Kollegium. De afviste sagen med det samme, selvom der var klar dokumentation.

Don't bother with this site.

This one is my bad for not checking Trustpilot before purchasing. I tried buying an e-gift card from this site and saw the option to pay with PayPal. Whenever I see a company that accepts PayPal, I use it because it's more secure. After purchasing, I got an email saying the payment was declined, but the amount was still deducted from my PayPal balance placed on pending status. I contacted their live chat, they explained to me that the order was cancelled due do security issues on my end. I contacted PayPal support, they explained to me what the pending status means. They said they are positive the merchant is able to release the funds; if they don't decide to release the funds, I have to wait a month for the transaction to expire. So, I contacted Blackhawk's support email, they explained to me once again that the order didn't go through, they recommend I contact PayPal support(extremely unhelped). PayPal again explained to me that all the merchant has to do is log into their PayPal, go the activity tab, search my email, click the transaction, and cancel the transaction. I contacted BlackHawk again, and they said they are forwarding me to their PayPal support group to help me. I was relieved at this point, but I did not receive an email again until two weeks later. Not from their PayPal support, it seems like they just copied and pasted the same thing they sent me way back from the live chat on the site, just saying the purchase was not completed because of security issues. This whole thing is a headache, and their customer support is no help. The solution is so simple. Their PayPal account manager logs into their PayPal, clicks the activity tab, searches my email, clicks the PENDING transaction, and cancels it, I shouldn't have to wait a month for it to expire. I did not receive any product, they should have no problem doing this. UPDATE: (Giftcards.ca replied to this, and it seems like they didn't even read my review. It takes a month for a pending transaction on PayPal to expire, but I shouldn't have to wait a month. Giftcards.ca just has to cancel the transaction from their PayPal, which is easy to do. And I did not reach out regarding a "plastic card." I don't know why they would lie about that. They sent me an email two weeks later after they said they would help me and I simply replied to it not regarding a "plastic card".) Giftcards.ca has complete control to release my funds but they refuse and I'm forced to wait a month.

Had bought a gift card to use online. Tried ordering what I needed it didn’t work. I got through to a help chat very quickly to get help so I was hopeful. Lady told me my money for the card would be refunded in 2-5 business days and I could just buy another. Well here I am 1 month later and they keep dodging emails. Phone calls. And “disconnect” from online chats. This site is very clearly a scam.

This company deserves 0 stars. Card claims toys r us can be purchased with it. Drove my 6 year old from out of town into the city to use it. Couldn’t because “toys r us was all out of stock.” How is something electronic out of stock? Called the 1-855 # but you can only Check your balance or see transactions. No one to help. Asked toys r us since we drove in for this and they couldn’t honor it. Sent email to giftcards.ca. 48 hours later still no reply for help Went to check back the next day online and website wouldn’t work. Next day went back to see and now toys r us isn’t even offered. What a bunch of crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Sehr enttäuschend

Ich bin schon seit 2022 bei Zenjob und muss zugeben, dass der Service und das Angebot mit den Jahren immer mehr abnimmt. Folgende Punkte: 1. Die neuste Version der App ist wirklich unpraktisch. Auf der Startseite, auf der die Jobangebote gelistet werden, kann man nicht mehr auf Trainings oder Werkstudenten Jobs klicken. Im Filter System kann man nicht mehr nach Unternehmen filtern und auch nicht mehr den Ort angeben. Ebenfalls kann man die Jobangebote nicht mehr nach absteigenden Stundenlohn sortieren. 2. Das System mit den Wartelisten ist nicht durchdacht. Man bekommt eigentlich Jobs angezeigt, die schon ausgebucht sind, aber oft Absagen bekommen und man sich deswegen auf die Wartelisten setzen kann. Leider ist es nicht nach Chronologie. Also nicht der nächste auf der Liste bekommt den Job, sondern die erste Person, die zusagt. Also im Prinzip kann man sich die Wartelisten sparen. Es Früher wurden Jobangebote wieder auf der Startseite hochgeladen, damit man sich wieder bewerben kann. Ist nämlich das gleiche Prinzip. Man bewirbt sich sozusagen für einen vergebenen Job, bei dem man früher ich beworben hätte, wenn dieser wieder auf der Startseite landet. 3. Früher konnte man den Mitarbeiter-Support telefonisch erreichen, mittlerweile geht das nur per E-Mail oder Chatbot. Über den Chatbot kann man nie einen Mitarbeiter erreichen und das Anliegen wird auch per Mail weitergeleitet. Die Rückmeldung per Mail kann auch schon mal mehrere Tage dauern. Viele Zenjobber sind der Meinung, dass der telefonat Mitarbeiter Support notwendig ist. 4. Die schwankenden Stundenlöhne bei gewissen Unternehmen sind ebenfalls ein großer Störfaktor. Manchmal sind die Stundenlöhne niedriger als davor, aber bis man das meldet und eine Rückmeldung bekommt, ist der Job schon weg. 5. Man kann nicht mehr die Übersicht seiner Beschäftigung einsehen, da dieser Punkt in der App (neuste Version) nicht mehr verfügbar. Heißt ich kann weder meine gearbeitete Stunden noch mein Gesamteinkommen betrachten oder gar meine Entgeltabrechnungen abrufen. 6. Die Klausel, dass man mit keinem über den Lohn reden darf ist außerdem nicht rechtens und somit nicht gültig. Es steht einem frei zu, mit wem er oder sie über den Lohn redet. Es kam vereinzelt auch dadurch vor, dass manchmal jemand über Zenjob mit einem anderen Stundenlohn gearbeitet hat. 7. Man bekommt bei Apple keine Benachrichtigungs-Banner mehr. Man kann entweder auf dem Sperrbildschirm die Nachricht einsehen oder im Benachrichtigungscenter, aber es wird keine aktuelle Nachricht mehr am oberen Bildschirmrand angezeigt. In den Einstellungen von Apple ist es als Option auch nicht mehr verfügbar. Somit verpasst man oft die Benachrichtigungen, das beispielsweise ein Jobangebot wieder freigeschaltet wird. Zusammengefasst ist Zenjob qualitativ sehr abgestiegen. Es ist sehr enttäuschend, das die frühere Spontanität und schnelle Rückmeldungen für die Jobangebote (Zusagen o. Absagen) nicht mehr der Fall ist. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass diese Fehler schnell überarbeitet werden. Sehe nicht nur ich so, sondern viele andere Zenjobber ebenfalls.

