Our journey with Sean Sun was incredible!
Sean was our tour guide for Washington DC and Niagara Falls, he was very nice, and the pure Indian veg restaurant he recommended was also spot on. Sean's Buffalo city tour was a blast; he had us laughing the whole time with his jokes and was super informative too. Plus, Sean Sun and Joel showed us the coolest spots in Buffalo! They all spoke English well, and our hotels were clean and comfy. Totally recommend.

We went to a Banff trip
We went to a Banff trip, and our experience are good. It was awesome. We stayed in a hotel in Banff town, and we loved there. We joined a east coast tour last year and we decided to go Canada this year. The Canada tour is less rush but also covered all places we expected to go. Our tour guide is experienced and good at telling us what to do and what to see. I think it is better to join a tour if you are a traveler because you don't know all these gem places. Oh, you must walk on the ice! It is very funnnn!

Nice trip
We joined a Niagara Falls tours. My guide Judy is very helpful and nice. Since we will need to travel to lots of places within 2 days, but Judy organized it very well. There was no breakfast in hotel, but Judy let us know earlier and helped us to prepare for that. Nice trip at this price.

The hotel is not very good
The hotel is not very good, and you can only expect to have a sleep over there. But actually we did not expect something fantastic since the price is very low. Luckliy, we went to a lot of places. It is a good recommendations for travelers not local and want to save times on driving. We paid for some “optional fee” to go to some places on tour. The attractions are free tho. But the tour guide provided us a lot of stories and history about those attractions and my family knew a lot after those paid activities. Seem worth. Just read the extra fee on the itinerary before the booking so you can expect how much you will need to pay.

Love my guide Zoe!
Love my guide Zoe! We joined a 6 day Grand Canyon tour. There are some old reviews and we wear very careful and a little bit scared actually... But Zoe just renew everything! She was very considerable and knew we are old, so she took a lot of care for us. She reminded us about the time difference and the departure time. Most of our groups are English speakers but there are another 4 people are Chinese. She also spoke Chinese to them to make them feel fair to be treated. We have to say, the optional fee is not hidden and forced to be paid. We wear very tired when we wear in Vegas so we do not want to take the night tour. But she said it is alright and no problem, all optional. We do not feel any pressure. She also told me some good place we can go by ourselves even we can't go them. I will definitely recommend everyone about this tour.

Overall is good
Overall is good, but expect to have a very full schedule every day. We started at 7 every morning and end up very late. I think the reason is we have to travel a lot during 3 days. We are very tired on the night in Niagara Falls but we saw the fireworks and light show, which is deserved. If you only have a short weekend and wants to travel a lot of places, I highly recommend this tour. Btw, our guide Mark is very good.

Good tour
I used this company to arrange a grand canyon and antelope canyon tour last month and the experience was good. We stayed in a very good hotel in Las Vegas. It was a bit hot in Antelope Canyon but the view is amazing!!!! Our tour guide Vincent is very nice. Lots of people in Antelope Canyon but we did not wait too long. I was a bit worried because the reviews is not very good, but I still booked it because the price is within my budget. I cant believe I stayed in such a good hotel.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo non sempre soddisfacente
Ho fatto diversi acquisti, soprattutto maglie e qualche capospalla. Visti i prezzi, vorrei che le maglie non facessero gli odiati pelucchi, ma purtroppo alcune li fanno, e anche tanto. Alcuni anni fa acquistai un piumino leggero che era una bellezza, tutte le mie amiche si complimentavano. Un giorno strisciai accidentalmente contro un porta vasi in metallo che ho sul balcone, procurandomi uno squarcio nel piumino, che si aprì, come fosse stato di carta. Un altro piumino, dopo poco che lo portavo, cominciò a cedere nelle cuciture, che si allentarono, facendo uscire la piuma che è all'interno. Le etichette nella parte superiore delle maglie sono terribili, se non le taglio via subito (cosa che ora faccio), mi ritrovo con graffi e costine sulla pelle. Qualcosa di più morbido, no? Continuerò ad acquistare, perché i capi sono eleganti e vestono bene, ma solo in periodo di saldi, perché a prezzo pieno pretenderei una qualità superiore.

Ho sempre comprato jeans elasticizzati alla Upim o al mercato, e non ho mai avuto problemi. Approfittando di un'occasione mi sono regalata un paio di jeans Elena Mirò che mi stavano benissimo. Dopo il primo lavaggio (acqua fredda, detersivo delicato),hanno cominciato ad allargarsi. Ho continuato ad usarli fino a che non sono rimasta letteralmente in mutande, fortunatamente vicino a casa. Nel senso che dopo un po' che li ho indosso, cominciano a "mollarsi" progressivamente, ed alla fine scendono completamente. Ho chiesto lumi in giro ed ho scoperto che altre persone hanno avuto lo stesso problema. Ora non so se farli stringere da qualche sarta, con il pericolo che il tessuto ceda ulteriormente, oppure metterli nello staccapanni (sono in pratica nuovi!)

Ho acquistato da poco e non ho ancora…
Ho acquistato da poco sul sito e, non avendo ancora utilizzato i capi ordinati, non mi pronuncio in merito a durata di tessuti e colori ma posso dire che quanto ricevuto finora è in linea con le mie aspettative in merito a vestibilità, tipologia dei tessuti, cuciture, bottoni, cerniere etc. Ho solo riscontrato difficoltà a "centrare" le taglie utilizzando le tabelle di conversione presenti sul sito. Mi riferisco in particolare alla tabella "taglie e misure" (quella che distingue le taglie in XL, L etc) che non sembra corrispondere molto alla realtà, forse perché ho scelto capi che vestono comodi. Li ho tenuti ugualmente e ordinato altri di una taglia più piccola.

Pessimo servizio di sartoria
Pessimo servizio di sartoria. Ho pagato un paio di pantaloni, carissimi, e dovendo farli accorciare ho anche pagato salatamente il lavoro di sartoria. Il risultato è un orlo rabberciato: due pezzi attaccati insieme con una sola cucitura a macchina e l'orlo si rivolta al rovescio. Neanche mi hanno offerto il rimborso della spesa. Mi fa rabbia essere stata trattata in questo modo furfantesco. NON ANDATE A FARVI TRUFFARE ANCHE VOl. Il negozio è sempre deserto, per forza!

