Mudflap tried to withdraw $1800 from my account. Two $450 charges went through and I had to cancel my card and file a claim with the bank. Today it took $400 out of another account. We have never used $450 or $400 of fuel. Do not use this app!!!

Ok at start, bad ending
It was decently smooth sailing for the start i used them for about a year. Then i had fradulent charge on a pump for $200, too 135 days to get refund, i was tild multiple times to deal with pump myself… i said that is enough and requested my escrow back of $1200, took 3 weeks to get account closed and received $1025 instead and no one could say why. All fuel was paid and support didnt know why there is somewhere in the system invisible charge of $175... After that escrow was paid support ghosted me last email sent to them 2/7/2025

THE FUEL CARD YOU CANNOT COUNT ON
Got approved for $6400 credit line weekly. And the dashboard showed $6400. For some reason I couldn't use more than $2500. After multiple emails back and forth their support had no idea how to fix it, so they just lowered that to $2500. Their dashboard is freezing every single 2 minutes. Mudflap is not reliable fuel card option.

I was about to use Mudflap for the first time and I was really looking forward to getting a great price on diesel. However, when I got to the pump, the price on the pump was 20 cents HIGHER than what was posted on the app with no way to correct it! What a waste of my time. BYE mudflap. More like mudFLOP. Disappointed, UPDATE: In reply to Mudflop's response, I knew exactly how to use the app. That was not the issue. The issue was, as originally stated, the price at the pump was 20¢ HIGHER than what was shown on the app!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They want your banking info, credit card info, then the app stops working forcing you to call in with a picture of your Drivers License. On top of that they started charging a fee to use a credit card pushing you for your banking information. They are a complete joke!

I was one of the first 25,000 people to start using mudflap in 2020. I loved it saved a lot of money a week since we run 10 trucks. But then applied for their fuel card. Was asked to upload a bunch of documents. After 2 weeks and talking to 4 different people. Mudflap said I never turned in a application. They can't even get their story straight. AB has the sme discount. You will have your cards in a few days.

This is a scam. We were asked to pay the full amount which went up by 50% on the day of the clean when the cleaner arrived, supposedly because there was some rubbish left (as you would expect at an end of tenancy clean). We paid £729 up front and the place was left in the same state as before. He said he would come the day after to redo the cleaning but the tenant was waiting there and no one showed up. We are now pursuing this with our bank as a scam to reclaim the money. Please do not trust Alexandru Razvan Moldovan.

Unprofessional, unreliable, beware
Unprofessional, unreliable and don't turn up. I had booked the clean 4 weeks in advance for 8am and had a text confirmation. They never showed up and Alex Moldovan gave me some excuse about there being an issue with their system. After making a fuss they apparently did come later that day but did not do a very good job. They then promised to return today to do it properly and never did. Be aware of this company, I do believe it is a scam. They also go under the name of Magic Shine and the company was removed off the website bark.com (where I'd found them) because of terrible reviews. Amazingly Proffesional HC Ltd (the company named on the invoice) does appear to be listed on companies house.

I am extremely disappointed with the cleaning services provided by Alex. He not only failed to deliver on the job that we had agreed on, but he also asked for more money than what was agreed upon. This is unscrupulous and unprofessional behavior that is unacceptable. Furthermore, Alex left our property in an unsatisfactory state, failing to clean the areas that he promised he would. This led to our estate agent holding another £250 from our deposit to engage a new cleaning service, which is a significant inconvenience and expense for us. Instead of taking responsibility for his incompetence, Alex has resorted to sending us curse words and threatening messages, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. To make matters worse, when we did a quick Google search, we discovered that Alex is running an illegal business under multiple names, including Professional Housecleaners, Clean4u, and another. These businesses are clearly scams that prey on unsuspecting clients, and it is concerning that Alex is not registered with Companies House. Overall, I would strongly advise against using Alex's cleaning services. His lack of professionalism, incompetence, and illegal practices make him a liability and a risk to anyone who engages his services. We are now pursuing legal action against him to hold him accountable for his actions.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
I would not recommend this cleaning company to anyone. They have really bad communication and do not stand by their policies. I payed extra to get my balcony cleaned and they literally only threw dirty water from the mop on the balcony and didn’t clean it at all. I didn’t notice the balcony not being cleaned until after they left and when I pointed it out the cleaner refused to come back although they state they have a 48h guarantee. I had to argue with the lady back and forth and although I had pictures for proof she still refused to help me or offer me a refund for the balcony. Very unprofessional and honestly just go somewhere else if you need the job done.

Poor cleaning - some areas not even touched
I paid for an end of tenancy clean. The cleaner was late and did not inform me of this. Although the property was cleaned, there were areas which had clearly not been cleaned and my landlord was not impressed - he had to do additional cleaning himself ready for the new tenants. After I contacted the cleaner about this, they have failed to respond to my message. Attached are photos from some areas of the house AFTER the service. I wish I had seen the Trustpilot reviews of this “company” as I never would have booked with them. Avoid avoid avoid.

Arranged an end of tenancy professional clean. Job couldnt have been done any worst (picture of toilet says it all...). After complaining, they sent another team the next day which showed up 1h30 late and after talking to the manager decided to leave and not pursue the job. Luckily I didnt pay anything but a lot of time wasted

Absolutely terrible. My dad payed for mastermind to promote my music over 5 months ago and we have only had one zoom call which was an hour long and produced nothing. My dad continued to contact them over and over again but it would be a terrible excuse or they just completely ignore us. Mastermind are incredibly unreliable and I would not recommend them to anyone. Absolute scam.