Diese Leute sind Betrüger. Sie benutzen Sie und wenn sie fertig sind, deaktivieren sie einfach Ihr Konto. Ich hatte meine Schicht bei Edeka beendet (und mich sogar angemeldet), als sie mir eine E-Mail schickten, in der sie sagten, ihr Kunde habe mich benachrichtigt, dass BK an diesem Tag nicht zur Arbeit gegangen sei. In der Zwischenzeit war ich zur Arbeit gegangen und habe mich angemeldet. Also haben sie mein Konto deaktiviert. Ich habe versucht, ihnen alles zu erklären, was an diesem Tag wegen meiner Kündigung passiert ist, einschließlich der Tatsache, dass ich mich angemeldet habe. Sie haben mein Konto immer noch nicht wieder aktiviert und jetzt habe ich eine ganze Schicht gearbeitet, ohne bezahlt zu werden. Das ist so schrecklich.

Ich fühle mich betrogen, weil ich nicht nur mein Geld nicht erhalte, sondern diese Plattform auch keinerlei Sicherheit bietet. Wenn es keine Schichten mehr gibt, scheint es ihnen egal zu sein, wie man überlebt. BITTE, ZENJOB, ZAHLT MIR ENDLICH MEIN GELD!

Absoluter Saftladen. Wenn ihr Bock habt als Student ordentlich ausgenommen zu werden, seid ihr hier richtig. Zunächst gibt es keinen telefonischen Service für Mitarbeiter, man darf sich bei allen Fragen mit dem Chatbot begnügen. Wenn der Chatbot nicht weiter weiß, wird angeblich eine email an die Mitarbeiter weitergeleitet. Weiß man nicht, manchmal bekommt man keine Antwort, und ab und an gibt’s ne Antwort in 4-12 Werktagen. Die App funktioniert oftmals nicht. Manchmal kann man die Schicht nicht absagen, also fehlt man unentschuldigt und wird aus der App Blockiert. Manche Schichten werden einem nicht mal verrechnet. Ich habe immer noch nicht das Geld für meine letzten 2 Schichten erhalten. Auch nicht nach 24 Std wie versprochen. Der Arbeitgeber darf einem aber kurzfristig die Schichten absagen ohne Entschädigung. Oft wird man ins kalte Wasser abgeworfen, blöd angemacht. Man kann nicht viel dagegen machen da Zenjob eh nicht antwortet und dem Team bist du meist egal. Du bist ja nur ein Lückenfüller oder eine billige Kraft für zwischendurch. Viel Jobauswahl gibt es auch nicht. Und wenn dann werden mir nur Jobs angezeigt die ich schlecht bewerte. Jobs von denen ich aus sicherer Quelle exzellent bewertet werde, werden mir auch nicht mehr angezeigt. Wenn ich bei meinem alten Arbeitergeber auftauche fragt er mich warum ich mich nicht für die letzte Schicht gemeldet habe. Konnte ich nicht weil Zenjob mir nur die Jobs anzeigt die keiner will oder ich fliege in der Warteliste raus. Heute bin ich bei einer Schicht erschienen, später schaue ich in die app und stelle fest dass Schichten abgesagt wurden. Es ist nicht ersichtlich welche. Aus der App wurde ich auch blockiert. Am Telefon in der Service Abteilung für Unternehmen kann mir natürlich keiner helfen. Also weiß ich nicht ob ich meinen Arbeitsplatz verlassen kann oder nicht. Auf meine letzten 3 Emails hab ich auch keine Antwort erhalten. Zu blöd dass ich nur ein Student bin, dem sein Bafög nicht ausreicht um über die Runden zu kommen, weitere Studienkredite kommen nicht in frage, also bin ich auf unternehmen wie diese angewiesen die schnelles Geld machen wollen mit einer Bevölkerungsgruppe die in unserem Sozialstaat eh schon vollkommen vergessen wurde. Es ist absolut inakzeptabel, das es keinerlei Möglichkeit bietet, den Kundenservice zu erreichen. Stattdessen wird man mit einem nutzlosen Chatbot abgespeist, der keinerlei echte Hilfestellung bietet, und auf ein Kontaktformular verwiesen, dessen Anfragen vermutlich im Nirvana landen. Ich warte nun seit zwei Wochen auf eine Rückmeldung und habe immer noch nichts gehört. Das ist nicht nur frustrierend, sondern schlicht respektlos gegenüber Studierenden, die auf schnelle Antworten und Unterstützung angewiesen sind. Wie kann eine Firma, die sich auf Studentenjobs spezialisiert, einen derart miserablen Service bieten?