Se vogliono perdere clienti, continuino così, sono sulla via giusta!
Ho ordinato due capi sul sito Elena Mirò con lo sconto black friday. Purtroppo le taglie non andavano bene e ho chiesto se potevo effettuare una sostituzione. Mi è stato risposto che la sostituzione non è prevista e che dovevo fare il reso e poi riacquistare. Piccolo problema: riacquistando (anche se si trattava di un semplice cambio-taglia) lo sconto black friday non era più disponibile e i capi erano da riacquistare a prezzo pieno. Ho fatto presente la cosa al Customer Care, davvero molto poco "care", segnalando che si tratta di una pratica commerciale scorretta, con l’aggravante di non essere esplicitata e dunque passibile di segnalazione agli organismi regolatori del mercato e dei diritti del consumatore. Cosa che peraltro mi sto apprestando a fare. Risposta (del tutto fuori luogo) del Customer Care: “La informiamo che i prezzi dei nostri articoli sono sempre indicati sul nostro sito”. Non una parola sul resto. Ho replicato che trovavo offensiva una risposta del genere e che "chiedere è un diritto, rispondere è cortesia”. Ho anche evidenziato che se io avessi acquistato in un negozio fisico e fossi tornata il giorno dopo per un cambio taglia, non avrei pagato differenza alcuna ... e invece no, sorpresa! La risposta è stata che “anche per i cambi in negozio si paga la differenza dell'importo dell'articolo nel momento del cambio”. Mi pare una cosa surreale. Ovviamente, come ho scritto anche all’azienda, non acquisterò più nulla da Elena Mirò, a cui di certo non importerà nulla, ma esiste un’etica commerciale a cui le aziende dovrebbero attenersi e comunque, fossi in loro, non sottovaluterei il danno reputazionale che ne deriva, vedo che le recensioni in effetti non sono proprio brillanti. Ora spero che almeno mi restituiscano i soldi del reso. E per concludere, un'ultima considerazione anche questa già esternata all’azienda: un customer care, per definizione, ha (o dovrebbe avere) lo scopo di creare relazioni significative con i clienti, migliorando la loro esperienza con il marchio. In tal senso, questo customer care è un vero fallimento, ma di certo opera in coerenza con le policy aziendali. Se vogliono perdere clienti, continuino così, sono sulla giusta via! Come considerazione generale conclusiva, vorrei aggiungere che sarebbero opportune regole più stringenti per le vendite on-line e per le promozioni, che indirizzassero le aziende ad una maggiore trasparenza commerciale e ad un maggior rispetto verso il cliente, senza ritenere di poter impunemente fare ciò che vogliono, ricorrendo anche a pratiche commerciali discutibili.

Esperienza negativa
Da anni acquisto capi del marchio nei punti vendita vicino casa. A inizio Ottobre capito per caso nel punto vendita di Castel Romano, entro e spendo una cifra considerevole, acquistando molti capi. Premetto ero capitata li per caso, non dovevo fare acquisti ma passare il tempo, la disponibilità della commessa mi coinvolge ed alla fine spendo circa mille euro. Torno a casa che dista circa 25 chilometri, nelle buste manca una camicia, la mattina seguente chiamo il punto vendita e li inizia un teatrino che dura ancora oggi. Da principio mi chiedono di tornare al punto vendita a ritirare la camicia, faccio presente che dovrei fare 50 chilometri per andare a prenderla e tornare a casa e chiedo la possibilità di poterla ritirare in un punto vendita di Roma Nord, ce ne sono tanti; non essendo possibile chiedo se possono spedire al mio indirizzo usando un poni, mi dicono che l’azienda non usa poni per il trasferimento merce da un punto vendita all’altro e quindi per punizione mi porterà la camicia a casa la commessa che ha sbagliato, ovviamente me lo dicono esclusivamente per farmi desistere; chiedo un buono via e-mail da poter spendere in un punto vendita vicino casa, mi dicono che mi contatterà una responsabile perché loro non possono decidere in tal senso. Passano giorni e non mi chiama nessuno, alla fine richiamo io la responsabile non sa nulla. Spiego il tutto e lei mi dice che mi invierà la camicia a casa tramite poni. Passa un mese non mi contatta nessuno e a casa non arriva nulla, premetto che ho avuto altri problemi altrimenti sarei andata a prendermela, richiamo a malapena la responsabile si ricorda di me e mi dice che aveva delegato la risoluzione della cosa ad un’altra responsabile che evidentemente si era dimenticata, mi assicura che mi farà chiamare da lei il giorno seguente e mi chiede di avere pazienza… sono passate 2 settimane Nessuno mi ha contattata ancora e ho deciso che sono stanca di essere presa in giro per cui farò reclamo.

Da molti anni acquisto capi Elena Miro da quando in menopausa sono aumentata di peso . Un po’ cari di prezzo ma buona qualità e designer sempre al top e acquistandoli con lo sconto riesco a vestirmi a costi accettabili . Le signore del negozio via Lagrange a Torino sono gentilissime e sempre ben disponibili se devo fare un appunto la farei alla sartoria dove cuciono l’etichetta del brand . Rigido insopportabile sulla pelle e da prurito .potete studiare un etichetta morbida che non gratti la pelle ?

Negozzio "Elena Miro'" via Rizzoli, Bologna da evitare come una peste! Ho ordinato un capo sul sito con opzione "ritiro in negozzio", due giorni fa mi arrivata email che posso ritirare il pacco presso tale negozzio. Alle 13.00 arrivo in via Rizzoli 36b, dentro due comesse e 0 clienti (visto i'ora e caldo che c'e fuori). Communico alle sig.re il N del mio ordine (il quale ho scritto su un biglettino, visto che telefono mi sonobscordata a casa). Una di loro porta fuori da magazzino 3 pacchi dicendomi che nessuno di loro NON corrisponde al numero che l'ho communicato. Alla mia richiesta di controllare le info su computer del negozzio, o controllare se ci fosse un'altro pacco nel magazzino-la risposta c'e stata sempre negativa. "Sig.ra su nostri pacchi non viene riportato nome del cliente per la privacy (qnd non abbiamo bisogno del suo documento), ma ci serve la email che le arrivata con N del ordine"...??? Ma il numero velo gia' communicato...email vi serve sempre per la privacy?...riconrollare questo numero su computer no?... Vabbe'...sono tornata a casa, ricontrollato email e numero del ordine (che era sempre stesso) Chiamo in negozzio. La Sig.ra Daniela che mi ha risposto mi conferma che il pacco presente in negozzio, ma con toni e maniera poco garbata e educata nel spiegare perche' tale pacco non mi è stato dato prima. Che dire? Davvero pessimo servizio, sperando che al secondo giro riesco finalmente ad ritirare sto pacco!

Havde booket parkering fra mandag til mandag mens vi rejste. Onsdag får jeg en mail, mens vi sidder i udlandet, at min bil skal flyttes indenfor et døgn da Fields skulle afholde et arrangement. Jeg kontakter dem og fortæller det at det er umuligt. De flytter så min bil. Så efter ferien må jeg lede efter den. Finder den og har fået en p bøde fra europark. Kontakter dem, og de tager sig naturligvis af den… Men næ, så får jeg en rykker fra Europark, kontakter dem igen, og de har NETOP snakket med Europark og alt er i orden. Nu en uge efter har jeg stadig en gæld på 750DKKR til Europark. Useriøst firma uden lige!