Am a musician and video producer. In 2019 I contacted MASTERMIND PROMOTION GROUP and sent information (song, video). Michael Eastwood offered promotion services for 11,000 Euros. I paid. After that, Michael Eastwood said my song isn't good enough. The paid services were not provided. Michael Eastwood did not respond to emails. In 2021 I requested repayment. I did not receive a payback. For me this is a fraud / rip-off / scam. Mastermind Promotion again and again is flagging and complaining this review and they try to get this review removed. This tactic works because Trustpilot gives me 2 days to react, what is not very long. So Mastermind's trick works fine. Nevertheless: if they think I am wrong they should establish a lawsuit, what they surely will not do.

Plus, most of them are based in India, looks like it’s bots writing the reports and the real humans are the negative ones, they tried to sell me something too, don’t fall for it, I’m so glad I didn’t. I didn’t get past one phone call with this “company”. I decided to look up the reviews ahead of time and upon seeing them mentioned I wanted to do more research because the reviews weren’t great and I wanted to ensure I wouldn’t have any issues. The person I was speaking with immediately became angry and began saying how they wouldn’t want my business if that was the case and yelled bye repeatedly into the phone. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the level of unprofessionalism from just one phone call was astounding. Do not trust this place, anyone that gets that upset about someone doing research on their company is a scammer.

Ended up paying more than 2x the initial quote, delivery was ‘delayed’ by over 2 weeks, items broken - including my bed, which also had missing parts, and many items missing. Monetarily, “missing” items worth over $3000; sentimental items “missing” are irreplaceable and priceless. Tried to file a claim through their insurance, but thanks to their incompetence, papers I needed weren’t sent to me and claim was denied. Thanks, Elizabeth, US Moving Group, and Lucrative Van Lines!

Quoted $2000, but ended up being charged over $5000.00! Liars, crooks and you can’t cancel because they keep your money. Then they show up an hour early and had to wait for the bank to open to get them cash and charged us $125 because they came early and we didn’t have cash ready. They would not start to unload till we had cash even though they were early! We told them we had A 10X20 storage unit. They should know how much space we need but kept upping the price. Do not use them. A lot of our stuff was damaged and broken!!

Scams & Misrepresentations
US Moving Group reached out to me after I submitted my information for a move from MPLS to ATL. I paid a $677 retainer for an intricate list of items to move, movers who would break down certain items/transport to ATL/reconstruct said items/place it all in my home. I opted for this service as it allowed me to not need to travel back to MPLS & they offered a discount as they were already en-route to ATL. I would then owe $500 day of pick up & another $500 day of delivery. On Oct 20th, the moving company, Lucrative Van Lines LLC, who US Moving Group contracted, failed to call me for my 6PM quality control appt where we were to review and instead called my MPLS contact to pressure up-sale the move. The day of the move arrived & 1 hr before the 2hr window they allotted, Lucrative called to say they'd be 1-2hrs late. This left a small window of time for him to allow Lucrative in before needing to leave. Upon arrival, Lucrative said they couldn't fit everything in & demanded I pay $1175 instead of the $500 I owed. I only had 5min to consider as they were so late. I ended up proceeding with payment & contacting US MG to get it sorted out after. They not only didn't bring my dining table, but didn't break down materials, so my contact had to do so for them. I contacted US MG to bring up my experience. At first I received no response as my rep was no longer with the company and they did not have an auto response in place. I then called and spoke with a rep who said she would reach out to Lucrative and get me more infor within 2 days. I never received a call back and my delivery date came on Oct 31st. I was stuck out of town with a flat tire at the time, so my friend agreed to let Lucrative in that morning in the window they gave of 8-10AM. Once again, they were late, showing up at around 11:15AM instead. I received a call that I was again being price gouged and needed to pay $875 instead of the $500 I had on contract. They said I signed a contract agreeing to this which I disputed immediately. Apparently they had asked my contact in MPLS to sign a contract regarding this payment despite NEVER calling me, sending me a copy or otherwise. I now had 30min window of time my friend in ATL could stay to make this decision and was told if I didn't pay it, they'd take my belongings, store them & charge me an additional storage & redelivery fee on top of the $875, so without having any choice in the matter, I paid again hoping US Moving Group would assist once I got in contact. My friend contacted me to let me know that Lucrative did not bring any help, it was just one guy & he was asking for help moving. I called the rep to tell him that's not what I paid for and my friend was only there to open the door & lock it behind him. I asked him if he brought help & asked him to confirm that he would not be using my friend for manual labor. He said he absolutely did bring help & the only thing he needed my friend for was to keep an eye out & make sure he didn't bump into anything as he pulled things into the home. I found out after that there were no other reps there & my friend had to help him move all the furniture. Not only that, but Lucrative did not set up the day-bed or closet storage in the contract. I contacted US MG again & was told they would do nothing even though I was clear on my MPLS contact being there only to open/close the door & Lucrative went behind my back to have him sign a contract locking me in the agreement. They said there was nothing they could do about differences in their contract vs Lucratives & if I wanted, I could look into a small claims case in court. Not only are they actively misrepresenting services offered, but they are unwilling to follow up on breaches of contract. As a business owner myself, anyone I contract out is a reflection of me and my company, but this is not the quality stance they take. My first cheerful sales call turned into a whirlwind of bad customer service and deliberate scams, so I highly recommend avoiding this company and any subcontractors they broker services to.

Scam. Taking advantage of honest hardworking people. They get you on the phone with a pleasant salesperson. They give reasonable estimate. Then Fredrick calls a few days later to break the news that you need to pay thousands more to fill the entire cubic feet of the truck. Don’t ever give them payment other than a Credit Card with 5% fee added in so you can dispute their fraudulent charges. Horrible experience. I feel sick.