Positive but also negative

I have had a lot of positive experiences with this company. They do a good job in organizing shifts, paying on time and providing frequent shifts, all of which cannot be taken for granted in a city like Hamburg. Having said that, the biggest disadvantage with Zenjobs is the inaccessibility and poor employee support. They take days to respond to requests for help and do not have customer service agents who respond to calls for help. It is really frustrating and disappointing when the company that you work for is so inaccessible, when you need their help the most.

Entgegen der meisten Bewertungen hier, bin ich mit Estexo GmbH sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung im September 2024 traf zwei Tage nach Bestellung ein. Die Treppenschutzrollos waren gut verpackt und die Qualität ist absolut perfekt. Natürlich muss man die Rollos mit sorgfältig einziehen lassen, dann funktioniert das einwandfrei. Die Teile sind formschön und sind genial funktionell. Auch die Kommunikation per Mail war sehr freundlich und die Antworten erhielt ich umgehend. Ich jedenfalls kann Estexo GmbH nur bestens empfehlen.

habe im nov 24 ein loungeset gekauft,die kissen waren von mäusen und ratten zerfressen und es roch sehr stark nach urin,es war sogar eine tote maus in der verpackung.verkäufer wollter ersatz liefern,was bis heute den 23 jan 25 nicht geschehen ist,antwortet jetzt nichmal mehr.hatte als er noch geantwortet hat geschrieben das der artikel zur zeit nicht lieferbar ist,obwohl er ihn weiter verkauft hat.sehr unseriöser händler mit ungeziefer im lager und lügt,man sollte abstand nehmen von so einem händler man braucht ja nur weitere bewertungen lesen ist kein einzelfall.

Produktmangel wird nicht anerkannt

Habe eine Dreiermüllbox bei der Firma bestellt. Die auf dem Foto ersichtliche Zwischenwand zur Stabilität war in den 3 Lieferpaketen nicht enthalten. Reklamation man möge dies bitte nachliefern, wurde keine Folge geleistet. Produktmangel wurde nicht anerkannt. Kostenfreie Rücksendung wurde verweigert. Jetzt liegt die Entscheidung bei EBay über den Fortgang des Verfahrens.

Nie Wieder! Hatte Bambusmatten gekauft die von Würmern zerfressen waren. Reklamiert und die nächsten waren im Postauto schon befallen und die Späne lagen schon im Auto . Annahme verweigert. Wurde neu beliefert und wieder voller Würmer . Danach Geld zurück. Meidet diesen Onlinehändler !!!!

Miserable Qualität, nicht mal das Geld werd!

Habe vor 1,5 Jahren eine große Gabione bestellt, nach Lagerung in der trockenen Garage, rostet Diese jetzt bereits im Karton!!!!! Jetzt habe ich noch Ersatz-Abstandshalter nachgekauft, welche optisch komplett anders aussehen und man könnte denken, dass ein Kleinkind Diese selbst gebogen hat! Keine Antwort auf Email-Anfrage, hätte ich Diese Bewertungen hier mir bloß eher angesehen!!!!!

Schlechte Qualität!