Hei, olemme jo alusta alkaen olleet GoParkingin vuosiparkkiasiakkaita. Kokemuksemme koko tänä aikana on ollut pelkästään positiivista ja kaikki on toiminut loistavasti. Toki joskus ruuhka-aikoina olemme joutuneet väkisinkin hieman odottelemaan, enimmillään n. 20 min., mutta sekin on ihan ok. Tietysti on tosi harmillista kun vahinkoja tapahtuu. Min veninde og jeg havde booket ferie i juni 2024 og havde stilet bilen på GoParking’s parkeringsplads ved Fields. Da vi kom hjem fra ferie var der nogen der havde smadret vores bil. Da vi kontakter GoParking får vi afvide at de ikke har overvågning på deres parkeringspladser og at de nægter at betale for skaderne. Vi står nu med en kæmpe regning fra forsikringen og GoParking ryster bare på hovedet. Virkelig dårligt selskab. Parker din bil i lufthavnen hvor der er overvågning eller tag toget, GoParking stinker!

Had the same issue as just about everyone else. Made my order, they immediately took the money, it stayed in "awaiting fulfilment" for over a week. I messaged them stating my concern and how long it usually takes to fulfill. They of course messaged stating it is in hold due to age verification. How am I supposed to know that if they've never said anything about that? I had to reach out. So, they wanted a picture of my ID showing my name and date of birth.(Im in the 30's) Did that (even though it felt sketchy and probably was), then after another few days, they refunded my money with no explanation. I'm just thankful I got my money back. I don't understand how others get orders from this site, unless it's all fake. I would pay attention to all the negative reviews from this site. *Update* They left a message on my phone apologizing, something went wrong with the e-mail that I sent verifying my age. The Woman said she took care of everything and updated my information and that they shipped my items, hoping that they can regain my trust. I checked the site and it says shipped, $0.00. So if the package actually arrives, I will give them another go.* Fingers crossed that this WAS just a mistake and that there actually is an excellent customer service, because she sounded sincere and really nice.

I have been banned from commenting on the website of my local paper for breaking the rules. They won't tell me which rule I broke. They won't tell me which comment was the offending one. They won't enter into discussion or even acknowledge emails. However, racist comments and complete lies about migrants and asylum seekers are permitted. Complaints against them are not upheld. Apparently, illegal migrants receive free accommodation and £35 a day in benefits. No they don't. Illegal migrants get nothing. And apparently illegal migrants housed in a hotel locally (no, they were asylum seekers, who are not illegal) attempted to snatch a woman from the street in broad daylight. The Police know nothing about it, there were no witnesses and no woman reported the attempt. But it is okay to report this as 'fact' in the comments section. Disagreement is fine. Racist lies are not. But Newsquest / my local paper permits the latter but censors the former. And we have to ask why a paper is happy to let dishonest claims about asylum seekers remain on its pages. In the 1930's, Germany had Völkischer Beobachter. Today, England has Newsquest.

FURTHER UPDATE The March edition arrived as promised. I’m keeping the rating at 3 stars, although the issue was resolved it shouldn’t have had to come to the point where I had to email the CEO to get a response or a resolution. UPDATE After emailing the CEO the response was filtered down and I was contacted by the Group Customer Care Manager who Advised that there had been a problem in the ‘systems’ and that the coding had been changed in order to rectify this. There had also been issues around communication in the call centre and this had been dealt with. Mum has now received the ‘freebie’ February magazine and is still waiting for the March edition, which is the first magazine of the subscription. ORIGINAL POST Took out a subscription to Dumfries and Galloway Life in December 2024, a Christmas gift for my mum. She activated the subscription on 26/12/24 which meant that she missed out on the January edition but should receive the February edition (which would be sent out in the 3rd week of January) I have sent a number of emails and have spoken to someone at the customer care centre - each time I’m told that the magazine has been sent and that I should wait for 7 working days before I make contact again. Apparently the magazine has been sent today (again) so I have to wait another 7 days. The March edition is now being released next week. I enquired about cancelling the subscription (due to the magazine being paid for but not materialising) and was told that I can’t cancel because the 14-day grace period has passed ! Ridiculous. I would not recommend using this organisation as they do not fulfil their promises. They took my £50 and didn’t send any magazines. FEELING RIPPED OFF Hoping Trading Standards can help

I have an online subscription to a local newspaper and from time to time minor issues arise - a subscription not recognised or a link to an article not working. I have always found the Newsquest Customer Care Centre to be quickly responsive in resolving problems. They compare very favourably with Customer Service depts of much larger organisations.

This company should be banned from trading . I am a small business and they got in touch with me when I was advertising for staff . They promised me over the phone to sen me 200 CV’s they had on file for suitable applicants . They sent me out 12 CV’s of people who were unsuitable or who lived 3 hours away , they then wanted £1200 for their service . After numerous phone calls and emails letting them know I was not happy with their service , the threatening letters started arriving from debt collectors . Newsquest should be dismantled
This company is everything that is wrong with media standards in the UK .... genuinely the worst journalistic, editorial, copy example of an accredited publisher. I can't speak to one example without pointing to one hundred examples. These are s holes need to be not just fined, but dismantled for SO many reasons. Mostly for normalising toxic, unchecked content, combined with such a low standard in writing standards it's beyond funny. (If this reads like someone with a grudge, it is, but it's not a personal one. I'm just sick of 'local' publications reading like a teenage conspiracy website that doesn't even spell check!)

New user - banned from commenting.
Took out a subscription for the first time ever to the (Glasgow) Herald only to find I was immediately banned from commenting on articles. How could I be banned as brand new subscriber. I contacted various 'contact's' on the Papers website to try and resolve and no one could or would resolve for me so I cancelled my subscription and got my money back. Edit 17/01/2025 So as you can see Newsquest asked me to e-mail them below which I did on 17th December. A month later and since I e-mailed, I've had no response.

If only I could give no stars! An age to get answered on the phone, then pressing lots of buttons to get where I needed. When they told me my payment wasn’t accepted and to try again I found they were trying to take the full subscription price and not the offer price. I gave up in frustration and disgust.

Subscription payment method stopped working through no fault of my own. Added two more payment methods, but no way of specifying those as the new default payment method. Emailed customer service. They took over a week to reply and when they did, they told me how to add a payment method and that I would then be able to specify that as the default payment method. Tone deaf customer service.

What a scam
What a scam. I purchased tickets Jan. 2025 through this site for a musical and the 3rd party broker, changed my seats right before the show and had us sitting directly on top of a column. I contacted plumbenefits and they refused to take accountability. I even had the theater investigate what happened and they agreed the broker violated policy and that they were suspending them from selling tickets moving forward. Plumbenefits feel that because the seats were moved up it automatically equals an upgrade and that is false. Horrible customer service and they refuse to refund me for my original purchase. The company is attempting to spin the narrative with their reply, and they are lying. The seats in row E were completely different from row B seats we received. I would refrain from purchasing anything from a merchant that doesn't stand by the customer.

Terrible !!!!! I made a reservation on Monday I call the hotel the day before check in and they advise me there is no reservation listed for me. I called plumbenefits to confirm why the hotel is not showing any reservation for me all they could advise me is to use the confirmation number sent via email which I did . The hotel couldn’t find anything under that nor under my name! I will be filing a dispute with my bank I am not going to drive 4 hours to a resort that has no reservation listed for me !! Do not book ANYTHING through them!!!!