I can’t express strongly enough do not use this broker. They contract inexperienced movers. They broke things on pickup and then took my truck to a warehouse, unloaded it and put it on more than one truck. On delivery a lot of my stuff was missing. I have been fighting with them to get my things. Do not even consider using them. It has been the worst moving experience I have ever had!

Worst people ever. I'm disabled in a bungalow and they refuse to fit a light fitting in my hallway. I'm in a wheelchair. It's pitch black and I feel so unsafe if anyone knocks my door. They forgot to put a ceiling light in when it was rewired and we've been raiding this with them for months now. I have 1 electric socket in my front room and have asked for one to be fitted in the hallway to enable me to charge my electric wheelchair. They flat refused abd said I need an OT report. You have a duty of care and if anything happens to me my husband or any visitors we will seek legal representation. Today they sent a man to change a light bulb. What a joke we have no fitting for a light bulb. SHAME ON YOU WHG They do not respect their disabled customers. They have a duty of care.

I'd waited another 4 hours for nothing, same as previous year! You get charged more for a 2 bed 2nd floor flat!!! When their houses rent is cheaper!! I got a daughter who has additional needs and needs a garden to run around to have an outlet for her energy as she can't do it in a top floor flat!! The flat is too small for two of us and I've changed my circumstances and told them my daughter has a disability and they don't care!

If you want your tickets do not buy from them.
I have never been his unsatisfied with a ticket vender. I purchased my tickets January 30th, 2018 for a show in August. Usually I receive my tickets a week or so after purchase. When I didn't receive my tickets within a month or so I contacted the seller and they guaranteed me I would have my tickets in time for the show. I called again in July checking on when they would be sending them, again reassuring me they would arrive. With the show being next week I called yesterday to yet AGAIN check on the status of my tickets.....what do you know..... in a "rare" occurrence they don't have my tickets. I am beyond frustrated, as I clearly planned ahead and purchased my tickets more then six months out, and they didn't even notify me that they didn't have my tickets, I had to call them to inquire about them. This company is clearly a scalper site!!! Unbelievable.

Total Nightmare
AVOID AVOID AVOID! In November, I was directed to Ticket Magic from BBT Pavillions website when I purchased tickets for the (now sold out) Foo Fighters show on 7/7. I was told my tickets would be delivered via email before the show. When they did not arrive by the date, I called & was assured by TicketMagic’s customer service it was good to go & it was a processing delay. 15 minutes later I received an email that “These tickets were cancelled by the venue and at this time we do not have replacement tickets to substitute.“ They said they would be refunding me in full (no kidding), however this was communicated to me THE DAY BEFORE THE SHOW & tickets are now 2-3 times what I paid in November (because it’s sold out). I called TicketMagic & asked them to find me tickets for the same price. They said they could not, but would get me the same number of tickets “and take 10% off — the new price — for the inconvenience”. They ran this “deal” through their Loyalty Dept. — this dept has no actual phone number & only communicates with TM via email/chat. I asked to cc’d on this communication, but was not. If they can get me tickets for 10% off, they could certainly comp the balance for the inconvenience. They refused & simply dismissed every argument I had, waiving any responsibility. I persisted for 5 hours & got exactly no where. Basically, TicketMagic allows sellers to sell tickets they don’t actually have & take zero responsibility/accountability for not adequately vetting their sellers. When I called the venue directly, the woman explained TM programmed a redirect from their “purchase tickets” link to look like a reputable ticket agent. Clearly, this review (and many others I’ve since found) paints another picture. Moral of the story: Only use TicketMaster or LiveNation.

TicketMagic??? You really need to vet who you allow to sell tickets on your site. It is YOUR reputations. As I was reading reviews and the replies you posted, you lay blame on the buyers and sellers. YOU ALLOW THIS! Innocent people not knowing what they are getting into by trusting your site should not suffer. Too many 3rd party websites out there that do this and you are just another fly-by-night operation. CLOSE DOWN OR FIX THIS. Try Ticket Master or Stub Hub----- These are trust worthy sites.

There is no way to give a negative star review, but if I could rest assured I would. I purchased tickets to a Bob Seger concert for 11/2017. Per an email from TicketMagic, "Bob Seger Has Been Cancelled". I called to receive a refund, or at least tickets to his concert in Los Angeles. My response from Paul and Alana was "These tickets are not refundable because he has not cancelled the concert, it has just been postponed. When he reschedules at the Oakland Oracle Arena your tickets will be honored." I asked what happens if he doesn't reschedule, and was told as long as he hasn't cancelled that show, it is on indefinite postponement, which means there are no refunds. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam business at all costs.

Like so many other reviewers here, my experience with TicketMagic is terrible. Having to give one star is giving one too many! I bought tickets to the Bonnie Raitt - James Taylor concert. When Ms. Raitt canceled, I contacted TicketMagic to obtain a refund. They refused to provide a refund telling me that they would not allow a refund as the show was not canceled, only Ms. Raitt's part of the show. My protests that they show was NOT the same as what I purchased, fell on deaf ears. When I made my purchase, I had no idea I was buying from a middle-man third party broker. I just ponied up the required charges without regard for the rate in my haste to get a ticket. These third party companies are just scalpers and I can't understand how what they do is even legal. They are stealing from both the Artists and their fans.

Do not use Ticket Magic! I ordered tickets to a concert only to get an email the day of the concert stating the seats I bought actually were not available. They offered to get me tickets as comparable to the ones I bought but by the time this happened, all seats were sold out that even close to the quality I bought. they then offered a section which seemed great but by doing research, I came to realize they had an obstructed view. Dont use ticket magic.... stay away!!!!