Habe eine Polyrattan Box bei dieser Firma bestellt, nach 2 Jahren zerbricht das Polyrattan und die Box muss in den Müll. Die Box steht im trockenen, also weder im Regen noch in der Sonne. Habe reklamiert und habe dann diese Antwort bekommen "Die Garantie dauert zwei Jahre. Wir können Ihre Anfrage leider nicht mehr bearbeiten" Natürlich werde ich bei der Firma nichts mehr bestellen und kann diese auch nicht weiter empfehlen. Finger weg von diesem Schrott!

Reklamation sinnlos

Wir bestellten zwei lounge sessel. Bei einem fehlte der Montagesatz. Halb so schlimm, es wurde statt Ersatztuete 20euro gut geschrieben. Coole Abwicklung. Aber bei unserm zweiten Stuhl ist schon beim Polster der Reißverschluss defekt und irreparabel. Leider reagiert die Firma auf die Reklamation nicht mehr. Das ist wirklich gaaanz inakrezptabel, ich Versuche nochmal telefonisch......aber das geht halt gar nicht

Double charging

Double charging! Very poor customer service on phone and no follow up on website queries and report of double charging. I took a taxi from the airport into town. At the end of the ride I paid by credit card, but was told that the transaction did not go through. I then paid cash. As soon as I got into my apartment I saw bank notifications that the transaction had in fact gone through. No interest by Dantaxi in sorting out the problem or dealing with the fact that the driver was very reluctant to give the correct change and didn't want to give a receipt.

Ubehagelig chauffør og taxameteret var…

Ubehagelig chauffør og taxameteret var startet før vi satte os ind! Bestilte en taxa og fik at vide den var der om 10 min så vi gjorde klar til afgang. 2min efter ringede chaufføren at han var der, og vi skyndte os ind i taxaen. Her havde taxameteret allerede tikket 15kr ekstra ind, og da vi spurgte hvordan det kunne være, råbte han af os og sagde: “SKAL I F** BARE SÆTTES AF HER ELLER HVAD!?!” Vi kontaktede Dantaxi og klagede over oplevelsen, og de fralagde sig ethvert ansvar! Det er SIDSTE gang vi kører med dem!

stay away from taxis in Cph

so I called a taxi to go to airport bc I was late. I leave 2,7km from the airport ..and they estimated that a trip of 2.7 km would cost 450kr and they just reserved the money on my card. What estimation it is that ? Its already expensive 162krs just for 3m in the car and2,7km ..is this a limousine service ? and the driver was rude and yelling at me. And I never got my refund back though they said they will send it. So after it is extremely expenisve they even charged me more and I never got my money back., soon 1km will be 1000krs ..you are better off walking. stay away from taxis in Denmark and Cph.

Ville ikke lade mig bestille en taxa til en handicappet i nød

Jeg ringede op, for at forhører mig om de kunne hjælpe mig med en (fremmed) ældre herre, hvis el-rolator var gået i udu. Eftersom han manglede et halvt ben, og pga omstændighederne, spurgte jeg også om det kunne være på deres regning. Her ændrede tonen sig drastisk, da hun håneligt grinte af mig, og svarede "hvad jeg regnede med? Om de skulle betale en vogn!?!" I protest. Her forklarede jeg igen omstændighederne, men var så berørt, at hun bad mig om "at holde tonen". Selv da jeg tilbød at betale, nægtede hun mig det stadig "pga af min tone" Derfra droppede jeg at støtte en så ringe, uhuman, dårlig, og flabet attitude (på tlf) ALDRIG STØT SÅ UHUMANT ET FIRMA, tak. FØJ!!! .I..

Elendig service!

Elendig service! Ventede 50 min på taxi fra kl. 0700 mandag morgen for at komme til et forretningsmøde. Den kom aldrig så måtte hyre ekstern hjælp.Kundeservice kunne ikke hjælpe med nogen form for assistance. Lad os nu få private tjenester til Danmark. Dantaxi magter tydeligvis ikke opgaven!

Påvirket chauffør kørte ind i pæl og kaldte mig racist

Chauffør (Cabinn Århus C) kørte ind i pæl ved afgang og jeg spurgte om han ikke skulle ud og se på skaden. Han virker påvirket af Khat eller andre stoffer. Han sagde han var fra Somalia og kaldte mig racist. Jeg gjorde opmærksom på at i taxi var både lyd og video. Da turen slutte kort tid efter var chaufføren lige pludselig meget venlig. Jeg har navn og id chauffør. Meldt det til Dantaxi.

Rigtig god oplevelse med Dantaxi.

Vi havde bestilt en taxa til en kørsel i nat kl. 0100. Vi var spændt på, om den kom. Vognen og en yderst behagelig chauffør kom til tiden. Det var en rigtig god oplevelse og ikke sidste gang vi bruger Dantaxi.