BEWARE! SCAM COMPANY! Their travel booking is a SCAM! I tried booked with them over the phone three times for a package deal and they transferred me to Priceline. I told the Priceline agent I would like to book w plumbenefits benefits and they had no idea what plumbenefits is and made it clear they ARE NOT associated with PLUMBENEFITS! So I booked online and they don’t tell you the true grand total. The GRAND TOTAL they show you on the website is COMPLETELY different than the real grand total. YOU DONT SEE THE GRAND TOTAL TILL YOUR CARD IS CHARGED! Imagine the price you thought you check out with is $14K but they charge your card $19K. SCAM!!! BEWARE! I tried asking for supervisor and apparently there’s no supervisor! update- They ask for me to reach out. but upon reaching out no one was able to assist. I ordered broadway tickets on 11/19/24 for Back to the Future. The show was on Saturday, 12/14/24. I was supposed to get my tickets 48-72 hours before the show. I started calling and emailing 2 days before. Every time I called I was told they do not have an update. These tickets were for my husband's birthday. He's is currently going through chemo for non-Hodkins lymphoma. The day was supposed to be a fun day out for our family. I was on the phone with customer service the morning of the play for more than two hours. Waiting for a supervisor. No one could tell me if I had tickets. My family and I waited for a supervisor to let us know if we should go into NYC. Then one hour before the show they emailed them to me. It takes me two hours to get into NYC. I missed 75% of the show. My four tickets cost me $725 and I didn’t so much as get a sorry or a refund. I got NOTHING besides a headache. Never again will I use plumbenefits. After posting I received an e-mail that plumbenefits would give me a $50 voucher to use in the future. Seriously they should refund me 100% just for the aggravation and missing the show. What horrible customer service dept.

I’m astonished to find the Harborough Merry Maids have quoted a charge of £110, 000 an hour . I hope it’s a complete misunderstanding as Google tells me that’s an annual salary for more that £228,000 a year . So , twice the salary of our Prime Minister and twice what most hospital consultants are likely to earn. I’ve seen the negative reviews on Trustpilot but what are people paying who judge they did a good job ??

My daughter contacted Merry Maids in Lincoln and firstly the lady she spoke to was really rude and off hand and secondly she said they only do fortnightly cleaning and that they don’t charge by the hour. She was extremely dismissive of my daughter. I’m surprised they have any customers with this attitude. Don’t bother contacting them.

Smell only, no real cleaning
£80 for a two-hour clean at my flat. Specified to clean two bathrooms. I was not in when they came but as far as I can tell: 1. They surely did not clean for two hours, not even one as I saw dust in my bathtub and bathroom tiles. 2. They sprayed some strong detergent scent at the entrance to deceive me when I came home, but hardly any real cleaning was done. Will never use.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
We booked 6 people flights to Brazil and When we arrived to the airport the airline didn't knew who we were, we didn’t have asigned seats in the flight. The problem? TRAVELFORM didn't shared the codes internally between airlines and of course, we lost the flight. They relocated us into a new flight 3 days later. We got to the airport 24 hours before the flight and again we couldn't do the check in again we didn’t appear as passengers. They didn’t share that esential code with the airlines. We spent about 10 hours in the airport talking to the airline and managed to get into a flight, 48 hours later. The support from the agency was pathtic. we called TRAVELFORM more than 25 calls within 2 days. In most of the occasions it took more than 30 minutes to get somebody in the line and the answers took more than 3 Hours!!!! We claim a refund of the tickets or a compensation. We had additional expenses: 2 more vacation days, missed important meetings, and other consecuences for the pathetic management of the agency. Our reservation number is QQMKQ4RP If we don't get a compensation, we will start legal actions against this company. To sum up: if u dont want to pass through this anxiety/terrible situation DONT BOOK with TRAVELFORM…EVER!

ESTAFADORES. Fuimos a Cuba y el avión de vuelta nos cambiaron de fecha. Hablando con ellos nos proponen otra fecha que nos viene mal. Decidimos coger un avión a parte para volver. Hablamos con ellos de nuevo y no explican que sin problemas. Que cojamos el avión de ida como estaba estipulado y que cuando estemos en Cuba cancelemos el de vuelta y no habrá problema. Como ya nos intuíamos que nos pondrían pegas, insistimos mucho y tenemos muchas pruebas donde ellos nos decían que no habría problemas. Total, que un mes después nos dicen que no devuelven. Ponemos reclamación en consumo y ahora mismo nos llega que alegan que he tardado mas de 3 meses en reclamar (cuando tengo pruebas donde reclamo antes y durante 1 mes 4 veces). En resumen, hacen todas las triquiñuelas posibles para alargar este proceso, a ver si se te olvida o se te pasa. Consejo: Sed insistentes en vuestra reclamación para luego tener pruebas. ¡GUERRA A ESTAS ESTAFADORAS!

Arrivé à Barcelone on va au check-in pour le vol de new york et on explique à la dame au guichet ce qui s'est passé hier avec l'histoire du surbooking ect et on lui a expliqué que la compagnie vueling nous a donné 0 nouvelle pour ce vol et nous a dit de voir ça en espagne. Et QUELLE SUPRISE la dame fait un appel et nous explique qu'ils ont aucune info sur notre vol pour new york et qu'ils essaieront de trouver une solution dans 30min, ils nous disent "allez à barcelone et vous verrez à barcelone" et quand on arrive la bas on nous dit "ouais on a rien pour vous mais attendez 30min", sachant qu'hier on a attendu presque 4h pour avoir des nouvelles de nos vols ils nous prennent pour leurs chiens. La cerise sur le gâteau, la compensation financière a été utilisée que pour le vol Nantes-Barcelone, notre vol Barcelone-New York nous a jamais été remboursé. C’EST SCANDALEUX !!

big mistake buying from this company
I made a big mistake buying from this company. Wanted to change a ticket, normally the airlines accepts cancellation. After 6-7 emails, They are making baseless and misleading statements. “You can not change route, and I send another email what if changing only the date, they give wrong information. The support team is doing everything they can to stall and avoid resolving the issue. Just tell me you can’t change anything and that’s it. My recommendation would be to buy a ticket from the airline company itself.

Al llegar al aeropuerto, la aerolínea no tenía registro de nuestra reserva, ya que la agencia de viajes no compartió los códigos correctamente. Como resultado, perdimos nuestro vuelo. Nos reubicaron en otro vuelo tres días después. Sin embargo, al llegar al aeropuerto con 24 horas de anticipación, nuevamente no pudimos hacer el check-in porque el código no había sido compartido otra vez. Pasamos alrededor de 10 horas en el aeropuerto intentando resolver la situación con la aerolínea y finalmente logramos embarcar en un vuelo 48 horas más tarde. Durante todo este tiempo, el soporte de la agencia fue prácticamente inexistente. Complete Travel Nightmare – Incompetence, Zero Support, and a Ruined Trip
We booked flights for 6 people with this company, and the experience was an absolute disaster from the start. Upon arriving at the airport, the airline had no idea who we were, as the travel agency failed to share the codes internally. As a result, we missed our flight. We were rebooked on a flight 3 days later, but when we showed up at the airport 24 hours before the new departure, we were again unable to check in because the code still hadn’t been shared. We ended up spending over 10 hours at the airport dealing with the airline staff and finally managed to get on a flight 48 hours later than the original. The agency's support was non-existent the entire time. I’ve logged more than 25 calls to the agency over a span of two days, and on several occasions, I had to wait over 30 minutes just to get someone on the line. The lack of support is absolutely unacceptable. I demand a full refund for the tickets or adequate compensation. We’ve incurred additional expenses, had to request 2 extra vacation days, missed important meetings, and suffered countless other inconveniences due to this agency’s abysmal management. Our reservation number is QQMKQ4RP. If we do not receive acceptable compensation, we will have no choice but to take legal action against this company.