I am honestly sick to my stomach. I received my tickets via email today. I assume they are legit, not sure. However, I went to the venue's website to see what the ticket prices are now. I paid $133 per ticket for a face value ticket of $36. when you have a problem and call you get representatives who will not transfer you to a supervisor. they hang up on you and when you call back they argue and advise they are "unable to transfer you to a supervisor". they are obviously not interested in helping the customers who pay for services. it is very unfortunate.

Unreasonable costs.
Unreasonable costs. The moving company were chosen by our UK movers for the NZ end of our relocation. The first date they offered was nearly a month after our stuff arrived, which was not suitable, however they offered to squeeze us in earlier as long as we accepted a reduced service. Which was fine but considering they only had to do a half day we did not expect to then receive a bill for nearly $500. Apparently as we were 20 km outside in the 30 mile zone we had paid for. We asked them to reduce the fee as it was ridiculously high, they would not. I would however give 5 stars to the 3 movers Dee, Josh and John who managed to get up our drive and deliver our packages carefully and with a smile.

If I could give it half a star I would It has been over a year and still angry. Terrible experience When picking up there were 11 people??? One guy made some derogatory joke to make fun of me, which I made clear was totally unacceptable and there were 10 red faces … Items were going to two separate places and were clearly marked but arrived at the wrong place My goods and furniture dumped into a storage locker. Pretty much thrown in and ended up requiring two lockers due to the mess Hard boxes on top of a television causing a pixelated line Broken chairs, bedside table legs, unscrewed furniture with bolts no where to be found, fragile boxes at the bottom of dumped boxes, all lids on plastic boxes decimated I could go on but it is just boring. Initially the sales person responded Everyone blamed each other and then silence Oh they said gee sorry, we will train our staff better…. Suspect they won’t Use someone else ! MOVERS BEWARE!!! I have been in contact with this company with a moving issue. My sectional sofa is less than a year old as I purchased it about 8 months ago. So there was no reason for it to work at my apartment and then they move it to my house and then it's not working. I called and Ben KP came over to see why it wasn't working. He said he never unplugged anything so if it wasn't him it was the other unnamed person whom I've still not heard from. We came to the conclusion to call the furniture store to ask them was it plugged in a certain way. Unfortunately they said they'd have to come over to look at the sofa. I didn't want that because that would be a waste of a claim. I told the manager Roger and he said he'd be getting back to me but he hasn't. I've called him everyday and still nothing. I had to make a claim costing me $420 to find there were 2 outlets missing. So not only did they unplug my sectional, they stole 2 outlets that have cost me $420. I also have 2 bangs on my wall. My house is brand new, new construction. As a matter of fact we completed the blue and green tape walk through to make sure the construction and painting was perfect. So not only have they cost me $420 we now have construction damage inside the house. I went with them because I wanted to help out a smaller business because I like to support smaller businesses. I was going to have 2 men do it but I saw a small local business and figured I'd give them my business and they were more expensive but wanted to secure me so they said they'd match the price 2 men gave me which was $399. We paid them that plus a $120 tip which was $60 per mover. The only thing they had to move was 2 dressers, 2 night stands, my king sized bed, and my sectional sofa. I wish I didn't go against my husband's judgement because I keep trying to help small businesses but then I get the bad end of the deal. DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR BUSINESS!!!! Go with a more reputable company. MOVERS BEWARE!!!!

Top company and top people
I’ve read the negative reviews and I must say that was not my experience. Moved from Auckland to South Island and not one item broken or lost. That included lots of pictures and antiques. I was particularly concerned about my extensive collection of woodworking machinery and only one item suffered minor damage that I can easily repair myself. The guys we had at both ends of the move were courteous and efficient. Based on how the truck was loaded I have to believe the driver plays Tetris in his spare time! I thought it was expensive but all quotes we received were similar. I have no regrets choosing The Moving Co and would absolutely recommend them from my experience.

Very unprofessional, poorly trained people.
The packers were very friendly, although poorly trained, for instance, a single steel candle holder will be packed in its own box full of paper to make sure this cheap item is safe. Then a very expensive and fragile computer gets wrapped in a single sheet of bubble wrap and not even put in a box, no surprise it got severely damaged. A desk is broken in half, and the list goes on... Then there is the lift and shift crew, these guys are very unprofessional and don't care one bit, they set up a very loud speaker to play their music for the entire neighborhood to start off with. They pushed a genuine leather and very expensive and heavy lounge suite through the front door and tore it on all sides, thinking it was a big joke they said not to worry 'We will wrap it again', it is already damaged! they dropped the 3 seater couch 3 times on the ground before even reaching the truck! They carried a Top loader washing machine sideways, damaging the drum, pushing a huge dent into it, and breaking the sensor door, now it is ruined. The list goes on... Total damages exceeded $10,000 NZD. The lift and shift guys also used the toilet and I don't know if they were never potty trained or what, but I will rather not depict what they left behind, very disgusting. I will never use this company again and will also advise anyone else not to use them.

Destroyed furniture and lost boxes
Paid NZ$10,599.75 (ref 739666) for packing and moving stuff from Auckland to Queenstown. Here's what I've got: - Only one packer came to pack the whole 5 bedroom house. - Half of the furniture was not packed, so as a result it was damaged. A lot of stuff is dirty. The customer paid for packing? Just don't care. We already got money, no need to do anything. - Some boxes were empty, just packing paper. A stupid customer already paid, so we move air. Excellent business conception, literally money for nothing. - 3 of 132 boxes were lost. Nice job. Delivering empty boxes and losing boxes full of expensive stuff. Proper prioritization. Do not recommend it. Terrible experience. From my point of view, these guys stole my money, destroyed furniture and lost my stuff. P.S. I hope the insurance company is not as bad as these guys, and I will get a refund.

Desde el principio, se me exigió un pago de casi 600 euros para iniciar mi colaboración, lo cual resultó frustrante debido a la posibilidad de dobles cobros. Además, las promesas y sugerencias realizadas en sus videos distan mucho de la realidad. Personalizar las descripciones y fotos de los productos resultó extremadamente complicado debido a que se restablecen casi a diario, y la mayoría de los productos se agotan rápidamente. Well for me I'd say don't take their 360 shop you're going to pay 1000€ for nothing just a shopify layout with a few pictures and an integration of their products. Everything to redo Price too low you will lose money if you don't raise your prices immediately especially the big products like TV etc... All the designations are to be redone they don't mean anything the titles also me I gave vouchers to my family it's been more than a month they haven't bought anything yet they find nothing interesting everything is more expensive than elsewhere. On top of everything you pay he makes money on your Shopify subscription. Well I'll say that it's my fault I knew it but the worst thing is the delivery on their website they have a system of calculation so you enter a country e.g. German postcode and they give all the prices from the cheapest GLS to the most expensive dhl plane or UPS etc.... it is their only positive point (easier to sell in Europe with this) EXCEPT THAT AND that I did not know this system you do not have it on your site is said in turnkey each time their answer is "you have a table you must set it yourself" But how do you want me to do it there are 24 countries more than 40,000 products of different weights of different volumes is impossible to do? ? but nothing to do they don't want to know anything about it and that's the most important point for me. I had more than 600 visits on the site and not one sale 80% of basket abandoned because of shipping costs, that's on top of that, not to mention some sites that sell the products cheaper than at home, even though they are wholesale ? unfortunately I think they'll never reimburse me but as soon as I can I stop my subscription to shopify I don't want to give them a commission on top of that. And the worst thing in all this is that since there are no sales and the best season is coming I'm almost afraid to sell with all the opinions on their stocks which are apparently not enough which wouldn't surprise me since there are stocks that never move I've seen products at 300 For more than 3 months now, if I had 300 ovens in stock at more than 100€ that were asleep I would at least make an extra discount to get rid of them. It's a bit strange again, I'm only blaming myself but I hope that nobody else will be able to make a good success of them all.

They then asked me if I wanted to keep them and get “partial money back”. Still refusing to give me return info. Had to call and request help. Try refused to pay for return shipping on faulty product. I shipped them back and 14 days have passed and I still have not received a refund.

Purchased the M3 translator Earbuds. Product is a total scam. The product simply does not work. First, the earbuds do not translate… the phone app translates so you have to stick the phone in the speakers face. Although It did not matter how close, the app did not pick up the full conversation. For the little that it did pick up, I could not hear the translation over the person who was still speaking. As earbuds for calls they are mediocre with people telling me I sound like I’m in a cave. I’ve sent a number of complaints to the company via website without response. Seriously disappointed. I work offshore and really needed them to work.

Cannot get my Refund from Prepaid Mastercard!!!!
I am supposed to receive my prepaid Mastercard and an email was sent out by Verizon on 9/14/2022. I called Verizon and was told to deal with Wirecard. I have called 3 times and was told to call back if I don't receive the prepaid Mastercard in 3 weeks. Well, guess what? I did not receive the refund back of $8.00. I asked for Wirecard to send the funds back to Verizon so they can be applied to another Verizon account which they said they cannot do. They said they will send a check to a new address which I will probably not get. I want my money back. My reference number is 86682759/145979610. I will be reaching out to BBB at this time. For any new customers, just make sure any payments goes through your credit card. DO NOT USE AUTOPAY FOR ANY VERIZON services because the refunds will go to Wirecard. Look up Wirecard and see what issues they are going through.

I blame Wirex for not being available for its customers and for giving wrong phone numbers and this could be made simple by talking to us now to activate your card you need to login in into your account and the activation is three simple steps I figured it out myself after calling them tens of times and the options given when the phone once select your choice they choice invalid but I managed to activate my activate card actived.

Heute erhielt ich ganze 0,85€ auf mein Konto. Es waren über 200€ auf diesem Konto, als es still gelegt wurde im Oktober. Eine Lastschrift sollte im Oktober noch abgehen. Das ist nicht passiert, das Geld ist trotzdem weg. Ich reiche am Montag Klage ein, wegen Unterschlagung. Die müssen doch den A**** offen haben.

They Don't Pay the Actual Carriers
2nd experience with this company is the complete opposite of our 1st experience. Contracted by North American Heavy Haul to haul freight for one of their clients - 3 months later, they still haven't paid us, despite the payment terms of 30-days. They were anxious to confirm date of delivery in order to charge their client, but as the company that actually hauled the freight and incurred the expenses, our attempts to collect payment continue to go unanswered. Attempts to contact them via various means (phone, email, chats) go unanswered. If you actually reach someone, that person can't help and transfers you to a generic voicemail.