Don’t use this agency if you don’t want to lose your money
Have not seen a worst service and support in my life. I booked flights, they didn’t send the right codes to the airlines, and we couldn’t flight. It was our dream trip and became a terrible nightmare thanks to this agency. They never helped, we lost 1000€. Their support was close to 0. Had to call them more than 70 times to get some assistance. Please don’t use this agency. UPDATE 07/02 Also worth to mention. Company will always reply things like “we will carefully review” or “contact us for compensation”. They will never compensate or review, I guarantee that. Thankfully, 6 of us were affected at the same time and we will use a lawyer to go to trial and get back our money.

Sigo reclamando el reembolso del monto que me cobraron en octubre 24 por cambio de datos de pasajero, gestión que no realizaron y tuve que solucionarlo yo misma con la aerolínea horas antes de vuelo. Dice que han hecho un reembolso, sin preguntar antes, otra mala gestion, a una cuenta que ya no existe. Con lo cual me siguen adeudando 45 euros. Además de que no solucionaron mi problema inicial aunque el gasto de la gestión lo cobraron inmediatamente, tardaron meses en reconocer que no podían hacerlo, tuve que solucionarlo yo. Ahora llevo 1 mes reclamando que me devuelvan mi dinero! Me cobraron por un servicio no prestado! Nunca más compraré nada. A esta agencia. Ya estoy en contacto con ustedes por e-mail, una tal Iryna me contesta, no necesito que me identifiquen aquí.

Kresta measured the blinds incorrectly. Supplied and fitted 2/4 blinds and left clips on the others where the blinds didnt fit. They said they would come back with replacement blinds. 6 months later we have nothing. We attempted to contact them several times and they did not respond. We went to Fair Trading. They told Fair Trading they would contact us to fix the problem. A month later...nothing.

Kawana Store 11/11/24 - order placed, deposit paid. Informed curtains would be in by Christmas. 12/12/24 - recieved email stating order had been sent to the factory, and would be installed mid- January. I called the office and said I was told by Xmas. They informed me the cut off date was in October. I advised I had no curtains hanging, and was very displeased with the misleading information provided on ordering. I was advised that I would recieve a call to follow up on my complaint - no call recieved. 5/12/24 - another email recieved from Kresta advising my order would arrive in approx 6 weeks. I again responded saying I had made a complaint and had not recieved any communication from Kresta. 23/01/25 - curtains finally installed. Further email sent to Kresta asking to escalate my complaint regarding misleading information on ordering. 28/01/25 - phone call recieved from Kresta. The employee stated she wasn't there for the conversation during ordering, so can't be sure what I was informed and that she would have to follow up. I said I was surprised that this is only now being looked at, and the communication from Kresta was appalling. I recieved an insincere apology, and told "I don't know what you want from this". I highly recommend spending your money with another company that will provide accurate ordering processes and information and hopefully you don't ever need a complaint process with Kresta because unfortunately they are completely incompetent.

Cheap for a reason, do not buy anything from this company. Does not even deserve 1 star. Salesperson was ok but everything went downhill afterwards. Shop assistant was unwilling to help with final fabric and track selection as the sales belong to the salesperson! Took a bit longer to deliver but the nightmare starts with installation. First time, the installer called at the last minute that he can't do it due to the previous job took a lot longer to install. Second time, my product was placed at the back of their warehouse so the installer could not get the products out. Third time, installer finanly came with my product but the warehouse guy took off the bracket so can not be installed. Now waiting for the fourth time this Saturday.... Very unprofessional company and do not buy from them.

Unusable blinds. Shoddy installer. Kresta want $83 to check problem
Initially seemed fine. Then issues with installation. Worked well for 7 months now tracks are pulling away from the ceiling and are largely unusable. Clearly unfit for purpose. 8k job. Contacted Kresta. They want $83 to arrange a call out to inspect when photos alone show that wall plugs have been used in the ceiling. They won't refund the $83 when they find the fault. Surely a breach of consumer law as warranty applies. I used Wynstan last two times I needed blinds. They are excellent! Kresta Warrawong.

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered and paid in full as required for roller blinds and some sheers and blockout curtains. Initial measure and quote by Mary was excellent. Had 2 extra measures due to ceiling height and type of track installed. All roller blinds went in fine almost 7weeks after ordering.there was an issue with blockout even though they had checked twice before installing. Tech took back the blind for fixing, had ordered with plenty of time for an upcoming surgery requiring a dark recovery room. Requested urgent as time went on- no one seemed to know who was doing what and several weeks later still begging for curtain returned and installed. Company called to finally book re install almost 4weeks later for what was meant to be a simple hook changeover only to try and call and tell me double booked and wanted changed again?!I refused to try and change booking as I had already waited long enough. Would never ever again use or recommend this company.

Purchased Brazilian marinated chicken thighs and peri peri marinated buffalo wings on 4th September. The date on the chicken said keep refrefirated up to 11 sept. I kept the chicken in the fridge and cooked it all on Saturday 6th September. By Sunday 7th my youngest child was throwing up, stomach pain and diarrhoea, by Monday (10th sep) I’m myself had to leave work and come early as I got taken ill with vomiting and stomach cramps, then by Monday night my eldest and middle daughter followed with the vomiting and then my husband took ill from Tuesday.

I did my Qurbani with Haji Baba for the last two years and the way Mr Faysal took the order and eventually delivered it over the last two years were simply awesome. Ordered 2 lamb qurbanis a week before Eid ul adha for pickup from Oldbury. Service was amazing the cutting and packing was more than I expected usually you just get a box but here every piece had its own wrapping to easily distinguish for distribution.

Got mince beef and the smell was off from the start but I ignored it and cooked and even then with all the seasoning the smell and taste was off and after hours of consuming it, there's an after taste and food poisoning. Mi experiencia con inside un 0. Me regalaron una prenda comprada el 4 de enero de 2025 y debido a la Dana me ha sido imposible ir a la tienda ya que vivo a 100 km de la misma. Primero para quitarle la placa de seguridad y segundo para descambiar porque me estaba pequeña. Acudo el 5 de febrero y me dicen que no la cambian porque ha pasado los 30 días. Entiendo que tienen que cumplir con las normas, pero hay que ser un poco empático y por un día saltarse es norma. Solo pedí cambiarlo por una talla más grande y me dicen que no. Por mi parte no voy a pasar esa tienda en la vida.