I ordered an 85kg offset smoker from the website in a sale, after two days it said it was ready to be shipped, that's was two weeks ago. Rather than receiving the guidance and intervention they require, children are often subjected to punitive practices that can be deeply retraumatizing. For example, they are routinely made to sit alone in their rooms at night without access to a TV or any form of comfort to help them settle—an approach that lacks compassion and fails to consider their individual neeeds. Furthermore, Ofsted inspections do not always reflect the true day-to-day conditions, as homes prepare extensively for scheduled visits, presenting a misleading image of their operations. The lack of unannounced, thorough inspections allows these shortcomings to persist unchecked. Staff are also treated poorly, particularly in the aftermath of serious incidents. There is no meaningful debriefing or support, leaving employees to deal with the psychological toll of highly distressing situations on their own. The expectation is simply to “get on with it,” regardless of the impact on their mental health. Esland’s current practices are unsustainable and do a disservice to both the young people they claim to help and the staff who dedicate themselves to this challenging work. Regulatory bodies should take a closer, more unfiltered look at what truly happens within these homes. Staff are often reluctant to raise concerns through the whistleblowing procedure, as there is a pervasive fear of retaliation. In many cases, those who speak out are identified, which can lead to targeted mistreatment or professional consequences. This culture of fear prevents legitimate issues from being addressed and further enables poor practices to continue unchecked. The regional manager has overseen the dismissal of numerous staff members and created an environment that has driven others to leave. This has resulted in a high turnover rate, significantly impacting stability within the homes. As a consequence, one of the assessment homes has become increasingly reliant on agency staff, further disrupting continuity of care for the young people.

AVOID if you do this job for the right reasons and not for the £££
This is the worst company I have ever worked for. The social media posts, website and their promise of staff investment, working for a company which truly values you, was what first attracted me to the role however it couldn’t be more opposite. After leaving a company that was child centred, where the young people were well looked after, cared for and had their needs met as I was looking for a new opportunity I can honestly say it was the worst mistake I have made. Working for Esland has shown me everything what is wrong with the social care system, where the company is just focused on money for their directors at the expense of vulnerable children's lives. The company is full of empty promises, recruiting staff for homes that aren’t operational and won’t be for a while so they expect their staff to travel miles, out of their own region. Poor management support and very poor standards of the home. I can’t speak for all the homes but the ones I unfortunately worked in were inadequate, very outdated ,it was very clear no money is spent on modernising the homes or making the homes homely for these young people, even when doing the food shop we have to choose between frozen vegetables or meat for our dinner as the budget doesn’t cover it. Staff often using their own money to cover costs such as parking, bread, milk etc. Homes unclean, with a lack of resources and daily essentials. Staff completing paperwork as a tick box exercise and not being factual, or actually helping the young people meet their goals As well as accepting referrals without a proper transition period, no risk assessments in place for staff safety, office doors that don’t lock. Management off under investigation & no one in place to support instead. Im not usually one to write reviews and I too read the reviews of this company prior to accepting my contract but had the attitude that “people always have something to moan about” so I’ll give it a shot. Don’t be a fool like me. If my review is read by just one person and they turn down a job working for this awful company I will be glad, it really is dreadful. Its a shame the CEO doesn’t spend more time in the homes and see what really goes on, as I would be ashamed to have my name as the head of a company, that cares so little about the very reason we do this job, for the young people!

Opportunity for development and progression
I really enjoyed my time at Esland. It was hard work but it felt worth it as you're helping young people. They have given me many opportunities to learn new skills and provided training for me to obtain certificates in project management which helped me in my role and progressed my development. They invest in you and give you the chance to step up and sideways if that's where you want to go. I was able to progress from admin to manager within 4 years and they supported me to change departments when I was unhappy in my role. My manager really supported me through the pandemic and the uncertainty.

Managers and two faced people
I don’t even want to waste anymore time on this company. Very two faced, the managers are degrading and also love to join in on the two facedness. It’s all about if the face fits. You also aren’t allowed to reply to anything they say, you’re spoken over as what you have to say isn’t as important. Good luck if you're going to bother with them.

I worked with the same two young people for three years. They knew I just wanted to stay with them until they left later this year. I made the mistake of complaining about a manager. My shifts were changed. My days were changed.my pay cut. I was redeployed to other homes while agency staff brought in to work at the house I should have been working. When I complained too much I was threatened with the sack. I quit on the spot.

Not a 'safe' feel to the school.
Not a safe feel to the school that I work in. Company profits come before teaching and safety of pupils. Management at school and at a higher level only look out for themselves and are too focussed on OFSTED, usually to the detriment of the pupils - teaching and support staff have been told by the Head Teacher at Grantham to 'make do or leave'. The teaching team work together well, despite the management not really understanding what is going on in the classrooms. Managers can become managers by experience, not by being good managers - that is what is happening in Grantham. Unfortunately, I am having to stay as there ar no other jobs around but I'll leave as soon as anything else turns up. The management have ruined what could have been a great school in Grantham.

Where do I start...manager of my home wasn’t qualified at all, liked sending pictures of his private’s to female members of staff, slagged off children calling them derogatory names, poisonous staff who if they didn’t like you did their best to get you out. This company broke me, my concerns were raised and ignored, long shifts with no proper breaks. Place needs shutting down, when ofsted are due, they run around like possessed people to ‘tart’ everything up. Spot checks should be done, to see the real esland! Avoid at all costs.

This company sucked the life out of me and turned me into someone I am not. Managers thrive of bullying staff, don't go to those above, they're all friends and family. Very toxic environment. They will not support you and quick to put the blame on staff during incidents. Hours random, shifts are random not as promised at interview. Managers tell you 'You're not allowed a life' and expect you to work extra day. Very minipulating, rude and laugh in your face over serious concerns. They tried to 'diagnose' me with autism and announced this in front of the staff team as a 'Joke' because I bought up - Things are not getting done on the list. Staff are lazy and it gets blamed on the hard workers. I strongly advise to avoid!! I was signed off with stress due to how this place is managed. I'd go home crying and shouting often. 5 staff left in a month in the same home. Don't risk your mental health. This is the only work place out my ten years employment that I regret! Go to a different company.

Boulevardzeitung, die offen Extremismus fördert
Blick.ch ist eine Boulevardzeitung, die nicht nur grausig recherchierte und effektbehaftete Artikel veröffentlicht, sondern ebenfalls offen Extremismus und Hetze sowohl in den Artikeln, als auch in den Kommentarspalten fördert. Zwar bezeichnet sich diese Zeitung selbst als «liberal», allerdings sind die Kommentare unter den Artikeln in den allermeisten Fällen dem rechten politischen Rand zuzuordnen. Ein relativ aktuelles Beispiel: Am 20.02.25 wurde über einen Lehrling an der BBZ Olten berichtet, der u. a. in der Schule ein T-Shirt der rechtsextrem eingestuften Organisation «Junge Tat» trug sowie die Schuleinrichtung mit rechten Stickern zugeklebt hat. Als Symbol trägt die «Junge Tat» übrigens die Tyr-Rune, welches das Treueabzeichen für Absolventen der Reichsführer-Schulen im Dritten Reich war. Für dieses Vergehen wurde der Schüler von der Schulleitung verwarnt. In den Kommentaren wird die Verwarnung dagegen scharf kritisiert und u. a. gegen die Schulführung sowie linke Propaganda (bzw. in diesem Fall eher alles, das nicht gerade Rechtsextrem ist) gehetzt. Es wird dem Schüler attestiert, dass dieser doch nur seine Heimatliebe zum Ausdruck bringe und das von den Gegnern nur als Provokation empfunden werde. Die Moderation versagt dabei regelmässig auch in anderen Artikeln komplett, die Kommentarspalte frei von Hetze, Lügen, Beschimpfungen sowie extremen Meinungen freizuhalten (Wenn sie nicht sogar versucht, diese Aspekte aktiv zu fördern). Blick.ch befindet sich in Bezug auf das journalistische Niveau also in einer Reihe mit weiteren extremismusfördernden Blättern wie der Weltwoche, 20 Minuten oder Nau.ch. Alles in allem also die Schweizer Version der Bild-Zeitung. Finger weg von dieser Zeitung!

Yes, beware this company’s sales practices. We also had a representative call on the pretext of doing a technical check who then launched into a very aggressive sales pitch claiming that our present alarm system would need replacing in 2025 at high cost but we could buy a heavily subsidised one from them if we moved quickly! Thus claim was incorrect but we fell for it and paid up front (foolishly!). The system was due to be fitted the next day. We soon realised we had made a mistake and cancelled the fitting and claimed our money back. To be fair, the money was returned without quibble but it was an unsettling experience.

Shocked and appalled
I am shocked and appalled by this company's treatment of my father, who is in his 80s. Under the guise of a technical check-up, they entered his house to push a hard sell for a product he had previously declined. He was left visibly shaken by this hard sell because the language and manner of the salesperson/bully were both intimidating and rude.

Technical check as sales attempt
My 86 year old mother had a representative from Protect and Serve around for what was ostensibly a technical check up on her system. The representative did the check up but then pointed out that she had no carbon monoxide alarm. All well and good, but he then proceeded to try and sell her one in a very insistent manner that she (for all that she is a very independent and acute lady) found quite unsettling. I find that the use of a technical check up to access an elderly person and submit them to an aggressive sales pitch is very unacceptable.

BEWARE - Protect and Serve Home…
Please note that Protect and Serve Home Security Ltd (part of the Rancom Security Group) latest is to get current customers to pay extra for equipment changes for BT Analogue to Digital. we have spoken to Talk Talk and BT to be told that although changes are happening between now and 2025 the copper analogue will still be active. Therefore no changes need to be done right now on the equipment, its just another money maker for Protect and Serve/Rancom so please check things out before accepting their advice.

This company is unethical, sleazy, unprofessional and a scam. I ordered a labor poster from them after getting mail that it was needed for my small business (only myself working there), then got a call that I didn't need the poster but was required by law to have this other package, after reviewing what they emailed me, I realized I was lied to, emailed them and told them I did not need the product and wpuld not be purchasing, I then get a call a month later from a very rude woman saying I have to pay for it and my email does not count as cancellation. I brought up the 100 satisfaction guarantee on the website and again the fact I was lied to. She told me it doesn't matter and they would just send me to collections. I asked to get a call from someone higher up, she said they would, never got a call. When I would call I couldn't get through to anyone. Then a few months later I get another call from a different lady. This one was very nice and asked if I had proof of my email sent to cancel. I did and sent it to her. She said she would take care of it within a day and get back to me. I don't gear back from her, I give her a few days, email to follow up, nothing, then email again a week later, nothing. I can't get ahold of anyone there and now I just got a bill from collections. How is this even legal? I would never recommend this company, stay far far away.

Constant Harassment! We have been very clear for over 2 years - we will NOT do business with this company. They mailed out things we did NOT need or request and SAID they sent us other items we did not get. receipt of the product was great. i'm not so sure about the advertisement of the product sold, however. it seemed rather bait and switch to me. i saw a smaller amount quoted, but many days after the fact, a price was discussed at 10 times the original cost. we are a non-profit institution where every $ is counted on. the experience was rather surprising.

Bought one poster many years ago and then simply downloaded free workplace posters as my company slowly downsized. Now this Personnel Concepts is writing to one of my employees that opened their own solo LLC stating our company poster is obsolete and the "We Pay the Fine" reimbursement expired. BOLD letters stating SUSPENSION OF COVERAGE. At least their fee was only $26 versus $114 and $295 from other vendors. These posters can be downloaded for FREE!!!