Normalmente hago pedidos online para luego recoger en tienda o en tienda pocas veces porque estoy enferma pero a veces se entienda y nunca me han fallado. La ropa me parece que está muy bien. A mí al menos me llega todo bien y en perfecto estado. Si alguna vez he hecho una devolución lo he hecho en tienda y muy bien sin problemas. Es una ventaja que cosas que no haya en la tienda física puedas comprarlo online y te llegue a la tienda física y gratuitamente.. Le doy un diez. Y cruzo los dedos por si acaso.

However due to tte time since the transaction they are not able to pay out. Advice being go back to company who are not replying to emails. This company should be ashamed off themselves. Bodenlose Frechheit. Bofrost liefert jetzt in meiner Umgebung und als eine nette junge Dame vor der Tür stand lies ich mir einen Katalog geben und gab ihr meine Telefonnummer. Ich habe mir wirklich NICHTS gefunden im gesamten Katalog. Wenige Tage kam wie ausgemacht der Anruf ob und was ich bestellen möchte. Meine Antwort "ich habe in ihrem Sortient nichts passendes gefunden" wollte die Dame nicht verstehen und wurde gleich von der Stimme her unfreundlicher. Habe dann diesen Anruf beendet. Seither hat jeden Tag mind. 1 mal, Rekord war 3 mal an einem Tag mein Handy geläutet und wenn ich sie wegdrücke spricht sie mir auf die Mailbox. WAS VERSTEHEN SIE AN "ICH WILL BEI IHNEN NICHTS KAUFEN" NICHT????? Hohe Preise, Telefonterror,... und das nur weil die Dame mit dem Katalog recht sympatisch rüber kam. Die kann bestimmt auch nichts dafür, weil das mit 100%iger Sicherheit nicht die Dame ist die mich TÄGLICH anruft.

Wucher - Preise und Geldmacherei
Habe mir den Katalog von der Dame geben lassen, da Bofrost bei uns seit neuestem liefert. Ich finde die Preise frech, also wirklich überteuert. Im Katalog gibt es keinerlei Hinweise zu Inhaltsstoffen, Herkunft des Fleisches etc. Meiner Meinung nach wird hier viel Geldmacherei auf dem Rücken von Menschen betrieben, die aus gesundheitlichen oder anderen Gründen nicht regelmäßig einkaufen fahren können. Habe dies der Dame am Telefon auch gesagt, die einen dann nach 2 Tagen, nachdem man den Katalog in die Hand gedrückt bekommen hat, anruft um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Übrigens versteht man die recht schlecht, da im Hintergrund gefühlt 10 andere Telefone läuten. Leider war mit ihr keine sachliche Diskussion über oben genannte Punkte möglich, ich wurde sofort abgewürgt - mein Fazit ist und bleibt daher: die Preise sind Wucher und Geldmacherei.

Als ich kürzlich eine Torte bestellen wollte bekam ich die Meldung „wir liefern nicht in Ihre Region“. Umso verwunderter war mein Mann, als heute ein Bofrost Vertreter bei uns läutete und ihm einen Katalog in die Hand gedrückt hat. Allerdings wurde dieser Vertreter sehr ungehalten, als mein Mann ihm seine Handynummer nicht geben wollte. Er hat ihm sogar den Katalog wieder aus der Hand gerissen. Das ist keine gute Werbung für die Firma und überhaupt ist die Verpflichtung eine Tel. Nr. anzugeben nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Man sollte frei entscheiden können wie man kontaktiert werden möchte.

Es wurde ein Termin zur Lieferung telefonisch vereinbart (eine Vertretung meines Betreuers) und ich kam extra nach Hause und wartete, allerdings kam niemand, ich wurde auch nicht kontaktiert und konnte trotz mehrfacher Versuche, am Telefon niemanden erreichen, auch da wurde nicht zurückgerufen. Kundendienst sieht anders aus. Ich werde meine Käufe jedenfalls so lange einstellen, bis sich endlich einmal jemand dieses Unternehmens findet, der diese Vorgehensweise aufklärt, denn das passiert mir schon mehrfach. So will ich keine Geschäftsbeziehung haben.

But thennnnn the problem started. It is now February 2025 and i am still waiting on my refunds. Mind you, i've been emailing them every single month, week and now every day. I always get the same lame excuse that they've forwarded my message to their accounting department on "high priority". it's been OVER A YEAR TO GET MY REFUND. Nadat ik een reservering had gemaakt via rehlat in Strasburg. Bij aankomst was daar niks van bekend. Bellen met rehlat daar werd niet gezocht naar een oplossing. Wel hebben ze me 4 uur laten geloven dat er een oplossing zou komen. 300 euro betaald voor 1 nacht waar ik geen gebruik van heb kunnen maken. Zelf nieuw hotel moeten zoeken en nog eens 400 euro moeten betalen voor 1 nacht omdat vele hotels vol zaten. Nog steeds na bijna 3 maanden nog geen refund ontvangen. Wat een naar bedrijf.

So far no refund a month down the line of canceling and just the nonsense automated replies say 'forwarded this to our Finance Department on high priority'. Having seen them advertising on Google Maps I thought this travel group were a legitimate travel organisation but it seems they're scammers. I am going to complain to Google and their Maps division asking them to review and remove Rehlat from advertising there, as many people have lost money, turned up with no bookings and generally being fleeced by these charlatans. I suggest anyone who reads this and has been poorly served by Rehlat do the same.

Poor everything
I think this website and the people managing it are frauds. They changed my booking and increased fares 24 hrs before arrival of my guest in spite of paying in full 20 days before. I eventually cancelled it. Now that I am following up for my refund it has taken at least 20 mails and countless telephone calls. I still do not have a response. Finally they have refunded my money after 3 months, 20 calls, over 2 dozen emails and 1 review on trust pilot.

No aftercare or keeping in touch after surgery
Can not recommend. Clinic's customer service after operation is non existing! No control check times are given, no keeping in touch after surgery. The clinic's offer and instructions talk about after surgery control checkups, but the reality is, there is none. You pay for nothing. I never got an answer why was i not given any post-op checkup times, instead the client coordinator wrote to me how "many women prefers not to come to the aftercare appointment", which seems very odd thing to say, and certainly is not a reason not to take care of your patients. It feels like they are only interest from your money. I suggest go somewhere else, where patients are actually been taken care of. UPDATE: fixed the date of experience. Operation happened in aug 21st.

The reason for 2 star is for quality…
The reason for 2 star is for quality and communication style and level of expertise as far as fat transfer. The doctor did a good job with liposuction - only positive point to give. minimal scars etc. However, the results did not last at all and the money spent on the procedure was basically wasted. The operation was double or more the time and that cant be very good for someone's health either. The patient needs to be made aware of and given a choice. It felt more of just getting it over with and retrieving one's money. There are better and safer non-surgical alternatives out there to achieving more permanent results. The doctor's communication style was unique as well. Numerous inspections were conducted and in areas, that were not needed, leaving question marks regarding someone's dignity. Something to def. watch out for.

Beställde solfilm ”proffs”. Otroligt dålig kvalite, och minsta lilla rörelse utvecklade veck och skador på solfilmen. Följde noggrant de ganska svårtydliga instruktionerna men resultatet blev ändå undermåligt. En del var felskuren, så jag fick en ny efter ett par veckor. Visserligen rätt längd, men den var inte formskuren som utlovades. Vid kontakt säger dom att de äger inget ansvar i produkternas kvalite, snarare att det är utföraren/kunden som förstört filmen. Vid påpekande att den ena biten fortfarande inte var rätt så var svaret ”vi har skrivit på hemsidan att det kan bli så att du kan behöva skära biten själv”. Med tanke på att jag köpt dyra färdigsskurna bitar som ändå inte var klara, kunde jag ha köpt en rulle solfilm för en bråkdel av priset. Och förmodligen blivit bättre bemött.

Bra kundbemötande och snabb leverans! Köpte deras färdigskurna proffssolfilm från Solar Gard. Vet att det finns bilverkstäder som använder den när de tonar rutor till kunder. Givetvis tabbade jag mig nästan direkt och repade filmen när jag skulle forma den efter rutan. Som tur är har de rabatt man kan få på nytt köp.

Sen när man ska få "hjälp" av kundservice med hur och vad man ska använda Alla produkter till som är så fantastiskt viktiga då är det snålt med info. Nu när jag väk skulle få upp filmen så visa det sig att den är så felskuret att personen som utfört arbetet måste vara synskadad. Brought my fiesta st in march , they take forever to get back to you after sales is not great . Less than a year into ownership the paint on my drivers door has started flaking away badly . Call to ask if the car had any paint work done as this it not a normal thing to happen . Still waiting for a reply this is day 3 . Pre checks don’t exist, the car was handed to me with warped breaks creaking engine mount clicking drop links . Took ages to finally get it sorted . Mac says he will call back and never dose . Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. My experience with Auto village has been an exemplary display of customer service. Purchased an Evoque on the 6th April, took it back to them a week later with a noise issue & agreed to take it in & sort it asap. Where do i start
Where do i start. We have had nothing but problems with AutoVillage AND the car we bought since the day we bought it, over 3 years ago. There are so many issues over the years, but i would 100% never buy a car from this company again. Not least the lady who answers the phone - her customer service skills are non existent, who goes out of her way to make you feel stupid. I thought maybe she just was having a bad day the first time i spoke to her, but no she is rude and condescending all of the time. She really needs to go on a customer service course. I cant stress enough how much of a bad experience we have had over the years with this company. The straw that broke the camels back was the most recent conversation with said lady only a couple of days ago. She is just rude. I have emailed the company in the past with previous complaints and they never acknowledged they were in the wrong. Do not buy a car from here and if you do hope and prey that you dont need to contact them for any reason. ** Update in response to autovillage response. There were a myriad of issues and we actually gave up coming to you as soon as the warranty expired. Ill give one example of how your front of house lady graced us with her impeccable customer service; When we bought the car we noticed (in the sunlight) there were scratches all over the windscreen. We took it back to you and did you offer to replace the windscreen? No. It wasnt scratches, it was a heated windscreen she told us. And refused to accept it was Auto Villages problem. When i informed her that the ssanyong tivoli (do not buy these cars people they are AWFUL) does not have a heated windscreen she begrudgingly gave in, took the car in to be looked at and ultimately conceded that the windscreen was infact scratched and that AutoVillage would pay for the repair if we claimed on our insurance - and it would be reimbursed, which it was. I could go on; when the display unit was faulty and was constantly showing a bright white screen and when i suggested that it was distracting to drive with i was almost laughed at. Probably about 6 months later it was replaced. I think if people there just cared about their customers a bit more, when things go wrong it wouldnt be such a sh1 t show to get things resolved. I have learned alot in the years ive owned this car; not least, do not buy a car from autovillage and if you do, dont buy a Ssanyong Tivoli. And in response to the "havent seen you since.." thats because the last contact i made was over the phone and i didnt bring the car in to be looked at. I will be taking it to another garage to be fixed until the day i can get rid of it. Good riddance to a pile of ****

Several years of great car purchasing
I have bought 3 cars from Autovillage over the years and have always been pleased with the cars and with the service that I have received. Two for myself and one for my children - the previous two lasted extremely well - and mine only became problematic after a poor decision to drive through a very flooded road! So - I needed to replace it. The latest car - a Ssangyong Tivoli (Autovillage are the local dealer) is a real joy. I'd wanted an SUV for some time - but didn't have the budget to purchase. However, Autovillage got me a good deal on the car and I get a real kick out of driving it. Thank you.

My advice is go elsewhere & under no circumstances purchase an extended used car warranty. I was left with a car off road because of failure to order parts when the said they had, which compromised the car passing it’s MOT. They had 4 months notice to get the part, didn’t communicate back to me with any updates & I was then told that I would have to source the part myself by Sharon on the service desk who is rude & unhelpful at every given opportunity. Having seen other similar reviews I decided to take this to small claims court not because I expected to be financially compensated (as terms & conditions of the warranty mean you have no claim against AutoVillage but only against the third party warranty provider) but because after what Mr Boyce boasts as over 40 years of working in the motor industry I believe he needed a short, sharp reminder that the ongoing customer service Auto Village currently provide leaves little to be desired. Maybe after all these years he should be perhaps striving for better than 100% unhappy customer reviews & being rated no 21 out of 21 car dealerships in Cheltenham. Please do better Mr Boyce.

My experience with Autovillage…
My experience with Autovillage Cheltenham started off very well. I saw a car I liked, ticked most of my boxes. Chatted with Mac over the phone, seemed a really pleasant chap. I popped in and drove the car, it was all good. Mac was very accommodating, kept stating how nice it was to deal with nice people, blah blah blah. I phoned in later and gave a deposit of £250 on the car. However something was niggling me about the whole thing so I decided to withdraw from the sale. I emailed Mac and also sent a message via Facebook to the owner Paul Boyce. Explained my situation and apologised for cancelling the sale. I can only assume that to Autovillage I am now not one of the nice people Mac referred to as they have blanked me ever since. No response to emails whatsoever. Regardless of Mac’s speech about how good the business is and how they deal with people who own acres of land, as a business you have only reinforced the numerous poor reviews you have obtained. Whilst I understand I pulled out of the sale I had nothing stating the refund was not refundable? As I made the payment over the phone I assumed distance selling would be in place? Regardless of what I thought and what their policy is their total lack of respect and ignorance only support their poor customer relations but support all the negative reviews they receive. In a nutshell I wouldn’t ever use them again, I certainly would not recommend them. I would advise potential customers to read all the reviews about Autovillage Cheltenham before getting involved with them.