TERRIBLE ...If I could give zero stars I would... I cancelled my membership after the first box due to POOR product quality and TERRIBLE customer service. I wore the leggings for a 30 minute walk with my dog - there was a hole in the seam within 10 minutes. I have leggings from numerous other brands that I've had for years that don't even look worn yet even though I wear and wash them once a week. I contacted customer service to return them before I was charged - they didn't respond so I ended up cancelling in order to avoid being charged for their terrible product. This all happened in Feb 2020. Like I said, I cancelled in Feb 2020. In September 2020 I was charged TWICE for a subscription. Contacted customer service and no response. I was charged again in Jan 2021 for a subscription. I contacted customer service and again, no response. Just went looking for their phone number and their website has been taken down! I'm at a loss. This is borderline fraud. They've now taken $170 off of me without providing a product AND without my permission - that's stealing

DO NOT SIGN UP! I did receive the product and it was soaked in formaldehyde, so I cancelled and they kept charging my card!! I emailed them multiple times but no response. They stopped charging me for a few months then randomly started charging me again on an inconsistent basis and did not even bother to send the product, just charging every few months, I imagine to stay under the radar. I cannot get a hold of anyone and had to dispute the charges with my credit card company that helped me out. Your info is not secure, this is a Scam.

I would have given negative ratings if that was possible. I had my membership cancelled last year and had no issue with the product so far. But two months back I was charged with a membership fee which I had cancelled. There was no reply from the so called 24/7 customer service and on top of that the account section on their website is broken so I cannot delete my card details. Luckily I had my CC company cancel the transaction. This month again I am being charged for god knows which membership and they don’t even reply. The phone number is out of service. Please can anyone help me to remove my card details from this awful website.

Worst company ever! I actually don’t even think they are a real company! They only have 5 styles, never add new apparel and you cannot get a response from customer service. I cancelled my “membership” and they still charged me. They told my CC company that I signed a yearly contract (according to their terms and conditions). That wasn’t anywhere in the fine print. Buyers Beware
Like many others leaving comments I have had the same experience since starting my subscription. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks and have had no response as well as they charged my account and I have not received my subscription. The customer service is extremely poor and they say there is 24/7 support via email and text. Never use them! The close are very cute but looks like they need to make MANY hires for customer service and learn a thing or two about it.

Defunct Subscription Box Still Charging
Similar to other customers, I was charged on 6/2/2020 for my quarterly box. Boxes ship on the 15th and so it should have been received by 6/26/2020, at the latest. I have since emailed 3 times with no response. I tracked down a phone number that is out of service and I now find their website is malfunctioning. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

I was charged $64.95 on June 2nd. I’m confused because it’s more then I expected. I was charged but the box hasn’t been shipped and I haven’t received any update. I’ve tried contacting them via email, text, social media and they are not responding. I ended up having to dispute the charge. After numerous phone calls to them they keep promising to get back to us and never do , the last time I rang i made a formal complaint and was told a manager would ring me back within 24 hours , 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for that call . They are very happy to keep taking our rent every month , but in return they don't care about getting the property to a standard where it's fit to live in .

Never rent of these, suffered DV they wasn’t helpful at securing my property, surveyor came to look at my failed moldy windows with broken handles and safety locks, they apparently fixed one window but two months later my two year old fell out and was rushed to Manchester children’s hospital with broken arm in two places, 6 months later still not fixed advice was keep window closed! I would have but I have mold growing up it and was advised to open them! Uptrend repairs not done! House isn’t fit for a dog! Ant infestation that they never mentioned but was aware of when I signed tenancy! Quick to want things you’re meant to do as a tenant done thou! And the staff on phone one in particular called Emily is foul on the phone how they employed someone with no social skills is beyond belief! Avoid live in a tent it would be better!

There are working from home at the minute due to lockdown in our Country as we all know; it's the 26th of March 2020. We are in a Corna Pandemic, Economically crisis. Really, people. Can you believe this company?! These are the worst of the worst scumbag's it's all about a powertrip! I Don't owe much either! Before, I had a notice and follow up phone call to get out for only 3 week's rent. My payments are made every 4 week, so it weren't due that was about a year ago. The government as said, "nobody will lose they home in a Pandemic due to Corona". Please take my advise and take note what others on here say and on Calicos website. Do not rent from these unless you want to regret it with a never ending nightmare. I already have Mental health without them starting all the time. Why can't they help they Tenant's like they promise!? I have had constant Harassment from these bully's over the years. Interesting for you to know there say anything to get you in there empty House's. Toke them 3 year's to get my home to meet Decent Home Standards; which the government sets these standards, and is to be followed by the rules of the Council to make sure it hold's good propertys in the borough. After I moved in I got no help from them decorating or Carpetting or even a small grant to help sort the dump out. No compensation for 3 year's disruption or for ruining my things. I had to get the Council to force Calico to make it safe and dry the repairs went on every month for 3 years with me living here whilst they repair Managers dragged they feet in protest and call you to the workmen which then either tell you or your neighbours. Please trust me I have been in my home with these neally 9 years from today, but they only interested in rent as you can see from today 🤑🤑🤑 not your welfare no matter who you are. Boris Johnson move in ! Haha... Note : They are really bad for doing repairs it's a swear word to them. Nightmare landlord will not take blame when it's the company at fault. Most Customer service staff are extremely patronising, rude and will argue with you to prove they right, when infact they are not. You will end up blue in the face,and you won't want to ring again. Example: House flooded through faulty toliet plumbing they have fitted and as flooded your home and caused damage to your own carpets,decorations, and Guess what you will feel trapped as a Tenant, and they won't pay for the damages, after you have invested so much time and spent a lot of money sorting your home and gardens out to make it nice on a perhaps low income like me. Stay renting private mate not worth it ,ask your family and friend's for they experience or you could ask the people in the neighbourhood you want to move to for they experiences after the pandemic for them to share with you.