My Review starts with having been ripped off by Ageas & the Co-op 'White Collar Criminal' Car Insurance Industry whereby I'd been ripped off over a 'No Fault' Claim which was now going to cost me approx 30% of my vehicle cost just to get back on the road again! What a complete SCAM that is! My relationship started well with Cheltenham Auto Village and the Salesman was very sympathetic. And having been given all the Assurances I needed of the Replacement Vehicle ticking most of the boxes including the oversold 'Peace of Mind' Warranty, I made the purchase for a replacement vehicle and even sent him some homemade Cake as a Thank You! But as Bad Luck had it, the Power Steering failed after about 5 months (vehicle barely driven) and then my troubles started again! My Repair Garage got the usual fob off from what was now the 'not worth the paper its written on' AutoProtect Warranty as it seems 'anything' on a 2nd hand vehicle is automatically put down to 'wear & tear'! And guess what, they want to have nothing to do with the Owner, only the Garage ... how convenient! I challenged this with Cheltenham Auto as I had been assured the vehicle had gone through vigorous 'Checks' which clearly it hadn't as my Garage had also confirmed the Pipes were rotten even though the Pump had failed! Albeit, I was trying to deal with this during 'Lockdown' which lets face it, has become the Biggest Excuse for companies to do 'bugger all' whilst most sit on their backsides enjoying Furlough at our Expense but of course, it took 'months' to resolve! And by the way this franchised 'operation' is run by a silver tongued, Mr Paul Boyce. Yes, our very own, alive and kicking Fools & Horses, Boycie! In the end I did get recompensed for a replacement Power Steering system but not without a Major Fight and a lot of unnecessary unpleasantness and the threats of Small Claims Court but I have to say 'Boycie' true to form, wasn't going to give anything away! My Warning To Others ... Do Not buy Cars from Dealers (dodgy or otherwise) and have them persuade you the 'Included Warranty' is worth something as it is nothing but a SCAM! They earn a very good Commission out of flogging these 'fit for nothing' documents which, when you really check, covers nothing much at all. Also, 'Included' does not mean 'Free' and you are still paying for this to the tune of +/- £500! Be Smart ... Negotiate a Discount and arrange for an Independent like the AA to do a proper Vehicle Check and do not trust a Micky Mouse 2nd Hand Car Dealer to competently do this for you! A Big Time, Lesson Learned!

Worst service I’ve ever had!
So, about 2 1/2 weeks ago me and my partner was served by Mac at the Cheltenham branch. Started really good, he let us just crack on and look at the Nissan Qashqai that we was interested in, we really liked it so we put a deposit of £250 on it. We sat down we gave him details for the finance and he said he was going to give us a call back and let us know how you got on. Two days later I called him as I’ve not heard from him to see how the finance was getting on and he responded saying that he was sorry as he’s been really busy and there has been issues with the finance come through. We agreed that we was going to do this via my partners details for the finance and he was happy to do that but he said he will call me back in two days (Thursday morning). 3 days later I called them and spoke to Mac and he said that he was really busy with “paperwork” and that he will call me back in 20 minutes. We waited 20 minutes, then 30 minutes and nothing again... Then five days later after not hearing from Mac, I called them back and spoke to (I presume) his manager and said that I am still waiting to hear from Mac as he promised me a call back in 20 minutes. I also explained that Mac has not been good at all with communication considering that we are just trying to purchase a vehicle and that we put a deposit on it, he apologise for the inconvenience explained this has not had a work and that he will get Mac to call me back first thing the next day as the one in the current day. Mac called me back on the next day about 12 o’clock midday, didn’t apologise for being six days late calling me back, he asked to take the details from my partner and then said “Okay so the Nissan is gone, it’s sold”! But he said not to worry as he can find a similar car but it might not be the same colour or the same mileage or the same price as what I put a deposit on. As you can imagine this didn’t go down too well with me as I’ve just paid £250 deposit for a vehicle, waited two weeks to get the vehicle sorted just to find out that he had sold the vehicle a week before our phone call that day. He didn’t bother telling us that the vehicle had been sold, to be honest I couldn’t believe that he had sold the car after we had put a deposit on it of £250!!!! After this experience I would not recommend this dealership and I would not recommend being served by Mac as the customer service that we experience was disgusting. After waiting for false promises for two weeks of about four phone calls, the amount of chasing that I had to do, just to find out that the car that we put the deposit on has been sold to a different person and his response was half-arsed and unprofessional. I hope lessons can be taught from this.

Slechtste ervaring ooit 12.500 euro kwijt. Ben er met open ogen ingetrapt. Gaven advies om te beleggen in binnen Amerikaanse vluchten werd doorverbonden naar een hoog persoon die dat advies gaf. Binnen een avond alles kwijt. Reageert nergens meer op als je klant ben kom je niet van ze af. Ben je alles kwijt hoor je ze niet. 3 maanden later werd ik gebeld door een andere medewerker van het bedrijf of ik het nog eens wilde proberen. Die heeft de wind van voren gehad. Het bedrijf zit op Cyprus de s niks tegen te doen. Begin er niet aan

Det här är nog det sämsta jag har gjort i hela mitt långa liv, att jag gick på denna bluff. I början verkade allt bra, men sedan skulle jag satsa ännu mer för att "rädda det som redan var investerat". Märkligt resonemang. När jag sedan upptäckte att min kontobild var helt tom, ingenting fanns kvar, så svarade denna usla support att "ditt mail är vidarebefordrat till den kontoansvarige för åtgärd", men inte var det någon som hörde av sig med en förklaring. Trots ett flertal påminnelser fick jag bara samma lakoniska svar, men ingen hörde av sig. Detta måste tolkas som att det hela är ett sofistikerat bedrägeri, inget annat än en planerad stöld av mina investeringar. 8.000 Euro handlar det om, så det är inte kaffepengar direkt. Tyvärr bekräftar jag talesättet att "den siste idioten är inte född ännu". När jag kommer hem från semestern kommer jag att lämna in en anmälan till Polisen om bedrägeri. Det är inte acceptabelt att 8000 euru försvinner utan vidare och utan bättre förklaring .

Det var en chansning jag gjorde efter ha läst alla negativa omdömen,att gå med med ett blygsamt belopp.Tyvärr blev det en flopp med mina "investeringar".Jag blev hängande framför datorn i stort sett hela dagarna.Jag tröttnade att se mina pengar krympa hela tiden pga.alla kostnader.Till slut orkade jag inte hålla ut längre för väntan på en utdelning. Jag beslöt att rädda det kapitalet som fanns kvar på kontot.Tog ut detta. INGA PROBLEM. pengarna fanns på mitt konto efter utlovade dagar. Min sk.pers.handläggare var hela tiden ok. Ringde regelbundet utan att vara påstridig att sätta in mer pengar. Med andra ord efter denna långa inledning: Har ingen som helst dålig erfarenhet av IGMFX. Har ej blivit mutad av företaget att skriva detta Janne Hammar Sverige.

So far my experience is positive. My contact on IGMFX always calls on the time we agreed and is helpful and supportive. The only small complaint I have is that he often persist that I should deposit more money. He should understand that we all have different budgets and I want to be careful and learn before I invest larger amounts of money.
